Four stars because of Katara and all her hard work (she deserves a solid 5 stars!) Ordered a bedrm suite w/mattress in June of 2021, was told 16 to 20 weeks delivery timeline due to covid/shipping backlog. Everything was still a mess, so I didn't go into this with any unrealistic expectations. 48 weeks later I received my furniture. Almost a year! After zero updates and no indications from management that my bedroom suite was coming - I actually went in the store in early May 2022 to ask the manager for a refund but met Katara instead. She looked up my order and was appalled with what she saw was happening. With a couple of emails and a phone call - my entire bedroom suite was delivered within 2 weeks of speaking with her and it is perfect!

Beware.. The manager lied to us. We bought a sectional and recliner here on September 27. I was told my furniture was in stock, and would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. It wasn't in stock. On Decemebr 17th, almost 12 weeks later, they delivered my recliner and half of my sectional. Why would I want half a sectional? It looks ridiculous. Why wouldn't they wait til it was complete before delivering it?? I called and called, and I either get put on endless hold, or I'm told 'we'll call you back', but no one ever does. I don't know when I'll get the rest of my sectional. *EDIT* The rest of my sectional was just delivered in APRIL. SEVEN MONTHS after purchasing.

Ashley Furniture advertised that they had Furniture in stock. Went there over the weekend and was told that the advertising is false. It would take at least 5 to 6 weeks to get Furniture. Ashley Furniture should be ashamed for reporting that they have Furniture in stock and ready to be delivered. I will not be going back to Ashley Furniture period. If they lie about something like this, what else will they lie about. Shame on you Ashley for lying toget someone to your store!!!

I paid for in full for a couch and loveseat and they ordered it and they said it would be a week or two, 3 weeks went by I call loveseat and table was in but not the couch ,i said just wait and deliver it all at the same time so another couple days passed,and I call again couch came in but not the loveseat,I said y'all told me everything was there but the couch, i said I tell you what, I m coming to get my money back it's been almost 6 weeks I don't won't to fool with this place anymore and then when I get there they couldn't give my money back,and I paid cash ok they said it would have to come from corporate office in about a week,I was furious,I hope no one else has been treated this way.

4 days agoNEWI am advising EVERYONE TO FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB. Hopefully this will force them to being better merchants. This is too sad to be funny. I purchased 2 chairs in January 2021. Received chairs in April. Had issues from the beginning. I requested they come get there merchandise with 30days of delivery. They said if I keep the chairs they would give me a refund on thr damage chair. Today is December 15th, I have emailed begged, cried, belittled myself, to 3 managers. Who have stated the ball was dropped, it was there fought, there sorry.. but still no refund. I have over 25 emails admitting fought, but still nothing. I told them in May since they did not uphold the agreement come get there merchandise. Today I have no refund and they will not come get there merchandise
