Manager team refuses to replace distress furniture that was paid in full. Nor will they return phone calls to expedite issue. Going on 3 months now. 1 star is giving them to much. Now they want to apologize publicly. Despite everything they have requested again, email was submitted several months ago, they are stiill not willing to replace the table that they saw for themselves was damaged.

Very dissatisfied with my service here. The lack of communication and clearly no organization is the reason I won’t be working with this specific store again. I’ve never had this many issues involving receiving my furniture which I’ve purchased before from this same store. It was excuse after excuse and every time I called someone told me something different. Once I receive my sofa or if I ever do I’m not purchasing anything again through this store on Eastern Blvd. And make sure that you click the link MULTIPLE TIMES and confirm your delivery before the close of business even after you confirm with them on over the phone with and associates or you WILL NOT receive your package. Since no one told me until after I called to see why my furniture wasn’t delivered 🙂 so no one else will have to go through this….

Worst experience with a furniture company ever. I usually use Rooms to Go but decided to try them because I have heard a couple of good things. I'm a single mother of four so I try to use my money wisely. I invested a good penny into a queen bed set..after 2 months they deliver and set it up.. the right side falls apart the next day. I'm assuming the mdf board (fake wood) did not have a good grip on the screws. I call immediately to explain the issue..a month or so later they finally come look at it..this was in June/August...so fast forward going into November still no bed or compensation. They have given me the run around for a total of 5 months. They said they are privately owned so I could not complain at a higher level. Managers said they would call back but I have not received a call back. Just reached out to them today. Manager said he will call back once he checks to see what parts they have ordered for me. We will see.

(Extended, job is completed finally) It’s been a mess. It’s not the furniture, just other issues. It’s been a few months and I’ll still have to continue to call. I worked with other Ashley’s and didn’t have this problem. I think they wanted the sale and committed to a bed that they couldn’t build easy given also the location . All 3 Ashley’s around me are around the same distance or time. The other two are allowed to work together but this was a gift from family that used this location. It’s just too much communication I have to do and patience I have to give. If you are in Montgomery, beautiful furniture. If you are near Montgomery but also another location like Phenix city or Columbus… go there. It’s easier and less of hassle in comparison. They also are allowed to work together regardless of the sale location. Which is where I bought my furniture. I think whoever sold the set to my family for me, claimed another warehouse could do it, but really just wanted the sale. That made it harder on everyone. Hopefully it will get resolved because it’s a very nice bedroom furniture set that was on sale…………………extended review, After almost a year, job was completed. The tech was wonderful, just took a very long time for it all to come together.
