Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Ashley Furniture. I walked into the store with a picture of the couch I wanted to order. It took a very long time for the floor salesperson to process the order but I could live with that. The order confirmation didn’t print so the person needed to find her manager to help her with it. I finally left with the confirmation of my purchase and I was told I will get a call with estimated time of how long it will take for the couch to be delivered (I was told 1-4 weeks). A few days went by and I didn’t get the call or the confirmation email I was told I’ll receive. I looked for the print out that I got at the time of purchase only to realize that my phone number and my email were both entered incorrectly (phone number had one wrong digit and email said .om instead of .com). I would have never heard from Ashley about the delivery because they had no way of contacting me! I called customer service and had my email and my phone number corrected. The delivery day came and the color of the couch was completely different from what it looked like on the website - the couch we ordered was beige and the couch delivered was closer to gray - see pictures. Lastly, after the delivery people left, when I inspected the couch closer, I saw a scratch on it. I didn’t have any strength to try to call and ask for a new order/ new delivery after this fiasco. We’ve ordered several pieces of furniture from Ashley in the past but this one was definitely the last one.

My spouse and I recently purchased a sofa, oversized chair with ottoman; and an accent chair. Mrs. Elaine Walker ( sales consultant ) was very nice and helpful. Mrs. Walker absolutely love her job and she is still learning. I hope to continue to see her and other workers with pleasant attitudes in that location as well as other Ashley Furniture stores. Mrs. Walker thank you and T ( the loader )for making my and my husband’s experience a pleasant one. T ( the Ashley furniture store loader is a very nice person as well and very knowledgeable about his job . My wife and I were in the process of building a home, didn't have a close date, but wanted to get new furniture on order. Dajon Watson was extremely helpful and we'd highly recommend working with her. She held our order until we could take measurements verifying everything fit correctly. She then agreed to hold our furniture for around a month until we could close. She scheduled delivery 2 days after close. She made the process easy and seamless. Thanks Dajon!

The sales woman was able to point us out to the exact item that we were looking for. And we actually ended up coming out with more than what we expected since she was able to find exactly everything we were wanting for our home. We can’t wait to go back and possibly get more from this woman, she did great. We’ve had furniture shopping.

The store manager was condescending when I said I didn't want the stain/repair protection or pay for the assembly fee. It was weird. If she was the actual sales person helping me and talking to me in that tone I would've left. I strongly thought about walking out or matching her tone as soon as she got the tone with me over 2 extra fees that I wasn't interested in. This was after she brought up a living room set that I didn't mention. When I tried to change the subject back to the set I was interested in and when the actual sales guy tried to do the same a few minutes later she just ignored us and it was awkward. I decided to ignore her and tell the actual sales person that I was not interested in those fees and my reasons why. He was very understanding, could relate with my reasons, and was able to order the set I was actually interested in. The actual sales guy needs 5 stars, he was cool.

I stopped into Ashley Furniture in Enterprise just to look. I was not expecting to purchase anything because generally I feel like the prices are high and I will not get a good deal. But I wanted to look anyway because I love the quality of what they carry. That being said, the clerk asked what I needed, all I could say was EVERYTHING, I'm starting over. Katrina patiently assisted me and quickly dispelled any dissolutions I may have had. I told her I'd be back, I needed to think it over and come back (I really needed to compare prices elsewhere). I came back the next day, went over everything AGAIN and the prices were so good I ended up purchasing my immediate needs. To my amazement I even qualified to make reasonable monthly payments 😁 Katrina Head-Jones turned out to be the Store Manager, she doesan AH-MAZING job handling customers and is extremely knowledgeable. I truly appreciate and enjoyed the two day visit and highly recommended this location

The Enterprise Ashley Home Store is large, has great quality items, and good people. However, they process of getting items from the warehouse is less impressive.

Excellent Experience The store manager and salesperson Katrina went above and beyond to help me out to give me the best possible experience and discount. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with you . So far the best salesperson I have dealt with buying furniture. Katrina is highly recommended.

The store is clean and furniture selection is decent. The employees are pretty good about letting you browse freely without having someone constantly try to sell items. If you plan on purchasing from Ashley’s, don’t expect your items to arrive in a timely manner. Ours arrived 4 months after the scheduled arrival, and each time we called, no one could provide a reason as to why they were delayed or when they’d be delivered.

Dajon is a great associate very friendly and helpful.Yall have beautiful furniture from rugs to beds and couches I will definitely be back for more.

