My mother and I were greeted at the door as we were walking up to the store by Kim. She started showing us just what my mom was needing. Not only was the price right. I also got a couple of discounts for being a first responder, donating to one of our local charity used stores and for buying what was on the floor. All other employees were super friendly and helpful. You will get my business again.

They also offered additional services, but I never felt pressured to make any purchases beyond what I needed. Yes, I bought a mattress today from Tyler at Ashley‘s in Scottsboro! Tyler was wonderful! He took his time I never felt rushed and he had spent two hours with me. Never complained once. I would highly recommend him if you are going to go to Ashley‘s.

They were extremely pushy and almost doesn’t take NO for an answer. They are nice just feels like a car lot when you go in they follow you around and doesn’t give you time to compare prices. They told us they would match the prices from another store but we canceled our order after realizing they were still $800 more

I came into Ashleys store after spending a long day at other furniture stores where the salespeople were either pushy or unwelcoming. Imagine my surprise when I walk in and this beautiful woman walks up to me with a smile on her face and a sweet voice wanting to help me find just what I need. Kim was AMAZING. She took her time with me and made sure I wasn't gonna waste my money on something I didn't need or want. I will be back to buy from her each and every time a need arises.

Today we received the rest of our furniture from Ashley since the first delivery was missing screws for the recliner loveseat. Upon delivery we realized that now that we have the full living set the end table it’s too big for our living room . I called customer service and requested to exchange the bigger end table for a smaller one that also can be bought with the living set that we bought. I said that it didn’t matter to us that the end table that we had was more than the one I wanted to exchange for. I was told absolutely not that we only had 24 hours to return anything. I told them that I read online that it 30 days, the lady said that’s only for online purchases. She said that we signed the paperwork that said we only had 24 hours for any returns, forgive for not seeing that and how convenient that no one mention when you are signing for the purchase. I asked to speak to a manager and they indicated that she was on a break and for me to take a picture of my end table and they would review it and call me back. An hour after I text the picture they sent me a text saying that they would not accept my return, I didn’t want to return. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller End table. We spent almost 6k and we can’t exchange $300 end table which was delivered exactly 7 days ago however you have 30 days if you purchase it online. Buyers beware read carefully what you signed. They will make no exceptions. Please note that we have spent 20K in the last 4 years however it doesn’t matter.. This is a true story and I am really disappointed with Ashley’s Furniture.

His store manager explained the 5 year coverage in detail, which I purchased also. Dylan also is going to remove my loveseat before delivery of my recliner. I couldn't ask for any better service.

We came home did some research and found that Ashley advertises price-matching Amazon. We wanted to support the local store and employees so we went back to purchase. It was then explained to us that they have the option to price match and they do not choose to. We left came home and ordered from Amazon in less than 5 minutes, with no sales pitch, and will be delivered free of charge.

There are a lot of cheaper furniture stores out there but, you get what you pay for usually. Take your time when shopping for furniture and check out Ashley. You'll find that this is higher quality.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I ordered a bedroom set from here on 12/3 and was told by the salesman it would take 3 weeks. He said that they normally quote 3-5 weeks but they always have that particular bed in stock so it should be closer to 3. 3 weeks go by and I call, and they tell me a date, that date comes and still no word so I call again and they give me another date. This happens two more times. Finally 6.5 weeks later they schedule delivery. The delivery man breaks the bed on transport and doesn't leave my dresser or anything, he just says he can't give it to us and takes it back. Then today I went back to this store to speak with a manager to kindly ask that I get a replacement in a week or I'd like a full refund. She was the rudest person I have EVER encountered as a manager in customer service. She said "not gonna happen" then told me I would get 10% taken off and they were going to charge me a delivery fee for furniture I did not get because they went "all the way to my house". She was 0 help, offered 0 resolutions or any consolation for what I had been through dealing with them. She didn't even offer me an apology. I was infuriated. I called the customer care line and that lady was so kind and helped me. She said that I would absolutely get a full refund if she could not get the bed to me in a week and helped me file a complaint on the manager for her extremely unprofessional attitude which she said she would take straight to the VP. I will never go back to this Ashley Furniture store and I would suggest not to unless you want a headache or you get something that is in stock that day. The customer service woman on the phone though was spectacular.

