Not an issue with this store in particular but I've been putting Ashley furniture together and delivering it for years and I have yet to not have any issues with anything I've delivered. The furniture is very poor quality and whoever packs the furniture for delivery to different businesses and other stores needs to have their job revoked. I just finished a queen bed delivery and box spring frame bolts were opened and strewn all over the box and come to my surprise the container is destroyed and they tried to fix it with staples. Long story short, there is ALWAYS something wrong with every Ashley product either through poor packaging or the workers don't have any background in what they are building.
They worked with us and helped us make a great choice for my husband who has cancer
We recently visited the store to get ideas for our new home in Arkansas. Emma was friendly and attentive, but also gave us space to look around and talk without making us feel pressured. We will be back to make some decisions and look forward to having Emma help us through that process.
Emma is the absolute best sales person! She was super helpful when we stopped by to LOOK! With her help the looking turned to buying with no added pressure. Very knowledgeable about the furniture we fell in love with! Thank you Emma for our wonderful furniture, we can't wait to get it!!!

I’m not the type of person to leave a negative review but our sales person really rubbed us the wrong way. He never asked our budget and assumed we were there to look at the least expensive mattresses and even recommended a cheap mattress store down the road. He obviously didn’t care to make a sale and he shouldn’t be worried because we won’t be back.

Terrible... bought 3 items 1 delivered didn't make it to me by way of getting lost . Other 2 were discontinued. I never seen 1 piece of furniture. Becarful buying a bed from there because they will lie and say it's good quality and will last a long time and then 4 months down the road the frame will break and you will find out the bolts are stripped from them installing it but then won't do anything about it.

furniture is over priced and be careful if you purchase furniture on a 24 month free interest plan as they'll reduce the amount every month so at the end of the 24 months your furniture is not paid off and they'll charge you the full interest! Be careful as the sales rep will put in the protection plan on the furniture even though you didn't ask for it. They are sly, so watch out. Thank you for the reply, the salesman should've told me that and I also take part ownership for not looking closely before signing the deal.
I just found the best mattress, loveseat, and dining table with 2 bar stools. The sales person, Robert was very very helpful and so respectful. He never rushed me and listened to all my questions and concerns, what a great day. Thanks Robert

I ordered a bedroom set from this store a month ago. Everything was delivered except for a nightstand. I was assured it would be here no longer than two weeks. After the third week I came back to the store asking about the piece. I was greated by a salesman who asked if he could help, which i replied no thank you. He then became noticeably upset muttering something and stormed off. When I asked one of the managers at the desk what was happening they told me my salesman should've reached out to me and said give it another week. That week went by and I called in. Again was told my salesman should've reached out to me and wait another week. This was the fifth week and I canceled my order. Instead of helping me everyone just told me what should have happened. I can't help but feel like this store cares only about the sale and not the customer. Not only do I not recommend this store I strongly advise to shop elsewhere.
The shop was very well decorated . The furniture was very nice . The folks all so friendly and eager to please . Enjoyed our time there and got a wonderful dining room table and chairs set . Very satisfied we get it in 2 days delivered to us. Thankyou again cant wait to get the set 😁

Excellent store with the largest selection of high quality mattresses we've seen in Ft Smith. This was the sixth shop we visited and there were at least 3 brands here that weren't at the other mattress stores. We worked with two pleasant & helpful associates who showed us everything we knew we wanted to see and more. So glad we didn't give up for the day because we found out new mattress here!

The store lost a 500 dollar purchase from me. I Went in Nov. 18th at 11am and was introduced by a middle aged hispanic man who was not helpful to what I was searching for. I told him I was looking for a office desk chair as Hanks does not carry those. All he did was tell me to look all over the store. No guidance or effort to escort me to them or give an more thorough explanation. I walked around anyways and the place is disorganized while trying to find the product I was looking for. Meanwhile while walking around, I see 4 workers here sitting in chairs playing on phones instead of bothering to come up to me or other customers like a sales associate is supposed to do. For the business owner reading this, I would start watching your employees on the camera playback and you will see what I am talking about. The sales team need to learn how to do customer service like Hanks furniture does. Those associates are helpful. Still not finding what I am looking for and no help, I left and went to office depot and got a chair there. I don't suggest coming here at all and I would recommend that you go to Hanks for most furniture and office depot for office desk chairs. I won't be back.

This place is huge. If you ever wanted furniture, bedding, chairs, anything that you can imagine, it's here. It's also attached to another store. Which has really high quality bedding like temporapedic and purple As well as others. Service was exceptional and we were in and out with no high pressure salesman. I love that part.

Great furniture. But after 2 experiences of spending insane amounts of money, only to be delivered the WRONG. PRODUCT...and being given 6 different numbers to call, and the back to my first number. Customer service is good during sales. But they don't even bother to make sure your order is correct. And they sure don't want to make it right.

Found some great bar stools. The sales team there ended up like a corporate car dealership. My 4 bar stools for $880 went to over $1200 with delivery fees and club pricing fees. The sales person called the manager in to help and he started waving fees. I went online and they were advertising 15% off with free shipping. He was pretty quick to match that deal since I could just buy it online for that price. Again… great experience until we were checking out. I had no idea it would be so “car dealer”.
Don't shop here for furniture. They will lie and cheat you. They will tell you you're getting "free" furniture, but when you add it up it comes to the same price the discount codes they have usually range up to 20-30% off.
I really can’t say enough good things about my experience today. I went in to purchase a sectional and was helped by three amazing staff members. The two gentleman that helped me with my order, and the lady who helped with processing and payment were all super kind and made this purchase quick and easy.

The shopping experience with Liz, and the sales manager was good, but the continual glitches with the computer systems was terrible. We spent at least an extra hour with the staff trying to resolve computer and technical issues. Even though we spent $7,000 purchasing the items we were wanting, we almost gave up and left because of the constant technical glitches. You need to get that resolved quickly. Not everyone is willing to spend hours waiting for technical problems to be resolved.
Marcus and Carl arrived early and were extremely nice and professional. They finished the set up quickly and cleaned up prior to leaving. Best delivery set up and didn’t have to wait.

Waiting to see if it’ll be right tomorrow. Spent a large amount on a living room set and was told I that around 4% refund was the absolute best that could be done to make up for the multiple issues.

We made the purchase on 02/25/23, they scheduled the delivery for 03/04/23 (Estimated), they only deliver 2 days a week here, 7 days total. We received no notification, called today and found out we are not scheduled, maybe next Saturday. I’ll do what I can to get refunded.

Sales person, Martin, was wonderful. He was very patient with us and was knowledgeable about the furniture.
The sales associate was fine, but the store posted signed for the rugs and it's price on the coffee tables and many times there were no signs for the coffee table prices in sight. We went through the buying process and found that the coffee table was actually much higher. We just left without it and both of us felt the place was very deceptive. Also there is no warranty on anything unless you buy one.

Excellent service from start to finish. The salesman really seemed to know what he was talking about. Every one else was very friendly as well. If I had the money I would have bought furniture for my whole house! I just can't say enough good about our salesman Kyler Smith!! He was not at all pushy he was just there to show us what we wanted and answer any questions we had. He never tried to up sell us and he never tried to sell us anything other than what we came for. He kept notes the entire time of things we would tell him about our wishes and then he would go looking for items that met that description. Such a wonderful guy!!

It did not start off all that great. The first sales guy that worked with us was not good. I went in early in the day to look at sofas, then back later with my wife. The second time, he barely acknowledged us, even after I sought after him so he could get the sale. 10 minutes after we got there, he walhed by and said goodnight, they did not close for another hour. If he had something to do,he could have told us, jut instead, made us feel like he didn't care if we bought anything or not. I approached another sales person, explained that I would not buy anything from the first guy and why. He was very nice, showed us multiple options and worked very well with us. We ended up buying 2 sofas, 2 area rugs, and some accent tables. Overall a good experience and will go back. Good products at good prices.

Most of the furniture here is lower quality but priced like it is nicer. I noticed while opening some of the drawers on the dressers that the bottoms were really thin and one was even bowed on a $900 set of drawers. I was told an item was “in stock” and it was actually in stock in Tulsa and I ended up having to pay a shipping fee. They force you to buy a “membership” to cover the $160 delivery fee but say they are taking it off of the price of the furniture but added some cleaning kit to make it free so I ended up paying the fee anyways. I thought I was buying an entire bedroom and a chair but the sales associates left and talked amongst themselves and then came back with paperwork only for my chair. It took so long to even buy the chair that we waited over an hour for the papers. They did apologize about the wait but to be fair my sister warned me not to shop here because it’s been almost a year now and she’s still missing a piece of her living room furniture that never got delivered and they keep saying it’s going to be ordered. I really wish a quality furniture store would open in fort smith because trying to find it is near impossible unless you want rustic particle board-quality pieces that cost almost as much as pottery barn. I would say go to Fayetteville, Little Rock or Tulsa. Places like this have their gimmicks like the membership fees, cleaning kits and ordering fees from other stores that they try to confuse you with to make you feel like you’re getting a great deal. My $414 chair ended up costing me $650 after “free delivery with membership” and the “free” cleaning kit”. Fort smith has no good places to shop for furniture, don’t waste your time or money, it’s worth it to drive elsewhere.
I purchased a new recliner for my aging mother and enjoyed their variety of items and polite service. They’ve added some more showroom space recently as well. Don’t be sticker shocked before you go though because their franchise name carries weight.

If you need good quality furniture for an amazing value, this is the place you need! They offer a free delivery option, and that includes set up as well! We were able to get our furniture in a timely manner with great customer service. The sales people at Ashley are able to help find what you are looking for and inform you on ANYTHING you need to know! I will only ever shop at Ashley Homestore.
Well first things first as soon as I came in Martin Nunez descended from the heavens to introduce himself and then set me off to wander the store like a kid playing “the floor is lava” hopping from one piece of furniture to the next. Martin was kind enough to pop in from time to time to let me know the lava wasnt real and also to inform me on the piece I was looking at. He was truly the best kind of salesman, not overbearing while simultaneously always available. Popping out of the shadows like Chris Angel just to let me know that the couch I was looking at comes in multiple color options and then vanishing until I would whisper under my breath “I wonder if” so he could immediately appear with an answer. The selection is massive, my salesman (yes I have claimed him, he is mine) Martin was extremely knowledgeable. Also if he tells you he can change your life in 3 minutes, believe him, he is not a snake oil salesman, he is a miracle worker.

We needed a special order sectional. Will Byers was our salesperson. Will was very knowledgeable of what was available and listened to what we wanted. He took us to three sectionals that all meet our needs. We purchased the first sectional he took us to. It was a beautiful couch, sit exactly as we described, and in the exact configuration we needed. Will's professionalism, knowledge, and friendly personality would be an asset in any business.
Will was the absolute best sales rep I could have had! He made sure to get me my nightstand and a timely manner as well as get me the lowest possible price on the item. I will continue to go back due to his service!

The people were nice but it took them forever to check us out. They offered us a free warranty and then took it away from us because they couldn’t figure out how to attach it to our chair. I felt like we were buying a car. It shouldn’t have been so hard.
Do not come buy from this store, I went in by myself looking for furniture to furnish my very first apartment and ended up getting completely ripped off. They mentioned a promotion where I would get a bunch of free stuff but it ended up being charged to my total. After going over my receipt and adding up the things I was told I WOULD be charged for the total was no where near the total on my receipt. After going back and adding all the items I was told I WOULD NOT be charged for my total ended up coming out to the exact total on my receipt. They stamped everything that was free and made me sign it so I knew I would not be paying for it; however, every single item along with a fee other items I do not recognize were added into my total. They completely took advantage of me and I will be going as soon as they open to cancel everything. Do not waste your time with these people they will lie to you and add outrageous numbers to your total.
Hannah was fantastic! She is honest and wants to make sure you love what you are getting. And if you are not just looking for reputable people, but a great product you need to look at this store. As a side note I met Shelli the store manager, and she is amazing.

