Stopped in one day to just look around. I was greeted, then allowed to browse myself, without any hassles. They just let me do my thing. I didn't find what I was looking for, but the experience was pleasant and I will return to look again.
Wonderful friendly experience while purchasing new living room furniture. I had it delivered and the delivery crew was very pleasant and professional taking excellent care while bringing the furniture in and setting it up.

Greeted from the beginning and assisted through the entire transaction. Jarrod was helpful in showing us everything we were interested in without any pressure. The prices were reasonable and discounts were applied when offered. All in all a good buying experience.

Mr Jarrod Nash is my guy! He didn’t over sell and he listen to what I wanted instead of just pushing something off on me. I told him that I am disabled and I couldn’t walk very far or fast. He stopped and allowed me to rest even though I said I was ok. He also help me find someone to take away the furniture that I was getting rid of. I will continue to shop at Ashley’s and especially asking for Jarrod.

We had a wonderful experience with Ashley Furniture & our salesman, Kenny, was wonderful. We ordered a bed & had it by the next week. I ordered a dresser next & after 2 weeks, I hadn’t heard anything on it. I called & within a couple of hours, Kenny had the problem figured out & I was able to pick it up the next day. We will be back!

Love this store. The delivery guys (Matthew,Carl,and George are great. Could not of asked for nicer guys, and they were very professional. Went up and beyond what most delivery guys would do. I have a two-story house, and it was not easy getting the furniture up and down the stairs but did it with a smile.

Had a wonderful buying experience with Ashley Home Store in Bryant. Tim the bed guy is exceptional. Tim knows everything there is to know about beds. We bought our new bed along with the Pillow and Egyptian sheets package and had it delivered to our house in Maumelle. The bed was delivered but they somehow forgot to deliver the sheets with the new bed! I called the store and talked to Tim the bed guy and they had someone take a special trip to our house to deliver the new sheets within an hour. Excellent customer service!! Thank you!

The store was clean and displays nicely styled. The sales representative, Mike, greeted me and knew the layout of the store well. He took good care of me and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. Update: One of the USB ports on one of my nightstands didn't work. I called the store and my salesman referred me to Kevin in the repair/replacement department and he ordered the part and sent Troy out to replace the old one with the new. Troy was very professional and took care of the replacement and testing to make sure IT worked and it does! I am very happy with the service after the sale.

Excellent customer service
Jerrod Nash showed us the bedroom furniture collections. We had a particular suite in mind but wanted to see others. He showed us every suite in the store—very patient, and answered our questions. We were told 4-6 weeks for delivery of our bedroom furniture, but our furniture is arriving tomorrow (2 weeks). We are very pleased with our shopping experience at Ashley.
Just left this place. Horrible service. Went in to see a particular type of sectional. Was told it's not in the store...ok fine...that's understandable. Was told that in another room there would be ones like it. We were shown 2 sectionals as we walked in and they were nothing like the one we want...didn't even have a chaise and then the sales lady walked away. Seems they only want to cater those who are very wealthy and are snobby. They look down on us blue collar folk. And it's not like Ashley is such high quality furniture. What a shame!
My wife and I recently bought a new sofa, loveseat and oversized chair from Ashley’s. We have shopped here many times and purchased numerous items over the years and I just want to say the sales team here is professional and always very helpful. Cameron was our salesperson and was a huge help in locating an oversized chair to go with our new living room furniture we picked out. The suit we purchased didn’t include the oversized chair but he found a style we liked and we were able to change the fabric color to match the sofa and loveseat. We looked at quite a few living rooms and asked lots of questions and Cameron patiently helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Also, I wanted to say the deliverymen, Matthew and Carl were prompt and professional. After arriving, they surrounded the door frame with padding to prevent any damage to the furniture and had everything set up in less than 15 minutes! I really enjoyed talking to these guys. They are two great representatives of Ashley’s Furniture! A really great customer service experience from sales to delivery in a time when customer service for many companies is nonexistent.
We bought three reclining sofas from Ashley in Bryant and had them delivered. Matthew and Carl delivered them with expertise, putting moving cloth around our doorframes to prevent any scuffs. Both were polite and professional. They put the sofas exactly where we wanted them, and finished quickly. We will definitely buy from Ashley in Bryant again! Five stars!

From walking in the door, to furniture delivery, this was one of the classiest buying experiences we've ever had. It's clear that owner Wyatt Ferguson leads his company different than most in Arkansas today. Kelly was our primary salesperson, and she was amazing. Never pushy, just incredibly helpful and informative. She asked all the right questions, genuinely cared about what we were trying to do, and was honest about how Ashley could get that done. And the quality of the pieces were amazing! We STRONGLY recommend that if you're going to buy furniture, go to Ashely. Top to bottom, the whole process is amazing.

I worked with Emily for a few weeks on my purchase. She was very patient and kept in contact with me through my busy schedule to inform me of deals and special promotions. Once I was able to make it in, she surprised me by remembering details of measurements and layout of the area I was furnishing. She walked me through new pieces available, and helped me make an informed decision. Emily is a real gem to have and an awesome person to work with. Sophia with the Acima team in house was a blast to work with as well. She made sure every detail was checked off, all while craving David’s Burger lol. My husband and I had a great experience today. We were greeted by Jarrod Nash who was very nice, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the furniture . He was able to answer all our questions about our new temperpedic bed. He also was able to give us a great deal on our whole purchase. He did not rush us and gave us space to talk it out. Would highly recommend him as a salesman.

Don’t be fooled by the sales people there. They are rude after they know you’re not gonna buy anything. The lady working the outlet store wouldn’t even work the price on anything then got an attitude saying you all missed Black Friday and we said every other store is still having Black Friday sales or some type of sale. And told her thanks for being rude for no reason. Nothing in that store was on sale. Then you got Cameron who will be nice to you at first he you walk in the door then when you ask about a sale he gets upset then once he knows you not gonna buy anything he gets an attitude. As we were leaving the store we said we won’t be back and he said “Well good!” We didn’t have an attitude with them at all. You don’t get an attitude with your customers regardless. If you cant handle it then dont work as a sales associate. I hope he doesn't work on commission. So if you go to Ashley’s don’t deal with Cameron at all!!!

I don’t like the hovering around me as I “TRY” to look things over before conversing with the salesperson. I like their selections but to wait close to two months to receive our furniture, only to not be given some priority with delivery, naw pushed out a week. Edit-Just to be clear, our furniture was ready the day of our move, but due to some misunderstanding we had to reorder. The first delivery was correct but was thought to be wrong, the 2nd order was wrong (because the first was right), then when we finally got the correct order in we had to wait, that’s my gripe. I like Ashley’s and will more than likely be back; and we will be looking for Aaron. 👍🏽

My daughter and I went to Ashley furniture to look for a new chair for my living room. Mr. Jerrod Nash offered his assistance and I described to him what I was looking for. If you have neck issues or sleep apnea please read my review. I’ve been a customer here for many years, I have always received superior service, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Based off the salesman’s recommendation I purchased a Purple Harmony pillow several months ago and the long term results have been nothing less than amazing. I have bulging disks in my neck and have sleep apnea so I have to use a CPAP. You can adjust the thickness of the pillow to get your head at a comfortable height. Also this pillow is heavy, I can push my shoulders into it and not move at night, so no more flipping over in my sleep. This has reduced my neck pain significantly, I don’t have to get up and take two ibuprofen to get my day started. Also I don’t wear my CPAP anymore because I have quit having apnea episodes. This pillow has really changed my quality of life simply because my head is positioned correctly at night. I went and picked up another one for my wife after she took mine, she agrees, this pillow really is outstanding.

I called with an inquiry about some bedroom furniture and Jerrod Nash answered the phone and he was very helpful. He assisted me and helped me with prices and the logistics. He got me all taken care of he was very polite and not pushy and I would love to do business with him again in the future.
They first tried to overcharge me for the mattress until I pointed out that it was $150 cheaper on Amazon than the price they were quoting me. So I asked about financing and they offered me a 90 day same as cash option, which turned out to be a lie, the paperwork I received says right there in black and white it is not “same as cash” and I’m now paying almost $100 more than the agreed upon price.

So thankful Ashley’s has a program where we can convert our unused protection plan dollars for store credit. We walked through the showroom and found a single barstool that matched our home decor and the amount of credit we had and it was just a perfect fit.

Our salesman, Johnny, was excellent! He wasn’t a typical “overbearing” salesman. I will definitely ask for him for all of our future needs! He was attentive, and showed us everything we were looking for design and color-wise, while still giving my wife and me space and time to talk about each bedroom suite. Then, as my wife and I were walking between our two top picks, I spotted a totally different suite totally different than what we were looking for…we fell in love with it, even thought it was quite a bit more than we originally planned on spending. We brought Johnny back over, and he told us all about, without any pressure to commit to it, although the suite basically sold itself to us. Now, my wife decided we needed a new tempur-pedic mattress to replace the one we bought from Ashley’s a few years ago. Johnny was on the spot again, and showed us multiple styles….I had no idea he was so knowledgeable about mattresses, too! I was totally expecting him to bring in their mattress “expert”, but he was so knowledgeable about all of them. He was very helpful in finding us the perfect one for us! We were going WAY over what my wife and I had planned on spending, and he was “Johnny on the spot”, and spoke with his upper management about our concern. He was able to negotiate with them, and got us down to a more reasonable price we felt comfortable with. But wait…there’s more…. He took us to the customer service folk (who were equally as awesome) and asked them to help us with getting credit and more discounts. I know, you’re thinking “of course they want you to go get credit”, but we needed that extra assistance, and we have no problem with that as we are in a position pwhere we can do that. The customer service ladies were so kind and helpful, and we were approved, but we needed a little extra. Johnny stepped in and told us now that we were approved, we could ask for additional credit. Once again m, the ladies went to work, and got us a few extra thousand more! We were delighted. Of course, there was the 2-3 week wait for free delivery, but that was great with us, as we had to find a new home for the posture—pedic bed we were replacing, as well as other furniture we had in our bedroom. In short (I know this review hasn’t been short), if you need new furniture, from maybe one piece of decor to a full-blown master bedroom re-do, go to Ashley’s and ask for Johnny! He is absolutely amazing! And, the other customer service staff are equally great, and they all “gel” to make it a fun and excellent experience! Thank you, Johnny! We love it! PS…tried to add pics of our new suite, but apparently I can’t on this review, but it is absolutely beautiful, and our new mattress is amazing!! Ryan Lewis

I’ve been an Ashley Furniture customer since 2017. The customer service is one of the main things that keeps me coming back. Cissy Price and Ashley’s amazing team of sales associates always gives me the best customer service experience. Last year I worked with Sleep Specialist Tim to pick out a new adjustable bed base and mattress. Tim is very knowledgeable, and he was very patient as I tested out a variety of mattresses. For my last two Ashley purchases, I worked with sales associate Geshia. Geshia’s customer service skills are top notch. Most recently when I came into the store to purchase furniture, I was disappointed that the chair I had looked at online wasn’t comfortable for me when I sat in it at the store. Geshia searched throughout the store until she found the perfect chair for me. Ashley’s phenomenal customer service doesn’t stop with the sales team. The delivery team and the customer service area that handles furniture repairs have all been great.

