This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had shopping for furniture (which I do not like doing)! But I am so thankful for Tina, the store manager! She was not only patient and friendly, but she was super supportive and very attentive to my needs! She not only helped pick the perfect sofa, she also took the time to reconfigure it (in the store!) to help me envision what it would look like in the space in my apartment! It’s rare to find awesome customer service like this nowadays, but I’m certainly glad that I went to the right place at the right time! I came into the store recently not looking for anything specific but a certain color and size for my living room, and Toni greeted me and answered my questions I had. She showed me a few selections and based on the questions I asked, the great young man kept up the good work.
I went in looking for some furniture for my apartment. I typical don’t ask for help but Toni welcomed me into the store and was on point from the time I walked in to the time I left. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he was able to point me in the right direction. I told him what look I was going for with my decor, and he put a set together that was amazing. He definitely has good taste and a good eye for design! He made recommendations and put colors together that really made the design I had in my head pop! For anyone looking for the guy it’s definitely TONI! Thank you bro I know you’ll do great things!

Dena ensured I left with a sectional I’ve been thinking about 4 years. Updating my review post purchase. Still awaiting my ottoman. The store leaves you on hold and doesn't return phone calls. They do enough to get your purchase but lack proper follow-up.

When I was approached by the salesperson, it was due to my look of confusion because I was looking for a particular item. She showed me what was available online as well as what was in the showroom. I was provided with the options of what was available, delivery availability, and costs up front. The salesperson as well as manager were attentive to my needs. I enjoyed my experience at Ashley.

Bad customer service, Misleading price and offers, they offered me one price and then I told them about the discount and then they changed all the prices to match the prices they gave me at the beginning. When loading my merchandise they did so in a rude manner and without any desire to help. sky high prices get the same things at Royal for half the price they offer. Very bad experience in general.
My experience was great at Ashley’s outlet. Brandon was a great help in helping me find what I was looking for. As buyers we get apprehension but Brando was super patient and I appreciated his time.

We worked with the young salesman who told us his name was "D". He was so kind and immediately approached and greeted us when we walked in. He was not pushy and helped us around the entire store teaching us about materials! Although we weren't ready to buy a couch we would definitely recommend working with him!
I was met at the door by a saleswoman. She looked with me and answered questions. They didn't have what i had in mind, so i gave her my contact information. It's been just about 2 weeks and she hasn't reached back out to me. Sorry to say, she's lost a sale. They had a pillow pattern i liked and all i asked from her is to match it.

Very unprofessional. Ashley outlet messed up on everything regarding my order and delivery. Then when I spoke to management he was no help and I guess wanted to go back and forth with protocol and regulations. Like I work at Ashley's. I called with a simple problem and would like to be treated like someone who just spend thousands in your store not less. When shopping they put on a act that my satisfaction is there top priority. We paid for delivery and assembly. They brought us a sofa with a rip, they did not assemble the coffee table and I been waiting for about a week to get someone to come inspect the rip to see if I get another sofa. It's really bad there I would save money and a headache from going here. They have truly lost a customer because I like to be treated with respect and as a valued customer. Don't back and forth with me snd talk to me like I suppose to know your policy and things.
We were in need of a lift chair and went here and got one thanks to everyone, especially the manager. He helped me load it, and I was so very grateful for his help because I have back and hip issues
Awful awful awful… I paid $2k for my kitchen table set. It was not delivered as promised. When it was delivered it was damaged, they sent me a replacement and it was damaged worse than the first. They have refused to give me upper management contact info or give me a refund and just come get their stuff. I am going to the BBB and will pursue small claims. I am furious!! Wish I could give no stars!!
Very irritated with the service. The salesman told me that everything I ordered was “in stock in the back of the store” and that the only thing that had to be ordered was the footboard of my bed. When I called to check on the order, I’m now told that the sofa and oversized chair won’t be in for another 2 weeks… yet when I made the purchase I was told they were in stock already and didn’t need to be ordered. It really makes me feel like the salesman lied to me to get a sale, in all honesty. Definitely not happy that I’ll be staying in an unfurnished apartment for the next two weeks.
Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would. Their communication is shotty at best. Things never deliver when they are supposed to. They have a problem with their automated delivery system. You can confirm delivery with a person and still get a call and press 1 for confirmation and your product still won’t be delivered. I’ve been waiting for 2 month for a product that I have not received that I paid close to $6000 on the spot the day I purchased it. The first time they attempted delivery they brought a bed without rails. Just a headboard and footboard. I can’t get a return call from upper management. Shop at your own risk. They have no problem debiting your account before you leave the parking lot, only a problem delivering the product and/or communicating with you.
Horrible service never received all my furniture I paid for. I called several times asking about it. Management told me someone would contact me about my items but I never received a email or call back, Mr Leonard was the person that was giving me this info. They made it seem as if I was lying I sent pictures to a email that wasn’t right I asked them several times was it the right email but the email never went through… this was my first time buying furniture and I will never spend money here again. I rather buy furniture off Facebook before I’ll ever go in this place again. Just a Horrible experience.