Not a pleasant experience. The salesman just would let us look without having something to say every 30 seconds. At the end he tried to give us "a quote" showing how great the deal he would give us. It was not that great of a deal. Make sure you do your research before going in, it was very helpful for us.
I have never had such a wonderful an easy experience in buying furniture like I did today. I wanna thank Jessica Montoya and Bryton Dorsey for all the help an going above an beyond in making my decisions so easy in purchasing items for my home. Sorry long review but knowing what I delt with full story better than bits & pieces... Will never return here & if could return everything I would. Bought almost $7000 worth of furniture at one pop which one was a $1000+ accent chair, never got (waited over 8 wks), wasnt told at purchase that there would be ANY kind of wait & we never got it & never got ANY up dates when coming. After unbelievably terrible calls I had to go in to cancel. In which original saleperson and store manager where slightly rude and totally stand off-ish. Never received apology! Like I did something wrong!! REALLY?? HA HA what a joke!! At purchase they offered us a bunch of "free" stuff but when we could not finance it due to just moving to state, & hadn't started work yet, we paid cash in full for it. We'll the said THEY still wanted to give us the free stuff for our large purchase (living room L sofa, coffee table, side table, dining table & 6 chairs, accent chair, etc) BUT they had to finagle the bill, so the free stuff didnt show free anymore, even though I said several times they didn't need to they kept saying it was no problem & did it. WELL....when I went in after 8 weeks to get my refund on a chair I never got & had no clue when getting. They demanded all the "free" stuff back from me to get the price I paid for the chair. I didn't have everything, alot had been used or just misplaced, it HAD been 2 mos and I thought they where FREE... So since I did not have every single item in which they had originally spread out through the whole bill not just the1 item. I DID NOT GET MY FULL REFUND FOR THE CHAIR I BOUGHT & NEVER RECEIVED!! They shorted me on what I paid for the chair to go tword the FREE items!!!! Then on top that I told them the account originally bought furniture was no longer active since we moved banks. They said they would mail check. Well guess what....They sent refund (shorted refund)to OLD bank!!! Good thing I'm smarter than they think I am and kept it open even though not in use!!! Or that monies would be bounced back & they would have never called me. Considering they never called: 1) advised chair back "ordered" 2) when chair would be delivered 3) they sent my refund to an account I said not in use!!! So since I still have 3 1/2 more room to completly furnish, I will be going somewhere else to spend my money!!! I still deserve the rest of the monies for my canceled order... FREE is FREE not to be used as a a dishonest ploy to.keep my money...

2 feet into the door- someone is on you like a professional car salesman trying to talk you into financing before you even see any furniture. While browsing, the salesman continuously flanked us as if he were a lion & we were wildebeests. Very uncomfortable. We walked around the store perimeter & never really looked at any furniture- could not wait to get out of the store. This happened one year ago, same car salesman. Will not be back ever.
This store was pretty good when it was Ashley but Mathis Brothers bought them out and they are way too expensive on a lot of things now.

Went to look at furniture. told them we was just looking trying to figure out what style and stuff we are going with for the new house. They followed us around the store like they was stalking us and it was very uncomfortable. So we went to sofa city and they let us look in piece and make a decision and then we asked for assistance and It was so nice to look and make decisions without getting stalked. Because of them not leaving us alone they lost out on the sale of a living room suit and a bedroom suit. THANKS SOFA CITY…

I will never purchase anything from Ashley’s furniture. The manager lied and lied said she would help us , she offered free items and at the end of the Day I had to pay for every item ! Then I had to wait weeks for the items to arrived and when they arrived the furniture was damaged and they said it was ok that because I.had bought the insurance that would cover for costs. No I’m not going to pay for damaged furniture full price . I asked to speak to the manager several times and they kept giving me the run around . I finally canceled my order and until this day I’m still being charge for furniture that I never received ! I keep calling and they tell me yeah someone is going to get ahold of you this purchase was done back in September. We are in the middle of November and I’m still being charged. For an amount that I don’t owe because I never got my furniture!!!! Don’t ever shop here unless you want to be robbed of your money

It would have been easier to purchase a car rather than a sofa. I understand Mathis had bought out the Fort Smith store. They want to add furniture protection,rewards, delivery fee to price. After looking at sofa in store , I came home to look online and find that it’s $175 less on the Ashley website. The manager did price match to the online price. So beware. Check prices online before you buy. I will not buy anything else from a Mathis Bros store.
Very frustrated. I waited 12 weeks to receive my bed, then it broke. Now on month 4 of waiting for replacement parts.

10 months ago we purchased a couch and chair. Now a cushion on the couch is starting to come apart. So much for a warranty. I was told when we made the purchase that if anything happened they would have a tech come repair it. Now I'm told that a tech can't come where I'm at, BUT they will send a driver to come from Tulsa, pick up the cushion in 2 weeks and take it to Tulsa (2 hours away) where a tech would repair it then they'd have a driver bring it back. AND, I'd have to pay a fee for them to come pick it up! Warranty my rear!!! What a joke!!!
Everyone we met were so friendly and helpful. I cant say enough about our sales representative, Belle. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our selections. Every option was thoroughly discussed and all questions were answered. She worked diligently explaining different financial availabilities as well. We appreciate her kindness and patience. I gave Ashley a 5 star rating because the service at the store was excellent…or so I thought’. I am changing it to a 1 star. My husband and I are in our 70’s. We purchased a recliner and a sofa with recliner at both ends, in July, 2022. We also purchased a 2 year warranty. Total cost =$2700. The separate recliner quit working after the first of the year. We called and they repaired everything. Six weeks ago the recliner on the couch quit working. We called the same people and they told us they didn’t service our “area” anymore and gave us the number of another company. They have been telling us “They are working on it “…for six weeks! Today I called Ashley and they informed me that they don’t guarantee the electrical for more than one year! We purchased an additional warranty and she told me she wasn’t sure if they would cover the electrical either! Understand this; if you have an electrical recliner and it quits, you no longer have a recliner!!! There are just two of us living in our house. We don’t have children or pets! We were sold trash and a lie and we will NEVER PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY AGAIN!!!
this store is just awful, The two reps that were there did not make me feel welcomed at all whatsoever, they just looked at me like I’m lost or something how disrespectful, I’m coming there to spend my hard earned money and you guys look at me like that, made me feel like I’m not good enough to shop there or something, what? My money ain’t good enough for you people? and all that furniture they have and you cannot take none of it home, everything has to be delivered, so you will never escape a delivery fee, DO NOT shop at the store in Fort Smith Arkansas on Rogers Avenue, order it online where it says delivery free.
total scam, they have a massive area full of furniture, but you can’t take none of it home, it’s all display? everything has to be delivered from tulsa? what a joke, you have an app and a website where everything is displayed and you have plenty of space at the store to have extra furniture that people can take home with them, but no, you rather charge every customer $60+ delivery fee and wait a week for something that’s literally right there staring you in the face. but if you order it online, it says free shipping? I do not recommend this store on Rogers Ave., Fort Smith, AR

Horrible manipulation practices and a terrible experience. Beware what they do when making a purchase here because they will sneak in protection plans under the guise of points programs. If you don't pay for a protection plan they will then offer it for free but then you find out there's a $100 bonus program rolled in to your price. That bonus program is of zero value but is really just the discounted protection plan. They presented that way because it makes it seem like a kindness on their part and a great deal. Very very crafty. No matter how I tried to talk to them, they attempted to manipulate the situation into getting the extra money and would not just sell the furniture flat out. When I called out the rep on it, she was visibly upset and when I walked away she threw her iPad on the couch in anger. I bought that same furniture at another place shortly after for $450 less and without having to deal with manipulation and craftiness. Be warned.
Me and my wife were totally satisfied with Jason’s as a person and and very knowledgeable on the product that he was selling. We enjoyed our time talking with Jason and what we really wanted to buy we were totally satisfied thank you so much.

Ridiculous place. Lied the hole time saying no other place in town had actually furniture in stock everywhere you had to order it. That was a lie. Got my couch the same day from another place. Kept pushing nonstop for some kind of program that had that was 100 dollars said no 100 times and the delivery fee was like 250-300 dollars something crazy. Hopefully nobody steps in this place again.

We went in to look at living room furniture. Dewayne helped us find what we wanted. No high pressure sales, just a helpful young man. We will return to Ashley's next time we are looking to buy furniture.
When we walked in, the store was quiet but inviting. The sales rep Jeremy was very friendly and informative. He gave us several options to look at and picked out styles based on my homes description and what I was looking for. He helped navigate different finance options and really made our shopping experience feel easy and not rushed. Highly recommend this store location and Jeremy the sales representative. We will shop here in the future for sure.

we ordered a power reclining loveseat 2/15/22, to be delivered 03/15/22. They finally delivered on 04/09/22 BUT it wasn't a power recliner, it was manual. After 2 hours with customer service that went nowhere, we took it to the local store ourselves. So sad that I had to get rude with them for a refund on their screwup! They tried to argue over what we ordered, luckily we had the paid receipt showing what we ordered. I'll never order furniture again. Cash and carry only.
I would like to start this review with stating that my floor sales rep Jeremy was the absolute best. He did an outstanding job of listening to my needs for what I was shopping for, and taking me through the store, providing details of all of the area rugs, I was interested in. Now, despite the fact that Jeremy did his absolute best, and I put no fault on him for this review and the 1 star rating, Ashley Furniture in my opinion, has no concern for any customer, or potential customers. As well, despite making the purchase, after a day has gone by, I truly feel if I had known prior to entering Ashley Furniture about the stipulations in order to make any purchase in the store, I would have never shopped there. Let me state clearly, I literally felt hostage by your store, because you display and advertise a price for your assets, but when it came time to make a purchase, only then I was made aware of a delivery only stipulation, and to be honest, the price $169 is absolutely ridiculous. But... Oh wait, we can save you some money on the delivery by joining our rewards program for $99 a year. This is outright backing your customers in a corner, saying you can buy from us, "only" if you either pay a unbelievable delivery fee, or join some rewards program, otherwise, you're saying, I'm sorry Mr. Pendleton, if you don't agree to these additional costs, then we don't want your business. I am not sure how your other customers feel about this, but I can tell you honestly, I am considering highly of contacting the place of business and canceling the purchase, getting my money back and buying from another furniture store that does not do business this way. Ashley Furniture, your customers are the life of your business, why would force them in to ridiculous delivery fees or what you state is a better deal by paying a yearly membership fee? Let me just be very clear, I wanted to shop at your store, and make a cash purchase with an area rug you had in stock, load it in my truck and take it home, it's that simple. I would like to make suggestion for improving your current business model, give delivery options to your customers, offer them the rewards, but don't use it as a tactic for customers to feel forced to sign up in order to save. Finally, I'll just say, I will never shop, nor recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone I know, or even do not know, but have conversations with. I hope that that Ashley Furniture, takes this message to heart and makes the changes needed in order to better serve their customers. - Larry
The salesperson was wonderful. Sadly our recliner took twice as long to arrive due to backorder, then we've waited three months for it to be repaired. The whole undercarriage had to be replaced. I bought the extra coverage, and the company that came out just looked at it, said they had to order a part, then when the part came in, for us to call them to reschedule. Each time took weeks. It was just repaired, and the technician did not even bother to take the broken part. I do not recommend their products.

This is the worst experience I have ever had !!!! We purchase a living room suite Dec. 12 , 2021. Was told delivery date would be Dec. 27 . Did not happen . They then told us delivery date would be Feb. 27 Told them that would be totally unacceptable . We asked for a refund and was told it would be 7 -10 days . We contacted them after the 10 days and said paper work had not been processed for refund . They then told us it would be 7 or 10 more days . Well guess what talked to them again today and said check had been mailed out 7 days ago from Oklahoma , City which is less than 200 miles from where we live . I could walk to Oklahoma City in that length time . JUST A WARNING TO PEOPLE NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CO. THE STORE WE DID BUSINESS WITH WAS IN FORT SMITH AR . WENT TO CLEO,S FURNITUE BOUGHT SAME FURNITURE , WHICH WAS CHEAPER AN 4 DAY DELIVERY TIME .

Today is 2-5-22 I filed warranty claim for damaged couch 9-27-21. When I try to contact Ashley furniture they tell me I’ve called the wrong number they give me “the correct number” to call which leads to calling 10 numbers and getting nowhere day after day!!! I’ve asked for the legal team and nobody is able to get me their info. Couch has been broke for 5 months and no sign of getting it repaired under Ashley furniture 1 year warranty. NEVER shopping here again
Everyone is awesome to work with. They went out of their way to help me when the furniture shipment days got pushed way back after everything was already ordered. They contacted several other stores to find us the pieces we needed and take care of our needs. Thank you.
The staff in the store were great and this is not on them. We ordered a sectional in Sept 2021 and were told it'd be delivered Nov 2021. When I called in November they said it is now going to be delivered the day after Christmas (the store doesn't open till noon that day). So when I called they pushed back till January. I called in January on back to back days, I was then told it would be February. The next day I called I was told half would be delivered in March? Still waiting on a couch that at the earliest will be SIX months late. The communications and late delivery are unacceptable. When checking out, customers should be told to expect a half of a year wait time until delivery before checking out. We spent a lot of money to be able to sit in our living room and are still waiting to do just that. Shop elsewhere.

Worst service I have ever received. We’ve been waiting for our couch since June. It was supposed to have a 6/8w tat. I can never get ahold of anyone. I keep being told that they’re processing my refund and will call me back. They NEVER DO! I’ve called around 30 times to try to sort this out since we have almost $2,000 in a deposit. Awful awful customer service. Plus all of the people on the phone will tell you different reasons why your item never showed up, meaning they’re just lying. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
We bought furniture here the employees were so kind and helpful. They did everything to ensure we was leaving with nice furniture. They have a huge variety of couches, chairs, bedroom sets, living room sets, rugs etc. Some of it is reasonably priced. Customer service is great too. Even their lower priced furniture is great quality.
We purchased two bedroom sets, one in July and one in August, and then the store got bought out to Mathis Brothers in Sept. Here we are 5 months later, trucks not showing up, trucks showing up empty, no customer support at all, horrible service, and definitely won't purchase from any Ashley HomeStore in the future.
They let me try things, gave me a drink and had me all set up before I left. They even lepee me pick out some decore.

