I would like to take the time to Thank Dena for going to the highest to get my order purchased as quickly as possible. I had to travel 2.5hrs from Georgia to pick my Mother out some living room furniture. When I walked in the door I meet Dena. I showed her my list and she asked me to look around while she check the inventory. Lucky everything but one item I was able to purchase. This process only took me about 1.45min. Ashley has my business from here on out. Dena’s service was very much appreciated and good employees are hard to come by, especially when they truly care. One word to attempt to describe Dena, Awesome! She took time with me to show me every option possible. She listened and understood the space we had to use and even the colors associated. She went all over the store to bring in pillows and blankets of the colors discussed so we could see how it would work in our home. Buying furniture is a BIG decision. She was so very helpful and included others on the team to help show us the real value of each piece and the build that made it Ashley. If you are looking to buy furniture, I would highly recommend Dina and the entire team at this location. They are very low pressure but very high on knowledge of their product. They make the buying experience well worth it. You will want to buy from them.

Dott Benson gave the demo of the "stand you up" recliner and thera pedic bed. Mom has asthma and some health issues. We purchased them both. 😃 In the market for beds, couch/ love seat combos etc ask for Dott Benson. Better yet set up an appointment with her.

My experience at Ashely’s was amazing. I have remodeling over the Summer and new furniture was on my list. Exhausting on line research confirmed my next venture was to check out furniture showrooms, so leaving Home Depot, with my grandson, I decided to make a quick stop at Ashley’s since it was across the boulevard. I did not expect to find what I was looking for, but was cheerfully greeted by the floor manager who asked questions…then pulled up several sofa sets, of which one caught my eye. As I followed him through the showroom one particular set stood out. As fate would have it—it was the sofa set I had chosen—the one he was leading me to. Thank’s to everyone at Ashley’s for making my shopping experience one I will never forget! I love my new sofa and loveseat!

I began my furniture search Labor Day 2023. My husband and I met Alex that day, who was actually an Asst Manager at that time. I had to wait to purchase but I told Alex I would be back. I didn’t get back until April 2024 and I met Leonard when I walked in the door. I started looking at couches again and Alex walked up and remembered me! I told him I would be back! I looked and looked but was still indecisive but I told Leonard and Alex I would be back again. I took my daughter back with me the first of May and only Alex was there. We finally decided on the exact same sectional I picked out in 2023! I talked with Alex at length about how each of the pieces I picked out would last over time and he was very honest. He actually told me the sectional I chose might start sagging some in 5 years. I mean, what Sales Manager tells you that??? Alex does, because he is as honest as they come! I still decided to purchase that one even with his revelation because that’s the one my family really loved. So if you want HONEST service and great prices, go see Leonard and Alex at the Ashley Store. It will be the best furniture purchase you make! I also want to say my very first couch set I purchased when I moved out of my own in 1987 was Ashley. That’s how much I love this furniture brand! Go shop at the Ashley Store in Montgomery, AL!

Manager team refuses to replace distress furniture that was paid in full. Nor will they return phone calls to expedite issue. Going on 3 months now. 1 star is giving them to much. Now they want to apologize publicly. Despite everything they have requested again, email was submitted several months ago, they are stiill not willing to replace the table that they saw for themselves was damaged.
Very dissatisfied with my service here. The lack of communication and clearly no organization is the reason I won’t be working with this specific store again. I’ve never had this many issues involving receiving my furniture which I’ve purchased before from this same store. It was excuse after excuse and every time I called someone told me something different. Once I receive my sofa or if I ever do I’m not purchasing anything again through this store on Eastern Blvd. And make sure that you click the link MULTIPLE TIMES and confirm your delivery before the close of business even after you confirm with them on over the phone with and associates or you WILL NOT receive your package. Since no one told me until after I called to see why my furniture wasn’t delivered 🙂 so no one else will have to go through this….

