He answered all our questions, led me to the right mattress for our guest bedroom, helped us find the right couch and we actually had fun during the process. We were in the store several times making sure we were getting the right sofa, mattress, and bar stools for our move into a new apartment. It is a major downsize from our home of 21 years. Honestly all the staff we encountered during our various visits were amazing! I have a hard time making a final decision but Daniel was patient with me. My husband makes up his mind quickly but not me. Daniel made it a great experience!

I really needed a power lift recliner & I went to several stores. However, when I first went to Ashley a young man Jamarious helped me and everyone was very courtesy to me. However, it was still out of the price range when I went back the 2nd time I dealt with Ms. Annie she helped me find one that was much more reasonable and also it allowed me to get a 5 year warranty! She has kept me updated on the status of the process of the delivery of the recliner! I felt so welcomed and helped by not only her as well as the whole staff! One additional thing I felt it was a God thing that I ended up working with Ms. Annie because she knew my late Soulmate Tommy Terrell Minor and his family! I highly recommend them to anyone!

This place have a really nice variety of products and prices range for different types of pockets Tina Skipper was the person helping me today she was super nice and take her time to find what I need the process was super fast and under an hours of my time I pick what I want pay and get out the store they jogged insurance and delivery at really affordable prices. If you want to have a good experience I recommend them and just meet Tina you will not regret it.

I went to Ashley's wanting to check out a recliner I had looked at several weeks ago. I was helped by Tina Skipper who showed me other recliners when I regretfully told her that the recliner I loved was out of my price range. I did not buy another one, but enjoyed talking with Tina. She was courteous and non-pushy. I believe she is a great asset to the Ashley store.

This review has been over 2 years in the making as I waited for Ashley to do the right thing. I purchased a bedroom set in September 2022, which cost over $5,000 (paid with cash, even more if we wanted to use a card). As soon as it was delivered and put together, I noticed a bowed rail on the side of the bed, which also had a small hole in the fabric. I immediately notified the store and they told me that this collection was being discontinued. They said Ashley would only be manufacturing remaining orders and replacement parts so they put in an order for a replacement rail. And for the next 2 years, I called and emailed numerous times with no answer about whether I would receive this item up until the last 6 months when they told me there were no more pieces for this bedroom set available, despite being told 2 years ago that they were ordering the replacement. I then asked for a refund of the cost of the rails since they were a line item on the invoice at a cost of $175. I got a call back that they would only offer me a $100 *store credit.* This is not an acceptable alternative given that the brand new furniture was delivered damaged at which time they were notified immediately and I was told they would get me a replacement. I declined the store credit and asked to speak to a manager, of whom I had spoken to about this situation before. She never once called back when she said she was going to and in fact, she never called me back at all after my last call. I then was contacted by the shipping department who miraculously found a set of rails after 2 years! This seemed fishy but I told them to deliver them anyway. Low and behold, we opened them today as we are reassembling the bed in a new bedroom and THEY ARE DAMAGED TOO! These damaged even worse! There is a huge chunk of wood missing from the corner and the slats look like they have been used. I don't know what funny business happened over those two years but these are not brand new rails- it's almost as if they were returned damaged from someone else because there's no way a brand new set would have appeared out of thin air after 2 years. Now I'm stuck with damaged rails, no refund for the damaged goods, and there's no way they are making more of these. I have spent countless hours on the phone with the store and the shipping department and it is one of the worst customer experiences of my life. The company should be ashamed for giving people a run around after investing such a large amount of money into a purchase. I should have gone with my gut and ordered from Pottery Barn, it actually wasn't that much more expensive. The furniture would have been higher quality and the customer service better. Absolutely my last purchase at Ashley and beware to all you potential customers out there.

Had a horrible experience. I went in alone to browse and see what prices were on a certain selection of furniture. The salesman was helpful at first, but was dismissive of my budget and made a rude comment about this not being the thrift store when I mentioned that what he was showing me was out of my budget. Before I left, he stood over my shoulder as I wrote a positive Google review he asked me to write. I will not be returning to this store.

Daniel sold me a awesome recliner. He was knowledgeable and willing to work with me. I'll buy here again. Editing because apparently my recliner was supposed to be delivered today between 12 and 3. However no one will be home during those hours. Called the store to reschedule and their next available delivery date for me is November 16th. I paid over $150 delivery fee just to be told they won't be in my area till this date. Not willing to work with me. Simply told me it's unfortunate... i won't buy from them again because of this.

The people at the store were very nice when we came in and purchased but we’ve had a horrible experience since then. We waited almost a month for our bed to be delivered and when it finally was, the headboard was defective so they had to take it back, so we were sleeping on the floor due to that but the delivery team ensured us that they were quick to redeliver when something is damaged. They called me to reschedule and it will be another 8 days before the new one is delivered. I’m a new mom with a newborn and now having to sleep on the floor for over a week. Absolutely ridiculous and we won’t be purchasing from Ashley again.