This has to be the most frustrating buying experience ever ! fist off lied to at the store about when the furniture would be delivered , over charged $1500 on the bill for furniture protection wasn’t asked I only noticed because the bill was much higher in the store than online , Jamar the salesman not very honest at all so beware ! that should have been a red flag to go somewhere else .,the furniture I purchased got delivered it was damaged was told someone would come to the house and fix it ! Seriously fix furniture that shouldn’t have been delivered damaged to begin with . The sectional was delivered and one of the chairs was a completely different color , the ottoman was damaged stained and dirty ! I ordered the furniture October 30 received damage furniture middle of November , today January 21 they deliver the replacement ! A dirty damaged and stained ottoman I’m pretty sure it’s the same one the took away 2weeks ago, they said they can get someone out to clean it SERIOUSLY 😡 Go somewhere else seriously the customer service is awful ! I have since gone to a local furniture store Barrows the experience was night and day .

We went in late Friday evening to see what sort of mattress selection the store had and wound up returning first thing Saturday morning to make the purchase. The store employees could not have been nicer, great instore experience. The problem is with the manfacturer. Waited since Nov 2021 for one footboard. it originally came in 2022 damaged. We are now on the fourth damaged footboard. Waiting to see what the fifth one will look like. Unfortunally the local store takes the unhappy review. We asked to put the damaged one on the store bed and put the good one on our bed. Quick refusal. Store loss of selling a third bedroom suite, vanities for the suites already bought, living room,dining room and other misc pieces needed to complete the house. Also another grandparent was going to buy a bedroom suite there but not now. They could have solved the problem with one instore swap out but refused. Over 6 thousand already spent and they probably lost 10-15 thousand by this one, simple, swap out and letting the store wait on an undamaged footboard.

After going in the store picking out a living room set and spending $4000 we were told that our furniture would be delivered in 4 to 16 weeks. There are five pieces to our sofa and loveseat. They delivered one of the pieces about six weeks ago. We are now into the 16 weeks with only one piece of our sofa and just received a call that a second piece will be delivered on Tuesday. We asked when we could expect to receive the full set. They said it could be another 4 to 16 weeks before we even got the third piece to the Sofs. They don’t tell you any of this stuff when you go in the store all they say is it will be 4 to 16 weeks for the entire set. Now it’s going to be over a year before we even get our entire set a furniture. If I would have known this from the start I would have never ever ordered it. So buyer beware when you go into the store and they tell you This it is not the truth. I would never recommend Ashley furniture.

My salesman was very patient and attentive. I believe I changed my mind about living room furniture 3 times before I picked one out. He never batted an eye and remained polite and professional throughout the process.

Very unprofessional, had to cancel a order and it takes 2 weeks for a call back. I go up there and try to talk the the manager and she sends her employee back and said I already sent it up to corp.. She won’t even talk to you. Very rude. And will not be going back.

It took 13 weeks to get a desk. I had it set to deliver on 7/1. Got a call 2.5 hours before it was supposed to arrive that it was lost. I took off work for it to be delivered and all I got was sorry. They rescheduled me for Saturday in which I already had plans and told me it would be another week if I didn’t accept that day. I had to cancel my floating plans and stay at home to accept the furniture that was “lost” 2 days prior. So now I am out 4 hours of annual leave for my work and a fun day on the River because someone at Ashley couldn’t get their stuff together.

The staff of Ashley Furniture, in Enterprise, AL is extremely helpful and accommodating. Katrina, Brianna, Kellie and Jamar take time to answer all of my questions. It is always a pleasant experience and truly the best place to buy high-quality furniture that last for years. It is definitely a wonderful place to be inspired with creative ideas.

A very friendly employee. Was eager to help you find, exactly, what you were looking for. Their showroom, was not overly loaded, with furniture. That made it a more enjoyable, place to shop. You weren't bumping into tables and chairs due, to a overly crowded showroom.

We ended up buying it and a recliner and spending over 2,000 dollars. I called Ashley Furniture and asked for a manger so that I could notify them of the tactics used by their team and I was denied the ability to speak with a manager. To make this long story short, go to Farmer's Furniture. Ask for Gypsy Moon. That lady was super helpful and a delight to work with.

They were very courteous, tried looking up reviews for the product I was requesting and just tried to help me as much as they could. So if your looking for Ashley furniture store that actually cares about your business this is the one. The other one I called in my hometown was very short and did not offer to help me In the slightest.