Worst experience with a furniture company ever. I usually use Rooms to Go but decided to try them because I have heard a couple of good things. I'm a single mother of four so I try to use my money wisely. I invested a good penny into a queen bed set..after 2 months they deliver and set it up.. the right side falls apart the next day. I'm assuming the mdf board (fake wood) did not have a good grip on the screws. I call immediately to explain the issue..a month or so later they finally come look at it..this was in June/August...so fast forward going into November still no bed or compensation. They have given me the run around for a total of 5 months. They said they are privately owned so I could not complain at a higher level. Managers said they would call back but I have not received a call back. Just reached out to them today. Manager said he will call back once he checks to see what parts they have ordered for me. We will see.
Unable to provide the desired furniture
I have enjoying shopping with Ashley Furniture. My sales Rep Alex Walker was great and most all Kenny and Kelvin the guys who delivered my furniture were fabulous both of them had giant contagious smiles, so sweet nice and professional !!
Truly a zero in my eyes. Emmit the store manager gave me the run around for 2 days regarding delivery. He never seemed to be able to get the story straight each time we talked. 14 weeks later I finally have my chair. Never received my promised inconvenience credit after 3 weeks of calling.
Hadn't been in this location for about three (3) years and needed a refresh look in my home! The Assistant Manager Alex was very personable, professional and seemed sincere! I really liked how he made sure I was a satisfied customer, checking the in-store database as well as online to get me what I wanted!! Tamikka at the front desk was also very professional and courteous when it came to purchasing and ensuring I understood all costs associated with the purchase. I will be back!!
Don’t seem very organized. Asked for basic information on a couch and was told to just come to the store.. it’s too big for her to check for me. Id understand if the tone of voice wasn’t condescending. Maybe I’m wrong I was just under the impression costumer service was meant to serve the costumer
(Extended, job is completed finally) It’s been a mess. It’s not the furniture, just other issues. It’s been a few months and I’ll still have to continue to call. I worked with other Ashley’s and didn’t have this problem. I think they wanted the sale and committed to a bed that they couldn’t build easy given also the location . All 3 Ashley’s around me are around the same distance or time. The other two are allowed to work together but this was a gift from family that used this location. It’s just too much communication I have to do and patience I have to give. If you are in Montgomery, beautiful furniture. If you are near Montgomery but also another location like Phenix city or Columbus… go there. It’s easier and less of hassle in comparison. They also are allowed to work together regardless of the sale location. Which is where I bought my furniture. I think whoever sold the set to my family for me, claimed another warehouse could do it, but really just wanted the sale. That made it harder on everyone. Hopefully it will get resolved because it’s a very nice bedroom furniture set that was on sale…………………extended review, After almost a year, job was completed. The tech was wonderful, just took a very long time for it all to come together.
My husband & I had a great experience here. We were welcomed so warmly by Joseph & not only was he incredibly helpful, but he was knowledgeable with in-stock product availability, warehouse hours, pricing, etc. He asked used our budget, what we were looking for, & allowed us to peruse the store at our leisure. Later when we narrowed down our options of what we were wanting, he was helpful in recommending couches based off our preferences. We appreciated how he was helpful without being overbearing like you might normally find elsewhere. He was personable, really connected with us, & so friendly. We walked out with a sofa that exceeded our expectations & will definitely return for all our other furniture needs. The customer service experience here is unmatched & we are so thankful for making our shopping (& buying) experience easy & stress free. Shout out to our guy Joseph! He is amazing at what he does & deserves not only recognition, but a raise!
Trash! The guy on the phone said shop LOCAL. I go in with that mindset then I see everything marked up at least a couple hundred bucks. The prices in the store and online nowhere near the same. The customer service was awful and like they didn't want me there and they didn't want to be there. I will just order offline.
This is the worst place to shop, never take a chance to go here, they will just rob you. This is only Ashley furniture store in Montgomery and they will take it as opportunity to rob. I went to purchase a mattress and the sales person was a white old lady, she said that I need to do atleast $500 of shopping to do financing for synchrony and I was pretty sure that, should be minimum $150 to do a 6 months financing with synchrony because my friends and family suggested (that’s why leaders say that home work is very important before you check in). I applied for Ashley synchrony card in store, it’s approved based on my credit report.. she said that i need to do minimum $500 of shopping and if it’s not in store another $129 for shipping, It’s a huge, changed my mind and I went to a Ashley store in Birmingham with synchrony card, purchased Queen 12 inch hybrid mattress for $340 with 6 months financing. Be careful guys!!