I thought the Fort Smith store was BAD. I ordered a bed through another company that had the name ASHLEY on it.... didn't think anything of it until having to wait 2 extra months for it to come in, but that wasn't the BAD PART. They SHIPPED OUT A COMPLETELY EMPTY BOX..... that was supposed to have a Headboard assembly that weighs 39lbs, it's been about 7 years since my last go around with this company with a couch that we had to throw in the trash, because they did not honor thier warranty, and flat out refused to do anything.... now I have it etched in my brain...TO NEVER ORDER anything THAT HAS ASHLEY as a name on it. Redicoulous
i agree, never buy anything from this store. The salesman and manager lied to me multiple times about the buying process, return process, and financing process. Returned a phone call after weeks of trying to get a hold of a manager and then didn't get a straight answer. Was more or less told it was my fault that I was lied to. Terrible costumer service. Corporate kept saying it was on the fort smith store and the store said corporate would have to deal with it. Worst purchase ever!!
ZERO STARS! My friend spent over $7,000 in this store. She order a comforter & received the wrong one. She tried to exchange it to get the correct one. They refused to exchange it & offered no assistance. The sales people were absolutely no help. Customer service is a joke. Very rude. One salesman was very rude. When she asked what she could do, if someone there could help her. This very rude salesman’s said we’ll I guess you need to call the Attorney General’s office. She will & her attorney & BBB. There will be action taken. I don’t care if Mathis bought Ashley’s this is poor service, poor company & incompetent sales people. We look forward to hearing from you & getting restitution. If the system would allow me to give zero stars I would in a heart beat. I bought two different sets of furniture from the same sales rep back in 2018. She talked me into both warranty plans, because she said everything we were worried about would be covered with kids/pets. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT believe a word they say about the warranty plan, it is a scam!! I submitted my first claim this year in May 2021. A technician was not assigned to come out until September 15th, 2021. The technician came in for 5 minutes and then left without saying a word. I sent 2 follow up emails to check on the status of my warranty with no response. Finally today 10/6/21, I called the warranty company and they said that the damage was not under warranty because I didn't submit each scratch with it's own separate claim the instant it happened. Instead I submitted one claim for damage that had happened over a couple weeks. However, I did not receive any contact from the warranty company for 4 months and then no response to 2 emails trying to get a status update. Finally when I spoke with them today they said I would need to call Ashley Furniture and the technician to discuss because they would not honor their warranty. I called the Technician and spoke with his supervisor and he said the tech planned to order all the parts I needed, yet the warranty company refused to let him install the parts. However, even at this point nothing was communicated to the myself (the customer). I then called Ashley Furniture and low and behold the Fort Smith Ashley Furniture has been sold and they do not have any records dating back to 2018. Worst customer service I have ever received. I will NEVER purchase another warranty and I will NEVER shop with Ashley Furniture again. Northwest Arkansas has a ton of GREAT furniture places as well as Sofa City here in Fort Smith. Again I highly recommend that you think twice before going with Ashley Furniture or any part of their warranty program. Scam, Scam, Scam. I wasted almost $750 in warranties for no reason and I paid most of that in cash!!!
Waiting for furniture since June 25th...received it on August 2nd BROKEN-still waiting for furniture-sold at Ft. Smith store now they can't help me! Worst service I have ever recieved-now want payment and I still have no furniture!! DO NOT USE ASHELY...but they are sorry!!!
Update: Would give zero stars if I could!!!! After following the instructions given by the Response Team, they let me know that they don't have access to previous records and cant help me. Guess I am going the Better Business Bureau route to see if that can fix it. Needed to cancel an order, followed protocol on our end but the Fort Smith store has not. There is still a pending charge on our Fortiva account because the store has to cancel the transaction. Can not get ahold of anyone by phone, and the few times I have they have told me it will get taken care of. Going to physically go to store and see if that takes care of the situation. This has been a month and a half of nothing but a headache. Now, I will say the staff has always been polite but the business aspect is far from good!!!! If I can’t fix it face to face I will be trying to contact the head corporate office, CEO.
This experience has been a nightmare. Customer service is absolutely a joke. They are no help. With the wait times being so high, that should say a whole lot about the experience you will have. The delivery person called my work phone at 8:44 am, let it ring 3 times and hung up without leaving a voicemail indicating who this person was. I happened to be on a call and saw it was a Memphis number and remembered the sales person said the order would be shipped from Tennessee. I got off my call at 8:51 am and called the number back. There was no answer and the voicemail box was full. The day prior, I had called the 800 number to verify the delivery and spoke to someone letting them know my husband's phone number had changed and my work number was still valid. I let them know I worked from home full time, my husband is disabled and my father in law lives with us so we definitely would be there during the delivery window of 8:45 to 11:45. At 1:24 we still had not heard anything so we called and were told we missed the delivery. WHAT?! He then asked if there was anything else he could help with. We walked the person through what happened. He said he would send a message to the delivery guy and they would contact us to let us know if they could come back same day or what would work. We heard NOTHING. I physically went to their store to talk to them, they took down my info and said they would research what is going on and would let me know what they were going to do and would contact the driver to get it straightened out. Once again I heard, NOTHING. I called and asked to speak to a manager. They said there was nothing they could do and all I could do was reschedule for a delivery 2 weeks from now. No, I can cancel my $4,000 delivery and future deliveries. In addition to not buying the additional furniture we had planned on buying from your store because your customer service and service in general is horrible. Buyers beware. Think not twice but ten times before buying from Ashley Home Furnishings.

One Star for salesman. Otherwise complete disaster.. Still waiting for furniture order to be completed a month after delivery. Purchased over $15,000.00 of furniture. Delivery guys a joke. Didn't want to put furniture together. This is what you get for "white glove treatment". Means nothing! Still getting run around from customer service to get a technician out to fix damaged furniture! Got approval for replacing several damaged pieces but delivery dates change weekly. If you buy anything make sure to use their 6 month no fee plan. Don't purchase by cash.

Edited: Now, let’s talk about the rest. The delivery team dropped it off on Saturday, they did NOT build it like they were supposed to. On top of that, the hardware (bolts and screws) were not in the box. I have now talked with 5 different people in the contact center and nothing has happened. I have been hung up on more than 3 times. The contact center people are no help. I do NOT recommend buying from Ashley. The delivery team and the contact center, everyone is terrible to work with. I have been sleeping on the floor since July 31st. They say the hardware I need won’t ship out until October. And the delivery team has now missed two scheduled appointments. I will NEVER buy from Ashley again and will always tell people not to go here. Complete disaster
Husband needed a recliner, so we spent a lot of time in there. He sat in everyone 3 times some more. But we made it out. The chair should arrive in a few wks. People are nice that work there. I think most of its kinda high? That's just me though.

After ordering a sectional in March of 2021, we finally receive our purchase last week. Upon looking at the couch, we found that one section was broken. There are multiple rips under the back cushions, and the wood frame is broken in half. I contacted customer service less then 24 hours after the couch was delivered, and was provided a service report number and was told that I would be hearing from someone about next steps in 24-48 hours. One week later I still had not heard from anyone. I called today, and spoke to a representative, and was told that someone should have called me (which they did not) and that I should be receiving a package in 15 days. The representative could not tell me what was in this package and why I was receiving this, but he did say it was likely fabric. I asked this representative when we can get a replacement and he said I needed to call after we get this mysterious package. That is all I was told. When purchasing with Ashley we were under the impression we would receive a brand new couch, not something broken. We are extremely disappointed in this customer service and still do not have a resolution or timeline. At this point I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

We purchased some bedrooms furniture at Ashley Home Store. Bed, two bedside tables, two large dressers, mirror and a 5 drawer chest. The chest was delivered broken. We requested a replacement and waited, and waited, and ….. No communication. Nothing. Made some trips to the store to request this matter be resolved. Yesterday - after MANY weeks of waiting the replacement was delivered - broken. This time they didn’t even bother to take it off the truck, they realized in my driveway that it was broken, so why make the trip. This company is a complete joke. So disappointed. If anybody from Ashley bothers to read this, feel free to reach out with a solution. I won’t hold my breath.

She was fabulous and walked me around to show me different options for what I was looking for to blend in with my existing collective/vintage look without having to start over. Got great service in the store with an "estimated delivery of 2 weeks." Kept getting that date pushed back and today I sat around for them to deliver. When they didn't show up I called. They said I wasn't home, then that they couldn't find the house, then that they called to ask for directions. All not true. I got texts and calls to let me know they were an hour away, but nothing after that. Then they're kind enough to let me know the furniture is still mine and won't go anywhere else, and they'd be happy to deliver next week. I moved the old furniture out this morning.... And I'm supposed to take off again next week? Very unprofessional. Won't be going back here.

I've bought furniture from Ashley's several times in the past and their quality is what kept me coming back. They've dropped their quality and you can find the exact same Chinese made furniture that Ashley's is now peddling, at most any outlet at a fraction of the cost. During my most recent visit I found out that they don't offer local pick up anymore. They closed the warehouse they had here and are now shipping everything directly from Memphis to your house and charging for delivery. The only way to avoid paying delivery is to drive to Memphis. They wanted $200 delivery for the 3 pieces of furniture I was considering.
My fiance and I worked with April and she was amazing! She was very helpful without being too pushy or making us feel overwhelmed with too much information. She helped us pick out our new mattress and we are looking forward to working with her again when we get ready to buy furniture for our home!

Ordered a sofa in March, was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday May 29th. I called on Friday to confirm the time to make sure someone was going to be home and they stated they didn’t have a delivery scheduled and it was delayed another 6-8 weeks. I never received a phone call or email letting me know the delivery was rescheduled. It was my call that even triggered them to tell me that it wasn’t going to be there. So not only was my sofa delayed again but I purchased a sofa in MARCH and have yet to receive it, and they aren’t even sure when I’m going to at this point. The explanation was “sorry, that was a communication error on our part” Edited to add: after looking through all the reviews, this is clearly a common occurrence even though the guy on the phone assured me this never happens. According to the reviews they just reschedule deliveries with no phone calls or anything. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

They will take your money, never deliver all the furniture, and did not ever even send all the hardware to put furniture together. They can not help at the store and direct you to call a 800 number where a different person each time(with a difficult to understand foreign accent) answers the calls. After literally dozens and dozens of phone calls over 6+ months they came and picked up the bits and pieces that were actually delivered.. then would not refund my money(paid cash) and accused me of having a second bed hid out at my home!(???) Finally got my money refunded less what I paid to have the furniture "delivered".. the parts of the furniture that they did actually deliver was already chipping! BUYER BEWARE.
We need new bedroom furniture and didn’t really want anything heavy and dark like our old set we had for years and April was very patient with me. Everyone was great, very nice furniture.
I’m a single mom and was looking for quality at a good price... today we met Kimberly at Ashley’s and when I found what I loved she worked hard to get me a reasonable amount.. she also let me go and not knowing if I’d be back was so kind. My mom and I went to 4 other furniture stores and I ended up back at Ashley’s later in the afternoon where I was so happy to see Kimberly, she greeted us with a smile, made me an awesome deal, I got what I truly wanted, my mom even got a beautiful baker’s rack for her kitchen and I can’t say how grateful I am for her kind energetic heart and professional manner, even though I have to wait till august for my wonderful pieces... it was so worth it!! When I need to add on to my set, I will definitely be back at Ashley’s seeing Ms Kimberly!!!!

Update: after multiple scheduled deliveries that never happened they guaranteed me it would be here today (5 weeks longer than they said it would be delivered when I bought it) Not surprisingly it did not show up!😠 When I called to see where it was at, supposedly they could not find my house and didn't have service to call. Then, the representative hung up on me and now they are closed! I don't like leaving negative reviews but I feel like I have given them ample opportunity to make this right. It doesn't matter how helpful the salespeople are if you don't receive the product.

If I could leave a negative zero stars I would. First the salesman will lie and tell you it will be 2-3 weeks and it will be assembled. Then customer service will tell you 6-8 and it will be assembled. Delivery only assembled part of my order and it took forever to get it. I strongly suggest to go to other furniture stores. They are not America's #1 furniture store.

Furniture had scratches they only noticed the big cut and I've been calling them for 20 minutes with no answer. Edit still haven't received the replacement piece they was supposed to get me almost been 4 months now. And the company did a horrible job putting this together.
We ordered new living room furniture that has power, but was not told that the battery pack was sold separately until my furniture arrived without batteries. Now they want me to pay 750 for batteries for my 2 recliners and couch. I'm paying 3,300 for the recliners and couch and they made the mistake not telling me that. I'm handicapped and can't have cord laying around. I would have never bought the furniture if I would have known that.

We ordered furniture for our new home in February and still haven't received it all. They keep giving us dates when it will be here and we make arrangements to be off work or to have someone there for the delivery only to have them change the delivery date! They originally told us 3-4 weeks. It's been almost 10 and instead of tomorrow as promised, they are telling us May 7th now. I do not recommend buying furniture here.

