Purchased brand new furniture mid December. The couch arrived broken and the recliner that was suppose to arrive Dec 26 still hasn’t came in yet

We were told the barstools we wanted would be $300.00 each when just several days they were advertised for $199.00. When we asked why the difference in price we were told tariffs went into effect increasing the price. The salesperson said she would see what she could do and returned to offer the stools for $199.00. Just wonder had we not challenged the price would we had paid $300.00

Aaron Bostic was our salesman and he did not push us into buying certain brands at all. He let us try out laying on the different mattresses and then wanted us to sleep on the brand we already had to feel the difference. He let us give our opinion and let us ask the questions. I have bought many things from Ashley Furniture in Bryant. But my best experience there, EVER, was the other day when I met Angel and she helped me find a kitchen table for my son's new house. The way she greeted me was fantastic! And she just treated me like we had been friends for years. She knew the store and the inventory, which kept me from having to walk all of those acres looking for something that might not be there. And when we found one I liked she quickly checked to see if there was a sale price she could activate on it - and there was! I don't know how she did it so differently than the other times people there have helped me, but she made me feel like I was in and out but at the same time not rushed. She must be good because they had her training a new guy. She was so good at her job, so accomodating and friendly, that she made me want to buy the protection plan and even look around for more furniture I might need! She was just such a pleasure to work with! And I want everyone to go buy something from Angel so she'll still be there when I need something else!

Took me 2 weeks to talk to someone in customer service about fixing some furniture that a purchased two months ago.which when I got in touch with someone told me to leave my information and that the customer service manager would get with me the next day.didn't her from them.so I called back the next day was told that Chris the customer service manager wasn't there because he works from 8 to 12 which my wife took over the phone call and ask to speak with the manager .then all of a sudden Chris appears on the phone the time was a.liitle after 3 which they had been giving me the run around Chris only work 3 to 12 which he started talking crazy to my wife.which she then talked to the store manager which she was very polite and did what she could to resolve the.problem.which was told I would hear from them on Monday of the coming week its Wednesday still haven't heard from them.which we spent a lot money on with Warrenty. Just very bad customer service when it comes to getting someone out to fix that's under warranty.

10000% do NOT recommend Ashley - Bryant, AR. And can I leave a review on their facebook? Of course not. We just left with our adopted, NON VERBAL, AUTISTIC 3 year old with diagnosed Axiety and Psychological Abuse…. in which a sales person by the name of Waldena or Wally? No clue.. decided to apologize to other customers for our child being loud… our child who we do not shelter from the “normal” world because he needs to learn how to act outside of the home so he can develop and function as well as he can in society. I will NEVER apologize for a child being loud and having a meltdown in public when grown adults can’t learn to behave either. A child that has been through hell and back and is learning to function. People with Autistic children end up avoiding stores, parties, restaurants, etc because of people like “Wally”. And also wonder why they struggle as adults. Luckily for Kreed his Daddy and I will never keep him from things. Luckily for Wally I didn’t hear it and my husband did because I have a louder mouth and we could’ve discussed it in person. Don’t be like Wally.

I will never do business here again! We just bought a couch from here and needed a chair they didn’t have in the store. Ordered it online and when it came in, it didn’t match. We loaded it up and took to the local store to return. We were told it couldn’t be returned in the store and had to be sent back. No one knew anything nor were they helpful in any way. Called Ashley about returning and was told we had to pay the return shipping cost. This is horrible customer service and I would advise anyone to not purchase from here! They have lost a customer for life now!!!

Jana helped me pick out a new couch and she was amazing! My family and I got there an hour before closing and we’re a little crazy, but she was really patient and took us around the whole store. I needed a very particular style of couch and she knew the inventory and where to take us so we didn’t see a bunch of couches that wouldn’t work for me. She also wasn’t pushy like a lot of salespeople can be, she didn’t push me to buy the most expensive couches when there were a couple I liked.

