I came into the store with my friend with no reservations to purchase anything. Nicole was our salesperson and was so patient and courteous. She greeted us warmly and walked us through the displays explaining the deals. Long story short, I was the one who made the wonderful purchase, not my friend! Nicole was very helpful and I will be recommending her services!
I came in with my friend and family just to price some items and was greeted by Mrs Nicole. Nicole was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I had questions on. Excellent customer service! I am looking to buy a new mattress and wanted to find out about price and financing. I came to the Brook Highland location. The representative I spoke to was Ramin. He was very helpful in explaining everything to me regarding price and especially financing in a way that was very easy for me to understand. He was very kind and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions. I am definitely going back to buy my mattress and perhaps even other pieces of furniture from this store.

Reya was the one who helped us specifically and answered all of our questions and did not make us feel pressured at all :) We were in the market for a couch and did end up purchasing one of the modular ones - the whole process from start to finish was easy peasy!
Worst furniture purchase experience ever. I've furnished 3 houses over 20 years with Ashley from other vendors. Chris the manager will tell you anything you want to hear to sign the papers then he will tell you to your face he never said that. They ask you to leave a review at the desk on your in store experience before you receive your furniture. I recommend you read all the lowest reviews and also read the reviews from the Tuscaloosa Ashley where Chris was the Manager in the past. When you have 40 plus reviews all posting the same reviews about Chris and his lies you should question if he's telling you anything it takes to make the sale. They will throw in items for free and then bill you for those items. There is no true Corporate# to call and Roland the DM is no help. I purchased $8,400 worth of furniture and was billed over $17,000 at one point. After everything was refunded I owed over $9,200. I requested a review of my bill from the credit department and was told I owed $8,400 and any other charges I should take up with the store. I have yet got a clear answer on what the other $800 was for but was told by the DM Roland that's what I owe. I was told there is always 3 sides to any story by Roland so I strongly recommend you read all the lowest reviews at the Brookhighland location and the Tuscaloosa location and come up with your own opinion. Ashley furniture itself is good quality but being lied to overcharged and told to pay it is stealing and you should not do business with any company that accepts lies to close a deal.
We had a great experience while looking for a new Living Room set at the store located on 280 in Alabama. We had planned on only looking today but due to the great customer service we received from Reyanna, we actually purchased it today. She greeted me and my family with a smile when we 1st walked in the door and was very attentive to our needs without being over pushy to make a sale. Stop by and check her out you will like the service she provides.

I visited this site last week I was going to change my bedroom I did not know that Ashley has mattresses either . Manager .Ramin Helped me to choose the Best Mattress for my bed and in the last few days I had my best sleeping time with waking up with a healthy body and no pain.... Rihanna was great to work with did not purchase anything today. I am in sales so I am sure her manager told her to stay close by but she answered all of our questions and when we are ready to purchase within the next month I will be asking for her.

The staff at this location were patient and helpful. Specifically, Greg and Laquita and Chris went out of their way to help me figure out dimensions and the placement of armchairs and Ottomans. I would definitely recommend this store for quality furniture. They also worked with me to provide the cheapest option possible.
This store has staff that acts like they want to help, but in the end, their lack of knowledge about the product and processes of their store almost ruined Christmas for our daughter. We placed an order for a bed and nightstand, with a quick turnaround for Christmas. The staff knew this, and ultimately said it wouldn't be possible. However, the store manager managed to figure it out and promised a delivery before Christmas. I left happy. I also left a good Google review (which has since been deleted.) Appx. 24 hours later, I was called by the store, saying they made a mistake. They ordered two of the same part. I would be required to authorize an edit to the order to correct. I never received the email promised to complete this task. I called back the next day, and eventually received the promised email. I was told I would be called to set up delivery for December 24 on December 23. Fast forward to December 23, and by the afternoon, I had not been called. I called the store and was informed that my order would not only be delivered as promised, but it was now coming no earlier than mid-January. The reason? They took too long to fix THEIR mistake, so my ordered product was given to another customer that placed an order after I did. The store staff seemed baffled and offered no solution. I cancelled my order. Rooms To Go in Hoover successfully filled my order. Their staff was awesome to work with. They saved Christmas.