Avoid Ashley. Ran into problem street problem ever since delivery. We made a large purchase last July and Ashley still has not completed the order. We were promised when we placed the order that we would get an update on the status every two weeks, that happened for the first call but not since. 2d we have had delay after delay with the products and the few products we have received had defects and poor craftsmanship. When trying to get replacements to resolve the defective pieces, it goes back to “its been ordered and you will receive it in a “couple weeks” Additionally we had had deliveries where it didn’t come with hardware and a dresser/mirror combo still is not complete because there is a splice on one of the support posts that attaches to the dresser. After working with management since October trying to resolve the issues, nothing has been attempted nor any effort to resolve.
Our salesman and manager was very helpful.
My Ashley experience this time was so disappointing I wanted to cry. I applied for credit in Aug 2021, was approved so I ordered a beautiful bed. It took 7 months for the bed to arrive but I was still excited when I finally got the call to schedule delivery. Ashley then called me the day prior to my delivery date to say I no longer had credit to cover the purchase. Sometime during the waiting period Synchrony bank reverted my credit account stating that Ashley had not "set aside" the purchase. When I tried to restablish the credit, I was denied so I couldn't receive my bed. Nothing was done by Ashley to correct this wrong so it shows that they didn't value me as a customer at all.
I went in with my mother who had already gone in and looked for some pieces of furniture. The guy that helped was very pleasant... at first. My mother did have a list of things she wanted and didn't want in her furniture and his frustrations became very apparent the longer we looked and ultimately ended with him telling her, "Well you have to give me something. You don't want this, this, and this but you do want this, this, and this. You're not being very reasonable." I had had it. NO ONE is going to speak to a customer that way- let alone my mother in front of me. I was very quick to tell him that if she was going to be spending X amount of money on furniture, she has every right to like what she gets. Will NOT be shopping here when I need furniture in the future. Will visit the Outlet- THEY were very pleasant!
Please do not purchase from this company!! They lie about what all the warranty covers and lie about your delivery date. They had us sign an illegal contract with a delivery date 27 years away. They emailed us claiming they would issue us a refund but still tried to deliver the furniture to us. They ignored our emails and still tried to show up without an appointment!
Jordyn was incredibly charming and knowledgable. We were welcomed so warmly and helped through the process of purchasing our premium mattress. She was so patient with all our questions, and bed softness hopping around the floor. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.
My daughter and I was shopping for a sofa and love seat.We went to Montgomery Over stock. They had some nice sets. I told her before she bought any to shop around. We went Ashley. Found the exact sofa and love seat at a much higher price. Same brand names. If Montgomery Over Stodk can sell the same items at a lesser price I would rather purchase from Montgomery Over Stock. Also they offered 90 days same as cash. Don't get me wrong I shop Ashley mostly for the home decor. I do go to Ashley Scratched and Dent sometimes you can find some good bargains. Also in Dothan the Rescue Mission carry Ashley Scratched and Dent, the price to me are rather high. There's also on the East side of Dothan Resuce Mission they carry Ashley Scratched and Dent. Can be pricey
My fiancé purchased a bench in July for $650 and was told that it would be delivered in 6 weeks. By the beginning of October it still wasn’t here so she called a refund and was told by the store manager that she would receive a check in the amount listed. He stated that the check would be sent in the next 2 weeks, by the end of the month nothing came. When my fiancé called back the first week of November, the store manager told her that didn’t put the refund in because “he thought” she had changed her mind and still wanted the bench. So he stated that he would put the refund in “this time” and waits couple weeks for a check in the mail. December 10th, she called the store and requested the store manager but was told he was to busy to speak in the phone. December 11th, my fiancé, my mother and myself go to the store and request the store manager to discuss the situation, by the end of the conversation he claims that he is not sure why the check was processed and that he just submitted the refund and that it would in the mail in 7 days. Today in December 18, and still no refund.
My mattress ETA was pushed back twice (I understand that this wasn’t a store issue, but a manufacturing issue) the problem was the manager Emitt not returning calls, answering the phone or updating me. I called for three weeks straight and was given the run around the entire three weeks! I even got a change to speak with Emitt twice and he promised a called back but never called back. He would not grant me a refund as I asked. He kept prolonging the time until I had to drive three hours to the store and ask for a refund in person. I would not recommend anyone to shop here. My sales person was nice but the manger and customer service staff does not give good customer service!