I went to the Huntsville, AL branch and deeply wish I didn't. I was pressured into purchasing a final sale item without being told it was a final sale item, and when I got home and felt that buyer's remorse and called to cancel, I was informed I couldn't. So now I'm stuck with an overpriced piece of furniture that instead of tying my home together and making me feel at piece, makes me feel gross and reminded of the time I was taken advantage of.

I am 2.75 years out from my purchase and can honestly say, I wish I could go back and find a different bed. This bed is incredibly poorly made. The rails split while I was changing the sheets. I am an average size person and have treated the furniture gently. It has never been moved. Fortunately, I bought the protection plan, or so I thought. Filing a claim was beyond a hassle that took several days of phone calls. When my claim was resolved, I was issued a $200 store credit. That's it. It was not enough to replace my bed. Thus, I am stuck buying a new bed with a $200 discount or going somewhere else. Please do not shop here.

I bought a Couch and Loveseat Set from Ashley. Reeves was a good salesman and I bought into Ashley Promise. I bought the set in July and arrived at 0800 on a Saturday. I noticed some damage and was assured by delivery drivers that there was no need to have furniture put back on truck They took pictures and said would have someone from Ashley Cares call on Monday and damage would be fixed promptly My mistake to trust that. Never ever accept any damage item from Ashley with promise it would be fixed. It is almost October and I am still dealing with this issue.BUYER BEWARE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scottsborro AL Ashley Furniture Store- Went in with my mom to look for a bedroom suite for my parents new home. Was greeted by some very friendly and helpful guys (Tyler and Dylan). They immediately helped us but didn’t overwhelm us with info like most salesmen. Both were very knowledgeable about pricing and content of the furniture even though one of them (Dylan) was still new….I never would’ve known he was knew had he not told me. Tyler has helped me before with some furniture shopping too. They were even kind enough to chit chat with us and get to know us more as people, not just do business with us to get their paychecks. I appreciated their kindness and helpfulness and that they walked us to the door as we left. Great customer service that I think every store should have.

We purchased a mattress at this store, they high pressured us to get a mattress protector that we didn’t want, we purchased it and it was promised that it would be silent. It wasn’t. The sheets moving on it were loud, we did not sleep on it we put it back in the box and attempted to return it. They would not take it back. Be careful what you buy here, apparently they have a no return policy in anything opened. Our mattress is great. Our sales person Summer was great but the policies of this store are terrible. We buy a lot of furniture and this will cause us to not shop here again.
I personally have had the worst experience. I received my furniture MONTHS AGO and while they installed it they cut the back on it and there is also a knick in the arm of my sectional. Ok I was ok with that mistakes happen. They say they will fix it well sent the wrong materials the first time and while I didn't know that the guy came qas gonna fix and couldn't months go by finally get a package of materials maybe it is right maybe it is not don't know and never have I been called rk schedule fixing I paid for the 5 year extended warranty but if they cannot fix what they messed up to begin with why would I think they can fix anything I spill or messnup on it still waiting on a scheduled fix appointment for the guy to come fix my furniture I want refunded in full for what I paid for the extended warranty. Have emailed Danica she was the sales lady on that over this matter have heard nothing back

My daughter and I visited the Scottsboro store on March 10th. We came in to look for art and ended up with a great storage chest and tapestry wall hanging. The sales associate Samantha was very friendly and informative. Although we do not live in that erea we will definitely come back when we are ready for good quality furniture and friendly staff.

