Dothan store has great people.. Make sure to read the fine print when buying furniture once it's in your house for 3 days they will not take it back no matter the problem. Bridgett in the warranty dept has the worst attitude also get warranty or you are out of luck with problems be going since 01/ 24 until present waiting. Please people that know me don't buy from Ashley Furniture. I have never been done so wrongly.

The couch we bought is very comfortable other than the fact it was damaged when we bought it and nobody made us aware of that
Natalia greeted us at the front door and allowed us to look at the furniture without hovering over us. When we were ready, she answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to help us match couches with different chairs. She showed us how to work the mechanisms of the reclining couches, how not only the foot rest moved, but also the headrest, the different fabrics by sight and touch, etc. The first exceptional furniture shopping experience we have ever had.
