I visited the Spanish Fort store looking for a standing desk for my home office and was greeted by Mark Posey. Mark took the time to ask what I was looking for and, within minutes, found the perfect solution for my space. He was polite, patient, and gave my husband and me plenty of time to go through measurements and choose accessories. He even brought us a tape measure so we could map out the room properly. Mark truly listened to what I wanted and offered thoughtful advice backed by solid reasoning. Mark is the best — 10/10 would recommend!

If I could I would give 0 stars! I purchased several items on 10/30/2025 with sales rep, Suzi. I purchased a dining set, decor, and wall art. At the time of purchase with Suzi I was told that the wall art wasn't available and that I had to wait 2-3 weeks. I was offered delivery or pickup. We elected for pickup. Now, mind you, the day of purchase there credit and payment processing system was down, with that being said, I had to wait a whole hour in the store for it to process. I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing. I received a text message stating that they were keeping an eye on my ticket order, I responded to the text. No response because of it being automatically generated. I called the customer service multiple times. I was told the first time I called customer service that it would be able available for pickup on 11/25. I wanted to confirm before going to the warehouse. I called 11/25 and was told that it wasn't available, it should arrive by the end of the week and that I would get a call. No call. Then I was told oh, it would be available 11/28, but our warehouse is only open M-F and business hours and given the address. Not available. Well, it's 12/4 and I reached out to my sales rep, Suzi, personal cell. She got back with me but on her end it's showing open and that I didn't pay for it. What?? She asked if I could send a pic of the receipt. I did that. She responsed and said it's on the warehouse???? What? No call and somehow it just magically appears. Basically, the outcome with Suzi was well keep me posted best of luck. Ok...so I called the corporate number since everyone else was useless and of no help. Corporate office was of no help, too. They couldn't find my order, said on thats franchised owned and gave me a general customer service number. I called the number listed on Google for the store. I spoke with a rep, and she said, we don't deliver wall art? But yet delivery was offered at the time of the sale with Suzi??? I requested a manager. I then spoke with Lily. She came off at first as being sympathetic and wanted to help. She offered drop ship to my door, but then said there will be a fee. What?? I've been lied to and inconvenienced I shouldn't have to pay for a drop ship. I requested a refund for the wall art and was promised that. I would never suggest Ashley and will not be returning. I simply want to make others aware and to consider going there.

Terrific service and great products for the price

All the representatives are very hospitable. Our salesperson was Suzi and she is remarkable. She doesn’t rush you, she takes all the time that you need and she’s kind and patient throughout her time with you. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful. Their 5 year protection plan is above and beyond great.

I purchased the Chessington Oversized Accent Ottoman. When it was delivered, they quickley removed the plastic covering and had me sign for the order before leaving. I then noticed that it had a stain and looked dirty. I later found out that the product contained carcinogens according to California Proposition 65. I am baddeling cancer and have had a headache since delivery. Ashley Furniture online has not responded to my request to have the ottoman removed from my home.

Mark took us directly to the mattresses, no fooling around and explained the the differences and let us compare each one. I have bought other mattresses on line, but never again. WE WILL NOT USE ASHLEY AGAIN! we purchased a sofa that was over $3000. The delivery guys were really rough with it. It had multiple tears and rips in it. This was not noticed until I got home. instead of them swapping it out. They sent a repairman to our house about four or five times and practically had to rebuild the whole damn sofa. Poor customer service!

There delivery commutation is terrible. Have E link stating delivery date but they say it’s scheduled for different day with no notice

Beware of this place my car was hit in my driveway by a box truck from Ashly in Foly Al and the truck just drove off all caught on my ring camera. This place did nothing to help me with getting my car fixed only the police I called to my house helped me so people beware as I live in Crestview Fl people beware this has been nothing but a nightmare. I called their insurance company to file a claim and get my car in the body shop in which Ron Hughes lied and is the worst and should be punished as he does not help or call or email you back as he said he would would not help or offer help it’s been a nightmare I promise you. I will tell each and everyone be on the lookout of these box trucks I do not want anyone to go through what I have.