I want to give a special thanks to Marty and Mo, they just don’t know how much better they made my experience. I order a sectional sleeper for my sitting area (a room) and the first set of delivery guys inform me that it was impossible to fit which they didn’t try the way I instructed them too I was so upset but Marty called to ask if I thought it would fit and my response was yes but I would have felt better if they attempted to try. Marty and Mo came and they went over and beyond expectations that’s how you WOW a customer. Your store will definitely receive more business and I am going to refer your stores every chance I get you guys definitely turned my terrible experience into a overjoyed moment by the way we are loving the funiture. Can’t get the furniture I ordered in so I cancelled the order on 1/4/22. Today is the 17th and still no furniture nor a refund. We are talking 8k paid in full and Ashley has had my money since 11/21/21 and today is 1/17/22.

Great Customer Service, Nice Furniture but you will not receive your furniture at the least 5 months or more. Then every other time they call you they adding another month onto your delivery date. It's not worth the wait. Buy from Aarons or Renter same stuff and order online
I’m rating a 1 star but if I could rate it a 0 I most definitely will!! I DO NOT recommend this location AT ALL.. I don’t usually give bad ratings ever but I am fed up with the wait and the lack of understanding and support from the store manager Mr. Nathan. We made our purchase on March of 2021 we were told because of Covid-19 we would experience delays of at least 6-8 weeks! We didn’t receive a paper receipt because their printer was down and they texted me a blurry picture of my receipt. We received our dining table and couches in July! A chair came defective and THEY ordered a wrong piece to my sectional. It is now September and as of the last update we won’t receive the correct piece until Oct. We called and expressed we no longer want to wait and we would like a refund because at the end of the day it was a mistake done by the store. Only to get the run around from Nathan, first they don’t do returns because of COVID-19 something that was NOT said to us during the time of the purchase, then there would be a restocking fee of 25% from what we spent on the couches because my husband was very clear we no longer wanted the couches or to wait any longer. We have to pay them again in order to get a refund!! Don’t waste your time going here! Nathan isn’t a professional he’s a THIEF AND A LIAR looking for nothing but sales. I’ve worked retail all my life and this is the worst experience ever!
The furniture itself is great quality, however this individual store is run so poorly it’s not even worth the hassle to make a purchase here. I was sold several pieces of furniture from an employee named Logan who falsely introduced himself to me as the manager of the store. In the same breath he went on a tirade about how awful his competitor RoomsToGo was and individually named most of the employees to speak badly about them one by one (I certainly didn’t ask him to, nor did I feed into it. I just had to sit there and wait for him to finish). He got visibly angry when I told him that I had already purchased several pieces of furniture from this competitor from a wonderful employee who made the whole process seamless and easy. I only found out that he was not a manager when I called corporate to inquire about why I was being charged double the delivery fees for one single order. Not only did they try to scam me with these additional and unnecessary fees, but he also refused to sell me additional barstools with my order “without my husbands permission” even though it came out of my pocket and not my husbands - Who I absolutely do not even need permission from? What century are we living in? This whole experience feels like a fever dream I am in utter disbelief at how dysfunctional this store is. I wish I had never purchased a single thing from this company and especially this store because anything that could possibly go wrong did go wrong. 3-4 months later I’m still waiting on kitchen table chairs to be delivered and no one can seem to figure out where they are or how to help me with it.
Look at the bad reviews first they all have two things in common been lied to and no furniture.I have been waiting on my stuff for 6 months and still don’t have it. All these people do is lie and then got the nerve to try to keep your money when you ask for a refund after waiting 6 month this is the worst furniture store in central Alabama how is this a outlet when the store isn’t buy and carry it’s nothing in stock here and every time I go in here its a new sale but same price it was last time they just change the signs to threw people off it not different from a regular Ashley store you might save 20 bucks here over a traditional Ashley that’s it. Don’t be fooled people the salesman tried to get me to finance but ask for a down payment but I was approved for more than enough to cover it I called the finance company and they said they do this so they can hold you in the contract even if you are dissatisfy she told me that a down payment was not required but if I pay a down payment I will not be able to get my money back wow!!! Don’t pay down payment if you finance it’s a trap Go to Rooms to Go

