Ashley Furniture – Defective $4000 Purchase & Unacceptable Service I purchased $4000 of Ashley Furniture that’s only 3 months old, and I’m extremely disappointed. The bed frame has bent support beams and broken legs that cause dangerous sagging, with chipped, scuffed rails. I ordered two USB‑C nightstands but received one USB‑C and one USB‑A—the USB‑A has a broken marble corner, and the USB‑C has a crushed back panel with chipped legs. The dresser without mirror is coming apart at the seams, and the dresser with mirror has malfunctioning drawers and a paint defect. When I contacted customer service, I was told no warranty applies because the items were on sale. I gave them until the end of today to correct their stance, but received no response. Legally, under the Uniform Commercial Code (as supported by Henningsen v. Bloomfield Motors, 32 N.J. 358, 1960) and the Magnuson‑Moss Warranty Act, products must be fit for their intended purpose. The defective furniture clearly violates the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Additionally, their refusal to honor warranty claims breaches protections under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and FTC guidelines. For a $4000 investment from a company once known for excellence, this is completely unacceptable. Potential buyers, please beware. Update: VP of Operations LuLu Marks essentially gave us the big middle finger. Their message is clear: “We got your money, go bug someone else.” Now, they’re claiming that because they offered a discount, the furniture doesn’t come with a warranty—something they never disclosed upfront. Had we known that, we never would have bought it. On top of that, the furniture doesn’t even meet basic standards and is a safety hazard. While they offered some replacement components, that doesn’t fix the full issue—and to make matters worse, they won’t even provide the labor to fix it. They need to take responsibility and make this right, but clearly, they don’t care.

I hate this but i have to change my review from 5 down to 1, which I never do. The process by Ashley has been terrible. Delivered and put together with broken pieces and one entire section of the couch was the wrong color. Said they were ordering the parts and would come back to deliver and assemble again. The couch came, the drivers were unprepared for the assembly so i provided the tools needed, the couch doesn’t fit together properly, and they left the couch a whole mess (didn’t put pillows and cushions back on, etc). The driver even said the couch wasn’t going together right, but he wasn’t going to drive it all the way back to Birmingham so he was going to “make it work”. Took apart the connections and put it back together and it still wasn’t fully correct. When i asked about the part for the bed, he said he didn’t know anything about that. Well, 2+ months after my initial purchase, zero communication except when I’ve called to follow up, and the replacement rail just showed up via standard delivery. Customer service isn’t open Mondays (crazy since it’s a standard work day) so i can’t even get ahold of somebody to find out what I’m supposed to do with this giant box. I also kept asking the last person i spoke with if this was going to be a claim on my purchased extended warranty, since it was delivered broken and not our fault, and she couldn’t answer me. For how much I’ve spent, it should be easier to get the details. They seem very unorganized and use subcontractors so have very little management over the service after purchase. I also specifically asked the sales person, who seemed great and earned that initial 5-star review, if the couch cushions were machine washable and if it would stand up well with multiple children. Well, it’s not. The cushions are filled with loose filling, they end up very misshapen and have to constantly be re-fluffed and fixed almost daily. I wish there was a guarantee of purchase window because I’d honestly return it for something more suited for my lifestyle, which is very disappointing since i was very detailed on what i was looking for at the time.

In February we ordered a dining room table and chairs, bedroom set, sleeper sofa, ottoman, and nightstand. Everything was delivered except the sleeper sofa. On May 7th, the sleeper sofa was delivered, ended up being a "no-fit" and was returned. However, the delivery drivers would not take the Ottoman back because it was from a different delivery. On May 8th, we went into Ashley furniture and cancelled the sleeper sofa and Ottoman. The manager (on May 8th), a man with dark facial hair, assured me that the sofa would be cancelled and would check on getting the Ottoman returned. He didn't write anything down, so I asked him to confirm that he would take care of it. He assured me that he would. As it turns out, he did not. I called Ashley Furniture on May 24th and a manager told me they would find out about the Ottoman and cancel the sleeper sofa and call me back. They did not. I called Ashley Furniture on May 25th and a manager told me the same thing. I called Ashley Furniture on June 3rd where I think the sleeper sofa was FINALLY cancelled. They never called back about the Ottoman. I called Ashley Furniture on June 17th where the Assistant Manager, Ashley, apparently is the most capable person there. She told me the Ottoman could not be returned because it was in our house too long. I reminded her that this is ENTIRELY the fault of Ashley Furniture managers for being too stupid to cancel an order. She said she would call back. She did not. They have stolen from me due to (a) incompetence, (b) stupidity, (c) greed, or (d) all of the above. ****UPDATE**** The furniture was not cancelled on June 17th. I called and had it cancelled on June 19th. Then received a call on June 30th to have it delivered. I also was able to sell the Ottoman online for a loss since the warehouse did not return my message requesting it be taken back. The managers at Ashley Furniture are a joke. Do not trust their lies.

