Sells people good. Shiping bad Got the wrong pillow took almost a month to get replace with the correct pillow. Then i had white glove delivered tv stand The people were in a hurry and rushed out befor I can inspect the TV stand. Found sum defects like the door being off centerd I caled it in and took 2 weeks to get a repar man out. Repar man stated I cant ajust the door tell we get the missing center legs in. Legs got orderd Another week and a half new repair guy shows up with a million excuses Then puts the legs on an told me "looks alot better now " I told him the door still not strate he look at me and sed he dont see anything wrong with the door told me not everything can be perfect then he stormed out my house. I never got $1000 tv stand befor but didn't things use to be better back in the day. Ashlys has not contacted me back.

Probably the most over priced and cheapest quality furniture on the market! They over price their own product and then have a crazy sale and make you think you're saving money! Google it people! They've literally been sued for doing the same thing over and over!... When the salesman comes back to you after you asked for a better deal, they're going to show you an amazing price and OMG they "Included the protection for free"! NOPE, all they did was ask the manager if they could price match literally any other furniture store in AZ that sells Ashley because EVERYONE but Ashley Stores sell it way cheaper! At the end of the day, not only is their product absolute garbage and customer service doesn't care for you at ALL! Just go to American Furniture Warehouse, Del Sol, Mega furniture, HELL Walmart.com! And you'll find it way cheaper with delivery and with and without "protection", which at the end of the day is a scam. There isn't a single "protection" you can Google that has more than a 1.5 star review!

This was a very bad experience. After 2 or 3 days of shopping, yesterday we agreed on a price for numerous pieces of furniture a little over $6400.00 worth. The furniture was to be delivered March 17th, at least 3 weeks from now. The sales person Michael then said he would phone today and iron out the payment proceedure. On the phone I offered to pay by check as they would be waiting for weeks to deliver the furniture the check would have cleared easily. They said no! I said then an bank transfer! They said no! I then offered an E-transfer, they said no. I finally told Machael you people tell me how you want to be paid. I couldn't get an answer totally frustrated I gave up and told the to stick the order and hung up. What company sells the furnture but can't figure out how to take payment. I'll go buy the furnature elseware.

Terrible experience! Guaranteed delivery date of purchased furniture; notified a day and half before the scheduled date that it was delayed to "possibly" a week later. Went into the store (because they don't seem to answer their in-store telephones) and was basically told the items might be delivered in a week but only if the items were not already appropriated to someone else (their system only states the total number of units in their warehouse, not how many of them have been sold). Manager states that he would call us first thing Monday morning. However, did not receive a call from him until after we called and got their off shore customer service people again who by the way can barely speak english. This place is frot with incompetence including the technology they use to manage inventory and sales to their customer service. Disappointing to say the least.

Super pleased with the service & selection we found here today! Mary was great - pleasant & professional. She was the perfect blend of attentive & helpful, but also gave us plenty of space to check out all of the options and not feel rushed to make our decisions. The rest of the team that we interacted with during our visit was also kind & welcoming (we were there for hours). Will definitely return in the future, & would absolutely recommend to friends!

Worst customer service in my entire life! I waisted 8 hours to find out when they will deliver my couch, but AI is unable to give me an exact date! I have 4 dates now: Dec.10, 17, 18 and 23!!! When I ordered at the store I was told the couch is in stock, but AI says their supplier has delayed the delivery to the warehouse. You can't call the store and the person in India knows nothing and can not even connect you with them! All they did is, they charged my credit card the day I ordered, probably 3 weeks before they deliver! Update: I went to the store yesterday to speak to a real person, but this was even more disappointing. The office manager monotonously repeated one sentence: "delays do happen". I said, is the new date (12/23) at least fix, because I got my old couch hauled away already! She once again said, "delays can happen"! I then asked her to call their warehouse in CA to find out when the couch would arrive! But she said, that they can't call there! I asked, "Why? Don't they have a phone?" She said "YES"!!!!! And that's how it went on and on. I was treated with extreme disrespect, like if I was stupid! But I just didn't want spend Christmas without a couch! 😪😪😪😪 So, I cancelled my order, drove to the American Furniture Warehouse, found a couch much more beautiful for almost the same price, and they will deliver it in two days, which happens to be the exact same day my other couch was suppost to be delivered! 😍😍😍😍 Do not buy your furniture at ASHLEY, save yourself some headache and go to AFW. Ashley offered the couch for $799 as a Black Friday door buster, but they added $209 for delivery, makes it $1,008! The AFW couch is $1,050 and delivery cost is only $84! So not much of a difference, AND the new couch is much more beautiful 😍!