Mrs. Annie was wonderful and very knowledgeable of her products! Thank you! However, after completion of my purchase, a delivery was scheduled for a certain date and a certain timeframe. I stayed Home for the duration of that time. I received a call at the end of that timeframe stating that the delivery could not be made that day. I contacted Ashley customer service and they stated someone would call me on Monday to reschedule. I never Received that phone call. On Tuesday, I called And canceled the order. Later, I received a call that my delivery was set up for that Thursday. I informed them I had already canceled the order. They have charged me $153 for canceling the delivery! I did NOT cancel a delivery. I simply canceled an order that they failed to deliver. I have Contacted the Ashley furniture store in Florence multiple times, and they tell me a manager will call me back. It’s been weeks, and I have yet to receive that call. I have issued a dispute with my credit card company and have received a call from a Marie Vincent with Ashley who was supposed to call Me this past Monday after speaking with the store manager. I’ve yet to receive that return call as well. I’m done dealing with these people. I will take it to the BBB next. Nothing else is getting their attention, maybe this will. Not only that but they have 2 pending charges on my account one for the order I canceled and the other for who knows what!

Do NOT shop here!! I should have never made my 5 star review before hand after they insisted we would leave one while in the store, the smiles and “sincere” help in the store was all show. I deleted it though to post this and hopefully get other peoples attention so they know bc now we know how they truly operate and treat people.. it’s sad honestly. Save yourself from any headaches and hardships seriously! My husband and I came in and made it very clear that we would need the movers/delivery men to move our old furniture into another room, I am 6 months pregnant and my husband was unable to move the furniture himself, we discussed all of these details in the beginning, again during the conversation and at the very end in which each time we were told continually it was absolutely no problem at all, the sales associates name was Emily, she even said she wrote a note in the system for them so they were aware ahead of time but several times confirmed with us it wasn’t going to be a problem, bc we told her specifically we wouldn’t be able to make the purchase if that was an issue at all bc we wouldn’t have anywhere for the new furniture to go without the other furniture being moved. We found out she was a new girl but regardless, the managers Terry and Lakita took absolutely no accountability for it at all, instead they spoke to me and my husband very unprofessionally and rudely, basically stating we were liars saying “that is not how we train our employees so I know that wasn’t said from one of my employees” when it absolutely was. It was 7 weeks after initial entrance into the store and then speaking to the delivery department to confirm that they were aware of the notes that were made and wanted to ensure a smooth delivery and awareness when they arrived & that’s when we were told their delivery men do not move any other furniture, so we called the store and spoke to 3 different people who were managers after speaking to two sales associates to be transfer to them, spent two weeks of phone tag and back and forth for a simple problem that should have been resolved with no issues. A mistake made on their part and they made it such a huge deal to give us our money back and then when they finally said they processed it they charged us a $500 cancellation fee when this was not a matter of we decided we didn’t want/like the furniture, it was a clear mistake on their part they were unable to fulfill and wrongfully took $500 from us. They have absolutely no good morals when it comes to customer service. They smile in your face in the store and the moment they have your money, they could care less about you and will argue to the moon and back with you if there is any issue whatsoever. We are unbelievably disgusted by their actions and treatment in how they treat their customers. Don’t let them take advantage of you, there are many other options and places for furniture than a place that is just sitting on their high horses waiting to trample and screw you over very quickly. We even came back after having an issue with them in July when we moved here last year when they sent us a broken table and we wanted them to just cancel it bc we had already waited 8-9 weeks for it to be delivered and didn’t want to wait another month or two for them to send the replacement and they refused to give us our money back and said a refund was not available. So we waited another 5 weeks for it to be delivered which was very frustrating. This is the second and last time they have mistreated us as customers. They are just out to get whatever they can from you and do not genuinely care about you as a customer or future customer, they made that very clear to us. We still aren’t even done furnishing our house but this will never be a place I go to anymore bc of how incredibly wrong they continue treat their customers.

Should have waited til service was fully completed to leave to two five stars reviews I did before. We shopped here when we first moved here and the service was great in the store, the delivery took longer than we were told, everything was delivered fine however except for one of the tables was brought in with the leg broken, the guys were about to walk out when we were like um this leg is broken & they were like “oh so you want us to take it back?” Um yeah, we didn’t pay for a broken table. Anyhow, we didn’t want to wait another several weeks so just told them to cancel the table that was sent broken, the lady argued with me very unprofessionally about not getting a refund, my husband ended up getting the phone and just asking when the soonest they could redeliver it and we waited another 3 weeks so it was about 11 weeks total. Well fast forward 6 months later, we came in to get more furniture but made it very clear we would need the old furniture moved into another room and we were told that wouldn’t be a problem at all, well 7 weeks later we are told our order is ready for delivery set up and when I called to confirm everything we were told that the delivery men would not be moving any other furniture other than the furniture we got from them. So long story short I spent two weeks going playing phone tag back and forth with the store to talk to the appropriate person. I spoke to Jennifer originally and she was very nice and helpful, she was very sincere and understanding and tried to work things out for us. I ended up having to talk to Terry the floor manager, I guess above Jennifer the sales manager & he was not as friendly at all, didn’t apologize for anything or say anything back when I said we liked shopping there it’s just been an unfortunate event of things not working out like we hoped/expected and all he said was “yep.” Honestly, Jennifer should be the floor manager if that is his kind of manager attitude. I will never understand how some people get the positions they do and it seems like the most hard worked and more eligible ones get overlooked. The service in the store is great here, just don’t know what your going to get once you leave and everything is in motion. Good luck! I hope everyone else’s experience goes a little more smoothly and your concerns/issues are actually validated and respected like they should be.
Annie, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your exceptional help and guidance during my recent mattress purchase. Your expertise and understanding of my decorating ideas were invaluable in making a confident decision.
Annie was our sales rep. Initially she was sweet. However, when it came to the buying process is when it went south. There were several typos on my sales receipt that were incorrect such as delivery address. That I asked to be corrected. They were corrected…. And still spelled wrong. After that the phone number listed was incorrect. After that was corrected the address never was fixed. I asked for that typo to be corrected, to which Annie responded with “yes we will get that fixed for you” Last week I called customer care and get an ETA on my delivery. I was told only one thing was waiting to be brought to the warehouse to prepare for delivery. Well today I get a call from Annie saying “we have your chairs but are still waiting on your bench and table it could 2-3 weeks from today. Even though I called customer care and their ETA is the 11th of June. After talking with Annie I immediately called customer care again to see if there was another error. Considering we’ve had several. Customer service said everything is on track for the 11th of June. I usually give people the benefit and never write a review on places however this table is a lot of money. I just dont know why Annie had such a hard time correcting info, and why she called to tell me that it would be 2-3 weeks when that’s not the case The process with the system they use is inconvenient.