Not happy with the store or deliver service i bough a bed from them and took two week for delivery and during the assembly was defect part which make the bed useless until the part replaced The driver called the support and they said the will mail the part to me not even to the store I been waiting for over three week and no response what a waste of money $600 Bad store and bad customer service go to another better store

My husband and I went in browsing for sofas. We were approached by Ms. Suzi and she did a PHENOMENAL job answering all our questions. Some sales representatives can be pushy or overbearing making you feel pressured and overwhelmed. Not Ms. Suzi! She was close enough to answer any questions but gave us enough space to explore and discuss it on our own as well. We walked out with answers, resources, and a comprehensive plan to get what we want. She and the rest of the staff provided an exemplary experience.

Greeted by Suzie at the door, immediately very sarcastic and rude. We knew we didn’t have long to look but she rushed us out while I was trying to ask a question. She wanted to stress to me how hard of a week it’s been I know they don’t get that much business. We were planning on buying bedroom and dining room sets maybe $5K+ today in there but when you deal with people like that it becomes easy to spend a little more in other places.

Do not give any salesperson, manager,or anyone helping you at Ashley ANY of your personal information! Do not fill out anything on their electronic pads. I told them once, twice at least three times, I do not want or can apply for any credit! Is that really difficult to understand? But they used trickery. Thought i was applying for a lease. I would not have gone this way anyway because you will pay two or three times what the furniture cost. So I thought I was applying for a lease. There was no header on the electronic pad. After I finished Wells Fargo popped up! I looked at her. I said "I told you I did not want to apply for any credit! It gets worse! About two weeks later I received two or three letters from other creditors! I never applied to! I was told that they had to apply before I could be referred to their leasing program. Did not sound right to me. It isn't. In fact it's illegal. I was livid. Now I have to get in touch with the credit bureaus to have these hard inquiries off my record. Why? Every time you apply it can drop your credit score! But three applications back to back? Who does that? No one that knows anything about how scores are calculated. So this company cares nothing about you. You can't call the store directly. You call the local number and it rolls over to a number in the sky. You have to make an appointment with the sales person you are told to ask for. Hey this isn't Sotheby's! Also their "sales". A sofa for instance with everyday cost say 499. Then a sale breaks. The sofa is still 499 on sale with a regular price of 550. This company has already been in a lawsuit for these practices. No. It isn't because of tariffs! Their furniture is of average quality. While quality furniture manufacturers in North Carolina going out of business Ashley thrives. I'm going to buy some quality used furniture! But the applying for credit without my knowledge is hideous. Never again!

Couch was supposed to be delivered in 1-3 weeks. Took 8 weeks total to get it. Upon delivery days before 3 automated calls confirming delivery. A actual in person call confirming delivery time. A email reconfirmation requested the same information from the above 2 things. Delivery time was scheduled between 4:30-7:30 pm. No call to let me know delivery window not met. I then had to call in to confirm it was still getting delivered and an hour and 30 minutes past time window now and still no delivery. If you receive this many follow ups to confirm delivery, the courtesy here would be to call with delays as well. Very unorganized delivery system, if you have a means of retrieving yourself. I would go that route vs expecting them to deliver in the 3 hour time window. All they could tell me was it is coming, and I am still waiting on delivery.

The associates are really nice but that's about it. I bought furniture from them and was told some items would arrive for 2-3 months. That would've been perfectly fine had it been the truth. Four months pass and I still hadn't received my furniture so we called. The customer service lady said she wasn't sure what was going on as there wasn't an eta on the delivery and they were in the middle of replacing a manager. 2 more months pass and I call again to be told the factory had been shut down due to a covid outbreak and that I'd have it in a month. This could've been easily emailed 4 months ago. When the furniture finally arrived it only lasted 1 yr and a month. Couldn't be fixed as they have a 1 yr warranty and I didn't get protection. I will never buy from this company again.

