Schedule an appointment and shop at your leisure on Tuesday through Thursday for a quieter experience. I went in to browse and get ideas for a new sectional sofa for my space. I was greeted by Andrew Froome who was very well-informed about the products in the store and also with online inventory. He answered the questions I had and allowed me to browse at my own leisure. I appreciate the no-pressure approach very much.