Walking into Ashley's home furniture is a lot different then walking into rooms to go, I felt like I wasn't rushed or pushed to buy anything. I was paired to Rachel for sales. She was kind, forth coming, and hospitable, she gave me the information I needed, the pricing and availability. She wasn't pushy, and had a sense of humor and comfortability that you won't find in most places of sales. Watching how she worked and communicated with her manager lakita you could tell right away she was a team player and not aggressive at all or hostile for the sale. I asked for recommendations on what I should go with and she was not at all hesitant helping me make the right choice and design of what I wanted. I highly recommend you go there and ask for Rachel!

He wasn’t just hovering over us making us nervous or feel pressured(which the store we went to before Ashley did) but checked on us several times to see if we needed help or ask any questions. He was courteous, friendly and very respectful. Also, Terry who was at the desk doing some of the paperwork with our purchase was very nice, friendly and courteous. It was a nice pleasant experience. I would recommend and shop here again. The store was very nice and clean also.

My husband & I have been looking for new living room furniture for months now. We went to 4-5 stores yesterday & just couldn’t find a fit for us. I got on Ashley’s website & was looking for a sectional that had both a chase (my requirement) & recliners built in (my husband’s requirement) along with plenty of seating. We found just that on the website. We were greeted by everyone there & we spoke to Jennifer who did an AMAZING job. She showed us options that would suit us & when I asked about the one that I found online which wasn’t on display in store she took us over to furniture that had a similar frame, fabric, & cushioning. We talked about our options & she was very thorough with the whole thing. She sold that couch & we gladly bought it! After everything was said & done I decided to go back & add an additional console (Jennifer was on lunch) & the team gladly stepped in & helped me with that add-on. Horrible experience with Ashley! They ordered my sectional placement wrong and it’s been over a month with little to no response on when or how they are going to change it. They have NOT communicated with me at all. I do not recommend purchasing from them. This is why you should shop local. I have definitely learned my lesson!! I will continue to push to get my couch fixed and hopefully some money back for all the hassle they have put me through!

Editing my review to say this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a company after leaving the store. They are so helpful when getting you to make a purchase but will not help you at all after. The delivery was a nightmare and one of my pieces is damaged. They are offering no assistance and customer service is a joke. They don’t seem to care or want to help at all. They might as well have told us to kick rocks. Highly recommend finding someone with better prices and better customer service because we regret going with this company.

Do not go here. Prices are ridiculous and they will only come after you for your money purchase a five year warranty on ottoman it was delivered rip and they refused to replace it. I’m having to get lawyers involved to go around to make sure they actually do what they’re supposed to do. I will never purchase anything ever again from Ashley‘s furniture. They were only loan shark, and after only one thing, your money, and the furniture is not even that durable if you purchase here, you’re an idiot.

I write to you from tear-stained eyes as I recount the final burial of my beloved love seat. Through thick and thin, this faded and chipping black leather loveseat had given me a place to rest my weary bones for well over a decade. Sure, the cushions were in a sad state and the myriad strands of duct tape hiding all the gashes stuck to my posterior sometimes, but I loved that seat. Through one marriage and multiple breakups that two-seater had made it. But now that I'm a (youngish) bachelor on the prowl, it was time to finally upgrade my space. So out went my beloved loveseat. But how do you replace something that might be considered a personal heirloom? I found my way to Ashley Furniture in Florence and set about wandering listlessly between the rows of furniture, no clear vision in my mind as to what exactly I wanted. That was when I got the call that would change everything. It wad the big guy, Kevin J. He asked if there was anything he could help me with, and practically sobbing I told him about the recent loss of my sweet loveseat. The big man walked me through my stages of grief and helped me pick out a new sofa and loveseat combination. He not only answered all my couch-related questions, he sealed the deal right then and there. The financing even hurt less than my divorce. So here's to you Kevin J and Ashley Furniture. Cheers.

I came into Ashley looking for a new bedroom set and was helped by an awesome sales rep named Kevin. I showed him what I saw online, and he quickly took me to it in store to make sure it was what I wanted. After a few quick questions I was certain I had made the right choice with the johnelle set. He also sold me some awesome lamps to put on the nightstands I had ordered ( Kevin says to always make sure you order 2 night stands so both sides of your bedroom are symmetrical and each person on the bed has their own space for their items)!!! Super easy and I was in and out in under 30 minutes!!! Woah Ashley y’all are epic!!! Love Ashley home store of Florence!!

