I received exceptional service from Angel R. - highly recommend! I went into the store a few weeks prior to purchasing to ask questions and see the couches available. I didn’t purchase that day but Angel gave me her number and replied to my texts incredibly fast the following weeks. I returned 3 weeks later with a different couch I was interested in online, Angel and her manager FaceTimed a different location so I could see the fabric and ask that sales associate any questions. I appreciate the customer service especially as a busy working mom with a 1.5 year old running around their store. They were so friendly and helpful - I’m looking forward to going back and purchasing the accompanying chair. FY - they price match any online Ashley prices and online it said 2-3 week delivery and it’s coming in 4 days!!! Highly recommend and ask for Angel!

My boyfriend and I wanted to remodel our town home so we came into Ashley’s looking for new furniture . We were immediately greeted by Santiago and told him what we were looking for. He showed us around and helped us through the whole process ! Santiago was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice which lead to the furniture that we purchased. He was very patient and provided us with excellent service! We’ll definitely be back to finish our bedroom! Thank you Santiago, you’re the best!!

1. Don't buy Ashley furniture. But if you do, 2. Don't bother with the extended warranty. It's useless. We purchased a sectional couch from Ashley, and it started falling apart within 2 years. Very poor quality materials/wood is used. The seat cushion fabric began to pill within the first few months after purchasing. The decking ripped under the cushions because because it's cheap fabric stretched over sharp, unfinished wood edges. The warranty company refused to cover any of the decking damage, saying it was "normal wear & tear" even though the damage was from poor craftsmanship. A later claim was filed after accidentally spilling wine on the couch cushions and they refuse to cover that because there was more than 1 spot, never mind that liquid splashes and doesn't fall in one spot. I finally convinced them to send out a tech thinking they were coming to clean it, but that wasn't the case. It was for verification only, even though I had already sent them photos. Once the tech was finally sent out, my policy had expired. So, even though I had a claim filed within my 5 year coverage, they refuse to cover anything because it's expired "now." What a scam of a company. We we warned not to purchase anything from Ashley when we were initially furniture shopping, and really should have listened! The furniture looks nice in the show room, but that's all it's good for. Now we have to purchase a new couch, and 100% will not even look at anything labeled Ashley. What a waste of money.

The store is clean and well-kept. The sales staff were helpful and also gave us our space. Maria, our sales associate, is pleasant and easy to communicate with.
