Initially, when I purchased from the Ashley outlet in Trussville I was excited about my furniture but as time went on I became very unpleased with the furniture as well as the payments. I was told that I would receive zero interest for 60 months however I did not. I was drawing interest the second month I was told that by TD Bank. Therefore my payments went from 35 to 140 dollars a month and not to mention the 40 dollar late fee so the actual cost of the furniture has been the same for a year never going down as I made payments. When I ask the store manager what happened they stated that my sales representative had been fired I guess this is why because she was given false information. My advice to future customers is that if u purchase something pay for it right then because if you finance it I guarantee u that u will have problems. SMH

05/17…. Cleo Cleo Cleo!!!! Top notch customer service from the time I walked in until the purchase was completed with no pressure applied. I highly recommend this location. This review is being edited as of 06/09…. Not to take anything away from the salesman I am still pleased with his service. But financing has fraudulently placed a second charge on my acct and as of today they claim to not see this charge on their system and has not been helpful at all to get this corrected. It was supposedly submitted to corporate as of 05/30 but I have not received any communication on their behalf. I contacted the store directly and was advised that it wasn’t reviewed .

I had the best experience with associate Lillie N. I went in to find items for my grandmother’s bedroom. She listened to our wants and concerns and assisted us properly. She was very helpful even when we ran into a few issues with items we were wanting. She was also very patient from beginning to end and even answered ALL of our questions. To be honest, she was the sweetest associate I’ve ever met.

I visited the store early last year and wasn’t especially impressed with my experience there. The salespeople weren’t all that interested in helping me and I left expecting that I would take my business elsewhere. Recently I took a chance and went in again and it was like a different store. I don’t know if they hired more motivated people or found a better manager but my experience was much more pleasant and I will shop there again.

The experience exceeded my expectations! My mom had been eyeing this beautiful dining room set for weeks, but we were unsure how to make it work within our budget. That's when Payton, the finance guy at the store, stepped in and truly made a difference. He was incredibly patient, understanding, and knowledgeable about all the financing options. Payton took the time to explain everything thoroughly. His guidance made the entire process stress-free, and thanks to him, my mom got the dining room set she had always dreamed of without any financial worry.

I went to 3 different furniture stores in Birmingham, even the Ashley Furniture on 280. I must say that NONE of them compared to my experience at this Ashley Furniture location. The prices were phenomenal and the customer service was top tier! I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smiling Lillie who made sure to allow me time to walk around and see what I liked before approaching me when I found the exact bed I’ve been looking for all week. She even gave me tips on pillows based on my sleeping style and let me try out some of the mattresses they had on sale. She asked me my budget and her and Forrest went to work finding me the perfect payment plan! I honestly don’t know how long I was in there but I know they worked diligently until they got me in my price range! I recommend them a million times over!

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Ashley Furniture . After the company made multiple errors with my orders, I approached the store to resolve the issue. Instead of providing assistance, Angela yelled at me, blaming me for the situation. Her aggressive tone and lack of professionalism made an already frustrating situation much worse. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles those mistakes reflects its values. Customers deserve respect and support, not hostility, especially when the fault lies with the company. I urge Ashley Furniture to invest in customer service training for their staff and ensure better accountability for errors. This experience has completely eroded my trust in the company, and I won’t be returning unless improvements are made.

My new go to guy Mark B came in with the biggest smile on his face I just new that we were going to get along! He went from room to room filling our house with love and joy. It's not about the money with Mark B. He really cares so much. I don't normally leave reviews but he did such a good job that I want someone who reads this to help themselves by getting wonderful respect love and help in the community from this gentlemen. #awesome #Mark rules!!!!!!! Hi my name is Terence I visited the Trussville location maybe two weeks ago I was assisted by Mark in my search for a bedroom set for my 14 year old daughter he gave us plenty options was very patient because of Mark I would most definitely shop at Ashley furniture again

Mark was the best sales guy ever! Our family was so happy and grateful for his professionalism and made our experience outstanding. The kids even said thank you for taking us to Ashley furniture. I think it was because of the mints he carried around.

Great customer service here but my issue is we bought a couch from here for around $2,600 and it was fine for about 3 months but it's already breaking in areas underneath(*and no we aren't fat, nor are we rough on our furniture, very gentle actually) because it's built with cheap material like pressboard, it is poor quality for A LOT of money. I would have been better off going to a thrift store for better quality. Will never be back here for furniture.

ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!! Regarding my scathing review of Ashley Outlet, Trussville. I owe a huge amends to this furniture store and I especially owe an incredibly large amends to Lillie Newell, salesperson. I WAS WRONG ABOUT JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS INVOLVING A FURNITURE PRICE INTERACTION!!! I assumed that Lillie Newell was purposely trying to deceive me about the price of a sleeper sofa by not mentioning the $500 extended damage coverage that she had included in the price. I assumed facts not in evidence, jumped to conclusions, and believed that Lillie Newell was involved in deceptive sales practices. Lillie Newell is an outstanding young salesperson who worked incredibly hard to write up a sales quote for me. I would also like to make amends to Angela, the store manager. If I had asked to talk to the store manager the day of this incident, Angela would have been able to answer all of my concerns without incident. I know that this new review doesn't make up for the horrendous review that I had written a couple of days ago, but I had to set the record straight for my own peace of mind.
