Had the privilege today to come shopping with my father at the Ashley home store outlet on Berryhill Road. Eric greeted my father as he walked in the door. He was so nice and down to earth. He was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He wasn't like the typical salesman, he let us lead the way. Dad said, "I was able to look and he explained or answered every question I had." Thank you to Eric and the rest of the Ashley staff, we walked away with a great deal on a new couch and a bed for Mom! Keep up the great work!

Let the TRUTH BE TOLD!!....My overall experience with Ashley' Furniture Outlet at Eastchase Mall, Montgomery AL entails very mixed emotions. As one who writes honest, to the point reviews, I'D TELL YOU TO BE READY FOR A CARNIVAL RIDE with lots of curves, ups-ndowns and tosses! On 1-5-26, I originally had purchased a TWIN-XL ADJUSTABLE BED. I'd think that, due to my size, a seasoned salsperson would have steered me away from such a purchase. Beyond this fact, I got out of it because upon its delivery, the bed frame was too short to connect the head and foot boards. So, I upgraded to the FULL SIZED ADJUSTABLE WITH THE THERA-PEDIC MATTRESS. Fast forwarding, the bed and frame arrived...NOW THE ADJUSTABLE EASE was not included.!!! Whew! Today, 2-13-26, the adjustable ease was finally delivered. I have diligently expressed my concerns to various managers and customer service team members who did their best to keep me indebted by in excess of $5,700. Business in America fails the paying consumers. Times have shifted from CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TO THAT OF CUSTOMERS PAYING HIGHER PRICES THAN EVER BEFORE, WHILE GETTING LITTLE TO NO BOOM FOR THEIR BUCKS. It is not good business to be forced to buy something that you can not touch before submitting to contractual agreements and financing. There should be forms of compensation to offset the inconveniences endured by customers. Would I recommend Ashley's to my viewers.... With A bigggg B E W A R E.

They had some great stuff. Communication about delivery after purchase isn't great. They also tell you one thing and then charge you anyway. Takes a long time to buy, the process involves only one person to ring people up. So it just takes a while since that person doesn't stay at the desk he walks round. I mean its a typical furniture store. It was good the people were nice. The furniture was interesting and provided lots of choices. UPDATE Dec 30: Took 6 weeks for my stuff to be delivered. The table was the incorrect color. Jan 9 UPDATE: Still no resolution. No one is contacting me. Customer service says I have to go down to the store and talk to the manager. All because I made the mistake of buying a table at this establishment. Why can't I just get a table? Why cant I just get my money back if they cant give me the table I bought? Absolutely abysmal service. They are just holding onto $2000 of my money. Do. Not. Buy. Here. If they make a mistake you will be screwed over. I went in on Jan 9th and was updated that they ordered the correct table and its on back order. I guess they were afraid to tell me that. Jan 19 UPDATE: I have received no information from them. Reminder I ordered my table on Nov 22nd, 2025. Still no table and no one communicating with me.

Great Sofas , great service

I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture Outlet in Montgomery, AL, and I am very disappointed with my dresser experience. The dresser was delivered today with no packaging, placed on the dirty concrete outside, set halfway down the walkway, and then carried upstairs. During delivery, the movers bumped it into my bedroom wall, leaving damage on the wall. There is also damage on the end side of the dresser itself, and one of the bottom drawers on the bedroom dresser is not aligned properly and does not roll out as it should.For furniture sold as new, this is unacceptable. I am requesting a replacement dresser and repair for the wall damage

Bought a 4 pc bedroom set. 2 side tables, dresser and upright dresser.> $3K. We called (June30) customer service because two shelves and a drawer were broken upon delivery. We sent pictures and was told, we would be contacted within 72hrs. Today is July 9th and we’ve heard nothing. My wife called again, we were told, so sorry. They will send a replacement drawer , but, they don’t know when?! The shelves, I guess we’ll just have to live with. We waited a month to receive the furniture. Thanks Ashley 👍

UPDATE: It turns out Andrea was not as knowledgeable about the products offered as I thought. She was very attentive and listened well to my likes and concerns, however she failed to inform me that what I purchased did not include all the throw pillows as displayed on the showroom floor. The throw pillows were a huge selling feature for me and if I had been told that only two throw pillows came with my purchase versus the four to six pillows that were on display, I could have made a more informed decision on my purchase. Needless to say I am not happy at all with my purchase. Store management has refused to personally discuss the situation with me. It has been basically an "it is what it is" type attitude from everyone at Ashley Furniture. The only positive thing I can say is the delivery process was seamless. The delivery guys took more concern about my issues with the throw pillows after seeing my photo from the store of the display. This was my first time shopping with Ashley Furniture and it definitely will be my last time shopping there. I would highly discourage anyone from shopping here. There are way too many other furniture stores in Montgomery to purchase from.

The sales woman Jasmine was fantastic, but when it came time to pay, additional fees were added in the area of 300$ for no reason. After management going back and forth for about 15 minutes they finally adjusted the price to the actual cost + delivery.

Jasmine was a great. She has great customer service and she made me feel like we were family!! I will be back to see you soon!!!
