Excellent customer service! I am looking to buy a new mattress and wanted to find out about price and financing. I came to the Brook Highland location. The representative I spoke to was Ramin. He was very helpful in explaining everything to me regarding price and especially financing in a way that was very easy for me to understand. Still hope you read before you buy anything here... Worst furniture purchase experience ever. I've furnished 3 houses over 20 years with Ashley from other vendors. Chris the manager will tell you anything you want to hear to sign the papers then he will tell you to your face he never said that. They ask you to leave a review at the desk on your in store experience before you receive your furniture. I recommend you read all the lowest reviews and also read the reviews from the Tuscaloosa Ashley where Chris was the Manager in the past. When you have 40 plus reviews all posting the same reviews about Chris and his lies you should question if he's telling you anything it takes to make the sale?They will throw in items for free and then bill you for those items. There is no true Corporate# to call and Roland the DM is no help. I purchased $8,400 worth of furniture and was billed over $17,000 at one point. After everything was refunded I owed over $9,200. I requested a review of my bill from the credit department and was told I owed $8,400 and any other charges I should take up with the store. I have yet got a clear answer on what the other $800 was for but was told by the DM Roland that's what I owe. I was told there is always 3 sides to any story by Roland so I strongly recommend you read all the lowest reviews at the Brookhighland location and the Tuscaloosa location and come up with your own opinion. Ashley furniture itself is good quality but being lied to overcharged and told to pay it is stealing and you should not do business with any company that accepts lies to close a deal.

We had a great experience while looking for a new Living Room set at the store located on 280 in Alabama. We had planned on only looking today but due to the great customer service we received from Reyanna, we actually purchased it today. She greeted me and my family with a smile when we 1st walked in the door and was very attentive to our needs without being over pushy to make a sale. Stop by and check her out you will like the service she provides.

The staff at this location were patient and helpful. Specifically, Greg and Laquita and Chris went out of their way to help me figure out dimensions and the placement of armchairs and Ottomans. I would definitely recommend this store for quality furniture. They also worked with me to provide the cheapest option possible.

This store has staff that acts like they want to help, but in the end, their lack of knowledge about the product and processes of their store almost ruined Christmas for our daughter. We placed an order for a bed and nightstand, with a quick turnaround for Christmas. The staff knew this, and ultimately said it wouldn't be possible. However, the store manager managed to figure it out and promised a delivery before Christmas. I left happy. I also left a good Google review (which has since been deleted.) Appx. 24 hours later, I was called by the store, saying they made a mistake. They ordered two of the same part. I would be required to authorize an edit to the order to correct. I never received the email promised to complete this task. I called back the next day, and eventually received the promised email. I was told I would be called to set up delivery for December 24 on December 23. Fast forward to December 23, and by the afternoon, I had not been called. I called the store and was informed that my order would not only be delivered as promised, but it was now coming no earlier than mid-January. The reason? They took too long to fix THEIR mistake, so my ordered product was given to another customer that placed an order after I did. The store staff seemed baffled and offered no solution. I cancelled my order. Rooms To Go in Hoover successfully filled my order. Their staff was awesome to work with. They saved Christmas.
