Paul Jones was wonderful

Ordered furniture almost 2 months ago. Received part of it & scheduled a delivery for the remainder of our furniture to be delivered today. They have stated they only do deliveries 3 days a week. So we have missed work or asked a friend too twice already; delivery arrives today with only a chest of drawers & a pillow (we never ordered the pillow). Contacted the store & informed them that we did not receive the remainder of our furniture that we have been waiting on for months. We got the run around and eventually HOURS later were contacted to say they can deliver the furniture tomorrow, meaning we will have to miss work AGAIN. We stated we are available today & they “absolutely can not make it back today” so we asked for a Saturday delivery, and was again left with, “I’ll have to get back to you on that”. Communication ZERO STARS.

So I bought a mattress from them and the service was great had to wait a few days for the arrival no big deal. got it home and it had a huge soft spot in the center thought well it might take a day or two but nope got worse. Contacted them with the issue they referred me to another store, had to take pictures and send in. Now they are saying the hole isn't big enough for warrenty, how big does the whole have to be. So none the less they don't stand behind there product would highly recommend shoping a better store.

I took my elderly mother to the Ashley Furniture store in Blytheville, AR to purchase a recliner for her as she had recently been admitted to a health care facility and needed a special lift recliner. I first called and spoke with someone to get all needed information. When we got to the store we were greated by DAVID WILLIAMS who recalled the phone call. He was so patient and kind and answered all of my mom’s many questions and patiently allowed her to try out the different available recliners. He set up the delivery and that went perfect too!!! The whole experience was wonderful. I am so thankful we had the pleasure of working with David that day. All the employees were nice. I wish I lived there so I could always shop at the Blytheville store. If you happen to see this Mr. Williams, thank you. My mom loves her recliner and it fits perfectly in her room!

Mr. Paul dealt with us as soon as we entered the store, he was very polite and professional, he actually listened to what our needs and wants were and actually made some really good suggestions on the furniture selected. Mr. David, I believe is the manager and I am in awe how hands on he was with everything. I also loved the dynamics between him and Mr. Paul. The customer service was/is Excellent! We were able to furnish all the rooms in our house. I will definitely recommend this Ashley outlet store to everyone. And, may i add that the south florida Ashley needs to come over here to get train in customer service, not all but some needs to be trained. Paul Jones did a wonderful and sold us a beautiful sectional and end tables. ❌❌❌Editing This Post❌❌❌ I never actually got any furniture from Ashley I picked out the set I want and got a pre-authorization and it was to be ordered. Something came up and I called to cancel said order and all of sudden my furniture was delivered and in order for me to cancel anything I was to pay $1000 restocking fee!!!! How are you going to force someone to pay for something they didn’t get? Just WOW!! I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the sells rep Paul Jones and anyone else that “made that call!!” I will be contacting the BBB!!!

Well editing this review and I wish I would have checked other reviews before filling this out wants to charge us 1000 dollar re stocking fee and had us sign a paper saying it was a pre auth and nothing was set in stone until we picked everything up this place is a joke and I will be contacting the BBB as I can see they have preyed on multiple people already the same way Great customer service fast and easy to work with

Spencer goes above and beyond with his customer service to make certain you’re happy with your purchase! Makes you feel like you’re just having a conversation with a friend! 10/10 would recommend!! Customer service is what sets locations apart from one another! As long as Spencer is here I will definitely be a return customer to this location for my furniture needs!

*Update* Unfortunately, I’m having to edit this review. I went in to Ashley Homestore last year with my sick child (she has Leukemia and was bald at the time so obviously sick) looking for living room furniture. Paul would not even give me a minute to look at the furniture. He immediately wanted to check my credit and run the numbers for me. So we did it. I told him I would have to wait to get our taxes before we would be able to purchase a set and that was all fine and well. (We weren’t even sure if we were going to get our furniture from them, I was just looking). Before leaving I signed the application for credit check and thought nothing more about it. Months later Ashley is calling me every week to see when I can pick up the furniture. I told them I hadn’t yet gotten my taxes so there was nothing I could do at that time. They eventually called me in April threatening me with a $1000 restock fee if I didn’t come and pick up the set I had looked at. Which is confusing because I wasn’t even sure If I was getting that set or not (they even said we could change our minds on which one we wanted later). They said I had signed an invoice (which I wasn’t aware of) and that I would have to pay it or it would be sent to collections. I have yet to pay that $1000 but I guess I eventually will pay it off. I honestly feel preyed upon by Paul and the staff at Ashley. Just wanted to let prospective shoppers beware. Don’t sign anything when dealing with Ashley home store in Blythville, AR. If they’ll try to pull one over on a woman with a sick child they’ll do it to anyone. And to be clear they pushed me to write the review below before I left the store as I bet they did a bunch of the other reviews listed here. The only thing they didn’t bet on was me updating it. *original review* Paul and the whole team were friendly and great to deal with. Will definitely be back for future furniture purchases. 10/10 would recommend.

We are on our second sectional living room suit. My son took mine after two years, he loved it so much and I found a new one that my daughter and I fell in love with when we walked into the store. Paul is always so helpful and brings a positive energy to our buying experience. Paul was also helpful to us in purchasing our new dining room furniture. Highly recommend our #1 sales person and this particular store!

I’ve been to my share of furniture stores and typically don’t bother leaving reviews on anything because I’m not a woman. But in my years of dragging myself into furniture stores, knowing a sleepy, probably half-drunk, sleazy salesperson that is faking his/her way through their miserable existence, is waiting for me to step through the front door, my experience here could not have been more opposite and dare I say pleasant. So much so, I’d go as far to say Spencer Vaughn IS Ashley Homestore, and I suggest you let that one marinate. He even through in a free rug with our purchase! 11/10 recommend!

The salesmen that we dealt with the day we purchased, were great. But after we had an issue with damage, the warranty wouldn't cover damage, even though it is stated. I was passed to different "managers" and told different things to do. All the way until the last person told me nothing could be done and sales are final. The price is too high and quality of the furniture is not worth it. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
