Very professional and pleasant experience with Jessica and Christian.
Overall good experience. Sales person was attentive and took time to move items around to find the perfect match in items. Lead time is quite a bit long, but nothing to do about that.

Jessica was super sweet and helpful with what we were looking for! She listened to what we needed and showed us several options that fit at different price points.
Sales associate said one thing (even wrote down on sticky note) and did something totally different on transaction (assuming and trusting she was putting in order correctly since we’d just discussed with her, my husband, myself and son present) what we were supposedly purchasing (initialed thinking everything was ordered correctly but learned a lesson the HARD way)!! Lack of INTEGRITY!!! Integrity- the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Apparently they’re all about the money and not trying to work things out to help a customer that has purchased many pieces of furniture in the past. I will never purchase anything from Ashley again. Highly disappointed and my 12 year old is even more hurt because it was a birthday gift for him and the order was wrong upon delivery after waiting 5 week. It’s sad when you tell your 12 y/o what happened, and he’s like “momma, we did order the dresser with the bed because we talked to her about it; I remember her saying that and giving you the sticky note with the price of all 3 things.”

He was very patient and had no problem looking up items I had previously searched online. Jose also made note to mention an upcoming event on Saturday. I enjoyed my experience furniture shopping at this location.

I let Jose talk me into upgrading an electric bed frame after he said the one we wanted wouldn’t fit our bed. After getting it home and realizing it wouldn’t work I contacted Jose again and was given the run around and things to try to which none of them worked. When all was said and done I was given a number to customer care and told to take it up with them. They pretty much called me a liar saying the bed I bought from them was compatible even after I sent pictures. Wouldn’t bug anything in the future from them and suggest everyone reading this does the same. If anyone wants pics of the bed frame not working or screen shots of the conversation please feel free to contact me. Take your business elsewhere.

**UPDATE** * I contacted the company via email, as indicated in the response I received from Ashley Furniture. After several days without a reply, I followed up with a phone call in an attempt to schedule the delivery of my furniture. I was provided with a delivery date of January 22nd, which was two weeks from the date of my call. At this juncture, I simply wish to conclude my dealings with Ashley Furniture. I sincerely hope that the furniture proves to be durable, as I do not want to undergo this experience again. Consequently, I will refrain from making any future purchases or recommending Ashley Furniture. The one star review stands.* In November, I ordered the Larce Sectional, including an additional armless chair, a matching ottoman, and a swivel rocker accent chair. I also opted for the Platinum Plus plan. I was informed to expect delivery within 6-8 weeks, and I received all items after 6 weeks on a Friday morning. Unfortunately, one of the armless chairs and the wedge were damaged, and they were returned for replacement. I contacted the local store that afternoon to inquire about the anticipated delivery of the replacement pieces. I was informed that there was no information available in the system, and I was advised to follow up the next day. I called again on Saturday, only to find that there was still no update in the system, but a manager would contact me within 24 hours. Regrettably, I did not receive any communication. On Monday, I reached out to the local store once more and was informed that a new delivery date could not be confirmed. I was then given the customer service number to call. However, I discovered that the customer service line was closed on Mondays. Today (Tuesday), I called the customer service number again and was informed that the delivery is now scheduled for "sometime between the second and third week of January." I expressed my disappointment, mentioning that had I been aware of such a lengthy wait, I would have returned the entire sectional and retained my previous furniture until everything was ready. With a birthday party scheduled at my home for the first week of January, the absence of the armless chair (that provides additional seating), and especially the wedge that connects the pieces together, presents significant challenges. I am quite disheartened by this experience with Ashley Furniture. While Jessica at the local store was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my initial purchase, this negative experience has overshadowed that positive interaction.

