Justin was awesome!! We spoke to him on the phone last night re: a table we saw online. That was not available in-store so we came in to look at other dining room tables and chairs. We found an excellent table & chairs. Justin is cheerful, friendly, and professional. He made this an EZ transaction. Store is beautiful and laid out well. You do not feel crowded walking around. Did he have it because I saw it on the Internet he said yes, and we worked it out coming in within a few hours and we only were in this store about 20 minutes. It was a done deal. I recommend the store in Prattville, Alabama. Is a wonderful town very clean store as well.

Emily was very helpful and sweet and she helped us get a number on a set we were interested in. She was honest and straightforward and answered every question we asked with enthusiasm and care. She clearly loves her job and I would be happy to come back in the future for her assistance.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Bought a brand new home and was so excited to purchase all new furniture. We went in for the Labor Day sale and pick out our bed and couches and put almost $700 down just to find out they completely screwed my bed order up. They told us once the items were completely paid off we would receive our stuff with in a few days to a week. Found out later the items needed to be order and could take weeks so we went in a financed our bed so it would get ordered. The sale came with a free adjustable base. After two weeks of phone tag and promises of them calling me back and never getting the call back I was moving into my house with no bed or furniture. Then to find out the base never even got ordered and after days of fighting about that they finally said they ordered it and promised it would be in the truck that day. Days went by and I called multiple times for them to tell me it had not come yet. I then canceled my order completely and had to go elsewhere they told me several times I would get my refund and it had been well over a month and still no money and it is just over a week until Christmas and they have almost $700 of mine all my Christmas gift money for my children. What a absolute joke of a place I will never step foot in another one and I will not recommend any one go to them. Again this all started on Labor Day and it is now a week till Christmas and NOTHING!!!

We were in the market for new furniture and decided to visit The Ashley Store in Prattville. Justin Youngblood met us at the door. He was helpful, informative and NOT aggressive! He allowed us the opportunity to comfortably browse around, finding us only a couple of times to see if we had any questions. We never felt rushed or pressured to making a quick purchase. After a few weeks, we decided it was time. Justin, thank you so much for being patient with us and for answering all our questions honestly! You are truly the reason we decided to make our purchase with Ashley versus another company! We are so excited about our purchase and plan on shopping with you again! You are the best!!!

It’s always something with this store. One time delivery was 9 months from purchase, next time it took 3 weeks longer to deliver than promised and This time the sales rep misrepresented the store price which was higher than the online price to help his numbers. I got another few hours to cancel and just order it online cause I don’t like pay people that are dishonest. The best part was after my wife caught it and she called him on it he called me to get the price on the website. This is my last in store purchase.

-10 star experience - Absolutely shocked by how poorly Ashley Furniture treats its customers Our initial buying experience at Ashley Furniture was great, and I even left a positive review at the time because the sales team was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the after-sales experience has been an absolutely nightmare! First, the delivery of our couch took longer than expected (what can happen and wasn’t a problem). But I had to keep calling customer service just to find out that it had finally arrived at the warehouse and that we could pick it up (nobody called us). When we finally got the couch, we noticed something wasn’t right, it made strange noises whenever someone sat or lay on it. We called again and were told that a technician would come out to take a look. Nobody showed up on the scheduled day, and we didn’t even get a call! I called again, explained everything, and got a new appointment, but once again, no one showed up, and we didn’t hear from anyone! When I called customer service after that, I was told there was nothing they could do because the warehouse was already closed. They said they’d call me the next day, but of course, no call again, and I had to chase them once more. On top of that, no accountability at all, just attitude and dismissive answers. But hey, at least my THIRD appointment got scheduled! At the third appointment, someone finally showed up, and the couch was picked up. A few days later, when we got it back, the couch made even worse and louder noises than before. I immediately sent a video to the assigned employee, and he told me someone would get in touch with me, but of course, no one ever did, and my messages to him were completely ignored! We went to the store in person and were told that someone would take care of it. However, once again, the customer service was absolutely terrible. After a few more days, another section of the couch started making loud noises every time someone sat down. I immediately reported this to customer service again, and they said someone would reach out the next day, but once again, no call! I am absolutely shocked by the poor quality of Ashley Furniture, but what’s even worse is the disrespectful way customers are treated. I would have never expected such an unprofessional and careless attitude from a company like this! To make things even worse, the couch was picked up on Friday (without any prior notice) thankfully, I was at home! Nobody informed us that it would be collected that day. It’s now Tuesday, and I still haven’t received any information about when or even if the couch will be returned. I tried reaching customer service again today, but nobody answered the phone. Out of pure desperation, when the couch was taken on Friday, I emailed the CEO of the Prattville store, because I honestly didn’t know what else to do anymore. And once again, no response. At this point, it’s clear why the store treats its customers so disrespectfully, that kind of attitude comes from the top. Honestly, there’s still no end in sight, and I’m shocked by how poorly Ashley Furniture treats its customers after purchase. It’s disappointing how little respect they show for their customers’ time, making people wait for hours with no communication. For such expensive furniture, the service is completely unacceptable. We definitely won’t be buying here ever again!

