Don’t buy from Ashley Furniture. This furniture was bought as a wedding gift less than 2 years ago. A repair person has repaired it 2 times, they have an extended warranty now being told the salesman didn’t tell the truth about how the extended warranty works.Extended warranty is nothing more that a scam.
DO NOT BUY HERE!!! If you get something and are not satisfied The store manager “Sissy” will not provide you with good customer service! She is incredibly rude and does not represent the store well AT ALL! I would not have an employee like her representing my business!
I bought a lift chair from Ashley's it is the most uncomfortable Chair I asked if they would take it back they said no I had it for 3 weeks but they take mattress back after 90 days I will never buy from them again. I do not recomend them to any one they are the worse store I have ever shopped with. my name is Gladys Rollins Carlisle, AR.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Walked in and immediately was asked what are you looking for, told him, he said we don’t have those and no one makes them but let’s look. I told him it’s on your website and is your house brand. Continues to argue with me and and tries to wait on people coming in behind us. One of the rudest salespeople I’ve ever had and will continue to tell everyone not to waste their time. I’ve heard all the terrible stories everyone in Little Rock tells, and now I’ve experienced it. Go anywhere but here.
I will never buy anything else from here. Kevin is great. He has fixed my furniture three times now and been polite. But today when I contacted my sales person regarding a Protection Plan (PER KEVIN’S REQUEST), I was spoken to horribly and yelled at. The salesperson told me I bought a crappy couch, so what did I expect? I didn’t think I bought a crappy couch, and why is someone selling crappy couches? When I contacted the manager “Sissy,” she stated that the salesperson was going through a custody battle. After contacting customer care’s corporate line, I again spoke with Sissy. At the end of the conversation she said she was tired of listening to me because she had all day. I was told the only thing they can do is keep fixing my couch. It’s broken 3 times since thanksgiving and you have to wait 4 weeks for parts.
Horrible experience this morning. I asked the sales person if he was following me. He became indignant. He raised his voice, face turned blood red, and said he was doing his job and if I didn't like it I could speak to his manager. The manager came and said the man was a Christian and got in his feelings. Because we could have hurt his feelings. So basically it's my fault because I asked a question. I've been followed around in stores all my life, because of my race, so I felt uncomfortable with being followed around every corner. The manager brought another sales person who said they get yelled at when they are not in the vicinity. This appears to be a toxic environment all around. what began as a pleasant morning turned sour. My family has shopped here for years, we love the store, but, today changed my mind.
Where paying the 20 percent restocking fee for furniture that NEVER delivered was worth not having to argue about the deficiencies of Ashley in Bryant.
I’ve been waiting for my furniture for 8 weeks it’s gonna be another 8 weeks until I might get it so I canceled my order and they are charging me 20% restocking fee on furniture that isn’t in yet how does that make sense when they have been sitting on my $2500 for 8 weeks
If I new that I was going to get the run around with my future I would have went somewhere else I was told July then Aug, Sept now Oct. am at the point just give me my money back!! Someone told me the Recliner and loveseat was there I was just waiting on the couch call back a month later they said the Recliner was there no loveseat I guess they gave the loveseat away call back a month later nothing was there so I guess they just give them a find your way as they come in to someone else!! Just know I will never shop there again