I walked into the store with a printout of items I found online that I wanted to order and was able to browse the store with no pressure from sales staff. Then I was greeted by Denise and she went out of her way to explain the furniture, quality and characteristics of each piece that I was looking to order. Then she went over the different financing options that were available and worked to get me a great deal on everything I needed. ***Update to my very satisfied review below, that I was persuaded to leave BEFORE getting our furniture. (This is how they get good reviews, bc they ask their customers to leave a review upon purchase, and not of the experience as a whole.) These are not organic reviews. Please read on if considering buying furniture here: Currently, EXTREMELY unsatisfied and disappointed in Ashley’s Furniture. The sectional we purchased was 5 pieces that all fit together. Upon delivery, one of the chairs was missing a latch to hook it into the rest of the couch. We asked the delivery guys if they could make it fit ANYWHERE and we were told there was NO possible way because it was defective & missing the part. We decided to just send it back BEAUSE we were told there would be No fee since it was their fault. Well, a few days pass and we decided we wanted to get a console piece to go with the couch. We wanted to just buy it outright separately. I was told I needed to go to the store to order it. Went to the store & spoke to Natalie. She said the piece we sent back was entered by the delivery company as non defective and we “chose” to return it & we would be charged a 10% fee. I let her know that was not the case & they could listen to the call the day of delivery, since she seemed not to believe me. I was supposed to get a call back in no more than 3 days. NEVER got a call back. Then, I called again and spoke to a manager named Jesse. I told him what was going on. I was promised a call back again in no more than 2 days. NEVER heard back. 2 weeks went by. Still nothing.. I called back today and spoke to Jesse, again. He inquired about what I was calling about. He said “are you just calling to check on the fees and service charges” I reiterated there should be NO fee since the arm chair was defective. & at this point we just wanted a refund and not to order the console. All he said was “ok” and he would get it processed. I expressed my dissatisfaction with lack of follow up and communication and the fact they were trying to charge us fees for something that was their fault! I didn’t get an apology or even an acknowledgment of accountability on their part. Do not buy furniture from this company. All they are worried about is selling and not the smallest bit about customer satisfaction & customer service. This experience was a nightmare! Here is my previous review: Ashley furniture was a pleasure to work with! They are very friendly and professional. Dean is awesome! He made buying our new couch as painless as possible and kept us very informed in every step of the process. We are very satisfied.

After purchasing thousands of dollars of furniture here, we’ve been treated poorly and been given the run around. Among other things, we purchased a King sized Johnelle bed a little over a year ago from the Anniston location. We also purchased a protection plan that we were told would cover our furniture. After slightly a year of use, the bed’s frame snapped in half while we were sleeping, ~4 weeks ago. After filing a claim online for replacement via insurance, we heard nothing back for a few weeks. We call again and they say it’s been approved and we’ll be contacted with further steps in a few days. Again after roughly a week, I call to be told there’s a credit waiting for us on account with Anniston location. Great! Why did I have to call numerous times to get this done? When I called to move forward with Anniston store about getting a replacement rail, we’ve been treated poorly. The manager has spoken to both me and my husband with no sympathy and instead hits us with a bunch of “store policies,” that were not mentioned to us while purchasing furniture. For instance, our credit on account is only good for the amount WE purchased the beds rails for. So, if they’re on a different sale or no longer marked down- we’re expected to pay difference, they do not price match what we paid. Likewise, we are expected to pay an additional $125 delivery fee to have this shipped to our home, which will take another 3-5 weeks. I worked in a furniture store for years and have never known one to be unable to price match what was originally paid, especially in cases of replacing damaged furniture barely a year later. Ultimately, why did we pay for a protection plan, only to be hit with more fees and costs when their poorly made furniture snaps in half? Similarly, we’re unable to pick said replacement parts up from store to avoid a delivery fee. Do not recommend buying protection plan as none of this info is told to you up front. Now I’m left, 6 months pregnant, sleeping on an uncomfortable Ashley furniture couch instead of their $1,200 junk bed. All while their manager hits us with new policies, we’re another $300 out of pocket for a bed that probably snaps in half again in a year.

Do not buy from Ashley furniture. We bought a love seat back in june 2023. the delivery people dropped and broke it. We were informed them and they said they could not take it back and all they could do was fix it. Well two technicians later a dispute and guess what still not fixed and they told us they are done. So we have a 1200$ piece of junk, it does not recline and it’s just about complete split in half. One of the seats is broke down and the assit lever on both sides are broke. This is completely unacceptable . Word to the wise, if you need furniture do not shop ashleys!