I love their customer service at the store and the furniture is great but delivery and getting exchanges on damages or any issue you may have is another story. Customer service is awful. You can’t ever get an issue fixed quickly. Once you buy it you’re on your own if you have any issues.

DO NOT purchase anything from these completely incompetent people. I ordered a set of bedroom furniture and gave them a physical address different from my mailing address (a PO Box). When they put in my delivery address, they listed my PO BOX. The shipping folks apparently lacked the intelligence to figure out that A) I did not physically live in a PO box or a post office; B) They had my phone number; and C) They could simply call me and verify the actual address for delivery. This is nothing more that STUPID, LAZY INCOMPETENCE.

I bought a sectional just over a year ago and has one part that reclines. The metal on it is very thin and bends extremely easily. They had to come out and fix it twice in the 1st year and now that the 1 year warranty is up is it already broken again and they refuse to do anything. I even offered to pay for the repair but they said they only will provide parts or repair if it's under warranty. And there is no where else to get the parts from so I have no way to fix it.

I ordered a sectional a month ago and received a text a few days later saying it would be delivered April 27th. Today I notice the money has been put back in my bank account. When I call to ask why, they said it would be taken out and put back in multiple times until the sale is completed. I thought it was completed when I bought it! I also checked the delivery date hoping it would come sooner. NOPE! They said it wouldn’t be delivered until June 22nd. I have no furniture and have been using a lawn chair for a month now! I’m extremely disappointed in Ashley Furniture! If I could give zero stars I would!

If it were possible to leave less than one star i would. Yes the showroom is beautiful and the representative was very nice when I purchased $4000 worth of furniture and was told I would have it in 6 weeks. That was January 23rd. I have yet to receive my furniture and was told yesterday it would be another 3 weeks before I would receive it. Get this, I would get both ends of the sectional but not the wedge. That would come later. Who wants part of a sectional. I went back to the store yesterday and cancelled my order. I was told by the same "nice" man that someone would call me today and let me know when I would receive my check since I paid them cash back in January. No phone call all day so I called them. Guess what, it will take them another month to get my money as it is coming from Canada!! I'm surprised this place is still in business!! If your thinking about purchasing furniture here, Please Don't!!

Laid it all out a few pieces at a time with qualifying discounts as my total grew. She was extremely generous with her time; answered all my questions and some I didn't think to ask. Never pushed me to purchase, and that is very important to me when shopping for furniture. You couldn't ask for a better sales rep. I walked out a very satisfied customer and was able to furnish my whole house and got a 25% discount. I keep going back to Ashley's because I also love the styles and quality of furniture.
I am recovering from surgery and needed a recliner for comfort for next few weeks! Well i sat in a really nice looking recliner and went for a “ride” of comfort-electric movement and knew this was the recliner for me!! And right then in there with the discount from the anniversary sale going on i got the whole Set. Mind you i wasnt looking for a whole set! Every piece has electric reclining and headrest!! Every person will be treated to this comfort in my home! I was thrilled over this purchase walking out. Its going to be really enjoyable!! Be sure to ask for Bernadette she is great! Very pleasant! No pressure just wants to help you with your needs! This is my third purchase over years at ashley’s and its been worth it. I have always got a non interest payment plan paying out over time! I give them 5 stars out of 5.
What a pretty showroom! The fort smith location was clean, big and beautiful! It’d be a fun place to go walk around to get inspiration for your home. My staff person (Bernadette) was friendly, personable and helpful but not pushy, which was so nice. I had narrowed my options down to two pieces online and she knew exactly where they were in the store. After she found out what I liked she showed me a piece I hadn’t seen- and that was actually the one we purchased because it was so perfect for what I was looking for! It was even better than what I had found. Plus, they price matched it when we found a deal online. Then they sent me texts on the delivery which I can track! Their delivery time was the fastest, too. We looked at other stores which were 8-12 weeks delivery right now. Ashley Home Furniture is able to get it to me in 6 days! I will be back in the future for sure :)
Our saleswoman, Christie W. said she was new and right out of training, but she was very knowledgeable. We had 2 wild young boys with us and she was very patient. Went for a couch and bought a sectional, huge ottoman, rug and a kitchen table!. Can't wait to get our new stuff in!

One simple chair. Paid for in cash. Paid for delivery. Chair arrived broken. This was not pointed out by the delivery people and wasn't visible. delivery people left. My wife sits in chair and almost ends up in the floor. The back is not even connected to the rest of the chair on one side. Pictures taken, contact made as directed. Imagine taking ths issue to the IRS, The DFA, or ant other government agency. They look helpful, efficient, and customer oriented compared to Ashley Furniture. I am about to be stuck with a broken chair(For which there is a duplicate at my local store they will not exchange for my broken one). that I have paid over $500.00 for.

After browsing by ourselves for a bit we were greeted by Steve R. Pleasant and kind person! We have never bought from Ashley before, but Steve was patient and eager to provide answers to my questions. We also met Kim for the one-two sales team approach, but not a bother as this is expected. She is also very kind. No question the sales persons are professional sales persons and are eager to make a sale, but they aren’t pushy or overbearing. <downgraded to 3 stars... end result could dictate another change> Been trying to give this a chance... We took delivery and aren't quite happy yet, so the verdict is out. Will update again later. We certainly could have been presented more mattress choices within the Tempur-Pedic line or even another brand that I believe may have helped prevent the un-comfort I'm experiencing. Dissatisfied with the run-around from the customer help team members by phone that are from out of town. After three different phone calls was told I'd get a call from a technician in 48 hours, it's now approaching 4 days and no call. The local store people don't seem to have much control over helping with customer discomfort/satisfaction.

Online ordering? Do NOT do it.. EVER!!! I Ordered Feb 2nd for something they said was immediately available on their website. Then I learned (after ordering) it was not and would not be in until March 6th. I waited and went to Barbados. I returned in time to accept this delivery. When I got home? I called. My calls were dropped 4 times in a row by them disconnecting me. I went online and found out why they kept dropping my calls. They could not deliver until March 18th. So my vacation was a bust because this company cannot honor their obligation. They have my money.. but I still have no product and now have to wait. I would NEVER recommend this company online. Clearly they have a lack of understanding and obligation to their customers. If I could rate them less than 1 star? I would have. So I get a response. I am told the new delivery date is the 16th. They sent me an email guaranteeing this.. I was called today. They will get me my order in April sometime because I have to keep putting off trips for work and they cannot deliver until sometime later. What a really horrible company.

The store was beautifully decorated and had a massive selection to choose from. The salesmen were very kind, and Kevin showed great knowledge of the merchandise to show us exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a gray rocking recliner made of material other than leather. He showed us every piece in the store that matched what we were looking for, but it was ultimately the very first recliner he showed us that we decided to purchase. Excellent service, and he was very kind to us! We will be shopping here for our future furniture needs!
The sales rep who helped us was amazing. We went in to browse and ended up financing new beds for my sons. She was so helpful and kind. They are amazing people at Ashley’s. I will be returning to furnish more of my house.
I really wish I could give a 0 star. Ordered 10K worth of stuff at the first of January. It came 2 weeks later than they said. Understandable with everything going on. They sent me a queen mattress and a full size base. I rejected the order to make sure they would make it right. I have called 15 to 20 times a day. Spoke to Corporate, the store, been hung up on, and been disconnected. I don’t know what to do at this point. The worst experience I have ever had at a retail sales store. I never raised my voice or was rude to anyone. I work in retail sales myself. The sale isn’t over when the customer signs the dotted line. I have no clue how the store in Rogers Arkansas has any repeat business. The manager called me a week later and told me he would get everything fixed and call me back. Still waiting. Been disconnected 5 times this morning and have had 12 calls to the store that has not went through. I’m out of ideas. The bad thing is that I wanted to match my whole house but I don’t want to go through this again. Most disappointing experience I have ever had and one of my largest purchases. One lady from customer care today told me that she would cancel the order because no one would answer her either. This is insane. We went in Sunday to purchase a new recliner. We were greeted at the door. But we were shocked when the salesman told us that we could buy today but it would be a minimum of 5 weeks before we receive it. Basically Ashley doesnt sell the floor models. If you purchase furniture from Ashley with 0% financing. This means your paying for items that you havent received. We left and went down the road and was able to buy a recliner and take it home that day. Ashley runs specials to get you in the door but cant take it home. WE WERE DISAPPOINTED ALL THE WAY AROUND!

DO NOT use the credit offered through AcceptanceNow. It is a complete scam and rip off. They will tell you a different dollar amount on your agreement and then tack on extra interest and "club fees" These extras ending up costing me an additional $200.00 on top of the already hiked up prices. Its shady and a simple search of this company will tell you that. Just wish I had done more research myself. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT be scammed!
Kevin was so very helpful. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The sleeper sofa fit me perfect. As I am only 5 foot tall. The one I picked I could actually sit all the way back and still touch the floor. I love it.
My experience with Ashley Homestore... well I had been to several places looking for specfic look, as well as online. Was met by friendly staff. I did make a purchase, only to find that I would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for my new furniture to arrive ( only reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Was a little disappointed that furniture they had in store I couldn't take home that day. But upside, when it is delivered its completely brand new...

I’m only giving it 5 stars so this will be seen.. This store should get zero!! The whole process of getting my furniture has been horrible. Signed all of our papers on November 11th. I got a sectional an ottoman and two end tables. Got an “estimated” date for the 15th of December for the sectional. That day turned into the 22nd and we didn’t get our couch till the 30th. The men that delivered were terribly rude and busted my screen door. Plus we only ended up with half our sectional. Ashley’s had ordered the wrong piece. So we sent the duplicate back. We got a confirmed delivery for today the 7th of January and it didn’t come. They don’t know where it is or why we didn’t get it. So we’re back to square one. Half a sectional and an ottoman and 2 end tables that I still havnt received. Once this process is over hopefully I will get my full set of things I ordered and I will never be back again!! No one knows what they are doing! It’s completely caos.

I ordered two queen size bedroom suits in March of 2020. Two queen size beds with head boards & foot boards, two dressers, two chest of drawers, & four nights stands. The guy read it off to me when I bought it, but when it got delivered I had six nights stands & a missing head board and foot board.. I’ve went up there more than a hand full of times (45 minutes there & 45 minutes back home) to have them fix it and got told they would fix it and I would be getting a call. The last time I went in there I talked to someone else, (I can’t remember his name) but he finally got it where the right things would be delivered and actually called to make sure I knew when it would be here. I told them one of the times I went in there and didn’t get help that I moved since I’ve ordered it and he said he would change it. So last week I took off work half a day to be there only to call and them tell me it got pushed back because a change of address. So today, I took ANOTHER half a day off because it said it would be delivered between 12:15 and 3:15 and here it is two hours passed the latest time they should’ve been here and I don’t have anything. I called them and they said “it’s out for delivery, I can’t tell you a specific time because it doesn’t have any notes with it.” 10 MONTHS after I’ve paid in full for two complete bedroom sets and I don’t have them.

Don't order a couch from Ashley's if you want it this year. Been waiting since February for my order! Everyday is a different date for the estimated delivery date to the warehouse! The funny thing is they have sales every weekend!
Do not buy anything from this Ashley Furniture Store in Ft Smith, Arkansas!! They forged our name that furniture was delivered and it wasn’t. We filed a dispute with our credit card and finally received our money back. The first dispute was in their favor. Once we received the forged documents that the store included in the dispute, we were finally able to get our money back. They don’t answer the phone when you call the store or the 800 number. You can chat online and they do respond, which is how we have proof they showed the furniture was still in the store. Filed a dispute with BBB and they never responded. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

On the 23rd I called to verify delivery around 9 am. No delivery, no call! I called back around 7pm to check the status and was told it wouldn’t be delivered until January 7th. I then canceled the order, I was told it would process in 24-48 hours and someone would contact me to verify. No call, I called in January 1st and was told it didn’t process until December 28th and would take an additional 7 days to process! This was horrible customer service!!!

Estimated delivery time was not accurate and our order kept getting delayed. Because of covid, we could understand that was to be expected. However, we canceled our order over 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive our refund. Every time I get a hold of the local store (if someone does pick up) they reassure me that they will cancel it and refund us. I’ve called and talked to someone 3 times already and nothing has happened. The order is still active when I check the status. They were great up until after you’ve made the purchase. Horrible customer service.

The Ashley store in Fort Smith, AR and the store in Altoona, PA, are my two favorite places. Every time I need a new piece of furniture I can always find just the right one, from shopping for myself or my family and of course now my great grandchildren I am never disapointed. But the best part is enjoying it year after year, love it 😀.

