It's was real difficult to get the same price on a piece of furniture love seat told $1699 first time ask the price of 3 different pieces for those then went back to first love seat told $1399 and it's like your hovered over and watched the whole time so close at all times you can't even discuss decisions with wife

I have only had my couches for a few months and they’re already falling apart and ripping they only sent me replacements covers for the cushions. and will not replace the couch even though they are under warranty. Don’t recommend buying from them. The couches are JUNK.

I'm titling this "You sucked, but it worked out." So I went by this store a couple weeks ago in search of a reclining loveseat and looking to arrange payments that will suit my income, as I'm on disability. My credit is good, so that shouldn't have been a problem. And I was looking for something that was sturdy. Real wood. Went through the process only to be told that Synchrony didn't accept my request for credit or whatever and told I should just go to American Freight again (which I refused to do since they tried to add an extended warranty that I didn't want). Well it worked out, because I went to Hank's Fine furniture, where the salesman was willing to upend a seat to show me that the furniture was solid white oak, worked with my budget. AND I was approved by the same Synchrony that had turned me down here at Ashley. Huh, how bout that? Well, your loss is my gain in a beautiful new comfy and sturdy loveseat.

I had never been to an Ashley store before. I was met and greeted at the door by the manager David. He told me about the Ashley product and how proud he was to represent it. He just let me look around the store which is how I prefer to shop. I found the one I liked and sat down. I was asking David questions and the sales person (Charity) said Hey, I have that couch and I love it. When she was done with her customer she sat down with us and told me the ins and outs. The store is nice. But they are extremely pushy about their warranties. The warranty however is an absolute joke. If you look the company they use has less than a 1 star rating. They go on and on about how amazing it is but it is a fake company. You cannot call them. Only submit online and then they just never return your emails. I’ve waited four months for my claim to go through. Finally looked up servco online and they just dont exist. THERE IS NO WARRANTY

Came into see Mr. Kraft for some furniture, unfortunately he wasn't there so nobody in the store approached our family. A few other customers walked in as we were looking at bedroom furniture and they were attended to in a timely fashion. Managers stood behind desk area without acknowledging us even when we stood in his direct path. Came by the following weekend, Mr. Kraft was in the store and we made a purchase. If it wasn't for his sales ethics we wouldn't have returned to this location. Felt very discriminated against due to being hispanic. Company should work on all customers being greeted in a timely fashion whether they think language is going to be a barrier.

Went into the store looking to buy something today. Told the lady that was helping me I wanted something today she agreed and continued to run my credit before even letting us look around. After she runs it she tells me it will be 6-8 weeks before I can get something delivered to me because they don’t keep furniture on property. Would’ve been great to know before I spent time filling out paper work for my credit to drop for no reason. Especially since I told her from the begging what I needed.

There have been issues along the way but Charity helped fix them.

I purchased a bed salesperson promised me it would be the most comfortable bed I ever had turns out to be the most uncomfortable bed, they don't seem to care, will not ever buy again and will not recommend to anyone else.

The sales lady was fine but everything else went south. Picked out a couch,love seat,and chair with ottoman as a set. Also ordered a recliner. Almost $4K. Delivered the loveseat and chair the following week. Worst upholstery job I have ever seen on the loveseat. They finally came and picked it up for reworking.Most was fixed but still have to put against the wall so you can't see the back of it. When the couch finally came it had the same problems but it has to sit out where it can be seen. The recliner was back ordered so they talked me into ordering a different one. This one is now coming in mid. January which is later than the original one would have arrived. They have had my money since the first week in Sept. so that will be almost 5 months if it comes then. It has all been blamed on the virus. Let the buyer beware!!

Great selection and good prices. More importantly, really friendly and helpful staff. Personally, I prefer to shop without any "help" from store staff but the staff here were actually helpful and answered a bunch of questions without being pushy or bothersome. Prefer this particular location much more over their sister location in Searcy, AR. Jill was great!