Stopped in today to look at sectionals that included power recline options. I work hard and try to enjoy my time in the evenings in my recliner with my dog Ace. He is an American Bulldog so we need the room for us all to be comfortable. I was met at the door by a gentleman named Kevin who showed me all the options that were on the showroom floor. Then he went a step further and showed me a few pieces that could be ordered online as well. I have to be honest I was a little surprised by the prices as I haven't shopped for furniture in nearly 10 years. However Kevin took the time to explain the value of Ashley products and the features and aftercare that were available for my furniture thru their platinum plus protection plan that could be added to my purchase to further protect my purchase for up to five years after getting it delivered to my home!! I need a few more days to make a decision but Kevin wasn't pushy at all he actually gave me an invite to one of his private events coming up May 17th to see If he can offer any further options to the purchase to make me a satisfied buyer!! Thank you so much for giving me time to think and I will for sure be back to deal with Kevin and Ashley Homestore of Florence !!

I was undecided but after talking with Kevin, he had me down to 2 awesome choices the realyn and the havalance sets!! They are so beautiful and while I was trying to decide Kevin took time to give me a comfort test and I could not believe there was a wrong way to choose a bed. He took time to show me the importance of the proper pillow for my mattress!! Though I was unsure about making a large purchase Kevin took time to help me look at finance options to get me a low monthly payment that I can afford!!! I will be back next week for an appointment I have scheduled with Kevin to make my final decision !!!! 10/10 I highly recommend working with Kevin to anyone shopping for new furniture!!!

I went in a couple weeks back but have finally had a moment to write a review that this store deserves. I was greeted at the door by a lady named Mary who was very sweet and worked directly with me to find living room furniture for my home. After a few questions she had me looking in the right direction and was very professional and courteous the entire time. She offered me a plan that would protect my furniture and made sure to tell me about the sales they had going on. While I was unable to commit that day I will be back and I thank thier entire team for their time and professionalism Way to go Ashley your employees rock!!

would’ve left a 0 start. sent me hot garbage. and tried to overcharge me 700$ over retail price and said sorry. that was the online listing. when i finally got my products after they allegedly told me it would be 3-5 month wait time. they sent me missing parts. damaged wood. unclear instructions. never again.

HORRIBLE Went to store, found a lamp I liked, three were on display on April 14th. I was told I couldn’t take one of those. After almost four months, numerous texts with “looking in to it” responses, I reached out again and they said the order has been canceled and I did not receive a refund! The salesperson told me to contact customer care and have a nice day. I’d give a zero star review if I could. Going to store to demand a credit on my credit card and an apology.

First of all, no complaints at all with employees working in the store. They were very friendly and helpful, I would give them 5 stars. My problem is with delivery; a total nightmare. First delivery, I had to arrange to be off work during the "time window" which was sometime in the afternoon. I was supposed to have received a call 30 min. before the delivery (they did not). Delivery came about 10:00 in the morning (lucky for me I was home sick instead of being at work that day). 2nd delivery I had to jump through hoops to even get it scheduled; I finally arranged for it to be delivered to my job since I couldn't be home during part of the "delivery window" which was from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. I received a text that morning with a link to track my delivery (a joke) and the time range. Once again, item was delivered 4 hours early (postponed my lunch hour in order to be there when it arrived). Took it home, got ready to assemble, parts are missing. Called Ashley today, was told that parts would have to be ordered and would take a week. I told them to forget it, I would just go to hardware store and buy the needed screws and bolts. I was told that if I did this, it would void my warranty. I asked if I could get a refund for the price of the missing parts, and of course they wanted me to call another department. So I just gave up. Will never buy from them again.
The manager here is the most unprofessional manager I have come across. Hopefully you don't need to speak with her because she refuses to take your call or call you back. They are running a shady business here, folks. I do not recommend.

(New/Latest review) Well, round 2 was just as bad and I guess we are the only ones who have a rough experience here. We popped in to take a look at a few things- decided to make a purchase - a sofa table looking thing that unfolds to extend to a small table, a gray lift-top coffee table, and a rug for the living room. Rachel was helping us. The rug had a tag on it for $279 but we asked if there was a bigger size. Rachel looked it up and said it comes in an 8x10 for $289….$10 more….said we would also get a good deal on the other pieces. It felt like buying a car with how long it was taking. In the meantime Rachel gave us a flyer and asked for me to add a 5-star review for her…. But it was pulling up our previous review below, so I decided to wait and see how it played out…. We already have a credit card from Ashley’s and it took forever to find and apply to the order for some reason. The larger rug size that was $10 more was now $400 something….and all in all those 3 pieces came out roughly at $2,100, and we were there forever. We got home and my husband looks up these exact things online, and he could get the same items for $1600. He went back to the store and told them about it and canceled that order- they didn’t even try to offer any explanation or push back on cancelling, just did it…what does that tell you? So all I’m saying is just do your homework. The workers are polite and helpful, but not looking out for the best deal for YOU! (Previous/First review) We have yet to receive our furniture that was purchased on 11/13/21. I won’t bored you with the details but in a nutshell I will not be doing business with this joke of a company. They are great in never assuming any responsibility but instead blame everything and everyone for not delivering our furniture. Stay away.

