I RECOMMENDED NOTHING ABOUT ASHLEY FURNITURE AT ALL. BUY THE SAME FURNITURE ON AMAZON WAREHOUSE LIKE I DID AND SAVE HUNDREDS OF $$$!! **edit to post, thanks to David and his great customer service, this was refunded and resolved. however, Tina should still be fired.** i would like to submit a complaint about a store manager at the Huntsville, AL location. Tina, the store manager should be fired. I'll explain why. I bought some furniture from this store in August. No issue there. Delivery day comes. The third party delivery service only text, not call my cell phone as they were supposed to when they were at my home. I received a text from them stating they were outside my home at 1200 pm on the dot and text requested me to reply within 15 minutes to ensure someone was at home. I immediately text back saying I was 1 minute away. They Delivery team is required to stay 15 minutes within when they arrive at home. At 1210 they were gone. 15 minutes would have been 1215. They wrote on the door hanger they were here at 1152, not 12pm. Therefore they did not stay as long as required. Then I immediately call the Delivery dispatch in Birmingham,AL and spoke with Andrea whom says they "claim they were there at 1152, couldn't get anyone at the door, and left at 1207." Andrea asks if the delivery team called me and I told her no and she states "well they were supposed to." Then I ask if there is any way I can call them directly and she says since they are third party, you can't. But if you recall, my text messages from the delivery team was sent at 1200pm requesting a text back "confirming delivery to avoid a rescheduling fee" of which I did text back to inform them of 1 minute ETA and then they were gone before the 1215 (15 minute required stay) according to my text messages. So I called Andrea with the delivery dispatch in Birmingham, AL asking why they left before the 15 minute time frame was up, and she says they documented the 1152 and 1207 would be "15 minutes." That does not match the text messages I received. I still have them as proof as well. Andrea only offers 1 option of another day to deliver which is black Friday and since I work weekends including friday, that is unacceptable to just offer a day that doesn't work with the customers schedule. At this point I am furious of how the delivery team False documented their times, did not call my cell phone as required,and how Andrea did not show concern of my work schedule. At this point I wanted to return the product for terrible customer service. I proceed to call Ashley corporate to ensure the restocking fee would not be added due to poor delivery service/customer service. The agent said he would take care of it, and no charge would be added. Then I had the pleasure of speaking with the WORST store manager on the planet who only cares about herself and not her customers, Tina, in Huntsville, AL whom makes thus whole situation look like it's my fault and does not immediately resolve the issue. She says she will email the CEO of the company to "see if he will approve it." Tina also hung up on me mid sentence the first call. Then my husband calls her back angry she hung up on me. He is just assisting me in getting issue resolved. She hung up on him 3 times after calling back. What kind of management hangs up on a customer?!?!? She is rude, disrespectful, and a disgrace to work for your company. If she treats us this way then she treats other customers this way too. All of the phone calls are recorded, so you guys should investigate all the calls to hear the clicks of her hanging up. Today I notice I have been charged 2 restocking fees on my ashley card. Remember, corporate said they would defer the charge. Well it wasn't. So I called corporate back today to be told they can no longer handle it on their end and I would have to call the Huntsville store again. So I did, and had the pleasure of speaking with Tina again. I asked why the restocking fee had not been approved yet and she says that "she will email the CEO again for approval" but unsure if it will be refunded. Now, I have worked customer service in the past. This is not how you handle poor customer service/delivery service and most certainly not how a manager handles these situations. I reminded Tina the old saying of "the customer is always right" and she replied " well you and I both know that isn't true." Now what kind of store manager says that to a customer?! Not only is that very unprofessional, but very rude and disrespectful. Why is she still employed there? You want someone running that store with that kind of attitude? Since all the phone calls are recorded, I would HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to listen to what she says to me, my husband, and other customers she talks with over the phone. Since I have been charged for the restocking fee I was told by corporate would be taken off, Tina is not willing to work with me, and I was apparently charged 2 restocking fees, needless to say I have not only filed a complaint with the BBB but also Google reviews, Facebook reviews, and filed a dispute of the claim with synchrony the credit card company. Tina should be fired as soon as possible. She is the most useless, rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, unprofessional store manager I have EVER encountered. If she can't manage that attitude, she can't manage a store!

