We went to multiple furniture stores and struggled to find anything we liked or that seemed sturdy or durable. We made it to Ashley in Prattville and they had so many options! Purchased furniture online, as well as a protection plan on 8/3/23. Started noticing issues with one of the pieces around 7/12/24 and filed a claim on 7/29/24 with reguard protection plans. No response for 2 weeks until I decided to call back. Was then told it was a manufacturers defect and they referred me to Ashley Furniture. Ashley Furniture now says I am out of manufacturers warranty. Don't waste your money on either.
I had purchased an Ashley couch from a different retailer a couple of years ago. The fabric started pilling then fraying until there was a hole in one of the cushions and the other was also in rough shape. We had a warranty but they considered it cosmetic and wouldn't replace the cushion casing. After going back and forth, the warranty company canceled our warranty and sent a refund. But I still had a hole in my cushion. The sales people on the floor and front desk helped me find the model number and directed me to the wizard in the warehouse (Michael). He was able to get replacements ordered and mailed to my house in less than a week. I didn't buy the couch from this store, but their willingness to help me out has gained them a new customer going forward. --- Update: Bought a couch, love, and chaise within an hour. Lynn, our sales person, was so helpful. Marty helped ensure we got the best price. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have bought furniture from Ashley for several years now and have not had any issues. I went in the other day to find a chair to match one I had bought previously and my sales person was very friendly and informative. Store is clean and bathrooms are clean as well. It also smell nice every time I walk in there. I don't know what kind of air freshener they're using but that stuff is the bomb dot com. No one could tell me where it came from which is my only complaint. What kind of magic air sauce are you using in there? Reveal your secrets to me.

What we loved about Ashley… Amanda, she was amazing and really connected with our needs since we weren’t decided on what we needed…. Then the follow up customer service by Amanda and team to order and layout delivery options and timeline … they are also coordinating delivery to coincide with the installation of new flooring. We are so excited and will be posting again upon receipt!!
I must say I vowed to never go back to Ashley's Furniture to shop again(I cut my card up). But I was gifted a new adjustable bed and all I needed was a frame. I hesitated for days but the one I wanted was in this store only. I knew I wasn't going back to the blvd at all, So I called Prattville I spoke with Mo not knowing he was the owner about my concerns of shopping there thinking he was a reg sales man. When I walked in the door I was greeted quickly I spoke with Mr. Greg when I say he went over and beyond for me in that store he really did. Lets not forget Ms. Alberta she was definitely the mother of the store. I was made to feel so comfortable with them Mo stayed there until my transaction was completed. O ya the bed I went for I ended up getting one just as good for a great price. So If your looking for something nice to go in your home visit Prattville Ashley they are the best. Thank you Mo, Greg and Alberta keep doing what you are doing it definitely has a family vibe in there. Well this was short lived. When I say after I went in and paid my money things went to he@@. my bed came with missing parts, was lied to by every person in the store about what happen, was given a part that was broken until the part I needed was sent to me. Was not compensated in any kind of way. When I say I cut that card up and will never use it again I mean just that. 0/0 I do not recommend.

I was in a bind and needed to pick up some furniture for my daughter’s birthday sleepover. I only had a small window of time to get the merchandise. It was close to the pick up closing time and I did not have enough room to get all of the items we purchased. My first time in the store in years. Mostly everyone seemed to be genuinely helpful, especially Lydia and Tina, and with the exception of the young manager on duty, whom, in my opinion has no business sense, my experience was pleasant. I went in to purchase, and additionally, I found an item in the clearance section that was nice, that I would have had to spend additional money to get it back to looking presentable, and the item was not even in their inventory!! I was willing to pay fair price for it, but the price he quoted me was absolutely ridiculous!! I've been in his position before and there's no way I could justify his actions! I'm just hoping that his behavior is not the norm at this business. Other than that WTH moment, I thought my other encounters with staff members were informative, friendly, and helpful!!

2 stars for the original sales associate who attempted to help, but everyone else has been rude or not willing to help fix our issue. It shouldn’t take 5 days to return my call about furniture I haven’t received. I have been less than thrilled to work with Ashley’s and once this matter is settled I won’t be purchasing from them again.
Very pricey but great products
I went in to Ashley furniture on May 19th and purchase a living room suite, bedroom suite , and dinette set . I made a cash purchase a few hundreds shy of being a 8,000 purchase. Well 2 delivery guys brought my furniture approximately 3 weeks later. While bringing the loveseat in they bumped my wall. Mind you this is a newly built home. I went into Ashleys as soon as I closed on May May19th. Well, after we got the livingroom set in place. We noticed that the couch was not right. Called the store express our concern. They send an warehouse associate out on June24th. I express, he called his manager via phone. I showed him where my wall was scratched up from when it was delivered. He took a picture with his ipad. He stated he would get back with us to set up a date to pick the defected loveseat. I requested he come after July 4th. Okay myself and my husband made numerous of calls as to when the loveseat would be picked up. You would think we were calling the wrong store. Because there was notation of any of this. We would leave vm on the warehouse vm. No return call. Finally, the last week of July the loveseat was picked up. In between them picking the item up I called and called to get an update. No one knew what I was talking about or they said we will get somebody to call you. Will let it be known I never received the call. So Sept. 8th, I called and asked for a manager and corporate number. Now at this point everything started to make sense they remembered all about this order and was going to call me just this week, the same week I called.. interesting. Well needless to say they had my couch the next day on Saturday before 12. Now, I asked the gentlemen to take a picture of the wall. The manager over the warehouse called me back in reference and he stated O wasnt aware of the "little scratch" on the wall. I came unglued how dare you down play the negligence of your deliverers. When I corrected him as to "the little scratch". He tried to explain that he didn't mean it like that. But, I made it known I don't care if it was little or big. I didn't do it and I brought it to their attention. If my house going to be torn up. Let it be by us. Then he stated they never had any drivers of another race besides african american or white. I knew that was a lie cause this time a latino and white guy brought my furniture this time. I will not buy anything else from Ashley. This was my first and last time buying anything from here

We ordered online and the extra couple weeks to get the exact color we wanted was worth the wait! But hands down our two delivery guys were awesome! They smiled the entire time, friendly and professional! They had our order inside and put together in about 15 minutes!
We had the most amazing time with Sebastián! Even though we couldn't purchase instore he sat with us for over an hour helping us purchase an item online. What an awesome sales rep!