The last piece of furniture was scheduled to arrive around the late January timeframe and this was agreed to at the time of purchase. No one ever contacted us so we decided to inquire about the status. Upon calling the store we were informed that it was, indeed, at the warehouse and the reason why we were never contacted is because the sales person we dealt with nearly 3 MONTHS AGO is no longer employed there (good for him!!). Complete disorganization is the only explanation as to why they can’t even keep track of fully paid for orders. It’s absurd and completely negligent. Last week they scheduled delivery for tomorrow (2/3) and said someone would call to arrange a timeframe. No call came. My mother reached out today to do their job and was told she was never added to the schedule. The EXACT same thing that happened back in November. Shocking, I know… This experience isn’t unique whatsoever and it’s no wonder that there are multiple social media groups dedicated to complaints against Ashley Furniture HomeStore with THOUSANDS of members. Go ahead and search for them! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT shop with Ashley Furniture HomeStore. Learn from the mistakes of others and you will be thankful. Original Post from 11/2021: Do NOT waste your time. My mother purchased a bedroom set here that was in stock in their warehouse since the original buyer canceled the order. She scheduled the delivery day and was instructed to move any furniture, etc for delivery. She confirmed the delivery twice in the last week and was told everything was on schedule and they’d be in contact to arrange the time. They never contacted her and when she inquired yesterday ago they said it was never tagged and the furniture was in Birmingham so they weren’t going to be able to deliver it. The ONLY reason she agreed to purchase it was because it was in stock at the warehouse and now the store is telling her it may be 4-6 months!!! They did not hesitate to take $4000 and arguably had no intention to follow through on the promises they made. Absolute scam. Find a different furniture store.

The worst products and customer service I've ever seen in my life. Using Covid as an excuse 6 months out for their exclusive furniture. When some was sent it looked like it was thrown off the truck. 6 months..... 6. Freaking. Months. No one calls, no one updates you. Not to mention the nightstands I bought had missing hardware. Did I get those sent to me when I called numerous times about it? Nope. Don't buy from this company.

Would not do business with this company EVER again. Unless you like to be lied to multiple times and sent in multiple directions for an order I wouldn’t consider them. We have spent a chunk of money here and cannot seem to get our order. They would like to go ahead and deliver our mattress but cannot give us a definitive date for our bed. Um, what good is a $4000 mattress with no bed?! Did I mention our bed was “in stock” the day we bought it and we were told we would only be waiting on our mattress? I’ve tried calling and asking for managers and continue to be told they will call back, and I have yet to receive one call. I’ve even asked for “higher up managers” and was told today they couldn’t give out their information.. I asked if I could leave my info for them and was told that they won’t reach out. This business is a JOKE. Read the reviews.. apparently we are not the only ones experiencing problems.
I was very pleased with Jennifer on the purchase in Florence AL. The delivery on the other hand, terrible. It is 5:40pm and I am still waiting for furniture to be delivered. It went from 4:30 to 5:20 to 6pm. I have not heard from the delivery service. I got this information from calling the store. I have yet to hear from the delivery people. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable!!! I have canceled my entire day for furniture that may never make it to my home!!!!!!! Update: Furniture arrived at 6:30. The couch and chair had rips!!!

Branden Griffis is amazing! He helped us so much! My husband works late so we showed up 30 minutes before closing and he was amazing and did not try to rush us and took the time to let us pick exactly what we wanted. He also took the time to help us find the best deals in our price range.
We purchased a bedroom suit on 10-18-20 and paid the balance due up front. We were told it could take 12-16 wks to be delivered due to Covid. We accepted this; however, it took 22 wks! We finally received a date for delivery; however, when no one called to schedule a time we contacted the store to learn the delivery had not been set up. A date was scheduled with a promise from the Store Manager that it would be the full order yet upon arrival only a very damaged mirror and a box spring and mattress came. Communication with the local store was poor. After numerous phone calls and supposed breakdown in communication between the local store and the Distribution Center, we were given a third date for delivery and received the remainder of our order. Once we spoke with the Manager at the Distribution Center directly we had a good experience and were treated professionally. They even swapped the mirror for us. We will not purchase from this store again. Thank you for allowing us to comment.
What you expect from your order and what you get delivered to you can be two different things. Poor communication about one of my orders getting cancelled and about who attaches the headboard to the bed frame.

In Alabama, great 5, spring hill tn gets a 2 dont warranty there stuff for the store time. Then contact the warranty department and it takes over a month to come fix your couch. Then they don't call and schedule a time they just tell you when there coming. Like we're going to take off work or miss a DR appointment. .They need to know they work on our schedule.
They cannot keep a manager there and never call you back when they say they will. They messed up my sofa order- the wrong one arrived after 6 months of waiting and now a new manager that at keeps putting me off and will not call me back. Nobody at the store knows how to reach anyone higher

This was a quick stop in for my wife and I to look at sectionals, turns out we decided to just about re furnish 2 rooms. The assistance we had throughout this process was superb. Jennifer was the most knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my wife and I were satisfied and understand all of the small details right down to the cushions and protection for the fabrics. I would highly recommend this location if you are in the market for furniture. Ask for Jennifer, the manager is awesome as well.

We ordered a dining room suit in August. I have been very understanding and patient due to COVID-19. We have not received our table and chairs and it is almost December. I have called numerous times and have been told that it would be in on such and such date. That date has come and gone several times and still no table. I asked if I could get a refund and they told me that I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee. I have also even been told numerous times that they would call me with updates. I have not received a call from them except when they are returning my call. Sometimes they will return a call and sometimes not. I get a totally different answer depending on who I speak with. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them! I really don't know what my options are at this point but I am ready to take further action.

