Alyssa at Ashley furniture in Davenport was absolutely fantastic!! She was so helpful in finding the type of furniture that I wanted. She was not pushy, she let me decide what I wanted or needed, but was so helpful in the entire process . She also reached out to me during this process of my decision-making and also let me know when my furniture was in or if we were waiting on any pieces and has been very patient with me waiting for my floors to get put in the house before my furniture delivered. I would recommend Alyssa to anyone.

Bobby was extremely helpful finding us a new dresser to go with our already existing bedroom furniture. He is very knowledgeable of all the different options, showed us around the store, but wasn’t pushy. We felt very comfortable with him and hope to have him help us again in the future.

If there’s ever an issue with the order, they’ve always done right by me to correct it showing they truly care about their customers. 5/5 stars!
The store itself was very nice and we found a couch we loved. We set up the delivery and when the delivery guys came into the house they barely tried to get it through the hallway, told me it wouldn’t fit, had me sign they were here and then left. There was no trying involved. Just frustrating when I was trying to help them and they seemed annoyed that they were there and didn’t really care about or had any interest in trying different ways.
