I walked into Ashley Furniture prepared for a battle, but Ernest turned it into a spa day for my living room. I told him I needed a coffee table that says 'I’m an adult with a refined palate' but also 'I’m definitely going to eat cereal off this while watching Netflix.' Ernest didn't judge. In fact, he guided me through the showroom with the focus of a GPS and the patience of a monk. He helped me find a table so sturdy it could probably survive a minor natural disaster, yet so stylish it makes my old rug look like it belongs in a dumpster. If you need a surface to put your feet (or your lattes) on, go see Ernest. He’s the MVP of Mahogany and the Sultan of Surfaces. 5 stars!

I have purchased 2 couches from this location. The process was smooth on purchasing the couches as well as the delivery. Both couches have lasted long with no issues. However, I purchased the warranty for both. If you do not utilize the warranty, you are supposed to receive the money back in the form of store credit. The warranty was for 5 years. It’s been six & a half years since I’ve purchased the couch with an unused warranty. For the past year & half I’ve been provided with the run around on how to redeem my warranty money. I will no longer be purchasing anymore furniture from this company due to this.

My wife and I visited with Ashley Furniture recently to purchase living room furniture. We were met by Cres, a sales representative that has worked for Ashley 16 years. She was familiar with the many different product lines they carry. She worked patiently with us in making a selection and provided us with all the details on payment options and delivery. Overall it was a great experience. On a negative note, after the purchase, I found the same Ashley Furniture items at a local competitor store in stock, and at a cheaper purchase and delivery price. Do your homework.

I would give this store minus stars if I could. The harassment is so bad. You cannot look at anything without being bothered by sellers. They will follow you around the store and talk to you as if you know nothing about furniture. I have bought from them several times but I will not be going back due to this problem.

My husband and I went to Ashley furniture to Buy a new sectional it was delivered two weeks later and the sectional did not fit our living room. The delivery guys did not stay long enough to make sure everything was situated for us! After they left my husband and I moved the couch where we wanted it, and Both hated how it looked in our living room. We immediately called Ashley and asked if there were any way we could return pieces of the sectional and pay for two couches. The lady on the phone asked if the delivery guys were still there and we said no they had just left and she said we’d have to call back Tuesday and talk to personnel about our concerns. My husband has been On and off the phone with Ashley for about a week now and finally, they told us that we will have to pay for a restocking fee a delivery fee and a pick up fee! We are trying to return Pieces of the sectional so we could have two separate couches. They would be making more money off of us by us doing that. It makes no sense for us to have to pay a restocking fee. When we asked The lady, if we could speak to her manager, she said there is no way to talk to our manager on the phone. You have to write an email. When he asked if he could speak to her manager‘s manager she told us that there’s absolutely no way to talk to that manager. If You are trying to buy furniture I would suggest going somewhere else. Do not do business with Ashley Furniture.

Even though my bedroom suit had been discontinued, the good people here were able to order the part I needed for my bed. They were very helpful.

We worked with Sherman today at Ashley Furniture in Huntsville and had a great experience! We told him we didn’t want anything cookie cutter, we wanted a fun color and comfy. He brought us straight to the area with exactly what we were looking for- we can’t wait to get our new couch!

Jessie was very nice and helpful while finding my mom a new recliner. Edit: Unfortunately I have to edit this review. Upon delivery of my 75 year old mom's recliner, the leg support was very stiff. She was having trouble closing it with her legs. She did not have this trouble in the store. The chair was delivered on Friday. I called the store Sunday morning to ask if we could trade in the one we bought towards a different chair. They said they could not assist, to call customer support. Customer support was closed until Tuesday. Tuesday customer support said it's too late to do any returns. I'm in shock that a big company is unwilling to let a 75 year old woman who just suffered a stroke exchange a chair that is too difficult for her to use. She was wanting to trade it in and get a more expensive chair (electric) to replace it! I won't be shopping at Ashley ever again.
