We've been searching for a sofa set for our home for almost a year now and finally our search ended at Ashley. They have a wide range of products designed to satisfy the most discerning customers. We got exactly what we wanted, a luxurious feel sofa with unique good looks... The staff was extremely courteous and gave us a patient hearing. We took our time and visited the store twice over a period of three months before finalising. We do wish that there was a choice for colour and customisation since we found most of the stuff in neutral colours of greys, browns and off whites...

The worst ever experience with Ashley Pune.... got a 3 set sofa with recliner for 1.5 L and it became a piece of garbage in 1 year..... worst after sales service and don't care of customers once the sofa is sold..... I hope I can share pics of my current sofa bought in 2023...... beware of ASHLEY IT IS A BIG FRAUD STORE!!!!!

Wonderful shopping experience

I did purchase a product from Ashely a year ago but the delivery was not as expected. They delivered half of the product with a poor service and storm out of the apartment quickly without even installing the entire product properly after this I did call the store manager immediately to complain about the half delivered product but she dint answer any of my calls. This year after a 2 month search we couldn't find a suitable sofa to our liking so we did visit the mall and because my mother liked a very specific sofa at Ashley that we couldn't find anywhere, the material, the colour, the way that it looked massive, comfortable and absolutely beautiful, we took the risk again and placed an order. To our surprise the sofa was delivered the very next day, it was completely box packed and also the new store manager visited during the delivery. They were about 5 to 6 people and climbed 9 floors without any scratch to the product, were very civil and patient about it. I'm ABSOLUTELY satisfied with the sales, delivery service. They were very responsive and cleared all our doubt and also to mention the entire staff was new.

DON'T BUY WITH THEM. THEY ARE CHEATERS. They (Raman Sharma & Shrinivas Patil) took our order for Sofa, asked us to make the payment and sold it to someone else for better deal. Their Tag line is 'Trust and Value'. And they proved that they are the most unreliable shop in town. I am going to raise this with Ashley Global as well, how unethically they are running the business.

I floated into Ashley just to see what stuff they have.....and was really surprised how good and different the various furniture pieces were ! Saw every store item category carefully....was worth it ! The Ashley furniture designs are pretty good- very contemporary in their styling , materials , functionality and many have novel finishes too ...and the prices were quite sensible too for what they offer. So I got all my home office done with specific Ashley furniture chosen from the store in one go ! My home office looks great now ! Their sales person Ankita Pokharna is courteous,patient,knowledgeable and helps you conclude choices very effectively....really good to have her in this premium furniture store. I revisited Ashely store today 12 th Oct 23, hoping for an improved experience, but unfortunately, the store and its staff continued to disappoint me. This marks my third visit to Ashley since 2018 in search of furniture, and I must say they've been remarkably consistent in delivering pathetic customer service. On my first two visits,(once for a bed and other for a dining table)we were shown the door with the explanation that all their furniture exceeded a price point of 1 lakh. I ended buying stuff from Royal Oak (now closed) and home center (staff are ultra courteous) Today, I was intrigued when I inquired about the detail of two sofas I liked, the sales staff first pointed to the price tag. When I mentioned to him I liked it, he seemed enjoying frustrating me, and told it was already booked. Like it was the only master piece ever created and another of the same kind cannot be manufactured. He did not even offer to check when can a similar piece be made available. He seemed to rushing us off by saying it will take very long. When I insisted he mentioned 4 months. 🤔 hope u get the drift of the nature of conversation As we moved toward exploring their first-floor offerings, I was taken aback when the same staff member essentially blocked our path, declaring that all the sofas there were priced above 6 lakhs. That was the final straw. We left the store, resolved never to return, and I'm committed to sharing my experience with friends and family to spread the word about the store's questionable ethics and customer service. It's disheartening when a store consistently falls short in customer service, and I am hoping against hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in the future. Edit: Thinking only i must have had bad experience. I checked all the 5 star reviews praising staff members by name. And most of these reviewers have completed only 1 review and disappeared from the face of earth 😀lol. People with geniune reviews seems a mixed bag few are praising (seems more prompted) others are complaining about bad purchase experience or bad staff behaviour. Overall it's your choice to hazard a visit.

Ashley a great furniture store with its premium collection, has lots to offer. Shubham an extremely knowledgeable and pleasant staff gave us a good store experience and was supportive all through the process. We had selected a 3+2; however, it was unfortunate that the 3 seater could not get in due to the space issue at the entryway. We were disappointed initially but then Minakshi the store head and an extremely professional team member came to our rescue. and worked a way out to get us a 2+1 delivered with no additional charge. On the whole we had a satisfying experience and the team were easy to communicate with!

Ashley is a nice store to buy some tastefully made furniture. Ankita, the store staff made the experience even better with prompt handling of queries & being responsive. One aspect they can improve upon is deliveries. Delivery should be ensured at the committed time for an enhanced customer experience. I had to call a few times at store to understand when is the product arriving on the delivery date & was delivered pretty late arnd 8-8:30 pm. So, if it’s a weekend, one would not want to sit at home & be clueless. Must improve on this! Overall, would recommend to buy!