We shopped for what I feel like was FOR EVER, trying to find a living room set my wife liked. We went here and Dustin Kilburn made us feel comfortable and not pressured at all, which I really appreciated. He took us around and around comparing and test different sets until she found exactly what she wanted. I was told to look out for Jerrod Nash and boy was everyone right! When we came in he was finishing helping another customer and told us to look around while he finished up. Ashley’s had a massive selection which was slightly overwhelming but once Jerrod finished up he was able to help my girlfriend and I find the couch of our dreams. Definitely will be returning to buy all my future furniture from not only Ashley’s but Jerrod specifically!
Dustin Kilburn was very helpful during and after my Ashley Furniture shopping experience! He was very patient as I decided and flopped between multiple sofas in the store. He was bringing up points that I didn’t even think of but were extremely helpful. He even followed up personally and helped me with a future purchase over the phone! ** UPDATE** BAIT AND SWITCH We bought our couch under the notion we were getting 12 months free financing. Instead they used another lender that offers 100 day free financing...without disclosing that information. Had I not fought with the company, I would have paid $5900 for a $2100 sectional. 1st and LAST time I'll ever buy from them. So don't get me wrong, our salesman was very nice and helpful but I HATE feeling rushed and feeling like I'm sprinting through the store bc they are wanting to show me what they think I want to see. I still purchased a sectional but I'd appreciate a more hands off approach until I'M READY to make a decision. So if you come, just bring your running shoes!
We bought a bedroom set on July 29th, 2023. We were told it will be 3-4 weeks for delivery. My husband has been faced with a medical emergency a week after we made the purchase. After contacting Cissy, who has gone above and beyond for us, we were able to come to a solution. I want to express my gratitude to Cissy for her compassion.
Dustin was our sales person. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress. He was very patient with us as we tried out several mattresses. He even called in Tim to determine what the computer said the best mattress was for us. Dustin was not pushy, but was very kind. We will be buying our furniture from Dustin in the future!

This happened a few years ago so I’m not sure if it’s worth it, but I got into a conversation recently about the worst customer service experience and I had to come back and leave a review. We picked out a mattress at Ashley’s, pointed out the one we wanted on display; we trusted the salesperson to ring us up for the right one. We didn’t realize we were charged for the wrong product until it was delivered and opened. It was a much cheaper one, clearly not the product we pointed out. It would’ve been an easy fix, but upon calling Ashley’s, they accused us of lying to get money back and told us an exchange was impossible since we paid for it already. We weren’t asking for a discount, we even offered to pay the difference for the mattress we wanted which was more expensive. The head manager I was connected with proceeded to ask me why we were doing this, that they were doing all these charities in town and we were not being appreciative of their community services, when we were on the wrong end of a simple miscommunication. They only budged and got us the right mattress after we got in tough with corporate. They weren’t happy to do it either and they made sure to let us know. I have been asking people to avoid Ashley’s Bryant ever since. God forbid they make a mistake because they will do whatever they can to make it your fault.

The initial encounter with the sales staff wasn’t warm and inviting. We were reluctant to purchase based upon the attitude and demeanor of the salesman. Nevertheless, we did make a purchase. After the purchase, the one item we took home(the other item is on order)from the store was found defective. We immediately returned it to the store. Subsequently, the Sales Manager(Cissy)got involved. She was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! She should write a book on “Customer Service” and make reading it and adhering to it a prerequisite and a priority for everyone of her Salespeople. Cissy, you’re the BEST!!!!!! Our order had an incorrect piece for the design, but the guys called the salesperson, took care of identifying the correct piece, drove back to the warehouse to pick it up and returned to finish setting up the piece we had ordered. I love it!!! UPDATE: My bed fell apart today (2 days later) but I was able to put it back together 😂 it seems like the frame wasn’t secured to the headboard and footboard properly. I was not pressured to buy and was shown all my options. The sales lady Geisha was very friendly and listened to all my needs. I’ve went to a couple of furniture stores and the salesman always fast talking and that is a big turn off. I had a concern and I spoke to the manager Sissy and she got it worked out right there on the spot. I didn’t get the run around and I can say I will differently recommend Ashley Furniture.
From the moment we walk in the store I experienced nothing but friendly and I wasn’t pressured to buy. Quality furniture, but... You make your own deals. Their markup appears to be substantial. Buyer beware... highest buying etiquette on these premises... pay via accumulated cash... sign nothing. Bargain them down with your feet. STORE RESTOCKING FEE IS **20%**! Even in the inflationary end of the era of COVID, that feels greedy and malicious.

Screwed me out of 600 bucks and now im stuck with a pile of junk for a recliner they have come out to fix so many times and even stripped one of the bolts out then blame me for breaking it! Don’t buy from Ashley Furniture. This furniture was bought as a wedding gift less than 2 years ago. A repair person has repaired it 2 times, they have an extended warranty now being told the salesman didn’t tell the truth about how the extended warranty works.Extended warranty is nothing more that a scam.

We were shopping for my son's first apartment. Alan was wonderful. We got great deals on just what would feel and look great.
One of the older gentleman salesperson (didn't get his name but I think it was Tim ) was very rude and condescending. He made very inappropriate remarks about my weight and size. Such a shame because the store itself is very nice and beautiful but this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

I drove 70 miles to get there and when I walked in 2 girls were sitting behind the counter. I explained I was looking for a recliner for a friend who’s going through chemo and I didn’t have a lot of money but wanted one comfortable. One girl started telling me I needed an adjustable bed so my friend could set up. I said again I wanted a recliner. She said “there’s some over there and some down stairs” After I walked around for awhile she asked if I wanted her to get someone to help me. I was already aggravated so I said I would just look myself. I went down stairs and was followed by the other girl talking in On her phone . I went to the restroom and came out and she was still there waiting for me. She followed me until I got to the front and a real nice gentleman named Alan offered to help. I explained what happened then left. I went down the street and bought her a recliner. I will never be back and neither will my family.
I will never buy furniture from the Bryant location again. We ordered a sectional and we were told it would take 4 weeks to arrive. We are going on week six. Every time we call the store the Manager refuses to get on the phone with us and explain where our order is. We were called on Saturday October 8th by our salesperson apologizing for the delay and we were told our furniture would be in the store October 10th and to contact the store after 4 pm. We contacted the store, they transferred our call to a warehouse worker who has no idea how to find our order. Went back up front to a salesman who spoke to the manager standing next to him, her response when he asked her to help me was “she didn’t have time to deal”. Now I’m not a manager of a furniture store but this is unacceptable. We have been told four different versions of why we still don’t have our furniture. We have been told it’s not able to be tracked from the warehouse, it may not be “scanned in” give it a few days, they have no way of knowing “when an order ships “. I am so beyond frustrated with the entire Ashley’s of Bryant Arkansas. Our salesperson was exceptional and stays in touch with us however the management and general customer service is horrendous. Going forward we will purchase items from the Searcy Location I hope that with adequate training the management, warehouse staff, computer systems used to keep customers up to date will all become more consumer driven going forward. Shame on you Ashley’s for your customer service

My husband and I purchased 2 recliners through Sandi. Never again. The recliners themselves are wonderful. The overall experience just infuriates me…. From shipping to paying. We decided to finance them for 0%apr for 24 months with so much down. Yes, we could and have should just paid cash. Not one person told me that I was signing up for a credit card until I received it in the mail. I called the company and was informed of my minimum amount due and that if I only paid my minimum amount, the chairs wouldn’t be paid off in the allotted time and that I would then have to pay their ridiculous interest rates. NO ONE TELLS YOU THAT!!!! The chairs online are cheaper than we paid for them and she came back with some bogus excuse that the sales manager missed marking the chairs’ price up and they “actually” should have costed us more. Just like any sales person, she’s full of bs.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Walked in and immediately was asked what are you looking for, told him, he said we don’t have those and no one makes them but let’s look. I told him it’s on your website and is your house brand. Continues to argue with me and and tries to wait on people coming in behind us. One of the rudest salespeople I’ve ever had and will continue to tell everyone not to waste their time. I’ve heard all the terrible stories everyone in Little Rock tells, and now I’ve experienced it. Go anywhere but here.