Update 2/23/2021.... It has almost been a year since I purchased the bed. The store can't fix my problem after furniture is dropped off. Customer service is still shipping the same parts that techs say won't work. A manager has told me I don't qualify for a new bed because it is only the foot board that they can't fix. She sent me the manual to my bed to verify what was wrong. The only part that was put together correctly was the headboard (Sides and slats were missing screws, middle support leg missing, footboard a mess). They have shipped the same parts for footboard received again today. I am waiting on a manager to call me back again. My 1 year warranty expires February 29, but I did purchase the extended. Buyers seriously beware. ----‐----------------------------------------- Buyers Beware... I am typing this as I remain on hold with one of your customer service members again but this time for over an hour. This is after a rep answered took my information and placed me back on hold. I have listened to the recording about your commitment to high quality products and a world class customer experience numerous times. I have experienced neither, and I am asking that your staff provide that for me. The failure in your company to fix my issues has nothing to do with the pandemic. I am totally convinced that it is due to a lack of proficiency and care of your employees at every level. My bed was delivered broken and missing screws and parts. I did not know the fullness of the issue until the first technician came out. He agreed with me that the bed should have never been delivered like that. He assured me that he would leave a detailed report of everything needed to fix my bed. A customer service rep advised you sent everything the tech listed was needed to repair my bed. Clearly that didn't happen because my bed is still not fixed. At this point I have had three technicians enter my home and assess my bed. Each visit the parts delivered by your customer care has been the wrong parts. Either the technicans reports are inefficient or the customer service reps understanding of what's needed is subpar. Either way, my customer experience is unsatisfactory and goes against the mission and values your company claims to uphold. I have requested that you ship me a new bed with all the parts because your company can't seem to get this right. I have been past around, placed on hold, and lied to since March 2020. I am paying for a bed and expecting a service that I am not receiving. Not one part shipped fixes any issues with my bed. At this point I'm collecting parts, sleeping on a broken bed, and it's going on a year. If I had known this was going to happen. I would have never allowed them to leave the bed in the first place. I have asked Ashley's to make this right. I asked to speak with corporate and was given an email address that doesn't work. Shoppers please inspect EVERY aspect of your furniture before they leave. If it's broken make them take it back with them. Update- November 28 I received more parts. Once again the same size as other parts shipped that will not fix anything.