If you expect customer service then Ashley Furniture is not the place for you. If you haven't been furniture shopping for awhile, you are in for quite a surprise. There is very little supply and ordering can take 4-6 months. My MIL recently moved to Huntsville. We convinced her to leave her old furniture in Pennsylvania as she deserves new, pretty things. We looked at several local furniture stores and didn't see anything she really liked that was in stock. She had an appointment on Bob Wallace so we decided to stop at Ashley to see what we could find. I guess "find" is the operative word here - we walked around the store almost half an hour before we found someone to help us. We weren't the only customers looking for help either. Once I finally found someone to help us, we finally had success in our quest for furniture. Our salesman was able to tell us what pieces were immediately available in the warehouse. From there, we decided on a couch and bedroom set. We paid and set up delivery for that Friday - great since my MIL had been sitting on lawn furniture and sleeping with her mattress and box springs on the floor. While I was given a range of times for delivery, I was supposed to receive a call when the delivery truck was actually on its way. This didn't happen - luckily I was at the house waiting with her when they showed up. The problems with Ashley continued. I looked on the truck and there was no bedroom set. The delivery men were no help as one spoke no English and the second very little English. I tried calling the store - I let the phone ring over and over, I tried a second time with the same results - no one answered. I had the cell number of our salesman so I called him. He was off but said he's email the manager and she'd get right back to me. Nope, didn't happen. Now the kicker, while the delivery men were there, I received a call from customer service requesting that I take a survey on my delivery. I told her what happened and she said she would immediately walk a help ticket across the room and her supervisor would call me right back. Once again, nope. Silence. Finally that evening, I called the store and someone answered the phone. She rescheduled the delivery of the bedroom set for the following Tuesday. This delivery was fraught with its own problems. I did receive a message that the truck was on its way - when they were ten minutes out. At least I was notified this time. The furniture was in the truck but my husband noticed that the packing foam in the box was broken into pieces and there were little styrofoam balls stuck to everything. He pulled out the vacuum and cleaned off the furniture and even the truck, as the delivery men watched, so it wouldn't be tracked all over the house. Finally the furniture was brought into the house and assembly of the bed was started. The delivery man was struggling trying to get it together. My husband, Mr Fixit, looked at the instructions and the guy was doing it backwards. Who knows how long he would have kept going without intervention. At that point, my husband found out that both of the delivery men had been working for the company for less than a week. What in the world was the delivery company thinking by sending out two new workers as a team? (What were they thinking when they sent out two workers who between the two of them couldn't communicate in English?). In this case, the responsibility lies directly on the delivery company. My MIL really likes her new furniture and that's all that counts at the end but wow what a journey to get to that end.

In February we ordered a dining room table and chairs, bedroom set, sleeper sofa, ottoman, and nightstand. Everything was delivered except the sleeper sofa. On May 7th, the sleeper sofa was delivered, ended up being a "no-fit" and was returned. However, the delivery drivers would not take the Ottoman back because it was from a different delivery. On May 8th, we went into Ashley furniture and cancelled the sleeper sofa and Ottoman. The manager (on May 8th), a man with dark facial hair, assured me that the sofa would be cancelled and would check on getting the Ottoman returned. He didn't write anything down, so I asked him to confirm that he would take care of it. He assured me that he would. As it turns out, he did not. I called Ashley Furniture on May 24th and a manager told me they would find out about the Ottoman and cancel the sleeper sofa and call me back. They did not. I called Ashley Furniture on May 25th and a manager told me the same thing. I called Ashley Furniture on June 3rd where I think the sleeper sofa was FINALLY cancelled. They never called back about the Ottoman. I called Ashley Furniture on June 17th where the Assistant Manager, Ashley, apparently is the most capable person there. She told me the Ottoman could not be returned because it was in our house too long. I reminded her that this is ENTIRELY the fault of Ashley Furniture managers for being too stupid to cancel an order. She said she would call back. She did not. They have stolen from me due to (a) incompetence, (b) stupidity, (c) greed, or (d) all of the above. ****UPDATE**** The furniture was not cancelled on June 17th. I called and had it cancelled on June 19th. Then received a call on June 30th to have it delivered. I also was able to sell the Ottoman online for a loss since the warehouse did not return my message requesting it be taken back. The managers at Ashley Furniture are a joke. Do not trust their lies.

