Store was great had exactly what we wanted and pickup was smooth, however salesperson Jana was very rude after we picked out our furniture she got on her phone and was scrolling and texting then when I went back to pick it up a week later I tried to speak to her and she ignored me. Seems like she's there for money and no other reason.

Please Inspect Your Furniture!!!! I spent over $7400.00 in furniture in August, and it was being delivered today. I refused the delivery because the furniture was straight from the showroom floor. The reclining couches had so much dust on them and there was trash and grass in the creases of the couch. The manager called and said she would have them to clean the furniture up and they would bring it back out. No Ma’am you will not!!!! I paid for brand new furniture!!!! The furniture was on back of the delivery truck not wrapped or in boxes. If you wanted to sell something off the showroom floor you should’ve sold it at a clearance price. Why would I want reclining furniture that everyone has been testing out for years. The manager don’t have any customer service skills !!!She did nothing to come up with a solution to satisfy the customer. I had to change the delivery date several times and she indicated that was the reason why the furniture was dirty.. It doesn’t matter if it was in hold for 5 years , it should’ve still been in its original packaging. You agreed to hold the furniture and you also told me you could hold furniture for up to a year. I’m sure my furniture was sold and they had to pull my furniture off the floor. If my furniture is not delivered to my house in its original packaging I don’t want it. If I have to file a lawsuit to get my money back I will do just that. I’ve been shopping with Ashley for over 30 years, and this will definitely be my last time. They attempted to deliver my furniture like it was a repo from Rent-a-Center. I’m sure it’s only certain customers that are being treated like this.Sissy the sales manager tried to talk to me like I’m a child telling me she wasn’t taking any furniture back after those nasty, dirty blankets were thrown over them . The delivery guys were excellent!!!! They were only doing their jobs, and they provided excellent customer service!!!

LONG READ BUT IT NEEDS TO BE SAID . Please share So finally we got to order all of our new furniture yesterday 2/26/25 ..with that being said …. There is a man named Alan that works at Ashley furniture in Bryant Arkansas … When we went looking for furniture we didn’t know what to expect because we had never really done that or had to go through that before . We walked in to Ashley and was met by Alan . Alan made our shopping experience wonderful . He was patient with us (more so me) and never one time seemed to be frustrated with my moving from recliner to recliner till I found the perfect one . He did not talk to us like a salesman he talked to us more like a friend. We talked about his son who was deployed.. we talked about family we just had a good day . Alan was able to secure us some sale prices back in November … we told Alan we didn’t know when we would get the money from insurance and he said it didn’t matter that he would assure the price was locked in for us . For the last couple months Alan texted us once a week not to ask about when we was going to pay for the order … he text to check on us and told us he was praying for us .. he did this every week until yesterday when I went in to pay for the order … he again met me at the door with a huge smile and handshake .. If you need furniture please go see Alan at Ashley Furniture in Bryant . I don’t know that you will find a better man for the job .

We have bought furniture from Ashley's for years. The furniture is always high quality. One thing I like that they do is if you buy a protection policy on your furniture and never use it you get it back as credit in their store! Our sales associate, Jarrod Nash was helpful and knowledgeable!

We came in looking for a new mattress. We didn’t feel pressured to buy the 10k tempurpedic and was able to get something similar for half the price. Tim Hammond knows his sleepology and Joe Pesina was fantastic with him being so new and wasn’t afraid to ask questions. He was also taking notes and learning with out anyone asking him too. For sure when we buy a house later in the year we will be back !! PS: they work deals if you are paying cash/cashiers check.

We worked with Alfred at Ashley’s Furniture to purchase two new recliners. They offered a wide variety of options to choose from. Alfred was a pleasure to work with and provided us with an unexpectedly great deal, as it was the end of a President’s Day sale. Highly recommended.

Alfred (Salesman) didn’t listen to what I picked as a sofa. We picked it up only to realize once home, it wasn’t what I had chosen. So, we had to go right back up there wasting our gasoline to give it back. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Ashley.

Staff was every knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to my concerns and what I needed and wanted. Price was very fair. I would recommend anyone to them.

Management rude and unkind

We are in the process of building a cabin and was in need of several items. Allan was very helpful but his knowledge is what assisted us in making a decisions. No pushing, no pressure sales, just honest information so we could make the right decision for our needs. He spent as much time as we needed for him to be and answered all questions and concerns we had. We bought $4400 worth of mattresses and will return as the cabin is being completed to buy other items and will ask for Allan!

I recently moved to Arkansas and needed to furnish a couple of rooms. I was dreading the furniture shopping experience as I knew that it would be quite an ordeal. I went to the store in Bryant and oh my goodness the experience was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, but I can’t even begin to list all of the good things about my salesman, Alan. I feel that he went above and beyond in assisting me and getting the best price possible. I will certainly shop here again should the need arise.