I purchased a couch set that didn’t fit in my room the guys who delivered it messed up my walls. I got in touch with the guy in the warehouse he got me someone to fix the walls and I was very pleased with the final outcome thanks Christian for everything!!!!
One star is generous. I spent over four thousand dollars over two weeks at this store. I paid up front, no revolving credit, no monthly payments. They got their money and I'm getting a runaround.As part of the Master Bedroom set, I received one of the nightstands that had a faulty drawer. I went to the store and asked for a replacement. What I received was a conversation that involved a manager explaining to me that they don't replace pieces of furniture, they repair them. Because "They are the factory".And yet at this factory, a piece of furniture got out of their door with a crap drawer that sticks. So, the resolution is that they ordered parts and sent them to me at home. I left the box unopened and waiting for their repair guy to arrive. Well, he arrived this morning, opened the box only to discover that Ashley sent us a dresser drawer, not a night stand drawer.So as I type, I have a repair guy in my house trying to screw in replacement drawer sliders that came with the wrong part (dresser drawer as opposed to a nightstand).Now we're waiting again for parts to arrive so that he can come here again, waste my time and his to wrench on a piece of furniture that is no longer brand new. It's been manhandled.This company is garbage. I'll never go back again.

Bought furniture and a Lamp. Spent $3,700. Lamp never came after dozens of calls to store over a month. They refused to give me lamp in the store. When Lamp arrived to store, they were rude and disrespectful and made me drive to back of building to pick it up. Never shop there again.

Awful awful awful… I paid $2k for my kitchen table set. It was not delivered as promised. When it was delivered it was damaged, they sent me a replacement and it was damaged worse than the first. They have refused to give me upper management contact info or give me a refund and just come get their stuff. I am going to the BBB and will pursue small claims. I am furious!! Wish I could give no stars!!

If I could give no stars I would. With our most recent order, they delayed the whole delivery due to one end table not received yet (we were waiting on couches and a whole bedroom set), do not answer their phones, provide no updates, and now with our sofa broken they not only didn’t answer or respond—when we finally got someone to come out they ordered the wrong parts! Now we’re in a waiting game again. Believe me I’m fighting to get something back for all their incompetence and will never buy from Ashley’s again. And don’t give me short staffed. Anytime I’ve gone in there, there have been no customers but all employees sitting on their phones or making personal calls on the company phones. Maybe that’s why they do t answer. And good luck their customer service email doesn’t work either.

I have NOT received my King size headboard footboard with rails that I purchased on 04/08/2022 from Ashley Furniture Home Store in Prattville AL. I paid in full for the bed. Was given a tentative delivery date of 05/21/22. Was not delivered. Then was told I would have the bed by August. I still have not received the bed. I attempted to file a report with BBB but keeps sending me back to first page and making me retype info. 08/20/22 Update: I have still not received the bed. I have spoken to the store. They told me that the headboard and rails are in, just waiting on the footboard. 09/08/22 Update: Shout-out to Ashley Furniture! My bed is scheduled for delivery! I will update after delivery as to how it is. I will give a honest review. It has been a long wait but I will forgive that. It is here so on to if it is worth the wait. I believe it will be.

Big chain stores do not care about customers. Bait and switch. Came in to pay cash for a new sofa. Employee said they had it in different colors in the back as well. So we waited........anddddd waited. Finally she returned to say "Oh sorry we don't have any couches in the back of this kind and we do not sell floor models" also it was going to be a week minimum before it could be delivered. But wait! They had more expensive ones in stock to buy! But....still no delivery. Don't waste your time. Go to Spiller furniture. Best experience we have ever had. Wound up buying a couch and a new mattress and it was delivered the next morning.
Loved the service and staff
We are extremely disappointed with our purchase from the Eastern Blvd location in Montgomery, Al. After waiting 2 and half months we received a partial order. Still waiting on some items. What’s most disappointing is we purchased an expensive mattress and it feels like we are falling through it when we laid on it. We are not big people, in fact we are relatively thin. When my husband called the store to address the issue they told him they would send someone out to see if the mattress has a defect. We want a mattress that we aren’t falling through. When my husband tried following up, the manager Aaron Shaffer was avoiding the calls. We’ve only had the furniture 24 hours and still can’t sleep on it because the mattress is trash. I strongly recommend purchasing from another store because the service we are getting is not worth the hassle.