The only reason I'm giving Ashley Furniture store here in Huntsville Alabama a 2 star rating it's because of Shannon. She's a very good salesperson and knows a lot about the products and brands of either furniture piece I have questioned her about. The store manager is a gentleman and I was not very impressed with him or his personality or his professionalism because he didn't seem too friendly with his customers. He walked right past me while Shannon and I were sitting down discussing send information several times and not once did he speak well look my direction to say hello or even made a friendly gesture of any kind. The sales are up to 75% off with an additional 10% it's what Ashley Furniture store is advertising, the store manager did not seem to want to give me the discount nor did I get my 10% discount off the amount that I spent from the spinning wheel or generously from nearly 3K that we purchased recently. Yes , this store has sales throughout, but as we know Furniture pieces are marked up 300% greater than de value and then once you get a so-called discount, at least you pain the regular price anyways ! I am very disappointed that I did not get my extra 10% off the furniture pieces that I selected last Thursday, that was supposed to be in addition to the sale prices and the markdowns. The sad thing about this whole thing is that the store manager really didn't seem to want to give a discount at all! I am a repeat customer, I have more pieces I plan to purchase to complete my set up because it is way too expensive to buy everything at one time, but the quality of the furniture is really good. You would think if I'm a repeat customer and I'm spinning several thousands of dollars at a furniture store, the store manager will be generous to show his appreciation knowing that I could always go someplace else and buy my furniture but I chose Ashley Furniture store instead. Santa went back and forth with her store manager several times to get him to make a deal with me or discount the pieces but he was stubborn to do it. I am paying almost $400 each for two bedside night tables that goes beside my bedroom group (BIRLANNY group). You would think the discount should be generous because I'm sure I guess I can just move on Ashley Furniture Store will get their money back some other way. Shannon oh, thank you so much for doing such a great job and like I said you are the only reason I gave this furniture store to star rating because from the experience I had last Thursday I'm not satisfied because Ashley Furniture store did not follow through with his promise. I should have gotten additional 10% off on each product that I purchase, also including the sales price. There is no way the total pieces I purchase should have been $2,700. The thing they don't know is that I've sold Furniture myself years ago and I know this type of business but you have to be honest about your advertising because if you want to advertise ascertain deal then it must be follow through what else anyone could get sued for false advertising. I agreed to pay more than the required down payment and still hasn't gotten a telephone call of a delivery date from anyone in addition to not getting my 10% on each piece I purchased. The deal should be 10% off the sale price of each item instead of 10% off the total sales which is not the way it's supposed to be done. If you do it this way you're not giving a customer what you're advertising which makes it false advertising. So yes I am very disappointed and unhappy from the choices the store manager made and his demeanor and his behavior towards the whole situation. Please understand that some people are just in the game but what they can get out of it and not because they have a passion or love what they do. Some of us just need a job and that's what we do!

I don’t understand all the positive reviews. They are refusing to reach out to us. We have contacted their costumer service, contacted them on FB and went in store. We are getting very frustrated! We bought a bed set for my children they sent us two (2) wrong mattresses as we purchased the hybrid 10" and they gave us 7" (I think supposed to be 8") spring mattresses and the wrong cheaper version of my daughters (starberry) bed, the one we purchased was the one with storage and a bunky board, everyone in the company is refusing to fix the issue. My daughters starberry dresser with mirror (drawer track is not even & handles need to be replaced), chest (drawer track not even & handles need replaced) and nightstand (glitter tape is defected) are all defected/damaged and needs to be replaced. The lady at the store that sold us these items is aware about the mix up and told us that she put in a request over 4 weeks ago to get these items replaced, bed and mattress exchanged for the ones we paid for and requesting to upgrade the mattresses to 12" hybrid due to the frustration, but the company is refusing to acknowledge these issues and avoiding to get this resolved. My daughter has been sleeping on the floor as we are storing their junk until this issue is fixed. The people in the store had the nerve to tell us (and in text message) to buy an air mattress (even though we already paid $3000 for bed sets & mattresses) as they are cheap around $30. Are you crazy! They ripped us off around $500 and gave us damaged goods. Claim #3402 (opened since Sept 19, 2019. We filed claim same day when we received items and sent email claim with pictures within the 72 hour time frame that was requested). Please contact us to arrange replacements, correct bed and mattresses. This would make a great Christmas gift to our kids to get this issue fixed ASAP. Thank you in advance. - Dresser, Chest, and nightstand needs to be replaced. - Needs to exchange the current bed that was delivered for the correct Starberry bed with the storage (dressers) - Need to exchange the two (2) spring mattresses to the 10" hybrids (hoping for the request to be fulfilled and receive the 12" hybrids for all the wait and aggravation)