If I could post zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I came in MAY to purchase furniture for our new apartment. Yes, the salesman did explain that we would get everything within 10-15 weeks, but promised about 2 weeks for us. We waited about a month, multiple people have reached out to me confirming they had some of the furniture and it would all be there on a certain date. I would call on the exact date and ask if it was there and was ready to deliver. The answer was always no, the order got pushed back. This happened about 3 times so far, we were promised a date that it was all going to be there and then when we call, it is not there. The last time we called, we just wanted to cancel at that point because it is now August, the lady said that there was a 72-hour cancellation. Nobody in the store explained that to us when we went back in May. It has been extremely frustrating and now they are saying we wont have our furniture until September! We have to wait ANOTHER month, what a rip-off.

The staff was nice enough and helps us "get a deal". However, they failed to mention how long it will be until we receive our furniture. We purchased June and are not getting our stuff until Oct./Nov.!!!!!
This place sold me furniture that doesn't snt even exits and i didn't find out till six months later and endless nagging on my end to get answers. I initiated refund and still don't have it after a month and a half. Beyond upset and by far the worst experience in any shopping setting ever.q Do not waste your time or money. Horrible! My husband and I went into the store March 13, 2021, purchased a Recliner, Love Seat and Couch, Mattress and Box Spring. The sales guy told us takes 6-8 weeks for delivery ( He lied .. he was just trying to make a sale). We paid in Full and also have on our CONTRACT Delivery 5/3/2021!!!! Checked on the status and it was then pushed back to JULY 26, 2021!!! Now July is here and now they are saying it would be now September/October!!!!! We spoke to the Manager JOSH and he would not do refund!!! We are now with out furniture for our new house that we we paid in full! They are seriously scamming people.. I will NOT ever buy here again!! Seems like this has happened ALOT to several other customers. They care nothing about their customers and ONLY about making a sale!! We are now in the process of taking legal actions due to them breaking their contract with us 3 different times!! I will not wait around until October for my furniture to only have them tell me AGAIN its been pushed back on delivery! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR FURNITURE!!!!!!