The manager and staff at this location need to be reprimanded or simply fired. I bought a coffee table set at the Outlet location at Eastchase. The salesman at the outlet told me the item would be available for pickup at the store on Eastern Blvd. the next day at 10. Following instructions, I showed up with my paperwork to pickup my item. I waited in the parking lot until they opened at 10. The manager showed up and literally yelled at me for waiting in the parking lot. I received my item which was in fine shape, but honestly as a paying customer I do not deserve disrespectful treatment when all I was doing was following instructions to pick up my item.
Sales representative was knowledgeable and gave us the Internet price on a table and chairs for a college apartment. Everyone was nice.
NEVER WILL SHOP HERE AGAIN. THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS. I ORDERED IN MARCH. WAS PROMISED FURNITURE WOULD BE HERE IN MAY THEN JUNE THEN JULY15th THEN JULY 20th NOW AUG 10th. Do yourself A FAVOR A JUST GO TO Rooms to go! I also asked for the owner to give me a call and never got a response. EVERY TIME YOU CALL EVERYONE IS SAYING, IM SORRY, IM SORRY BUT I STILL HAVE TO BED. 😡😡😡
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After not being able to get the furniture we were promised. I asked for a refund I have been lied to by the management in the Montgomery location. I was told I was receiving a refund 22 days ago. I talked to Emmet, the manager, 14 days ago and he told me he was checking on the status of the check. I didn’t hear back from him until after multiple messages for him to call me back. I went in the store, and of corse he was off. I talked to the assistant manager and he said that it hasn’t been processed and he couldn’t do anything about it. Assistant manager said Emmet would be in contact with me when he returned to work Friday. The assistant manager said he would make sure I heard from Emmet, but I never heard from him. I called Emmet today at day 22 and he told me he thought it had been handled by his boss and he would check on status and call me before closing at 8. At 745 I called him and of corse he acted like he was just about to call me. Needless to say, I believe they are crooks. They are being very shady with our refund.
Loved going here to get our new couch! It was quick and easy. Jordan was wonderful and took care of us so well she went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted and needed!

Ordered my furniture in March and here it is May and they haven’t even gave me a date on when my furniture will be here . I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ASHLEY FURNITURE ! if I could give zero stars I would. . I don’t even want the furniture I need my money back because this is beyond ridiculous. Update : June 18th has come and gone , still no furniture . They told me my date had been pushed back another 2 weeks so I will be back then .
Ashley home store has great customer service. Mrs. Alberta took great care of us when we had a problem when our furniture was delivered. She made sure it was immediately corrected and was so nice. That alone will make me continue to shop with them.
I had Nathan as my sales rep he was very nice & kind. I gave him a hard time and he was still a gentlemen. He took his time to show me everything I was asking about I think I got a great deal.