Ordered a bedroom set with extension headboard, but the day before delivery I was notified that I will have to purchase another night stand in order to have the extension, and when I asked about just not having the extension I was sent a text stating that I would have to purchase another nightstand, so I’m still waiting on the recently completed purchased nightstand that I was never notified about until the day before delivery.

This is the third time I’ve made a purchase from this store, and the second time it’s been terrible experience. The first time was a rug that was delayed 3 months. I had called several times only to never be able to get a hold of my sales rep. I finally show up at the store 3 months later demanding my rug. They check in the back and lo and behold; they had it the whole time. It was covered in dust and grime from months in the warehouse. This last time was a sectional for 1200 dollars. They “discounted” 100 dollars to get there, but in fact all furniture on the website is 100 dollars cheaper than the in-store counterpart. They are not discounting anything, it’s customer pacification 101. This sectional arrived 4 days late (I had to leave work unplanned and unpaid) and the delivery crew claimed they couldn’t fit in the door after they damaged the outside wall, door frame, and door itself. They went outside as I called the store, I was told not to worry as they wouldn’t leave until I make a decision on how to proceed. They immediately left. I waited for a call back. I was told by Paige that they refused to turn around to come back. I meet Paige a sales manager there. I understand Paige’s job is to protect profit. I’m a sales rep too. I wanted a full refund. They said I have to pay 100 dollar delivery fee AND a 20% restocking fee. This is all on the back of the contract which is NOT covered by your sales rep. Admittedly you should read every word, but it’s on your sales rep to HELP and INFORM you, not barely have any answers and keep quiet when it comes to critical info. After arguing that my couch wasn’t delivered, offering to pay for the gas spent, and explaining that they were supposed to stay anyway and they took the couch with them. And when they wrong you, they will take every step possible to convince YOU the one PAYING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY to the MEGA MILLION FURNITURE COMPANY is THEIRS for the mere offense of trying to give them your business. Salesmen were great! Female manager has no empathy and was rude. I have done a lot of business with this location in the last year, but I will not be any longer because even if the answer is no to a customer's request, friendly customer service and empathy go a long for me. I'd rather be treated with a smile on managements face, hear no, and possibly pay a higher price somewhere else than to be face to face with a manager who has no friendly customer service skills.

Sales representative was excellent and would give him 5 stars most likely. But inspection and delivery was not up to par. We were told our tables and chairs would both be delivered but then only one table and all chairs were delivered. And we were told our couch would be delivered in 4-6 weeks but it showed up with the table which we were painting where the couch was supposed to go. So lack of communication with the buyer on what was being delivered caused a big headache. Also, we were told inspection would be done on the furniture before delivery. It must not have because the table base wobbled a lot. It needed to be replaced. Also 3 of our 10 chairs had scratched legs which they are replacing the legs but could have been seen in inspection as well. Not a great delivery or end product experience considering how much we paid for the furniture.

Our experience with the Ashley Homestore (Bryant, AR) was overwhelmingly positive. Jerrod Nash, the sales associate who helped us, was exceptional. He assisted us through ordering our living room set and additional furniture for our movie room. Jerrod answered all our questions, showed us relevant options, and even informed us about that week's truck load sale - furniture we ended up loving. We also purchased the warranty, giving us flexibility to receive store credit if we don't end up using it. The delivery process was smooth as well. All our furniture arrived as scheduled, with the delivery team carefully bringing it inside and assembling any pieces that needed . The delivery fee was reasonable. A few weeks later, we were so satisfied with our initial purchases that we ordered online from the Ashley Homestore more furniture to complement the living room set. Overall, from the knowledgeable sales support to the efficient and careful delivery, our experience with the Ashley Homestore was excellent.

After receiving shabby service from stores in the Little Rock area, we decided to to drive a little further to Ashley in Bryant. Boy, am I ever glad we did! We received quality service every step of the way. The sales rep was knowledgeable and went out of her way to find exactly what we wanted. It took only minutes to work out a payment plan. The delivery drivers were friendly, and they placed our new recliners exactly where we wanted. They did not ask us to sign delivery confirmation until they were sure all the chairs worked. I went in to buy a certain bed, but they didn’t carry it in store. So Mr. Alfred ensured me that I can still get it. He even showed me some mattress that he thought I would like. Michael (Egg) knew his stuff. Once I got to talking w him I knew I was going to do business w him. Great guy and was on top of every question or concern I had. Several months later my 8 yr old twins somehow got our automatic bed stuck in the upright position. Egg told Tim and Tim got ahold of me that day and explained how to fix the issue. I chose a bed and a recliner. My payments are $387.89 a month. When I signed the contract I really didn't know what I was getting into. I got home did my budget and realized I couldn't afford the bed. I called at 9:01 the next morning and told them I didn't want the bed because I wasn't going to be able to afford it. The "Bed guy" said I couldn't cancel the order even though they said it would take 2 weeks to make the bed and SNAP said yes I could cancel it but I had to tell Ashley Furniture first. I'm 68 years old and haven't dealt with this before. I'm so stressed out because this was wrong.
