Had a great time looking for new living room furniture with Quentin. He was AMAZING! Not pushy quite the opposite. He was warm, friendly, understanding and let us take our time. (Ignore the crappy wallpaper) I am in love with my accent chair and throw pillows. I can’t wait until the rest gets here.

Positive experience at Ashley Store

We worked with “Q” on getting information and the viewing of new bedroom sets, including transitioning to a king bed. We came in just fact-finding, and walked out with a beautiful and very exciting $10k bedroom set… and that’s after sale prices and discounts! Q was exceedingly helpful, kind and patient. Not to mention very knowledgeable. Delivery is only in two weeks, so we’ll see how that goes.

Purchased Larce sectional 3 piece and got fast delivery same week I ordered. Loving it so far, super comfortable and looks great in my living room. Hopefully the furniture stands the test of time. Very happy with my purchase!!

Went to several furniture shops before coming here and was very impressed w the selection and quality here. Additionally, the people working here were excellent-not overbearing in the best possible way; each person working there was knowledgeable and very kind. It was also really helpful to text with the sales associate and management through their system-made the process of ordering extremely seamless and I was able to even pay through their links. I would like to shout out Quinten Dawson and Jaimee Stokes-both of these men went out of their way to accommodate my needs and schedule; they really made this process so much easier and seamless than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend coming here.

I have been looking for a dressing table. Dannielle found the perfect one. She was so nice and it is ordered and on its way.

The store is enormous and beautiful. We were helped by Allison who did not hover over us but did show up every time we looked like we had questions! A wonderful experience!

Was treated like royalty. Isaac came to the door to help me in. I use a cane and not always easy to get around. Told him (Isaac) what I want. We both went to a computer I saw the chair I wanted but long time wait for back order. He then took me to a chair that was allmost exactly like the other, I tried it out and bought it. Isaac is an asset to Ashley. Give him a raise!

But Danielle ended up helping us she has amazing customer service.took time to show us different pieces even printed out color pictures of furniture that was not in the store. I was so impressed with the craftsmanship of the Robbinsdale collection. I decided to purchase in store as opposed to online due to the tremendous discount. I happened to visit Ashley at Mayfield, OH. I was looking for mattresses. I was welcomed by Allison and she understood my requirements. She showed perfect mattresses which was in my budget and fulfilling requirements. Within few minutes we zeroed in on the mattress and she provided competitive price as well. My overall experience at the store was very good. They was cozy environment and lot of variety.

The customer service I received from Alicia was Excellent 😊I found a nice quality sofa within my budget and received a discount on my delivery and a free gift. You can't beat that!! I hadn't purchased furniture in a while these finance companies terms are outrageous if you don't pay off the item in 90 days there going to literally charge the consumer 2x wich is also outrageous be warned when dealing with Synchrony finance company you can only use the credit account at the store where you opened it they advertise as if you can use it at any furniture store that except their card. Ashley is a private label so even if you have an account with Synchrony you have to reapply at their locations inwich Synchrony will deny you because you already have a account with them in speaking with a customer service agent from that company she admitted they don't tell the customers this and they should.

We have an Ashely's much closer to home, but we happened to be out running errands and popped into this location. Allison Sponseller greeted us at the entrance with such a welcoming smile. We had already done a bit of sofa/loveseat shopping, so we knew what we wanted to see...again. Allison was so helpful. Sat with us for a bit in the seating area, shared her experience with the product, laughed about life, walked us through financing options, and when we decided to move forward set up delivery and made the paperwork process so easy. But let me additionally say, this girl goes above and beyond because, I got home and had doubts about the color I chose. I reached out and inquired if I could bring home a throw pillow of each to see it in my space. She called the store closet to me, had it arranged, and the sales folks at that location knew exactly what I needed when I arrived. Thank goodness too because I ultimately went to an alternative color than what I had already order. I let Allison know, and she took care of everything. We have a couple weeks before delivery, but let me tell you, I would go back to Allison time and time again for her assistance. No pressure, no creepy sales guy, just a really smart and kind human trying to help out her customers. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Excellent salesman

I'd like to start off by saying my wife and I had a pleasant experience with the salesperson Alicia. She helped us pick out the dining room set that we wanted. Other than the sale experience everything else with this company has been a complete nightmare. It started off with our original delivery date being pushed back twice in which case we have to wait around 2 and 1/2 months for the delivery to come to our house. Once we finally did get the delivery scheduled there was a mishap with their scheduling service which made the delivery date and time very difficult for my wife and I to be home. Once that delivery was made we found out that they delivered the incorrect chairs which added another 3 weeks for us to wait for them to deliver the correct chairs. Finally we had the delivery date scheduled for the correct chairs to only find out when the delivery guy showed up they didn't have the correct chairs because they had delivered them to the previous stop. Granted they went back to the previous stop and grabbed the correct chairs and brought them to our home so I'm not going to blame the delivery guys for anything. All in all this was a very unpleasant experience with a multi-billion dollar company which should operate above reproach having the type of finances that they have. I will not recommend this company to my friends or family.

