I am a 77 year old man who was sleeping on a 15 year old mattress and experiencing poor quality of sleep. I reviewed mattresses from most all quality company’s on-line but was still not at a position to choose any. I contacted Ashley with all my concerns and was invited to come in to actually lay on the many mattresses they had in stock. I arrived at the store and was immediately pleased with its size and appearance. I was met by the assistant manager who took me to the mattress section of the store. She said she wanted to ask me a few questions before we start looking at the different mattresses. She asked me about how I slept (side, back, stomach), if I had issues with painful pressure points and if I had any health issues that sometimes affect my sleep. Obviously she knew what she was talking about. She recommended several mattresses which I tried out and then narrowed them down to two. After trying them again I chose the one I wanted. I bought the mattress and an adjustable base.. It was delivered in about a week, installed and the old mattress removed. It took about a week for me to find the perfect adjustment of the base and now my sleep quality is so much better. I would recommend Ashley to anyone looking for quality service. Thank you Whitney.

“Welcomed” is how I felt when I entered this store. Although my review is a little late ( a few months, lol), it still deserves praise. The store is clean and very well kept. I was greeted Miss Valentina. She definitely deserves her flowers and accolades for her patience and time with me. Her level of customer service is exemplary to say the least. She was personable and disclosed that she was a dog-mom to Rockee (I hope I spelled the name correctly). The vibe of the entire store says “ family” and I definitely plan on coming back to this location when I move to the Opelika and Auburn area. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for friendly service. They are all so sweet. It’s comforting knowing that my Bichon Poodle, Sheila will have a play buddy named Rockee. Order and paid for furniture last year only to find out that my furniture can’t be delivered until almost 4wks out. Sales person was very misleading had I know it took a month to get my furniture I would have took my business and money elsewhere. Highly PISSED right now.

Ended up leaving and ordering from the website, all thr fees were cheaper than what he was claiming they were, I could also use my military discount, which he claimed I couldnt. Ashley's customer phone service is horrible. I called 4 times trying to get someone to look at a price match. On 2 of the 4 calls I made the people said the logged in their system and someone would call me back. 3 days later no call. I called back and informed the customer "service" rep of what occurred. She tells me there were no notes added to the system, so I again provided the price comparison info and was informed a manager from the Opelika Alabama location would call me back. No call was ever received, So, I called back a 4th time with the same outcome. The phone workers have attitude every time I called. The worst customer service experience ive ever had. I'd also say that the store management isn't much better. Horrible experience just trying to purchase some furniture

We were greeted by a friendly and welcoming salesperson, Anthony Staria, at the Ashley Furniture in Opelika, AL. We told him we would likely need his assistance soon but wanted to look around a bit first. He gave us information about the 4th of July promotions and said he would check in with us shortly. I appreciate a salesperson who makes themselves available but also gives shoppers their space. Once we made up our minds, he was ready to help us purchase our new sectional. He showed us the highlights of the sectional we chose, such as durability, ease of cleaning, etc. Anthony sat down with us and went over the different payment/ financing options and also thoroughly explained the protection plan, which we opted for. He quickly got our information entered, our sale completed, and our delivery scheduled. We could not have asked for better customer service and will definitely return here for our future furniture needs.

The building is beautiful. Well kept and clean. We were greeted by Whitney who was fantastic! I didn’t plan on leaving with a couch, just to view one I saw online. After looking at the couch I explained to her my concerns and she was quick to help me find something closer to my aesthetic and worked with our lifestyle. I bought a living room and dining room suite from Ashley recently and had it shipped to my house. I was not made aware at the time of purchase that the dining room suite would arrive as separate items a month apart from one another. I had a table with no chairs for an entire month. The dining room suite was being fulfilled by their online business apparently and the living room suite by the store. When I asked why I wasn’t made aware of this at time of purchase they offered me a $25 gift card and said they didn’t know. 😒 To top it off the bench arrived damaged and the returned process was less than ideal. When I called to address this my credit card had a hold placed on it a second time just to get a bench that wasn’t damaged. The total amount was close to $5,000 and it took a week before the double hold was removed. I won’t be recommending or purchasing from Ashley ever again.