I just had the pleasure of shopping at Ashley Furniture in Daphne, AL. Alissa was my sales consultant and she was fantastic. I was a little unsure of exactly what I wanted to purchase, meaning whether I wanted more furniture than I originally thought about buying. She patiently explained to me all of the different financing options, cost with or without protection, cost of extra pieces of furniture, etc. Although I didn't end up buying everything I eventually want to have, I am satisfied with my purchase and beyond satisfied with Alissa's help. Amazing customer service from Michele H. She was helpful and attentive, but still gave us space! We could tell she loves her job, which added to to experience of picking out the perfect bedroom furniture.

Liars. Do not buy their "protection plan" nor anything else from this place. We've spent thousands of hard-earned dollars at this place and "covered" our purchases with a protection plan... or so we thought. We've been BATTLING them and their cohorts to have a couch repaired. Not only did we lose money on the broken furniture, we lost money on the fake protection plan, the costs of delivery and set up (our time & efforts), but the time lost trying to get this issue remedied. Their fake protection plan supposedly had some mystery company coming out to make repairs... twice. Twice, they scheduled and failed to show up or even call us for this warrantable repair that we PAID extra for. On top of those failures and financial wastes, we lost thousands of dollars removing ourselves from work and our paying clients to be left with nothing. We have phone records and emails to backup our future legal claims. Avoid this place at ALL COST!

My husband and I worked with the sales associate Suzanne Farber to help us find a new bedroom set. We found the set that we loved and was told multiple times it would be delivered within a few weeks. We asked her if she was sure of the timing due to the fact we noticed it was out of stock. Suzanne kept assuring us that the website just says things like that and we will definitely get our furniture in time. We have now been waiting for almost three months and the furniture is still not here. The date keeps being pushed back almost weekly. I have tried texting Suzanne and all she ever responds is “let me get back to you later on” and never does. We are truly disappointed in the service we are not getting. Suzanne has not kept us updated unless we try to reach her. We were obviously just a quick sale for her and will not be going back to this store.

My experience at this Ashley Furniture store was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I visited with the intention of taking advantage of their advertised offer for a free base upgrade with a mattress purchase. However, the staff at the store seemed completely clueless about the promotion. After an hour of waiting until 8:25 PM, they finally offered a mattress upgrade with a free adjustable base valued at $1000. But just when we thought we had a deal after being told that they will work on checking us out, they abruptly reneged, claiming a misunderstanding. The level of incompetence and lack of basic knowledge about their own inventory and promotions was appalling. It's clear that the staff and management need a serious wake-up call about customer service and transparency. Save yourself the frustration and avoid shopping at this location altogether.

We ordered an entire bedroom set On 3/16/24. We were initially told delivery would be 3 weeks, but did not receive our order until 5/18/24. Prior to delivery we received a phone call to accept partial delivery as the legs for the chest of drawers were not in. We accepted and that was the worst decision. We have still not received the legs to our dresser. We were quoted 7-10 business days. After that we were told middle of June. As of today, they have quoted us the middle of July. Again, we are only waiting for the legs of the chest of drawers. This is ridiculous. We have been given the run around every time we call and I am tired of being given excuses and having the deadline pushed back over legs for the chest of drawers. We spent a considerable amount of money of this set and we are frustrated with the lack of communication and missing items.

Beware when buying from this crew. I looked at the web site for a 2 drawer file cabinet, went in to look at it and they didn't have one in stock. I gave the sales person the item number and they wanted to charge me a $100 extra till I showed them the picture.the description said 2 drawer file the picture looked like a 2 drawer file cabinet When I was building it I realized it was 1and 1/2 drawer. Called to return it they said they couldn't do it at store level and someone from corporate would get back with us.. a week later the sales person reached out to me and said I would have to call corp after talking to Sandra the customer service supervisor she said it had been more then 72 hours and couldn't do anything??? And to boot the part is defective and won't go together. She also told me only the store could authorize a return. Bad verbage, bad service, bad company policy, bad customer service. I won't shop here again!