My daughter bought me a recliner for my birthday from Ashley. Not only did it take a month to get delivered, but in just under a month, only sitting in said chair about 3 hours a night, the damn thing is broken to the point you can’t even sit in it. They have given us nothing but the runaround to try and get it replaced. I will not be buying anything at all, ever, from Ashley again. If another store carries Ashley furniture, I will not purchase.

This store is horrible, they lie, they never send you your purchases, you've been waiting for months, they send it wrong, they lie to you again, they have some fine print on the purchase and they don't give you your money back to cancel, bad people, liars, terrible quality. and they have so many stars because right there when you buy they make you go to the page and mark five stars in front of the seller.

Thank you to Ms. Laquita and Chris! I came in looking for a couch and got a bed set! I am such a particular person, and Laquita was so patient with me! Also, this store offers a 90-day down payment option and I’m SO thankful for it! It’s my first time buying furniture from an actual furniture store, and so while the bed was actually below my budget, the delivery, tax, and protection plan fees caught me a little off guard! But that’s ok because I was able to put a down payment and can pay it off soon! They made this experience easy breezy and I’m appreciative.

I'm editing this review. You should NEVER post a review till your experience is complete but Laquita showed me a scan code and asked that I go ahead and review my experience while I waited for the manager Chris to input my selection and give me the price after he applied discounts. Such a pleasant experience, until they had my payment. I was shopping furniture for my 90 year old aunt who is an Alzheimer's victim. Chris, the manager, showed sympathy because his father had Alzheimer's. But that was the extent of true understanding. I needed delivery by a certain date and if they could not deliver I needed to know asap so I could make arrangements with the movers to schedule pickup at Ashley Distribution in Bessemer. My problem isn't they could not deliver, it is that Chris would promise to call me then he wouldn't. Even pushing for me to wait until the morning of my needed delivery day promising to call me at 7:45am with an answer. At 9:30, unable to contact Chris by phone, I called scheduling myself. Reagan, in scheduling was so apologetic and assured me the delivery on Wednesday had not been an option and Chris should have known this. Along with this, the "discount" was supposed to be free delivery! He KNEW my delivery needs and date but yet sold me with promises that he never kept. This cost me $400 more in extra delivery charges. BUT then, once the furniture was there it had to be assembled! Another failure on the sales and management staff to not inform me the degree of assembly needed. I will NOT be shopping Ashley Hwy 280 again.

Store team is deceivingly helpful. Which they must do to hide the terrible service of the distribution center and delivery teams. Delivery is contracted out to 3rd parties that hire the "unhirable". To save yourself some trouble, buy from a local non-chain store that can deliver directly from the store and the exact furniture that you saw on the showroom.

The first shipment for the bedroom set came with the wrong parts and the second shipment for this same set was missing parts. Me and my 26 week pregnant wife don’t have a place to sleep because I got rid of my bedroom set hoping that this time they’d come with the correct parts. I want to let whoever I can know about this situation and that we are being billed even though we don’t have all of the parts.

I purchased a very expensive temper pedic mattress & came into the store voicing my concern about a month ago saying it was not as soft as it was in the store when we first tested it and purchased. They offered to swap it out which I thought was great since we were unsatisfied but I had to come back another day. Fast forward to yesterday, went back to get this taken care of & the manager of the store was very rude (I believe his name was Chris) and did not honor their word saying he can’t do anything. He said I had no “proof” of the conversation basically calling me a liar & offering zero help or recommendations whatsoever. I spent a lot of money here on a mattress and furniture. I echo another review I see on here - they’re very nice and helpful when you’re looking to buy something. But once they have their money they’re done with helping you. Will never buy here again. Awful customer care, awful business model to not even offer any help after spending several thousands of dollars. Would not recommend new customers step foot in Ashely Furniture, buy elsewhere - when you pay a premium for a product the customer service should be exceptional & it’s the exact opposite here.

The sales people in the store were great up until after the point of purchase. After purchase, we were promised our furniture on a certain date then after getting rid of our old furniture, we were told it would be another week before it would be delivered. Then it was delivered damaged and we are still trying to get it resolved.

We had an overall good experience. There were some recent changes with the financing options that weren’t clearly explained at first. After we grabbed lunch we returned to the store and the manager, Chris, broke down our options and answered all of our questions. The manager seems to be great at his job and care about customers so that was nice. Ultimately, taking the time to help us led to us purchasing furniture.