However, I was shopping for end tables, and after searching several other businesses, I decided to go into Ashley Furniture. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a very nice professional young man named Greg. He asked what we were looking for and proceeded to tell us about the sale they had going on. He told us to look around and if we had any questions just to let him know. While we were looking around, another man named Marty walked by and asked if we had any questions. I did but told him we had already talked to Greg when we came in. He said he was the store manager, and it was fine that Greg would get credit if there was a sale made. After talking to both men and looking around, I found what I wanted. These men were amazing. If not for their kindness and professionalism, I never would have bought anything from there. They made all the difference. Their ability to turn a dissatisfied customer into a satisfied customer was awesome. Thank you to Greg and Marty for helping me find what I was looking for.
Upon arrival we noticed a young couple loading a loveseat into the back of their Tacoma & asked if they purchased it off the floor & the wife responded, “yes because it had a few damaged areas on the back & they didn’t want to wait TWENTY WEEKS for delivery” so the manager allowed them to purchase it directly from the floor. We found a small pub top table that had 3 or 4 nicks that could likely be filled in with a furniture marker, but for what we were looking for, it would be perfect. A sales lady we spoke with said since it has damages that the manager would likely let us purchase it from the floor since he had just done the same for the couple that left prior to us. Totally different story when we asked said “manager”. He said he would only order the table for us and we’d have to wait but then offered to UP SALE us into a bigger & more expensive table that could be purchased off the floor. While I may continue to do business with Ashley, the Prattville store has forever lost business & I will discourage any and all from ever doing business with that shady store!!!
I have been a loyal Customer to the Prattville store for many years and have never had a major issue until today. Came in to the store to purchase an item and found they had the item on the floor with several dings and scratches. I offered to buy the floor model and was told by a sales employee that could potentially be an option since it was damaged. Upon speaking to Johnny the manager I was informed that I would not be allowed to purchase the item from the floor since that was against the policy and he would have to order it but he had a larger version in stock today for purchase. I brought to his attention I was pulling in the parking lot he had opted to sell another customer a large blue chair off the floor because it also had damages, yet mere moments later it was against company policy? It seems to me this store uses its discretion on who is allowed to purchase from them and who is not. I left my information for the owners to contact me regarding the stores policy and to determine who qualifies to purchase items from the floor and who doesn’t. Will update my review upon a return call from the owners.
Store managers do not tell the true on what's in stock and delivery. Told me item was in stock at location. After I paid founded out it was not. Told me they would deliver item to my house next morning, they did not. Store Manager would not return my phone call about item, had to drive down to store 3 hours later after not hearing back. Store manager would not give back refund, said I would have to go through processing and then a check would be send to me. Be cautious buying from the Prattville location
Just had an amazing experience at Ashley’s Furniture. Sandy was extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond for us to get what we wanted. Loved the fact that she gave us space to shop and then was there when we needed her! Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for new furniture!!

This is what my couch looked like after only 6 months. Ashley Furniture repaired, then 6months later it was in the same condition, again Ashley repaired it, but guess what, here we are with the same scenario. Only now it’s out of Ashley’s warranty so they tell me call GBS to utilize the extended warranty. However, the extended warranty does not cover these issues. GBS states this is a man defect. This was expensive furniture, & we are average size people, this should not have happened once, much less three times. My suggestion, read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company. They sell poor quality furniture, and do not stand behind their products.
I purchased a bedroom set on 7.12.2021, and as of 10.28.21, I haven't received my items. Also a scheduled delivery date is set for 10.31.21, and no one has informed me if it will be delivered on that date. I tried to call customer service, but no one seems to know anything, in fact, I was told to call the distribution center to find out about my delivery. I could be wrong, but I thought I did my order from Ashley Furniture, so why do I have to call about my order through someone else...... My experience has been AWFUL!!!!! After or if I ever receive my purchase this bedroom set and mattress I will NEVER order from them. I'm going to make sure everyone I know never orders from them and the advertisement are a joke!!!! Update: As of 11.23.21- I have received a bed and a mirror with no dresser to go with it, and as of today received an email that delivery will be 1.22.2022!!!! That's over 6 months from the time I ordered. What kinda of company is this, a CROOKED ONE!!!!
Ordered a living room set and dining room table on 5/9/2021. It's 10/25/2021 and I can't even get an update on when I'll receive love seat. Received love seat on 11/2/2021, just waiting on server now.
On June 30, 2021, I walked into the Ashley Homestore in Prattville Alabama and paid cash for a sofa and loveseat. It clearly states on my sales reciept that the ETA on my order is between 10 and 16 weeks. The allotted time has passed and I have yet to hear from the people at this store about when I would recieve my order. I have tried making contact with the manager many times by phone, leaving messages for a call back, to no avail. This is just poor customer service. I seriously would like to be informed by this establishment as to when I would recieve my order, if this isn't at all likely in the very near future then I need to be refunded without any further hassles. Hopefully I don't have to go to the Consumer Protection Agency or seek legal counsel for assistance in resolving this issue.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My daughter and her fiancé had bedroom furniture ordered in March with a May/June delivery date. They still do not have their bed!! They will be coming home from their honeymoon to a mattress on the floor. That just isn't right!!! I refuse to accept covid as an excuse after 6 plus months of waiting. And they have to call to get updates on their furniture that has already been paid for. I guess customer service goes out the door once they get your money. Go somewhere else if you want or need furniture!!! Wish I could give zero stars.

In fact, when my layaway item did not arrive when I expected, your manager, Johnny, gave me free delivery of my last item, q white chair.

I purchased furniture December 21, 2020 paid in full. I was promised a delivery date of February 19. On February 19. I am a traveler so I caught a flight from California so I could be there for the delivery. I lost 3 days work to be home. I called the store to check on delivery time and was put on hold numerous times only to be told the furniture did not come in. I was promised several new delivery dates all lies. In this process I was put on hold and hung up on. Lied to about the manager being in the store. I have finally talked to the manager and still no furniture. I asked for a refund he said he has to check with the district manager to see if I am eligible for a refund. I was told that it will take at least 3 weeks for me to get a refund. I am very dissatisfied with their services. I just want my money back and it seems like they can’t refund me. I have contacted an attorney. I will never ever step foot in another Ashley store. Ashley furniture had left a very bad taste in my mouth. They are very unprofessional.