If you expect customer service then Ashley Furniture is not the place for you. If you haven't been furniture shopping for awhile, you are in for quite a surprise. There is very little supply and ordering can take 4-6 months. My MIL recently moved to Huntsville. We convinced her to leave her old furniture in Pennsylvania as she deserves new, pretty things. We looked at several local furniture stores and didn't see anything she really liked that was in stock. She had an appointment on Bob Wallace so we decided to stop at Ashley to see what we could find. I guess "find" is the operative word here - we walked around the store almost half an hour before we found someone to help us. We weren't the only customers looking for help either. Once I finally found someone to help us, we finally had success in our quest for furniture. Our salesman was able to tell us what pieces were immediately available in the warehouse. From there, we decided on a couch and bedroom set. We paid and set up delivery for that Friday - great since my MIL had been sitting on lawn furniture and sleeping with her mattress and box springs on the floor. While I was given a range of times for delivery, I was supposed to receive a call when the delivery truck was actually on its way. This didn't happen - luckily I was at the house waiting with her when they showed up. The problems with Ashley continued. I looked on the truck and there was no bedroom set. The delivery men were no help as one spoke no English and the second very little English. I tried calling the store - I let the phone ring over and over, I tried a second time with the same results - no one answered. I had the cell number of our salesman so I called him. He was off but said he's email the manager and she'd get right back to me. Nope, didn't happen. Now the kicker, while the delivery men were there, I received a call from customer service requesting that I take a survey on my delivery. I told her what happened and she said she would immediately walk a help ticket across the room and her supervisor would call me right back. Once again, nope. Silence. Finally that evening, I called the store and someone answered the phone. She rescheduled the delivery of the bedroom set for the following Tuesday. This delivery was fraught with its own problems. I did receive a message that the truck was on its way - when they were ten minutes out. At least I was notified this time. The furniture was in the truck but my husband noticed that the packing foam in the box was broken into pieces and there were little styrofoam balls stuck to everything. He pulled out the vacuum and cleaned off the furniture and even the truck, as the delivery men watched, so it wouldn't be tracked all over the house. Finally the furniture was brought into the house and assembly of the bed was started. The delivery man was struggling trying to get it together. My husband, Mr Fixit, looked at the instructions and the guy was doing it backwards. Who knows how long he would have kept going without intervention. At that point, my husband found out that both of the delivery men had been working for the company for less than a week. What in the world was the delivery company thinking by sending out two new workers as a team? (What were they thinking when they sent out two workers who between the two of them couldn't communicate in English?). In this case, the responsibility lies directly on the delivery company. My MIL really likes her new furniture and that's all that counts at the end but wow what a journey to get to that end.
I strongly recommend against shopping at this establishment.I say so primarily because of the management. I recently spent thousands of dollars at this place. But you wouldn't know it from the way the managers treated me. Their retail culture--aimed at squeezing every penny out of each customer--clearly does not value the notion of customer service. Which, ironically, will hurt their bottom line in this case because I won't be returning to give them another dime.No calls back. Marking up prices literally during conversations about certain products. And no effort to try to remedy the situation when problems arose. Only a bad attitude and a refusal to speak with the customer because the manager was "busy." In addition, they sent some incorrect items upon delivery.Because of the explosive population growth in this area, this store's management probably can get away with this lazy, unprofessional approach simply because of the demand in the market--at least for now. But it's no way to run a business, and they certainly have lost a lot of future business from me as a result.Although some of the staff demonstrated flashes of competence and sincerity during the purchasing process, the management made the buying experience largely unsatisfactory and unpleasant.Other furniture stores also may not be perfect, but they couldn't be any worse.We certainly won't be going back.

Samantha was very helpful to us while buying a mattress and adjustable bed frame yesterday. She answered our questions and was knowledgeable about the products. When we had narrowed the choices down to two she went and got another sales rep (Danika?) to help explain how the adjustable bed frame would sit inside our sleigh bed. I am pleased with Samanthas sales knowledge and would recommend anyone shopping at Ashley’s to use her. The bed frame was not in stock and I hope the shipping department will ensure that I receive it in time to be installed BEFORE my surgery on March 1.

The management of the store and its region is bad. They have problems with things as simple as an answering service (they don't pick up the phone when you call). The accounting department can't figure out what to bill you for and the shipping department is slow and unresponsive.That said, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The furniture/selection is decent. It's just a problem of following through with getting your items delivered, keeping the customer informed, and properly billing them. The store needs better management at all levels.