Never shopped at an Ashley before but wow I was really impressed. Wonderful quality furniture, fabulous prices, and really educated and friendly staff! Rodney helped us checkout. He helped us work out a great deal and we were able to stay under our budget and so we were also able to afford the extra 5 year warranty (which turns into store credit if it goes unused, btw). All around I am very glad we walked into Ashley today! We were in and out in 30 minutes with exactly what I was looking for. This is definitely going to be my new go-to spot for all my future furniture shopping.

Excellent! I am remodeling my living room and wanted to get new furniture. I was referred to the Brook Highland store located on HWY 280 by Ramin who works at the store. I decided to check it out. The store is very nice and clean, organized, you feel good immediately as you walk in. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. I bought a couple of things but am definitely going back to purchase more stuff. I highly recommend this store and am thankful to Ramin for suggesting I come in.

Update 10/23/24: So it's been nearly 4 full months and we FINALLY have a delivery date. Our salesman Brian started getting flakey and not giving us updates, to the point we had to call HIM to confirm delivery dates. Even then we had to call again but Customer Service this time to be told it's actually a different date. The entire process has been terrible. Update 10/24/24: Turns out its Ashley who is responsible for making the call updates on shipping, NOT the salesman. Sorry Brian. We got our furniture and the delivery did go well, even if it was heavily delayed. Ashley goes by a 'store size priority' and with this being such a small store, it really gets shafted on furniture arriving at a reasonable time. So to sum up, Ashley the store kinda sucks. The furniture is good quality and our Salesman Brian and Store Manage Chris did what they could with what they had. This review is for Ashley Home Store over all, not the people working there.

I was visiting family in the area, and at some point one of the chair cushion’s on my cousin’s dinette set had split. She said she got her original set a while ago from Ashley’s furniture and so we set out to find a replacement. Brad was the first to welcome us. Not only was he warm and courteous on first meeting, Brad also made sure to go the extra mile in tracking down a color and fabric match so the set wouldn’t look mismatched. The store was spacious and clean, and had plenty of options. Customer service was 10/10, a definite positive shopping experience.

He negatively talked about the place where we previously bought our furniture. Not aware of our experience there, or even if we had a connection. Big loss for Bryan, and Ashley furniture. Take a sales training class. I was prepared to pay cash and purchase a master bedroom set, sofa, and accent pieces TODAY.

What an amazing shopping experience I had today with Ashley Furniture Hwy 280! I came in few days ago looking for a new sectional and found exactly what I wanted with the assistance from Rodney! He invited me back today for a private sale and gave me unbelievable deal! I was so happy I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and I didn’t have to go to fifty different stores looking… Rodney’s customer service was topnotch and made sure what I wanted was exactly what I wanted! My experience with my sales associate was great. That’s where the magic ended, unfortunately. I went into the Ashley Store and ordered a living room set and was initially told there would be a 5-7 week estimated delivery window, which was fine at the time. Later that week, I received a call saying my furniture was ready for delivery. We scheduled delivery for that upcoming Saturday. I gave away my existing living room set in anticipation of the delivery. On the day of delivery, the sofa arrived damaged and dirty. The finish was chipping off the "wood" panels, and there was a chunk missing from one of the panels. We showed the delivery men the damage and asked to see the loveseat before they brought it into the house. It had similar damage so we refused delivery of both pieces. We had watched the delivery men unwrap both pieces so we know it was damaged before it got to our home. I called the store numerous times over the next several days requesting to cancel the order and for a full refund and was promised a call back each time. They did not. I did however receive a call from the distribution center because the store reps had apparently requested to reschedule a new delivery after I had already requested a cancellation and refund during three separate calls. A store rep finally called me back after the distribution center rep sent word to the store of my request for cancellation (again). I was told there would be a 10% cancellation fee because I did not cancel within 72 hours of purchase. Now the furniture was not scheduled to be delivered until 7 days after purchase, and initially, I was told it would be 5-7 weeks for delivery. How am I (or any customer) supposed to know that the furniture I’m receiving is such poor quality that it can’t make the trip from the factory to my home without falling apart? It is absurd to be charged for something I refused to accept because it did not come in the condition expected. It was a bait and switch. I believe this company is fully aware of the poor craftsmanship of their products, so much so that they have created this ridiculous cancellation policy to supplement their earnings and offset their losses. They have their furniture, and I have nothing of theirs. I in no way benefitted from anything they did. I was and am wholly inconvenienced. The customer should not be expected to pay for this company’s shortcomings. We went out and bought another living room set from another furniture store the day of delivery as we were now without living room furniture. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that this other store has a 7 day—from date of delivery—return policy, with full refund. So, it is absolutely possible to have a successful business AND fair policies despite what Ashley Furniture would have us believe.
We came looking for new furniture, Rodney helped us look for the right ones. Really nice & very helpful. Recommend him to help you look for your New Furniture. The Whole Team was Awesome!