Purchased a mattress and was told it had a 7 year guarantee. We’ve had it less than a week and it is too uncomfortable to sleep on. Was told we didn’t buy a $300 guarantee - which wasn’t offered to us - so there was nothing they could do. Will not buy from here again.

I went to purchase some furniture at Ashley’s Furniture and when I say I had a great experience I did. I saw a couch online that I loved and found it in store for higher price and they honored the online price Which was cheaper. They have really good prices and really good furniture and salesman. My only issue is that they did not deliver my furniture when they were supposed to even though I payed for delivery and they told me it would be delivered. I ended up having to take a U-haul to get my furniture although they did refund me my 130$ delivery fee i was not pleased how the manger handled the situation over the phone. I will do business with them again but if someone pays for delivery you should deliver it on the agreed upon day.

New Update: Angel was great to work with. We're starting the process of transforming a space into a movie room, and this reclining double chair was the perfect color and comfort, with quality leather, a lighter color, and built in massager, it's a relaxation game changer! Old review: This rectangular shaped coffee table works well with my sofa and lightens the room. However, these laminate veneers they are putting on furniture these days do not hold up to normal daily use with easy scratches and the color on the edges wearing out so easy. Nothing is made to last anymore.

Ashley has a humongous building with many choices for any room. Floors are spotless and ample lighting. "Wally" was our salesperson. Well read, friendly and and personable. She had a sales team disassemble/reassemble a modular unit which gaves us another perspective. She kept us informed of our purchase status after business hours. The only negative from my perspective is that a salesperson is on top of you right when you enter the door, like a car dealership. Great overall experience.

I ordered a King Split Medium Firm this past Friday morning and he said it would be delivered in a week or less. I told him ASAP please because my wife was recovering ❤️‍🩹 from open heart surgery and she needed something more urgent for her condition. We are pleased, so far, with our Ashley’s experience. We needed a bed and bedroom suite. We purchased a mattress and base that could be delivered that day. Perfect as that got us off a blow up bed. I would love to review the furniture but it hasn’t been received. The furniture was at the store two days ago (Monday) and won’t be delivered Saturday. The other room of furniture is 6-8 weeks out on delivery.

My husband and I recently shopped at Ashley's in Benton. We needed a new mattress, and were possibly difficult to satisfy due to my husband's back injuries/surgeries. We're moving to Little Rock in May and since we're buying new furniture to be delivered iwhen we arrive, it needed to wait for delivery until then. This is our 3rd living room set from Ashley. I called the Bryant store and Alan answered. It was perfect timing that day as far as I'm concerned. He answered all of my questions, then spoke with my friend and her husband a few days later when they came in to sit on some of the sofa sets for me. They had also looked for months for a new mattress and base and were so impressed with Alan's knowledge, friendliness, and personality, they purchased from him as well. I finally decided on a living room set after sitting on a few at the San Antonio store, sent a message to Alan, and he responded immediately....on his day off. The order was put through with a May delivery date as requested. UPDATE: Because of the exceptional service, we purchased a TV stand and end tables today and Alan was able to coordinate the delivery for the same day as our original purchase. UPDATE 2: I purchased a bed base and nightstands today from Alan. He has been so helpful with recommending products that fit my lifestyle and preference, and was able to set up delivery with the rest of the furniture on May 15. UPDATE 3: June and July 2025 - purchased a dining set, bookcase, and now a mattress from Alan and it was a pleasure to physically go into the store to try out the mattresses. Alan was very knowledgeable about them, which I was thankful for. I was a Customer Service Manager for 25+ years and this is the best experience we've had with Ashley in 10 years. Store was great had exactly what we wanted and pickup was smooth, however salesperson Jana was very rude after we picked out our furniture she got on her phone and was scrolling and texting then when I went back to pick it up a week later I tried to speak to her and she ignored me. Evelin is great! When we got there, she let us know she was there when we needed her, she did not push us, and waited for us when we were ready. While waiting for our items to arrive, she would reply to messages, be so kind, and so helpful. She is for sure a great person to work with, and we will be back soon for more items!!