I was looking for fabric recliner sofa and loveseat and was pleased with the selections. Issac provided great service for me. He was not pushy or clingy but provided general informational and answered specific questions. He also provided resources to conclude the sale. Prices and quality are good.

Dion was very kind and helpful in finding a substitute product for one I bought previously but is now discontinued. He was persistent in looking and worked with me to find the best product. I would definitely ask for him in my future shopping at Ashley Furniture.

I visited last week to take a look at chaise sofas for my new apartment. Though I did not have an exact design in mind, Lizzie was very helpful in narrowing down the list of options! After reviewing a few pieces, she managed to find something that was not in the showroom, but fit my preferences perfectly! I will be looking forward to recieving the sofa in a couple weeks. For the variety of choices, and especially the customer service, I would highly recommend buying from this store!

Charles was an amazing help from the time we walked in the store. He greeted us gave us a brief description of where everything was at and allowed us to browse. I loved that he wasn’t pushy and checked on us and answered any questions we had. Myself and my friend ended up purchasing couches just the way we wanted. Their hours are not accurate. They close at 6 not 7 on Sundays. It’s very frustrating especially if you drive out of your way to the to the store, you can do better!

We found a perfect modular sectional couch that we were able to how many of each piece we wanted. The seats are nice and deep, every bit of the couch is removable and washable, which is perfect for the kids. Charles was very patient and helpful, and got us a great deal on what we were looking for.

Ashley furniture has eye dropping pieces, and the prices are affordable. I bought a sofa, I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes, I will definitely be back.

I was expecting to either be greeted by a disinterested sales person or one who was going to be my shadow not allowing me to think as I shopped. I was greeted, welcomed and offered assistance as soon as walked through the door by Alicia. She was smiling and engaging. As a result I felt at ease. I appreciated the direction to what I was looking for. She said she would check with me later. I liked being left alone to browse without being pestered. She did check in to see if I had any questions. By that time I did and made my purchase. I’m rating five stars because I had a pleasant shopping experience.

I’ve been doing a remodel in my living room since March of this year. I’ve been to EVERY furniture store many times over since March, including Ashley. When I walked into Ashley a little over a week ago, I was extremely exhausted and sooooo ready for this search to be over! That day, I walked in needing a coffee table and end table. I absolutely loathe being bombarded at the door the moment I walk in the door. However, that day I walked into Ashley, I was greeted by Lizzie. She simply let me know that I was seen and then she walked away and gave me the space I needed to browse. After looking around the store I approached her for further assistance and the rest is history! She was willing to work with me on pricing, and I was FINALLY able to put a period on this task! Whew! I usually shop at value city furniture but since Ashley had a similar set I wanted for $500 cheaper I went with them to my understanding quality was the same . They both had the same ish delivery dates . I paid for the furniture just to get a call a few days later for them to tell me I won’t get the furniture for another 30 DAYS AFTER the expected delivery date SMH ! I ask for a refund so I can go to value city and get what I want in the time frame I want it and they said I have to contact the sales person smh. I believe they just tell you a good delivery date just to get you to buy the furniture, than make you jump through hoops for a refund ! I will stick to value city or online furniture shopping for the future never Ashley again !!

He realized that we were in a tight position with small doorways, so that limited our options. He figured out that the recliners come apart & that they could fit the sofa through the doorways. After experiencing several delays I've decided that this company doesn't appreciate their customers and the inconveniences these delays bring. I'll no longer be buying anything else from this company. Furthermore, this isn't the first time I've been subjected to such subpar customer service. Same incidents occurred two years ago. Purchased furniture June 25th and it's now August 7th ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ and I still DON'T have a delivery date for the bed‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ UPDATED INFORMATION: AS OF TODAY SEPTEMBER 6TH I HAVE BEEN GIVEN TWO DELAYED DELIVERY DATES FOR THE BEDROOM CHEST REPLACEMENT THAT WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED IN AUGUST ‼️‼️‼️. FIRST DATE OCTOBER 15TH AND NOW OCTOBER 29TH. ASHLEY FURNITURE SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOU EVER AGAIN ‼️

My wife and I had a great experience at this Ashley Furniture. Our salesperson, Alicia, was great to work with. There were no high pressure sell tactics but she was always there to help and answer any questions we had. She was also very personable, patient, and understanding. We purchased a Purple Restore Plus with 60 months 0% interest and no money down which wasn't offered at a closer Ashley. We also got some really great discounts on several Purple items (sheets, a mattress protector, two pillows, and a seat cushion.). I definitely recommend this Ashley location and working with Alicia!

My husband and I visited the Mayfield Ashley store in need of a couch. We were greeted by Eris, who was extremely professional, approachable and attentive without hovering or being pushy. We told her our budget and pointed out some couches we were interested in. She invited us to Ashley's VIP event where we could potentially get higher discounts on select couches. We returned during the event and Eris helped us style the couch we chose with a few extra cushions and vases which she threw in as gifts. She was very enthusiastic about helping us find the perfect accessory color scheme for our couch, and we had a fun time styling it in store until we were satisfied! We ended up getting a great deal and couldn't thank her enough. We highly recommend this Ashley location and Eris Eanes!