I'm very disappointed in the service I've received from here, especially as a repeat Customer. I purchased an Entertainment Center online, Ashley Homestore website, November 21, 2020. The last part was delivered today, January 4, 2021. I learned today that I am not valued as a Customer, I cannot read, and lack understanding, according to their Customer service and scheduling employees. Your website is very misleading and very deceptive. As a Consumer, if I purchase a product and it states Assembly and delivery setup January 4, 2021, then I expect those words to mean exactly that. Now I have 6 large boxes laying in my Family room with no genuine scheduled, or promised assembly date. I'm at a loss as the Customer and there is no recourse for this mishap. There is no direct contact, just an email that rejects legit complaints, which I experienced today. I need Ashley Homestore to fulfill the Agreement as stated, without the indiuindums please. I paid for Assembly and delivery so you all should honor that! This is heartbreaking because I'm sure I'm not the only Customer who has endured this problem, the mishandling and noncompliance proves that. Can you help me figure out my next step, a fair resolution? Like the scheduling representative Ms. Carol, eloquently said "My hands are tied and I don't know what else to tell you" after conversing with her for 2 hours and waiting on hold for her Supervisor, Ms. Gates, 15 minutes before she conveniently sent me to her voicemail. Still with no resources, this review was my only option to possibly locating help. What can I do to enforce this Agreement? Who does the Customer rely on when the Employees feel it's hilarious that you frustrated and they constantly place you on hold? Who do We turn to when the Company neglects to fulfill their obligations? To add insult to injury, Ashley Homestore has NO direct contact number only an email that filters out unwanted emails. Update 2/23/2021.... It has almost been a year since I purchased the bed. The store can't fix my problem after furniture is dropped off. Customer service is still shipping the same parts that techs say won't work. A manager has told me I don't qualify for a new bed because it is only the foot board that they can't fix. She sent me the manual to my bed to verify what was wrong. The only part that was put together correctly was the headboard (Sides and slats were missing screws, middle support leg missing, footboard a mess). They have shipped the same parts for footboard received again today. I am waiting on a manager to call me back again. My 1 year warranty expires February 29, but I did purchase the extended. Buyers seriously beware. ----‐----------------------------------------- Buyers Beware... I am typing this as I remain on hold with one of your customer service members again but this time for over an hour. This is after a rep answered took my information and placed me back on hold. I have listened to the recording about your commitment to high quality products and a world class customer experience numerous times. I have experienced neither, and I am asking that your staff provide that for me. The failure in your company to fix my issues has nothing to do with the pandemic. I am totally convinced that it is due to a lack of proficiency and care of your employees at every level. My bed was delivered broken and missing screws and parts. I did not know the fullness of the issue until the first technician came out. He agreed with me that the bed should have never been delivered like that. He assured me that he would leave a detailed report of everything needed to fix my bed. A customer service rep advised you sent everything the tech listed was needed to repair my bed. Clearly that didn't happen because my bed is still not fixed. At this point I have had three technicians enter my home and assess my bed. Each visit the parts delivered by your customer care has been the wrong parts. Either the technicans reports are inefficient or the customer service reps understanding of what's needed is subpar. Either way, my customer experience is unsatisfactory and goes against the mission and values your company claims to uphold. I have requested that you ship me a new bed with all the parts because your company can't seem to get this right. I have been past around, placed on hold, and lied to since March 2020. I am paying for a bed and expecting a service that I am not receiving. Not one part shipped fixes any issues with my bed. At this point I'm collecting parts, sleeping on a broken bed, and it's going on a year. If I had known this was going to happen. I would have never allowed them to leave the bed in the first place. I have asked Ashley's to make this right. I asked to speak with corporate and was given an email address that doesn't work. Shoppers please inspect EVERY aspect of your furniture before they leave. If it's broken make them take it back with them. Update- November 28 I received more parts. Once again the same size as other parts shipped that will not fix anything.