Absolutely worst place I have ever bought furniture from! I bought back in february and was promised my furniture by the first week of april. I am still trying to receive my furniture now and I have also been asking for a refund. They keep pushing my delivery date back but at this point all I want is a refund. They act like people just have thousands of dollars to throw away!
I am not one to usually leave negative reviews but I would rather save someone from the experience that I have had. We spent several thousand on a recliner 5 years ago and purchased their store warranty. We have had multiple issues with this couch but conveniently enough, none of it qualified for a warranty claim, so we were given a store credit of the $599 that we spent on the unused warranty. In February of this year I ordered a desk and printer stand with the warranty credit. The printer stand came in quick but appeared as if it was supposed to be for another client. It had been sitting in the warehouse completely assembled and wrapped in plastic wrap for apparently a while because when I unwrapped it when we got home (2hrs away), it was coated in dirt and dust, had nicks in the finish, and the screws holding the drawer straight were completely stripped. We live two hours away, so taking it back for an exchange wasn’t worth it. We are still currently waiting for the desk to come in. The arrival date has changed 4 times so far and management cannot give me a guarantee that the new date will be accurate.

The "new owner" attempts to make the customer seem as though they are less than adequate. After numerous attempts to receive a refund for "canceled " and "no longer available furniture " we have attempted to contact anyone with any intelligence concerning the matter of OUR REFUND! EVERY single person from sales to ",Nick, or whatever his insignificant name is, supposedly the general manager. Haha! We received nothing but LIES! IT SEEMS AS THOUGH "ASHLEY IN PRATTVILLE " LOVES LAWSUITS! Oh, and they somehow continue to remove ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

The Prattville Ashley Homestore was awesome for us. After I ordered a recliner months in advance from another store, it was not going to be delivered due to a warehouse fire. With less than 2 weeks until my due date, I called the Prattville Ashley store and had the pleasure of speaking with Greg! He took down the names of the chairs I liked and called me back to tell me what they had in stock! Purchasing was so easy and he made the process stress free for this 38 week pregnant and hormonal Mama! 🤣 I will be forever grateful and definitely be back for future purchases!

I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with this store 😡 I’ve been waiting since September for my bedroom furniture and every time it’s supposed to be delivered it’s always something different. They delivered the mirror for my dresser back in November and today I received a call stating that the bed rails are not in 🤬. I asked for all my money back and of course they’re saying I can only get a store credit which is Bull. At this point I rather sleep on the floor since that’s basically what I’ve been doing since September oh and that’s not the half of it but I’ll save that for a later day 🤬
This is the second set of furniture I have bought from this store the first chairs where cheaper but one lasted only 6 months before having to be repaired so we went and bought new again from here this time spending $2000.00 electric dual loveseat motor on one side broke called told parts would be here 7 to 10 business days never showed called customer service in Mexico was told parts never ordered nrverbuy anything from this store again ndver
Leonard was so helpful. We ordered a leather sectional, bed, and mattress. Leonard was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and helped us choose the right one for us. Although we were told that it may be 14 weeks or longer, we are hoping it comes sooner.
Very great experience. I purchased our master bedroom suite two years ago and still love it. Today my husband and I purchased our new living room furniture. We fell in love with the sectional to say the least. The customer service was amazing , just sucks that our couch won’t be complete until May due to Covid.

I went in to buy a new bed and mattress - there were more employees than customers in the store so I thought I would get help right away- we sat for 15-30 mins and told by a sales person he would be right with me. Kept waiting and waiting and when he started to help others that came in after us and I went to another salesperson not helping anyone they said sorry for your wait and walked away. Worst customer service ever- bought furniture from them before and was happy - I will never go back after being treated so badly- tried to call and address this with manager but they would never come to the phone. I could understand if you were busy but like I said I counted more employees than customers in the store. Even if you must buy from Ashley - go to Montgomery
I came in very quickly before they closed looking for a mattress. They were speedy to deliver excellent customer service and I left with the mattress I was looking for with 5 minutes to spare. I believe a man named Doug or Dave helped me and I'm very happy with the service I received today.
I wish that I would have read more reviews before I purchased from here. I ordered a living room and dining room set for the first weekend in November. I was adamant about them delivering everything together. They tried on several occasions to just deliver pieces. Finally, they called me to schedule a delivery date the following day (their schedule, not mine). They gave me a three-hour block, the time came and went, and I heard nothing from Ashley's. Finally, I called, and they told me it would take 24-48 hours to get a response. They took my information for a manager to call and speak with me later. This is the level of service you should expect. You pay a hefty price for the Ashley name, and the service does not match the price.

My daughter and I went in to buy furniture for our new home, we were snubbed when we walked in. We walked around a good 15 minutes and every employee looked at us and ignored us. We finally flaged one down and he proceeded to tell us everything was out of stock and in mid conversation he asked another customer if she had a question and left us standing there.

After finding the desk I wanted online we went into the store hoping to purchase in store. They price matched and were extremely helpful! Overall 10 out of 10 for this store experience.
I saw my "dream" bedroom suite at this location about a great ago, but did not purchase it at that time. Yesterday, a year later, I went back to this location. Although the bedroom suite was no longer on display, Greg Mitchell, Sales Professional, was able to find it on their website and I was able to finally purchase my "dream" bedroom suite!! The Prattville AL location always treats me well. The management and sales associates are always very polite and knowledgeable. The only reason I cannot give a five star review is because of issues I am having with the corporate office in trying to get some warranty work completed. I do not hesitate referring them for your furniture and bedding needs. My wife and I have furnished our entire house in the past two years exclusively with furniture and bedding from Ashley HomeStore in Prattville, Alabama.

I’ve been looking for the perfect living room set and once the pieces arrived - I apparently didn’t measure correctly, but I am no expert designer nor claim to be. The sales staff were quick to help me get my dilemma fixed, credit my account and even find the perfect mattress for my son in addition!

Justin was a great sales rep. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was patient with all of our many questions and us bringing our 4 year old with us. He let us sit in various sitting positions and spots on the furniture and compare if we wanted power or manual recline. I'm excited for my new furniture as I have never had anything new or of such quality. He made such a big decision seamless for us. Although, I'm a bit saddened it may take up to 10-12 weeks for them to be delivered. We have an Ashley mattress (we ordered recently online) so getting the living room set from Ashley was a no brainer as far as quality goes. Definitely would recommend Justin at Prattville, Alabama location.