About Creaticty Pune Show room.Product quality and finishing is good for product its 4 star. Showroom people don't have complete knowledge About material used in the product. Please Check on line about the material used in product in some products they use Engineered wood. My experience:- Sales team offered me Display products at discounted price, I have refused this offer. I have strictly asked showroom people ( sales) not to send display products.but Still hey have sent 3 out of 4 display products . Thank god I was at home during delivery so I have recognised display product. Delivery team refused accepting that these products are showroom display pieces. I shown them dust and scratches also Some pictures of show room products. then they have accepted it. I sent back the products and asked refund . After continues follow up and escalation to business head of Creaticity Mall it has been taken 3 weeks for refund. Be aware while dealing with Ashley. Ashley don't have Customer care, all complaints are Managed by Creaticity mall.

The Sofas indeed look good. The one star is for the service. The store manager has a very rude attitude. He was unwilling to even show around when asked. I had gone to purchase/shortlist sofas. But I will definitely not recommend this stre due to poor custoner service.

Most Aesthetic and Beautiful Furniture Shop in Pune. I have visited many furniture shops in Pune. I must say the best finished product that looks elegant and pleasing to eyes is from Ashley. The price are on little higher side but if you appreciate beauty then Ashley store must be at the very top of your furniture shop list. While visiting the store, we always end up taking advise from Meenakshi Iyer Kapoor. She has a good eye and always helps us to make right decision for our interior design needs. In fact we have bought much more stuff than we planned because of the way Mrs Meenakshi helped us in planning our purchase. She does not try to sell the stuff but tries to help us genuinely and that feeling of open heart makes a big difference. Other staff like Vikas, Venkatash are also very helpful. Overall a very nice experience.

Its a store with typical American style furniture. Lovely sofas and plenty of simple chester cabinets, and many more. Beds can improve but overall the store feels like home. Meenakshi their manager is the most cute sales person you can ever find. She knows her job and it was her birthday yet she was up till 10.30 pm at store finalizing our order of sofa and tables. As most people reviewed that this mall has lots of furniture stores but Ashleys is miles apart. Its really high quality and you have to pay more for it.

Very bad experience. I ordered a set of 3 sofas costing 1.7 lakh and when I received the delivery only one sofa was a fresh piece. The rest were display pieces full of dirt. Even after followup for a year the pieces were not replaced and the people were not customer friendly at all. I dealt with Mr. Ashwin and Mr. Vikas

Recently bought this awesome sofa from Ashley. They have the most premium collection of sofas. I must say I am really impressed with the quality of sofa and the service that was given. Got the delivery just in 2days of placing the order. Bikas was really very helpful in the selection process and assuring the timely delivery of sofa. The delivery people were also very prompt and professional. The showroom is located in the Creaticity Mall which is a hub of furniture and home decor. I explored almost all the brands but this was the one that stole my heart 😄. The texture, the comfort, the feel of this sofa from Ashley is just awesome.

We visited Ashley to check if they sell carpets. Although we had not intended buying furniture, Venkatesh from Ashley guided us so well we ended up buying a recliner, which we had always wished to have, but never bought. He had good product knowledge and helped us finalise the deal. Smart salesmanship 😊 We also got a good deal. We are very happy with the purchase. Ashley should streamline their delivery process however. We had to wait for 5 days to get the delivery.

Recently bought one 6 sitter dinning table set. I liked it at first glance without asking much about the product I bought it. I also request glass top to protect the wooden surface. It was delivered on time. After assembling the table I noticed that it is extendable and now the question is how to extend it? No one from the showroom has shown interest to explain the product futures. Now if I have to extend it , I have to lift the glass every now and then.

One of the most unprofessional staff i have ever had experience with. I ordered a sofa on 6th Oct which was supposed to be delivered on 13th oct. Today it is already 19th oct and the staff has stopped picking up my calls. The owner is not reachable and they dont even have the delivery persons number. Despite i made full payment in one go this is the kind of response and customer service they are providing. Post this 2 guys Rohan and Anuj Acted really helpful. Only because of both of them i am giving a better review. And improving there rating. We need more guys like you both. Thanks alot for helping me out.

Extremely disappointed and hurt customer! No repose after sofa sold , delayed delivery , within 7 days sofa found defective and everyone has stopped taking calls If no response this week am frustrated and have no option but to go to consumer court, Guys I have bought a Grey Sectional sofa from Ashley although you guys are twice as expensive as any of the other local furniture macnufacturer and am shocked and disappointed to say that the sofa started squeaking within 1 week! After several complaints the person visited to do a repair job that we allowed inspite of that the issue remained un resolved. The guy mentioned it will be replaced and left since then no one answers teh phone! We are in real trouble please someone in ashley respond!! Respect your warranty!! I am waiting for a reply till this week end if no reply I will be forced to go to consumer court I have your warranty card, several mails, images of your guys reworking I hope you reply now!!