The only reason I'm giving Ashley Furniture store here in Huntsville Alabama a 2 star rating it's because of Shannon. She's a very good salesperson and knows a lot about the products and brands of either furniture piece I have questioned her about. The store manager is a gentleman and I was not very impressed with him or his personality or his professionalism because he didn't seem too friendly with his customers. He walked right past me while Shannon and I were sitting down discussing send information several times and not once did he speak well look my direction to say hello or even made a friendly gesture of any kind. The sales are up to 75% off with an additional 10% it's what Ashley Furniture store is advertising, the store manager did not seem to want to give me the discount nor did I get my 10% discount off the amount that I spent from the spinning wheel or generously from nearly 3K that we purchased recently. Yes , this store has sales throughout, but as we know Furniture pieces are marked up 300% greater than de value and then once you get a so-called discount, at least you pain the regular price anyways ! I am very disappointed that I did not get my extra 10% off the furniture pieces that I selected last Thursday, that was supposed to be in addition to the sale prices and the markdowns. The sad thing about this whole thing is that the store manager really didn't seem to want to give a discount at all! I am a repeat customer, I have more pieces I plan to purchase to complete my set up because it is way too expensive to buy everything at one time, but the quality of the furniture is really good. You would think if I'm a repeat customer and I'm spinning several thousands of dollars at a furniture store, the store manager will be generous to show his appreciation knowing that I could always go someplace else and buy my furniture but I chose Ashley Furniture store instead. Santa went back and forth with her store manager several times to get him to make a deal with me or discount the pieces but he was stubborn to do it. I am paying almost $400 each for two bedside night tables that goes beside my bedroom group (BIRLANNY group). You would think the discount should be generous because I'm sure I guess I can just move on Ashley Furniture Store will get their money back some other way. Shannon oh, thank you so much for doing such a great job and like I said you are the only reason I gave this furniture store to star rating because from the experience I had last Thursday I'm not satisfied because Ashley Furniture store did not follow through with his promise. I should have gotten additional 10% off on each product that I purchase, also including the sales price. There is no way the total pieces I purchase should have been $2,700. The thing they don't know is that I've sold Furniture myself years ago and I know this type of business but you have to be honest about your advertising because if you want to advertise ascertain deal then it must be follow through what else anyone could get sued for false advertising. I agreed to pay more than the required down payment and still hasn't gotten a telephone call of a delivery date from anyone in addition to not getting my 10% on each piece I purchased. The deal should be 10% off the sale price of each item instead of 10% off the total sales which is not the way it's supposed to be done. If you do it this way you're not giving a customer what you're advertising which makes it false advertising. So yes I am very disappointed and unhappy from the choices the store manager made and his demeanor and his behavior towards the whole situation. Please understand that some people are just in the game but what they can get out of it and not because they have a passion or love what they do. Some of us just need a job and that's what we do!

I don’t understand all the positive reviews. They are refusing to reach out to us. We have contacted their costumer service, contacted them on FB and went in store. We are getting very frustrated! We bought a bed set for my children they sent us two (2) wrong mattresses as we purchased the hybrid 10" and they gave us 7" (I think supposed to be 8") spring mattresses and the wrong cheaper version of my daughters (starberry) bed, the one we purchased was the one with storage and a bunky board, everyone in the company is refusing to fix the issue. My daughters starberry dresser with mirror (drawer track is not even & handles need to be replaced), chest (drawer track not even & handles need replaced) and nightstand (glitter tape is defected) are all defected/damaged and needs to be replaced. The lady at the store that sold us these items is aware about the mix up and told us that she put in a request over 4 weeks ago to get these items replaced, bed and mattress exchanged for the ones we paid for and requesting to upgrade the mattresses to 12" hybrid due to the frustration, but the company is refusing to acknowledge these issues and avoiding to get this resolved. My daughter has been sleeping on the floor as we are storing their junk until this issue is fixed. The people in the store had the nerve to tell us (and in text message) to buy an air mattress (even though we already paid $3000 for bed sets & mattresses) as they are cheap around $30. Are you crazy! They ripped us off around $500 and gave us damaged goods. Claim #3402 (opened since Sept 19, 2019. We filed claim same day when we received items and sent email claim with pictures within the 72 hour time frame that was requested). Please contact us to arrange replacements, correct bed and mattresses. This would make a great Christmas gift to our kids to get this issue fixed ASAP. Thank you in advance. - Dresser, Chest, and nightstand needs to be replaced. - Needs to exchange the current bed that was delivered for the correct Starberry bed with the storage (dressers) - Need to exchange the two (2) spring mattresses to the 10" hybrids (hoping for the request to be fulfilled and receive the 12" hybrids for all the wait and aggravation)