I have no complaints about this business. I've bought several pieces of furniture from them and I've never had an issue. The sales agent that I use is named Hope and I could not recommend her highly enough.
They lied to me about protection plan coverage. The sales person told me!you can used in all states for this protection plan but when I called them only working in Arkansas. This is how they lie. Protection plan is $219.99 This is how Ashley homes lied. Hope they used the money to buy for prescription or medical expenses I thought white people don't lie but they do nowadays. I got lied twice in protection plan
I wanted to get a price to compare prices and the associate got mad at me and wouldn’t let me have the price sheet or even take a picture of it. Too busy worrying about commission instead of actually helping me. I suggest shopping with Johnson Furniture. They give good prices and have much nicer staff.

We went to Ashley's Homestore in Byrant Arkansas and a very nice lady named Geshia Bills and she went way beyond the call of duty both me and my husband was in wheelchair and my daughter push me and Geshia pushed my husband all around the store to show us all the bedroom suites and she was so kind so if your looking for any furniture we highly recommend Ashley's Homestore and ask for Mrs Bills.She will take good care of you.

This is the third time we’ve bought from Ashley’s after always doing lots of research & on hands looking. We always end up back here. Kelle was an amazing salesperson & found exactly what we needed as well as wanted for under our budget and filled it with quality pieces. After shopping around for 18 mths & checking prices & quality, we may have waited a few weeks but it was well worth it. When delivery time came Marcus and his sidekick could not be beat! His respect for our property and consideration for us went above and beyond what most would do. They are both awesome and definitely deserve only the best anyone could ever provide them. Love this place but you have to be careful and make sure what you want is in stock. I've been waiting on a bed since October 2021 and still have not received it.

I want to give them zero stars, they are the most disrespectful company I’ve ever purchased from. My couch that I purchased was defective and they will not fix it, they will not replace it, they have canceled both replacements that we have taken off work to accept and didn’t even tell us until we called to ask where our replacement was. They will not be helpful in anyway, this is the cheapest worst company I’ve ever seen in my life. Don’t bother purchasing from them. All you’ll get is a headache.
Tiffany Spann was the most amazing salesperson and helped us get the perfect new couch. She made the whole process quick and easy while still giving us privacy to discuss what we wanted without any pressure. Marcus and Mason on Truck 4 were the most professional delivery men I have ever seen. They were kind and courteous, very gentle with our new purchase and inside our home, and they made my son feel like he was helping (he's 3). This whole process has been totally amazing and we will definitely be going back for all of our furniture needs!

She never pressured us and gave us time to look, but stayed close to answer any questions we had. When we picked out our furniture she made buying it and the paper work easy. I was in desperate need of a couch for my new apartment. A friend recommended your specific store. I was help out by the nicest sales person, I think his name was Dustin Kilburn. He was incredibly knowledgeable and showed me a variety of options within my budget. He was able to get me a good deal on a piece I adored. It was promptly shipped straight to my new place and handled with care by the deliver men. Some excellent customer service at this store. I will be shopping here again for all my future furniture needs.
My sales woman Maria was excellent! She practically ran around the store the last 30 minutes before closing with me to help me find the perfect couch! I added Ashley warranty. But it wasn't until 5 years I needed a cleaning. So i could take off sectional covers and wash them and the cotton encased filler was encased in a pillow like substance was identical to to sectional piece covering slip.. 5 years later when needed. I called because one of back pillows is just stuffing and no encasing. Not only did they lie that each pillow was ecases with surfing, bit told me I was past warranty.
My husband and I have been customers of Ashley in Bryant for many years. We are well aware there are supply chain and production issues because of C-19. We both work in industries that have been impacted for the same reason. However, it seems as though the virus has also made people lose their common sense, human decency and void of customer service? It SHOULD NOT have had any effect on those things. As a matter of fact, customer service should have been gold standard because of extremely long wait times and delayed E.T.A's. However, that has not been the case with Ashley. They took our money and then they were done. We ordered furniture the beginning of May. We were told then, 6-8 weeks, which would be end of July. Eight weeks came and went and they never ONCE contacted us with an update. At 10 weeks, we went in to the store, in person, spoke with a manager, (our salesman wouldn't even make eye contact) and were told that our chair and ottoman were there, but it would be a couple more months on the couch. Ignorantly, we left the chair and ottoman because we didn't want to pay for another delivery. September 25th, they delivered the couch and chair but NO ottoman? All of a sudden, the ottoman that was there earlier, had disappeared. They didn't have any explanation, didn't care and shrewdly said it would be another month. Guess what? A month later and still, no ottoman, and they still didn't initiate communication. If we want to know something, we have to call them. So this morning, we did. Now, they have said they have NO idea when the ottoman would be in. We have been patient and understanding in spite of the fact that they have been HORRIBLE communicators. A simple phone call, giving an update on the status of an order would've made a huge difference, but to not get that AND now they "lose" furniture that was already there!? Unacceptable. They swarm like vultures descending on highway road kill when you enter the store, but after you buy, they are like fat cats, basking in a windowsill; totally lackadaisical, indifferent and void of any "give a damn." Just a little bit of customer service can go a long way, but at a time when they should be giving their utmost, Ashley Furniture in Bryant has been weighed, measured and found wanting. Thoroughly disheartened and totally disappointed.
First, my visit started out amazing! Then, they kept following me around and completely being a nuisance!! I understand that it’s their job but please stop coming to me every 2 seconds. Then, my lovely daughter, Avery, asked a question about their sheep. She asked, “are the sheep for sale and do they come with this jacket?” but the salesperson was so disrespectful and ignored her every time and even shouted at her to be quiet. So rude.

I’ve always ordered from Ashley’s and usually receive outstanding customer service. This year with them has been a pain. The set I ordered originally had very bad quality, thankfully I purchased the warranty. After they reordered, the new set was still causing issues. They decided to let me do an exchange. I upgraded and paid more to have what I thought was better quality. This wasn’t the case, it arrived damaged to my home on a Friday. The delivery guys were very nice and friendly. I texted my sales lady pictures and concerns. She could careless, never heard back from her. Thankfully Kevin contacted me and advised the sales lady should call me no later than the 7th of September. Didn’t get a call of course but I was okay since I knew we had a holiday over the weekend. Well the 10th came and still nothing, I contacted Kevin and of course he took good care of me and reordered the set. The set arrived Saturday, October 2nd. And what do we know, it’s damaged. Delivery guys nice, professional and concerned. They took pics and documented. Kevin reached out bright and early Monday the 4th, trying figure out what we can do. He ask to allow him time to talk to the big boss and he would call me back Tuesday morning. Called returned and he states that the big boss isn’t willing to compensate me for the inconvenience. He’s willing to give me a full refund and pick up the furniture or I keep it as is… Bottom line, they do not value their customers. Once you sign the deal, they can careless of how you feel. Patience, calmness and time is what I gave; to end up having to start over with another company. So, I say to you, if Kevin could run this store, it would be great. He’s very nice, trustworthy, professional and timely. He’s great but the head boss and sales side of business is ridiculous horrible. I’ve experienced issues with two different sets, had a tech come to my home twice before the pandemic and once during, both sets had to be reordered/ replaced upon arriving to my home. And now I’m having to try to find a different set, with a different company and wait on the delayed delivery. Not right, not fair but lesson learned!!

Fair prices
Very disappointed! I ordered my furniture in June and was quoted 14-16 weeks. I received a partial delivery of some of the pieces and was told the sofa and tv stand would be here in September then it was the first of October. I got a call this week saying that my sofa had been pushed back yet again until November and the TV stand wouldn’t be available until MARCH OF 2022!!! I’m so mad because when I picked out the furniture it all revolved around a certain color scheme and none of the other options they showed me would work. I got a call recently from one of the sales reps offering to give me the floor model but I was still under the assumption that my stand would be in the first of October so I opted to wait, she never said my furniture had been pushed back so long or I would have taken it, she told me she was just asking before she asked someone else. I will never shop at this store again!! If they had been upfront and said it could take damn near a year to get your furniture I would have went somewhere else! Very very upset!!
Because Andrew patiently listened to what we were looking for, we will be coming back to the Bryant Ashley Furniture store for our future needs and wants. He helped us find the perfect convertible sofa solution we were looking for. Thank you so much Andrew.👍

took forever to get my order
I ordered from Ashley twice last year with no issues and that is why I went back this year to order a bunch of furniture. I ordered the furniture in March and it is September and I still don’t have all of it or an accurate ETA of when I will receive it. None of the furniture was delivered in the 8-12 weeks we were quoted. After 14 weeks we got a partial delivery. They didn’t schedule a time to deliver the furniture and called me when they were already at my apartment. Because I had been waiting so long I left work to receive it, but I was very frustrated with them being inconsiderate of my time. One of the items we received was defective so I was quoted an additional 6-8 weeks and that was, yet again, not an accurate time frame. I regularly ask for updates every 3-6 weeks given how long the furniture is taking and the last time I asked the salesperson appeared frustrated I was messaging him. It’s not my fault that my furniture is taking so long that I want an update! I have now been given multiple incorrect time frames and at almost 6 months later I am appalled I haven’t received all of my furniture yet. My advice would be to ask if something is in stock so you don’t have to wait months like my boyfriend and I have. It is NOT worth it and I won’t be shopping from Ashley again.
I found out that Ashley’s in Bryant, AR will put their sales before their employees and their families. Even when given ample notice they refused to allow an employee to attend an immediate family members wedding. The employee only asked to leave a few hours early, they didn’t even ask for the whole day off. I have purchased all of our furniture from them for years but I will never buy a stitch from them again and will tell everyone I know the same thing. BOYCOTT ASHLEYS.