I had to get furniture for my home after a house fire and I was feeling stressed out. I went to Ashley and that’s were I was greeted by Anthony he was very nice and polite and gave me space for me to just look around. He wasn’t pushy at all And he kept checking on me, which made me feel that if I needed something, he was right there. Finally, when I found a few things that I liked, I spoke with him and he was very informative and actually helped me find something that I didn’t even notice in the store which couldn’t have been any better the sectional that he helped me build for my living room I never thought that it was gonna be possible to have something like that in my living room. And then the way he drew it out for me and made me realize about the flow of the living room by positioning things in certain places was incredible. He made me feel very at ease and picking out a mattress was unlike any experience that I’ve had before, but once again, he explained so much to me and he helped me find something that once again was the right Mattress for me, but within my budget. I forever will be grateful for Ashley and the experience they gave me. Thank you Anthony and the whole Ashley team.

My family and I had been discussing getting a new couch for my house for quite a long time and finally decided to go for it recently and I’m so happy I did. Whitney was SUCH a great help in all departments. She was patient and understanding when I told her what I was looking for and gave me a few options she thought would work for me. We settled on one and I got to work designing what pieces I wanted. When we were completely sure on the decision the process of payment and checking out was made super simple and well explained. I was told it could take up to 4 weeks to get my couch and had it in less than 2 weeks! Whitney checked in with me to keep me updated on shipping. I truly am so thankful for all her help in what could’ve been a headache of a job. If I could give her and this location more than 5 stars I would!

My wife and me bought a dining room table and chairs. When they were delivered all the casters were broke. I contacted our sales person and was told a ticket would be put in for repair. I had one email and replied back and never heard back. I have furnished my house through Ashley for the last 10 years. But at this rate I will be looking for a new place. I am paying for furniture that is broke and does not function.

We stopped by the store to just look at some new furniture not knowing exactly what we wanted we were greeted warmly by Whitney and after we told her our thoughts she actually spent 90 minutes with us giving us all of our options she was fantastic knowledgeable courteous and very professional when we finally were ready we thought to make a decision she says be sure number one you are comfortable with the product number two it will fit your needs and number three it will be within your budget her whole attitude was phenomenal as I usually do not write reviews but she definitely deserves to be recognized for her outstanding efforts we are so glad we stopped now we made a great purchase had a great price and are extremely happy thank you very much Whitney and I hope your company appreciates how great you are and maybe they should consider having you be a trainer for all of their stores I would bet sales would go up thank you again

The staff at this store goes above and beyond to get you exactly what you need at a fair price. They let you look at leisure, without constantly following you around. I’ve never felt upselled or pressured about any of my purchases. I tell them what I’m looking for, they offer a few suggestions, and then let me shop in peace. I will absolutely return when it’s time for more furniture.

My wife and I walked in to get a new couch over the Fourth of July weekend. We walked in and was immediately greeted by an exceptional staff, they asked us what we were looking for and happy to help. After forty minutes of looking around we finally found our couch. We got a white glove deliver and a great crew. Couch had a small dirt stain just from transportation, so they are having someone out to professionally clean it, you can barley see the stain but that’s how much they care. Nothing but good things to say about this store.

I had such a great experience with the Opelika store! I have been an Ashley customer since I was married nearly 19 years ago. My whole house is furnished by Ashley. I usually purchase from the Columbus store, but this week, I tried to buy a mattress and bed using a store credit. Because I was using a store credit, the salesman (and after questioning it, she went and got the manager) wanted me to buy a bed for $599 that was $329 on line. If I didn't use my credit, I could have it for $329. They also were forcing me to pay a $100 delivery free, when I live right around the corner from the Distribution center and opted out of the delivery. Knowing this was not right, I contacted the Opelika store for assistance, without ever telling them what just happened at the Columbus Store. I first spoke to Kalyn. She was amazing! She was well spoken, and kind. I also spoke with her Manager about applying my credit to the sale. He was also helpful and said that it was possible, but I would have to wait 2 day for it the credit to be valid. Today, two days later, Chelsie finished the transaction, the manager happily applied my credit and my daughter is excited to have a new bed! They did not change the price when I wanted to use the credit. They did not force a delivery fee. In fact, they offered me free delivery to my door (no set-up). I will continue to use this Opelika store for my future needs, even though Columbus is much closer to my home. Thank you Kalyn and Chelsie for all your help!

Whitney was the BEST sales associate! Furniture orders can be a nightmare these days but regardless of the complications, my purchase was always a priority and I received exactly what I ordered with a delivery team that was knowledgeable and competent.