TLDR (see screenshots) Furniture damaged upon install. Store refused to return during the three day period and now we are stuck waiting on repairs. I bought a full bedroom suit from Ashley Store 5287 US-280 Suite 221, Birmingham, AL 35242 on Feb 3rd and spent roughly $4,500 which included delivery and setup on Feb 7th. After installation I was rushed to check the furniture while the installers were making their way to the door. They had me call a number when I started looking at the furniture, which is what lets them move on to the next delivery. Less than five minutes after they left I found that the drawers on the footboard weren’t aligned and won’t open correctly, and chips started developing in the wood only days later, where the finish is coming unglued. I believe the top of the footboard is not finished correctly and it is wearing and chipping sooner than it should. We were told that if anything was damaged to “simply refuse the merchandise and have them remove it, and that we have three days to ask for a return,” but I didn’t get the opportunity to really check the furniture before I was thrown on the phone with the agent that told the delivery driver to leave while I was still looking over everything. When we called that day for a return, they refused and told us they would need to get with the third party repair before conducting a replacement. After weeks of waiting, the finally told us they can’t send a repair man until April 17th (with the same third party that was able to make a four hour delivery only days after purchase). They led us onto the sale saying we could arrange for a return within three days but when requested, they would not fulfill the request. This is a sales tactic to waste your time securing the sale (and most importantly, their compensation). When calling the store their employees have been reluctant to help beyond emailing this third party, which wasted our 3-day return time. The third party seems negligent to monitor their emails because we keep being told “we are waiting on updates.” The manager at the store is doing very little to address this issue, and seems to have no urgency in assisting customers once they have their money, which is a shame because they bent over backwards to get me approved for the sale thru two different banks. The delivery took almost 4 hours, and they want me to simply “refuse” and have them spend another few hours delaying other deliveries. I want a full exchange of the footboard and drawers.

I would not recommend purchasing from Ashley Furniture at all. The people in the store are really nice when they are working to get the sale but after they have your money they’re done with you. My partner and I came in and ordered a new bedroom suite. The sales lady and her manager were very nice and professional. The furniture was even delivered 5 days after ordering. Once we received the furniture the installation team put it together then left. They didn’t even give me a chance to look at it before they were gone. Once I went to inspect I noticed that the footboard has 2 large chips in it and the drawers were installed improperly and ultimately they broke them when installing. I called Ashley that day and let them know and sent them the pictures they asked for then no response for days. Finally we were told the parts to replace it were on back order and they didn’t know when they would arrive. It took 4 weeks for parts to come in and I called when they arrived and was told someone would reach out to schedule the repair. Yesterday I received an automated text saying the repair is scheduled 5 weeks out…. Called this morning and the lady told me they use a 3rd party and have no control over the repair. Just be prepared once they receive your money they don’t care anymore. I will never shop with Ashley again and will just stick to the locally owned furniture stores. They seems to have better customer service.

Brian McCombs and the whole team at the Ashley Furniture 280 store are the best folks in Birmingham to work with! I was searching for my first bedroom set, and had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for. Brian was very patient and kind, with a lighthearted spirit, and he went above and beyond to look out for me. He never pressured me into a sale or hovered over me as I was looking around (as can be the case at other locations, or just when shopping in general). While I didn't make a purchase after my initial visit to the 280 store, Brian checked in periodically to let me know in advance when sales would happen, and never made me feel like I had to make a purchase immediately. It felt like I was talking with a trusted friend or family member, which I appreciated so much when making these purchases solo. When I was finally able to move forward with my purchase, Brian really had my back and helped me save a ton of money, when he didn't have to at all. He's just a good guy like that. The process couldn't have been any smoother for the purchase, and a very pleasant surprise on the back end was that Brian called me well before the furniture was supposed to arrive, and helped coordinate delivery in less than half the original time. (The items I ordered were on backorder, and I was more than okay with the original wait time, but to be able to have furniture even sooner was just the cherry on top.) Delivery day was a breeze, and received plenty of messaging the day before delivery to secure the delivery time window. The delivery guys arrived right on time (actually on the early side of the timeframe) and handled everything with care—everything came in perfectly, and I'm in love with how my space looks now! It really takes a village to make a big purchase like this an easy and a smooth process, and I have to tip my hat to Brian, the delivery guys, and everyone at this store—I will certainly return the next time I'm in the market for furniture! Thank y'all for what you do!