Bed finally arrived and its Beautiful delivery date was made, guys came ahead of time quickly put it together. Only thing I hate most is to look at a beautiful bed with cheap wood bed rails so i have to still spend money ugh
Joseph at Ashley Homestore did a phenomenal job. He was very professional and well spoken. Mr. Joseph was knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. He was also able to ask me questions to narrow my wants to fit my furniture needs. I would definitely recommend that if your in need of furniture, ask for Joseph. I left a satisfied customer and the other staff members were friendly and welcoming as well. I can truly say I didn’t mind leaving my money behind.

I purchased 4 barstools from Ashley Home-store Outlet in Montgomery. Two of the stools were in stock and two were on back order. This meant another trip to Montgomery since I do not live there. As my luck would have it, the delivery date changed a time or two since Covid-19 is affecting shipping and delivery of many items around our country. But the friendly staff at Ashley Outlet kept me informed through phone calls/texts so that my next trip to Montgomery would not be in vain. Thank you Ashley Furniture-I love my new furniture!

This store has a little bit of everything. With all the sales and promotions they run, everything is at a very reasonable and affordable price. With Covid, things are a little tight right now, but that is expected with any store. However, the customer service more than makes up for this fact. The management will do anything and everything to help you any way they can.
Recently purchased a mattress full of bugs. After exchanging several phone calls and emails with Nick and Nathan I'm stuck with an infested bug nest, I waited 2 months for. Very disappointed, I will not recommend this store or staff to anyone.
In early September 2020 I made a purchase of 3 pieces of furniture from a very respectful helpful & kind salesperson, Joe Harris. I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was working with him, afterwards when he handed me off to the front desk, these employees were as equally helpful & kind. But unfortunately things did not turn out so well...at the time of my purchase Joe informed me of the extended delivery times bc of the times we are living in 2020, this was ok by me, yes I would like my furniture sooner than later but I would be patience. I was thrilled when I was told my recliner was going to be delivered on Nov 6th but disappointed that my sofa had been pushed out until further into Nov. The recliner was delivered & damaged during delivery, the men did not want to put it back on the truck, insisted on leaving it, took pic's & promised someone would be contacting me for a replacement. I took pic's myself & made a few calls to speak with the manager Emmitt (no returned calls were made back to me) I personally made a visit to the store spoke with him & was promised that someone from another dept...repairs...(oh no I did not purchase a new chair for it to be repaired) would be contacting me. Several phones were made from me during the next few wks bc no one from Ashley's was contacting me with a solution to my damaged chair. Finally frustrated (& disappointed bc I really wanted the style of pieces that I purchased) I called Ashley said I wanted them to PLEASE pick up the damaged chair & cancel my order altogether, this was when I was informed that another chair had been ordered but it would be a few more weeks before delivery...no one called & informed me of this !!! Sorry I said I understand this year of 2020 has been hard on orders sales & staff in the furniture world, I'm not blaming anyone it just is what it is..I will purchase again from Ashley's but I just want to cancel my order at this time, Emmitt was nice said "ok we will just shake hands & move forward. Well now there is still the problem of a damaged recliner in my home that needs to be picked up. I was informed that was for another dept and they would be contacting me but everyone in delivery & pick up was slammed ! Fast forward to now,Tuesday evening of this wk after work I called once again to see when the chair could be picked up bc at this point the damaged chair has been in my home for 4 wks, Emmitt was out of the store home caring for a sick family member so I was placed on the phone with another manager by the name "Nick" he seemed helpful at first he said he was going to place me on hold call Emmitt at home & see what the status was on my situation, he has me on hold for SEVERAL min.'s bc he started helping another customer within the store (I finally hung up & called back to see what was the problem,had we been disconnected?) I explained to him I needed this chair out of my way now bc I had already purchased furniture from another store, it was in my home & this chair was in my way....no problem he would have someone to contact me,3 days later a woman by the name "Merrily" (something like this) calls me from Ashley's Outlet store (an outlet store ?) THIS IS WHERE IT GETS UNBELIEVABLE....she called to sch someone from repairs to come out & look at the chair I said there was a misunderstanding someone needed to pick the chair up she said NO there is an order in how this was done, after inspected then it would be sch for pick up, I said NO I have lost my patience with this and explained what both mangers have been saying and she said SHE DID NOT BELIEVE ME, I said are you calling me a liar, she then raised her voice at me (did not yell) & continue to talk over me..moments later Nick called me & continue to talk to me in this SAME manner and said that it was me that was saying something different than what I said earlier in the wk..I have been saying the same thing to anyone that would listen for 4wks plz pick up the chair ! The sad part of all this is that Joe Harris missed out on his payck all while everyone else is still getting theirs !
They needed to retrain the staff so all of them know how to sell the product not to cheap or surprise the customer with there ridiculous prices suppose to be a black Friday price
Purchased a mattress and dinette set from here a little over a week ago ..i was told that i would get a call in a day or two for delivery and setup ..my wife called today we where told it would be 6 weeks or more to get delivery of the furniture we already paid for .. when she asked about a refund she was told there would be a $500.00 or 25% restocking fee for furniture they don't actually have .. and then said they would call us back later with a refund amount..