While our sales rep was great, delivery has been an awful experience. Our dining set came on June 15th. One chair out of six was damaged upon delivery, so they (the delivery workers) said they'd bring a new one and I should receive a call. I never got a call and had to sit on hold to get in contact about a replacement chair. Then, they said it would be delivered on the 24th. Fine. Delivery was supposed to be before 2 and we had called when we still hadn't had anyone show up and we were informed we were "the next stop." However, we sat around all day waiting and no one ever came. The NEXT morning, someone called to inform us the truck had been "loaded backwards" and it caused issues so we would have to wait until today, the 29th. Today it was supposed to be here between 12-3pm. It's currently 4:40 and no one has been here. They emailed at 3:56pm after we've both been stuck at home waiting for this delivery and said that our chair wasn't loaded onto the truck. I do not know if I'll ever receive this chair, but I do know I will never order from this store again.Update: they literally never brought it. My boyfriend had to go INTO THE STORE and take their floor model chair.

AWFUL - We ordered our furniture in February, we knew it would take a while. We were told 13 weeks due to Covid, which is fine because we we were not set to close Until March. Fast forward to April our sectional, ottoman, and end tables were delivered. However our kitsch table was not. I called the first week of May and told it would be ready May 26th. I called back May 27th and they set up a delivery date of June 3rd 2-5. 5:00 rolled around and they had not showed up. Called and they said they were delayed and would be there at 6:00. 6:00 rolls around nothing no call nothing. I call them on Thursday they give me the same BS, we’re sorry they didn’t call. They set another delivery for Saturday June 5th 9-12. Again NO SHOW. I call them, they say we’re the next stop. 2 hours later still not here. I lose it at this point and call again, we we’re finally told they had a hardware issue and would deliver Tuesday. I drove to the Ashley store and get absolutely nothing except they promise it will be delivered Tuesday the 8th and complete. This is RIDICULOUS. No we’re sorry, no NOTHING!!! I will NEVER purchase from Ashley again. I should have known better. They have NEVER had good customer service.

I had just moved to Alabama and needed new bedroom furniture for my kids. I came to this store in Feb 2021 and bought 2 queen beds, 2 queen matresses and 3 matress protectors totallong over $5000. I was told because of covid it would take 8 to 12 weeks to deliver. We are at 14 weeks now and i have part of 1 bed, a second bed was delivered incomplete and taken back, hours of phone calls with customer care, promises broken, 2 delivery dates scheduled for this week and both cancelled as we were told yet again they dont have complete beds for us. We have finally demanded a refund and we will never, for any reason do business with this compnay again.

Poor Customer Support. I purchased a $1500 dinning room table and noticed a flaw (screw pushing through top). Contacted Customer Support multiple times and sent in photos, with no response after 5 weeks. Customer Support reached out to me and a new table is being delivered. I'll change my review from 2 stars to 5 stars. Excellent product, at a reasonable price.