I’m giving 2 stars because we have ordered several times from Ashley and have been very pleased with the furniture and our delivery experience. However, we ordered a bedroom suit in August 2021. It is the end of January and still do not have our bed. We currently have mattresses on the floor since we sold our old furniture. They brought the footboard (which we are having to store in a closet). I understand Covid is cause for so many delays. But at this point, we should get some sort of reimbursement. We have already paid for the furniture and still don’t have it. When we asked about a possible break, we were told that since they are offering multiple deliveries, this is our compensation. Wow, thanks.

I will never purchase another item from Ashley Furniture again. I ordered a bed frame and two nightstands July 9th, 2021. The bed took over a month to deliver and it turns out, my sales person was not competent enough to order the correct rails. So, I revisited the store because this matter could not be sorted over the support line. They reshipped the rails and that took another month. Today, December 19th, I visited the store to finally cancel my order on the two nightstands. At no time were they able to tell me any updates on status or where the nightstands were. The store is inept. They cannot even process a refund in store, it has to go through their terrible customer support. Absolutely awful experience, I would not recommend this store or company to anyone. Do not be fooled, BUY WITH EXTREME CAUTION!

Ashley’s customer service is horrible. I ordered bedroom furniture and CONFIRMED a delivery date for a door step delivery. Door step means you put your own furniture together, which was NO PROBLEM because I chose this. On the delivery date after I moved my old furniture out, I received a delivery date that was 4 days out. So this inconvenienced me with my living arrangements for the next 4 days. Talked to a rep and got no help. All she could do was offer a later date, not even a complimentary full delivery with set up. When\if ordering from Ashley’s don’t move old furniture until they call and say they’re on the way…sucks but the truth or just go buy furniture elsewhere.

This store still never did anything regarding my bed! The furniture isn’t put together well! Purchased this bed & the protection plan from Ashley’s furniture a couple of months ago. She didn't stop there like most other customer service employees would have, she wanted to find out why it hadn't been picked up yet. I wish I could give a zero. On April 22 I received a text saying they could do a partial delivery on my order. The ticket showed they would deliver 4 out of the 5 pieces of my sectional which I was perfectly okay with. I sold my old couch the day before my delivery date so I wouldn’t be crunched for space. I was super excited because I was planning for a large family party on May 1. The next morning, after I sold my old couch, the delivery guys show up and say “ you know we only got one piece right?” Unmmmm, NO. So long story short, here I am about 7 weeks later with only ONE section out of FIVE of my pieces. Still don’t have a delivery date. I hate this place and if I hadn’t already waited so long, I’d just cancel my order all together.

Went in to see about getting a new couch. Gavin helped us from the get go. I ended up being able to get a new dining room table, with a bunch of storage, and with the chairs. And a love seat and sofa set. He got us the best price he could and I was very happy with what we ordered. Now to wait for delivery.

Update- It has been 5 months. Still have not received but one piece of furniture and had to wait 4 months for it.. No idea when the other will be delivered. Ordered and paid in full for new living room furniture over 17 weeks ago. They still have no idea when it will come in. Not even an estimate. They should not be taking money from people and then saying, well you know, covid.... Covid has been around since March. We expected 2 or 3 weeks. But this is beyond ridiculous. We have basically given Ashley furniture a $2600 interest free loan. I assume that eventually they will admit that the furniture is not ever going to be made and give us our money back.

The furniture is rather pricey and all of it looks the same I was looking for something a little more unique

There were many options to choose from and Whitney helped make the selection process easier. A portion of the furniture was delivered last week and so far so good. We got our daughter a daybed about 7 years ago and she has moved it all around her room several times and it has held up perfectly. Just had delivered my son's storage bed and he loves it.

If I could give a zero, I would. When we bought our furniture, they told us it would be delivered in 3 weeks.. 11 weeks later we finally get a message that it will be delivered between 1:30 -4:30. At 8am we get a call that it’s actually going to be delivered at 10am. Some people just can’t leave work at any given time. When it does finally arrive, it has scratches all over it and is dented and the delivery men tell us that it’s the floor model.. we paid full price and waited three months, for them to bring a FLOOR model.