Ordered furniture from our local store and was told it would be delivered in a month! That was 6 months ago and I still don't have it. I made contact about it on their Facebook page and was BLOCKED FOR SPEAKING THE TRUTH! I HAVE A $10,000 CREDIT CARD WITH THEM THAT I WILL NEVER USE! CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TODAY ABOUT THIS ISSUE! Had to use my son Facebook account to respond! Make sure you are telling customers in ADVANCE THERE WILL BE A LONG WAIT FOR ITEMS PURCHASED! Ashley Furniture in Fort Smith had several lift coffee tables on display. I found exactly what I wanted. The early Black Friday sale was an added bonus. Kevin Farr was a great salesman who took time to listen and was never pushy.

UPDATE: This is about the product that we bought and not the sales person. After only 5 months of having our brand new bed, the side rails and slats completely gave way and our brand new bed broke. We followed the warranty instructions given and it has been a total mess. The parts for our brand new bed will not be here until some time in November...NOVEMBER! In the meantime, the beautiful bed that we made a serious investment on is sitting in our room, completely broken while we are sleeping on the floor. I asked customer service if the bed could be replaced and was advised that the warranty for replacement had already passed. We waited over 2 months to finally get the bed after we bought it in November of 2020 and now we are having to wait 5 months for side rails and new slats. It has been very disheartening to pay for a nice bed to only get to use it for a few months. Needless to say it has been very disappointing and we are questioning if we will ever make a purchase like that again. :( Christy was excellent and very professional. A lot of places would hover but not here. They show you some options then allow you time to look. I was very pleased.

They did not have exactly what we wanted but we settled for something else because we were told it would be delivered Thursday or Friday. After being on hold for 30 to 45 minutes we were finally told it would be Sat. We needed before then so we had to drop everything we were doing to come get it. We leave 30 minutes away. Thank you for adding more stress to us. Never again will be purchase anything from you.
Horrible experience. We purchased bedroom furniture for our spare bedroom for a family member who was staying with us after surgery. Needless to say they didn’t have the bed to sleep on because it got back ordered again and again. Fast forward 8 MORE weeks and dozens of phone calls and they finally schedule delivery only to call the day before and tell us only a footboard would be delivered and now we are expecting family for thanksgiving. No one can give you a straight answer nor the discount they promised you for your patience and understanding. Hopefully they refund my money quickly so I can find a bed before our family gets here. Ashley Furniture will never get another dime of mine after this horrible experience.

Would not recommend. Ordered furniture beginning of October to find out back ordered or delayed up to 2021 after hours of waiting on the phone. Store no matter what will never answer their phone! Even though they say that they have issues with their phone system they will never fix them. Called atleast 10 times throughout the month and still nothing. Store is filled with nothing but employees playing on their phones on their recliners and avoids making eye contact with you if you are looking for customer support. Only can get tracking information or support when you visit the store where they do not even know when anything is coming in. They only have estimates and won't tell you how far something is back ordered until you reach out to corporate and ask yourself. Salesmen told us furniture was pure leather when later found out through corporate that it is polyester and that it is even listed on the website as polyester. Order had a delay on our mattress and we were never contacted to find out they had our contacts in the system wrong. Canceled order but no confirmation at all still like corporate said we should have gotten. Corporate even told us they would send a chat transcript and confirmation via email but guess what? It was never sent or they also had incorrect contact also like everyone else does at Ashley. Was given compensation for the experience but later decided to just cancel everything by going to the store since how can you compensate on something that who knows will come in. Still waiting on a reversal of a $4200 hold on the account for the cancellation so cannot even purchase furniture from anywhere else.... Here is a kicker... Was told every item in the store with reclining feature would take up to half a year to come in when every other furniture store around the area comes in within days with power recline feature and more???

Ordered a couch and love seat in June was told it would be around a month and that was ok we got a decent deal and was excited about our purchase. Was the first experience with buying new quality furniture. Well 6weeks goes by still nothing it’s horrible trying to get someone on the phone and we live an hour away so not easy to go by the store so anyway finally got the love seat in September and here it is the end of October and still waiting on the couch and or any info on it you set on hold for 20 minutes till the line hangs up or just rings and rings depending on what option you push so no we are not happy with our experience

I was certainly happy with my experience at Ashley's a very nice man assisted me with my purchase. First I was a little reluctant to a male salesman because in my opinion how can we relate about buying furniture I wanted a womans advice and guidance. It's been 20 years since I bought new furniture and I wanted some good ole girl talk about it especially since I was alone shopping. Well Mr. Baker, got right in there with me led me right to what I was looking for!!!!! Before I go any further I must say I went in for a. Lite gray sofa lounge, when he showed them to me I started changing my mind to dark brown, then turquoise back to gray, charcoal gray back to turquoise Everytime I changed colors he told me how it was or wasn't we laughed and talked the whole time like shopping buddies but better because he offered no opinion he only gave me all the info on the sofa he walked with me around that store with pillows and sample swatches he was helping me match pillows and rugs like my bestie would do. We we're having so much fun the the lady decorating ( Rachel ) I think stopped decorating came over introduced herself to me shook my hand and showing me things like Mr. Baker was doing showing me rugs giving me decorating tips told me I made a excellent choice for where I was going to use the sofa.now I can't wait to tell my family and friends how my interior decorator put my tv room together for me WhooHoo!!! I really felt good and relaxed being indesive and didn't bore or anger Mr. Baker. I felt like hugging them both when I left the store about 3hrs. later.i got there like 3:30 stayed till like 6:30 I had a personalized shopping experience with Mr. Baker he waited on me only, til I was done!!! That was the best service ever I bought the best quality and best looking sofa chase from Ashley's yey!!! Clearly a 5 star rating from me!

I ordered on 7/12/20 and agreed to a delivery of 8/15. I changed my order on 7/27 because my delivery was postponed till after 8/27. That delivery date was unacceptable. I picked a bed and mattress that was IN STOCK intentionally for a closer delivery date of 8/11. Called on 8/10 and was told that it&'s been changed to 8/18! Received text message on 8/12 that the furniture is available and will be delivered on 8/29. Confirmation email received 8/28 with delivery time of 5pm-8pm on 8/29. I confirmed time via email. I called customer service at noon on 8/29 to make sure my furniture was on the truck. NOPE! The delivery date changed again to 9/8 and blamed it on the pandemic!! I am so frustrated!! I have told the in-store associates and customer service that I will pick up if I know the location. However, no one will give me pick up location. I filed a complaint on 8/30 and was contacted by the escalation team. My furniture delivery was pushed back again to 9/18. Ashley furniture is not trustworthy and will tell you anything to get your money without honoring their delivery dates. I would give Ashley furniture zero stars if I could.

This is the second time we have had trouble getting our furniture from Ashley. We purchased a sectional and recliner during there Memorial Day sale in May. We were told it was going to be a month before getting the furniture. We were given a deliver date and sold our existing couch the day before. We got a text that they would be delivering at 8 am. But the next day at 7 am we got a text saying no they aren’t delivering. It will be another month. We have gone through this same thing each month since then. All they can tell us is that they don’t know they don’t have the furniture until they go to load it on the truck for delivery. It makes absolutely no sense. We are on month 4 of waiting with no explanation and yet another delivery delay. We are just going to have to cancel our order. We have gotten the run around and each person tells us to call someone else. So disappointing and frustrating. We unfortunately will not be buying from them again.

Ended up making a large order. Brad did a phenomenal job looking for opportunities to make the money that I was spending go further and steering me towards what I needed and what I didn't need. We ordered and paid for our furniture on May 25th with a expected delivery time of end of June. Was given about 10 different dates and finally given a confirmed delivery date with a delivery manifest showing all pieces were being delivered on sept 5th. We gave away all of our furniture to make room for the new. 30 mins before delivery, drivers called and said they only had the 2 ottomans. And that’s all they brought. Called customer service-said that I should have all pieces as well, but then said no you should also get your chair today. I ask about the 2 sofas. She said those are on back order. Why is this the first time I’m hearing this? She wasn’t sure and couldn’t answer. We only got the 2 ottomans. No help front the store we bought from and no help from customer service. Will NEVER buy from this company again. And after I started speaking with others, they’ve had similar experiences. And now reading reviews, I wish I had done more research before buying from this company. Don’t waste your time and money!

We found some and bought it, we were told we wouldn’t get it for 3 weeks and we were ok with that. 3 weeks pass and we get a text pushing our delivery back, we were disappointed but understood since the COVID thing was getting bad. Finally we received a text and a call setting up a delivery time for all our furniture SEPTEMBER 5th. That morning we gave away the furniture we currently had to make room for our new furniture. 30min before they deliver the delivery driver called to tell us he was 30 min out BUT we will only get two ottomans. I called the store and they had no idea what was going on and then said we were supposed to get a chair too. Two ottomans is all we got! They said the chair was to be delivered next week and didn’t mention the two couches. I told them that I gave all my furniture away and now have only two ottomans, and asked if I could at least have the floor models, they said no but they had discount furniture we could buy and take home today. oh, and the warranty starts when you buy the furniture not when you get it. THEY MADE NO EFFORT TO EVEN TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT . THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, AFTER THAT THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!

I will NEVER ever buy/order from Ashley Furniture again. This place has to be the biggest joke I&'ve ever dealt with. Customer service is hands down the worst, ohhhhh IF, IF you can actually get through to anyone. It is September and I ordered a couch through them in February and within a month the feet rests broke on both sides. I paid extra for the extended insurance that would replace any damage or broken pieces for the life of the couch. When I originally called in March they put in an order for someone to come out and assess the damage....still waiting on that guy.... I kept calling and of course they said there was nothing they can do.... excuse me!?!? Later that month I received boxes of replacement parts on my front porch, so I called them back up and after waiting over an hour someone answered and told me that they were for the full size couch when it was my love seat that was broke, so big shocker, they sent me the wrong piece because Ashley Furniture has NO IDEA what their doing. I asked they to come pick them up, well they are still sitting in my garage. Once again I called again and they asked me to take pics of the damage and email them to them, well I did as they said and no one ever got back to me. So by this point it&'s been about 2-3 months. I call again and they asked me to send them pictures and send them to them as they have no notes in the system that I reported the love seat broken! Are you kidding me!?!? Started going into the store and they just kept telling me &"I have no idea what&'s going on, let&'s order a new love seat to be delivered&" ok well here we are 7 months after my first call in and still no replacement couch!!! So fed up with this place at this point. Oh but the kicker is they were still charging me this last 7 months for a broken love seat that I couldn&'t even use but yet the refused to replace.

Brad helped out tremendously. That was the extent of that. I was told I was to receive weekly updates and have not had 1 update. I bought my table and chairs July 19th. Its now going on September 1st. I was given 3 different dates now and lost over 400 dollars in wages from them postponing the delivery. They refuse to accommodate any customers and refuse to go above and beyond to make up for there incompetence. I wouldn't buy from them at the moment til they fix their issues. That even includes corporate cause they guaranteed my table and chairs would be at my house the 29th and for the second time failed to even call to say it was not coming. They are quick to take your money but slow to respond or take accountability for their own mishaps. I talked to Jeremy who the manager and was supposed to get a call back Saturday and its now Monday and no call. This goes to show how little they value their customers. Its all about the money and not about the customer.
I ordered on 7/12/20 and agreed to a delivery of 8/15. I changed my order on 7/28 because my delivery was postponed till after 8/27. That delivery date was unacceptable. I picked a bed and mattress that was IN STOCK intentionally for a closer delivery date of 8/11. Called on 8/10 and was told that it's been changed to 8/18! Received text message on 8/12 that the furniture is available and will be delivered on 8/29. Confirmation email received 8/28 with delivery time of 5pm-8pm on 8/29. I confirmed time via email. I called customer service at noon on 8/29 to make sure my furniture was on the truck. NOPE! The delivery date changed again to 9/8 and blamed it on the pandemic!! I am so frustrated!! I have told the in-store associates and customer service that I will pick up if I know the location. However, no one will give me pick up location. I would give Ashley furniture zero stars if I could. Still don't have my items as of today 8/31.
Good luck getting your furniture. We bought our furniture in April and it’s end of August and we are still missing a couch. They originally told us things could be back ordered due to COVID and we said that was fine because we have living room furniture. It was only about a month later and we got the phone call saying our furniture was in and the delivery was confirmed for a Saturday. We got rid of all of our living room furniture because they confirmed the delivery. We got a text the day before deliver saying it would have to be rescheduled because the items are back ordered. Called and spoke to 3 different people and filled a complaint. They said it would be investigated and I would get a call in 24-48 hours. 2 weeks later I just went to the store in person. There was no record I ever called. They did manage to find part of our order and got it delivered so we were only sitting on the floor for about a month and a half. But we still can’t get the last couch delivered. I call and get a guaranteed delivery date and the couch never shows up. I go in store and get a guaranteed delivery date with a printed copy and it still never shows. They have offered to cancel the order but we have already paid for it and we already have 1 couch. I don’t plan on going to buy a different couch that doesn’t match.