I'm very disappointed in the service I've received from here, especially as a repeat Customer. I purchased an Entertainment Center online, Ashley Homestore website, November 21, 2020. The last part was delivered today, January 4, 2021. I learned today that I am not valued as a Customer, I cannot read, and lack understanding, according to their Customer service and scheduling employees. Your website is very misleading and very deceptive. As a Consumer, if I purchase a product and it states Assembly and delivery setup January 4, 2021, then I expect those words to mean exactly that. Now I have 6 large boxes laying in my Family room with no genuine scheduled, or promised assembly date. I'm at a loss as the Customer and there is no recourse for this mishap. There is no direct contact, just an email that rejects legit complaints, which I experienced today. I need Ashley Homestore to fulfill the Agreement as stated, without the indiuindums please. I paid for Assembly and delivery so you all should honor that! This is heartbreaking because I'm sure I'm not the only Customer who has endured this problem, the mishandling and noncompliance proves that. Can you help me figure out my next step, a fair resolution? Like the scheduling representative Ms. Carol, eloquently said "My hands are tied and I don't know what else to tell you" after conversing with her for 2 hours and waiting on hold for her Supervisor, Ms. Gates, 15 minutes before she conveniently sent me to her voicemail. Still with no resources, this review was my only option to possibly locating help. What can I do to enforce this Agreement? Who does the Customer rely on when the Employees feel it's hilarious that you frustrated and they constantly place you on hold? Who do We turn to when the Company neglects to fulfill their obligations? To add insult to injury, Ashley Homestore has NO direct contact number only an email that filters out unwanted emails. Buyer beware! Do not buy anything off of the showroom floor because it does not come with a warranty and if you buy the warranty they try to sell you it mainly covers the fabric and not the structural integrity of the furniture. We purchased a new sofa two weeks ago and something in the arm broke and neither Ashley or the $160.00 warranty we purchased will cover the repairs. Funny that i could have ordered the same couch new and received the manufacturers warranty...

If I could give 0 stars, then I would. I ordered furniture back in June and was told it would take 6-8 weeks. I understand things are slow due to the virus, however, every time I call and ask about my furniture they claim that it will be here the next week, and so on. I still have not received my furniture, and now they are claiming it will be in October! They are not trustworthy!!!!
Shady business practices. They steal peoples money. I will be opening a claim with the better business bureau and I encourage anyone shopping there to review this location on the bbb website. This company promised the product I purchased would be in store by the end of September. We told the guy who sold it to us that was longer than we were wanting and we would search elsewhere he said everywhere will be the same and he has worked there for years and the computer is always right it will be the end of September. We called to check (its the end of September) and now they said it wouldn&'t be delivered to the store until the end of October. Covid messed with delivery so I understand but I do not want to wait multiple months for a couch so I said I would simply like to cancel. The &"restock&" fee I was explained in the store is now being called a &"cancellation&" fee. They are charging almost $200 to restock a product they dont even have. I asked them to waive it and they will not. I followed a thread on facebook and also looked at reviews with the BBB it seems like this company has a history of delayed deliveries and ripping people off.

They all were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I will be visiting again soon to get some more furniture! Even tho it’s a bit of a drive for me. They will be my “go to” store. I purchased a couch and love seat three months ago. They sent the wrong color and I reached out to them the very next day and I still do not have the correct items delivered or the incorrect items picked up. I have been calling almost everyday and or messaging them. I have been lied to numerous times and placed on hold for 20-30 minutes over and over again only to eventually be disconnected or told to leave a message. If they promise their supervisor will call you the next day do not believe them. I really am at a lose as to what to do at this point. They have already received my payment. If anyone has suggestions as to how to correct the problem please help. And for the record I am not someone who blows up on the phone at them. I am not one to leave reviews either but I feel Ashley&'s is taking advantage of the pandemic and making a mint off of innocent hard working people. So disappointing! I will not purchase from Ashley online ever again. Update- still cannot get any answers from them as to why they haven&'t exchanged or even scheduled the shipment of the correct items. The rep I spoke with is very nice and sympathetic but she said her mgr is still investigating it. They located the items I was suppose to receive even though the people didn&'t notify them of the mix up. I asked, why the delay? Why not just ship me my goods and pick up the items you sent me? The people that received my couch and loveseat has had and prob used it for a couple of months now! Send me tNEW ITEMS not used! Frustrating!!!!

I purchased furniture from this store on March 12th and paid cash I was told then it would have to ship from Birmingham and that it would take two weeks and here it is 2 1/2 months later and we have not received our furniture I realize that the Clovid 19 happened and the store was closed but they have been open for a few weeks now and no effort has been made to get our furniture to us we have talked to multiple people and they said they would check on it and get back to us but then we never hear from them. I spoke to the sales manager at the store James Ray and he wanted to know what he could do for me this was after my wife had explained to him we have been waiting on furniture we purchased and paid for on March 12th which he had looked the sales invoice and knew why I was calling what he can do for me is get my furniture I paid to me like promised.