We were shown all the pieces/offerings in the areas I requested. (We were looking to furnish our new cabin; beds, tables, chest headboard, couch and recliners.) Beth was awesome. Friendly and thorough. However, the store was so warm it was very uncomfortable. Beth gave us water but it was too hot to stay and do the sale. I hope to go back and if cooler I may buy it all there. .

Had such a good experience at Ashley's furniture store. The lady that helped me was named Michele. She was absolutely amazing! If you go to this store, she's the sales lady you want! She's not pushy and is so patient. I went in and had two sets that I really liked while looking, and instead of her pushing me into getting one that day, I told her I needed a night to think about it, and she was totally supportive of me sleeping on it. Most sales ppl just push push push, but she didnt at all, infact she said she rather me take the time i needed before purchasing something n not totally being in love with it and wishing i got the other set. The next day I knew exactly which one i decided to get. So i called to see if it was in stock, and there was only one more set left at the warehouse. My 80 year old Mom wanted a daybed, so we shopped Ashley Furniture in Spanish Fort Al. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a lovely sales associate named Christy Stembridge. She was a tremendous help, we did not find a daybed, but Christy listened to Mom’s plan for the room & showed her a couch that had a pull-out queen size bed. This actually fit my Mothers plan for the area better than the daybed would have. Kudos to Christy for her brilliant idea, the couch was ordered & we look forward to its delivery in a few weeks. The amount of time it has taken for my items to come in has been ridiculous & now I have to wait another week to receive it. It should NOT take a month to get your items. Great experience!!! My wife and I felt very comfortable and the entire team was top quality. I want to particularly mention Suzi. She guided me and my wife to exactly what we wanted. She listened very patiently and spent her entire afternoon to make sure we were entirely satisfied with every step of the purchase process.

Had some issues with my initial order that needed to be corrected and also with getting the items delivered. I had to return to the store to get my order corrected and after issues with delivery I Cancelled my order. After speaking with the GM Katie and Ashley's escalation department, we were able to come to a resolution that made me want to fulfil my order with them. Katie was very helpful in correcting the mistakes and getting my order delivery confirmed on a day that worked for me. Luckily, she was able to work with me to keep my business. They did apologize for their mistake and complications with the order. I will probably order through their store again but probably work through Katie or another salesperson.

We have purchased two sets (We recently went back to electric sofa recliners) of living room furniture at Ashley in Spanish Fort, AL and both times were easy. Susie was our sales lady and she is relaxed, professional and friendly. Overall, both experiences were great. Furthermore, the delivery and setup team were on point. We had a defective recliner that had to be replaced. Ashley stood behind the product and our sales associate, Beth Geddes at the Spanish Fort, AL store made sure everything was handled promptly and in a very professional manner.

Nice store and selection of furniture but worst customer service experience. My husband and I went there and were totally ignored coming and going by three sales people who were sitting in the middle of the store just talking. We looked at chairs that we located without help and left. We didn’t even get so much as a hello or thank you from anyone except another customer who walked by us, also alone and she said hello.