I originally left a 5 star review because of the sales process being so smooth with Dean, and the clear expectations given over delivery. Apparently that’s what they do to take your money, with no way to deliver on the services you order. That being said it’s almost 7 weeks later, we still have no bed and no replacement for our product that was delivered damaged!!! I get text promises but no follow through. I was told they were ordering parts for a chair that could have very simply been replaced (these are parts I then have to wait for a repair person to come out and assemble). To date they “have no clue about the parts order but are researching it.” I have probably 4 requests to a customer service supervisor in but have yet to hear from them. There is no communication between the store and their warehouse or customer service, and when you ask for a manager at either they just give you the run around and false promises of call backs at both places!

Just got what they called a white glove delivery that I paid extra for! The dresser is broken and as you can see it’s nowhere close to a “white glove delivery”! 4/26 update. I’m having to wait another week for some repair person to come out and take a look at it. This means I have to take another day off from work and still can’t use the dress or we bought for our newborn. At Shia point I would have been better off buying a dress or across the street from Big Lots.

Don't buy the furniture from Ashley's. Seriously! I have placed an order for a bed, waited like 7 months or so for it, and it never came. Finally, lost my patience, refunded, went to Overstock and bought an entire bedroom set for the price of one bed from Ashley. And I got it within a week. They will feed you promises they have no intention on keeping. I would rather assemble my furniture myself rather than overpay for the service if said furniture even arrives... EVER. Additionally, their guarantee will run out on you just as something breaks. You will never get to use it, but when you need fixing something or replacing an item, guarantee conveniently runs out just in time. I will never shop at Ashley's again. Too pricey for furniture that doesn't last that long if you ever even get it to begin with!

Horrible Service (a few days shy of a year to repair an initially broken chair.) Additionally, the comfort of sofa (hard as a rock compared to the actual product selected in the show room.) Ashley won't even simply switch out what as delivered for the show room floor. They won't replace it. They promised store credit for another option, but now won't honor that. They won't work with you unless pressed with dispute from the credit card/Bank. Then it's too late. They don't hold up to their warranty, or do good business. I have furnished many homes with this company and WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. Poor Ethics! BUYER BEWARE

Let me save some people a headache. Stay out of Ashleyhomestore ! I paid $14K for furniture in January this year, and I have not received one piece of the furniture. Now that I'm fed up and ready to cancel the order, the want to charge 10% to cancel the items that they technically have available even though they don't have full sets. I said okay send me what you have, cancel the rest. Now, they want to reschedule a delivery that they were scheduled to bring tomorrow. I'm about to let them know they can reschedule to deliver it right to where they process returns and I'll meet them there. Listen, Havertys Furniture has been to my home three times. They have excellent customer service, excellent warranty packages, and the furniture quality is top tier. Spend the extra coin and protect your peace. I see an arbitration table in my near future.v SMH

My granddaughter Jayal Green order a bedroom suite on November 2021 and haven't received it yet. Everyime you call it is a different date. Call today and expected to hear that it would have a date since on the 10th will be 6 months. Now saying next month. She will be able to get her money back next month. The only customer service that is recieved is when they are trying to make a sale. Once the sale is made it is truly an act of congress to get anyone to speak with you or return your phone call. Fatima, the store manager, does not value you as customer. PLEASE DONT CONFRONT HER about HER UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, as she will haggle with you about how goodher customer service is. You must go through her to make a complaint/speak with the area manager. I did not realize the business emails where private information.I have been waiting for a refund on my purchase since July. I had to literally go down to the store to recieve an update on my account because my messages always seem to be lost.