Ashley Homestore was a great help . we went in there 3 times looking at different beds and options and she helped steer us to the right bed and pillows for my better half and I. She is a 5 star sales person, couldn't ask for a more friendly and professional sales person. She isn't pushy nor brash and she worked us out a great deal on our new bed. Danica didn't rush us through like some of the other bed stores sales people did she actually had us lay for 20 minutes plus on the bed we fell in love with and had us try a few different pillows and found the right pillows for us since we are both side sleepers and I have broad shoulders she got me the #3 cooling gel pillow for side sleeping and Jules a #2 .for side sleeping. they are extremely comfortable and have an indent for your shoulder. Again I give her a 5 star when we went back in was very excited to see her and she got us a bit of a better deal than originally quoted.. Thank you Danica I see you going places as a sales person. On 12/31 we received a call explaining that all the pieces to our sectional had come in and they wanted to set up for delivery on 1/3. Morning of delivery, we get a call from the warehouse all but one piece had come in and we need to wait 7-10 business days for it to arrive. A week later, they call again to tell us that everything is in and set up delivery for 1/10. Morning of this second attempt of delivery, shockingly, there is still a missing piece (different from the last time) and we need to wait 7-10 days more for it to arrive. This now brings me up to today. Today was the THIRD ATTEMPT for delivery and not all the pieces have come in AGAIN. I'm beyond frustrated with this company and LACK OF COMMUNICATION and responsibly. Why has this happened three times? Why is no one physically checking on these pieces until delivery date? I've called asking for managers and have been told that they weren't in but would take a message to give me a call back later. No one in that company wants to make it right or even apologize for that matter. They do not care about the customers. TERRIBLE customer service and unreliable business. It's been almost 8 weeks now and we may never get our couch. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. It's not worth the headache. **Update**The sectional was finally delivered on the 4th attempt. Unfortunately, the sectional BROKE a week later. We filed a claim with warranty on the 7th. A technician was suppose to call within 14 days to set up a date for inspection. It's day 18 and no word from them. I called customer service and they told me to give it another week. This has been the biggest nightmare and regret. We had the couch less than two weeks before the wedge caved right to the floor. TWO WEEKS. Please take your business somewhere else.

i had a really bad headache with the manager there she was giving me a good price according to her which it was the same price she was not giving me a discount until i started calculating the cost and tax when i tried asking why she was being very rude to me and raising her voice i do not recommend this place i drove for 1 hour and to be treated like that i do not recommend

Little slow on delivery but helpful people through out the store.
My husband and I bought a sectional from this store on 11/30 and was given the delivery time frame of 3-6 weeks. On 12/31 we received a call explaining that all the pieces to our sectional had come in and they wanted to set up for delivery on 1/3. Morning of delivery, we get a call from the warehouse all but one piece had come in and we need to wait 7-10 business days for it to arrive. A week later, they call again to tell us that everything is in and set up delivery for 1/10. Morning of this second attempt of delivery, shockingly, there is still a missing piece (different from the last time) and we need to wait 7-10 days more for it to arrive. This now brings me up to today. Today was the THIRD ATTEMPT for delivery and not all the pieces have come in AGAIN. I'm beyond frustrated with this company and LACK OF COMMUNICATION and responsibly. Why has this happened three times? Why is no one physically checking on these pieces until delivery date? I've called asking for managers and have been told that they weren't in but would take a message to give me a call back later. No one in that company wants to make it right or even apologize for that matter. They do not care about the customers. TERRIBLE customer service and unreliable business. It's been almost 8 weeks now and we may never get our couch. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. It's not worth the headache.

I have called for the last 3 weeks and I am told it's in their warehouse but no one can tell me when it will be at their store for me to pick up. When asked they say maybe it will be on the truck this week. We all know how things work and we know a business knows if an item is on the truck and they can't even tell me that. By chance the day each week my husband or I call is the day the truck is on it's way. The last time I called I asked to talk to a manager and I was told I was taking to a manager named Tracy and she asked me what I wanted her to do about? She was very rude!!! Do not give them your service. They have my money and could care less. So please take my advice. Do not purchase from them. I have tried to call and email the corporate office and it won't go through. I bet they do that on purpose. Lesson Learned!! I have told everyone I know and will continue to spread the word do not purchase from Ashley Furniture! I know want my money back!