Every employee was courteous by giving us space to look around but also checking on us occasionally to see if we had any questions. We ended up working with Brad and he made the process easy and was very realistic with us about furniture quality and how it suited our needs. Came into Ashley’s today looking for a new couch because me and my wife just moved into this lovely apartment. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with hospitality from Brad. I sat down with him and talked to him about the apartment and the kind of set up I was looking for to mesh with the overall look of the apartment. I couldn’t decide on whether I wanted to get a solid black or a light blue couch for the apartment but Brad is very knowledgeable and knows what to look for when matching colors and making things look presentable. Thanks to his insight I ended up deciding on the light blue couch I will be ordering in the near future.

The furniture is absolutely beautiful. The installer had no clue how to properly install the bed. Now, after waiting 5 1/2 weeks for the furniture, we've been told that the parts needed to properly assemble the bed are on back order and we have no idea when Ashley will have those parts. We have a bed, but nobody can sleep in it. THIS HAS NOT BEEB A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

This is by far the worst store I have ever been to. They literally nickel and dime you try to upsell everything. I ordered a bedroom set for my son. I went in after five weeks and was told it wouldn’t be delivered until the end of the month. When I requested a refund, I was told by the manager there would be a restocking fee if I chose to return the items. The promised delivery date was 3 to 5 weeks. She then asked if she could have until Monday to see if she could get it into the warehouse. I agreed, and Monday came, I noticed a refund was issued to my bank account with $100 missing from the total. They did this without giving me the courtesy of a phone call or even an email. I feel this is probably the shadiest store and worst customer support of any retail store I have ever been to. Avoid at all costs. Go to the outlet in Trussville if you want merchandise from Ashley. I should’ve trusted my instincts when I watched a male store manager chastise a sales person right in front of me when I was placing the order. This was a major red flag.

My husband and I went to the Ashley Furniture store on 280 and had a wonderful experience. Brad Wilson was our salesperson and he was phenomenal! I was looking for a particular sofa, and other stores knew nothing about it. Brad immediately knew which one I was talking about. Unfortunately that set was unavailable. After finding out what features i liked about it, he took me right to a comparable, but much nicer set. I can't say enough nice things about Brad and his sales manager. Best furniture shopping experience ever!!

Excellent customer service and no sales pressure. I am just in the exploratory stage of looking for furniture and when I walked into the store in Meadowbrook everyone was pleasant and professional. Forrest, the gentleman who helped me, took the time and the energy to look up items which I had seen online. Even though the store did not have all of the items on their sales floor he looked up comparable items which they did have on their sales floor for me too evaluate. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and most importantly there was no high pressure sales pitch. I would highly recommend this store and Forrest in particular.
Well, I have to change my review of Ashley Furniture. While my experience in store was good, the delivery guys broke and destroyed my mailbox while leaving. I called them that day and told them that they had hit the mailbox, they denied it, and the security guy confirmed he witnessed it too. After reaching out to “Customer Service”, waiting over a week for a simple reply, I get a text saying that it would be 7-10 business days before I was contacted to be out on a schedule. ANOTHER 7-10 days later, I get a phone call saying they need more pictures of different angles with measurements, ON THE PROPERTY THEY DESTROYED and told again, it would be another 7-10 business days before anything would get processed. Based on this complete unprofessional manner on the way they respond to destroying property, I will never go back to Ashley Furniture. This must be their tactic, frustrate them enough to stop trying…. EDITED TO ADD: David, the email address below does not work to reply

WARNING!! If you have a problem with any purchase, they can do nothing inside the store to help you. You will be funneled to a faceless "Customer Care" who's mantra is, "Sorry, I wish there was something that we can do" My 80 year old parents now have a $4,200 bed that they cannot sleep in because Ashley Furniture does not care. No one would recommend a 15" spring mattress for an adjustable bed!! Unless you are trying to get all of the money the customer has. Ridiculous! UPDATE- Refund and return of mattresses accepted. I was charged $90 for pickup, but, at least something was done.