I have been a long time customer of Ashley furniture and I have only purchased from Enterprise store and on line. My experience has always been great! Because rules and regulations are always having to change because of fraud, I was having an issue purchasing on-line (delivery address and billing address were different) the Enterprise store jumped right in and helped me and they didn’t even make any money from the sale! They are very professional. I wish I could remember all the names so I could list them but unfortunately I have a bad memory! 5 stars all the way for the Enterprise Store!

I bought and paid for a love seat and recliner in June. It did not deliver for 12 weeks, September 8th, when it was supposed to deliver in 8 weeks (they said due to covid). When it arrived, it was broken. Both pieces. I called and reported that it was broken on September 15th, and asked to return the furniture because we were not happy with our purchase and the fact that it deliver broken. The manager who sold me the furniture, her name tag says Natalia but she said her name was Natasha, said a technician had to be sent out, to evaluate the furniture and then they could take it back. I called Natalia and left messages repeatedly while waiting the 3 weeks for a technician to show up, explaining that I wanted to return my furniture. The last 2 months I have left several messages while waiting for the parts to come in to fix the furniture, and then waiting for the tech to come fix it. They have refused to acknowledge the return of the furniture, even though they have a 30 day return policy and it had only been in our possession for a week when I called and requested the return.. it has taken almost 3 months just for it to get fixed. Natalia has not returned a single call. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be following up with cooperate offices. I spent almost $2000 and I am 100% unsatisfied with my purchase. And even worse, the recliner is broken AGAIN!!! God only knows how long it will be before it is fixed. If this is normal customer service for Ashley Furniture, I dont know how you guys are even open, oh wait... yeah I do... you steal your customers Money, which is exactly what you have done to me.

I spent $2000 on furniture... it took 13 weeks to deliver, when I was told 6 to 8 weeks at time of purchase. The reclining love seat arrived bent and then further damaged. The recliner arrived broken as well. I left several messages for the store manager who sold me the furniture regarding the state of the furniture on delivery. She did not return my calls. When I was finally able to catch her in the store, it was less than 3 weeks after delivery, I told her I wanted to return the recliner (with in the 30 return policy) and exchange it for a different one. She told me a service order had to be issued and someone had to come look at the furniture. It took well over 2 weeks for someone to show up. Parts have supposedly been ordered to fix both pieces, and now 3 weeks later, I still have 2 broken pieces of $2000 furniture. I have left quite a bit of messages with both corporate and at the store for the manager that I purchased this from and NO ONE has called me back. The service tech is the ONLY one trying to help and he is a SUB CONTRACTOR unaffiliated with Ashley Furniture. I am disgusted. I will NEVER make another purchase again. I want this furniture fixed per warranty and protection plan I also wasted my money on, then returned, and my money back. So I can spend it elsewhere, because Ashley doesn't deserve my business.

!!WARNING!! I wanted to let you all know about Ashley/Morris Furniture’s warranty in case you thought it was a good idea like us. We bought a sectional and kitchen table from there in 2017. We bought the warranty that lasts for 5 years. They claimed they would replace or fix the furniture as long as it was within 30 days of the incident. We even made sure it was okay that we would move out of state since we are active duty. We were assured it didn’t matter where we were. Well, we started to notice the wood itself in the sectional was breaking and started poking out of the couch. So, we called them and they sent a tech right out. He said they would replace the two pieces and have them sent to our house. Great, right?! No. Since we had moved, they said we have to DRIVE back(12 hours) to the Enterprise store to pick up these pieces of furniture. After four months of back and forth we finally settled on getting our money for the warranty back. So, we have a large broken sectional with our $170 back in our pockets. So, I just wanted to warn all of you everyone not to buy Ashley furniture as it isn’t the best of quality AND they won’t fix any of it.