Please don’t go we ordered furniture missing an end table they admitted it wasn’t delivered but the driver closed the ticket this happened on December the 4th they said can’t give me my end table because ticket was closed and no one can get it back open. Go to their face book wish I had before shopping with them a lot of people had the experience they are nice until you paid for your furniture . Told them they can pick up the furniture got told once it’s in your house it’s yours nothing they can do

We purchased a bedroom set from Ashley home on 15 Aug. During the process I asked if the bed frame would fit a Tempur-pedic platform mattress frame. We were told yes. When we paid, we also paid for the setup of the furniture. Ashley&'s call us and scheduled delivery for 11 Sep between 11:30 AM and 14:30 PM. The delivery people showed up on time and started to move in the furniture when one of the employees of Ashley&'s told my wife that they only put the bed together for lunch money. This implied that if my wife did not give them money that they would leave and not put the bed together. My wife felt intimidated because there were three movers there and she was alone. They also knew my wife was visually impaired because she uses a seeing-eye cane. That evening my wife told me what happened, but it was to late to call. I called the next day (12 Sep) to complain and was transferred around until a woman named ___ took my complaint. She told me that someone would call me back the next day (Friday 13 Sep). No one called from Ashly&'s on Friday. I called again on 20 Sep to complain and the Ashley receptionist told me that someone would call me back by the end on the day Monday 23 Sep. No one call me back. Ashley Home is not taking my concerns about their delivery practices seriously.
The staff was friendly. Just moved to town. Needed new bedroom furniture ordered a dresser from This store on 7/31/19. Still no word on when it will be here. A few weeks later found Barnett Swann in Madison. They sell Ashley furniture. Much cheaper. Ordered the rest of the bedroom set. Living room and dining room furniture. It was way cheaper than Ashley and I had it in 10 days I recommend if you want something from Ashley go to Barnett Swann. Unless you want to pay more and wait forever to get it
Let me start by saying the Alabama Ashely furniture is a separate franchise from the Chattanooga location. I have been waiting on a new mattress etc. since July when I made my purchase I have called/ emailed the store the delivery department you name it they said I should receive my items no more than 6 weeks from the deposit now it’s going to be 2 and 1/2 months or later before I see this stuff . I have not received any contact from management after weeks of trying , except one at the delivery department . This manager finally answered after I called for over a week .. she was so rude and disrespectful. She said she only had one date available for me and it was not her job to schedule around me . Sh also mentioned if I didn’t take the LATE date she was giving me it would be even later , and she had no idea how long that would be . She could not even give me a time on this delivery date meaning I’d have to miss a whole day of work . I do not recommend this place I wish I would have read the reviews because they all say the same lies and excuses they gave me ! I am going to keep posting reviews, calling , sending emails until someone at this place can finally cancel my order, and give me my money back . I refuse to give money to a buissness that has such horrible customer service, and a horrible delivery department.
Nice looking furniture. I was a little disappointed with the quality price ratio. However the employees were on their toes and catch you as you're getting out of your car. Not really but you get in the door in they're there.

Josh is super kind, helpful, and understanding. He was so patient with me although I was picky and a little wishy-washy about what I wanted. He explained every thing so well and really helped me make the right desicions for my purchases. I highly recommend checking them out.
Josh helped us find the best fitting mattress for our home and went as far as even loading our mattress up for us. It was a quick and easy purchase! We will most definitely be shopping with him and the Ashley Furniture crew again!