I haven't received my couch and loveseat yet so I can't rate my delivery experience at this time. However, my instore shopping experience was great! Tiana, my sales representative, was excellent. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I wish it could go lower. In the store very helpful but delivery and after the sale awful. We ordered outdoor furniture March 28th. They delivered the couch and it was damaged. They delivered the chairs and again damaged. Same type of marks. So either they are damaged in transit or no one cares. We sent then back and if course you are out back on the list to wait. We are now told don't expect anything until July 9th. So much for the holiday. They also do not give you the courtesy of a call. We have had to call each time to check. The STORE DOES NOT CARE. Do yourself a favor and stay clear.
Be aware if you change your mind on any item they will charge you a restocking fee even if the item has not even shipped to the local warehouse.
We purchased our new bedroom suit as well as our guest bed & mattress yesterday and feteme was beyond helpful along with her other co workers. She was very patient she helped me with any questions I had and helped me in every way possible to make it the smoothest buying experience. She is awesome and we will always look foward to going to Ashley home furniture for her help💗
So far, this experience with this store has been absolutely horrible. I am a very understanding person when it comes to wait times, however; when I called up there to get a status on my order for the second time. I was told that they are not allowed to give updates on orders. When I ask about an approximate delivery date. I was told it could be upwards to next year which is absolutely ridiculous. They should be giving some sort of option to cancel the order but when asked to cancel. I have to pay 30% of the overall cost of the furniture. I would STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are crooks and thief’s in my opinion.
The store manager was actually who helped me and my boyfriend. And she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for us and we were able to get everything we needed! The best Ashley furniture I’ve been too!

The Ashley on Quintard has an excelant selection of everything we needed to furnish our dining and living rooms. The peices we picked from thier show room nicely complimented each other and gave a good flow to our newly remodled space. We definatly put our sales person Joanna to the test and she shined bright. She was very atentive, courtious and communicated our options very well. When it was down to finalizing our purchase the manager Fatima worked very hard to get the pricing and financing within our budget. All in all our experience was an awsome one. I'd recomend this particular store to anyone. Review update: every aspect of my experience after making my purchase has been horrible. No answers on deliveries damaged products at delivery not made right. The claims de0artment has no ansewers and the store can't tell me anything. I wouldn't buy anything here again.

I was going to buy a living room set until my salesperson "The Manager " Fortema was extremely pushy about us getting a mattress when I said 100 times I didn't want one. So we ended up walking out... When I say to a sales person multiple times I just bought a mattress 6 months ago "we do not need one".. so she still would rather show us something I am not interested in, rather than something I came in the store to buy... and again this store needs better Management.

I bought sofa with a protection plan. I found that the protection plan is a SCAM and you should not buy it at all. Sofa quality is very cheap. I except the sofa to last at least 6 years but did not last a year and half because of loss of foam issues. I called them and offered to send a replacement but it is way too expensive. Now I don't use it anymore ( cheap quality and expensive price).

The on line procedure was not as user friendly as I thought but with her help in the store everything went very smoothly. This store although in a smaller town is very well stocked and the furniture is displayed beautifully. I will definitely shop here again.
I have been waiting on my living room suit for nearly 4 months and every time I call them my date for delivery gets pushed back further and further. The lady that sold us the furniture was very helpful but as soon as they get your money then you are on your own. Covid or not after 4 months I should have a couch. I have not been offered one time a discount or any of my money back just a sorry and try again next week.

I bought a Sectional from this store and was told it was leather. About a year later the seat part started to peal off NOT REAL LEATHER, luckily we got the warranty, at first they wanted to send someone to just fix the places that were messed up. Afternoon arguing with several people they gave me a full credit. After spending another $1000.00 on top of the credit we bought two new couches, when we were unwrapping them we noticed a large scratch on one of them. So once again I called. I was told that someone would follow up with me and take care of it after all it was new at this point. No one ever called back from the warranty center. I talked to a very nice lady at the retail store and she assured me she had put in a note for someone to follow up with me. 3 months later still no call!!! Long story short this is cheap made furniture at high prices with horrible customer service!!!! Spend the extra money and buy better quality!

Purchased furniture less than a year ago with furniture insurance. The USB port on the nightstand malfunctioned. Insurance won't cover and was told warranty would. Spoke to 3 people, emailed various evidence, waited for months for replacements and for it to be repaired. It's been 3 months. Will have to get someone else to do it! Unacceptable customer service and will not recommend to anyone!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered my table from the Anniston store kiosk on 11/11/2019. It took several weeks for delivery but it was NOT the table I ordered. I filed a claim the very day I got the table (claim # 4418). It’s now January 30th 2020 and I have still not heard one word about my claim. I have left many many messages for a manager to call me because the young ladies that answer the customer care line keep saying there’s no update on my claim. I went to the store and my sales lady barely even remembered me. She was all about me before purchase but now no one wants to speak to me about my purchase. With no table for Christmas guests and several other events, needless to say I am NOT happy with Ashley Furniture at all. Please DO NOT purchase from this company. I feel I have been more then fair and patient through this but I am at my wits end. I spent over $1000 for this undesirable table. They do not care about customers after purchase. Wondering if I should seek legal counsel.

