Before we get into the details about our Ashley Florence store, however, let’s make sure you know how to get here.
Ashley Florence’s street address is 2361 David H McLeod Blvd., Florence, SC 29501. Our store’s main phone number is (843) 656-0780. We are open seven days a week. Monday through Saturday, our hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Sunday, we are open from noon to 6 p.m.
You'll find us just off David H McLeod Blvd., behind the Arby’s and Caliber Car Wash, and next to Lowe’s.
Here’s the tricky part: There is no direct access from David H McLeod Blvd. into our parking lot. Instead, you’ll want to turn north at the David H McLeod Blvd./N Beltline Drive intersection. After you pass the Arby’s and Caliber Car Wash, turn east onto Trade Court. You’ll be able to turn directly off Trade Court into our parking lot.
If you’re coming from Lowe’s, there is a little access road that joins our two parking lots. It’s much easier to just use that than it would be to go back out to Trade Court.

Ashley is known for its mattresses. We currently offer three lines: Essentials, Gruve, and Align.
We are also authorized dealers for GhostBed, Purple, Beautyrest, Stearns & Foster, Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Serta, and more!

I felt very good vibes when I went to Ashley furniture. Until I had to exchange a mattress and base from a king to queen. The king was not delivered yet so the exchange was not the problem. The issue was, no one would produce a breakdown of the items I purchased. I went to the store twice, still no invoice. I was given a total for a package deal.The sales lady was very helpful when i was purchasing she even gave me her # if i had any issues . After the sale was made i was ghosted. She stopped responded to my text . The staff at the desk was unfriendly with little to no customers service what so ever. I was told SYNCHRONY Bank would provide it Well I received a bill total over more than what I purchased. I reached out to customer care and was told to put ib a dispute form. I purchased a living room from knights furniture what an awesome experience. I'm new to Florence, Ashley furniture was recommended because of there affordable prices. I will never deal with this furniture store again!!!

We had a great experience at Ashley’s furniture buying our couch. We were greeted when we first arrived by Mario with a brief run down. We were allowed to browse and talk things over before he checked in on us and discussed pricing of the item we were looking at purchasing. We left happy and excited for our new couch to arrive.

I watched my new sectional, which replaced my very old couches be delivered last night. It was not super expensive but to my utter shock I watched a tired delivery man use a box cutter to cut the plastic off my couches on my front lawn(right on my dirty lawn), and then hack thru my couch leaving a 7 inch cut right thru the material. He said nothing. Just kind of looked. But I paid attention and saw exactly what he did. I further watched as he and his partner brought that ripped couch into my house and attempted to convince me to keep it. Better yet, call our 866 number to have the woman tell me she could send someone to repair a huge rip in my couch (sectional). Really? Now I have 1/2 Sectional, 3 days before Christmas and when I called the 866 number again they had closed. No delivery Sunday or Monday. And if I call the florence store I've learned their delivery departments trick. You'll get a voicemail saying they are currently busy with other customers and to call back. Truth is, that's a lie. They don't work Sunday or Monday, and that was confirmed by a store employee who told me they don't work Sunday or Monday. This means you can call that department for hours and for as long as two days and all you'll hear is they are busy, so please call back. Why not just tell the truth? Our delivery department is closed on Sunday and Monday. Be better Ashley.

After waiting for the sectional to arrive, half arrived ripped and damaged. The response? Oh, we can repair it in-home. Uh, no, we are replacing ripped and damaged furniture. No new delivery date, no concern or adequate customer service, 4 days before Christmas. Well, come get the half you left at my house, and use your laissez-faire attitude on someone else. That’s what I get for settling in mundane mid-to-low level market furniture.