I purchased Doorbuster sectional on layaway in March 2021. I completely paid it at the beginning of April 2021. From the time I fully purchased it in April to the end of May. No one had informed me of the status. I would call the store once every other week. When I called the facility they told me that the furniture was not showing delivery date. I showed concern that I have not received any possible delievery date and asked to speak to the store manager about finding another item with tbe same value that is available. Finally the store manager, (after I was concerned) said that it should be here the first week of June. I decided to not find a replacement since the manager seemed to be sure the furniture will be there. I called after the first week of June since I received no contacted in regards to delivery or any issues. Manager than proceeded to say it is now pushed to the first week of July. I received a call last week and the week prior telling me that my furniture was scheduled for first week of July. After first week of July passed, I called them Monday, July 12th, to be informed that it was again pushed to the week of July 26th. I asked the sales associate if I could get a full refund because their poor communication. And customer service makes me uneasy and I do not trust them that they will delivery my item. The manager was not there and the person said he will contact me on Wednesday when he returns. They told me that refund would not be possible because of the 72 hour no cancellation. I proceeded to call cooperate to file a complaint on their store and because it is privately owned they could not help me. They filed a complaint and said they will get in contact with me within 24-48 hours. After I received no response from cooperate and the store, I called cooperate again. During the process of calling cooperate on Friday, July 16th (less than four days since the last conversation with the store) I found out that the corner of my section is in the warehouse but that other pieces will be in august 26th. Again another time pushed and no response. Each time the dates have been undetermined or pushed further. There is no promise of a secure date. They are persistent on telling me cancellations are not possible due to the 72 hours after full purchase but yet this company does not hold themselves accountable to communication and delivery if their items. After long conversation, the sales associate on Friday, July 16th said the manager will issue a request for cancellation to the finance department and I will receive a paper check refund. I called today July 20th to ask about the status. The request was given to the finance department and now waiting for the finance department to contact me about my refund. The sales associate said that it will take up to 14 days. This is ridiculous. I understand that we are in Covid 19 times. But their customer service is lacking and their concern for their customers is lacking.
UPDATE: September 2022. New manager at this location has worked very hard to get our refund. Marty has really gone above and beyond to make this happen, narrowly avoiding legal action. The disruptions to Ashley's system has improved significantly, and I would now recommend the store, under Marty's supervision, to others in the area. He will not let you down. Thanks, Marty. We have a lot of Ashley Furniture. We ordered nearly $7,000 worth of furniture on April 18/2021 with a estimated delivery date of 5/31/2021. It is now 7/19/2021 and we still have NO furniture. We just got off the phone and the estimate delivery date for some of the furniture is not until DECEMBER! So, if you want to pay thousands of dollars for furniture that you will not get for 8 months, then this is your place. We have been living in our home with our kids on mattresses on the floor, no living room furniture, no dining room furniture, incomplete office furniture, etc, etc. No more excuses for companies operating like this. We are now fighting for our money back that has been wrapped up for many months so we can go somewhere that sells furniture and not just dreams of "someday" furniture. Absolutely awful.
About a month ago I came into the Ashley furniture outlet location to look for a chaise sofa for my first apartment since recently graduating college. Jordan was a great help and I just got my sofa delivered today and I love it! Jordan was patient and helped me narrow down my decision. Her fun personality made her a joy to work with. I also really appreciate her staying in touch with me via text throughout the whole process to make sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions and to keep me updated.
Went to look for a chest and Jordan met us with a happy greeting and went above and beyond to help us out. She answered all our questions and made the experience all the more better.

My mom and I had a great experience at Ashley Homestore. Mario the salesman was patient and attentive to our needs on what we wanted in living room set and mattresses for our home. Mario made sure we left the store satisfied and the other employees were helpful as well.
We had a wonderful experience at the Montgomery, East Chase store. Mario did everything he could to help us and make sure that we had what we needed. He was amazing and I would definitely recommend seeing him for your furniture needs.
We went in for a couch and love seat. Met by Mario, who helped us with selection and options. Everything was clear, pricing made sense, and Mario took the time to explain what comes, for example, with the protection plan. He wasn't pushy, just helpful, and he knew his stuff. Strongly recommend this store and especially Mario.
It’s been three weeks now and I’m still not a happy customer. Please refer to Ashley Homestore’s Facebook page to see my review in detail. The sales clerk ordered the wrong item. The delivery team did not honor their delivery time slot and did not have the decency to inform me in a timely manner that they were coming 2 hours early. They left the wrong dresser. I called Emmitt, the store manager, and requested for them to return to pick up the dresser, needless to say the dresser remained in my home for three weeks. I tried to contact the general manager, Nick on two occasions and, Emmitt was of no assistance and he never returned my phone calls either. After finally getting a scheduled pickup a week and a day later, the delivery team was an hour and 15 minutes late with once again no phone call or text. After posting my experience on their Facebook page, Nick called leaving a message with my phone number as the return contact. Also, someone from their management team left an email address that was not accurate. I say all this to say, my concerns have not been resolved and I did not receive the correct dresser that I paid for. Ashley Homestore will NOT admit their mistakes, correct their mistakes, nor treat their customers with respect. I spent right at $6000 and this is how they treat their customers. I pray that you read this review and reconsider patronizing this establishment.
Today was truly a blessing! After two weeks going from store to store and returning to Ashley Outlet at Eastchase Montgomery Al, my friend and I had the honor to meet with Sales Associate Mario Holloway and Manager Josh Jones. Their level of understanding and patience is to be commended! I appreciate quality of understanding and respect shown. I was able to get what I needed. My friend listened and watched them. She also was impressed and purchased furnishings. Thank you Ashley owner Mr Aziz for hiring employees that make your company standout above others.

