Ms. April was amazing when we 1st got here she showed us exactly what we were looking for. She understood how our bodies get comfortable. Ms. Taylor helped us the 2nd visit and was very friendly and professional. Helped us get what we wanted even after the system was acting up. All in all friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Great quality furniture. Delivery was great as well. Definitely would recommend and go back for what we are missing. Thank you 💓 😇

Walked into the Enterprise, AL Ashley in the morning and left that afternoon (after a 2nd trip) with a bed set. Mr. Tay Wright helped us out and ultimately earned our business, he was attentive and committed to earning our business but let us independently browse and come to him when we had questions. Very pleased with my experience with this Ashley furniture store. Another saleswoman on the floor, Mrs. Kelly was also knowledgeable to assisted in answering questions.

We came to see some mattress and Mr Tay W. assisted us was very courteous and listen to our need of what we were looking for and location staff was very friendly thank you for all your help.

The selection and service are always fantastic. We went in to buy a storage cabinet for our kitchen, after only a day of having it, we discover it was full of wood Beatles and had hundreds of pin holes in it. We went back to the store where we were able to exchange it for the chairs I wanted and two in tables. Tay Wright and Kellie Arendt we both helpful and patient with us. We love our experience at this store and will continue to do busy with them.

I recently purchased a new bedroom set from this company and have been deeply disappointed with the experience. When the furniture was delivered, the two drawers in the dresser had been put together wrong at warehouse. The delivery crew filed a repair request, but I was informed a week later it would take over 22 days for them to come out and repair the drawers. This is completely unreasonable for a brand new purchase. The quality and condition of the furniture is unacceptable, and the repair process has been a nightmare. I'm wasting time and money dealing with this issue, and now I'm hesitant to purchase anything else from this company in the future. If you value your time and want furniture that arrives in perfect condition, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This has been a terrible customer experience overall. ❗️Update~ They finally replaced it. Took almost two months. Good luck

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Ashley Furniture. I walked into the store with a picture of the couch I wanted to order. It took a very long time for the floor salesperson to process the order but I could live with that. The order confirmation didn’t print so the person needed to find her manager to help her with it. I finally left with the confirmation of my purchase and I was told I will get a call with estimated time of how long it will take for the couch to be delivered (I was told 1-4 weeks). A few days went by and I didn’t get the call or the confirmation email I was told I’ll receive. I looked for the print out that I got at the time of purchase only to realize that my phone number and my email were both entered incorrectly (phone number had one wrong digit and email said .om instead of .com). I would have never heard from Ashley about the delivery because they had no way of contacting me! I called customer service and had my email and my phone number corrected. The delivery day came and the color of the couch was completely different from what it looked like on the website - the couch we ordered was beige and the couch delivered was closer to gray - see pictures. Lastly, after the delivery people left, when I inspected the couch closer, I saw a scratch on it. I didn’t have any strength to try to call and ask for a new order/ new delivery after this fiasco. We’ve ordered several pieces of furniture from Ashley in the past but this one was definitely the last one.

My spouse and I recently purchased a sofa, oversized chair with ottoman; and an accent chair. Mrs. Elaine Walker ( sales consultant ) was very nice and helpful. Mrs. Walker absolutely love her job and she is still learning. I hope to continue to see her and other workers with pleasant attitudes in that location as well as other Ashley Furniture stores. My wife and I were in the process of building a home, didn't have a close date, but wanted to get new furniture on order. Dajon Watson was extremely helpful and we'd highly recommend working with her. She held our order until we could take measurements verifying everything fit correctly. She then agreed to hold our furniture for around a month until we could close. She scheduled delivery 2 days after close. She made the process easy and seamless. Thanks Dajon!

