Took 1-2 months for a repair to be picked up and this was after calling multiple times to see if there was an update. When they do pick it up we get a call later saying it’s ready and they’ll schedule the delivery. Well, the day they came to deliver it they thought they were picking it up… after calling again it’s apparently not even repaired yet. No communication at all. No one knows what’s going on it seems.

I had the worst experience ever after they dropped off my furniture set. 4K down the drain, if you value your hard earned money please take your business elsewhere. They ask you to write a review immediately after purchase and my in store experience was amazing but again after drop off, they did not care. This review is a sign trust me ! Update:12/16/2025 No one reached out to me but I received cushion in the mail after visiting the store shortly after the first review. I could write a novel, but I won't, I'll only say that from now on when we visit the Hoover Ashley store we will be dealing with Gavin. We will be customers of Ashley and of Gavin going forward in the future! He made the whole experience an enjoyable one!

We cannot recommend this store and Cassy’s help enough! She was very informative, professional, and made the process a lot smoother for us. She was there if we needed help or had questions, but she never was looking over our shoulders. We had a great experience and will continue to shop here for quality furniture!

Wish I could get my money back. Warranty sucks and I had to buy a whole other piece because it was junk. The Warranty was confusing and the people there was no help about how it works. They can't give you a new piece they just send a guy to repair it and you still have to pay for that by the way. Guy came and looked and never came back or called. I said screw it and bought another piece. 600 dollars down the toilet. I asked the guy when I buying the new piece if there was anything they could do to help me and he said no. All he was worried about was getting a 5 star on Google though

What terrible customer service! I ordered a dining room table and chairs online with a scheduled white glove delivery. When the delivery team arrived at my home, they first attempted to bring in the wrong table and chairs, then discovered my delivery was tucked way in the back of the truck. Then they discovered they didn’t have the hardware to assemble my furniture. I was depending on this delivery because I’m hosting a party this weekend. When I called Ashley Delivery to expedite re-delivery, I was told it would be another two weeks before they could reschedule. Another issue was my phone number was incorrect on the delivery info. Prior to the delivery, I called Ashley twice to correct the error. The delivery team could not reach me because the number hadn’t been corrected in the system. It still hasn’t been corrected despite me telling them SEVERAL times. There’s still time to rectify the issue, but at this point, I doubt Ashley will make this right and deliver my furniture prior to my event. Very disappointing.

The delivery of our furniture was not acceptable at all. There was one of the sectionals that the feet was put in just threw the cotton fabric, not threw the wood and screw holes were. So when we moved the sectional against the wall way after they left the screws falling out scratched our wooden floor, badly. When we heard it and turned it over the screws fell out. That’s how bad they were not attached to anything. I called to talk to the manager several times and they wouldn’t take my calls. I got our furniture in the Hoover store because when we went into the Inverness store the younger man that we ask about some furniture he told us the price and left us. So we went to him to ask about something we had seen before and his reply was, “we don’t have that in the store you should have got it when you saw it.” We wanted to order it but he was too much of a smart guy to stop and do it. Then there was the man at the Hoover store that humiliated a girl worker there in front of everyone yelling at her that she got his cloths to close to his and her hygiene isnt like his!?! Yelling at her to never do it again and followed her into another office to scream at her. Quite embarrassing, only the young lady that helped us was professional and sweet. It was the only reason we didn’t leave. Just her. But, we still want ever go back.

Ashley Furniture. More like Ashley waste your time and money. I am furious and had a terrible experience. DO NOT COME HERE. I purchased a couch here and they did not have the couch… after finding this out they then tried to up sale us on another couch. After wasting our time and money they then claimed we owned them 10% for the couch (that they did not have). We ended up going to rooms to go and explained the situation. ROOMS TO GO THEN TOLD US THEY HAVE MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS COME TO THEM AFTER THEY HAVE ASHLEY FURNITURE SELL THEM A COUCH THEY DO NOT HAVE/ CLAIM THEY HAVE IN STOCK JUST TO CLOSE A SALE. I will NEVER ever do buissness again will Ashley Furniture and highly recommend you go to Rooms To Go if you want to work with professionals.

Cassy was great! Easy to work with and not overbearing. I can't stand an overbearing salesperson.

Coming as an out of state student, Lynn did a great job helping me find the bed set that I needed for my apartment. At first my family and I were stressed because we had difficulties finding the right furniture but Lynn expressed great empathy for my situation.