My husband and I purchased a three-piece faux leather sectional in March of 2019. By June of 2020, the fabric had torn, ripped, shredded, disintegrated, etc. in several spots. Alas, we thought our purchase of the protection plan (from a separate company, but in conjunction with Ashley) would save us. We had been told it would cover "anything" that happened to the sectional. But wait. When we submitted a claim, we were told it wasn't covered by the protection plan. I went to the store (receipt in hand, and pics on my phone) to ask about it. I was told (by THE SAME PERSON who sold it to us) that the protection plan would only cover "accidental" damage. That was NOT how it was presented to us (again, it was the same guy). I showed the pictures of the various spots that were damaged and the comment was: "Well, it is the faux leather material." No apology for a sectional that would be toddler age if it was alive, looking like we somehow took an electric hedge trimmer to it. No attempt to stand behind the "quality" of their products. More of a "You should have known." Mind you, we are a family of six. But, my youngest is 12. And we don't have pets. There are no 100 pound dogs dive bombing the couch. There is not a cat sharpening their claws on it. We don't sit down with open Swiss Army knives in our pockets. But somehow we have a sectional that looks like Edward Scissorhands came over. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. They cared not a bit that I'm apologizing to guests for our couch looking like it's ten years old, not one. I will never set foot in an Ashley Furniture again. I wouldn't buy a lamp from them.

I ordered a sectional back in August. Because of COVID, I expected shipping to be delayed. While waiting for my couch to ship, I found a different one that was less expensive that would arrive much sooner. I tried to cancel my Ashley order starting in September and just now got it cancelled today (10/26). The purchasing experience was great, and I know they have wonderful pieces. However the experience of trying to cancel an order was awful and made me very weary of buying from them in the future.

They were supposed to deliver the bed and mattress at the same time and set it up... they came today with only the mattress and said the rest won’t be in till a week later.. so I guess we will just lay on the floor for a week!!

Terrible Service! - Shop Somewhere else. On July 16th, we placed an order for a sectional and a desk and we were told it would be delivered to us AT THE LATEST on August 28th. (Still a long time) Three days before that date, we got a text message saying they could not deliver anything until SEPTEMBER 19TH with no explanation why. That week rolls around and we get another text saying they can only deliver 2/3rds of the sectional and not the desk. Since we had no idea when we'd actually get any furniture we had them deliver 67% of the sectional. The next week, we get another text saying the rest of our order is in and they would deliver it that Friday and we would receive a call the day before to schedule a delivery window. Friday comes and goes and no call was received nor any furniture delivered. Got in touch with the store and they said the text message was an ACCIDENT and they weren't sure why we were contacted because they still had nothing else in. They said they'd let me know when they had another estimated delivery date. Well it is now nearly October and we still have not received our order in full and have not even a clue of what day it will be. We have been waiting on this order for THREE MONTHS. Ashley Furniture has NOT offered a single discount or refund, only a free cleaning fee. What a joke! I know we are in a pandemic, but this is sorry customer service even considering that.

I ordered a bench two days after Thanksgiving and I still haven’t received it. I was told at the store that it should arrive within two to two and half WEEKS. This is the longest two weeks. Ashley delivery service really sucks!!

I’ve had the worst experience with this store. First, my bedroom suite was supposed to be here on August 20th then the date got pushed back to the 30th, then to September 3rd, and then September 17th. When the stuff arrived today, the dresser was cracked and I was told that I needed slats for my bed when in reality I needed a box spring. I’m beyond frustrated at this point. I will be so happy when this is over with.

Ordered a tv stand and sectional with ottoman roughly a week apart in the beginning of July, paid in full at the store for them. Originally supposed to be delivered on 7/20th, has now had 4 push backs on delivery to be at least a two month delay. I understand that there are delays to be expected due to Covid-19 but I feel like I handed them around $2,300 to receive phone calls and texts from people who can’t give me proper answers and don’t care about their customers.

The young gentleman that greeted us at the door was not friendly or very helpful. I don't like Ashley policy if you don't like something you buy from them you don't get a refund!! I won't ship at Ashley Furniture Store!

My husband and I just moved to Auburn from South Florida and were in need of furniture. I’ve never had better customer service then until our visit to Ashley. I was blown away from the first time we walked in til delivery. We did have a few minor issues with the furniture that was delivered, but when I went back this month to explain my issue, it was amazing how smooth & easy they handled it. I have to give a huge compliment to Kenyetta Parker at the front desk. She was so professional, kind and just a pleasure to talk to. She made me feel like I was important and she really cared to make me happy with our experience and purchase. Our original sales person was not working and Christie Labarre took care of us just like we were her client. Just the whole experience was great. I’ve seen negative reviews on here but when you have an experience like I did you have to say something. I will be back to Ashley because of how we were treated.