!!WARNING!!I wanted to let you all know about Ashley/Morris Furniture's warranty in case you thought it was a good idea like us. We bought a sectional and kitchen table from there in 2017. We bought the warranty that lasts for 5 years. They claimed they would replace or fix the furniture as long as it was within 30 days of the incident. We even made sure it was okay that we would move out of state since we are active duty. We were assured it didn't matter where we were. Well, we started to notice the wood itself in the sectional was breaking and started poking out of the couch. So, we called them and they sent a tech right out. He said they would replace the two pieces and have them sent to our house. Great, right?! No. Since we had moved, they said we have to DRIVE back(12 hours) to the Enterprise store to pick up these pieces of furniture. Hello My husband and I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley’s in Enterprise, AL a little over a month and a half ago. My husband and I have been customers of Ashley’s for 10+ years. When we bought our bedroom set were told it would take a few weeks, approximately 6 weeks to get to us. And that was fine. We understood it would take longer because of COVID. They said it was supposed to be here on the 17th and then they called us and told us it was delayed and our new date was Thursday the 23rd of July. Some of our furniture arrived last Thursday the 23rd and parts of our bed frame was missing! Now we have huge boxes sitting in our bedroom of unassembled furniture. We called Ashley’s delivery line and they told us that it was going to be today the 30th. We had already sold our previous bedroom set and bed. My husband and I have been sleeping on the floor patiently waiting for this last piece of bed frame to show up. They told us it was going to be today. So we called Ashley’s delivery line today and spoke with the manager to make sure it was still being delivered today. And she said it was now going to be the 7th of August but can’t guarantee it!! My husband and I are extremely upset with the way the manager handled the situation. Basically, she said all we could do was wait. We have been loyal customers of Ashley’s for years. We spent thousands of dollars on this bedroom set and we are extremely frustrated with how things are being handled! How does a company promote their product that they cannot promise is even in storage OR that it has all of its pieces?! They promised us it would show up in one piece and come to find out that that was a lie! We are paying for a service, a service that cost me and my husband thousands of dollars! Thousands of dollars that the store associates were so WILLING and EAGER to take from us. They sold us a product that had only partial parts of the bed! This is the worst experience we’ve ever had with Ashley’s. My husband is stationed at Fort Rucker, AL and we will warn our military community how Ashley’s handles business. This is so unprofessional and after this purchase we will never buy from Ashley’s again.

Do not buy from Ashley furniture. We purchased furniture in February. Received the living room furniture in March. Finally received the bedroom furniture in May. Both sets are falling apart. We have called numerous times with no return phone call.

This store is basically just a showroom and they order your items, and then charge a high fee for delivery. Next time we will shop online, where there are plenty of better values, free delivery and more reliable services. There is a good reason that online retail is winning. The service in brick and mortar stores such as this one is not a superior experience, and they cannot compete with online pricing. Also, no real credit can be given to the salesperson who we asked to find out where our mattress is. She said we could leave the store and she would call us back when she had located the mattress. We waited an hour and then called her, only to find out she went directly to lunch after we left. So we called again 2 hours later... now she was at a medical appointment and nobody else at the store had any information. This is not a really big deal, but it's just not worth paying these premium store prices for such poor service when we have had consistently good experiences shopping online.

I wish I had taken the fact that they only included a 1 year warranty at no additional cost, as a sign that the company couldn't stand behind their products. My dining room chairs are constantly wobbly, and require tightening every other week or so. My couch has begun to fall apart, and my bed has broke for a second time. The first time the bed broke, we were luckily under the pathetic 1 year warranty, but now we're SOL. Everyone can argue to buy extended warranty options, but another $500+ is hard for everyone to fork over. If I knew their products were such garbage, that can't last daily use, I would've, but instead I trusted a name brand corporation to have the customer's interests at heart. Will NEVER shop at Ashley's again and will NEVER recommend them to friends and family.

The owner is extremely rude do not buy from this place try to find another good furniture store. He does not care about his employees just his money. The owner is very greedy now I know people would just like furniture and not care about the owner but there is other better quality furniture around the area trust me.

They go out of their way to explain all product features and ensure that all measurements are correct before recommending a product! Excellent service and customer-oriented home town business. It was a pleasant experience to say the least. I always heard that shopping for a living room set was hard. Bruce was very helpful in finding me the set in the price range that I could afford. Definitely glad I picked Ashey Furniture in Enterprise, Alabama to do business with. They have earned a customer for life!

Great in store service but had some issues with delivery. The chaise lounge was torn on the leather and did not work/recline.(electric). Had to order a new one...

Katrina was a really helpful when I needed to find a new bedroom suit and coffee table. She even moved a coffee table for me to see it next to a couch similar to one I have at home. We did our shopping online before we went into the store. They didn't have the same sectional in store but Ashley matched our online pricing with no issues and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Katrina was a very big help and we will most assuredly be back.

She was very patient and fun to talk to. They had their 4th of July sale and had some good prices, but I did get some things price matched and Sherry was very helpful with helping me get the best price! There are lots of furniture stores to pick from. But the Ashley Homestore in Enterprise AL was the best of all in our opinion. Dealing with Sheri was wonderful. She is very personable and focuses on our needs. Moving from out of state is tough but they have worked with us every step of the way. Prices are unbeatable and the selection is great. Chris set up the delivery and made the process easy. We highly recommend!

Prices still too high even on clearance items. Polyester fake leather chair still $250.00. Not a recliner and no ottoman. Go to Mitchell Furniture instead.