Its now August 22nd & I still have not received it. The salesman said there maybe a slight delay. They have confirmed & cancel delivery date like 15 times. They were charging $129.00 to delivery it 1/10 of a mile. They did cancel that. They have one on the floor & I've asked for it. I paid cash but I can't get my money back without a penalty. They have not done anything to make this right with me. They called & scheduled a delivery on Aug 2ith but wouldn't give me a time. I was a loyal customer. I'm really upset. They had a sale today but they are selling furniture the know they don't have. They will not answer any phone calls. You have to got to the store. Its awful. I feel so cheated & really want to warn shoppers plz don't buy anything there. You will be dismissed & ignored. Not right!!

I ordered furniture in May the salesman checked and everything we ordered showed to be in stock, he stated we would have it in two weeks three tops. It’s now August and we still have not received they are hoping to have it to us in September. Absolutely not acceptable. Customer services is a joke every time you call you get a different answer and a supervisor never calls back as promised.

Terrible experience. Pleased do yourself a favor and do not shop here. When the delivery men came and opened my entertainment center they pulled a tape dispenser out and had no rails to attach the sliding barn doors. I’m sleeping on a 4399 dollar mattress ON THE FLOOR because they forgot the rails to my bed as well. I have not received a phone call recently with any information other that text messages with pushed delivery dates. I ordered May 23rd and the only thing I have received correctly were two nightstands. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They promised me at the beginning while I was ordering all my items they would be delivered the same day and were not. All they want is to make a sale. This company has zero morals and terrible values. I should have read the reviews online before stepping foot in this store. After reading the reviews they need to be closed and stop all sales. Someone needs to be involved with this store and shut them down. They need to fix all the wrongs before making more sales.

If I could rate them with a zero I would. There delivery service is so so terrible. We ordered a very expensive mattress and it has taken 2 months to get it. The calling service for delivery never handles anything professionally and be prepared to be waiting for an hour or more. I will NEVER buy from them again!!

We moves 2100 miles to live here in Arkansas and left many things behind in Washington state. We bought a big home and had few furnishings so we visited 2 stores and there was no customer service. We wondered freely around and no person helped us so we went to the next store and all Lazy boy had was a catalog to look at. Ashley Home Store was Amazing from start to finish Kevin helped us first by letting us know that All furniture will be ordered and will take about 6 weeks due to covid. Then we talked about what we needed and Kevin walked with us with a computer to mark what we liked and there were many things to like! He offered us water and when i grew a bit tired he got me a nice chair to sit in and left us to talk about the purchase. We were there for at least 3 hours and picked out a complete bedroom set, living room set and lamps, and a sitting room chairs and dining table and bar stools! It takes time to figure out what it is you want and Kevin gave us that time and kept track of everything. It was the best shopping experience we have ever had, Thanks Kevin! I never could have done it without the kindness and help Kevin gave us and we are so excited to even wait for our delivery and set up! Worst experience ever! After placing an order on 04/21, I’m still waiting for parts of my order and no one knows even an estimated delivery. I have been told time and time a delivery date and now the item is on back order again. On top of that you can never get through to customer service & I have been waiting a week for a manager to call me back. I have always used Hanks Furniture in Fort Smith and never had problems and will continue to use Hanks in the future. I would NEVER recommend Ashley to anyone & would recommend you take your business to someone else!!

I have had the most disappointing service from Ashley Furniture Industries. I've been trying to use my 90 day guarantee on my original purchase. We received our original purchase on March 11, 2020. I called on April 7, 2020 to try to start the process of my 90 Sleep Guarantee. The first person I spoke to told me I had to keep the mattress for the full 90 day period before they could START the process. I felt uncomfortable with that as I was told in the store not to go past 60 days to avoid any problems, so I revisited the store of the original purchase May 9th. They told me I absolutely did not have to wait 90 days, but I did have to wait a full 30 and that was passed so they tried to help me get the process started. I sent in pictures and then called a few days later to see where I was at. They told me they needed more photos because they were not clear when I called the first time what I needed. I sent those in then I called and they told me I had to go to the store. I went to the store, again on May 31st to finalize there. We confirmed delivery and pick up on June 1st for June 3 between 10:30 - 1:30. We kept up our part of making sure everything was cleared out before they arrived, we donated our couch to charity in preparation for our new set that we confirmed delivery. We also had to take off work. We received a call at 10:20 am June 3rd, ten minutes before the schedule delivery window started and was told "we can't deliver your couches, we have to reschedule" and the lady on the phone hung up the phone before we had a chance to talk. We were told by several different people, it showed the order to be on the truck for delivery. Some people said it was all on back order. We keep getting different stories from different people, every time we speak to a person at this company. Finally, June 3th, we received another delivery confirmation or June 5th 5-8 PM. We had to rearrange a scheduled doctors appointment to make this time work. Then I received a cancellation email June 4th. So, I spent an hour and 12 minutes on the phone with Ashley call center. At first, I spoke to someone in shipping and she said it wouldn't be until at least Wednesday the 10th before they could deliver, maybe even later. She couldn't see what was in stock or not. We have out of town company visiting this weekend so, that wasn't really going to work for us. That's one day shy of the 90 days we have been most unhappy with our purchase. I asked to be transferred to someone to help me cancel my order. I spoke to Rob, a manager at the call center. Rob told me he could not help me. He said I had to go to the store to start my return process. We called the store, who has also been working, very hard to try to get answers and they too are getting the run around. I was told by that store manager that if he were to even try to start that process, he would lose his job almost instantly. Another conflict in stories. I cannot get someone one to help me. I honestly feel as though Ashley's 90 day comfort guarantee is a scam. I feel as though we are going to get the run around until it's too late and we are stuck with a miserable purchase. I will absolutely NEVER do business with Ashley again. I really want to speak to someone helpful. Someone that might possibly give an ounce of care for their customers. It's quite clear, those people do not work for Ashley Furniture Industries.
I recommend that you go check out the store. They also have products online. They will help you to find what you are looking for. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. They want you to feel like you are at home.
My delivery was repeatedly delayed, I was told after all the run around my delivery fees would be cancelled which they never were. Tried to warn my sister and now she’s dealing with the exact same issues. I’ll be clear, the people at the fort smith store are kind and try to help but their whole delivery system/warehouse workers have no interest in helping or returning calls and are straight up rude. If there were a local warehouse I would consider giving them my business again but until that day it’s not worth the headache.

It was a pretty good time. We were looking at one piece and were excited about buying, but (even though it was on the show room floor) it wasn’t available because it was discontinued. We had to get the second best. I hope it’s worth it.

Customer service is poor, will never return calls or follow through with service. We purchased a sectional and 2 recliners black friday. 2 weeks later my husbands chair broke took them 2 months to replace it. Now my chair will not recline and been 1 month. NEVER buy this junk. Ashley is not what it used to be.
Confirmed time and date for delivery but they never showed up. They never called or emailed to let me know they would not be there so I discarded my old furniture in anticipation of the new furniture being delivered. Stuck with 10 guest that night with no where to sit in the living room. Went in the next day (Sunday) to find out what happened and was told it would be delivered on Monday and that they would call by 10a.m. and let me know what time. At approximately 1:30 on Monday I received a call from a salesman telling me they were rescheduling and it would probably be two more days but he wasn't sure. When they did finally get ahold of me on the 20th (two days later) they said it would now be the 23rd before I was to get my furniture. Making it a week without any and constantly being lied to. As God as my witness I will never buy another thing from this place as long as I live.
I recently purchased a $1300 sectional Couch on your website however it did not deliver on the promised date. No one called to let me know that it was going to be late, or even made an attempt to contact me at all. I have made multiple attempts to contact Ashley furniture online through cell phone and have left multiple voicemails and emails over the past week. I would have liked to solve this problem with someone however now I would just like to be done with my business with Ashley furniture. I have contacted Management of synchrony, I have contacted management of Ashley furniture and even went into the dirt smith store MULTIPLE times throughout the past few weeks in my location And they have all told me the same thing, that they couldn’t help me and I would have to contact Ashley furniture online. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau’s through email and phone call tomorrow to let them know what is going on here. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had dealing with any company. I will not tolerate this and I will be getting my money back and taking my business elsewhere. I expect to hear back very soon and expect nothing less than quality customer service.

The friendly and professional staff at this store are an asset to the Fort Smith area. Salesman Martin was so knowledgeable about the furniture choices we made and was a mattress guru for the Tempurpedic mattress we purchased. The manager Steve was easy to work with and both he and Martin put us at ease about the choices we made, even after I changed my mind on the furniture group we purchased. Martin never batted an eye with my decision change, even after he had put everything into the computer as a purchase. This experience was a good one. We never felt pressured and are pleased with the quality of the products purchased. We highly recommend this business!!!
Worst sales experience of my life. Everyone in the store has a problem telling the truth. What they tell you they will do is not the same as what they actually do. I never knew it could be so difficult to buy a bed. I’m doubtful if I ever buy anything from them again. They are not good at answering the phone either. Waiting since 3/8/2020 for complete delivery. I have to add that my salesman, Chris, went out of his way to complete the delivery after work with his own truck. I am grateful.
My wife and I went in to the Ft. Smith store looking to purchase a new mattress, and after an hour or so of speaking with two sales associates we made our purchase. Both employees were thorough and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to sleeping on our new Tempur-pedic matress.

I knew want I wanted before I went into store but I like to see things in person to get more of a feel for it. I didn’t feel hassled at all, Kevin was very friendly and helpful.

The customer service in the store was wonderful. I had a great experience there. If you go, I highly reccomend speaking with Brad Baker. He was very knowledgable and helpful finding the types of furniture that would fit my needs and he knew exactly where everything was on the floor. Delivery, on the other hand, has been a nightmare. 😡 Delivery date was scheduled for 2/19 and I never heard from them. I called the day before to confirm delivery. I called in the afternoon on the date of delivery, and I was told a time frame was not provided. Someone from this store sent a message to delivery, but did not call back as she said she would. When the evening came I was told that my furniture would not be delivered that day, to call back tomorrow. I called 2/20 and they rescheduled for delivery on March 4th (nearly a month after I placed my order). They cannot move other furniture in your home for you, so I had moved and got rid of another bed to make room for my new one. I have three guests coming in, and have only one bed now. 😥😡 I hate to put my family up on air mattresses... The delivery service was Stash Homes Delivery Service.

Just because we look “ rough and young ” doesn’t mean we don’t have money! We had the best customer service at every furniture store we went to today besides this store! We love Ashley’s quality but we will never be back!
Just bought a new matress at Ashley Homestore. Our salesperson, Chris, was very knowledgeable about matresses, sleep styles, and the right fit. Thank you. I went from happy to feeling deceived. I was promised a 48 hr delivery to make the sale. It will be another week. My calls aren't being returned. I will never shop Ashley again.

I was looking for a good bed with a base and Kevin helped me locate the bed I wanted and the base. This man endured my mother and I for hour’s and was so kind and helpful. He even moved the mattress onto the base I wanted to allow me to see how it felt. I did purchase the bed and base and thank you Kevin for helping me. You are a awesome Guy! The only complaint I would have is the fact it takes so long to get my order however that’s not Kevin’s fault. Thanks again!

I bought a bedroom set and spent over $14,000 dollars. One piece of the set had a track that broke. I called in under the warranty. They sent the parts to fix it. Then they scheduled a technician to come over a month later. The tech never showed or called. I called in again to the call center and they said they would call me to schedule again. I spent 14,000 dollars and I'm getting the run around. Once they sell you this junk they don't care about the customer anymore. I'll never ever buy from Ashley Furniture again.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Still waiting to be credited for an order that was canceled on December 23rd. Calling doesn't help...ANOTHER trip to the store today and that will be the last time I set foot in their establishment (unless it still doesn't get resolved)!
Bad service . Couldn't get anybody to call me back. Seems like once they sell your stuff that's the end of the service. I was given a 30 day delivery date .I cancelled my order out of frustration.

Horrible customer service. They sent the wrong chairs and pretty much told us to live with it. The delivery guy messed up a spot on the table and also they refuse to do anything about it!
Ordered a couch and loveseat in November. Still has not come in. Delivery date keeps getting pushed back with no explanation. Cannot get ahold of anyone that knows what is going on. They just keep telling me to call someone else. Can’t even get ahold of someone to cancel my order. Absolutely ridiculous.
Getting the items delivered was a big headache. Scheduled dates were a joke. Then when I tried to call the store there was no answer. I had to drive to the store. When it finally was delivered they also were supposed to take the old couches. But driver said they didn't have it on their paperwork. So I had to use my garage to store it during the holidays until I could find someone that needed it. Will never use Ashley furniture again.
The sales associate, Brad, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He helped us pick out just the right bedroom suit for our daughter's rooms. We'll definitely buy from Ashley again, in the future.

I Went inside the store looking for a new sofa and a new bed, but they had to be ordered. The bed didn’t take long to arrive and assemble at my place of residence, however, there was an issue with the sofa and that was because it had a tear on one side of the armrest. It was returned and another was quickly sent free of defects. That was very amazing of the store to do that. Now, I can come home from work and relax on my new comfy and elegant sofa as well as catch up on some Zzzs when I go to sleep on my bed. Overall, great experience with the Ashley HomeStore Team.