BE WARNED....PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW! NEVER NEVER purchase anything from Ashely Furniture. Forget the good prices, in the long run you will spend more than if you purchased mid-high range cost furniture stores due to longevity. You will be replacing furniture often. This review is not focused towards the store in Huntsville necessarily, but more towards the company as a whole. Yes the sales persons are nice and prices are good, but I’m going to tell you our experience and why we are done with Ashley Furniture. Our first purchase from AF after getting married was a living room suit that was not leather, but synthetic leather. Price was good but we worried about wear n tear so we bought the warranty. After 2 years, the synthetic leather “shell” I would call it began peeling away. Long story short, we called to get it fixed via the warranty and were told by the warranty company “we do not replace for normal wear n tear” cosmetic issues. Our couches worsened to the point we had to purchase new ones. We went to a mid priced store as well as others and again, we went to AF in Huntsville. They told us they had changed warranty companies due to issues and talked...maybe swindled is into real leather couch/loveseats. Again we bought the warranty because we were told the new company would honor most any damage. After about 2 years, the seam on the couch began separating. We already had one cushion on the loveseat replaced due to dis-coloring. Anyways, we called and were told the warranty does not cover seam separation. Nothing we can do except...not sit on the couch? Last night our daughter was sitting on the couch cutting up a steak. She put the knife down and forgot to pick it up. After returning from the kitchen and sitting, she accidentally punctured the cushion. This is covered for sure we thought. It’s an accident etc.. NOPE. We were told that since we called about the seam many months ago and that was an unserviceable call.....they would not honor the puncture. Are you kidding me? We were only told the seam separation was not covered. THIS IS YOUR WARNING. Ashley will tell you to buy the warranty but I promise, it’s not wort the paper it’s printed on. YOUR FURNITURE WILL NOT LAST MORE THAN 2-3 YEARS REGARDLESS OF MATERIAL. The warranty is worthless. The furniture sub par. ASHLEY FURNITURE is the worst company we have ever had to do business with. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

***EDIT*** Let me start off with how awful my experience AFTER they had my money was. I bought a beautiful sectional, with all the bells and whistles. I was very happy with my experience and the salesperson who helped me (see below). After I was done (paid in full) the manager asked I posted a review of my experience (Which now I think is weird and unethical). At the time I was happy to do so. However, I'd like to take back those stars. My delivery was estimated 3-6 weeks, they told me the item was popular. I loved it so I agreed and they all assured me it would most likely be there in closer to 3 weeks. 6 weeks hit, no delivery was made. I went back and forth with the store and the warehouse, both were blaming the issue on eachother and it was beyond annoying. It took forever to get a clear answer. 8 weeks later after numerous phone calls they called me saying it was going to be delivered...FINALLY! It was scheduled (around them, never around what was convenient for me). What made it worse was the day i was delivered they called to tell me only half my order was on the truck. After knowing how upset and frustrated i was, you'd think my order would have been made a priority. Another 4 days later, it was delivered. This isn't even the worse part. I called, even went up to the store, and the store a manger was always too busy to return my call or see me. Although I saw him, makes sales! I This put an awful taste in my mouth with ASHLEY'S, I love the furniture and style they offer and really had intentions to buy more, we just built/bought my dream home. HOWEVER I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will also note, I was able to get my delivery fee refunded to me, but that too, took too much effort. It never felt like they cared AFTER they knew I had paid in full. I am so disappointed and hope I can stop someone else from having such a HEADACHE of a time! Time to look for furniture somewhere else! OLD "five star" review: I went to Ashley’s looking for living room furniture. The staff was friendly and worked on getting me the best deal. The in store experience was at least worth one star. Good customer service however, did feel a little rushed in making a purchase and financing and such. We were hesistant on ordering bedroom furniture after being told it would be 3-6 weeks until it could be delivered but sales lady showed us on her computer that everything was in stock at the warehouse except the dresser which would take another week. So no big deal right?? So on 3/17/19 we placed our order for furniture. On our receipt was an estimated delivery for 3/27/19. That’s fantastic. I call on 3/27 and was told it was scheduled to be in at the end of the week. Ok no biggie. Well 4/3 rolls around. Still no word about furniture so I call asking for an update. It’s going to be in the beginning of next week expect a call on Monday or Tuesday to schedule delivery. Yay. Well the end of that week rolls around and still no call. So I call again and surprise surprise. It’s going to be the end of next week before it’s at the warehouse. Ok whatever. It’s still in the 3-6 weeks so I can’t complain too much. Lemme pause and say I’m getting married 5/18 and all I have is a twin bed. Ok so I call on 4/26 (2 days before the 6 week mark) and Ma’am your furniture is routed to be at the warehouse at the end of this week so expect a call on Friday or Saturday. Ok no shocker but I nicely informed her it was over the 6 week mark. So today Monday, May 6, rolls around and I call again since it’s been 7 weeks and no call about furniture and omg what a surprise it’s going to be the end of this week. (5/10-5/11) HAHA nope. At that rate me and my husband would get to sleep on a twin bed together. So I cancelled my order today and got a refund no prob (that qualifies for the one star too I guess) and went to another furniture store TODAY and they have guaranteed me it will be in my home and set up by Friday (for almost $1000 less) So lesson learned: don’t buy from Ashley’s. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. I could’ve had some furniture 6 weeks ago hahaha. Hope this review saves someone some time and money.