Ashley’s I’ve always loved bc it’s my favorite name . I didn’t have good experience the second go around . The first visit after they didn’t have what I wanted in ,the salesman was done .... Second time the sales rep was trying to handle too much at one time . I waited an hour while he did my paperwork then tried fitting in another customer while we waited on the credit lady , which when arrived was awesome . Throughout the night he continued to put me on hold while dealing with another customer rather then finishing my sale . Needless to say I was there 2-730 buying a three pieces couch set

Order a couch and loveseat 2 months ago. Delivery has not arrived yet so I made a call and was told the delivery date was pushed to end of the December. I finally went to the store and still no guarantee of furniture arrival date. Do not buy furniture unless you have 3 months or more to wait on your purchase. The customer service at the store was nice, but this business would be a good place to put a furniture store that has furniture to sell. They offer 12 Months financing with 0% interest, but it’s more like 12 Months no furniture with 0% chance of delivery.

My mom and I walked in looking for a dresser. We were greeted by multiple sales reps. They didn’t pressure us, but simply asked us to look around and let them know if we had any questions. When we were ready to purchase, it was effortless and they gave us the best deal possible. We had to ship out of state and when they heard I was in Louisiana, they showed concern for me due to Hurricane Delta. No hassle, just great costumer service. We never felt rushed, but it was a quick process.
Summer was our sales associate and was so kind and helpful! Delivery date is 10-12 weeks, though. Another effect of COVID-19, which is why I’m not downgrading my rating.
My experience was very good. Greg Mitchell was extremely helpful and courteous and provided great customer service. I will absolutely be shopping there again and I will be going straight to Mr. Mitchell for whatever I need. I wish there were more associates like him.

I was greeted warmly upon entering the store and the salesperson I'd been speaking to via the phone was with another customer, but I was asked by several if I needed help even though I told them I was a returning guest of another sales person. They offered their assistance regardless if I needed any. My whole experience was positive and the team worked together in unison to keep me a happy client!

Norm ensured our shopping experience was top-notch. He detailed all the materials and warranties associated to the various furnishings we purchased. He was very thorough in ensuring we took our time selecting a desired product that my family will enjoy in the coming months/years. A delivery/install date was selected to safeguard against any potential shipping delays due to the current pandemic crisis.

I went to Ashley’s to purchase living room furniture. I bought my last set from there and it lasted a long time! As before, I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door. Michael was very courteous, informative, and helped us make a great purchase! I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer!
Stay Away from Ashley's!!! Not quite a year ago we visited the store in Prattville looking for a new sofa and we found one that we thought would be great for a home so we purchased the sectional and the Ottoman and even bought a bed-frame for the bedroom, well all three pieces started falling apart within a couple of months of having them in our home and when we tried to contact the store to have that issues fixed they told us they couldn't do anything about it and have never tried to make us happy as a customer. So my advice to anyone out there wanting new furniture, would be not to buy from Ashley's Furniture Home Store!!! I would not buy anything from them because it would be a waste of TIME and MONEY!!!!

Was so disappointed by the store and their associates, quoting one price then changing it when it was time to write up the invoice. Letting me know either they dont know how much an item cost, that they are trying to sell or they are just straight up crooks that cant add but can count your money. I'm finish with them.
So I made a purchase of all my furniture July 16, at the store and was really happy with the service until my first partial delivery arrived. My dinning table set arrived damaged! All of the chairs were uneven to the ground by a lot! All chairs were return and as of September 1, I still don’t have a date for my chairs to be delivered. Excited for today as I had scheduled another partial delivery of 2 bar stools, it so happens that I get another item damaged.yet another piece of furniture uneven, stiff and with cracks. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the furniture and I still have other pending partial deliveries with no confirmed dates.

The Prattville store is set up very nicely, staged well and super clean. Everyone there is so inviting and hospitable. Our salesman, “Justin” was so warm, friendly and helpful. He was very informative, explained everything to us so nicely and was very patient, especially with my “indecisiveness.” He definitely went the extra mile for us. He’s truly a wonderful person and an asset to the company. The store manger was also super kind, funny and super personable. The customer service at their store is impeccable. The in store people are nice and eager to help. The sectional sofa we purchased from ashley is overpriced, poorly designed and cheaply made. Within six months of purchase a portion of the sectional actually broke, after waiting several weeks for the repair guy to show up ( who was super nice and very knowledgeable) peeled the back fabric , yeah that is broke and I cant repair that on site. So a replacement was ordered it came after several weeks. In less than 9 months the replacement has broke. Of course they cant refund the money, which I asked for when it broke the first time . So I'm trying get sofa repaired again but they cant seem to answer the phone at the store to get an update of the status.

The in-store experience was amazing! Great customer service in store. However, my furniture didn’t come in until two months after the original date, which would’ve been fine if they would’ve called and told us there would be a delay. Whenever we tried to call no one ever answered the phone. I would literally sit on hold until someone picked up the phone and hung it up! Oh and I still don’t have all of my furniture! This wasn’t even delivery! We thought it would be easier to just pick up our furniture! WRONG!!!! Never buying furniture from here again!

Went in and sales were not pushy!! We found what we liked with the help of Norman and he was very helpful and took care of all the needs!! Great place to shop!!

As always the store was a joy to shop In. The manager was very helpful, not that I needed a manager. He just saw me first and made sure to put me in the hands of a very skillful sales associate. The associate helped me find exactly what I was looking for.there was no pushy sales tactic to make me spend more money. I love this store!!!

Salesman was great! However, when some merchandise was delivered, it was damaged. Have to wait even longer now for everything to be delivered. However, overall quite satisfied. Would definitely do business with them again.