This place has the best selection of furniture I have ever seen! Everyone was so nice to me and so helpful. Therapist ed everything to me and I&'ve never been happier with my furniture.
My daughter and I bought furniture at the store in May of last year. She was living in Huntsville at the time but she had to move back to Colorado due to health reasons. Now we&'re having problems with her adjustable base bed. I managed to get Ashley Sleep to send me the part to fix the bed but of course they won&'t actually send anyone out to repair it because we&'re no longer in their servicing area. They weren&'t going to cover the warranty at all citing that I must&'ve broken it in the move from Alabama to Colorado. I had to politely inform them that my daughter moved back to Colorado in August of last year and this bed recently broke. I&'ve also been informed that my five year warranty isn&'t any good for the rest of the furniture I purchased because we are outside of their servicing area. I am on a five-year payment plan with these people and if this furniture is damaged I can&'t get anyone to warranty it even though I have a paid for a five year warranty with the company. I would say that if you&'re going to buy from the store don&'t expect the warranty to be honored if you have to move anywhere. Plan to stay in your house forever

I recommend you do NOT spend any money here unless you want to wait over 2 months for something you have paid for already. The manager and employees are liars and will say anything to make a sale. We got our money back and went to Akins Furniture and got a WAY better deal!
i would not ever buy here again. i bought a bed and they said it was in warehouse and would be in store in 2 days. it wasn't. then they told me Wednesday or Thursday of next week. called on Wednesday they told me it would be there Thursday I told them I would be out of town on that day so they told me to pick up Friday. I go to their store on Friday which is a 20 mile one way from my house to get it. They tell me its not there maybe next week sometime. I asked when next week. the girl gives me the warehouse phone number and tells me to find out myself. I'm an old disabled cancer survivor who's been sleeping on a mattress in the floor for 2 weeks waiting on them. they cashed my check the next day .that was all they were worried about. they also changed me a $60 delivery fee and then told me I would have to pick it up myself at the store. they said fee was to deliver it from warehouse to their store. I'll never go back.
Purchased a Sofa and 2 love seats on 11 Jan 2019. I have not received any of my order as of 11 Mar 2019. Nobody in the Ashley Furniture corporation seem to care. If I can reach anyone (which is almost never) all they say is it is on backorder and the delivery dates which they have given me 3 different dates are only an estimate. The only thing Ashley did quickly was take my money and now they don't seem to know how to refund it. I will never purchase from Ashley again and I recommend everyone goes to other furniture stores. Don't make the same mistake I have made. RUN, RUN FAST, RUN FAR

We ordered over $5,000.00 in furniture three weeks ago with the promise that our base and mattress would be delivered by March 1. On March 1 we had not received a call and touched base without salesman and the manager. We were told the base was in but the mattress was not. The manager told us she would do right by us and call us back. We received no call back.On March 5 we called delivery to &"cut out the middle man&" and hopefully bridge the lack of communication. Delivery told us they had the mattress and base but couldn&'t schedule delivery until March 7 (we are still without a bed at this point).We touched base with delivery March 7 and were told the mattress was in but the base was not! This isn&'t even referencing the rest of the furniture we ordered and were to have delivered. This is only the part that was a necessity for my husband and I and that detail was made clear when we made the order.We can&'t get anyone to answer the phone. We can&'t get transferred without being hung up on. The people we do talk to just keep saying they are sorry with no solution to our problem.Save yourself a headache and spend more if you have to. The customer service is garbage!

Purchased furniture December 15. 2 months later and only received partial delivery after they verified everything was available and ready.
If I could give a zero, I would. Supposedly computer system has been down for two weeks. Worked well enough for them to swipe my debit card for the purchase of a couch. Since then, I have made numerous phone calls asking about the delivery of my couch. Always told system is still down and won&'t be up until next Tuesday. I am canceling my order today. I will never walk into this store again. Horrible customer service.

Mr. Harold helped me find my perfect bedroom set and I couldn't be more happier with my selection. Mr. Harold was very knowledgeable and had the best personality! He has excellent customer service skills!! Mr. Harold made the experience an excellent one and when I return to Ashley's furniture in the future I look forward to working with Mr. Harold again!! Courtney was wonderful in helping us to decide on the products we were looking for but not being pushy.