I agree with all the comments about customer service. I have been trying to fix the delivery time. They have me scheduled for 8 PM to 11 PM delivery. REALLY????? I&'ve been trying to correct this to AM but the customer &"service&" people are impossible to deal with. They will not fix this and simply say they have to &"contact the warehouse.&" I am so close to canceling my order. After days and days of trying to fix, I am so fed up. 0 stars for Ashley. Will NEVER recommend or go backUpdate- 12/18/19: So they finally delivered the furniture on two separate occasions. Among the furniture were two bar stools. After about a month, as I was sitting on the stool, the seat came right off causing me to fall to the ground. I took the broken bar stool to the store to return it and its pair for a refund. They refused and of course referred me to the national call center, saying that the store cannot accept returns or process refunds. So I followed instructions and called the call center manned by minimum wage employees who only follow a script but know absolutely nothing and do even less. After three calls to the call center, the service rep said all sales final, no refund! I finally found an email address for customer service (what a joke). Wrote them and got an auto reply saying I would be contacted in 24 hours. That&'s was last week.....I placed the credit card charge in dispute. Let&'s see if they care enough now to address my concern. There is no customer service whatsoever at Ashley. STAY AWAY!! They are trouble and you will regret anything you have to do with them.

By far the worse customer service I have had. The most unorganized place I have dealt with. Constantly being lied to and misled. I will never buy from this place again and I urge anyone looking for furniture to go somewhere else.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! My husband and I bought our first kitchen table from here 5 months ago. They delivered the bench and the table and said the chairs would come later. One month later they deliver 2/4 chairs that don’t even match. They take them back and a couple weeks later they re-deliver the SAME chairs. Our sales man, Allen HAS NOT BEEN HELPFUL. We go to the store to return the table and they tell us that the salesman (Allen) ordered the wrong chairs. BUT that right chairs are in stock and they will get them to us in a week. When we arrived Allen rudely says “well I tried calling you and you didn’t answer.” UHM EXCUSE ME? Why do we have to answer the phone for you to put in the CORRECT ORDER FOR THE CORRECT CHAIRS? He had been notified that he ordered the wrong ones but he was SO LAZY that he waited until we came in to fix it. Meanwhile we making our payments and thinking he is taking care of it. NOPE. Do NOT deal with him!!! This store visit WAS OCTOBER 28!!!!!! We bought our table in SEPTEMBER!! Then we get a notification that the furniture won’t in fact be delivered in one week as promised, but will actually be December 10. YES. YOU READ THAT RIGHT!!!!! At this point we are tired of fighting and just want our furniture so we decide to try and be patient. TODAY WE GET A MESSAGE SAYING ITS ON BACK ORDER & they don’t know when we will get our furniture. We bought this furniture FIVE MONTHS AGO!!! We have NO CHAIRS! NOT ONE!!! And do you think anyone from this office has reached out to us?? You’d think so right? NOPE!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I will be telling every class mate I have at ARCOM to not purchase from this JOKE of a store. Every year I will notify the class of 160 incoming students that this is NOT a reliable or good faith store and they will do nothing but take your money and leave you hanging. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!! I went to the store and no one ‘accosted’ me! In other words, I was allowed to wander around, look & shop without a sales person following me around. When I got home, I decided to buy one of the couches, so I called the store. Charlotte (salesperson) walked me through the process on the phone and I have a new couch for Christmas!

Instead of finding another tablet to complete the transaction he told us to take our business to Walmart. So we did. Walmart beat Ashley’s prices on their own furniture by 60% and they’re shipping it free. If anyone wants Ashley furniture, we suggest checking online to see what its worth before getting gouged by the store and having to deal with unprofessional managers that don’t care for your business.

Jeffery Ritter did an excellent job of making sure everything was straight when purchasing our sectional! We had to make some changes, making his job more difficult, but he handled it with a smile!
The sales lady helped us find a couch without any hassle. She also explained couch configuration options very well. She was aware of current promotions to help us out on the price. The store was clean. The store didn't overwhelm us with sales people on our visit.

We went into the store looking for a sleeper sofa. The salesman showed us a few but the ones we wanted he couldn't get to us before our family was coming for Thanksgiving so we settled on one that we didn't really want but he told us it would be in by the 16th and 5min later when we put in the order he said it wouldn't be to our house until November 21st so we thought alright we will still get it because we didn't need it until the 23rd. Well now on November 19th they call saying it won't be delivered until the 27th so I called back because I need it by the 23rd and they tell me it won't be delivered until December 5th! The customer service sucks and I will not be ordering from Ashley furniture again! I could have gotten the other couch that I liked or went somewhere else and got what I needed! Next time tell me you can't get it when I need it and I will take my business elsewhere! 😡
Absolutely love this store the staff are always on top of things. My family's latest purchase was lots of laughs its almost like visiting friends. We would not go anywhere else to purchase furniture in the last 12 years we have all good experiences.

I usually never do this, but I don’t want others going through the same. I DON’T RECOMMEND Ashley furniture at all. They have the worst customer service. I bought some furniture around January of this year. I had some items that were damage, and needed to be exchanged. I was also missing some support piece for my mirror. I’ve called multiple times since then. They said it was gonna get fixed. It’s November, the year is almost over and my mirror is still on the floor. They basically get you to buy the furniture and the rest is your problem. This is beyond disappointing to say the least.
Aprille, did an amazing job of helping us find the perfect couch/loveseat combo and a kitchen table. I was back and forth on a few different ones and she walked me through all the features. Great experience!!!

***Update: after several days of trying to resolve issues with our pervious order the sales manager has still failed to contact me. My last purchase resulted in a significant misunderstanding of price and quantity of items received. We purchased two stools when we were led to believe it was for four. The excuse given? Sorry that ex-employee made a mistake. The solution? We can order two more for you. No offer to refund with a return. It’s clear they have no desire to correct the problem nor provide any customer service. My recommendation is visit the store to see the item and then order it online for less and better customer service. This location use to provide a great experience but it appears customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. We’ve purchased numerous items over years and have always been pleased with the quality price and sale service. Any issues are typically with the supplier and the delivery service, which clearly is not controlled by the store and is normal to expect. The problem is calling someone at the store. You call the main number and it connects you to a call center. Today I’ve spent 30 minutes with over 10 call attempts and have not been able to speak to someone in the store. Each time I go through the answer service, listen to the phone ring, and I’m sent to voice mail. This ruins an otherwise pleasant experience. Another update!!! Ashley contacted me as well as the new store manager. They remained persistent and after discussion provided a good solution to the issues we encountered. Thank you and I’m glad they took the time to correct the issue.

The staff here are very freindly and wish for the best for the customer. Ironically, instead of getting what I went in for (a matress), I left with a motorized bed adjuster frame. Didn't realize I needed it till I tested one.

Went out to Ashley HomeStore today in Fort Smith, AR, just to look for a couch set, was out there last month and purchased a bed for my son. Spoke to Mrs. Charlotte again, a very sweet lady, enjoyed chatting with her. She is an excellent sales person, not pushy, listens and pays attention to what you are looking for and make sure that you receive every possible discount/promotion available. Ended up purchasing a set that is scheduled to be here on 10/5, can't wait!! Always enjoy the time spent with Mrs. Charlotte and I will be returning again in the near future!
They sell broken beds and are not good at telling people about stuff before buying it. Horrible store do not wanna buy from here

The staff at Fort Smith are very helpful and for them I would give more stars. I am very disappointed with the distribution center. They call and give you one delivery date, and then will text more dates in the future the next day. It would be fine if they would give you a date even if it’s 6 weeks away, but don’t keep changing it. Also, I could have ordered the same furniture in Amazon and got it much faster as it was actually in stock. If you want people to shop locally, quit catering to Amazon!!

Thank you I’ve had several great experiences at this store but given the events of my last purchase I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. We sought to purchase four barstools and were given a price by the sales person. We gave an amount for what we believed to be four stools and instead received only two. When i attempted to find the mistake I’m told the employee was incorrect with her pricing and ordering. So I was given a price for 4, paid the price and received only 2 and told sorry our employee screwed it up. And yet not attempt to correct it. No returns, refund or desire to honor the deal. This was an incredible dishonest transaction. In fact after the messages to contact the sales manager they can’t return a phone call. I recommend anyone looking to purchase Ashley products to search online and buy elsewhere.

I will never buy another piece of furniture again from Ashley's. They will do anything they can to sell you the furniture and once they sell it they don't stand behind it. I was told by a sales person that my bed would fit with my frame that was a lift frame. I asked him twice. The next problem was when they came to deliver the bed. I had to call them back out 45 minutes later because the bed fell apart, They came and put it back together and it stayed together a week and a half. Now they are telling me there is nothing they can do about it once something is delivered it belongs to us. The corporate office told me that I should've been told that if you buy a bed from Ashley's you have to buy one of their lift frames I'm talking about the lift it makes the head go up and down, We were never told that we had to buy the frame from Ashley or we would've never bought the bed. Anyway my new bed Has fallen apart and will not work with my frame. I will not buy the lift from Ashley's as I feel like they purposely lied to me to sell a product. Shoppers beware!!!!!!!!

She was new but so very eager to help me with whatever question I had and was NOT pushy at all. Being in sales myself, I have respect for anyone in sales that is not pushy and lets the customer decide what is best for them! Very happy with our service!

I placed a large purchase during the Labor Day Sale. Over 12k dollars large. I was assured during the closure of this sale I would have my order rushed to me to have in my home in 2 weeks at the most. Manager assured me I wouldn’t have to wait the estimated 3-4 weeks scheduled, being that I was moving into my home in just over a week. I received my first partial shipment in 2 weeks and 3 days after purchase. I was notified as the delivery men were there that they didn’t have all of my items. Another partial shipment came in another week. Over 3 weeks from purchase date. I was informed AGAIN not all items were there. It has now been 5 weeks from purchase date and I am still missing items. During this time I have been made numerous promises by managers and sales persons a return call will be made and this will be made right. It still hasn’t been. I still have yet to receive a call back from a manager. I have made 3 large purchases from Ashley Furniture in the past. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. This is absolutely ridiculous. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I bought a sectional here and didn't get was thought I ordered. I have called for the last 3 weeks and the manager, DAVID WATKINS, won't take my calls or call me back. When you spend a couple thousand dollars, you would like a little customer service. I finally talked to my salesman, MARTIN, a couple days ago and was supposed to call me back. Guess what, he hasn't either. Next phone call is to corporate HR. 🤬

I bought a dresser from this store for $699. My house recently was flooded and they had told my husband and I they were giving discounts around 20% off to the flood victims. Hearing this we decided to buy from them. After I went to buy the dresser they told us their was a shipping fee of $99. I felt like this was withheld until the last step of me buying this dresser so I went ahead with the purchase. The discount given was 10% which was very kind and generous however I felt lied to about the discount from the initial worker who told us 20%, which was one of the reasons we decided to buy from Ashley. I ended up cancelling my order because I didn&'t feel good about the sale and found a waaaay better deal somewhere else. Also the manager working was very rude to his employees right in front of my face and I thought it was extremely unprofessional. Then he would be very kind towards me which just came off as very fake. Overall, I would never buy from them ever again. They also charge you about a 10% fee of your order to cancel so beware of that (that was never mentioned at the time of the sale). 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Nice sales people...ask for Jessica. . Great layout and selection. They did move their warehouse to Springfield, MO, so you have to wait for delivery on most everything now and they charge for delivery to some locations.
Worked with Kim, through text. She made it nice and effectfortless. After purchase through text, I went to the warehouse and picked it up. Real simple. This is an update to my previous post. Went in tot he store on 8-31. Lady was going to sale us a bed, called the Laddi twin, which was in their clearance for 35% off. The lady helping us was practically incompetent, every questioned we asked her she answered with a it's in the clearance section that's how it comes. So you're telling me you're selling a bed that is missing the foot board, you have no idea if you can get the parts or not but yet you're going to sale it to someone without the parts and not even mention it. Thank God I was paying attention and realized all the parts were not there. She then told me she would have to wait until a manager was in to find out if they can order the footboard pieces. Seriously there's no manager on the weekends in the store? Then the lady goes to get some guy that tells me, I know what happened to the pieces I put them on another bed. I asked where that bed was so we could get them back off and sell with the bed I want. He proceeded to show me then said well,it was here but now it's gone,I guess we don't have them anymore. A few weeks back, I was buying a table, I showed the guy in the store the price online, he said well I guess buy it online. I left and bought it online for about 200 less than in the store. In the past I had good experiences with this store. In recent, I have had horrible experiences with incompetent people. If I'm going to buy a bed today, you should figure out how to get those leg pieces. It's not that complicated.

Found a dresser online I really liked for 199. I went to to store to get it. Somehow it turned into 440.Really liked so was going to get anyway.I went to go pay for it I was appoved with Affirm how they work is they send you cc info on the app.Salesman told me they would not take it a was rude about it.So I asked to talk to manager.He was nice about it but was not sure want to do so he called the gm.He was so rude pretty much said I was trying to commit fraud.Had my id. Totally a waste of time.Can not remember the last time I was treated that bad in a retail store. Never had a problem using the card at Walmart Lowes or Hanks.