This is Mrs. Jackie, and I loved the Ashley Home Outlet experience! From the moment I came in I loved the way the reps greeted me and made me feel like I was back on the eastern blvd Ashley Store. They rep that helped me the most with my whole experience was Derek James! He is amazing and k owns slot about product knowledge. He gave me my space to shop and also was the most helpful when it was I actually found what I was looking for! We bought a tempur-pedic mattress, which a big purchase, but he made it so convenient for me and my mother. I would advise anybody to go to the Ashley Outlet but ask for Derek James, he will REALLY take care of you!
Put a living room set on layaway paid about half through my account, the rest I was going to pay in cash. Before I could do that I was told weeks after the last piece was set and the item was discontinued. Was told I could not get my money back but I could get store credit which I do not want. I have tried to reach the corporate office with no help or no response.
Because they didn't wait on me and they pass by me like I wasn't nothing.

We were trying to fill an immediate need and had visited several other furniture stores. Due to the COVID-19, all stores we very limited on inventory. By the time we visited this store we cut straight to the chase of not even looking until we knew what was available to us to fill the immediate need. Chris Nix went above and beyond to ensure our time was not wasted looking at furniture that wouldn't be in stock or available until Sept. We didn't have to settle for anything less than what we loved, stayed in budget and left Ashley feeling relieved to have fulfilled our need. Chis Nix was incredible. If you are ever in this area and need of a great salesperson with integrity please go see Chris. Again, Chris, we can't thank you enough for making sure we left my lil brother set for the next stage of his life.

I had an issue with a piece of my furniture not arriving and couldn't contact anyone via telephone. I went into the store and met an ANGEL by the name of Ms. Alberta. She took care of EVERYTHING from that moment on. Ms. Alberta located my item & contacted me within the hour (as promised) to inform me when it would arrive to the store (Monday), called me to let me know it had arrived & made sure it was delivered during my availability (Thursday), to make it better she even called after the delivery (Today) to make sure I received it and everything was ok. I walked in the store upset and ready to part ways with this company but THANKS to Ms. Alberta I'll be a repeat customer. Go see her....SHE ROCKS!!!
Honestly, I don’t know how you could ask for a better salesman than Joshua. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. He also was not pushy about his product. He took me as an individual into account and focused on the items that would fit my style and budget. He connected with me as an individual and accompanied me throughout the experience. I will be returning in the future due to the warm hospitable environment he was able to offer me.

