Our experience with the Ashley Homestore (Bryant, AR) was overwhelmingly positive. Jerrod Nash, the sales associate who helped us, was exceptional. He assisted us through ordering our living room set and additional furniture for our movie room. Jerrod answered all our questions, showed us relevant options, and even informed us about that week's truck load sale - furniture we ended up loving. We also purchased the warranty, giving us flexibility to receive store credit if we don't end up using it. The delivery process was smooth as well. All our furniture arrived as scheduled, with the delivery team carefully bringing it inside and assembling any pieces that needed . The delivery fee was reasonable. A few weeks later, we were so satisfied with our initial purchases that we ordered online from the Ashley Homestore more furniture to complement the living room set. Overall, from the knowledgeable sales support to the efficient and careful delivery, our experience with the Ashley Homestore was excellent.

After receiving shabby service from stores in the Little Rock area, we decided to to drive a little further to Ashley in Bryant. Boy, am I ever glad we did! We received quality service every step of the way. The sales rep was knowledgeable and went out of her way to find exactly what we wanted. It took only minutes to work out a payment plan. The delivery drivers were friendly, and they placed our new recliners exactly where we wanted. They did not ask us to sign delivery confirmation until they were sure all the chairs worked. I highly recommend this store for the most pleasant furniture shopping experience you can hope for.

When you walk into a business and you don’t have to look for a salesperson means a lot. Open to the pictures I am trying to find a bed frame to match my nightstand and was on it. Went to Outlet side and met Hope. Both persons know their stuff. Just purchased living room furniture from Ashley and couldn’t be happier until today when the bed frame and bed rails were all in stock and we can pick up Saturday. Young lady in office was just as kind. I imagine all customers that interact with these persons will have just a great experience as I did. Thanks.

Michael (Egg) knew his stuff. Once I got to talking w him I knew I was going to do business w him. Great guy and was on top of every question or concern I had. Several months later my 8 yr old twins somehow got our automatic bed stuck in the upright position. Egg told Tim and Tim got ahold of me that day and explained how to fix the issue. I’m very impressed w the professionalism and responsiveness from this team at Ashley’s. 5 ⭐️’s for sure.

I chose a bed and a recliner. My payments are $387.89 a month. When I signed the contract I really didn't know what I was getting into. I got home did my budget and realized I couldn't afford the bed. I called at 9:01 the next morning and told them I didn't want the bed because I wasn't going to be able to afford it. The "Bed guy" said I couldn't cancel the order even though they said it would take 2 weeks to make the bed and SNAP said yes I could cancel it but I had to tell Ashley Furniture first. I'm 68 years old and haven't dealt with this before. I'm so stressed out because this was wrong.

Michelle met me at the door and led me to the sleep department where I listened to options and began trying out the feel of the mattresses. I tried four mattresses before I found my favorite. All my questions were answered and concern for my needs addressed. Mr. Tim, head of the sleep section, reviewed my order with Michelle and me to be certain all was as I asked. Alfred was precious and did a great job directing me to the chair as i described my requirements. He initially indicated it would be here in a week or two. I was very shocked and disappointed when they told me after i paid for TWO chairs that they would not be delivered until 3-5 weeks!?! Hoping Alfred’s estimate was correct Edit: ALFRED KNEW WHAT WAS WHAT! He figured it correctly!! I am adding to this. It took about a week to get here. They installed them for us and dad was surprised to come home & find the brand new recliner we went with. The experience from beginning (when we first met Alfred) all the way to now.. It has been SO great and the recliner chairs are fantastic too!

Before going in the store I called. I got a lady on the phone that was really nice and I went to see her 15 minutes later. We came in the store a little apprehensive not expecting to purchase anything but the level of service from of our salesperson quickly made us change this decision. She exceeded our expectations even down to the fact of knowing where the zippers were located on the pillows. We recently relocated back to AR were looking at furniture before we left TX and were told that the unit we were looking at was specific to that location. We were looking around and I found one similar and mentioned that I was looking at this before. She knew the exact unit I was speaking of and took us directly to it. There is one thing about knowing your store, but being specific and knowing the exact unit and its location, I’m sold!! This store will definitely get my business every-time!

Had a wonderful buying experience with Ashley Home Store in Bryant. Tim the bed guy is exceptional. Tim knows everything there is to know about beds. We bought our new bed along with the Pillow and Egyptian sheets package and had it delivered to our house in Maumelle. The bed was delivered but they somehow forgot to deliver the sheets with the new bed! I called the store and talked to Tim the bed guy and they had someone take a special trip to our house to deliver the new sheets within an hour. Excellent customer service!! Thank you!

He took good care of me and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. Update: One of the USB ports on one of my nightstands didn't work. I called the store and my salesman referred me to Kevin in the repair/replacement department and he ordered the part and sent Troy out to replace the old one with the new. Troy was very professional and took care of the replacement and testing to make sure IT worked and it does! I am very happy with the service after the sale.

Excellent customer service

Jerrod Nash showed us the bedroom furniture collections. We had a particular suite in mind but wanted to see others. He showed us every suite in the store—very patient, and answered our questions. We were told 4-6 weeks for delivery of our bedroom furniture, but our furniture is arriving tomorrow (2 weeks). We are very pleased with our shopping experience at Ashley.

