Saw an item in store on Friday and wanted to purchase it but wasn't sure if it would fit the slave I wanted it for. The clerk told me that was the last item. We got the measurements and agreed that I'd check at home and if it fits, I'd call to confirm purchase and return the next day. THEIR CONTACT NUMBER WENT UNANSWERED. I returned the next day to discover that the item was already sold about 3wks ago but the purchaser had not uplifted it. The manager on duty said that he sees 4 at the warehouse and had submitted a ticket to have it broght to the store. I went ahead and paid cash He said that he'll reach out on Monday to confirm it's availability. I received no call, neither did I on Tuesday. So I returned on Wednesday where he made the same commitment. Fine. So far, no contact and no response to calls. I reside 90m from the store, Ashley's is not reimbursing me for my gas nor compensating me for the inconvenience. Other than now, I've never had a bad experience but the fact that in 2024 this can happen is ridiculous.
Terrible customer service, Waiting several months for an item and still no answer.
Surprisingly quick and professional customer service. Purchased a starmore, office desk (real wood) during their 20% promotion. Desk was delivered next day to WB. When I opened the box the desk was the right skew and model but seemed to have a quite darker stain. When I called the store the manager, Melfloyd, answered. I sent him pictures, and he had two different solutions for me within 30 minutes of when I called (unheard of for most of Guyana). I will definitely shop here again.
I am very disappointed with the Ashely giffeland mall service . They did not deliver as promised,and I believe sold me a product they did not have in stock. Have me calling their store frequently ,and promising to return my call ,and never did . i would not be making any purchases from them in the future.