The staff here are very knowledgeable about their product, and their salesmen skills are top notch (so be careful). Joshua Jones was the salesman who assisted me with my purchases. I came in to buy a sofa and left with a sleeper sofa and beautiful bedroom set! Everyone was extremely friendly and gave honest opinions concerning the furniture quality. Went in looking for some things and was approached by a gentleman who said his name was Nick. When I told him what I was looking for, he said he was going to look on the computer for items for me and would be right back. He never came back. Instead, he sent over someone who was there less than a week and said he’d help look with me because he needed to familiarize himself with the store since he was new to this location, proceeded to tell me I’d find it cheaper in the clearance section in the Prattville store (where he was moved from), then he disappeared and I never saw him again. This store is new to our market and I was shunned by two salesmen within 15 minutes. Not good at all.

I love this place. So many beautiful things. With so many choices, the most difficult part is making a decision what to get. Nathan is the absolute BEST sales person ever! He’s so helpful, knowledgeable and patient, not in the least high pressure. Be sure to ask for him when you go in. He will treat you right.
I wasn't going to post but I feel the need ..I was in this store because of great reviews ,& Prattville location is horrible as well, last Wednesday I was in the store to shop for my lake house & The Manager Brandon introduce himself and after about 10 min he was involved with Amanda which I believe works here as well, I kept trying to get attention and they was so involved till I went on looking I can't believe the Atmosphere the ladies in the office was cordial only to find out that he's not even the Manager who lies to a potential buyer !!! Nobody should be treated poorly when we are paying customers Rude!!!

I had the pleasure this morning shopping with Tommy Davis and Amanda Richard. They made me feel very comfortable and Mr Davis was patient with me as I kept changing my mind. Amanda was cool and understood what I meant when I said I needed something with a pop of color. These two will not steer you wrong and will make you feel welcomed and comfortable while shopping.

I did not have a good experience at this stor. Even though we found the product we loved and wanted it was a struggle actually getting it. I asked them before I bought the item when I would be getting it and they said between November 16-22. I called them to ask about when it would be delivered they said the 29th probably. I asked if it had arrived at the store so I could pick it up they said it did not come I yet which did not make sense because why would they try to set up a delivery date if it wasn’t in yet. I called again on the 23 of November and they said it was supposed to already have arrived on the 22nd. I also asked about canceling it because it seemed like they were playing games but they said they would charge $39 for cancellation. The customer service was bad, whenever I called they were not helpful and do not seem to know what they were talking about. Now I have to go and pick it up myself at the warehouse during hours that don’t really work for me since I need the product and they don’t have any delivery openings.
I had the MOST AMAZING furniture buying experience at Ashley HomeStore Montgomery with Sales Specialist, Allison Cockrill. She was super attentive to my needs, addressed all questions and concerns about protection plans, and gave tips on how to protect my furniture while living with my pet yorkie. She never left my side until I made the perfect selection for my living room. Allison is SUPER polite, knowledgeable, extremely patient, and just an all around friendly "people person". I do not think I've ever had such an experience at a home gallery store such as the one I had yesterday with Allison. Looking for quality, signature home furniture that will compliment your home? I visited this location on two occasions with my mother. Initially we went in just to browse as she had relocated from New Jersey and needed to furnish an entire home. We were warmly greeted by Chris with a welcoming smile and he was eager to assist. He allowed us to browse the store only checking in periodically. We left that evening to return a couple of weeks later. On our second trip we were welcomed by Allison, who was just as nice, but we waited for Chris. We were taken aback by his professionalism and wanted to work with him. We are so pleased that we took the time to wait. He took care of my mother and I, making sure we understood every process and cost. He was patient with questions and knowledgeable with answers. Thank you. He eased our minds and helped my mother to furnish her entire home. The customer service was second to none. We could tell he loves what he does and he does it well. Thanks again! When it was time to finalize the purchase Annie was just as wonderful. She made the process easy and again explained thoroughly the costs. I was in the market for a new sectional. I went online and saw one on Ashley’s website that I loved. So, I decided to visit the local store on Eastern Blvd. I was greeted immediately by a salesperson by the name of Christopher Holmes. He was so professional and assisted me with such a high quality of customer service. Not only did I get the sectional that I wanted, he was also able to match the discounted, lower price online. I highly recommend this particular Ashley store and sales associate.