Just left this place. Horrible service. Went in to see a particular type of sectional. Was told it's not in the store...ok fine...that's understandable. Was told that in another room there would be ones like it. We were shown 2 sectionals as we walked in and they were nothing like the one we want...didn't even have a chaise and then the sales lady walked away. Seems they only want to cater those who are very wealthy and are snobby. They look down on us blue collar folk. And it's not like Ashley is such high quality furniture. What a shame!

My wife and I recently bought a new sofa, loveseat and oversized chair from Ashley’s. We have shopped here many times and purchased numerous items over the years and I just want to say the sales team here is professional and always very helpful. Cameron was our salesperson and was a huge help in locating an oversized chair to go with our new living room furniture we picked out. The suit we purchased didn’t include the oversized chair but he found a style we liked and we were able to change the fabric color to match the sofa and loveseat. We looked at quite a few living rooms and asked lots of questions and Cameron patiently helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Also, I wanted to say the deliverymen, Matthew and Carl were prompt and professional. After arriving, they surrounded the door frame with padding to prevent any damage to the furniture and had everything set up in less than 15 minutes! I really enjoyed talking to these guys. They are two great representatives of Ashley’s Furniture! A really great customer service experience from sales to delivery in a time when customer service for many companies is nonexistent.

We bought three reclining sofas from Ashley in Bryant and had them delivered. Matthew and Carl delivered them with expertise, putting moving cloth around our doorframes to prevent any scuffs. Both were polite and professional. They put the sofas exactly where we wanted them, and finished quickly. We will definitely buy from Ashley in Bryant again! Five stars!

Don’t be fooled by the sales people there. They are rude after they know you’re not gonna buy anything. The lady working the outlet store wouldn’t even work the price on anything then got an attitude saying you all missed Black Friday and we said every other store is still having Black Friday sales or some type of sale. And told her thanks for being rude for no reason. Nothing in that store was on sale. Then you got Cameron who will be nice to you at first he you walk in the door then when you ask about a sale he gets upset then once he knows you not gonna buy anything he gets an attitude. As we were leaving the store we said we won’t be back and he said “Well good!” We didn’t have an attitude with them at all. You don’t get an attitude with your customers regardless. If you cant handle it then dont work as a sales associate. I hope he doesn't work on commission. So if you go to Ashley’s don’t deal with Cameron at all!!!

I don’t like the hovering around me as I “TRY” to look things over before conversing with the salesperson. I like their selections but to wait close to two months to receive our furniture, only to not be given some priority with delivery, naw pushed out a week. Edit-Just to be clear, our furniture was ready the day of our move, but due to some misunderstanding we had to reorder. The first delivery was correct but was thought to be wrong, the 2nd order was wrong (because the first was right), then when we finally got the correct order in we had to wait, that’s my gripe. I like Ashley’s and will more than likely be back; and we will be looking for Aaron. 👍🏽

Very helpful staff. A good selection. Only down side is it all has to be ordered but wait times have shortened quite a bit now. I just ordered bedroom set and it is only 3-4 week wait.

If you have neck issues or sleep apnea please read my review. I’ve been a customer here for many years, I have always received superior service, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Based off the salesman’s recommendation I purchased a Purple Harmony pillow several months ago and the long term results have been nothing less than amazing. I have bulging disks in my neck and have sleep apnea so I have to use a CPAP. You can adjust the thickness of the pillow to get your head at a comfortable height. Also this pillow is heavy, I can push my shoulders into it and not move at night, so no more flipping over in my sleep. This has reduced my neck pain significantly, I don’t have to get up and take two ibuprofen to get my day started. Also I don’t wear my CPAP anymore because I have quit having apnea episodes. This pillow has really changed my quality of life simply because my head is positioned correctly at night. I went and picked up another one for my wife after she took mine, she agrees, this pillow really is outstanding.

I called with an inquiry about some bedroom furniture and Jerrod Nash answered the phone and he was very helpful. He assisted me and helped me with prices and the logistics. He got me all taken care of he was very polite and not pushy and I would love to do business with him again in the future.

They first tried to overcharge me for the mattress until I pointed out that it was $150 cheaper on Amazon than the price they were quoting me. So I asked about financing and they offered me a 90 day same as cash option, which turned out to be a lie, the paperwork I received says right there in black and white it is not “same as cash” and I’m now paying almost $100 more than the agreed upon price.

Jarrod Nash was helpful in finding a new mattress for my mom. He was nice and not overly salesy. We enjoyed our experience of shopping at Ashley's.

So thankful Ashley’s has a program where we can convert our unused protection plan dollars for store credit. We walked through the showroom and found a single barstool that matched our home decor and the amount of credit we had and it was just a perfect fit.

I found out that Ashley's in Bryant, AR will put their sales before their employees and their families. Even when given ample notice they refused to allow an employee to attend an immediate family members wedding. The employee only asked to leave a few hours early, they didn't even ask for the whole day off. I have purchased all of our furniture from them for years but I will never buy a stitch from them again and will tell everyone I know the same thing. BOYCOTT ASHLEYS.

I’ve always had a great experience when visiting Ashley’s. I was recently in to purchase a bedroom suite along with other pieces of furniture for my daughter. We had one of the nicest salesperson ever. Her name is Geshia and I would highly recommend her. She gave us a fair price and made sure to continue contacting us until the furniture was delivered.