I hadn't shopped at Ashley since visiting the Galleria store a few years ago. I live closer to the newer Brook Highland store and went buy recently to check it out. I was greeted by a nice young man named Forrest who was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in showing me various options for several of the items I plan on purchasing in the near future. He didn't give off the normal pesky salesman vibe but felt more like talking to a friend or someone I was familiar with. I frequently complain about poor customer service as compared to when I was younger but he made a great impression on me. I will definitely be returning to the store as I allocate funds for my future home improvements. Keep up good hiring practices Ashley and hopefully others will follow.

We visited today just to window shop for a couch. We met Marie (who was absolutely wonderful!) and left having bought a new couch and a new mattress. We mentioned needing one but weren’t sure we would find one that fit both of our needs- Marie led us to the absolute perfect bed right off the bat. I recently purchased a dining room set from Ashley's Furniture on 280. My sales representative was Marie Liechty. I remember when I first entered to store she promptly spoke to me and asked me was there anything she could help with. I began to share with her what I was looking for. We quickly found a selection and purchased that day. But this is not where the story ends. After I recieved my beautiful tabel set, the set was too short for my 6'4 tall husband and we needed to exchange it out for something taller. I immediately reached back out to Marie and once again she and her team worked diligently so that I could make that exchange. I personally want to thank everyone who assist us with this effort: The General Manager, Kendrell, and of course Marie. My family and I are excited about receiving our new dining set. Again thank you!

Wish I could give this place (and Brad, the person who helped us) 10 stars! My husband and I have been looking for a sectional for our house for over a year and stumbled upon the perfect one at Ashley’s, in Brook Highland. Brad was extremely helpful and made sure to do everything he could to take care of us and make it the best experience possible. Not only did he do his job well, but he went above and beyond to help us. I even texted him after hours (which I despise doing and I hate being *that* person) but he assured me that he was here to help at any time of the day, and he was happy to help. He helped us get our protection plan all set up (even though I accidentally waited too late in the day before delivery to set it up- hence the late evening text). He worked for hours the day of delivery to make sure we were able to have that protection plan. Honestly, I just can’t express my gratitude to him, and to this location, enough. Talk about amazing customer service! I will be coming back here in the future, for sure. Thank you again Ashley’s, in Brook Highland! Huge shoutout to Brad, as well, for providing the most pleasurable furniture shopping experience we’ve had and for providing the best customer service! I had a delightful experience at Ashley’s Furniture on 280. My sales rep Terri was very patient and professional. I was so impressed that she remembered my name from my last visit. I valued her decorating and color coordinating skills. I am excited to see our new pieces in our new home.
I went in to by a recliner on Friday that had a remote because of shoulder replacement surgery. Was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday. Got a call on Saturday from the salesperson that is couldn't be delivered until Thursday, almost a week later. I needed the chair on Tuesday because I have to sleep in a recliner. I then called Jesse, the store manager and he told me they had promised the Tuesday delivery and he would have the warehouse deliver on Tuesday all he had to do was sign off on it. Talked to warehouse today, Tuesday, and was told delivery would be Thursday. They lie to you just to keep you happy. If I didn't have to go out and search for another chair I would have cancelled the sale. Bad customer service!!

Ashley Furniture is a great store with many options. Honestly it was a little overwhelming when I walked in. That was until Forrest came and assisted me in picking out the perfect pieces for my house! An overwhelming task turned into a simple one with the help of Forrest. I’ll definitely be back.

We have been in this store twice since opening and we have had great experiences both times. Staff are not overbearing, but are extremely helpful. Their furniture choices are extremely vast, they even pair the color choices in the same setting so that you can easily see your options. They will work with you on prices, and be honest with you about what will work best for you in your space. I highly recommend visiting this new location. Kendrell assisted us and was great! Definitely worth the trip!

He explained the different options available and worked to get the best deal. The delivery went very smoothly and quickly. I am very pleased with the final outcome.

Omg! Bruce is amazing! Make sure you ask for him! The new store is gorgeous and the offerings are better than I’ve seen in other stores in the area. Rooms to Go had trash furniture and did not look like the catalogue! I was so pleased with how the inventory matched the website! I walked in and Bruce, the sales manager, greeted me immediately and made me feel at home. If I could give 11 stars, I would.
