Angel guided us to whatever we asked in the furniture store. He was pleasant and very helpful while we purchased our STUFF! It was a pleasure doing business with him.
No refunds allowed don’t buy here!!! I bought a sectional couch from this location. Rep was great with helping me get delivery and set up. It was never disclosed that this Ashley furniture is owned by City furniture and there is a no return policy. I am attempting to return part of the sectional couch which customer service is refusing. They state all sales are final once delivered. I bought 4k worth of furniture and my only option is to dispute it all or keep it all. Just want to return part of the couch. Now being forced to return the entire purchase. Customer service hangs up on you after refusing to help. Rep in the store swears she explained there were no returns. Never mentioned once during purchase.
Best store ever, Carolyn was excellent, she helps us get the right furniture and open a credit line for us too. We’ll definitely come back to see her and buy other things we need.