Too much wasted time by employees following customers around like some kind of a feeding frenzy. Wrapping in warehouse damaged merchandise (mine also). This was observed at the Bryant store. Never shop there again. Pitiful management.
I love my furniture but I can only give 2 stars because of my overall experience. I went to the Ashley Outlet on June 23, 2021. I was told by sales rep Felicity that the items I like would take 14-16 weeks to arrive, she specified this time frame was something they had to tell us and really it only takes 3-4 weeks. The 3-4 weeks was mentioned after I said I would go somewhere else to look. I figured waiting a month wasn’t too bad and placed an order for 4 items paying over $1000 in full. Felicity gave me her cell just in case I had any questions. 3 weeks later I called her for an update she apologized and said the warehouse is backed up and delivery would be about 14-16 weeks arriving sometime in Sept. I reminded her about the 3-4 weeks and she politely apologized again. I tried to remain hopeful that my items would come sooner. She did let me know that my wall shelf and chair were in. I just needed to wait on the sofa and loveseat. Long story short I called to cancel and was told there would be a 10% restocking fee. Felicity gave me the option of exchanging what I ordered for items they actually had in stock. She took pictures of sofas and text them to me to choose from. I ended up picking 2 matching sofas and I was refunded $160 (the difference from what I paid originally). This happened the week of July 12. I ended up going to the store to pick up my wall shelf and chair but there was a mix up and I was told I had to come back to get it. Then later that night Felicity told me I could have picked them up and the warehouse guys were confused. All of my furniture was delivered on July 22. I love my furniture and Felicity was helpful in the end but the entire experience was frustrating. I don’t like being mislead just so a sale can be made. The 3-4 week timeframe shouldn’t be mentioned at all. If you purchase here ONLY buy items in stock. ****Response to the owner’s comment *** I understand 14-16 weeks is the time frame for delivery. Felicity expressed that to me up front BUT as soon as I said that I would look somewhere else she told me it was really 3-4 weeks for everything and they just say 14-16 because it is required. It is my fault for believing a sales person who will say anything to save a sale. I am not the first person to comment that they were given a shorter time frame so maybe speak to your sales team about lying.
I found and bought a recliner over the phone from Ashley's. When I walked in to pick it up I was blown away. Huge selection of gorgeous furniture in a nice building. I want to go back a d check it out better. Also, loading was great. You pull up to a dock and they load it. Super nice employees!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would.. Do not shop at this Ashleys. They will say whatever they have to, to get a sale. As mentioned by other shoppers, they will and do lie about their delivery dates. We purchased a king size bedroom suite on April 26th and it is July 20th and we still have not even received an estimated delivery date. We were pretty clear about not wanting to wait months on furniture (as to why we did not originally purchase at Hanks in Little Rock.. they were honest and transparent about their delivery times), so our sales rep Terri showed us a few certain suites that would only take 4-6 weeks to deliver, versus 16 weeks. We went with an option that would allow us to get it by the end of May. When we followed up at the end of May, Terri told us it would be just a few more weeks. 2 weeks later I followed up with Terri again, and she told me she was truly sorry but it wouldn't be in until July 20th. Today is July 20th, and we still have not received an update, nor has anyone called us to update us with a delivery date. I asked Terri to have management call me, but she did not. They do not care if you get your furniture as long as they make their commission.. they will say whatever they have to, to make the sale. Visit Hanks furniture in Little Rock off of Bowman. We went there first and the sales man told us it would be 14-16 weeks before we received our furniture. If we knew we were going to have to wait that long, we would have shopped at a place that has integrity like Hanks... not a place that will manipulate you for a sale.
Do not buy from this place! They say it will be 3 weeks for delivery then when your furniture isn’t here in 10 weeks they say “legally” you have to wait 14 weeks or we charge you 20%. If you want to wait for 4 plus months for your furniture then this is your store!
Great experience
Do not shop at this particular Ashley's unless what you want is already in stock. We bought a bed and were told that it could be delivered in 2 weeks, a month at the very most... "but it never takes that long." After lots of frustrating phone calls and lack of a definitive delivery date we finally got it 9 weeks later!!!! But the most frustrating part is there was no apology from anyone or thank you for waiting.. not even from a manager. They acted like we were being ridiculous for being upset that it took so long, just shrugged us off and said "covid." So disrespectful! They could have offered free delivery or a small store credit to make up for their ineptitude.

Moving from Florida to Arkansas. On 06/12, I placed an online order with Ashley Furniture store; bedroom, mattress, and living room set. After a few days, I contacted Ashley's to verify and confirm delivery. A week of calling, emailing, and chatting with representatives, no one could give me a clear answer about my delivery date and time. Today, 06/24, after escalating the issue due to frustration. I was told due to issues with there system and assigning me an ERP number my order would not be delivered until August. Orginally the time frame on the website estimated it would be 2-3 weeks for Mattress and Bedroom set (Zelen), with the living room set the end of August. Move in date is July 1. Customer service about the issue was unsatisfactory. I spoke to John on Saturday June 19, I am still waiting for a call back. Aaron the manager was on lunch when I called. I am still waiting for that phone call as well. No one even attempted to try to help by recommending any other items potentially in stock. Moving to another state is stressful and Ashley's furniture store definitely added to the stress and was not sympathetic at all. However, I am thankful for Nikki and Mickey for not passing the buck. These two took the initiative and time to assist me and explain to me throughly about what was going on with my order. Due to delay I was forced to cancel my order. Unsatisfied Customer In Response. Online stated estimated delivery time was 2-3 weeks for the Zelen bedroom set, July 24 for the Kestrel living room set, and 1-2 weeks for the mattress. Very different from August if order was placed on June 12. I can provide the screen shots at the time of order. Furthermore, the representative apologized for the inconvenience of the delay. We found their memorial day sale online and called just a few minutes before they closed and they were more than helpful getting our order in at the last minute. When they delivered the furniture a problem arose and sissy jumped rite in and got it corrected the same day even though it meant them making a second trip to the house that day. They will have our future business

We ordered furniture from Ashley furniture, we was told a date of arrival, which end up being pushed back. I received a call from Sissy on of the Managers she jumped right into the issue and with in an hour found a solution. Thank you Sissy for going above and beyond.
Great prices, friendly staff a lot to choose from. Lead times are a bit lengthy, currently, with the increase in demand. But that was expected. It's also important to note that there IS an outlet section to this location that's not listed on Maps.

He gave us our space to browse and was so intuitive, circling back when he sensed we had a question. Very kind, knowledgeable and made our sofa-shopping experience so easy. UPDATE: Customer service after this store has secured your payment is HORRIBLE. After experiencing a delay in delivery that was NOT mentioned verbally at all during our interaction with Alan, we called to inquire and he was very rude to my husband over the phone, refused to escalate our concerns and then even hung up on us. He was a completely different person and ruined our Ashley experience. I would give zero stars if I could.
14 weeks delivery time. i went to hanks and they have the same couch that can be delivered within the next week.
Our sales experience was good but, had to go with our plan B as the items we wanted are not in stock and we were told shipping is at least 12 weeks out. Setting up the delivery went smoothly but,when the delivery guys showed up, we were missing a couch and a table and chairs and as they were bringing in a small desk one of the legs broke. But, Marcus, Truck 4 handled it immediately and said we'd get a new one. When he called about the missing items he was told they were no longer in stock. Marcus assured us we would get those items and that he would deliver them that day. And he did just that! Brought our couch and even though the table & chairs we ordered were not available, a set we were happy with. And replaced the broken desk. Marcus came through for us! Ashley's is lucky to have him on their team.

Sincere thanks to Tim Hammonds who helped navigate us through a very difficult series of events. The adjustable bed base that we purchased was no longer working and was reported to your company during the last week in December 2020. Thanks to Tim's concern and assistance; and after many calls and texts, we were finally able to have the base replaced in April. Tim was very consistent in working with us; always returning our calls and staying in contact. He was always pleasant and understanding, and when others wouldn't call or follow through on plans, Tim was always the one we could count on! He stuck with us from beginning to end, and I assure you, HE'S the reason we will continue to do business with ASHLEY'S Furniture. Also, the two young men who delivered and set up the new bed base, Marcus and Clyde did a great job! They were timely, professional, pleasant and really knew what they were doing. They got the job done and were gone in no time. Believe me, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE still, and ALWAYS WILL work!
Just because you say we have 90 days to deliver, must I really wait that long? ...Yes. Finally got my furniture after 89 days. Initial salesperson was fantastic. She did say delivery was behind due to Covid...then time started rolling by. The delivery guys were professional covered their shoes and got to work. Very pleasant guys. After a month of having my furniture, I now can give a review of my furniture. Love, love, love my sofa. I paid $499 each plus tax for two recliners. The recliners are low quality. I called to see if I could replace them, but I was transferred twice. My original salesperson never called me back. I truly wish I could return them, but ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This was my experience hopefully your experience with Ashley's will be great.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful here. One thing that I appreciate is that they are not pushy. They are always there if you have questions or need help. The selection of furniture here is very impressive. I would expect that almost everyone can find something that pleases them here.
We’ve shopped at Ashley’s for years and have always had a good experience. We usually pick up what we buy, but this time we had it delivered. Marcus and Clyde, in truck #4, delivered our stuff today and did a great job setting it up for us. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our experience.

I made a purchase of a dining set, a bench, and two twin beds on 12/26/2020. As of 4/7/2021, I still have no chairs to sit in. I called the store on 3/26/2021 and on 4/2/2021 to speak to the manager. Not one of the FOUR managers could call me back. I called the store today and asked for a GM, regional manager, or contact for the owners. Within moments the store manager was able to take my call. She was not helpful. She was sarcastic. She was not knowledgeable about reading/understanding my ticket/order at all. I still was not provided contact information to anyone above her. Oh, I was told my barstool for my dining set would not be in until June 2021!

Went to multiple places for furniture around the LR and NLR area. Many places were picked over, small selection, and priced way too high. When we walked into Ashley we were greeted by a sales associate who then followed us around while we shopped and answered any questions we had. Normally I would find this annoying, but they really weren't pressuring us to make a purchase. Their prices are reasonable and the cheapest for the quality that I have found to date. I would highly recommend Ashley over any other big box furniture retailer in the area.
We bought a couch, loveseat, and a recliner. We had an excellent sales rep named Evelin, who answered all our questions, and gave us a tour of the show room. She helped us find exactly what we wanted, and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. We looked at furniture at other stores, but we kept coming back to Ashley. The pieces we picked just seemed more comfortable and the color was very nice. We were very happy with the delivery guys also. Parker and Nathan were very courteous and professional, and they carefully moved the furniture through the doorway, avoiding damage to anything. We have a good warranty, and we are happy with our purchase.