Yeah I bought a sectional from them about 7 months ago to be honest with you it's not worth $2,400 The electric recliner is fine but the rest is cheap honestly but that's what you getting nowadays pieces of wood with some foam and some microfiber for 700 bucks per section wasn't worth the money to me too bad I can't return it I'll probably sell it on craigslist

Went there about 845 the other night to purchase something I saw earlier that day. Door was locked but we can see that there are still sales people in there. If you advertise a certain closing hour please honor that. Went to American and purchased

10/10 I recently bought a couch and a dining table/chairs and both pieces are such great quality. They look way more expensive than they are. On top of that their delivery service is so great! They aren’t careless at all. Very aware of respecting your home while they are there putting everything together. Highly recommend.

This has been the worst shopping experience of my entire life. We purchased a mattress from Ashley on Saturday. Our salesman was the ONLY good part of the transaction. Thr 3k mattress was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. It didn't come. It was rescheduled for Thursday. It still didn't come. I called to cancel it on Thursday because by this point, I was already disgusted with calling, no answer, getting routed to the Phillipines, no return call. I spoke with the Sales Manager Chris. He also doesn't return calls. After a few hours or waiting, I called him back to cancel, and he said "sure thing" and hung up. He is ATROCIOUS and should not work in the sales or service. I had my suspicion that they wouldn't cancel the order because they also have a no return policy. While I was out, my husband received the delivery instead of refusing it. We decided we'll just keep it instead of being at square one. When I arrived at home, I immediately noticed that the "brand new" mattress is horribly water damaged (which negates the warranty) So again, back to the Phillipines. I went TO THE STORE photos and videos in hand. My only option is to wait for an email from the Phillipines, submit a clai., send pictures, wait for a technician to inspect the mattress, then schedule an exchange. What a NIGHTMARE. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Anthony was very helpful he had lots of useful information about the furniture. In general, the sales staff do not hound you and give you time just to look at the furniture no high-pressure feeling sales

Well unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this company. I ordered over 5k worth of furniture. The end tables were a different color than in store when I got them. After a day I realized they wouldn't work at all. I contacted corporate and they told me they have a zero return policy. I filed a claim for quality control as to the fact that the tables were a different color in store and they basically said sorry nothing we can do. My husband then reached out to the store directly and they told him exactly the same thing. The store manager Rita was very rude and told my husband good luck when he told her he would be contacting corporate and laughed at him. This place is foreign owned and has zero care about their customers happiness. Meanwhile I had a chair come wrong color from living spaces and they took a 10% restock fee and will be picking it up from my house tomorrow. Do not shop at this location or with this company. I should've known when everything I walked in and there was no one in the store.

UNACCEPTABLE customer service by anyone above the sales associate. ZERO follow up for me to return a kitchen table in perfect condition with tag still on, (measurements were not accurate) I called the store within 15 hrs of delivery over 2 weeks ago to resolve this in any way possible. I've been into the store that I purchased from 2 times, 7 phone calls to the actual store and 2 calls to the customer service. .. always being told they are emailing the management with VIP Attention . NO ONE will or has contacted me. So here I am posting my first bad review about any company ever. I'm tired of being polite about this, DO YOUR JOB FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. As a business owner of 2 local companies, shame on you.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ashley and especially Roman At Ashley’s! We had the best experience shopping for a recliner and ending up with a Tempur-pedic bed🤣 ! There was a hiccup in the delivery. Roman was on top of it. He went above and beyond what he needed to do and everything ended up on time and on schedule we will definitely be shopping with Ashley again. I’m sure everybody there is just as helpful but if you get Roman, you know you’re gonna get top-notch!