BE WARNED....PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW! NEVER NEVER purchase anything from Ashely Furniture. Forget the good prices, in the long run you will spend more than if you purchased mid-high range cost furniture stores due to longevity. You will be replacing furniture often. This review is not focused towards the store in Huntsville necessarily, but more towards the company as a whole. Yes the sales persons are nice and prices are good, but I’m going to tell you our experience and why we are done with Ashley Furniture. Our first purchase from AF after getting married was a living room suit that was not leather, but synthetic leather. Price was good but we worried about wear n tear so we bought the warranty. After 2 years, the synthetic leather “shell” I would call it began peeling away. Long story short, we called to get it fixed via the warranty and were told by the warranty company “we do not replace for normal wear n tear” cosmetic issues. Our couches worsened to the point we had to purchase new ones. We went to a mid priced store as well as others and again, we went to AF in Huntsville. They told us they had changed warranty companies due to issues and talked...maybe swindled is into real leather couch/loveseats. Again we bought the warranty because we were told the new company would honor most any damage. After about 2 years, the seam on the couch began separating. We already had one cushion on the loveseat replaced due to dis-coloring. Anyways, we called and were told the warranty does not cover seam separation. Nothing we can do except...not sit on the couch? Last night our daughter was sitting on the couch cutting up a steak. She put the knife down and forgot to pick it up. After returning from the kitchen and sitting, she accidentally punctured the cushion. This is covered for sure we thought. It’s an accident etc.. NOPE. We were told that since we called about the seam many months ago and that was an unserviceable call.....they would not honor the puncture. Are you kidding me? We were only told the seam separation was not covered. THIS IS YOUR WARNING. Ashley will tell you to buy the warranty but I promise, it’s not wort the paper it’s printed on. YOUR FURNITURE WILL NOT LAST MORE THAN 2-3 YEARS REGARDLESS OF MATERIAL. The warranty is worthless. The furniture sub par. ASHLEY FURNITURE is the worst company we have ever had to do business with. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

***EDIT*** Let me start off with how awful my experience AFTER they had my money was. I bought a beautiful sectional, with all the bells and whistles. I was very happy with my experience and the salesperson who helped me (see below). After I was done (paid in full) the manager asked I posted a review of my experience (Which now I think is weird and unethical). At the time I was happy to do so. However, I'd like to take back those stars. My delivery was estimated 3-6 weeks, they told me the item was popular. I loved it so I agreed and they all assured me it would most likely be there in closer to 3 weeks. 6 weeks hit, no delivery was made. I went back and forth with the store and the warehouse, both were blaming the issue on eachother and it was beyond annoying. It took forever to get a clear answer. 8 weeks later after numerous phone calls they called me saying it was going to be delivered...FINALLY! It was scheduled (around them, never around what was convenient for me). What made it worse was the day i was delivered they called to tell me only half my order was on the truck. After knowing how upset and frustrated i was, you'd think my order would have been made a priority. Another 4 days later, it was delivered. This isn't even the worse part. I called, even went up to the store, and the store a manger was always too busy to return my call or see me. Although I saw him, makes sales! I This put an awful taste in my mouth with ASHLEY'S, I love the furniture and style they offer and really had intentions to buy more, we just built/bought my dream home. HOWEVER I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will also note, I was able to get my delivery fee refunded to me, but that too, took too much effort. It never felt like they cared AFTER they knew I had paid in full. I am so disappointed and hope I can stop someone else from having such a HEADACHE of a time! Time to look for furniture somewhere else! OLD "five star" review: I went to Ashley’s looking for living room furniture. The staff was friendly and worked on getting me the best deal. I worked with Frank and after shopping around got exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure and the transaction went smoothly.

The in store experience was at least worth one star. Good customer service however, did feel a little rushed in making a purchase and financing and such. We were hesistant on ordering bedroom furniture after being told it would be 3-6 weeks until it could be delivered but sales lady showed us on her computer that everything was in stock at the warehouse except the dresser which would take another week. So no big deal right?? So on 3/17/19 we placed our order for furniture. On our receipt was an estimated delivery for 3/27/19. That’s fantastic. I call on 3/27 and was told it was scheduled to be in at the end of the week. Ok no biggie. Well 4/3 rolls around. Still no word about furniture so I call asking for an update. It’s going to be in the beginning of next week expect a call on Monday or Tuesday to schedule delivery. Yay. Well the end of that week rolls around and still no call. So I call again and surprise surprise. It’s going to be the end of next week before it’s at the warehouse. Ok whatever. It’s still in the 3-6 weeks so I can’t complain too much. Lemme pause and say I’m getting married 5/18 and all I have is a twin bed. Ok so I call on 4/26 (2 days before the 6 week mark) and Ma’am your furniture is routed to be at the warehouse at the end of this week so expect a call on Friday or Saturday. Ok no shocker but I nicely informed her it was over the 6 week mark. So today Monday, May 6, rolls around and I call again since it’s been 7 weeks and no call about furniture and omg what a surprise it’s going to be the end of this week. (5/10-5/11) HAHA nope. At that rate me and my husband would get to sleep on a twin bed together. So I cancelled my order today and got a refund no prob (that qualifies for the one star too I guess) and went to another furniture store TODAY and they have guaranteed me it will be in my home and set up by Friday (for almost $1000 less) So lesson learned: don’t buy from Ashley’s. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. I could’ve had some furniture 6 weeks ago hahaha. Hope this review saves someone some time and money.