THEN ER GOT THE WRONG ORDER.THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD PICK UP THE FIRNITURE WHEN THEY GOT IT STRAIGHTENED OUT. WE COMPROMISED ON SOFA AND LOVE SEAT INSTEAD OF SECTIONAL. 10 MONTHS LATER WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR FURNITURE. WE ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING ANYMORE AND WANT OUR MONEY BACK BUT THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING EVEN THOUGH THEY STILL DONT HAVE THE FURNITURE. THEY NEVER INITIATED CONTACT THE WHOLE 10MONTHS. NECER 1 TIMR DID THEY CALL US BEFORE WE WERE CALLING TO FIND UPDATES ON OUR FURNITURE. No you have not done everything you can do and no you did not deliver but 2 pieces of a 5 piece order. Then said we must have wanted it because it was still at our house. You mentioned in the BBB answer that you told us to keep them as loaners till we got ours. You can not even be consistent with answers to reviews. We told you from day 1 we wanted our money back. You want to help, then give us what we wanted since you left furniture at our home 10 months ago that we did not want.
My family and I bought a sectional, dining room set, and a couple of bed room suites from Ashley Home Store in Bryant, AR a couple of years ago. Have had no problems with them until recently the recliner quit working on the sectional. Come to find out it is under warranty, so I call the number on the information we have and they direct us to our local store. This leads me to start a conversation with the service department at Ashley Homestore. He says because of Covid everything is slow and it will take them some time to get out. We understood this and were fine and after talking through the problem we both understood it was under warranty and they would be out to fix it. After 6 weeks of not hearing from them I call and they say the part is not in but it will be in 2 weeks and we schedule the tech to come out to fix it. He comes to the house with no part and says he usually does this because the manager at the store will not order the correct part until he comes out to verify. That's fine, a little frustrated at this point but the service tech says it is under warranty, no big deal. He also says he is going to replace the part on the other recliner and fix the usb charger in the cup holder that has never worked as well. He leaves the house and tells me to call and set up a new appointment time with the manager at the store. This is done and after another 6 weeks the appointment arrives for him to come back out to the house. He informs me at this time that they no longer make the part and they cannot get it. He takes the recliner apart and leaves it there for me to call the manager at the store about. Call the manager and he says there is nothing he can do the part is not available and it is no longer under warranty and they were not going to do anything. They have told me through the entire process that this is under warranty and are going to take care of the problem. They have lied and done nothing! After several attempts to speak with the general manger, I have left several messages that have not been returned. I have continued this conversation through messages with Ashley's reps from their corporate office and have still not received anything from them. Just wanted everyone to have this information about how much they really care for their customers.
First of all the hound you as soon as you walk in the door , there’s way to many sales people so they fight over the customers. Second they have nothing in stock so your ordering furniture and having to wait months to get it. When they see your not going to spend tons of money they are quick to dismiss you . Ive been told that it’s their warehouse is having problems with production and having issues with getting trucks . Funny , no issues in making those sales and taking your money !!!’ If your wanting furniture quicker , I suggest you look elsewhere.

Busy busy place. Staff is polite, but both staff and customers aren't following mask wearing procedures. I left quickly after seeing the 3rd staff member not wearing a mask properly (mask was under his chin). Would not shop here again until corporate truly addresses mask wearing policies with staff.

Another over sell, under deliver experience. Purchased a sleeper sofa that won't fold up correctly without "hitting" it in the correct location on the frame. Instead of replacing it, they sent out someone to teach us how to live with it.

He asked questions to figure out my style, was attentive to what I wanted, and very patient as I tried to make up my mind. My wife and I purchased a new bed recently which we are very happy with. There was a issue with the wrong size sheets being given and without question text Tim a copy or receipt and he had the issue addressed. The service we have received from Ashley’s on this occasion and other times purchasing our living room set and dining room set has been great. The sales personally are great. Not pushy and very knowledgeable about the product especially bed shopping. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.
I reached out to Kevin today about my Ashley’s powered recliner that stopped working. I knew my warranty was out but wanted to ask Kevin about what parts I needed to order. The part was old and no longer available, but Kevin went above and beyond to help me! He gave me the model numbers and descriptions to the parts I needed to search for online and provided all the info I needed in great detail! Before we got off the phone, he went and checked if he could find the part I was looking for in their warehouse and he found one for me!!!! Kevin was amazing and helped me get the part I needed for an old recliner even though nothing was in it for him, he just genuinely wanted to help! You don’t get this type of customer service anymore, so I’m beyond thankful our local furniture store has someone like Kevin working for them to support their customers!

Im usually very hesitant when making furniture purchases, I can never really make up my mind on what would be best visually and space wise. Sawyer greeted me since I walked in and was very attentive to the way I explained the layout of my living spaces, he was quick to give me great options and even helped me by measuring them there in store so I would know if for a fact they would be a great fit! Delivery time is a little slow, but I can’t blame anyone knowing how much this virus has affected all industries, Im just hoping to get my order as soon as possible now. Definitely will be back when its time to get the new living room set and if Sawyer is there I know im in good hands!

I recently bought a couch and chair for our media room at Ashley and worked with Mark Alen Davis. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Mark Alen. Once the furniture was purchased, he told us it would take 12 weeks for delivery so we knew it was going to be a while. He texted me every single week for the 12 weeks to give me updates that everything was still on time. When the furniture was in he personally helped us with setting up delivery and then followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. I have never had service like this from a furniture purchase. Will definitely tell everyone I know about Mark Alan at Ashley in Bryant, AR!
My husband and I were looking to buy a new sofa and loveseat for our family room. We went to Ashley’s Furniture to just look and probably not buy on that day. The salesperson, Evelin, met us at the door and allowed us to shop without making us feel uncomfortable. We found a sofa and loveseat that we loved. Evelin answered all our questions about the furniture. We ended up buying that day because of the professionalism and courtesy shown to us by Evelin. I would recommend Ashley Furniture and ask for Evelin. She was great!

Will lie to make more money. Bad quality furniture. Be careful do not over pay. Check prices with other businesses. In a pandemic sales manager Sissy waited on customers.. me included without wearing a mask. She had one but didn’t wear it even though they have signs up telling customers to wear them to protect their employees and the community. They do not resolve issues after saying they will. They make it impossible. I edited this do to reading other post below where a posted also complained about a customer complaining about a employees not wearing. The owner basically called that customer a liar and apparently isn’t aware of what his employees do. I was there today snd Sissy did not wear a mask with helping me or another couple she was in front of. I made it a point to ask another employee if they were to required to wear a mask and she said yes. She was the same employee I ask to see Sissy. When she pointed Sissy out I ask her if that was Sissy without a mask. She said yes. That man who was called a liar deserves an apology from the owner who apparently is unaware of what some of his sales managers do.

The reviews stating shipping times are ridiculous in store are accurate. Must wait 6 weeks at a minimum to receive ordered furniture when you get it from the store. Yet, when you order online it only takes ~ 2 weeks. They don't tell you that when you purchase. Also, if you are at all concerned about covid this is NOT you're store. NONE of the salespeople, receptionists etc. keep their masks on. No hand sanitizers anywhere. Made me really uncomfortable while shopping.

Don't get me wrong but Ashley has some nice furniture in their showroom on display however, they have a very limited to no inventory in stock. That means you're left with having to order anything you want which is not bad if you're willing to wait until 2021 to get your item. Most of their orders are 10-15 weeks out before it ships to the store. So you're better off shopping around online to find what you're looking for and ordering it yourself and cut out the middle man. UPDATE.... I received a response from someone representing Ashley's who stated it was the owner which I truly doubt it was the owner. Anyways that individual indicated they have more inventory than ever in stock and getting more daily. I appreciate that individuals quick response to my post. However, I saw several others post the same complaint about Ashley's lack of inventory and outrageous wait times to receive their orders. The part that stands out for me is that most weren't told about the long wait times until after they've made a purchase. Dear Ashley's Furniture, how about being upfront with customers about wait times before the purchase is made.

I really love the products at Ashley. I know this is a difficult time for many companies to get things shipped out on time. However, I think Ashley could do a better job at giving buyers an honest prediction about when items will come in. When items don't arrive on or anywhere near the date promised, customers deserve some explanation or apology -- at the very least, some contact on the matter. Some salespersons are likely better about this than others. It's frustrating to give them quite a lot of money, hear not a word, and have to do all the checking up on things myself as the customer. That isn't my job. I have my own customers to keep in touch with. 🤷🏻♀️ I look forward to getting my new furniture. Amendment: the owner's response illustrates the point I was making in my review. Sandi was very pleasant and helpful and was likely just relaying what she was told. That said, we weren't told that we should expect to wait 10-12 weeks; instead, we were told that our bedroom furniture was expected by 9/8 and that our recliner was expected on 9/28. I began checking sometime after the 8th, and have been very patient, just checking every so often. At any rate, I can't change my review to five stars as requested because I do feel this company could be a little more realistic upfront about the wait and a little better about checking in with clients as they wait. I would gratefully welcome a partial delivery and would hope for another, free delivery when the remaining items come in. I will call on the next business day to follow up on it.