I have nothing negative to say about Ashley furniture. I only dealt what's someone over the phone as it was an online purchase and they were very nice. But I would like to suggest that you not use Acima for financing. They're just going to give you a bad name. They are probably one of the shadiest outfits I've ever dealt with. They charged me over $200 more than the actual cost of the recliner and I paid it off 25 days before the early payoff option date. Just a suggestion

Moving to a new area and starting all over with setting up a home (yes, a home, not just a house), it can be a daunting task. It would be even more stressful if the folks you encounter are pushy and only in it for the sales. Having visited a few furniture stores in and near Queen Creek, Arizona visiting the Ashley Furniture store in Queen Creek turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The first purchase we made was for bar stools as we had absolutely no chairs to sit upon. Upon visiting the store, I was greeted by Bernadette C. She was very kind and allowed me the "freedom" to look around instead of hovering over me. When I had a question, she was easily available to provide guidance and answers. When it was time to place an order, she didn't balk at the fact that at this moment in time, I was only interested in the bar stools and nothing more. A few weeks later, living with just the bar stools became not so fun. A new home, with no other furniture became frustrating so off to look we went. After looking on line, and visiting a few other furniture stores, we ended up back at Queen Creek Ashley. We were assisted by Aggy and Davis. Again, we were provided the option of being escorted around while we viewed or, the freedom to look, touch and sit on various furniture pieces and to discuss amongst ourselves on what we were looking for and freely discuss our thoughts. Both Aggy and Davis were around to answer questions throughout the visit but the selection was tempting enough that our original intent was just to find a small dinette set and now I was oooing over a family room set up as well. No pressure sales felt....we said we would think about it and be back. Of course, being excited as I was, and wanting to set up "home" they wanted to help. Not just in getting the sales but in truly helping us find the best deal possible for the pieces we were interested in. They informed us of the summer in-store special pricing (up to an additional 25% off any purchase) and even provided us with initial numbers on cost. This gave us something to work with and think about and off we went home to think about it. Of course, in my excitement, I did not "hear" the part of 'up to an additional' - my ears only heard the 'additional 25% off any purchase'. That in itself can add up to a huge difference and in our case, in the end, it did. I ran back home & started piecing together what I wanted the most and got hubby to agree to just the dinette set for now. In the end, I ended up with the dinette & the sofa set as shown in my picture. What was the final deal to convince me to buy all those pieces now versus just getting the dinette set? By the time the hours flew that day, it was heading into evening hours & both Aggy & Davis left for the day. The manager, Mike Lapena, offered his assistance to answer any other questions I had. I shared with him that I truly was excited over the items I picked out but that we just weren't ready to spend that much money on the items as just having moved to the area, there were much more pressing things that needed to be addressed - like getting a washer, dryer, etc. Basic needs that we take for granted living here in the USA. Here is where Mike offered his insight. He provided options on what was "important" in the items we selected. He truly showed interest in me as a person and I wasn't being treated just as a potential sale. Mike honored the summer sale discount on every piece I ended up with. And, he made me feel like being new to the area was important to him that he offered insights on where to shop for other things and restaurants to try. Our conversation went beyond furniture and I have to say, this was truly refreshing! With Mike's kindness and guidance on having the furniture delivered versus us driving to the warehouse to pick up the pieces and having to schlep heavy pieces between myself & my husband, well, let's just say that Mike truly needs to be commended for showing his team that making people feel valued truly made a difference for us! Thank you Mike & team!

Like most Furniture sales you are important customer up to point of sale, then after that good luck trying to resolve any customer service issues you have. Purchased a extended warranty the day I bought my bed and frame but since I paid with my de it card and not financed the warranty they kept saying I never bought a warranty, even after providing proof via bank statement I'm still getting a run around trying to get refunded for pointless warranty. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT BUY FROM ASHLEY! Unless you like getting put on hold for ridiculous long wait times and then trying to communicate with a CS rep that clearly is not based in the US and then the CS reps get mad at you because you keep asking them to repeat because their English is horrible..absolutely worst experience ever with Furniture purchase! Don't waste your money and certainly not your time!