Please Inspect Your Furniture!!!! I spent over $7400.00 in furniture in August, and it was being delivered today. I refused the delivery because the furniture was straight from the showroom floor. The reclining couches had so much dust on them and there was trash and grass in the creases of the couch. The manager called and said she would have them to clean the furniture up and they would bring it back out. No Ma’am you will not!!!! I paid for brand new furniture!!!! The furniture was on back of the delivery truck not wrapped or in boxes. If you wanted to sell something off the showroom floor you should’ve sold it at a clearance price. Why would I want reclining furniture that everyone has been testing out for years. The manager don’t have any customer service skills !!!She did nothing to come up with a solution to satisfy the customer. I had to change the delivery date several times and she indicated that was the reason why the furniture was dirty.. It doesn’t matter if it was in hold for 5 years , it should’ve still been in its original packaging. You agreed to hold the furniture and you also told me you could hold furniture for up to a year. I’m sure my furniture was sold and they had to pull my furniture off the floor. If my furniture is not delivered to my house in its original packaging I don’t want it. If I have to file a lawsuit to get my money back I will do just that. I’ve been shopping with Ashley for over 30 years, and this will definitely be my last time. They attempted to deliver my furniture like it was a repo from Rent-a-Center. I’m sure it’s only certain customers that are being treated like this.Sissy the sales manager tried to talk to me like I’m a child telling me she wasn’t taking any furniture back after those nasty, dirty blankets were thrown over them . The delivery guys were excellent!!!! They were only doing their jobs, and they provided excellent customer service!!!

LONG READ BUT IT NEEDS TO BE SAID . Please share So finally we got to order all of our new furniture yesterday 2/26/25 ..with that being said …. There is a man named Alan that works at Ashley furniture in Bryant Arkansas … When we went looking for furniture we didn’t know what to expect because we had never really done that or had to go through that before . We walked in to Ashley and was met by Alan . Alan made our shopping experience wonderful . He was patient with us (more so me) and never one time seemed to be frustrated with my moving from recliner to recliner till I found the perfect one . He did not talk to us like a salesman he talked to us more like a friend. We talked about his son who was deployed.. we talked about family we just had a good day . Alan was able to secure us some sale prices back in November … we told Alan we didn’t know when we would get the money from insurance and he said it didn’t matter that he would assure the price was locked in for us . For the last couple months Alan texted us once a week not to ask about when we was going to pay for the order … he text to check on us and told us he was praying for us .. he did this every week until yesterday when I went in to pay for the order … he again met me at the door with a huge smile and handshake .. If you need furniture please go see Alan at Ashley Furniture in Bryant . I don’t know that you will find a better man for the job .

We have bought furniture from Ashley's for years. The furniture is always high quality. One thing I like that they do is if you buy a protection policy on your furniture and never use it you get it back as credit in their store! Our sales associate, Jarrod Nash was helpful and knowledgeable!

We came in looking for a new mattress. We didn’t feel pressured to buy the 10k tempurpedic and was able to get something similar for half the price. Tim Hammond knows his sleepology and Joe Pesina was fantastic with him being so new and wasn’t afraid to ask questions. He was also taking notes and learning with out anyone asking him too. For sure when we buy a house later in the year we will be back !! PS: they work deals if you are paying cash/cashiers check.

We worked with Alfred at Ashley’s Furniture to purchase two new recliners. They offered a wide variety of options to choose from. Alfred was a pleasure to work with and provided us with an unexpectedly great deal, as it was the end of a President’s Day sale. Highly recommended.

Alfred (Salesman) didn’t listen to what I picked as a sofa. We picked it up only to realize once home, it wasn’t what I had chosen. So, we had to go right back up there wasting our gasoline to give it back. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Ashley.

We are in the process of building a cabin and was in need of several items. Allan was very helpful but his knowledge is what assisted us in making a decisions. No pushing, no pressure sales, just honest information so we could make the right decision for our needs. He spent as much time as we needed for him to be and answered all questions and concerns we had. We bought $4400 worth of mattresses and will return as the cabin is being completed to buy other items and will ask for Allan!
