I was given immediate and helpful serve buy a store associate called Ryan, in the Bristol store.I was searching for a green loveseat, and although one was not in the store we looked at options from Ashley online. I chose what I wanted and the yransaction was complete easy peasy! Ryan was very courteous and personable.

We needed an additional stool to match two previously purchased stools (3 grandchildren - 3 stools, right?) we call Kristin Orfield at the Bristol VA store and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She matched our new stool to the previously purchased stools, placed the order, and keep us in the loop while we waited for delivery. Great job all around - great customer service. Thank you