We just got done shopping for a whole apartment and I must say Roman was absolutely amazing and SO patient. He worked with us to find the best furniture that matched what we wanted; even taking off a draw so we could carry it around and match it! Not to mention we had 3 kids that he engaged with and waited patiently while we tried to wrangle them. I recommend asking for Roman Yslava specifically (he also knows mattresses really well!) because he gave us the best deals and experience.

Buyer beware! Stay away from Ashley Furniture. My research now is showing class action law suits and i can see why. I purchased a couch in 2022 and when delivered the feet had been damaged. Ashley was called immediately and new feet were ordered and put on. The couch has not held up as the warranty said it would. Almost 3 yrs later I purchased a bedroom set and recliner when I went in to the store and questioned the wear on my couch. I was told it was under warranty and an easy claim would fix the issue. I thought they were being kind and helpful. Boy was I dumb! The bedroom set was damaged by the delivery men and I watched them drop the recliner out of the delivery truck. I contacted Ashley Furniture immediately and let them know about damage again. I showed patience again and believed damage would be addressed however now 3 weeks out i have had no resolutuon and have asked to return the items due to poor communication and loss breach of contractural agreement of purchasing undamaged furnature with delivery. Ashley Furniture just keeps saying they are talking to their corporate people who say they are emailing me despite requesting a phone call. I have not received any emails except the ones for marketing and ones from the store. Clearly they are pushing this out to avoid taking the furniture back. This situation will clearly lead me to either being stuck with damaged good, fighting them in court and lots of wasted time and money! Go elsewhere and be smarter than me! Update: furniture was piacked up but they did not include the mattress pad that was $300. They then did not refund this or the set up fees, delivery fees, and taxes as they said they would which resulted in them still owning me over $500. This has been a long hassel..please dont buy here. I'm still fighting 3 months later and am told I will need to wait another 45 days.

I purchased a recliner a year ago being a big guy I asked the salesman to show me a recliner that can accommodate my body type he showed me a oversized recliner sat in it and it seemed comfortable. So I purchased it and within 6 months I had issues with the foot rest not going up so called the warranty lone they sent a technician to fix and it worked for about 5 months. At this point I'm getting frustrated called the warranty line again and again they sent another technician he proceeded to tell my wife that this chair wasn't made for bigger people so I called to see about a refund or a different recliner and was told it would take 72 hours to decide Ashley furniture direction for handling this situation. I didn't hear back after 72 hours so I called and they said they were still determining the case it's been 2 weeks no answer so I'm assuming they don't want business in the future so unfortunately I will have to throw out a chair that has barely been used and purchase from another furniture store. So I highly recommend that you look in another direction before purchasing at Ashley furniture.

He did an excellent job, was not a pushy salesman and gave us the best deal in town in less than an hour. After 2 full days of shopping we are glad we ended our journey at Ashley’s of Queen creek. Incredible Service and Selection. We had a great experience at the Ashley Furniture Store in Queen Creek. Aggie guided us through the selection and sale process with her considerable knowledge of the styles and selections available at Ashley. Aggie was super helpful. She helped my wife find a bed and a dresser that could be delivered quickly. She was a joy to work with. ** Update ** We were blatantly lied to. We were told we had 72 hours to report any damage. However, if you use their fast delivery service it voids that warranty. Now we are stuck with a damaged piece of furniture and Ashley’s warranty department claims because “we” (the delivery service) picked up the furniture directly from the warehouse they are unable to fix the issues. If we had been told that the furniture was not under warranty if delivered by their “delivery guy” we would not have used that process. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE.

Was told by salesperson when placing order that our patio table would be coming end of March. Called today to check status and was told today not until the end of April. Yet payments are required on this and we haven’t got all our items. Beware with the sales people at this store when told item can be direct shipped. They tell whatever is needed to make sale.

Aggie was amazing she went above and beyond she listen to what I wanted and helped me find the prefect living room set! If you’re looking for furniture I recommend the Queen Creek location and ask for Aggie!