I will never do business at this place again we are now at 7 weeks waiting in a Loveseat couch showed up 2 weeks a go yet no Loveseat. If your looking at buying from this place I would look around and find a place that has stuff in stock because they are happy to take your money and hold it for 7-8 weeks with no furniture.
The prices are reasonable, the store has a large selection and is clean, and the sales people were easy to work with the day of the purchase. However, when I purchased the new furniture, due to Covid-19, the delivery date was 8-10 weeks. At nine weeks, I called and spoke to a female who said “if you were quoted 8-10 weeks then it should arrive within the week.” At 10 weeks, I called again inquiring about the delivery date of my furniture and spoke to a man who said “it looks like your delivery date will be at the end of the this month.” After that, the original salesperson called me and reiterated what the man earlier said. The three stars isn’t because of the 8-10 week delivery or the delay. It is because of the lack of honesty and communication between Ashley’s and myself. When the furniture was delayed, I should have received a phone call and should not have had to reach out, especially for a purchase as large as furniture. When I called the first time, the woman I spoke to should have looked up the estimated arrival date for the furniture and been honest and up front about the delay, and should not have tried to please me.

She had so much patience for me as well. I was also in a tight spot and she managed to get me same day delivery, with the furniture being delivered 2 hours later!! A delightful person by the name of HOPE welcomed us and made us feel right at home. She was engaging but a good listener too. She’s a natural with people. She helped us find a beautiful Peacock Green leather massage/recliner . We did not buy that day as we wanted to give it some thought and look at our budget before we made the purchase. Hope stayed in touch with us by text to check in on us and that showed us that she cared and was trying to help us get the chair as best she could. Because of her patience and true Professional way of handling our situation, we really wanted the chair more! We probably would not have come back and bought the chair had it not been for Hope and JEN. JEN was there to back up Hope and also help us in any way she could. They are the reason we ultimately bought the chair. I figure the sales folks make some commission and it made us happy to know Hope would benefit financially because she worked with us in every way. The delivery was offered immediately and we could not receive the chair till the next day but the fact that they had instant delivery in Covid as also exceptional! Thanks again HOPE and JEN and we hope the owners at Ashley Furniture Store give you both raises for your service to customers! We’ll be back for a sectional soon!

He listen to what I was saying about the room that I was trying to outfit the furniture for, so he was mindful of the colors and sturdiness of furniture. Only bummer was furniture is taking 8- 10 weeks for delivery.
I bought a recliner on Memorial Day. In store experience was good- not so much after. Was told at purchase it would take 4-6 weeks. Ending up taking 12. Called about week 10 and they were not the least bit apologetic. Will never buy from again.

When I ordered my furniture I was assured it was in stock and would arrive within 30 days. This did not happen! They blamed it on corona but it was over 2 months before my furniture arrived. To compensate me they offered to deliver it for free the week I was in the hospital! A week later I made arrangements to pick up my furniture and have it assembled. Upon getting to the store o discovered it had not been assembled. I will never do business with this store again. They did issue a refund for my assembly fee I have not yet received as of this review.

It was so very easy while in the store I decided what I wanted and someone helped me with my purchase and the paper work was fast and within 30 minutes I was on my why .One happy customer 😄
Purchased a sectional from Ashley’s in the beginning of May. When we may this purchase our salesman told us it would have to be ordered and we could wait up to 4 weeks. So as the 4 week mark approached I called the store to make sure it was still going to be in that time frame. At that time I was told on the phone that it would arrive on the 1st of June. By about June 4th I called and spoke with someone else who told me the furniture has not made it yet, and that it would be there on the 15th. I call back on the 15th to make sure it came in, and I was told the 19th and then the 21st of June when it didn’t arrive on the 19th.... after this I called my salesman who told me it wouldn’t actually be in until the 2nd week of July and that he tried calling me several times on different days but I didn’t answer and he couldn’t leave a voicemail. This was a lie, My phone is vital to my job and I get calls and voicemails all day long. Never have I had a complaint that someone couldn’t call or leave a voicemail. So by this point I was just sick of being lied to. We waited until the 2nd week in July the furniture finally was delivered. About 10 weeks later. We waited 2 and a half times longer than we were told we would have to. After the first person told us it would be in on the 1st we got rid of our other sectional which left us without anything for over a month. Up until this point I’ve purchased all of my furniture from them, but I’m not sure I will return after this. Communication would have gone a long way. Being lied to over and over makes me not want to return. Edit: I understand you don’t want to acknowledge that I was lied to. But when he said he tried to call, that was a lie he never called me once to update me on the situation. also when I was told I would have it by different dates those were all lies and finally when he said the warehouses “shut down” that was also a lie. According to you, since you just mentioned that none of them actually closed..
It was a great experience. The buying process was over the phone and was extremely easy. The two men that delivered the product were polite and fast. They did a great job.

I had gone to the Ft Smith store and picked out a house full of furniture. I told the man that helped me I would discuss with my husband that night and get back with him on placing order. We decided to go for it and I called all day for 2 days trying to talk to this man and emailed him also. Nobody ever answered ty the Ft Smith store or contacted me back. So I called Conway and was going to see if they had an inside tip of how to get ahold of the Ft Smith store. The girl that answered the phone said no but she could help me. She was awesome! I sent her pics of what I wanted and she was able to get me a much better price and transaction was done over the phone. She has kept in though with me and given me updates and been awesome!! Her customer service was the best!! Thank you
The experience I had with Cameron during the time I was shopping around was exceptional. He made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I purchased a bedroom furniture set at Ashley that is beautiful. I really loved it. However, I was told by a Sales Representative that it would work with my Sleep Number bed. That was false. I was also told a delivery date timeframe, and after that timeline was missed, I called to find out it wasn’t in and would not be for another month. A manager did work with me to expedite the bed arriving to my home as I had a wedding and guests coming in to town. When the bed arrived and we realized that it had to be customized in numerous areas to work with my bed, contrary to what the Sales Rep told me, I then called a manager that said there was not a GM and no one I could call from Corporate to make it right. (Needless to say the wedding already happened, and my furniture was not put together). To say that I was livid is a severe understatement. I’ve worked at a Corporate Office for 10+ years, and there is always someone that can make it right if they care at all about Customer Service. I then found Sissy. Sissy is working with me to have Ashley make it right. She seems to be very transparent. She is the only reason I’m not sending the furniture back. If I ever do business with Ashley again, it will only be with Sissy. She is who you want working with you and for you.
KEVIN WAS AMAZING!!! The BEST customer service I have EVER received anywhere!!! He was SO polite, professional, considerate, and HELPFUL. I came to him with a question and problem I didn't think I could even get help with, but he went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me and offer me the best and most ideal solution. He was super helpful and I am SO excited to come back to Ashley Furniture because of him. Because of this experience, I will DEFINITELY be shopping here the rest of my life!!! I can not say enough good things about Kevin, and I am now super excited to shop here!!!

I had mixed experiences with my shopping, purchase, and delivery at Ashley Furniture Home Store. My shopping experience was great. I’d gone by myself to identify pieces I liked, so I was purposely not purchasing that day so I could talk things over with my husband. When I returned, the store was WILD - it was a busy Saturday! I had one piece to purchase, knew what it was, and wanted to be in and out quickly. That was not possible because you can’t just go up to the check out desk and pay - they have to find a salesperson - preferably the same one that helped before so they can get credit - to write up the sale before you can pay. Well, like I said, it was super busy that day, so it took over 20 minutes just to find my salesman (whose name I could have just given them to allow him credit because I knew his name). I was happy to learn that delivery to my location was at no additional charge, but I was upset to learn that it may be 4-6 weeks before my item would arrive. My delivery today (5 weeks after my purchase date) was seamless! Mike and Billy were kind, quick, and took great care of my item and walls, etc as not to cause any damage. All and all, I appreciate the overall experience I received, but I wish some processes could be streamlined.
Our man Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. He was very courteous and understanding with our situation and I highly recommend him for anyone interested in visiting this establishment.

My husband and I were recently in the market for some new living room furniture. We went and scouted at all local furniture stores and landed on Ashley’s for our choice. We ended up working with the best sales rep, Jen!! She has been patient, kind and was able to make us feel at ease and understanding EXACTLY what we were looking for!! Jen helped us work with the wonder designers in the Craft Master furniture section. We made servers trips and multiple orders through Ashley’s and Jen was always happy to see us and ready to help! Even with all the difficulties and delays due to COVID, Jen kept us constantly informed, no matter how many times I called and asked!! Everyone we have worked with at Ashley’s has been extraordinary, from our sales rep, to the loading and delivery guys. Even when we had an issue with one of our orders Jen stepped in quickly to get everything worked out!! We couldn’t be happier with the design and quality of furniture we got from Ashley’s and will do all our future furniture business with them!!

They said that we would have a three to four week delivery time. It has now been about 6 weeks and still have not received our purchase. Furniture as been fully paid for and we have nothing to show for it. Very disappointed. Will not be shopping here again.

I had an amazing experience at Ashley Home Store. My Sales person Jennifer was amazing in helping me pick out the perfect mattress and furniture for my bedroom. The delivery guys Micheal and Billy did an amazing job with my delivery, take down, set up, and demonstration of my new and improved goods! They were all very professional and the delivery guys arrived on time. They even asked me if I would like for them to wear a mask. Originally my furniture was supposed to take 4 weeks to arrive, but thankfully, it only took a week! Hats off to you guys for grade A customer service. I am pleased!

This is the first time I have bought ANYTHING from an actual Ashley's store, and Byrant, Arkansas was the closest store but I did not have time nor did I want to drive the distance. Sandi Brown, the sales rep went out of her way to face time me and get all my info, even giving me her cell phone number. I was a little disappointed when I was told that my furniture was expected to arrive the middle of June, but it arrived much sooner. Then I was called and told that I had a broken chair and another had to be ordered so I would not be getting full set of chairs. At first I was a little grumpy but then I cheered up because I was getting my furniture early. The delivery guys were so nice. They called me and told me that they were 30 mins out and let me know exactly where they were. Drivers Kody Richardson and Ethan Lyons were wonderful! They respected my house and cleaned up and took my thoughts into consideration as they were arranging the furniture. I commend the people mentioned in this post, and YES I absolutely love my furniture!