The store is neat and clean. The staff is nice enough, bot overbearing, but courteous. I really wish the store had more lighting, is very and hard to see the colors of the furniture fabrics.

I'm very disappointed about my purchase. I made a purchase about a month ago with the understanding that everything except one item would be delivered on june 29 and the other item on August 7. They sent a delivery confirmation two day prior....I then get a call the day before delivery saying I wouldn't get any of the items until August. I've already been waiting a month!!! I tried contacting the store in prattville al where I made the purchase but keep getting transferred to the distribution center. On top of all of that they tell me it could be longer.
Salesmen Greg and Justin we’re knowledgeable and very helpful. Assistant manager Emmit as well as salesmen were more than courteous. I would recommend this location and the staff to anyone looking to purchase home furnishings or mattresses. My wife and I will definitely buy here in the future.

Shannon from the Montgomery store was our sleep doctor and Associate. Wonderful person! She was very welcoming, helpful, and had such a wonderful personality. When it came time to clearly identify all of the items that we wanted to purchase she was very attention to detail focused and took extra care to verify that the order was correct. Emmitt was the assistant manager, and he was always available quickly for Shannon if we needed it. Emmitt played a big role and helped make the entire buying experience better. I currently work for the former CEO of Ashley Furniture HomeStore, Don Marks, and I can't wait to share how positive my experience was at the Montgomery location with Shannon and Emmitt. We felt that both Shannon and Emmitt helped us maximize the quality of our purchase and minimize our out-of-pocket expenses. That is what customer advocacy should be everywhere! Great job team!
Well it was great when I placed the order and today was the date for pick up. I was told that someone would call me and tell me that I could pick it up, no one never called. I tried all day from 10am until 1 pm to call them and all I got was a call that placed me on hold every time for more then 20 minutes and no one never answered the phone. I decided to just go the warehouse, that is in the back of the store. I made it just in time before they close at 2 pm. I am very disappointed about never receiving a phone call are even a text. There is no way that they could not even answer a phone call or even give me a call to let me know my order was here to pick up . I only saw about five vehicles in the front parking lot. Thanks Ashley furniture.

Will not be going back. Purchased my furniture 5/10 with the delivery promise date of 6/13. I get an email confirmation 6/11 confirming delivery for Saturday. Thennnn I get a phone call saying I won't get my furniture until 7/17, after I've promised my existing furniture to someone else. I'll be cancelling my order and won't return. Customer service basically said, "oh well".
I had a really great experience
We went in today looking for a simple recliner and nothing more. They would have to order any of them and it would take 6 to 8 weeks if we're lucky. I understand having to order something but that doesn't mean I have to like it. They were also pushy. They were being pushy about their mattresses and watching their demo. They would not walk away. They were nice and were including the kids in conversation but would not leave us alone and kept going back to talking about matresses. I understand trying to earn a commission but without giving me space and privacy to make a decision I will not make that decision and likely will go somewhere else. I went to a locally owned store and brought home a recliner today.
I got a very nice lady name Shannon who was very in detail with showing me the mattress and also was just very sweet in general! This is my 4 item I have bought in the past two month and I will be there again soon! Thank you!

I buy Ashley furniture for the good price, but that is not the most important reason, it last, it is well built and can be passed down through generations, its beauty is lasting. I always try to buy something that will last and endure. I have found that to be true of Ashley furniture.

We just moved to a new house and needed a whole new living room set. On 5/3 bought a couch, loveseat, and some tables. We also bought a desk and chair. They told us 2-4 weeks on the couch and loveseat and up to 6 weeks on the desk & tables. We said that was fine & purchased. The in-store employees were great and really worked with us. 3 weeks later we hadn't heard anything since we left the store, so I decided to call. It took me 3 days to get ahold of them because I was constantly having to wait 15+ minutes on hold or they would turn on the closed answering machine before actual closing time. When I finally got ahold of them, they told me everything is taking longer than expected and they had scheduled our delivery for EVERYTHING 6/18. That is a month and a half after we ordered it, which is annoying, but fine. What made me the angriest is that no one called and told us. I was under the impression that we would have our couch and loveseat by now, but when I asked the woman on the phone if ANYTHING was in, she just said "no". Today is 6/2 and I still haven't heard anything from them. So I decided to call because I have seen others on here who have had their delivery date pushed back without any notification. After sitting on hold for 25 minutes, they finally answered & told me it was going to now be 7/11 for the couch, loveseat, & desk, the tables were out of stock, and the desk would still be 6/18. Again, NO ONE HAD CALLED TO TELL US THIS! So now I am on the phone to cancel our order, we have to now go find more furniture from somewhere else, and still have an empty living room. Customer service is rude and doesn't want to help at all.

Well I am pulling my good review from before, because I have never in my life had such a bad outcome from a purchase. The couch we bought broke within 6 months, then it took another 2 to get someone out to look at it, at which point the tech told us it was put together wrong in the 1st place. While waiting for replacement parts the store was bought out. We were not informed even when we called to check on status. It has STILL been 2 wks since we were supposed to have parts. We have called day aftwr day and have been put off on numerous people that have no idea what they're doing! This is the most poorly run, incompetent company I've ever been across! Please do yourself a favor and don't buy S**T from these people.

This is my second rodeo with Ashley Furniture Store in Prattville, AL. The sales reps and store managers are awesome. They are very helpful. The process of getting the furniture is another experience. The first time, it took a couple of months to finally get all of my furniture. I also received damaged furniture that I had to send back. That’s all completely on the warehouse. I’ve spent a lot of money in the past year plus so I’m hoping for a much better delivery experience. Overall I really enjoyed the buying process. Shannon was my sales rep and she’s been awesome both times!