Aggie was awesome. She very politely walked up and introduced herself and asked if she could be of help. Not at all pushy or overly eager to make a sale. Walked me through the store and showed me several options on sectionals and materials. We also found some bar stools, an accent shelf, and bedside lamps to round out the sale. Has been great at keeping me informed of delivery and any items that maybe late. I'll definitely come back to shop with Aggie.

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but we had the worst experience with purchasing furniture from here and would not recommend to anyone. After an extra piece was ordered for our couch we set up a return (no big deal). They did not show up twice to pick it up, wasting hours of our weekend waiting. We went in person to speak to a manager to which the manager ensured us it would be picked up in 3 days. We also never received the rug we ordered and asked about that and the manager stated it was delayed. Again, those things happen but we were never contacted about it. Saturday comes and once again, no phone call, no show to pick up the extra piece. Once again we go down to speak to a manager. It was a different manager who was very kind and apologetic(the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1). We asked about the rug and it had been delayed AGAIN…zero communication to us about this. We ended up cancelling. It’s now been weeks and still no refund for the returned and cancelled items. Trying to call the service number is absolutely useless as well. Overall, very disappointing and wish we would have purchased our new set from a company that cared about their customers.

Quality of the furniture has been horrible. After only a few months wood is cracking. I went into store and the guy told me I had to submit my claim online although he couldn't tell me how and couldn't find it himself on the website. I go home and get on the website where it clearly states the retail store where I purchased must submit the claim. I called the store and a nice girl helped me with the claim - the reason they get 2 stars.

Absolutely horrible experience with the furniture set up. My partner and I had purchased a couch with the option of having the furniture set up upon arrival, we had called and verified 4+ times leading up to the day of delivery. But when it was dropped up, we were told that it “wasn’t the delivery people’s problem” and the furniture was left outside. After hours of phone calls and trying to do THEIR job for them, we were able to get the warehouse manager to come at 7pm at night, just to find out that he was home prior to the call because no one from the store contacted him. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE!! After all that, Ashley Furniture is now trying to charge an extra $900 but has yet to give an explanation. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Ben was very helpful and was able to give us a better deal than expected. We also appreciated them doing two seperate deliveries at no additional cost since some items were out of stock and wouldn't arrive for several weeks. However, after having our love seat for about a month, I decided to go a different route and changed mind on the love seat. I contacted the store to see if we could return the item as it was brand new and never been used. I was upset to be informed that they do not accept any returns. So make sure you love all the items before purchasing. Also we had several issues with items being damaged or not set up properly when delivered so we had to wait for a tech to come out and fix it. Not sure I will return to Ashley for my next couch (since I want to replace the one we purchased here). Their sales team is great but after purchasing, their customer service/delivery people don't seem to care, once they have your money.

Dropped into Ashley about 2 months ago desperate to find something more modern for our tired living room that had fallen prey to millennial grey! Haley our sales associate was a gem. She was so stylish and had great ideas for our room (so thankful I took some measurements). Delivery was a breeze (they have Saturday delivery) and our new sofas looked perfect! She even followed up with a call to ensure that we received everything and it was as expected! We found ourselves back a few weeks later to order a new king bed we saw while there picking out our couches. She made the process quick, easy and was a delight to deal with! We can’t wait for our new bed to arrive!

Came in for bedroom furniture for my son and Roman (Reigns) was very helpful and made the transaction really easy. Even gave us a couple finance suggestions we didn't think about to help us make a decision. Only issue was the system printing our paperwork and time out issues but Roman went and double checked before re-running the transaction to make sure we didn't get charged twice.

We were notified by email four days prior to our 09/06/2024 delivery that my Grand-daughters bed was on back order. We're still waiting for back ordered items as well as replacement of a damaged nightstand. The delivery date keeps changing for two items. No one can give me answers on the third item. Pictured are damaged nightstand and the parts that we have received of my Grand-daughters bed. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth. UPDATE: We got the foundation, which used to be called box springs, today 09/13/2024 to add to the collection. Doesn't it look comfy? Side rails to come by the 20th. UPDATE: We finally got my Grand-daughters bed delivered and assembled. But some how my order changed name and order number. I emailed and called speaking directly to a human to no avail. My address, phone number and delivery items are forever tied to someone else and their order number. Throw my hands in the air.

