Very unprofessional. Ashley outlet messed up on everything regarding my order and delivery. Then when I spoke to management he was no help and I guess wanted to go back and forth with protocol and regulations. Like I work at Ashley's. I called with a simple problem and would like to be treated like someone who just spend thousands in your store not less. When shopping they put on a act that my satisfaction is there top priority. We paid for delivery and assembly. They brought us a sofa with a rip, they did not assemble the coffee table and I been waiting for about a week to get someone to come inspect the rip to see if I get another sofa. It's really bad there I would save money and a headache from going here. They have truly lost a customer because I like to be treated with respect and as a valued customer. Don't back and forth with me snd talk to me like I suppose to know your policy and things.

We were in need of a lift chair and went here and got one thanks to everyone, especially the manager. He helped me load it, and I was so very grateful for his help because I have back and hip issues

Awful awful awful… I paid $2k for my kitchen table set. It was not delivered as promised. When it was delivered it was damaged, they sent me a replacement and it was damaged worse than the first. They have refused to give me upper management contact info or give me a refund and just come get their stuff. I am going to the BBB and will pursue small claims. I am furious!! Wish I could give no stars!!

Very irritated with the service. The salesman told me that everything I ordered was “in stock in the back of the store” and that the only thing that had to be ordered was the footboard of my bed. When I called to check on the order, I’m now told that the sofa and oversized chair won’t be in for another 2 weeks… yet when I made the purchase I was told they were in stock already and didn’t need to be ordered. It really makes me feel like the salesman lied to me to get a sale, in all honesty. Definitely not happy that I’ll be staying in an unfurnished apartment for the next two weeks.

Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would. Their communication is shotty at best. Things never deliver when they are supposed to. They have a problem with their automated delivery system. You can confirm delivery with a person and still get a call and press 1 for confirmation and your product still won’t be delivered. I’ve been waiting for 2 month for a product that I have not received that I paid close to $6000 on the spot the day I purchased it. The first time they attempted delivery they brought a bed without rails. Just a headboard and footboard. I can’t get a return call from upper management. Shop at your own risk. They have no problem debiting your account before you leave the parking lot, only a problem delivering the product and/or communicating with you.

Horrible service never received all my furniture I paid for. I called several times asking about it. Management told me someone would contact me about my items but I never received a email or call back, Mr Leonard was the person that was giving me this info. They made it seem as if I was lying I sent pictures to a email that wasn’t right I asked them several times was it the right email but the email never went through… this was my first time buying furniture and I will never spend money here again. I rather buy furniture off Facebook before I’ll ever go in this place again. Just a Horrible experience.

The staff at this Ashley's was super. I have my furniture and I am pleased. I recommend this Ashley store not all of the Ashley stores are on time this one is.

Dee Dee was friendly and very helpful from the time I entered the store. Of course, one of the big "dogs" Alex came over to assist her BUT I will say, I didn't purchased anything I didn't want. In addition, the discounts were my stamp of approval. Thanks Dee Dee and Alex for your great customer service. Here's an update on my review in a different area. I was late paying my bill last year and I was excused from that late fee after I called to explain my situation. I paid my bill late again last month and they would not forgive me again. Ok. It was my fault for paying my bill 5 days late when I had the finances to pay. Procrastination will make you have to pay more than you're willing/want to pay. But no one has yet to explain to me what constitutes the max late fee being added to my account when it reads "UP TO $41". I was charged max $41 for paying my bill. Who can explain to me the late fee process? From now on, I won't be late. Oh, and when I paid the late fee, no one told me nor is it written on my statement that I had to call them back to tell them I want the late fee to be used for the late fee, otherwise, it will be applied to the principal amount and another late will be added to my next month statement. Then they charged me a $2 interest charge on the unpaid monthly charge. That's not included on my written statement either. I have interested free until 2026. 😏😤😠🤨