Please, if you value your money, go somewhere else. The only reason why this furniture store has good ratings in this town it’s because is the only one around. We purchase a motorized sectional 3 months ago. One piece of the sectional came broken. It was a recliner chair that was leaning completely to the right side, so much that when you sit down your body would slide completely to the right. You couldn’t seat right in the middle. We of course didn’t accept it and ask for a replacement. Before they took it, the installer tried to convince me that it wasn’t the chair but my floor that was uneven and I need it to keep it. I made them take it back. They came back about 3 weeks later with a new one. They said it takes a long time to receive new pieces from their warehouse. Well, that new one was incomplete. They took it back again. The next time they call very promptly (in about a day or two) and came back with another chair. I couldn’t understand how was this possible since the second one took so long but ok. I couldn’t believe my eyes, that third recliner chair was leaning again and it looks exactly like the one we rejected. At this point, I was so angry and frustrated. This people is expecting for us to accept a defective chair but pay them full price. At this point. I’m letting my husband handle the situation is being 3 months. But I just want to let you all know beware.. next time I rather pay a little more at a place where I’ll be sure to expect quality.

Ordered a bed on December 21st and due to holiday was told it would be January 2nd before it was delivered. That's fine. Well it came today and guess what, it's the wrong color. Our mattresses are supposed to be delivered from sleep number on the 7th so now they will have to set them up on the wrong bed, which we were given as a "loaner." I will be back to review if the situation is rectified.

Bought a bedroom suite for my Anniversary. Was purchased October 17, was supposed to be delivered on the 25. Setup everything but bed . Said they ordered queen instead of king head board. Was told that they would be back on the 26 with head board and assemble bed. Called at 5pm to say truck broke down. Now being told that there's a back order for that bed. Now scheduled delivery on November 12 Wonder what excuse they will give now. Anyway been 3 weeks if they deliver when they say this time it'll be almost a month. Still haven't slept in my new bed and a payment is due in 10 days.

My entire experience here was great. I went into the store with little idea of what I wanted and the salespeople were very helpful in helping me choose out items that I liked, I ended up purchasing a dining room table and a living room set (coffee table and end tables) to go with my already existing couches. Very high quality furniture and they were very quick to get it shipped and set up. I noticed some damage to the coffee table after a couple of days so I contacted their customer service and they were quick to get a technician out to fix it. Great option if you’re looking for high quality and service.

Highly recommend! The furniture quality is great and customer service is phenomenal. The guys who brought & assembled the furniture did a great job, too. They assembled the pieces in a timely manner but didn't rush it. They were also careful not to damage the furniture, which we really appreciated.

Bought a table on 01/26/19. They told me it would be in March 5th. I got it today. They never updated me on anything. Also, I had to find the piece online then get it ordered. The first salesman I talked to blew me off and didn’t care about his job. I felt like I was in MCDS. The woman I ordered from was outstanding. The overall experience was horrible. Will not be back I will buy from a local store.

My cousin recently purchased some furniture items at the Opelika, AL, "Tiger Town" Ashley Home Store including a piece of wall art. He took possession of the furniture but asked if I would pick up the wall art since it was to be a surprise for his wife. My cousin called John Davis at the store and told him that I would be by on Saturday, 8-21-21, to pick it up. Mr. Davis told my cousin that the wall art was "packaged up" and would be waiting for me. When I got to the store I asked for John Davis and was told he was busy. It took a few minutes for store employees to locate the item. When they presented it to me it was not "packaged up" in no way, shape, or form. I asked them to wrap it up in some way so I could safely transport it but was told they had no way to do that. What?! So here you've got a large furniture store that has no way of wrapping up a 24" x 36" piece of wall art? At that time I again asked to speak with John Davis and was again told he was busy. I took the un-wrapped item and left the store not a happy camper. The Ashley Home Store employees at this location apparently don't know what customer satisfaction means. And if they do, they certainly don't practice it!!!

I have never been treated more shabbily in my entire life! I was standing next to the salesman, about to ask a question, when a tall, leggy, long haired blonde walks in the door, and he gets up from where he's seated, ignores me standing there right beside him. I had been walking around the store trying out rocker recliners. When she walks in the door, he blows me off and goes to help her instead. I have bought a recliner from them, but it won't stay in the reclining position unless you apply continuous force. I wanted to ask about that and about the matching sofa,which I want, but won't be buying from Ashley now!!

Excellent service each visit, even though we weren't ready to purchase most times. We were never rushed, or pressured to make a sale. The only reason I didn't give a "5" was because for both purchases, my items took about a month to arrive.