The store manager was condescending when I said I didn't want the stain/repair protection or pay for the assembly fee. It was weird. If she was the actual sales person helping me and talking to me in that tone I would've left. I strongly thought about walking out or matching her tone as soon as she got the tone with me over 2 extra fees that I wasn't interested in. This was after she brought up a living room set that I didn't mention. When I tried to change the subject back to the set I was interested in and when the actual sales guy tried to do the same a few minutes later she just ignored us and it was awkward. I decided to ignore her and tell the actual sales person that I was not interested in those fees and my reasons why. He was very understanding, could relate with my reasons, and was able to order the set I was actually interested in. The actual sales guy needs 5 stars, he was cool.

I stopped into Ashley Furniture in Enterprise just to look. I was not expecting to purchase anything because generally I feel like the prices are high and I will not get a good deal. But I wanted to look anyway because I love the quality of what they carry. That being said, the clerk asked what I needed, all I could say was EVERYTHING, I'm starting over. Katrina patiently assisted me and quickly dispelled any dissolutions I may have had. I told her I'd be back, I needed to think it over and come back (I really needed to compare prices elsewhere). I came back the next day, went over everything AGAIN and the prices were so good I ended up purchasing my immediate needs. To my amazement I even qualified to make reasonable monthly payments 😁 Katrina Head-Jones turned out to be the Store Manager, she doesan AH-MAZING job handling customers and is extremely knowledgeable. I truly appreciate and enjoyed the two day visit and highly recommended this location

The Enterprise Ashley Home Store is large, has great quality items, and good people. However, they process of getting items from the warehouse is less impressive.

Excellent Experience The store manager and salesperson Katrina went above and beyond to help me out to give me the best possible experience and discount. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with you . So far the best salesperson I have dealt with buying furniture. Katrina is highly recommended.

The store is clean and furniture selection is decent. The employees are pretty good about letting you browse freely without having someone constantly try to sell items. If you plan on purchasing from Ashley’s, don’t expect your items to arrive in a timely manner. Ours arrived 4 months after the scheduled arrival, and each time we called, no one could provide a reason as to why they were delayed or when they’d be delivered.

Dajon is a great associate very friendly and helpful.Yall have beautiful furniture from rugs to beds and couches I will definitely be back for more.

The store employees could not have been nicer, great instore experience. The problem is with the manfacturer. Waited since Nov 2021 for one footboard. it originally came in 2022 damaged. We are now on the fourth damaged footboard. Waiting to see what the fifth one will look like. Unfortunally the local store takes the unhappy review. We asked to put the damaged one on the store bed and put the good one on our bed. Quick refusal. Store loss of selling a third bedroom suite, vanities for the suites already bought, living room,dining room and other misc pieces needed to complete the house. Also another grandparent was going to buy a bedroom suite there but not now. They could have solved the problem with one instore swap out but refused. Over 6 thousand already spent and they probably lost 10-15 thousand by this one, simple, swap out and letting the store wait on an undamaged footboard.

My salesman was very patient and attentive. I believe I changed my mind about living room furniture 3 times before I picked one out. He never batted an eye and remained polite and professional throughout the process.

Very unprofessional, had to cancel a order and it takes 2 weeks for a call back. I go up there and try to talk the the manager and she sends her employee back and said I already sent it up to corp.. She won’t even talk to you. Very rude. And will not be going back.

A very friendly employee. Was eager to help you find, exactly, what you were looking for. Their showroom, was not overly loaded, with furniture. That made it a more enjoyable, place to shop. You weren't bumping into tables and chairs due, to a overly crowded showroom.

They were very courteous, tried looking up reviews for the product I was requesting and just tried to help me as much as they could. So if your looking for Ashley furniture store that actually cares about your business this is the one. The other one I called in my hometown was very short and did not offer to help me In the slightest.

Great service. Super friendly associates. No pressure sales. I was in and out with the furniture set I needed (plus included accessories) in less than an hour. Under budget as well.