Yes purchased dining room chairs and recliner. Told them that my 88 year old mother needed as soon as possible and was told 3 to 6 weeks. Ask if recliner could be delivered as soon as it come in. Waited 3 weeks and called and said it was in warehouse and was waiting on dining room chairs . Then said it would be the 4th and that was 4 weeks. Told me they would keep a check and see that it was delivered as soon as possible. I had to call warehouse and set up my delivery. Left message that it would be delivered between 5.30 and 8.00 pm. I get up for work at 3.45 am . Work 12 hr shifts. Then called me and said that they would be here till 9.30 pm and could reschedule. I said no my 88 year old mother has no where to sit and what she did have was gone because we were waiting for new one. I feel that this was handle very un professional and that 9.30 pm is ridiculous to deliver furniture. The sales people and the manager was nice at the store. But never called or set up delivery and came through after the sale. I paid 100.00 for it to be delivered. Had to make all calls to see where it was and had to call warehouse stay on hold at my job to set up delivery. I will never do business with Ashley furniture again. Why I sit at home waiting on furniture the stores are closed and they are home at 9.30 at night.

The furniture is well priced, good quality, and the sales people are willing to work with you financially to get the sell. That is the only good thing about this store. We worked with Matthew at the Anniston location who told us how easy it would be to just call and add other items to an existing order which was completely incorrect! He then was off and didn’t pass any of the needed info on to anyone to help. They weren’t willing to anyway. No one will help you add, subtract, or do anything else once your order has been placed. The customer service is a complete joke and no one knows or cares about what you need. They are quick to tell you that you will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel but won’t help you with anything to assure you are satisfied with the purchase. Shipping is long and painful and they will not rush orders.

I normally choose not to do poor reviews, but I couldn't leave my 5-star as a 5-star. Initially, I was very pleased with this store. We purchased an accessory table from them; I had been looking for a while and found the perfect one. That was on July 20, 2019. We were told it would be a three to six-week wait for the table to come in, and I was okay with that. When the table came in, we changed our mind about having it delivered and asked that they assemble and deliver the piece. They stated we would have to talk directly with the delivery company who contracts with them, that they wouldn't contact them. We were a little frustrated, but we were the ones who had changed our minds. One thing led to another in trying to get this company to deliver and assemble the piece. Ashley finally took the responsibility and contacted the delivery company, waiving the fee, which we appreciate. The delivery company showed up today (September 18) with our table, unassembled. When my husband asked for them to call the manager, the delivery personnel pointed out they didn't work for Ashley and were taking the table back to the Ashley store. I really don't know when this table will be delivered assembled or if we're just going to ask for our money back. I love the furniture made by Ashley and have several pieces in our home; however, this is the first, and last, time I've bought Ashley furniture from an Ashley store. They pass the buck to the delivery company and the delivery company passes the buck back to them. Ashley should accept responsibility for their business practices. It's a shame that I have to do business with another dealer to get their products in a timely and professional manner. There 's a certain irony in that.

She could tell us what materials were used to manufacture the furniture and whether or not items were at the warehouse without even looking. We purchased a large chair, ottoman, and mattress set. He was very helpful but most of al patient with my mother who was indecisive on a mattress after what seemed like an hour my parents where able to agree on a mattress set & we proceeded to apply for the financing at this point Feteme came in to help us along with the suggestion of a bedroom set to go along with the new mattress. Again her and Toney were left waiting a while before my parents made their final selection. At the end of the afternoon both my parents were extremely happy with their purchase and we couldn’t be more greatly at how helpful and friendly Feteme and Toney were. We highly recommend Ashley’s Home Store hands down no tricks like other furniture stores.