These locations are independently owned and operated, each with their own arbitrary rules and policies, so let me make it very clear that this review is specifically for my experience with this particular store and the Ashley Furniture call center. I had two MAJOR problems (with an extremely simple order) that the managers of the call center would not assist me with or make right and they were rude to me on top of it. The Triforce of terrible customer service. 1. Because the commission based employees here are so quick to take your money while shoveling tons of unnecessary products at you without asking any real qualifying questions, I ended up with a box spring foundation (normally $500+) that didn't work with my bed frame. I was forced to speak with someone from the Ashley Furniture call center because no one at the physical location could be reached. They (rudely) told me that I was not allowed to return this foundation because the delivery team assembled it the day it was delivered, which is part of the normal service they offer, and that by signing for the delivery, I "acknowledged" this. So the complimentary assembly was really just a masked loophole that allows Ashely to deny your returns. Buyer beware. 2. Despite multiple confirmations, they did not deliver my mattress on time, but brought everything else on the order instead, which left me without a bed to sleep on for nearly a month from the date of order. On the day of delivery, I was told my entire order would be arriving: A couch, a (useless) foundation and my mattress. They only brought the couch and the foundation. No mattress. And the delivery person said this exact same problem happened to a client EARLIER THAT DAY and that it happens often apparently. Massive miscommunication runs rampant between the stores, warehouses and delivery teams (something else the delivery person told me), which leaves the customer confused and frustrated. No one from Ashley Furniture will assist you when this happens. You are literally left on your own to wait and you're at the mercy of the warehouse. Your missing items could arrive in a few days, a week or a month. To recap, I was left without a bed due to multiple miscommunications and I'm out $250+ because the delivery team assembled a foundation (which I immediately disassembled and did not use) that should have never been sold to me in the first place and the extremely rude/unprofessional managers at the call center used a fine print loophole to deny my simple return. I just spent thousands of dollars with this company and they would not even take a $250 return (on something that probably has a 500% markup) to help the customer after all these issues. Think about that. In conclusion, I will never be shopping with Ashley Furniture again if this is how they allow their stores to be operated and if I can deter even one single person from buying here, then I'll have gotten my foundation's worth. Avoid this company and watch out for the hidden loopholes. Don't expect any help or professionalism if you do run into problems. They only care about your money, not you. Edit: I have been asked to contact the store to resolve this issue. Will update review after this follow-up. Edit 2: Final update. I reached out to the provided contact and it took them over 5 days to get back to me. They said they would refund the box spring, but also deduct a 25% restocking fee from the return. This company is a total joke. I told them that was completely unacceptable for what I'd been through and to their credit, they actually waived the restocking fee, but not without further condescension and a phone call from corporate. Way too much of a hassle for me to EVER deal with this company again in my entire life. Good luck to anyone else who decides to shop here.

My family and I we were greeted with a friendly smile by Michele Hauck at the entrance desk. I am convinced that every other employee would have provided us with the same welcoming if they were at the desk. Michele was especially kind to my two boys, even though the youngest was enjoying the showroom like it was a big play ground. I promise, he didn’t break anything and thanks Michele for making us feel at ease and at home. It was fun hearing my 2 year old son laughing and enjoying himself in the store - thank you. I was also impressed when the store manager stopped by to say hi. Thanks for taking time off of your schedule to say hi. My wife loves your showroom compared to the one in Pensacola. It is spacious, welcoming and has a lot of great furniture. Your store had exactly what we were looking for to complement what we already purchased in the past at the Pensacola location. This is why we didn’t stay longer. Michele made my purchase easy and clearly explained the shipping process which I appreciate because it was helpful. I knew what to expect and my next steps when I left. When we received our shipment, we were impressed with how easy it was for us to install our own furniture at home. Most of it was pre-installed already and all I had to do was put legs together for our server and dining chairs - I hope all your furnitures are packaged and delivered this way. Thanks for a great experience. We will see you again in the future.

Update- the prior review still stands regarding Rosie, but due to the the last 2 experiences we had with Ashley, I will no longer be a customer. First, we went into the Pensacola store, just looking since our new place was still under renovations, advised the rep we were just looking, but found the perfect livingroom set. The rep tried to upsell to us and convince is to purchase that day but since we didn't have a place to put the furniture, we could not and when we reminded her of that she rudely walked away. Me husband had even told her we would be sure she got the credit for the sale. A couple weeks later we ordered 2 dressers online, were immediately charged for them. 4 days later the charge was dropped from the credit card and a new charge added that was not the whole amount. I called customer service to verify and rep could not find the order, so the rep sent an email request to locate it and the emailed response 24 hours later said I must go to a store to place an order. That would be fine except there is a charge on my card that needs an explanation. I called again, first was told order couldn't be found then was told the item was "with a partner"and was given a phone number - they were closed. I then requested my order to be cancelled but was told again rep couldn't see my order, except the rep verified my order was for 2 items. At this point I am feeling scammed. Rep stated she couldn't cancel my order stating I would have to wait till the "partner" was open to cancel. When requested, I was refused being able to speak with a supervisor twice. We will go somewhere else. Rosie was great! She helped us find the perfect love seat. We still love it a month later.