I ordered a sectional sleeper sofa from another state to be delivered to our new home in AZ. Mike, the store manager went way out of his way to help correct the problems that I myself caused and he expedited everything when I didn't deserve it. Seamless experience!!. We were lucky enough to work with the GM, Mike, who was extremely knowledgeable, informative and helpful. We weren’t sure what we were looking for, but needed to furnish 2 rooms. Mike helped us find everything we needed. Bought a coffee table and end table from this Ashley store. Was told items were in stock and given a delivery date. Two days before delivery got a call telling us items were not in stock and we would have to wait a couple more weeks. After finally getting the furniture the coffee table was fine but the end table had cracked legs. Called customer service and new legs were ordered and send. After a few weeks the new legs arrived and they were cracked worse then the original legs plus they came without the leveling legs. More legs were ordered but they are not in stock so we are still waiting. It has been a total nightmare. What you see in the store is not what you get.

On the 9th, my Husband and I purchased a couch from Ronald O. at the Ashley Furniture in Queen Creek. When we arrived we were afraid that it would be like every other experience, you know, where the sales guys are just all over you because they want the commission. We walked in and here comes Ronald. We both gave off the "go away, we are just browsing" vibe and Ronald handed us a flier and said "Don't worry, I'm not going to follow you around. Good day, I just wanted to share about an awesome experience I had today at Ashley’s Furniture Store off of Ellsworth, I was looking for certain items and I was met with one of the sales reps , his name was David very nice gentleman he was very patient and willing to take the time to go in depth about the items I was interested in, let’s just say that because of his awesome customer service I made my decision to purchase those items and am very excited. So with all of the new homes being built and new families moving to Queen Creek and the surrounding areas if your looking to furnish your home please stop by Ashley’s Furniture Store and ask for David.

The Queen Creek store is beautifully designed and conveniently closer to my house. All the employees are very professional and friendly. More importantly they allow you to look around without being too pushy. The salesperson, Anthony P. was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products which I very much appreciated. I’ve enjoyed purchasing quality products from Ashley and the manger is running the store efficiently.

Beautiful new store from the entrance, tho the back of the store cleanly put together with the best furniture money can buy. I’m so glad to have an Ashley’s in the area it was along time coming.

I'm extremely happy I decided to check out the store one day, even before the grand opening after I got gas at Costco (which is adjacent to this Ashley store). Ian is friendly, helpful and energetic, but not pushy. He is engaging, knowledgeable and smart. Look for him and he'll give you excellent customer service for all your home needs! Today, at the grand opening, I bought two bedroom sets and 1 queen-sized mattress. I'm excited to have them delivered to my new home very soon. THANKS, IAN!!!

This is a beautiful new store! Ben was super welcoming and helpful, he was able to answer all of our questions without hovering or being pushy. He helped us find perfect sofa and love seat at the price we were looking for.

Great experience working with Ben. Polite, respectful and knowledgeable about the products. No hard-court press yet eager to be helpful as I navigated all the wonderful options at this store. He helped with the purchase of a sectional sofa set that was as easy as could be. I will definitely be requesting Ben's help again as I continue to furnish my new home.

My wife and I were looking for a new rug for our living room. We visited the QC store two times; once to see what was available and the second to make a purchase. We met Ronald during our first visit. And during our second visit, he helped us with the rug purchase. We also had the chance to chat and found a new friend from NOLA. Ronald was upfront about all the Ashley policies - very helpful. We will seek out Ronald for future purchases at Ashley QC.

Me and my family had an amazing experience with of John. He was very patient and very informative. He walked through the store with us matching couch pillows with different couches making sure we got just what we wanted. I came in the other day looking for a new mattress and was assisted by a this guy James. The customer service was above and beyond. He really took into consideration my budget, sleep patterns, and he even read in between the lines to help me find the perfect one.