I will never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone I know. We bought a sectional June 2019. Had problems right off the bat. Tried multiple times to make a claim with the warranty they added to my ticket without even asking me if I wanted (the salesman that sold this to me is now the district manager, and told us we didn’t know what we were talked about when we told him he gave us a wrong replacement motor). Started claim and never called back, I followed up and didn’t have the claim. Started another claim they never entered it. Aug 2020 motors are broken and 1 pull cord broke, support beams gone I filed another claim. Support offered me a $40 credit to keep a $2000 couch the way it is after only having it a little over the year. The store manager at Florence kept telling me should would call me back and start a claim and never did. I have spoke with her 3 times and each time is was I’ll have to call you back, “I can’t do anything I will have the district manager call you”. Still no word from the district manager. Call again 2 weeks later and still nothing. They would reach out. spoke to the Manager over customer care and she told me isn’t going to do anything about it, because her repair team “fixed it”. A third part repair company came out 2 weeks ago and finished breaking my couch the rest of the way. Told me no one would call me back. Ashely customer care didn’t even have this claim. Never buy your furniture from Ashley HomeStore. They will not actually warranty the product and will not help you in any way what so ever. They will make every excuse for why they didn’t call you back and lie and they never received the multiple claims you entered.
While they have nice furniture, the entire furniture shopping experience is ruined by being followed around the store like you stole something. We were looking for two bedroom suits, and couldn't even look at anything because the sales person was literally 5 feet away from us for the entirety of our visit. If you want to feel like you're shopping in prison, this is the place for you!

Went just to look. Jennifer B. was the associate that helped me. Jennifer helped explain all my options & helped with pricing, looking at various bedroom sets, etc... Needless to say, by time we were done, I purchased 2 bedroom sets for my grandbabies. Thank You so much. They will love 💘 them!! UPDATE: Scratch everything i stated bc Jennifer gave me tge deluvery dates if aug 4th &11th. NOT. Had to call & speak with mgr Shawn whom informed me that deliveries are back dated as far back as September. He works some magic & has one beset delivered Aug 18. That bedset, was damaged. Had multiple cracks in the framework due to the delivery guys setting it up. They refused yo take it back & ststed uts not their problem & to call the store. Its been a 3 ring circus 🎪 ever since. Nobody wants to be accountable. My recommendation due to this entire fiasco....DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!
I was given August 4 & August 11, as the two days fir delivery for my 2 bdrm sets. Needless to say, Aug 4 comes. No Delivery. Call store spoke with Manger Shawn whom refunded $169 & apologized that we had t o go thru this but the earliest he can get anything t o m e was the 18th. Im like ok i can deal with it bc the bunkbed set was fir Hunter & his bday is the 19th. The 18th comes & furniture is to be deluveted between 11-2pm. The driver us to call 40 minutes before arriving. At 12:23 pm Tommy calls stating he will be there in 9 minutes. (What happened to 40 mins prior),? Two males. Tall black male & short white male with alot if visible tattoos arrive to deliver & set up bunkbeds. Approx 2 pm the white guy carries out boxes so, i start to get myself up into the leg scooter due to being immobile from ankle replacement surgery. The black male stops me at the bedroom entrance holding his phone for my signature. Some lady is on phone asking questions. Which were mumbled. Something about arrival. Product & referral. By what i could see in the distance it looked oj & i told her i really didn't know & by what I could tell since I wasn't near it. She said thank you & he just walked out without a word. I quickly hollard at him bc i can see a large crack on the frame. Son said he was pulling out. Told him to go stop him & get him back in here. He eventually came in & i poibted out tge large crack in the frame ststing he needs to take it back bc i do not want damaged furniture. He 1st replied that its "only a scatch." I stated no its not, as I placed my fingernail into the crack & told him it went thru to the otherside. He came over & looked on the otherside & stated I was right. I told him I didn't want the furniture due to ut being damaged. He stated its not his problem & that i needed to call the store. I told him it was his problem bc he delivered damaged merchandise. He stated it wasn't his problem & to call the store as he quickly left. I was calling Ashley furniture at 2:10pm spoke with Mgr Shawn whom stated none if it should have happened & tgstvtge delivery person should have taken the furniture back. Ststed I had to call customer svc to fike a complaint & if nothing was done to call him back. Customer svc manager was pathetic. Treated me as a liar even though I have pics to prove the damage. Refused to come get the furniture today let aline any day claiming that since I signed for it it was mine. I wasn't told anything by the deluvery guy other than sign this showing I delivered your furniture. I hadn't even seen the furniture up close yet.i was in hallway trying to get to the room. Custoner svc is pathetic. I called mgr shawn back since he told me to & uts been over an hour & hes not called back. Doesn't surprise me at this point. Only thing I can recommend is DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE. The list of reasons is none stop.
Purchased a bedroom set in mid May, 2020. Delivery fee was $150.00. They 3 guys that delivered had only been on the job less than 2 weeks. The back of chest if drawers had a huge hole in it and side tables were scratched. I did not see the damages at delivery, as they had it totally wrapped in quilt. After noticing the damages, I photoed and sent to customer service. They promised to replace. It has been 3 months and I have heard NOTHING from them, even though I continue to contact them, they say they're working on it. NEVER PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM AN ASHLEY HOME STORE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE PITS.

