I knew what I wanted, so I was an easy customer. The saleswoman was quick and efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!

Delivery was as planned, the team from sale to delivery were friendly and helpful. At inspection we noticed 2 screws were missing for one of the dresser drawers and the delivery team acknowledged the issue and took care of right away. Thank you!

We went shopping for new furniture today. We walked in to Ashley Homestore select this afternnon. We were greeted by a very friedly employee who pointed us to what we were looking for. She let us look with out pressure checked on us frequently & answered our questions. After going to another store in same building, we returned & made our purchase. Our sales person was in training & still gave us great service. The gentleman at the sales desk was very knowlegable & helpful to us all. Completing the sale just took a few minutes including setting up delivery. Tgank you Ashley's for being there for us. Can't wait to getourpurchase next week.

I like the sofa I bought from their store. It was very affordable and at the moment we didn’t want nothing too expensive. You definitely need at least two people to bring it home at least I did. The feet are usually underneath the cushions. Very comfortable.

Shopping around for a new bed set not really expecting to get anything but Patrick really helped us out. Very patient and showed us all our options, great guy! 3 month edit; i ended up buying a dresser that had to be shipped in. 1 month without any contact i called to get a status and all i was told is it's on the way to Anchorage. 1 more month goes by and i had to call again just to be told the dresser had been discontinued and i would not be getting anything. The most frustrating thing about the entire situation was i got 0 notification about this, i had to call myself to find this out.

Went looking to see what was available because of the sale and walked out with a new piece of furniture that fit the budget and met the criteria. Steve, the salesman, was friendly but not suffocating. He allowed time to meander and to try a variety of items, while answering a lot of questions! It was a pleasant experience and the plan is to return for more pieces at a later date.

We recently moved here and our current living room furniture is unfortunately not a good fit for our new home. I received the information I needed plus the individuals I worked with were friendly and personable. Purchased furniture in their Anchorage store in December of 2023. Paid for delivery. Two different delivery dates. First delivery two items were brought. The love seat required two plug-ins. One was the wrong one. I called got it straightened out. The power cord was sent up from Anchorage. It was supposed to be delivered and installed when the couch was delivered in January. The couch was delivered and set up without incident but they forgot to bring the loveseat power cord. I stopped in the Fairbanks store and picked up the power cord. I made arrangements that the next time they did a delivery in my area to call and set up an appointment to install the power cord. As of today, March 20th, my love seat still needs a power cord.

Well when I purchased my items. Everything was in stock except a rocking recliner and a chest. We discussed delivery and the chest was to arrive before my may 12 delivery. Upon delivery I am one nightstand short and the chest. The rocking recliner appears black not chocolate brown. My dresser has several scratches and the mirror is cracked in the top right corner. Patrick is very nice but transferred me to your warranty dept. after calling a couple times and leaving a message I decided to call back to the Fairbanks store to have the dresser replaced. Patrick has no eta on either the dresser or the nightstand and quoted possibly the unit (nightstand) was damaged the one that claims to be in stock or “permafrost” is what has delayed shipments. I’m a life long Alaskan and when I purchased from your Fairbanks store my main concern was product arriving. I did not even have my set 4 mins before having issues. Your staff is very friendly but overall I’m having buyers remorse for the products I purchased. My main concern is happening and Also I financed through Ashley credit, and even though the some of the products are not in my payments are still the same.

Looking for a Love seat. They had quite a variety to choose from. The salesperson was helpful. They helped load up the furniture. I would shop there again.

Sales did what they do and sold us furniture, went the next day to pick up at 11:30 and was told warehouse is only after 12:00, flyer showing warehouse pickup spot says 10:00-6:30 M-F, here I sit waiting- good thing my time is less valuable than most 🤷‍♂️

Okay selection, rude employees. Did not greet me, just stared as I looked at the kids furniture. My daughter has outgrown her furniture and needs a bedframe and dresser.. Couldn't help but notice that the family before and the woman after me were both greeted and assisted. The man at the front kiosk and the woman at the counter INTRODUCED themselves to the other people and only stared me down. I'll wait to use my Ashley's account (17 years btw) back in the lower 48 and just order from Amazon. The bunk bed for 299 was a steal, too. Oh. Well.

Pieces are decent but the staff can be a bit lazy. Some, not all. Ordered an entertainment center and paid full price for delivery and set-up. Called 2 weeks later only to find that my item had been in the store for 3 days and I was never notified. Scheduling for pickup and delivery wasn't done proper and it would have been 3 weeks longer, so I picked it up and set it myself. They did refund my charges for delivery and setup without issue.

I was in and out in minutes, purchased the exact couch I was looking for. I appreciate that they unbox their furniture before you take it home to ensure that what you are getting has not received any damage in transit to their store and then repackage it for pickup/delivery.

I came in earlier in the week to check on a dresser for labor day. Price, availably etc. The salesman answered all my questions. We went back today, did the progressive leasing (they let us fill it out on their computer) which one sales guy (Ross I think) was learning, picked it up well and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. We had to go back to initial some things, but that was fine, I'd rather make sure everything was fine and get the dresser then miss out. (They only had one more in stock in anc).

Ordered a bedroom set at the end of november, no one called to tell us when it was in. One of the dressers was broken they reordered it. When it came in in April it was the wrong dresser. Still waiting for them to make it right....

As soon as I walked in I was approached by a sales associate who was very helpful and friendly. She had no problem looking up prices and finding out what type of furniture I was looking for. I found a stylish affordable piece of furniture that fit perfect with my needs and wants. All and all it was a good experience and i left very happy!

The lady that greeted us at the door is named Angel. She was an angel. For our first time shopping for a bedframe, she walked us through the showroom and we found what we wanted for less than what we budgeted! The frame, delivered and set up is less than $500! I will go back for more as we need it!

Shameful Customer Service from Management team

Customer service was much less than satisfactory. Got attitude from salesperson when I asked questions and was given incomplete information about ordering.

We walked around and not one person said can I help you. The salesperson on the floor walked right past me and spoke to two couples. Didn’t say, I’ll be with you shortly or we are short handed. Nothing. So I proceeded to approach the front desk, asked for an application and she assumed I needed employment. Back to Ashley’s it is. Ashley’s your employee was there after close and did not rush us! Thank you!!

Staff was very helpful and not at all pushy. Prices are reasonable, they offer a military discount, and they deliver on base to Eielson AFB.