Edited Review (Original Below): Our experience with Ashley Furniture went from a 5 to a 1 the moment we walked out the door. We were asked to leave a google review with our salesperson’s name while we waited for our financing paperwork to be finished, you can read that below, and I see now why they’d like to be reviewed before you leave. The paperwork took ages and they didn’t understand their own process, but that was the best of the worst. Our furniture was promised in 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later we had only dressers, and the store manager was dodging my calls. At 5 weeks I finally spoke to the district manager who located a sofa but said our dining table was backordered for an additional 8-10 weeks. FOUR MONTHS for a table we should have had in 2 weeks. The sofa was delivered at 7 weeks after ordering, and was broken in two places upon arrival. After some very heated conversations with the district manager again, I was informed we had to get the piece repaired instead of replaced. I wanted a new piece of furniture, not one that required repair on Day 0! That day we had them take the dressers back and cancel the dining table, because those were items we could find somewhere else, but we loved the couch and were hosting a large gathering that week so we couldn’t do without a sofa! The couch was finally repaired about 3 months after being ordered and a year later it is broken again. We would never shop without Ashley furniture again, they mislead, misinform, and provide a poor quality product at an inflated price. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! ******* From the moment we walked in when Debbie greeted us with a smile, our level of service exceeded expectations. Debbie asked us a few specific questions and quickly consolidated a sea of sofas into a few specific choices. She showed us only what fit what we were looking for and made an overwhelming process simple. While we weren't expecting to purchase anything today, Debbie guided us from the sectional of our dreams to a dresser that perfectly fit our tastes, followed by a dining room set that sent my husband over the moon! A MAN, excited about a dining room set y'all!! Debbie is a master at listening to what you're saying (and not saying) to present the perfect solution. I love that she didn't waste our time running all over the store trying to upsell with every little accessory. She mentioned one or two that fit our style and left it at that. The only thing that could be improved is speed of invoicing/checkout process. It was a little harried and confused, but totally worth it. Thanks Debbie, we'll be back!!

I had the most professional & exceptional customer service experience w/ Kelvin Maclin! I visited the store on 2 occasions searching for furniture for a new home after moving back to Alabama from California. In past experiences I've noticed when I visit a place & don't make a purchase the associate is not as warm when greeting me upon return. On my first visit I walked around the store for about 15 minutes before any of the 5 associates even acknowledged my presence, which almost prompted me to leave & take my business elsewhere. Before I could make it to the front of the store Kelvin came up to ask if anyone had assisted me yet, this in itself turned the experience around for me. So, I expected upon my second visit to not have such a warm greeting or to be looked at as "another window shopper." I did not get this vibe or reaction from Kelvin! He welcomed me as if it was my first visit all over again & even recognized me & remembered the items I was considering. I spent nearly 4 hours in the store searching for furniture for each room of my home & he displayed the most patience & professionalism I have ever experienced while furniture shopping. Although the management staff was not as friendly or helpful, he never once let that deter him from providing me a great shopping experience. He worked with my budget & the vision I had for my home. He was very knowledgeable of the product & services. After every roadblock, miscommunication & set back that came up against my experience & the process of my order being delivered, Kelvin maintained his professionalism every step of the way! Most associates tend to forget about the costumer after the sale is finalized but not Kelvin he followed up w/ any time I requested or didn't request. Although I can't say any good things about the way management conducted themselves & responded to the frustrations of me as a consumer, I can say they did the best job they could've ever done when they hired Mr. Maclin!