It was my first time in the store I was led by someone one to Try Ashley Discount store. I was already in the area so that made it very easy. Location is perfect. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mario and he immediately asked me did I needed any help. I told him what I wanted and he took me straight to what I was looking for. Even though the delivery is a little off the great customer service Mario delivered is what sold me. He told me everything I needed to know very detailed on the dates and kept it real. And I was in and out ! So that’s a plus! Thanks Mario !

Came in with my family and we were greeted by Mario. He introduced himself, got our names, and said to let him know if we needed anything. He walked away and didn’t hover uncomfortably like other places have sales people do. After browsing a bit he came back to check on us and proceeded to help us look through dozens of options and ultimately decide on the right package for what we were looking for. Mario was great, management was great, and the shopping system was appropriate.
On March 20, 2021 I purchased a complete Leather reclining sofa, love seat and chair set in which I paid for upfront in full. Josh and I agreed on a (out the door) price that he stated would included free delivery and would include the best warranty that I could purchase. Once I got to the register to check out I was charged an additional 199.00 that was supposed to have been already applied to our agreed upon total. I didn't notice until after I left and looked over the receipt of this infraction. They told me that the set wasn't in stock and would take 3 weeks to be delivered. I offered several time to pick the set up myself but they insisted that I let them bring it out and set it up for free so I agreed. They told me that the set would come in a different dates and offered me split delivery. I told them I'd prefer if we just wait an get it all delivered at 1 time when it all arrived and they agreed. Fast forward to Thursday April 8th I called and was told that only 2 pieces were in but they were all scheduled to be there the week of the 8th. Friday the 9th I called bk and was told that the set was there. I asked when would it be delivered and was told that I had to come pick it up and that it wouldn't be delivered. Therefore I (rented) a haul and angrily went to to their store to pick it up. Once I got there I was told that it wasn't there and was at the warehouse which contradicted everything that I was told and wasn't where I originally paid for the set. At this point I was furious and Josh wasn't there so I was told. They then called him/Josh and he magically appeared from the back of the store smiling with mischief all over his face. Once he got close enough to see the anger in my eyes he detoured behind me and finally stood behind the counter accompanying the other 2 young ladies. He lied and tried to tell me that I wasn't given or offered free delivery but one of the assistants who also helped me select the set( she in particular was great and very helpful and even apologized) agreed that I was supposed to have free delivery. I then told him about the split delivery in which I knew nothing about until they offered and he dropped his head knowing that I was being honest. At this point I was furious but still needed my set. They then told me that it was at the warehouse and that the warehouse was closed. This is after they told me that it was at their location and I had to come pick it up. So now I'm standing there with a rented uhaul, being double charged for a warranty, furious and still not able to get my furniture. Long story short I still have to go pick it up again today. I would've canceled it all together but your charged a 25% restocking fee and can't return it over 3 days after the original purchase date. Josh continued to try and lie and say he told me this or that and I made him out to be a lie everytime. Josh is a lier so don't let those fb commercials fool you. My set was over 4k and paid upfront. Read over your receips as soon as you get it and make sure everything you agreed upon is stated and accurate. This is my personal experience, hopefully this will detour you from having a disastrous nightmare just as I did. Please shop else where. Hopefully everything goes smooth today once I go to pick it up.

This store has a ton of positive points to hit on. Anything you need is pretty much in there, at a very reasonable and affordable price. With Covid, things are a little tight right now, but that is expected with any store. However, the customer service more than makes up for this fact. The management will do anything and everything to help you any way they can.
The people there really know what they are doing. They go the extra mile to find you what you need. Lots of options to chose from.