I bought and paid for a love seat and recliner in June. It did not deliver for 12 weeks, September 8th, when it was supposed to deliver in 8 weeks (they said due to covid). When it arrived, it was broken. Both pieces. I called and reported that it was broken on September 15th, and asked to return the furniture because we were not happy with our purchase and the fact that it deliver broken. The manager who sold me the furniture, her name tag says Natalia but she said her name was Natasha, said a technician had to be sent out, to evaluate the furniture and then they could take it back. I called Natalia and left messages repeatedly while waiting the 3 weeks for a technician to show up, explaining that I wanted to return my furniture. The last 2 months I have left several messages while waiting for the parts to come in to fix the furniture, and then waiting for the tech to come fix it. They have refused to acknowledge the return of the furniture, even though they have a 30 day return policy and it had only been in our possession for a week when I called and requested the return.. it has taken almost 3 months just for it to get fixed. Natalia has not returned a single call. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be following up with cooperate offices. I spent almost $2000 and I am 100% unsatisfied with my purchase. And even worse, the recliner is broken AGAIN!!! God only knows how long it will be before it is fixed. If this is normal customer service for Ashley Furniture, I dont know how you guys are even open, oh wait... yeah I do... you steal your customers Money, which is exactly what you have done to me.

!!WARNING!! I wanted to let you all know about Ashley/Morris Furniture’s warranty in case you thought it was a good idea like us. We bought a sectional and kitchen table from there in 2017. We bought the warranty that lasts for 5 years. They claimed they would replace or fix the furniture as long as it was within 30 days of the incident. We even made sure it was okay that we would move out of state since we are active duty. We were assured it didn’t matter where we were. Well, we started to notice the wood itself in the sectional was breaking and started poking out of the couch. So, we called them and they sent a tech right out. He said they would replace the two pieces and have them sent to our house. Great, right?! No. Since we had moved, they said we have to DRIVE back(12 hours) to the Enterprise store to pick up these pieces of furniture. After four months of back and forth we finally settled on getting our money for the warranty back. So, we have a large broken sectional with our $170 back in our pockets. So, I just wanted to warn all of you everyone not to buy Ashley furniture as it isn’t the best of quality AND they won’t fix any of it.

Hello My husband and I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley’s in Enterprise, AL. My husband and I have been customers of Ashley’s for 10+ years. When we bought our bedroom set were told it would take a few weeks, approximately 6 weeks to get to us. And that was fine. We understood it would take longer because of COVID. They said it was supposed to be here on the 17th and then they called us and told us it was delayed again and our new date was Thursday the 23rd of July. Some of our furniture arrived last Thursday the 23rd and parts of our bed frame was missing! We called Ashley’s delivery line and told us that it was going to be today the 30th. We had already sold our previous bedroom set and bed. My husband and I have been sleeping on the floor patiently waiting for this last piece of bed frame to show up. They told us it was going to be today. So we called Ashley’s delivery line today and spoke with the manager to make sure it was still being delivered today. And she said it was now going to be the 7th of August but can’t guarantee it. My husband and I are extremely upset with the way the manager handled the situation. Basically, she said all we could do was wait. We have been loyal customers of Ashley’s for years. We spent thousands of dollars on this bedroom set and we are extremely frustrated with how things are being handled! How does a company promote their product that they cannot promise that it’s in storage OR that it has all of its pieces?! They promised us it would show up in one piece and come to find out that was a lie! We are paying for a service, a service that cost me and my husband thousands of dollars that the store was so WILLING and EAGER to take from us. They sold us a product that had only partial parts of the bed! This is the worst experience we’ve ever had with Ashley’s. My husband is stationed at Fort Rucker, AL and we will warn our military community how Ashley’s handles business. This is so unprofessional and after this purchase we will never buy from Ashley’s again.

I have been going to Ashley’s furniture for the last 10 years for all of my sofa love seat purchases they have the best quality and never disappoint. Always so helpful and there prices are great.

The employees here have been super helpful. They’re willing to work with you in anyway, and willing to give you the resources to do your own research and find products yourself.