I was in the market for a real leather recliner. I am glad I went to Ashley's home store. Great and products. I had shopped online and had the pictures. The salesman, Mr. Mitchell was very helpful and patient. He made his suggestions and after a few days of thinking, we closed the deal. My recliner was delivered and I am very happy. Emmitt was AMAZING! I visited the store yesterday but wasn’t quite pleased with the saleswoman so I went to Haverty’s. Later that night I saw a great deal on the 5pc Shay Platform Bed online/app so I took at chance and went back today to inquire...and was BLESSED to have Emmitt help me. Emmitt made me feel valued and he also respected my business, however the other associate only concern was the upsale the life out of me. She barely listened to my needs nor budget. Our sales guy Norm Hansen was great! The biggest issue is i like to buy something when i see it not wait 11 days or over a month! Once a weeks passed , i woulda found a better deal wanting my money back ! The whole showroom idea isnt for me , its 2020! I see it , i want it, now! Otherwise goodbye

Chris did a great job at letting us pick out our furniture and even helped us move stuff around the store to get a better idea of how things matched. At the end of it all we found out he was new but definitely did not come off that way.

I knew pretty much what I was looking for when I walked in so I shrugged off any assistance from the salesperson. Tested a few sofas, went home to re-measure my space and came back with my mom to test sit one more time. I appreciated not being hounded constantly by pushy salespeople while I looked around. When it came time to negotiate the price (I found a better deal online), Caleb was awesome. He happily matched the price to their website and didn’t try to up sell me on any other products once I politely said no. I’d be happy to go back next time I’m in the market for furniture.

We needed a new mattress and wanted to upgrade to a king set. Ashley's employees were very helpful and friendly. They have a sleep expert on hand, which helped us find the right mattress to meet our needs. We definitely recommend and have shopped at Ashleys for years! The place is always nice to go into and look around. I like it when we go in and they actually help when we want it. Most places don’t allow you to walk around long enough to see and try things and talk about them before asking for help. This place does just that! We gotten our bed room suite from here and are now looking at getting a living room suite. Mr. Mitchell was a big help on getting us measurements and prices, that way we could make sure before we buy! Thank you and we will be going back soon!

We were on our way to purchase a couch from rooms 2 go someone told us we should stop and check Ashley home store in prattville out before just to see, I'm glad we took their advice when we walked in the door we were greeted by Leaonard Mcreynolds he was very polite we explained we were actually on the way to buy a couch from another place he showed us around and gave us all our options we he won us over we made a purchase we got more for our money and was still actually under the budget Rooms 2 go had quoted us. Well the problem is in the store we picked power sofa and loveseat reclining and that is what we are paying for. I was delivered the wrong furniture before Thanksgiving and was told that they would pick up the wrong furniture and bring what we are paying for as of this date have not received the right furniture. Now wonder how you would act? I am not pleased with this and NOT going to make a payment until this is resolved. If anyone from corporate office reads this it is the Ashley's in Prattville, Alabama. Mistakes are made but once informed it needs to be quickly resolved.

Visited the Prattville store a few days prior to buying and was helped by Norm. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. After taking a couple of days to talk things over with my husband, I returned and picked out a living room set with Norm's help. He gave me all the numbers for different financing terms and once i chose what i wanted to do, he set up the delivery date and finished the paperwork quickly. While waiting, there were other employees making furniture moves nearby and they were all very nice and considerate while I waited, even letting me know they were turning the vacuum on so as to not startle me. It was a good experience and everything was handled quickly. The employees were all top notch. Highly recommend this location.

Not a good selection, furniture wasnt appealing at all. I walked around the entire store and was out in less than 15 minutes. More appealing, better selection in furniture is needed. Especially the couches. Prattville Alabama store was a good piece to travel too and I was dissapoined. Im going to check out the one in Montgomery this evening.

I had a great experience at Ashley HomeStore. Justin helped me to pick out the right mattress for me. I have osteoarthritis and have had multiple surgeries. I spent time resting on my mattress type in the store and felt the difference it could make in my sleep. He was also willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. DISAPPOINTED once again. Placed an order om Oct 9 for delivery on Oct 31. No surprise. Item backordet and wont be in til Nov 12. This is the second time we order items and had multiple deliveries. Actually the last time I drove back to Prattville and picked it up myself. Guess we will not be buying anything else from Ashley Homestore as they cant get items delivered when promised. And have to pay delivery fees. What a shame as you have great furniture.

I have purchased furniture from Ashley Homestore three times. The first two experiences where just ok. This last experience was horrific! I was called three times to confirm delivery dates. Each time it was canceled because all of the pieces where not available. Therefore I had to make changes to my schedule to only be told the delivery was canceled. The company in Tennessee is not communicating effectively with the store in Alabama. When the delivery guy finally arrived he told me that he did not have all of my furniture. Now, they are telling me it will take another two weeks before the other furniture will be delivered. The mattress that was ordered with the bedroom set is extremely uncomfortable and very lumpy. The lumps are very visible under a comforter! I informed them of this and they said they are sorry but they can’t help me. I am totally discussed with Ashley and would have gave them no stars if it was available. This company definitely needs new management or to go out of business. Do not shop with Ashley! Chris my salesman did everything he could to help but it was not his fault.

Good customer service and very wide selection of items. Salesman aren't very pushy, but are willing to help and very attentive. The store constantly has sales and credit deals if you're looking for something with flexible payment options. My only gripe would be that there are no breaks if you're willing to pay in cash. Although, a lot of stores are going that way.

I won't be shopping here again. First scheduled a delivery when my wife was home. They claimed not to have enough guys to get the couch to where we wanted it in the house. I re-scheduled for when I would be home so I could help. They were a no show. When I called about it, they said they claimed "no fit" again even though they never showed up. I took a day off to meet them but I guess they think my time is not valuable.

