The selection was not great for the prices. It was ok. The staff was ok. We had to wait awhile for staff to talk to us and were given the feeling that we were not wanted in the store.
Found a couch online. Went in and ordered it. Done. Out in 30 minutes. That was my review after just dealing with sales. I had no idea what I had in store in the future with this company. Sales is fine, delivery is fine. However scheduling and customer service is the worst. I had NUMEROUS attempts to schedule partial deliveries even though I specified at the time of the order that I will NEVER accept partial deliveries. I get texts with the only option is CONFIRM partial delivery and I have to spend 20 to 45 minutes on hold to speak with customer service to have the partial delivery NOT scheduled. Then 2 days later it happens AGAIN! And again! And Again! Numerous attempts to do a partial delivery. Customer service and scheduling threaten to give away the partial delivery to another customer. I tell them to do it. And not that nice. Then I get a reprieve from the texts only to start up again later. I have spent HOURS on the phone with customer service and they just don't read or honor the No Partial Deliveries agreement. And tell me they CAN'T stop the attempts. Ashley had made my NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN list.
