I have been a valued customer and bought plenty of pieces at this location, but the recent management shift has made it my last visit. While the salespeople are great, the post-purchase experience is a disaster. I bought a couch in late October with a guaranteed December delivery. That deadline was repeatedly pushed back, and I was told the store was sold back to corporate and my couch was discontinued after I already paid for it. I finally received it in mid-February, months late. To "make it right," management promised me a credit check within 10 business days, but it has been well past that window and I have yet to receive it. I was also told multiple times that a manager would contact me to resolve this, and they never did, which shows you exactly how much they value their customers. Once they have your money, they could care less about you.

I am sure the furniture is going to be great and what we have looks really nice now but because of being run around and miscommunication to us and even the people working there we have not received the second half of our order. First we were told a certain time then we were told a different time and now it’s been a month and we only have part of our order, the part we can’t even use by the way. It is very fortunate for them that we do have a spare bed and kept our current mattress and have a place to sleep because if we were to have to sleep on the floor or even just the mattress on the floor this would be a lot worse. We placed an order at the beginning of the month for a bed frame, box spring, night stands, and a new mattress and we have only received the frame. Not being told accurate delivery dates for either of them. Or that we weren’t even going to be getting our full order in one day. We were also told to call the 1-800 number and the 1-800 number told us to call the store. Not only that but there was no kind of customer service we were just immediately told to call 1-800. Not sure we will ever be doing any business with Ashely if this is how y’all do business.

I recently went to this Ashley Furniture location about 1 month ago and purchased a clearance couch for $649.99. I was told if I leased for 3 months through their finance department (which is through ACIMA) my purchase would be tax and interest free. As soon as ACIMA registers my lease through the app they markup my couch to $870 and charge me “rent” every month. There is a clear difference between financing and renting. The rent every WEEK was $30.84 or $155 every month. That is on top of the payment I am already making. Of which was not correct when transferred over. They placed me in a 1 year lease with 52 payments. I called the store and they couldn’t help me with the situation, and I called ACIMA to which they were no help at all. I ended up paying my lease out early and paid close to $900 for a $650 couch. Never go here and don’t believe the salesman or the finance department. They will do anything to squeeze money out of you.

I placed an order during December of 2025. I was told it would be approximately 2 weeks before my items were delivered. I have made several unsuccessful calls to the delivery team as well as the store and still am unable to track when my items will be delivered. For a company this size I would not expect them to have this bad of customer service. It is almost mid February and I currently am still unable to find where my items are and when they will be delivered on a nearly 8k purchase.

We bought a couch from the Ashley’s in Bryant, AR. When filling out the paperwork a schedule was pulled up and we scheduled to have our couch delivered in a certain day. We never received a text like the salesman said we would. When we called we were told we were down to have a delivery. Mind you we were charged for it. The salesman blamed corporate which seemed to be their answer to everything that went wrong when we were there. We will not be back which is a shame because we have bought several items from them.

George and Dillon were awesome, they were polite, knowledgeable, respectful and took time to explain how everything worked. The snow was challenging, however they worked it out. I will request these two again in the future !

My first and last purchase at Ashley’s. I went shopping for a new couch since I had passed my old set to my mom. I found this couch that I absolutely love but not even a year later and it’s falling apart. I brought a “warranty that protects everything” and it was a waste of money. Sad to see them doing business with another company that is terrible, seeing how almost all the claims are denied. Looks like I will be shopping for yet another couch in the near future and I promise it won’t be with Ashley’s. Do some research with who you do business with! Don’t sell me a warranty that doesn’t cover rips in a basically new couch. The couch isn’t even a year old and it’s falling apart.