I told her what I was looking for - something specific (a blue couch) - and she knew exactly which couches came in blue for me to look at. I had some other criteria as well and she talk through with me how we could put it together. She was fantastic to work with. I was quite impressed with her knowledge of the store's inventory, her agility finding the resources on her tablet, her friendly and warm way of relating with you all of which made the process a pleasure. Highly recommend Allison! Wide selection at Ashley's too.

Was greeted by Matt. I explained I need living room and dining room furniture. Explained I didn't know exactly what I was wanting but just need space and time to roam to find what speaks to me. No pressure selling at all. Checked on me time to time to make sure I didn't need anything while shopping. I found a living room and dining room set that I love. He explained how I can do the 24 months deferred payment plan since I need a lot of furniture. It allowed me to keep some of the money I actually had to pay for my furniture. I could put the money towards other things I needed for my home. Applying for the store credit was simple and easy. Got approved. I was able to get my couch set within a week and my dinning room set in 2 weeks. After my couch set was delivered I called Mat and said I would like to change the dinning set. Matt said no problem and said to come on in to change it. Came in Matt directed me to a dinning room set that was to my description I told him over the phone. I didn't like the chairs that was with the table. Matt went and got different chairs brought them up to the table so I actually see what it look like all together. Perfection. Matt made the switch super easy and was very accommodating with me changing my mind on the original one I had picked out. Didn't let me feel bad about the change. Both deliveries was amazing. I received a text 2 days prior to tell me the time slot and day it would be delivered. The day of I got a text 10 minutes prior to arrival. They called to let me know they were here. Came in asked where furniture goes. Brought in furniture. Made sure my door way was protected from bumps or scratches. They put the furniture together for me. They were quick, on time, and very kind to me. The only suggestion I have is for the delivery people should have shoe coverings to protect the carpet/flooring. Other than that I have had a great experience and would refer everyone to them.

Our Ashley sales person (Michael Schmidt) pleasantly greeted us at the front door and he assisted us in finding a living room set that we absolutely love. The quality of the furniture at Ashley was much better than what we had previously seen at another furniture store competitor. Michael was very helpful and friendly. He did not pressure us and was there whenever we had a question. Their store had a 25% sale going on at the time of our visit so we were able to get a great price for the furniture we purchased. We were extremely pleased with our salesman, quality of the furniture we purchased and pricing. I highly recommend checking them out.

I had a wonderful experience at Ashley’s furniture with Jodi. I came in about 2 weeks ago just to look around and see if they had a sectional I saw online in store, which they did. The sectional looked even better in person and I fell in love. Jodi greeted me at the door and what I loved most was that he was not the typical salesman that follow you around and harasses you lol! He gave me my space and time which I appreciated so much. I told him that I would be back in 2weeks and I did just that. When I came back Jodi made my purchasing process soooooo easy and smooth. EXTREMELY patient and very resourceful. He did not make me settle for something else or anything. I will DEFINITELY be returning to Ashley’s furniture and shopping with Jodi. Hands down one of smoothest buying experiences I’ve had. Alicia was the perfect sales person. From the moment we walked in the door her personality shouted friendly, warm and eager to assist us in any way she could. She checked on us often as we made our way through the store but not to the point of hovering. She answered all of our questions and offered needed to know information. I have to say she really knows how to close a deal without pressure, which is truly a skill to have. She was very personable and made us feel at home and like one of the Ashley’s customer family. I put a dining room set, a server, and 2 counter-height stools in my favorites bin in December on "Red Carpet Day." I got the red carpet day price when I purchased the items in March for a move! Walked into Ashley furniture and A very friendly young man greeted me. Giving me his name. I think his name was Clint. He kept up with me through out my time in the store finding products. For me. I will be back.

BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! I would not recommend shopping here if you want a smooth process to buy furniture. I went to the store to buy my daughter’s “big girl” bedroom set and have run into issue after issue. 1. I was told I didn’t need a foundation for the bed so I purchased slats - this was incorrect which I found out at delivery 2. The delivery men had a box for queen railing but there was a quality control issue and it was actually full size railings that were installed 3. The store delivered a box spring after talking to multiple people at customer service and the store to resolve the slat vs foundation issue - it was not low profile as discussed but standard. This is where we found out about the wrong size installed. Now we have to wait another week to get the correct parts after waiting a month for the initial order. Worst experience buying furniture ever!!!

They charge too much money on there furniture also bill they charge too much

Purchased a beautiful dresser. I was given a delivery date over a month out. The day came for my delivery and there was radio silence. No communication at all, save yourself some time and money and shop somewhere where they value your time as quickly as the value your money. Called customer service abs text the number listed and just a total disregard for me once they had my money, will be seeking a refund. Poor service, poor follow though. Choose a company that seeks to earn your business as a repeat customer, they treat customers as a one and done transaction.