I'd give Ashley Furniture 0 stars if I could. Please read other reviews on other sites before buying from them (the Google reviews seem bloated with fake 5/4 star reviews). I bought a furniture set from them. First off their "sales price" in the store was much higher than the online price. The little credit that I will give them is that they honor the online price. The furniture is cheaply made, but I knew that before hand (since it was for a guest bedroom I was fine with it). Once I bought the bedroom set I was lured back in with a 50% off mattress sale. This is was my biggest mistake. My husband and I came back the next day. I tried to do my homework beforehand, but it is hard to compare mattresses since they don't have the same product name at each store. The sales person said this was to not compete with other stores. I should have walked out then. The 50% off "sales" prices of the mattresses looked comparable to the regular prices online. The sales person then "talked to the manager" and said he could knock $200 off of that price, but of course I don't get that price if I leave the store and come back. The mattress was so soft and we thought we were getting a comparable price, so we bought it. A few weeks later the mattress was delivered and it was much, much firmer than the floor model. Apparently they do not change their floor models often enough. They told us that it will soften and "try it out". After "trying it out" for 2 weeks my husband and I had major back pain. We contacted Ashleys and were told each time there was simply nothing they could do. We got the same answer after posting to the BBB site. We were not satisified with the response, which prompted them to respond again with "there is nothing we can do, since it has been past 30 days". Are you fricking kidding me??? We had repeatedly contacted them and never heard 30 days until it had passed. DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! You can get a better price that their "50% off" price elsewhere and deal with a more reputable company.

My family is renovating our house and we needed a really nice bedroom set for our daughter who is just starting high school. We took our daughter to almost every furniture store in Huntsville. Her choice was a beautiful set at Ashley for her new bedroom. We had a great sales experience from Kelvin and David, the store manager. The cost was great and the delivery was scheduled. The sales team just made everything so enjoyable. But the really great part of the experience was the delivery. The team of Edward, Ken, and Paris were AWESOME! They were extremely careful to not run over the yard with their large delivery truck even though the wife's flowers and young trees were everywhere. They could have parked the truck closer and made their job easier but they didn't because they were being so careful of the yard. They worked really hard and with such friendliness and enthusiasm to get everything in place upstairs. And it was one of the hottest August days that they did the delivery. They never bumped the walls or the furniture - I never saw such careful and cheerful workers. The bedroom had brand new hardwood flooring and freshly painted walls and they were extremely careful to put down pads everywhere as they assembled and put everything together. They were cheerful and courteous to both wife and daughter. They didn't hurry or rush - they stayed until the wife and daughter were happy with where things were. Just a great team. Ashley should be proud of their commitment to do a good job. If the delivery is a bad experience and the workers are sullen or in a hurry and bump furniture and walls and aren't careful or they drive that big truck all over the yard, then I'm NEVER going back to Ashley no matter how good the sale is. But that isn't what happened. Thanks to the good work of the delivery crew, Ashley furniture will always be the FIRST store we go to when we need new furniture. Thanks a lot to everyone at Ashley that made this such a great experience!!! Kerry Wagner

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY - GO TO BIG LOTS INSTEAD!!! Will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture again. Problem started in store when deciding to purchase two queen beds. Female processing the payment acted as if I was interrupting her coffee break & nail salon session to pay with my debit card for my purchases. After processing payment I was told furniture would arrive in 6-8 weeks. Two months passed with no word on the beds. A call to customer service & found out beds would be delivered that week, interesting since no one had called to schedule a delivery & I do not think anyone would have called if I did not call to check. Both beds were delivered as scheduled. Delivery guys assembled one bed perfectly and had no problems. The second bed had been manufactured without the brackets to hold the rails in place to the headboard. Apparently this is not checked at the warehouse. Delivery guys attempted to assemble to no avail. Customer service was called & promised another bed would be sent within two weeks. Three weeks later after not hearing from Ashley, I called customer service & was told bed would be redelivered within two days. Called on day of scheduled delivery to find out I would not be getting the delivery because no one wrote it down in the delivery book, so I was scheduled for a week later. Bed was delivered a week later, we are now at nearly four months waiting for a bed. Delivery guys attempt to assemble bed. Brackets are there this time, but the rails do not fit into the brackets because they were installed too far back in the headboard. Again, this was not checked at the warehouse before the delivery. I have now taken off work twice to meet these people for a bed that is defective. Customer service was called again and I was told bed would be re-delivered. No ma'am! I demanded a refund immediately. After nearly four months of dealing with a $400 bed I was done. I wasted time and energy dealing with strangers in my home. Customer service people who could care less about my ordeal and a bed that was no longer worth it. Two weeks after that last conversation with customer service demanding my money back, it was refunded directly into my checking account. I will not deal with Ashley Furniture store ever again. If I want something they sell at Ashley Furniture, I'll go to Big Lots and buy it off the floor since they sell the exact same furniture you find in the Ashley store at half the price!!!