Love the furniture but delivery was not honored and I have contacted the salesman 3 days and no results. I was supposed to have had my furniture 5 days ago. Due to COVID-19 I was okay with waiting a week but now the additional 5days and no follow up from the store.

We didn’t have a great experience due to the fact that we were quoted “3 weeks.. but more like 2”. Then a month later we still didn’t have our furniture. Once it was delivered they brought us the WRONG mattress, and they did nothing to make up for it. I was very disappointed. I thought Jen was so nice before she made the sell, and after it all just went south. For me to drop $2,000 you’d think they would have a little bit better customer service!

I had a phenomenal experience with this store! I recently relocated here and had sold all of my old furniture before the move, so I was starting from scratch. I ordered online, but the pandemic and high demand pushed the delivery date too far out for my liking, so I sent an email to the store with questions. I was connected with Kyle, who was responsive, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to gather a list of items that were in stock in the store, waited for me to decide, then took care of canceling the old order, placing the new order, and now I'll have somewhere to sit in my living room in just a few days! The process was so easy; I'll definitely shop here again thanks to the wonderful service. If you buy anything here, ask for Kyle!

Worst experience purchasing anything in my life! We ordered a full living room set online and waited the 4-6 weeks for delivery. We received the confirmation of delivery and gave away all of our living room furniture to make room for the new set to arrive to be set up. We waited all day for the delivery that never came. After 2 hours of trying to get in touch with customer service we actually talk to someone who says they will check on our delivery and then disconnects us. Another hour later we get a phone call stating the truck that was supposed to deliver our furniture broke down and it would be another week before they could deliver our furniture. Please note Ashley did not proceed to contact us until we contacted them. We tell them we have no furniture and they just say “oh my there’s nothing we can do.” My husband hangs up and I proceed to try to contact them myself. I spend another 3 hours off and on hold with the customer service line of which no one actually ever answers. The next morning I contact them again first thing to be told again there’s nothing we can do. I am told “We had outsourced your delivery and it’s out of our hands and I don’t blame you for wanting to cancel your order. “ I canceled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent service. Matt was our sales representative and very in tune with our needs from the beginning. Often when we have shopped in large furniture stores it seems we have been led to higher priced pieces even after we selected what we desired. Matt doesn’t do this. In my case I have cervical degenerative disease along with other issues and we found the perfect recliner to support my neck within minutes. So pleased we bought the matching sofa.

The rug department is incredibly knowledgeable also and helped me find what I needed when I didn’t know where to start. The financing department has helped us make our dream a reality, and all our furniture was delivered with no issues and in perfect shape. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We were greeted by Jen who was the friendliest customer service person I have ever met. We were shopping for bedding and she had stearns and foster lined up for us at our request. We had that brand years ago and loved it. We then met Tom the NASA man and he show us the Posh line. Anything that hurt on Jerry or I we could not feel. We also met Leon who loves LSU as much as we do and made instant friends. I slept on the bed last night. I wear a Fitbit and got an 87 for the first time. Always got low 60 to low 70. Remarkable. Miraculous. If it had not been for Jen, Tom and the entire customer service at this Ashley store we would not have bought this bed. I immediately noticed the upgrade in customer service immediately after meeting Jen. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. Love the new atmosphere. Love this store
Love my new bed frame from Ashley’s, delivered a little later than I thought(wasn’t aware it was not in stock and would be two weeks later after purchasing), but once delivered it only took minutes for the guys to put together, was very impressed.

I purchased items from the store in the past. Whenever I'm in the market for big items for the home I typically think of Ashley first. I like the fact that they do have a large selection in store and online, can custom make items if necessary, deliver for free, and do not hound you like some sales people do in other furniture stores. Ask for Mark if you go over the president's holiday weekend.

Im only giving this 4 stars though because I ordered my chairs for my dining room table at the end of NOVEMBER and they aren’t even projected to get to the store until the week of JANUARY 13th! We are literally sitting on lawn chairs because we moved here without a table or anything. I would not have bought these if I knew they were going to take this long to come in! I should have been told or something! I am happy with the other stuff I ordered but come on 7 weeks for some chairs is ridiculous
Initial salesperson I dealt with, Chance, was extremely helpful and unbelievably patient. I was looking to buy 5 lift chairs for a VA nursing home so I needed to look at a number of options. I had checked out a number of other sellers but decided on Ashley for the quality and price. After speaking to a VA rep I decided on the Yandel lift chairs. When I went back the following day Chance was out sick. Since Chance had helped me I wanted to make sure he'd get the commission. Another salesperson, Kenneth York, stepped in and assured me that Chance would get the commission even though he, Kenneth, would write up the sales paperwork. The store did honor their price match (to Amazon) guarantee which saved me a fairly big chunk of change. I appreciated everybody's help and professionalism. The chairs will be delivered to VA within a few weeks and after getting feedback from them I will leave another feedback. For now I'm thrilled with Ashley Bryant's service and will make sure to consider them for any future furniture purchases. THANKS!
The staff was great. Someone showed us around to everything we needed and they never felt like they were smothering us or anything. They were patient and helped us with any questions and sales they had and also were good about checking their website for any deals. Very satisfied with delivery and set up.
Well first off, I will say, I love my coffee and side table. It’s what I have been looking for. But I doubt I will buy from Ashley again due to the service I received and what my daughter went through buying her very first couch and chair. For a first time buying experience it was awful. I will tell of my experience... we were very excited to find our tables that I have been looking for for 2 years! We were told by sales rep that there were plenty in the warehouse and they would be delivered the next week and they would call to set up delivery time. Well next week rolled around and no call. So I called them. Was put through to delivery people and found out these tables were on back order and we would not receive them for 3 more weeks. Well, if using common sense, I purchase tables and there are plenty at warehouse... wouldn’t my tables be held at that moment for me?! Sales rep lied. They were not at warehouse. Which I would of bought anyway, but he should of been truthful from the start. My daughter had same sales rep (unbeknownst to me at time). She questioned him several times that she was buying couch and chair and not loveseat. When delivered she was brought loveseat and chair. So she sent it back and was told couch would be delivered the next week. She had a dinner party planned and needed couch. Never called. She called them and then finally went in there. She had to wait another 2.5 weeks to get her couch. So took almost 6 weeks from date of sale. She had to cancel her dinner party. If just one of us had bad experience I would not say a thing... but both of us?! Hire honest people that know what they are doing.

I went to Ashley furniture to purchase a new mattress for my new home. I had done several hours of research on the best firm mattress for lower back pain. When I got there, I was greeted by Tim in the mattress dept. and he advised me on a foam mattress for better back support. After 2 years of sleeping on it, my back problem didn't improve because it was too soft. I went back to Ashley Furniture and told them about my experience with the mattress and they took it back and got me on an ultra firm one. After a week of using the new mattress, my back is feeling a hundred times better. A real life saver. Thank you Tim and Ashley Furniture for your understanding and generosity!
I ordered a piece of furniture and paid extra for one piece delivery and was told it would be in in a week and it’s been 2 weeks now and I have not heard from them. I spent over $500 on this piece of furniture I I would expect better service than that

Sawyer was our salesperson and was extremely helpful to my wife and I. She had many questions on furniture choices, sizes, colors, and Sawyer was very courteous and knowledgeable. We bought a variety of pieces for our living room, and one piece did not work out He and the manager of the store were gracious and efficient in taking the piece back and letting us exchange with no penalty I and my wife would highly recommend Ashley Furniture and Sawyer our salesman if anyone is looking for furniture
Ashley Furniture of Bryant far exceeded any of our expectations. Our sales person,Ben, was phenomenal, personable, and listened to our desires when searching for new furniture. Our furniture was delivered quickly and with such care and kindness. We are LOVING our new bedroom suite and mattress from Ashley!
We came here a couple weeks ago to pick out a sectional to purchase when our home construction was nearing completion. We emailed our salesman to place our order and got no reply. Thankfully we found what we were looking for elsewhere and for a much better price saving us $400. Glad we did not do business with Ashley Furniture!!
I was looking for a hard-to-find couch and they had what I wanted. Salesman was great too. When we went to pick it up, the warehouse crew was so fun, efficient, and courteous. This isn’t the first time I’ve bought furniture from Ashley Homestore and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

The associates were Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted. When delivery was made they brought in my rug and pad insured proper placement. Then they brought my new couch in, set it up where I wanted it and made sure it was locked in so that it wouldn't move. My new room is beautiful and I am very happy with the service I received.

Taisha was my salesperson and she was amazing. She was very friendly and sweet, but most of all, she made sure that we got the best deal possible on our bedroom set. I am very pleased with her service and will happily buy more furniture from her in the future!!

Found what I was wanting. My salesperson was Evelyn Crawford. I told her I wanted to just look by myself until I found what I wanted. She left me alone, which I appreciate. I hate it when the sale person follows me around. When I found what I wanted she took care of everything. I will definitely use her again. Maybe even today.

Dustin was our salesman and he was excellent! We would definitely work with him again for purchases in the future. Delivery guys did an excellent job as well on a difficult delivery! They put a sleeper sofa in a bedroom that was at a tough angle down the hallway. It was not easy, but they kept working until they got it and never caused any damage to the house or to the furniture. Great experience all the way around.