Found the most perfect custom sectional thanks to Justin and Bryant. So helpful and checked all boxes, even ones I didn’t know I had! Thank you Leonard for the finance assistance! EDIT: when purchased furniture was told 2-4 weeks for delivery (this was a question I asked many of time because of other horror stories I have heard about delivery issues). After calling around week 4 we got a partial delivery due to needing furniture for the holiday (MASSIVE thanks to the warehouse people!). Husband picked up another piece that came in about 1.5 weeks after the partial delivery. We are still currently waiting for the remaining pieces of our couch but was told would likely be after the new year.

Ashley of Prattville is a great place to do business. There staff is very friendly.

I'd like to recognize this sales person, Rod. My wife and I was looking to purchase a sectional living room set. Rod had an answer for every question we had. The knowledge he displayed about the furniture was amazing. I knew him from his previous jobs, Lowes, and Party City. His knowledge of furniture sales was at such a high level, I had to ask him, "How did you learn so much about furniture so fast?" His answer was, "Sir, I'm a student of the store." What an answer. After being in the store for about 45 minutes or so, he not only sold us a sectional, one of your mattresses. We were very satisfied with Rod's courteous, the knowledge he has , and his professionalism.

Sometimes it’s best to just order from an online store be going into this location you going to expect more than what they are willing to give. Once they get your sell the care is out the door. They can’t help solve any problem after it has left the store. Delivery was a joke..I had to drive behind the truck to get the pillows and we was in the middle of a busy intersection instead of them having common sense to pull over in a safe area . Bed frame is cheaply made. The manager is a little incompetent and nonchalant.

Very disappointing service and communication. I purchased two recliners and sofa recliner first off. The delivery was slower than the salesperson indicated when we purchased them. We were supposed to receive a vacation package for a cruise when delivery was made, and it was not delivered. When I contacted Ashley, I was informed that they did not have any currently and was waiting on some more packages and they were first come first serve. Long story short I am supposed to receive a $200 credit for a purchase. I have made a claim. For a repair of both armrest on one chair and was informed that the extended warranty did not cover currently, and Ashley was supposed to take care of it. It’s been three weeks and I still have not received any communication on what to expect for the repair. I was informed the management was discussing it and they were gonna call me back last week. Still no call. ***Update: Ashley made contact and the recliner is repaired. It took about 3 weeks. The independent service technician replaced the 4 hinges on the armrests and are working properly. Management sent me a check for $200.00 in place of the cruise we didn't receive. That took about 2 weeks.

I never leave reviews, but was encouraged to do so. Mack was the Prattville Ashley Associate who greeted me upon my arrival and he was very professional. I was extremely pleased that he answered my questions as well as inquire more thoughts from me to make sure he understood my desires. But the best part was that he gave me room to roam and shop to my hearts desire. I never felt hounded and the cherry on top was that he DID NOT require my personal info (because we all know that meant he would be constantly calling me to find out when I was returning). This has never before happened to me since my move here 7 years ago and why I haven’t purchased anything in the past. So Bravo Mack 👏👏👏… you were a PERFECT 10!!!