We bought a couch and oversized recliner. It took 5 or 6 weeks for delivery which is what they stated at the beginning which was fine. When we received the furniture, the couch came missing screws and the over sized recliner came broken. So we called and put in a replacement order. The day it was supposed to be delivered we got a phone call that the replacement is also broken and they will have to order another one. Like, really? Ashley has the high prices for furniture that they can't even build correctly because for some apparent reason they always come in broken. I will never do business at Ashley Furniture again.

I can’t express with words how well my experience was here at the Ashley HomeStore in Anniston, Al. I was greeted by Toney, Shila, Fateme, and Lynnie. That was a first for me! That’s not even the best part! Each one of them made sure I was assisted, and completely satisfied with my selection. I definitely give this store a 5 star rating, and I would give a 10 star if that option was available!

I was approved for an Ashley credit card, so we went to the local store to look at reclining loveseats. It was not a good experience! I don't like to be harrassed while shopping by an annoying salesperson, I just want to look in peace. I've never seen a store with more excuses to NOT sell you something! We found a loveseat we liked, it was on clearance for $750. We told the ever annoying guy breathing down our necks we wanted that one... he says, "we can't finance it if it's on clearance". Bear in mind I wasn't wanting in store financing, I have a CARD through synchrony bank. Then he says "we can't deliver it if it's on clearance"... ok, we can get someone to come pick it up.. but, we want you to plug it in, so we can be sure that both recliners work.. guess what?? One side works, the other side not only doesn't work, but the cord has actually been cut, so it is also a fire hazard. Ok.. not getting that one. We find another one, it's also on clearance for $1200, but, it was almost the same thing. Ask him to plug it in, both cords are missing. Not getting that one... then we found one that wasn't on clearance... ok, we will take this one.. AND, they can deliver it.. then he says "it'll be 3-6 weeks before it even comes in, then we will give you a delivery date"... ummm... seriously?? I finally said that if I have to wait that long, I can just order it online & have it shipped straight to the house.. so the salesman starts telling us all the negative reasons why we shouldn't do it that way..After 5 more minutes of double talk/rigamarole from this guy, I was getting irritated, so I just told my hubby, "lets go to Badcock"! So... we did, found what we wanted, got approved to finance it & they are delivering it on Thursday, of THIS week... not late July or early August! I don't know how they stay in business.. too many damn rules to simply buy some furniture!
Greeted at the door with a gentleman and an inviting smile. We were looking for mattresses and the selection was great. Prices were about where you would expect to be and of course they go up ⬆️. Layout was clean and inviting with relaxed atmosphere. Didn't feel pressured at all. Only wish is to purchase and own same day. . I hate getting excited about a purchase and not getting it till later.

I will never buy anything from Ashley furniture in Oxford Alabama. They did nothing but lie to us over and over and over again about when our things were going to be delivered. Stuff we bought that was on the floor so it could be delivered right away still isn’t here one month later. The stuff we ordered was supposed to be all delivered today but they called and said 01 if your bedroom sets isn’t in . Last week they said everything was in. Run as fast as you can away from the store

Fateme and McKay we're wonderful. They answered every question, gave straightforward responses and didn't try to hide any costs. The price they gave was the out the door price and the recliner is great news with a very good factory warranty. Also, the protection plan, if not used, is refunded as store credit at the end of the term.
The staff were friendly, found help with selection immediately. Gave me a good delivery time, with no interest for 1 yr. I will shop here in the future and recommend it to others.

Fateme is the best sales person! She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, not pushy. Just knows how to get things accomplished. We are not happy with the way corporate handled a situation with some furniture that we bought. But can't praise Fateme enough! Thanks for everything Fateme!!

Ordered $6500.00worth of furniture the middle of April for delivery in late May. Was assured there would be no problem as that gave Ashley plenty of lead time. 4 days prior to delivery on May 23rd was told tv stand wouldn't be to warehouse till June 4th. Called on June 4th and was told it wouldn't ship till July 6th. Rediculous. Very poor service. Went back to store on June 6th and the customer service people made several calls and received permission for me to get the tv stand that was on display. Got it home and it is perfect. .
Went in just to browse for a new bedroom suite. Fatema was the salesperson we met first. She was wonderful! She spent about 2 hours or so with us. Fatema went over all the mattress options and really helped us to realize which was best for us. We never felt rushed or pressured in to making a purchase.
Good furniture but fairly high prices
This is not the greatest quality of furniture, nor staff. Head to another store for a good experience.