I came in looking to replace my mattress set and your people couldn't have been more helpful. I spent a lot of time trying out the available options and went with the Tempur-Pedic set. I was intending on getting a queen set, which wasn't in stock, so I made the choice to go with a king set, and boy, I'm glad I did. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Ben, our salesman was awesome. When we came in he greeted us, ask if we knew how Ashley's worked, explained, ask what we we're looking for, dinning room set, he ask how many would be dining, showed us our selections and Left us alone to shop. He stayed in eye distance to answer any questions we might have. No pressure... We decided on an island and he answered all questions and wrote us up. We also had small talk in between making decision which made purchase seem more personable. Ben walked us to the check out and the very young brunette was all but rude to us. I ask her a question and she sneered at us..my mother looked at me and ask why is she so ugly to us? When we gave her over $800 cash she called someone to check to see if it was real money, again I understand reasonings for checking it but to announce it loudly made me uncomfortable. Ben caught us as we exited and shook our hand and told me thank you. I didn't bring in my phone so he took pictures of the island and sent them to me on my phone. Again awesome! Now for the delivery, those two young men where so polite, very nice and concerned with our satisfaction. I told them they were awesome and appreciated the hard and hot job they were doing. They left with smiles.
This Ashley Furniture Store in Bryant, Arkansas was 3 floors of beautiful furniture, any style you want they’ve got it! They even have American made furniture! Believe me, it’s worth checking out if you need furniture for your home.

Other than disconnect with pick up. Received mis-information on where to pick up told to go inside and tell a sales person sales person then said go to right behind store pull up to doors to merchandise pick up and ring bell no one answered, called store they then said go to far side next to interstate and pull up to one of the doors somone will be there. After 20 mins of wondering around from initial directions found 2 doors behind dumpster

I went in looking for a dining room table!! The salesperson was Krystal Lawrence, and she patiently helped me and ended up showing me mattresses and pillows and introduced me to the sleep doctor !! I left with a new dining set, chest for the bedroom, and a beauty rest hybrid mattress!! The most awesome thing was the mattress !! After the first night sleeping on it, my sleep app detected that I had fewer sleep disruptions than normal !! Wide selection, but VERY pricy!
Disappointed.... I’m a military member new to the area and wanted to get my wife something new to try to make up for moving our family again. She saw a sofa and love seat that the loved and we purchased the set for $2K. When it arrived we noticed a rip in the seam on the middle couch cushion. We reported it and was told it would be fixed but we never heard anything back from the management team. Additionally, the couches were from the “Mayo company” and we were told it had a 15 year. We were told that the warranty would be mailed to us within a week... (it’s been 3 weeks and we haven’t heard from any Ashley reps.) I will not recommend this company to any of my troops. We are really disappointed in the Little Rock Ashley company... They are tarnishing the Ashley Reputation.

I had a great buying experience at Ashley’s with Sandi Brown. Was looking for a comfy recliner. She strolled me around but they were either not my style, color or size. Just as we were leaving, she remembered one in the clearance section. Walked over there and saw a modern designed, genuine leather Ashley’s electric recliner for $395. Bargain! I sat in it for 2 minutes and asked why it was in clearance—something about it was ordered wrong. Red flag, overlooked. I bought it and paid for it - over $500 with tax and delivery. When it got to my home, it was larger than it looked in that big building and once I sat in it for a period of time, I realized it was way too BIG for me. It’s an Ashley’s recliner and built for 6 foot 300 pound men, not short women! It’s so huge when I first sat in it, my neck hurt, so I grabbed pillows and tried to stuff up the gaps. So now, I continue to sit in my other living room chair and look at my electric recliner that was a BIG mistake. Wish I’d just waited and bought the more expensive, comfortable chair I originally found at a store in my hometown. 🙁

Loving my furniture
I’ve been a long time customer, always satisfied with my purchases, not anymore. Here’s why, I recently purchased a mattress but once it was delivered I was not pleased the quality, seems like the one in the store was better. I was assured it was the same one As In the store. So I asked if I could exchange it for another model, since I’ve only had it a few hours. We’ll, I was shocked and upset to learn of Ashley’s return policy: only damaged items are exchanged or returned and All Sales Are Final! I should have been informed at point of sale of this policy. This is terrible customer service and a deception by omission! Ashley’s is entitled to have whatever policy they want, but I expect an open and clear return policy from every respectable retailer I choose to do business with. Therefore, I’ll never shop with Ashley’s again. Here’s a tip for you Ashley, post a sign at the point of sale that All Sales Final Policy. To those of you looking for a good place to buy a mattress, try Mattress Firm, they have a fair return/exchange policy and they’re happy to discuss it with you, without you even having to ask.
The only down side was the salespeople kept following me around, after I told them ii was just looking. If I had any questions I would find them. I don't like pushy salespeople.

I went to this location where I spoke to a young man, supposedly the "best sells rep". Well I told him what I was looking for, he jumped right in to let's do financing. Okay I get approved for a good sum, they immediately said let's go spend your money.... Umm wrong thing to say. This young man didn't listen to anything I had told him, he sure did not know what he was talking about, and after having to go back and tell him for the 3rd time what I was looking for I had my fill and told him I was taking my business elsewhere.

I live in Russellville about 100 miles away , I called the store and asked if they kept many couches in stock the lady replied we have a huge selection in stock so we drove down on Friday May the 17 after taking off work early with our trailer in tow for nothing maybe 3 sofas in stock that you could carry out everything else was display order only. Waste of time and money !

I will not be buying anything else from Ashleys furniture, and highly reccommend if anyone is looking to.buy there to look elsewhere. We were delivered a completly different couch then what we were told we were purchasing. Managers(Doreen, and Cissy) agreed to fix it at no additional.cost for their mistake. Today they call and say it will.cost me an additional.$1,200 to fix their mistake. The items we were read off that we were getting was different from what is on my ordersheet. and what the delivery drivers brought. Delivery drivers wrote on the delivery form that our order did not match what was on our forms, and this was s not the first time.this has happened. The salesman never told us that she was writing the ticket up for something completely different then the socozi sectional we ordered. What makes me even more livid about it is the fact that the employees had the nerve to tell me that I never sat on the couch as we werr writing it up. and it does not come in a sectional. Dorreen, Evelin, and Cissy agreed that Dorreen messed up the order, and it would be fixed at no additional cost. To me the customer service went from great to a store full of cons and liars. Why would I agree to a completly differwnt couch then what your salesman was telling us they wrote up. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Finance Bureau.

The only problem I had with Ashley's Furniture is the Delivery. I was not satisfied with how the delivery was handled. I was the one to notify them several times and even on the day of delivery.
We purchased new living room, bedroom, and dining room furniture for our new home from ashley's in Bryant. Mark Caldwell took excellent care of us and Tim in the sleep center was also great. Everything was delivered as promised and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience

Purchased SMB Fountain Creek foam mattress made by Sealy Mattress n Brenham, TX. Mattress part of store display; it was paired with "couch frame", the mattress serves as the seat cushion for the sofa by day and bed @ night. SO UNCOMFORTABLE & HARD & HOT (radiates body heat back onto sleeper) after less than 15 nights of use (this piece is n guest bedrm so no day use). After less than 15 nights of use the MIDDLE OF MATTRESS IS PUCKERED & Separating. Make matters worse Ashley Furniture says n order 2 exchange i have to pay ANOTHER transporation fee. How is that for customer service.?

Recently moved and relied on Ashley - Bryant to furnish multiple rooms. She is very professional and has a great personality. I never felt pressure in making up my mind on what fabric I wanted. She even had one of the workers bring certain pieces up to the couch I picked, just so I could see for myself how it would look. I highly recommend Julia! ASK FOR HER! My husband and I have been buying from Ashley for years We love the Northshore Collection. We just purchased the Northsore Chester drawer. Along with a tv stand 2 chairs, vanity and a rug. They didn’t bring my rug when they delivered my things. But they apologized and going to bring it in a couple of days. If not for that I would’ve given 5 stars.

This is a rating of customer service I could have used five stars except for the unpleasantness I experienced with the manager of mattresse sales . He would not honor his word regarding giving me a set of sheets with my purchase. Thanks to Maria Deaton and Sissy I will continue as a Ashley customer . I provided the original paperwork with the offer of a set of premium sheets and with the help of Sissy they are going to give me a set of sheets at my next visit. We had easily of the best shopping experiences at the Ashley Homestore in Bryant. The store is very large with a wide selection of furniture of varying price ranges and styles. It was easy to find furniture that fit both our price range and style. Furthermore, our sales representative was both polite and professional, as well as very flexible. She knew the product in the building like the back of her hand. The sleep specialist in the building was also very articulate on explaining why a new mattress is important to our sleep. We ended up leaving the store having purchased more wisely than we originally thought we would. Customer service here is top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend this store for your furniture needs.

We recently purchased a kitchen table and chairs. While I’ve always been extremely satisfied with all the things we have purchased from Ashley’s this was one purchase that I haven’t been as pleased with. We purchased it about a month ago and I did not realize that I had to assemble the table and chairs myself. Once I did get it home I found parts that were broken. I’ve contacted them and I will not get the parts for 10 days. So for a purchase that I made almost a month ago, I’m still not fully using it. I will continue to use Ashley’s furniture. But I will have a lot more questions for the sales person next time.
The selection was incredibly large, with lots of different styles and options. Our sales Rep was Rebecca Ring, who was very informative, friendly, and patient with my wife and I as we selected our bedroom furniture. They helped us pick out the best furniture to fit our style and needs, and we are more than happy with our new bed-set. We will be going back for sure as we continue to renovate our house. UPDATE: one of my legs to my middle slat that supports my bed frame broke, and I reached out to Kevin in replacement parts at Ashley's, and he ordered me a replacement part (and 2 extras) free of charge! He was very friendly and helpful and took care of my issue in no time! Kevin and the replacement part department are great to work with!

I love love love the people at the store. Made my experience super great from mattress to coffee tables. However, my problem is the delivery service. They didn't arrive in the time that was told me... it was actually 4 hours earlier. Thankfully we were at home! Then, my end table was nicked and they just put a marker on it. He gave me the marker but didn't offer anything else. Also, they ran into my antique piano. They nicked that. Nothing can be done about that?!? Nothing was offered to us... just, I hope it's okay. I paid 90.00 for this service and very disappoint.