Update: it has now been 3 months waiting for a couch after being promised on 6 occasions they are "reading from the delivery list" I have forgotten what it's like to have furniture and sitting on the floor now feels like the new normal. Be prepared to wait 6 months or more for your furniture... I've been "promised" mine for almost 2 months now, apparently they view promises like my ex boyfriend, loosely optional... Very poor communication, I only ever get a straight answer if I SHOW UP AT THE STORE. Zero communication after being promised phone call updates.

Me and my fiancé drove 2.5 hours away to go to this new outlet on its Grand Opening day that we saw advertised on Facebook. We were greeted by a salesman named Alex. He seemed to be a nice guy well versed and educated in product knowledge of everything they had to showcase and sell. We instructed him that we were just looking but we'd come back if we were interested in doing business. He and his manager promised exceptional customer service. We came back about a month later ready to purchase. We spent almost $7,000 with this salesman and company and was sold several empty promises. We were told that we'd have all of our furniture at the store ready to be delivered to our brand new home that we were building by the first week of December. That didn't happen. We were promised several different customer service calls concerning our furniture. They never happened. In December we were told for 3 weeks straight that our stuff was coming and it didn't come. Finally we got some of our things only to find out that as our stuff was coming off the truck that the delivery guys forgot the mounts to put our mirror up that goes to our dresser. Also that Alex ordered 2 loveseats instead of a sofa and loveseat. When I called to make him aware of his mistake I was told immediately that it was my fault as if I made up the invoice myself. I spoke with the manager Josh he apologized and put in a new invoice for a new sofa. He said that our recliner which we are still waiting on would be here the same time the sofa would, which would be Jan. 15th. I was told that if anything changed that I would receive a call. Guess what? That didn't happen either. After the delivery guys left I noticed that they messed up my front door casing in 2 different places. I called this Thursday to inform them of the damage and check to make sure everything was still on track and yet again I was given the run around by the employees and manager Josh as to when my stuff would arrive. Finally he said that yet again its been pushed back to the first week in February. He gave me Ashley's customer service email to send proof of damage and I was told I would receive a call or email concerning the damages as you might've guessed THAT! DIDN'T! HAPPEN! Before ending our call he said he was going to give me a call the next day at 9:30 when he starts his customer service calls and you guessed it IT NEVER HAPPENED! Mind you we placed our entire order at one time in OCTOBER!!! We were told that there was a 6-8 week wait to receive our stuff which we were fine with because our home would be finished being built by then. It's now January and still were being given the run around. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, deplorable customer service, and lies by a company who's standards are supposed to be way above par. I am livid and hate that I ever gave this company my business. They care nothing about their customers only about the quick buck that they can get. I wouldn't advise anyone to ever do business with this establishment. Your just another sale to them and they give you nothing but empty promises. If I could've given no stars I would have! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
The sales person was going on about a free TV with your purchase. When I finally settled on a bed and dresser I would have had to PAY more to get the TV.

Walked in to purchase a recliner and immediately was greeted by an employee wearing a mask around his chin that got way too close. Walked a few steps further and saw another employee wearing his mask around his chin as well. The purpose of a mask is to cover your mouth and nose, not your chin. Protecting your customers should be a top concern. We immediately walked out to shop elsewhere that follows COVID guidelines.

Dee Dee was friendly and very helpful from the time I entered the store. Of course, one of the big "dogs" Alex came over to assist her BUT I will say, I didn't purchased anything I didn't want. In addition, the discounts were my stamp of approval. Thanks Dee Dee and Alex for your great customer service. Here's an update on my review in a different area. I was late paying my bill last year and I was excused from that late fee after I called to explain my situation. I paid my bill late again last month and they would not forgive me again. Ok. It was my fault for paying my bill 5 days late when I had the finances to pay. Procrastination will make you have to pay more than you're willing/want to pay. But no one has yet to explain to me what constitutes the max late fee being added to my account when it reads "UP TO $41". I was charged max $41 for paying my bill. Who can explain to me the late fee process? From now on, I won't be late. Oh, and when I paid the late fee, no one told me nor is it written on my statement that I had to call them back to tell them I want the late fee to be used for the late fee, otherwise, it will be applied to the principal amount and another late will be added to my next month statement. Then they charged me a $2 interest charge on the unpaid monthly charge. That's not included on my written statement either. I have interested free until 2026. 😏😤😠🤨
