I walked into Ashley Furniture prepared for a battle, but Ernest turned it into a spa day for my living room. I told him I needed a coffee table that says 'I’m an adult with a refined palate' but also 'I’m definitely going to eat cereal off this while watching Netflix.' Ernest didn't judge. In fact, he guided me through the showroom with the focus of a GPS and the patience of a monk. He helped me find a table so sturdy it could probably survive a minor natural disaster, yet so stylish it makes my old rug look like it belongs in a dumpster. If you need a surface to put your feet (or your lattes) on, go see Ernest. He’s the MVP of Mahogany and the Sultan of Surfaces. 5 stars!

I have purchased 2 couches from this location. The process was smooth on purchasing the couches as well as the delivery. Both couches have lasted long with no issues. However, I purchased the warranty for both. If you do not utilize the warranty, you are supposed to receive the money back in the form of store credit. The warranty was for 5 years. It’s been six & a half years since I’ve purchased the couch with an unused warranty. For the past year & half I’ve been provided with the run around on how to redeem my warranty money. I will no longer be purchasing anymore furniture from this company due to this.

Overall it was a great experience. On a negative note, after the purchase, I found the same Ashley Furniture items at a local competitor store in stock, and at a cheaper purchase and delivery price. Staff was friendly and helpful but I was misquoted the time frame for delivery. I was told 4-6 weeks and it wasn't until after we had signed all the paperwork that I was informed it would actually be 8-12 weeks.

I would give this store minus stars if I could. The harassment is so bad. You cannot look at anything without being bothered by sellers. They will follow you around the store and talk to you as if you know nothing about furniture. I have bought from them several times but I will not be going back due to this problem.

We came in today looking for a couch and Brenda helped us significantly in finding exactly what we wanted. We are grateful for her knowledge and for also showing us options that were modifications of what was in the store. Grateful that Brenda helped us make our happy purchase today!

I would give 5 stars because Cres was amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable about what was on the floor. She showed us everything we asked to see and gave great suggestions but I took a star because Tina the manager is just rude. She is not friendly nor does she know how to speak to people. She was rude to her employees as well.

Jodie was very helpful and was not very pushy. She is very friendly and up beat which made looking for a mattress much easier.

Returned to Store,after window shopping with daughter. Julie, remembered me and took me right to the items I adored. Excellent customer service and I will return.