Found two couches, oversized chair and ottoman from a great salesman who was really helpful (Joshua Robbins) at the Ashley location in Spanish Fort, AL. The cushions are just the right amount of firm and soft…so comfortable and seem to be really well made. Looked at a lot of stores during our search and this Ashley store was by far the best.

I ordered dining room chairs in April 2021. I have not received my purchased it's been over a year.

We had been shopping for a couch or love seat, and visited this store to check out their offerings. One of the store employees, Suzy, helped us out. She has been the best, worked hard to make sure we were pleased with our experience and selections. She was efficient in navigating the options, materials, and delivery. She even had us take home one of the throw pillows that came with them, so we could ensure the colors met our expectations. We are quite pleased with the two loveseats we bought. I would recommend Ashley and especially working with Suzy! Thanks!!

Friendly employees, however a bit pushy. I guess they work on commission. Literally fighting one another for you.

6 weeks later still waiting for our mattress to arrive. I’ve called customer service and the store , I keep getting the runaround. Customer service says “ no way to track an order” or “ we are waiting on the manufacture”. I find that hard believe because you go to the manufactures website and they state they have product ready to ship. When we first ordered our mattress, store said “ 2-6 weeks .” Now, customer service says “ up to 16 weeks”. It really sucks because, Ashley charges 20% for returns . Like c’mon! It’s 2022 I thought that was a thing of past.

Went to look around and I found the living room suit that I wanted and I love it they are delivering my recliner on the 25 thank you so much.

Waited for months, way past time of promised delivery. I never received the complete bedroom that was ordered. They refused fir us to return are partial order. Horrible customer service, Horrible company policies. Rude people to deal with. Completely scammed.

I will never again buy anything from Ashleys furniture in Spanish Fort. I have been a loyal customer to them for years, we purchased our bed, an armoire and two end tables for the living room and one night stand for the bedroom. This was the fifth and final time we will ever buy from there again. We bought a reclinening sofa and a reclinening chair in May and it wasn't delivered until the end of September and then in broke before the end of November, less than three months.They came ot to repair it and he said he would have to take it apart and my husband told him no that he could take it with him and the chair. It is a piece of junk made with cheap wood and we paid $3,900.00 for the 2 pieces. I guess now when your buying a sofa or chair you need to turn it upside down to see what's underneath it. We were suppose to receive a call back from the manager or district manager and have not received a call backas of today and I just call again. I have called three times and they say within 24 to 48 hours and we never get a call back. Now it's been over a month a still have a broken sofa sitting in our living room we can't even sit on. So many things wrong

Waited patiently for the delivery date, got a text asking me to confirm if thursday was good. Confirmed it and then they told me the window would be between 11 and 2. Smack in the middle of the day. I work and i dont have anyone at home who could receive it which put a large strain on my work week, then told me i could pay 60$ to have it rescheduled. Post delivery an hour after they left i noticed a small crack on part of the underside so i got under to look and the whole edge is just shattered, and two washers just randomly fell off it. Payed 300+ for a broken table and 100$ for them to put ot togather without using all the parts. On top of that i have a chair i ordered off their online store that according to UPS didnt ship for a week and a half after they weighed it and put a lable on it. Overall, i am NOT having a good experience with Ashley.

Do not recommend at all!!! For the amount of money you pay for this furniture, you would expect to have it delivered at a reasonable time. I purchase my furniture in June 2021 on a promotional rate and it’s now October 26, 2021 and I have yet to receive my furniture. This is unbelievable!!! I was also told 12 -14 weeks!! This is too long to wait on a dresser and bed set but I have been very patient and it has been longer!! Whenever I call the warehouse to get an update I receive different dates to there’s no ETA. I’m very frustrated with Ashley Homestore Furniture and will not do business again.