Our experience at Ashley Furniture was great from start to finish. Our salesperson Vicki was wonderful, she took time and didn't make us feel like she had other things to do that were more important, she keep us informed of any changes to our delivery schedule and went above and beyond trying to find a chair for us that was discontinued. The delivery scheduling department definitely keeps you informed with emails, text and phone calls. The delivery guys were awesome and friendly, you can tell they take pride in what they do and take the time to get it perfect for you.

Spent over 30 minutes in the store and no one helped us. Walked by numerous sales people playing on their cell phones. We even helped another couple measure some furniture because I had a measuring tape in my hand. When we finally walked out, I commented to my wife that we'll spend our 5k somewhere else and only then did someone try to get our attention. We kept walking.

Nothing but bad!!! We purchased our couch on Black Friday. Walt was our sales guy and was very helpful and nice throughout it all but everyone else at ashleys was very rude and no help what so ever. We set up delivery for Jan 2nd, they called my boyfriend the night before to let him know the chaise to our sectional wouldn't be delivered with the rest of the couch the next day. We were okay with that until I called and asked to get a delivery date a few days later and they told me it had already been delivered, witch it hadn't been! And I told them that it had not, witch they then accused me of lying and become extremely rude with me, told me they would see if there warehouse had any record of it and give me a call right back... FOUR days later I get a call back saying it would be delivered on Jan 16th. My boyfriend then called to give them a different address to deliver it to (only about 1/2 a mile from the place they had delivered the other part of couch) they told us if we changed the address then we would have to wait till the 28th, we said okay, well then we got a call a day or two later and was told it would be delivered on the 16th between 3-6pm. So we set up for my nana to be at the house because both me and boyfriend are at work all day, well when 5:30 rolled around and she still hadn't seen them and we hadn't heard anything at all, we called them to ask when they'd be there & they put my boyfriend on hold for around 15 minutes then told them they'd give him a call back because they didn't know if our chaise was even on the truck, so now 6 rolls around we get a call back and they inform us that it's not on the truck and they were very rude about it to. So after all that we are not pleased with them at all!! We love the couch and again Walt was very helpful and nice through all of it but other than him everyone we talked to was rude and no help!!!!

I hadn't made a major furniture purchase in a while but the help I received at this Ashley Store was GREAT. I entered the store and was greeted very professionally by Ariana Arnold. I told her I just wanted to look around and that is just what I was allowed to do. No one stayed on my heels and she had stated to me that if I need help just to let her know. After looking around and finding what I wanted she helped me and was a delight to work with. She explained everything to me and THANKED me for my purchase. She is a great asset to that store. Also when my furniture was delivered those guys were very professional and very careful with the pieces that I had purchased. They also were very good at informing me about the warranty and also thanked me for my purchase.

We went in looking for a couch and a loveseat but when I tell you we had the best experience. What I love about Mrs. Vickie, she wasn't pushy. She just let us talked and she answered all of our questions and concerns. We had told Mrs. Vickie that we were going to come back and placed the order at a later day and she totally understood. Once we return back to the store (a few days later) Mrs. Vickie was not there but when I tell you that once Mrs. Vickie was contacted she immediately came in and placed in our order. Here I am a single man out looking for new furniture you get the picture all ready! lol lol My first thought was go to a plac e where I can get great quality furniture at a great price, one shot, one kill! Well after entering the door my sales person was a young woman named "JASMINE" wow she was over the top helping me with my measurements, helping me chose what was best for me. She was very knowledgeable about all the furniture in the store, pricing, financing she was on point for delivery dates and time. Vicki is the bomb! She listened to our needs, our wants, and found the perfect new 3 piece living room set for us. THEN she helped guide us to just the right financing option, AND got it delivered to us FAST !! The new furniture was just right and just in time for a large family gathering, and we don't have to worry about the "what ifs" with kids, pets, and life with the awesome service and repair warranty. So now, it's time for a nap...

We recently moved back to the area,and needed a new sofa. Vickie was excellent very helpful. Our beautiful sofa arrived and it is just wonderful! The delivery guys were so very nice i was the first stop and it was a little before 8 am. They were very quiet due to the rest of my family still being asleep. She called a few days later to make sure I got my sofa and was please with everything. I would go see Vickie, she will help you with all of your furniture needs.

Vickie was GREAT. Not pushy, helped me pick out everything to furnish a condo. She even recognized I liked some pillows but didn't want to spend so much money on them, as luck had it they went on sale right after I was in, so she alerted me and I was able to get five at the price of one. I have already reccomended her to multiple people for furnishing their places, but will continue to as well.