Katrina was a really helpful when I needed to find a new bedroom suit and coffee table. She even moved a coffee table for me to see it next to a couch similar to one I have at home. We did our shopping online before we went into the store. They didn't have the same sectional in store but Ashley matched our online pricing with no issues and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Katrina was a very big help and we will most assuredly be back.

There are lots of furniture stores to pick from. But the Ashley Homestore in Enterprise AL was the best of all in our opinion. Dealing with Sheri was wonderful. She is very personable and focuses on our needs. Moving from out of state is tough but they have worked with us every step of the way. Prices are unbeatable and the selection is great. Prices still too high even on clearance items. Polyester fake leather chair still $250.00. Not a recliner and no ottoman. Go to Mitchell Furniture instead.

All of the staff were extremely friendly! They helped me find exactly what I wanted and my couch even came in a few days earlier than expected. When I came to pick up, I didn't have to lift a finger except to sign for it!

Amazing customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Genevieve, who took my phone order from Texas pending my move to PCB. After storm Michael and learning the PCB store was destroyed, Melissa helped with my reorder and Pam and Sherry assisted me with an additional phone order. I went on labor day and got a whole house full of furniture for pretty cheap. 6 months ago we got furniture from a local place and it's awful. We are totally Ashley furniture snobs! You can't find better furniture anywhere else. We have tried and both times it was complete fails. Thank you Ashley furniture for having that amazing labor day sale!! Sale or no sale it will always be Ashley furniture from here on out!!

I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture after multiple experiences spanning several states. My sister had communication and quality issues in North Carolina. I had issues in Texas. However, my most recent experience here in Enterprise has me questioning if I'll ever do business with them again. I called ahead to have a mattress and boxspring ready for pickup about 10 days in advance for a home I was moving into. The operator on the other end of the phone was very helpful and assured me it would be ready. He also mentioned that I'd be receiving $300 in "Ashely Cash" that I could use towards a bed frame for my new mattress. After arriving to pickup the mattress, I was told that only customers paying in cash would receive the Ashley Cash. This was never communicated to me over the phone. The mattress was rather expensive so I had to finance it. There must have be an honest mistake I thought, so I put it behind me. However, when checking out, they wanted me to sign off on a $110 home delivery fee that I neither requested nor used (I picked up the mattress myself). They didn't even ensure that the final price was correct before having me sign off on it. After telling the employee that the order was incorrect and showing it to the manager, the manager gave me a $50 gift card for my troubles. It's still not the $300 Ashley Cash I was told I'd receive over the phone, but it's a start. I won't be using it however because I will not shop there again. This business has not done right by me nor my family for several years, so we've moved on to other providers. I hope this review helps someone out there prevent a headache. For what it's worth, the mattress and boxspring are of good quality, but that's to be expected from Tempur-Pedic. Ashely Furniture was just a mere middle-man in this transaction.

Sherri and Ron were such a pleasure to work with. We went into the store a few times and never felt pressured to buy, just encouraged to take our time and look around. Sherri also went out of her way to make sure all of our pieces were delivered promptly which was wonderful. We ended up buying a few tables and a bedroom set that worked out beautifully in our home. The guys that delivered were great and were willing to move things around once or twice to make sure it fit in the room well. We were so happy with our experience here.

Hired me to be a delivery driver. Found out the real leather furniture is not real and won't last long term. The "leather" breaks down and peels away in as little as 5 years. Manager has a chip on her shoulders and hates men. Glad I was relieved before I got too invested.

The staff was rude and disregarded us because we looked young. Asked the couple in front of us if they needed anything and when we replied she said I wasn't asking you but yea if you need anything let me know. Walked out of that store as quick as possible. Never going back ever again. Bought our furniture for better quality and better service somewhere else.

I BOUGHT EVERYTHING NEW HERE AND ABOUT 4 OUT OF FOUR WAS BROKE OR SCRATCHED.