I bought a bedroom set that was nearly 1,500$ May 4th and it still hasn’t been delivered... it is now it’s suppoSe to be July 29th. All they djd was give me my 150$ delivery fee back after 3 phone calls of arguing. Seriously DONT BUY FROM ASHLEY!! I highly suggest taking a GOOD look at this fb page. Literally thousands of people have gone through this or worse!!

First off, I was promptly greeted by Mia with a genuine smile as she qualified me and led me into her showroom to show me options. She was very informative about the products and offered me great alternatives as well that would suit my needs. She took her time with me and was extremely patient with me as I finalized my selections. I never felt pressured by her. She broke down every single step into detail and explained what the next steps were. I'm glad that I decided to go into this location and recieved great customer service from her. Mia is nothing short of AMAZING! It is no wonder she is part of the management staff. If you're searching for new furniture, do yourself a favor and go see Mia!
I accidentally called a number I assumed was the Hoover store, only to speak with a very professional, kindred spirit at the Florence, Al location. Mia Byrd's salesmenship and managerial skills, made my back ordered piece well worth waiting for. She is very sincere and willing to provide answers to any and all questions. She and the staff worked as a team to get the items I desired and for that I appreciate them.

Our first trip to the Ashley store in Florence did not disappoint. We were greeted by Brittany, who went out of her way to find what we were looking for and work with us on the purchase. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way. We have not yet received our furniture, but I can say that based on service alone, we will be back.

I Ordered a bed on Novemebr 24th the lady in the store told my 8 year old my mother and I the bed would be there before christmas and someone would call me with the date of delivery . No one called me I had to call them on Decemeber 19th to find out what was going on and they told me the delivery dates were late January after complaing the lady squeezed me in right after christmas , when I planned on going home to see my family. The scheduling pick up people told me the store should never tell me a date and that I was suppose to call to schedule the day and that no one was ever going to call me . And the only answer I got from the store was well your paper work says 3 to 6 weeks so I dont know what to tell you . After telling her I was going home to see my family they said well you will have to change your date or take a 80 dollar charged fee . Not worth the aggravation especially after paying over 1,500 dollars for bed . Wont be back there again or my family

Website says they are open on Sundays. Drove a prrretty good ways just for that store to realize that they are closed on Sundays. Their store work hours and online hours dont match. Very disappointing!!

My husband and I went in looking to buy a new king mattress. I have bought furniture previously from this location and had wonderful service so I knew what to expect. We met the sales associate, Lane, who was so kind and willing to help us pick out the perfect bed. We found a king memory foam mattress with cooling features and decided on an adjustable base as well. We were given a wonderful deal and we were leaving within 30 minutes. This was the most painfree furniture purchase ever! Great job, Lane at Ashley HomeStore! We will be back!

Decent quality furniture, sales staff is a little pushy with their financing offers, but I guess that is how the store makes its money. Little less helpful when they find out your a cash pay customer.
Ms Annie was wonderful customer service, helping us select the mattresses and bed. I can’t complain about the customer service. I will complain about the misdirection provided regarding delivery date. First, we were not told the bed wasn’t in stock. We told them how quickly we were looking for the bed to be delivered. They told us “we have to tell our customers 3-5 weeks” but this should be three weeks max. This is going on week four, and our bed/mattresses are “showing” to be delivered to their warehouse at the end of the week. They still couldn’t tell me when delivery is scheduled. I’m greatly disappointed how it was sold to us. The team at the store has access to let us know whether or not the bed is in stock. I could’ve easily went online to another vendor, instead of shopping local, purchased and had my items delivered within a week. *plus even saved $500 in the process. Will not be ordering from them again because they oversale their products just to get the commission without being honest on their delivery. Every time I’ve called to inquire and explain my disappointment, I’m met with a very monotone “that’s what we tell our customers, I’m sorry”. It’s the principal. Bottom line.
Hope you have two months to wait. They told me 2 weeks, “ but we have to tell everyone 2-5 weeks (wink, wink)”. Now they are telling me they had to build to order? Why not tell me that at point of sale?? Here we are, 5 weeks and still no bed. This place is a joke. Never again will I buy anything from this place.

Terrible...constantly pushing back delivery date due to “system being down”. The system has been down for a week?? For this I was charged a delivery fee of more than $600. I’ve bought Ashley furniture from several locations before but this will be the last time I ever do so from this outlet. Run, run far and run fast.

We bought a dinning room table and a bedroom suite. The bedroom suite had damaged drawers and didnt match in color. It was sent back a couple of times because of the color issue. We finally gave up and just told them to keep their bedroom suite if they couldn't have all the pieces match. We kept the table because it looks nice but I probably should have given it back also. Unfortunately I cant see myself going back!

My experience at Ashley Furniture in Florence was an incredibly fabulous experience. First of all let me say Michael Broadway is the man to see for all of your needs!! He dealt with my incessant calling and questions with kindness and charm! He went WAY above and far beyond in many ways to make sure I was able to secure the discontinued sectional I was desparate for! I’m very happy with the sectional I purchased...I would leave detailed reviews about that piece but it is now discontinued and there is no need. However I WILL say the quality of the piece and value for it was over the top! So I left 5 stars for Michael Broadway (and manager Kevin was of help also)! If 10 stars was an option I’d fill them up! Thanks to all! Overall awesome experience with someone who cared about me and my needs!