No one answers phone, i bought a reclining sofa, paid cash, $786.00 have to wait 4 to 16 weeks, found same sofa on their site for 68 less. I went up to store, said someone will call you, 2 days, NO CALL!!!! I want the 68 difference back. They cant post one price and sell for another. I was on hold 30 minutes to be dropped on the wait, called back, hold time 45 mins, called again wait time 1 hr. WTH, 2 customers in store when i was there, went home, they didnt give me a pick up address when order comes in. Horrible phone service, no one calls back after i drove all the way back there day after i made purchase. If i do not get a call back, i WILL be cancelling the order. Ive never had such horrible service at an ashley furniture store. Ive purchased a lot, but no more, after this.

On May 26th I ordered my son a bed from Ashley furniture. First they delivered the wrong bed and here it is August 17th and my son still does not have his bed. I would not recommend buying anything from Ashley furniture if you don’t want to wait months to get it. My son needs his bed!!!

Not too terribly impressed with selection and pricing. At the time of our visit all furniture was 14 to 16 weeks out due to build time. This was due to covid-19. I just feel like that should have been mentioned up front instead of after you decide what you want to purchase.

Great staff, talked us into a purchase for recliner and sofa that we weren't there for but thought great deal. My wife and I were getting married in a month so wedding gifts to each other.. What a mistake Got sofa 4 weeks after ordering Still no recliner... 12 weeks Can't call store, you get a call center in GA. **always** 20+ minute wait to get rep **always** Same speel everytime. Like clockwork script reading. Monitoring you order daily. No updates. No clue how long "maybe a couple weeks?" Last time was told it was material shortage on the recliner. Can build a couch with two recliner sections but can't build stand alone? 3* for friendly service but holding rest for lack of product

Ordered full furniture package for new rental condo ordered in December here it is June and still waiting on sleeper sofa for living room every time you call told no update over and over again almost 6 months we had to buy a second sofa to put in just so we could get condo on rental program

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT ASHLEY!!!!!Delivered a $2600 sectional that was damaged. Was suppose to replace it. Not heard from them nor will they answer their phone!! Everytime I call the corporate office they hang up on me!!! I am always nice and DO NOT lose my temper!!

Purchased furniture in January, it is now May. Was told it would take no more than 12 weeks to get furniture. It is now 19 weeks. I have called every week to get an update on the furniture. They never have anything New to tell me. Bought a new house and it feels empty because we have furniture that has still not come in. Staff has done very little to accommodate the situation. We received one piece and they gave us a delivery time of 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. They did not arrive till 8:45 PM. I had to takeoff of work to wait on it to be delivered and come to find out that was just a waste of time.

Probably the most boring furniture store I have ever been in. It did not help that although the sign on the door requested us to wear masks the staff did not. One was walking around with her mask under her chin the others were in closer huddle's maskless.

I ordered a couch june 5. Was told it'd be here july 11, then july 27th, then august 24th, now september 5th. Today it is August 27th. Still havn't received it. Ridiculuous.

The two employees I've met at the store were great ordered what I wanted and scheduled delivery. Purchased june 23rd loveseat and recliner. Only July 23rd only recieved recliner and had to submit warranty claim for poor stitching and build quality among other issues. No response as of yet from warranty. As for the loveseat now being told it will not be delivered until October 14th. All I want it our loveseat and a NEW recliner that does not appear as though I built it.

Beautiful furniture, little pricey. Can find "Ashley" brand elsewhere for way cheaper. Write the item number down and have a dealer order for you. (We did) We were greeted when we walked in. Nice selection just too high in my personal opinion.

We were moving from out of state. Michelle H. , was able to get us everything we needed right over the phone at the best price. Still waiting on a few pieces but that's because of Covid and I fault of the store. I have reached out to Steve, the store manager as we did have a few minor issues with some pieces. He was quick to respond and has assured me they'll take care of everything.