Horrible service. Getting the goods to arrive ontime was a task. Had to keep requesting. Was shown sofa with 6 pillows and only 4 came. One of the sofas came torn qt back. After multiple calls no action. Planning to get my lawyers involved. Apparently the store is pvtly owned and has no connection to the banglore and other branches. BEWARE!!!

Products are good but the staff and delivery is seriously pathetic. My product is delivered in pieces and it is yet to be delivered. They commit 90 days but I don't know which calendar they follow. Staff like Martin, Ram, Vishal, all new managers are stupid people who don't know how to manage customers. All managers are just eating companies money for sure.

Hi ! Sangeeta here ! I have had a very bad experience with Ashley furniture in Ishanya Mall Pune. We had purchased a bedroom set last year from them and designed our bedroom keeping their specification in mind . When they delivered the set, the side tables were of different specification and would not fit in our bedroom . They refused to give refund and insisted we must buy something from them instead . I had to literally beg to get the exchange done . We live abroad and every time we would come for delivery and they would never turn up . It has taken us almost one year to get our exchange item worth rupees twenty five thousand after buying almost two lakh worth stuff from them . The employees are either on leave or late . No professionalism seems to exist in this showroom . Ashley furniture has good reputation world wide but our experience was a nightmare and a mental torture . As of the time of writing this review I am still waiting for the delivery of the exchanged item .

Adding to my review above. The first impression was great and also the collection. But 2.5 months later, I have still not got delivery of my sofa. Ashwin, Martin and others just keep giving reasons for the delay and keep promising new dates. Nothing materialised. The only option now looks like going to the police and complaining about them as frauds and dupsters.

Utterly pathetic service and highly irresponsible staff. I had booked a sofa on 4th March 2019 receipt no: AS-1323. Which according to the manager Mr. Ashwin and salesperson Mr. Martin was assured to be in store by 2nd April 2019 and delivered to my house by 10th April 2019. They were very prompt in assuring the service and customer centric policy and quality of product and taking the advance, and it is 29th April 2019 today, and none of them have the courtesy to update the status, leave alone deliver the product as agreed upon. Mr. Martin always has the excuse of saying, let me go to store and check and Mr. Ashwin is not bothered to come on call, all of this when we are following up. After more than 10 days of following up, I get to hear that the piece you have ordered, has not come and can we give it to you in another color and can you pay the balance. Is this how the customers are treated and is this the quality assurance provided?

Great experience, delivery was even before the promised date, and the executive Sashi was extremely helpful whenever I followed up.

We booked the sofa set of 3+2 in Dec-18 with an agreement that it'll be delivered in mid-Feb. That got delayed and the final date we got was 4th March-19. While there was inconsistent communication from Ashley team in our follow up calls, at last, Jeetendra and the manager Ashwin tackled it professionally and got it delivered on 2nd March as requested.

Furniture quality is good but service is very very poor

On my visit to ishanya which is considered a furniture and eateries mall in Pune I visited all the furniture stores at that place which are around 11-12 stores. Being diwali sale time most of the places offered discounts ranging from 25%-80%. After reading many reviews on various websites as you are doing right now I was too confused regarding where to buy my next sofa. After visiting all those stores and having tried nearly 70-80 sofa sets I couldnt say that I liked even 1. But the second last store remaining was ashley and there just at the entrance sat the sofa of my choice. The most comfortable sofa in ishanya hands down!!! The staff as usual very courteous, must mention specially the manager Mr. Ashwini, who took great time and interest in clearing all questions and queries regarding the brand and the sofa. In all it was a great purchasing experience and value for money. Later will be doing a long term review on the sofas from ashley furniture. Could have been a 5 star but then the cost factor too comes in mind after the sale ends.

The products are good, the service terrible. Having ordered a bed and side tables in January this year and paid a 50% deposit, 9months later they have supplied a wrong and defective item. The manager is most unhelpful. How do I speak with someone more responsible.

Pathetic service for such expensive furniture. Got a kingsize bed and chest from there and have been repenting ever since. Had to chase them for delivery, in their systems it was shown as delivered leading to so much of anxiety. After lots of follow up, they delivered but with incorrect parts. It took me at least 50 calls 3 visits from clueless fitters for them to accept that they have sent an incorrect part. Its been 20 more days, 50+ calls to more than 6 different people and Im still waiting for the right part to be delivered. Forget when it will be fitted and when I could get rid of the anxiety and have good sleep. All this after paying 3X price.

A store with many exciting products which you may not get at any other single store. It's very difficult to reject any item here as all were superb ...my search for Sofa set ends here within 15 minutes and thanks to brand Ashley

Worst customer care and services. it's been 50 days and product is not yet delivered. After doing multiple follow ups they have informed me that it will take another 45 days.. Product is costly and services is cheap at this store. My suggestion for all that buying a product from this store means wasting money.