Ashley HomeStore inept management continues to amaze me!!! They were supposed to deliver on Oct 1 from a previous delay and a prior delivery of some of the order. The company called and pushed the delivery back to Sat, then never delivered the chairs. Called customer service and they said the items were supposed to be delivered Oct 1 and not Sat. They were delivered neither. So, supposedly they will be delivered next Saturday. I don&'t believe them because they constantly lie. Customer service person very rude, which is not surprising for this BS organization. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY HOMESTORE!!! They are a trash organization with no integrity and unprofessional workers and business practices!!!
After being contacted by the store they stated they would have our chairs delivered by Oct 1, but did not. They called and pushed the delivery date back for the third time and all the promises and statements about fixing the problem are all for show. They do nothing to resolve their inept business practices. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING!!!

Just save yourself time and don’t buy furniture from here. Once they make the sell, nothing is their problem anymore. The store manager Johnny Martin told me so. We received broken furniture. It was outside of their control. I wanted the return policy. After a lot of pointing out to Mr. Store Manager Johnny Martin he wasn’t answering my question, he finally told me there is no return policy. Furniture is expensive. Buy it from someone who at least pretends to care
Ordered a table and four chairs on 8/28/19 from Prattville, AL HomeStore for delivery 9/10/19. Items delivered were three chairs and one table, with two of the chairs wobbly. When customer service was called, continuously get the run around and the "someone will call you" line of BS, which never happens. Now, supposedly, two replacement chairs are going to be delivered on 9/27/19(which I don't believe) for the wobbly chairs and someone will call us about this missing chair (which is a BS lie). Would not recommend doing business with them. Very unprofessional business practices!!

The folks in the store were wonderful - but the customer service has been a nightmare. Two weeks to receive my recliner only to find it didn't work properly - another week for a part to be shipped. But the customer service person just said 'part' - she didn't tell me it would weigh 55lbs! I had to move it myself from the gate and I have trouble walking. I called customer service like I was told to and the CSR just said she'd 'let them know' I had the part! I don't need an $1100 paperweight! I've tried calling the store but they don't answer.

I found one of the things I went in for but on my own. An employee did offer help, however was not helpful. I did find another piece of merchandise I liked but wanted it in a different color. He couldn’t find a tag on the item and his final answer was “I don’t know” . Not willing to ask any other employees for help or even look in the area it came from. Finally once we got the new beds home they had given us the wrong hardware. We went back up to change out the hardware but they could not find it so we will be waiting over a week to get them out together.

Manager was very nice. Most of the recliners were powered and unfortunately not what we needed. Prices seemed a slightly higher than competitors but they had a very large selection to choose from.
Tommy is a great salesman working at the wrong store. I had 2 pieces of furniture damaged during delivery. 4 days later I had to go in the store to get it resolved. No feedback or phone call. Upon my redelivery I only received one piece of furniture. The management staff Johhny and Emmett both failed to return my call and have yet to follow up. Poor leadership.

Idk where all the bad reviews went on here, but don't see them now. My experience was a few years ago, but bad enough that I can not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe the managers are different now, however. They are nice as can be till you purchase, and then the problems begin. The delivery company was a separate company, and one they said they had no say over. They were rude and never had openings on the weekend. Took us 3 weeks to get the bed delivered we spent thousands on. 3 weeks. And after 2 weeks, the motor on the adjustable bed died. Ashley told us that was not their problem, and it was our responsibility to talk to the motor factory and get it replaced, and pay for all shipping. Unacceptable. And it was a direct lie from what they told us when buying it. It was 2 weeks after getting it .They avoided phone calls, told us the manager was not there when we went by.. had to threaten to sue to get them to replace the bed that we spent alot of money on, and broke 2 weeks after getting it. Add on the 3 weeks to receive it and it was a horrible experience. Hopefully things are different now, but I am not taking that chance. That approach to selling eventually catches up to you.
Staff was friendly and helpful but when you asked about price matching they won’t have what you are looking at in stock for over a month and a half and the other item you can’t take it with you, you must pay for delivery and the delivery charge is more than the price match difference. If you don’t ask for price match you can take it with you. Sounds like they have an excuse to never price match or make it extremely inconvenient for the customer if they do get a price match.

No one greeted us, had to find assistance, and when found they sold the piece to someone else while my wife watched. She had stood at piece long before the second customer walked up to it. This store was very inviting... Very clean and well organized. But, the sales representative, Ms. Dabbs, made our furniture shopping (and buying) experience one that will draw us back to this location for future shopping. She was personable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. And she allowed us to shop at our leisure. She was, however, in close proximity when questions arose. Ms. Dabbs was NOT pushy like sales people tend to be. It was our well informed decision that we "signed on the dotted line" and purchased our bedroom suite. While we don’t appreciate a salesperson hovering over us, a little more interaction and periodic check up would have been appreciated when questions arose. It was also a lengthy process to use our Ashely Advantage card. The manager had to approve the use of our card and that took some time. The delivery charges are insanely expensive too.

So today was suppose to be the day we got new furniture! I was so excited because it was the first time we bought brand new couches! We had went to Farmers Furniture in Prattville. We were told our stuff would be in tuesday and be delivered to us on thursday 1/10/19. well noon comes around and no furniture has come. At this point we had already taken our old couches to the street and the trash came and got it. So I call and ask where our stuff is and after 2 hours on the phone in the store we were told another week. so we left and went to Ashley’s and worked with ms. Shannon and she was absolutely wonderful ! She understood what we were looking for and the price range we wanted. Got us approved for more than we needed which was good. We went in there trying to leave with furniture that day because we have nothing in our living room now, but we decided to get a different set our couches and have to wait two weeks but it’s well worth it! she totally saved the day! I would highly recommend Ashley’s in Prattville! Honestly wish that would have been our first stop so we would have something to sit on until then! They will be who we do business from now on! Overall, good experience. The person who helped us was very nice, but seemed a little lost at times. Her customer service could be enhanced by taking lead, building trust quick, and offering deals to best account for needs! Again, not bad experience at all.