Two words....Ms. Fateme! She is definitely good at what she does. At first, the price tags scared me a bit, being my first time visiting an Ashley store. Ms. Fateme really gave me a HUGGGGGEEEEEEE break. Everyone was super professional, nice, and even more PATIENT with my indecisiveness. I arrived at 12:45 pm, and did not leave until after 5 pm! Long story short I was able to FULLY furnish 3 rooms For an AMAZING price. I definitely will be returning, and recommending this location to everyone I know!

Ashley Furniture has always been my favorite place to shop for furniture. I just can't find what I like anywhere else. I went in looking for a particular couch I saw online, but it wasn't available. John McKee II assisted me in finding the perfect couch to fit my needs. He was extremely patient with me as I took my time trying to decide if I was making the right choice. He also worked with the manager to ensure I had the right price for my budget. I will definitely return to this store for all of my furniture needs.

Great furniture selection
Well for one they had what my husband and I liked and had good customer service. I went a first time and came back and John McKee II happened to remember what we had talked about monthhhhs ago so that was a plus for me. Worst place to go if you don't bring cash! I went there to buy a bed and the guy that showed me around was nice enough, even though I worked in sales for 20years myself and knew he was just bs' ING me I was gonna pay less than what he proclaimed was the very lowest he could go. All the prices are crossed out red to make you think they are already reduced but in reality the prices they tell you are the ones that the furniture is really listed as. Don't be fooled, I hate having to go thru the hassle when I buy furniture just like I'm buying a car but I was already there so I just went ahead. I found what I was looking for, got the prize I was willing to pay and waited to sign my paperwork. I was sitting down close to the desk and I overhead them talking about one customer that didn't qualify for their credit program like a dog!!!! Saying things like, oh hell no , he ain't getting shi$ in here he's broke.... Haha !!! It was the mgr and a skinny black gentleman that were doing the hassling Then they talked about a lady that was sitting close also and that even if she said please in her native tongue they couldn't help her. They laughed and pointed, I was truly appalled. I'm going to call their headquarters and complain because that lady left being ashamed and hurt by these two punk's and I ended up not buying my bed in cash like I said I would because I can't buy anything in a store that treats their customers like that . If you go there for a good deal, remember to take 50% of the crossed out red price and if you think you may have bad credit just remember that the Mgr. and a skinny black man with a pointy beard will laugh you out of the store. Horrible

Went into this store to only get ideas of what to buy when my wife and I got our taxes back. Left buying a new bed, a sectional sofa and a recliner! LaShawn Swanigan did great. She knew all the answers to all our questions and made us feel right at home from the minute we walked through the door until we left 4 hours later. Stayed with us the whole time. Felt like she was a friend we had known for years. Had some issues with an out of town sales managers the store named Billy. That guy almost lost the sale for these great people, but thankfully LaShawn and the Store Manager, Desmond Seay, things were straightened out and we are happy. Definitely will be back to do business with these people!
Paid around 4000 for furniture 2 months later no furniture
Had huge signs all over town saying everything on sale nothing held back with 75% off everything. Went in and found that everything on sale had been doubled in price and about 75% of items were not on sale at all. If I am correct in my definition of everything it tends to include the whole store not just what they pick and choose. On top of all of this there was no indication of the actual discount on anything that was actually on sell, and when I pointed this out to a sales man he then decided to follow me around the store for the remainder of my time there as if I had done something wrong. So in short if you think about going here to buy furniture you might just be better off burning a pile of cash and wishing for a new recliner than buying one here.

My wife and I were looking for living room furniture. We decided to try out the new Ashley store. The store is super nice. We were greeted at the door by LaShawn Swanigan. She took us through the entire store to try out all the furniture that was in the style we were wanting. She even showed us several other pieces, just to be sure we were certain about what we wanted. They were very quick with their pricing. We had to leave to make sure what we were wanting would fit in our living room. She texted back and forth with us as we worked through configuration changes. She was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. The best customer service I have ever received. We highly recommend the store and the salesperson.