I've been waiting on my furniture for nearly 2 months. I ordered it July 4 have been told it could be delivered on Sept 9. That's terrible customer service and since there was a delay was told I could get free delivery and then was told that was a mistake. There would be no delivery free of charge. Also, learned that the wrong chair was ordered, I understand that mistakes can be made, but now I just feel like they lied to me a lot. That's terrible customer service.

Outrageous prices. They say that their furniture is the only one in the area. When we went here, we saw a sectional and loved it. But not for $5.5k. Went over to Lackey's immediately after, and we saw the same exact sectional there for $1.9k.

I went to Ashley Furniture last weekend trying to get ideas for a new living room set. The girls at the desk (I think their names were Allie and Miranda) were super helpful. I asked them which couches were the most popular and comfortable, and they were quick to point out their favorites. They were both very sweet and made the whole experience great. I will definitely be back when it is time to purchase new furniture.

If you're under the age of thirty you might as well go else where. While there a worker asked me if a friend I was with was "old enough to shop for furniture." My friend is petite but she is also 20 yr old employed, in college, and has a great credit score. We just wanted to shop for our homes because we do not have the luxury of living with parents. instead of it being a fun trip, we were followed constantly, talked down too, and absolutely ignored as being an actual costumer worthy of their costumer service. Go to farmers home furniture in muscle shoals. The staff is so sweet, and ready to help. Plus the prices and merchandise in my opinion are better.

0/5 Stars. Worst furniture purchasing experience I have ever experienced. Sadly, this was the second time I have been let down by this store / this company. The first time my items did not deliver until almost six weeks after they were supposed to and although they have a four week deliver promise, they did not accommodate me for the two extra weeks. This second time, it was my own ignorance for purchasing again I know, but I decided to give Ashley another chance and was once again disappointed. After being told a date for delivery, I called to verify and was told my items would not even be in the warehouse for another thirteen days! I am extremely fed up with Ashley and their customer service. People, take your money and time elsewhere if you want complete satisfaction because Ashley Furniture HomeStore WILL disappoint!!!

I had a very pleasant experience in the Ashley Homestore, in Florence today. Annie, who greated my sister and I, when we walked in, was very friendly. Told us first about the sales that were taking place, and what some of the price signs that had marks through them meant. Very important information to know. This helped me make a wonderful selection of a couch, recliner, and two end tables, one of which has a heater built in to make a room warm and cozy. The couch had electronic buttons to recline on each side, as did the recliner. Wonderful !!!! The manager, Kevin, was very knowledgeable with answers to our questions, and worked with us with. A great deal. Ali, also was a great help in explaining our purchases, and warranties, and will take your money with a SMILE. THESE 3 WERE EXCELLENT HELP. I will be going back to make more purchases.

Went to the store just to check it out, I have never been to an Ashley store before. We where greeted by Debra Lewis who was very nice and helpful about explaining what sales were going on, but not pushy at all. Within 10 to 15 minutes me and wife had found a living room suit that we both really liked. Debra came along and offered more help, then Michael Broadway the sales manager come by shortly after. Got the Business done in ten or fifteen minutes and we have a great living suit on the way.

I have bought my last 2 rounds of furniture from the Florence, Alabama Ashley location and I want to express why, when I actually live closer to Huntsville. The Salesperson Michael Broadway worked with me last year when making my purchases and he stayed in touch with me right thru the delivery date. I bought furniture again today 3/9/2016 from Mr. Broadway . I am a Tax Accountant and we work 7 days a week from January til April 18th. I couldn't get to the store. When I'm off, the store is already closed. Mr. Broadway sent me photos thru his cell, helped me look at the online site, and answered every question. But today on his off day, he drove to my office and picked up the payment for my order ! Who does that in this day and time? I can answer that- No one. I was frustrated because I needed to get it ordered, and he resolved the issue entirely. Ashley Furniture and Mr. Broadway will continue to get my business from this day forward. In a world where big companies sometimes forget how they got there, this Ashley Furniture Location has at least one employee who remembers, and I really appreciate the effort and the service. I cant wait for my new furniture to arrive, and thank you Ashley and Mr. Broadway for a job that exceeded all expectations ....This is how its done! The sales girl was super nice, it was my experience afterwards that I wasn't so pleased with. She told me to expect 3-5 weeks for delivery, it took 6+. I called at the 5th week, and the VERY snippy lady told me that deliveries usually take 2-4 weeks, and I had to laugh because umm... it was already 5 weeks at that point in time. Then she told me all about the 3rd party carriers and how they cannot control when they deliver, etc. I paid more at Ashley than I would have for the exact same couch elsewhere because I wanted a brand new, never before sat on one. Their level of customer service should match that.
I had an awful experience at this store. First off, the prices with a red slash through them feel a little gimmicky but whatever, my wife and I still liked a sectional in the store. After calling, getting quoted a price, and receiving MANAGER APPROVAL to honor a longer term agreement, I came into the store. Upon arriving I double checked the terms and the interest rate, 36 mo @ 0% and it was confirmed by the sales rep. Karen treated me with respect and handled the transaction smoothly, taking all the information down and submitting the deal to the various lenders. After I was approved for a little less than the amount we discussed, I agreed to pay the rest as a down payment. Great, sign all these forms and off she went. 10 minutes later, the Sales Manager, Kevin, came out and said ACTUALLY none of what we had discussed is true. None of the lenders can do 36 months that I was sent to and the one that I was approved for doesn't do any 0% financing for any more than 12 months. No apology for the time they took, the several instances they pulled my credit, no nothing.