Oh WOW. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I started out looking for a sectional all over Huntsville but needed it delivered before the end of 2018. Ashley sold me a beautiful sectional with deliver date of December 28th. I was very sick in Dec but just a few days before the delivery date I paid for movers to come in and clean out my front room so my new sectional could be brought in as they stated their delivery personnel do Not move out old stuff. Being sick I could not do it and so I paid. Two days before deliver I received a call that part of the sectional was not available so my delivery would not be made. I explained that that was unexceptionable as I have nothing to sit on now, so the lady on the phone stated she would have to ask a manager in order to deliver parts of the sectional. Then they did NOT deliver in the 28th but rather the 29th. They stated the the other parts would be in their warehouse on Jan 9th. I waited till the 10th to check and see when I might get delivery. The lady on the phone stated, that will not be delivered till next week and we will call you. I waited all the next week and no call! I called them again on MLK day and was told they couldn’t check as the warehouse was closed BUT she stated “I will call them for you tomorrow and will reach out and let you know what I find out”. I agreed. By 4pm the next day and not hearing from them i called. She answered and said that I miss understood that she can’t call the warehouse but could put me in touch. At this point Im am beyond angry and frustrated and asked to speak to a manager. The manager apologized and stated she would check with the warehouse and call me back. I then received a call from the warehouse stating they would deliver on Feb 3rd. So I agreed to wait. I received a call this past Wed that the parts are still not in the warehouse and i would not have a delivery on the 3rd! NOW I AM DONE. I have asked that they come and get the parts they did deliver as I want nothing to do with this company. Ive also received my bill and they want payment as of Feb 1 for a couch that I Don’t Have! I am now waiting on the consumer affair people to reach out as they have to make the paperwork needed to take it back, but their system is down and there is nothing she can do till system is back up!!! What the crap! I am never, repeat, never going to that store ever again. How can parts for a couch that is obviously popular make a person wait over 5 weeks for a couch! It is bulls__t!

Edited Review (Original Below): Our experience with Ashley Furniture went from a 5 to a 1 the moment we walked out the door. We were asked to leave a google review with our salesperson’s name while we waited for our financing paperwork to be finished, you can read that below, and I see now why they’d like to be reviewed before you leave. The paperwork took ages and they didn’t understand their own process, but that was the best of the worst. Our furniture was promised in 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later we had only dressers, and the store manager was dodging my calls. At 5 weeks I finally spoke to the district manager who located a sofa but said our dining table was backordered for an additional 8-10 weeks. FOUR MONTHS for a table we should have had in 2 weeks. The sofa was delivered at 7 weeks after ordering, and was broken in two places upon arrival. After some very heated conversations with the district manager again, I was informed we had to get the piece repaired instead of replaced. I wanted a new piece of furniture, not one that required repair on Day 0! That day we had them take the dressers back and cancel the dining table, because those were items we could find somewhere else, but we loved the couch and were hosting a large gathering that week so we couldn’t do without a sofa! The couch was finally repaired about 3 months after being ordered and a year later it is broken again. We would never shop without Ashley furniture again, they mislead, misinform, and provide a poor quality product at an inflated price. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! ******* From the moment we walked in when Debbie greeted us with a smile, our level of service exceeded expectations. Debbie asked us a few specific questions and quickly consolidated a sea of sofas into a few specific choices. She showed us only what fit what we were looking for and made an overwhelming process simple. While we weren't expecting to purchase anything today, Debbie guided us from the sectional of our dreams to a dresser that perfectly fit our tastes, followed by a dining room set that sent my husband over the moon! A MAN, excited about a dining room set y'all!! Debbie is a master at listening to what you're saying (and not saying) to present the perfect solution. I love that she didn't waste our time running all over the store trying to upsell with every little accessory. She mentioned one or two that fit our style and left it at that. The only thing that could be improved is speed of invoicing/checkout process. It was a little harried and confused, but totally worth it. Thanks Debbie, we'll be back!!