Ms. Allison treated me so well yesterday when I went into Ashley Furniture on Eastern Boulevard in Montgomery, AL. She went above and beyond to help me find a new bed and mattress set. She took the time to even go grab me two bottles of water when I was dying of thirst from the 100 degree heat outside. She was very personable and listened to everything I was looking for. She met me head on with some great sale prices and I am going back in this morning to purchase my bed and mattress set. Way to go, Allison! I also want to commend the manager on duty, Nick, too. He was also very personable, listened to what I presented them, and had a good rapport with Allison. Thank you for meeting my needs, guys.

I wish that I could give it less than one star. The customer service was HORRIBLE. The sales reps Chris Holmes, asst manager Joe Harris, and a female rep never got up to offer assistance. They were all sitting down ok n the furniture on social media. There was a sweet african American young lady over financing that offered assistance. When the asst manager was called over he was rude and spoke as if I couldn't afford anything without even asking. I will never recommend this store or return.
I had the pleasure of working primarily with Angel. She was amazing and such a pleasure to work with. She made what could’ve been stressful situation seem so effortless. I had a very large order and she handled it like a true professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. This location has some weird furniture. The bedroom furniture has come down a lot since we bought our mahogany furniture 6 years ago. Now most of it is a bright grey silver color and it looks awful. The also didn't have a interesting selection of recliners. Very basic and boring. The dining room sets where boring and they were overpriced for just 4 or chairs. Very disappointed

Kadeja (spell check) Melinda and Courtney...GREAT TEAM! Courtney was very knowledgeable on the materials in the store and she was on top of her sales. She had a smile on her face the entire time and it wasn't a fake one either. I recommend you ask for her when you walk through the door! As for Melinda, she covered our finance application and promised it would take about 5 minutes to complete...let me tell you...it was LESS THAN 5 minutes!!! It's as if she was timing herself to beat her own time limit, lol. Kadeja (DeeDee) closed us out and handled all of our invoice paperwork. I live in California and needed to purchase a bedroom set in Montgomery Alabama for my granddaughter. I spoke with the salesman named Chris who was very patient with me. he research the items I wanted, and called me back in a timely manner. Chris was very professional and made this transaction very easy. I also spoke to Melinda who handle the financial part, she was very nice and very professional as well. I cannot thank you two enough with this transaction which was all done by telephone.

Andre Williams is amazing. We have been shopping for a lift chair for mom all day in 100 degree heat. No one else had one in stock or was willing to let the floor model go even though we had cash in hand. Andre was able to get the chair in the back of the truck with in the hour. He was so nice and helpful we ended up hugging him before we left. We won't be shopping anywhere else.

The salesperson I dealt with Initially, when I ordered my table in February, was no longer with the company. I was dissatisfied with the length of time I had to wait on the table. I expressed my disappointment to Ms. Alberta, in the Montgomery store, and she resolved the issue for me within 24 hours. She stayed in communication with me until my item was delivered. Her customer service skills are exceptional. Although I was rude, she didn't respond to me in kind. She maintained a professional demeanor at all times. I love the table, but the five star rating is due solely to Ms. Alberta. Thank you ma'am for resolving this issue for me in such a timely manner.

Me and my family went in to look around. We were assisted by several of the workers and everyone was friendly and more than willing to help. Great store experience so far. We were interested in a sectional sofa and gave them our information because we were going to need to make a few payments if we decided to buy. We later backed out of the purchase and thought it might be a good idea if we shop around at some other locations in town before we make a solid commitment. A week later, my wife receives an Ashley Furnature MasterCard from them in the mail! WE DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO SIGN US UP FOR A CREDIT CARD IN ANY SHAPE, FORM, OR FASHION!! We will not be going back to this location. You do not do that to your customers without permission.
