If you buy furniture from Ashley furniture store do not do not do not do not get it Finance. The financial charge is a good advertisement to suck you in to the point that you are not allowed to get access to your account account being locked out due to unknown reasons be asking to send information about your account a payment date by in email and mailing request but this have not been met by the financial services. Yes, the furniture is nice and pretty is it’s pretty but if you get it finance just be ready for the rumble or the rounds you have to access the account. Due to their services is badly neglected. Hitting your credit up, saying that you are late when you have not received one info or you can’t get access to the account. This my third time finance furniture. Ashley Furniture customer n financial services is very terrible I will give them billions negative stars for the services I been getting from them.. I should had stay with Rooms to go before Ashley Furniture… Run away from this store or there finances they used… I want to give this furniture back they are affected my credit saying I’m late due to their service keep changing or locking me out from making a payment. They security system may have been breaches or not informing the customer about anything. I don’t care about the money I pay into it you just keep it.. this is a headache for a system isn’t allowing me to get access to my account. Going into 3 months of issues with account.. not on my end but the financial services. Don’t understand how I’m lost every time when it come down to make a payment.. We were shopping for a specific size table and swivel chairs. When we did not find what we were looking for on the showroom floor, Mo, the salesperson, patiently asked questions and searched until he found what we were looking for. He promptly ordered and our chairs and table were available within a week. Overall, a good shopping experience.

I had the worst experience here buying furniture that was already broken when delivered and having to keep it and call them continuously about it I have never been in s situation where you can't just replace something cause you never used it

I've been needing to buy a new sofa, and came into the Boulevard location today after seeing a new sign outside. This store is GORGEOUS and clean! Kenyatta greeted me at the door and I was so impressed with her knowledge and easy personality. She wasn't pushy and made it a comfortable decision to upgrade to a leather reclining sofa. The managers Tommy and Nick were wonderful to talk with when it came to explaining the delivery process as well. Cannot recommend them enough!

One word to attempt to describe Dena, Awesome! She took time with me to show me every option possible. She listened and understood the space we had to use and even the colors associated. She went all over the store to bring in pillows and blankets of the colors discussed so we could see how it would work in our home. Buying furniture is a BIG decision. She was so very helpful and included others on the team to help show us the real value of each piece and the build that made it Ashley. If you are looking to buy furniture, I would highly recommend Dina and the entire team at this location. They are very low pressure but very high on knowledge of their product. I love the atmosphere at Ashley 2001 Eastern Blvd. Very friendly staff. True to my word I did return with my Mom on Saturday. Dott Benson gave the demo of the "stand you up" recliner and thera pedic bed. Mom has asthma and some health issues. We purchased them both. 😃 In the market for beds, couch/ love seat combos etc ask for Dott Benson. Better yet set up an appointment with her.

My experience at Ashely’s was amazing. I have remodeling over the Summer and new furniture was on my list. Exhausting on line research confirmed my next venture was to check out furniture showrooms, so leaving Home Depot, with my grandson, I decided to make a quick stop at Ashley’s since it was across the boulevard. I did not expect to find what I was looking for, but was cheerfully greeted by the floor manager who asked questions…then pulled up several sofa sets, of which one caught my eye. As I followed him through the showroom one particular set stood out. As fate would have it—it was the sofa set I had chosen—the one he was leading me to. Thank’s to everyone at Ashley’s for making my shopping experience one I will never forget! I love my new sofa and loveseat!