Somehow it turned into 440.Really liked so was going to get anyway.I went to go pay for it I was appoved with Affirm how they work is they send you cc info on the app.Salesman told me they would not take it a was rude about it.So I asked to talk to manager.He was nice about it but was not sure want to do so he called the gm.He was so rude pretty much said I was trying to commit fraud.Had my id. Totally a waste of time.Can not remember the last time I was treated that bad in a retail store. Never had a problem using the card at Walmart Lowes or Hanks.

Today was the day that my son’s bed was to be delivered. I ordered the bed on the 2nd of this month. My appointment time was from 9:45 am - 12:45 pm. Got a phone call at 8:40 am from the local delivery guy from Alma, letting me know that the delivery truck had broken down around Bella Vista and it would be there in Alma at 11:00 am so my time would be pushed out. Now mind you, I had to change my time that I was leaving work, thankfully my supervisor was ok with it. I left work at 11:00 am, got a call from the delivery drive at 1:09 saying they would be at my house in 30 mins. So they got to my house around 1:35, very nice guys, not their fault it’s a few hours behind. What I’m not ok with is I order the bed on the 1st of this month, picked the earliest delivery day that they had, took off work so that it could be delivered and assembled. Well it’s delivered but not assembled because the bed rails weren’t included but they were listed on the list that it was included. The guy said he talked to his boss and they are shipping it overnight and would be here tomorrow. The guy told me to call him tomorrow, when I’m available and he would be by with the rails and assemble the bed. If my rails aren’t here tomorrow so they can assemble the bed Ashley Furniture can come and get it, I will be buying a bed from another company and will NEVER purchase anything else from them again. My wife and I bought a sofa and recliner at Fort Smith Ashley store. Bought a GBS 5 year protection 2500-2999 for $349.99. Not worth the ink it used to print. One arm rest has a seam where zipper attaches the cushion to arm of chair. Also cracking of leather. NOT covered. Save your $$$ don’t but this protection plan.
The recent experience of shopping for a dresser exceeded my expectations. Kim listened to my request and spent a great deal of time to find the right product, size and of course within the best price point. She was professional and asked me at the end if the dresser she suggested was what I was looking for. Thanks again to Kim for a great shopping experience
Will never do business with Ashley Furniture again. After going to the store and ordering a part, we received the incorrect part. Took the part to the store and was told they would be reordering the part for us. We are now over a month since the part has been ordered, correct part has not been received. Communication with this office has been extremely poor. I told the lady at the store what customer service told me about ordering and was told they lied to us and that was incorrect. The only person that has tried to help and get resolution was Steve. If you’re needing anything replaced I would 100% not go to the store because you will get the run around and no help.

Eyh I’ll give it a 2 star, it wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worse. I’ve seen on the reviews that a lot of people had bad experiences with the Delivery part and yes in fact I did too. I had to wait for about 2 months just to get my Dresser it came in good condition though I felt weird since it didn’t come in a box, they just brought it in it had a few scratches but they were small and unnoticeable but other then that I had a pretty good experience but I’d probably never buy again.
On a spontaneous thought I drove over to Ashley to look at sofas. And was treated so kindly. And the sales rep was amazing and took the time and let me look over all the sofas. And I was able to purchase a beautiful sofa. :)
Had the pleasure of being helped by a wonderful lady tonight, Mrs. Charlotte. Very sweet and nice lady, really enjoyed our conversation. Went in to purchase a bed for my son, been stressing and looking for a while now for one. Charlotte didn’t pressure me into buying anything that I didn’t want and she made the process go so smoothly. Got the pleasure of meeting the manager, David, very awesome guy, very friendly and customer oriented. Will for sure be returning in the near future to make more purchases!
If you want a product delivered within a reasonable time, do not use Ashley HomeStore. My Aunt, who is 90 years old, has been put off with a simple recliner three times. My sister bought a mattress and it took over a YEAR to receive!
Eh, hit and miss at this store. I've bought a lot of furniture from Ashley. Some at the Fort Smith store, some in Rogers, and some online. This store sometimes has pretty good service, but other visits have been lacking. Recently had them refuse to honor the pricing on Ashley's website. Store in Rogers is bigger and better and probably worth the drive if you want to buy in store. Nice quality furniture, just make sure you check prices at Ashley online as they can vary widely.

Came in to learn about new mattresses and left with a five year NOTE for a bed costing a significant portion of my first home purchase!!! I am hoping this was not all sales and out top of the line product is as positive as it was sold. We shall see. Lots of sales force and significant product to show. Delivery was moved up to help our needs so that was a nice first in customer service after the sale. We shall follow up as the rubber hits the road on this bed!!!

I’ve done business with Ashley Home store for all my furniture needs over the years. Barstools, dining table, to our bedroom furniture, and living room furniture. I’ve always had a great experience with Ashely and their employees. It’s a pressure free environment and they are always willing to help with any inquiries we have. We will be back In the future as our family grows.

0 stars horrible customer service. pulled some teeth to get the same deal on a mattress that we were getting up the road and they promised delivery a day sooner so we gave them the business. we are currently on the 4th promised delivery date now for the day after tomorrow. they straight up lied about the delivery to get the order and have fed us nothing but BS since. I was a loyal customer before this but I will take my business elsewhere from now on. update. finally got the mattress a week later and even after the manager DW said ok to hauling off the old mattress that was a no go. the other company we were going to go to guaranteed pick up. their customer service at Ashley is a joke and I will not go back again. I'll pay more AMD go somewhere else that doesn't lie to customers and actually treats them with respect. the fort Smith branch is pathetic

Since leaving my review, I found out it would be late July before I could get the sofa. The only good thing is they let me cancel the order without a restocking fee. Although, considering there was nothing for them to restock, that's not much of as concession. It took about 10 days before my money was refunded to my account.
I agree with Sandy O. . . . . . . if I had read these reviews first I would have never shopped at this store. The sales lady we first encountered was very nice (although not all together informed). We were shopping for a bed and mattress. While looking at mattresses she mentioned that the one we were looking at "we will deliver and set that up". Well, call me naïve, but she didn't mention a charge and at that price we thought she meant it was included. . . . this was not a cheap mattress. My wife went back a couple of days later and purchased a bed and the mattress in question. They went over the invoice with her EXCEPT for the $179. 00 LOCAL delivery charge that they tacked on at the end. After she got home and discussing how we thought it was a little more than we anticipated, we discovered the charge on the invoice. When I contacted them, they were shocked that I thought that was an extremely high local delivery charge for a bed. BTW, a Manager, any Manager would not speak to me. The "nice" sales lady told me that she assumed I knew that there would be a charge and assured me that they went over the entire invoice with my wife, which my wife denies. Anyway, after being told that a Manager would contact me, of course I didn't hear from one. I have no luck with my return calls (two of them) in getting a Manager to talk with me. . . . . they always seem to be busy when I call and have never bothered to return my calls. We had also purchased an expensive mattress pad with the original purchase. I decided to take it back to the store to recoup some of my money at which time the employees were shocked that I brought it back and cautioned me that my 90-day warranty would be void if I didn't use a mattress pad. I assured them that I had one purchased somewhere else at 1/3 of the price of that one and was using it. Reluctantly, the office manager started processing my refund which, of course, will have to be mailed to me in 7-10 days. She also promised to include a $100. 00 partial refund of the delivery fee that I paid when I complained about it in person. It has been almost three weeks now and no sign of my check in the mail from Ashley. What a surprise. First of all, if you are considering a purchase from this store beware of the hidden fees that are added on (shame on us for not catching it). And, secondly, if you have a problem, don't expect any help from Management. . . . . . . they seem to be too busy. On a brighter note. . . . . . the two gentlemen that performed the delivery were excellent! Kudos to them, maybe they should move into Management positions.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying furniture. This store told me a couch would be delivered to Dallas. I paid for the couch in full and paid the delivery fee and 24 hours before it was supposed to be delivered they tell me that it will not be delivered unless I pay $500. Only other options are to drive two hours to pick it up or cancel my order. In store workers are friendly but none of the higher ups care enough about customer service to remedy this situation. HORRIBLE. Will never shop here again!

Staff was attentive but not high pressure - checked on me a few times but gave me time and space to browse. Checkout process took a while because the guy was new and needed some manager overrides for a sale price and to print the receipt, but he was really apologetic about it and very courteous. I'm pleased with the chair and ottoman I purchased. I'll definitely shop there again.

Our sales rep Kim warmly greeted my wife and me as soon as we walked through the doors. She was very patient with us as we looked at mattresses and furniture (45 minutes before they closed.) The manager D.W was very helpful and patient with us as we closed our sale an hour after closing. We will definitely be back because of the customer service we were shown tonight.
I ordered a couch and a recliner 3 months ago from this store. At first they were on back order. 3 months after ordering, I took off work to ensure I was home for the scheduled date. No call. After hours of calling only to be rescheduled again. I spent over 3 grand on furniture. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never buy from here again.
I gave them one star for the sole purpose of posting this review. My husband and I spent several thousand dollars on furniture from Ashley. They only brought part of our sectional when they arrived to deliver it. We refused to take only PART of our order and ask that they return once they had our complete order. We were told someone would call us that day. We still have not received any news about our delivery and have yet to receive a call despite me calling them three times. I work in customer service for a warehouse and I know exactly what happened. Our order was on two separate tickets and the loaders at the distribution center failed to read their shipments orders correctly. I DO NOT recommend buying from this company. And apparently this happens on a continual basis. Poor customer service!
We came in looking for 6 new dining chairs, but instead found a beautiful new dining room table with 6 chairs. We were greeted by a very friendly salesperson named Charlotte. She showed us several different styles of chairs. She was very helpful while we looked at and sat in many different chairs. She was understanding when we had to leave before making a decision so we could pick up our son on time. We came back the next night, asked for Charlotte, and purchased the dining room set we had seen the previous night. I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture Homestore and Charlotte!

Kim was awesome helping us out with picking the right sofa for our needs and when it came to getting us the best deal with different finance options. Wes and James were amazing delivery men, professional and courteous, taking care to set up the sofas perfectly and making sure everything worked.
If I had read the ratings before going to the store, I never would have gone. I was looking for a sleeper sofa and on a whim decided to stop in to see what they had. I found out they did not have any in their store, but had several sofas that also come as sleeper sofas. I found one I liked and got a decent deal, or so I thought. They checked the warehouse for availability, but they didn't one; was told they would check the other warehouses and call me the next day on a date it would be delivered. That night I went online to see if they had a rocker recliner that would go with the sofa I just ordered. I found it, but also found the sofa for just $5 more than I had negotiated down to. I also found the same chair through Amazon, cheaper. The next day, I went in and showed the district manager (who I had negotiated with), what the website showed and the chair I found. I told him he didn't give me the deal he made me believe he had and that I wanted the chair, but at the price I could get it at the other site. He told me he couldn't do it; the online price is the bottom dollar, so he still tried to sell me that he gave me a good deal & flat out told me to buy the chair from the other site. They never called me, either, about what they found out on the delivery of my sofa, so I checked on it while I was there. They still didn't know anything, but were putting a 'rush' on it. A couple of weeks later I still hadn't heard anything so called back. I was then told it was scheduled for June 26. A month longer than I was originally told it would probably be delivered. She told me they were putting a rush on it & would call me back. More than a week later I still hadn't heard anything else, so called again. It is still scheduled for June 26; this time the salesman said he would talk to the district manager to see what they could do and would call me back this afternoon. I am not holding my breath. I should have shopped more before buying it, but will not buy anything else from them.

Visited this store last week to look for a new living room set. The sales lady completely took over my time in the store. I only saw about 1/3 of what was in the store, and she wouldn’t answer my questions without getting all of my personal information (which she has used to personally contact me to see if I’ll be back in to purchase this weekend). She was nice, but she literally wouldn’t let us leave the store. She followed us all the way to the front door, and kept asking my kids questions which prolonged our time there. We found the same furniture set (in a different color), for half the price at a different store
Not one to rant but bought leather couch and love sit ,they told us it was top of the line we never bought leather,and want again. It has been a year ago March in April we found a slit in the leather between the the recliner and the middle sit in the couch. Went to the store was told I had a 5 year warrant and gave me a number to call. I did and worked with a lady Shenna talked with her and sent her picture after 3 weeks of talking with no answers each time being told I would know something with in 72 hours and never got a called back I made one last call and was told they left me a voice mail which I never got that we were over our 2 year warrant and gave me the manufacture phone number and the told me I was basically shot out of luck at which point I just hung up so so disappointed and sad that Ashley will not stand behind what we were told by the management of Ashley and yes upper manager was there the day we bought it and told us there was a 5 yr warrant on the leather would really like a answer before I call the better business bureau

BEWARE. BEWARE. Would have given 0 stars if I could. I am a 70 year old that just spent the last couple of days at the ER with extremely high blood pressure. This situation is definately not helping. Bought a recliner and was told it would be delivered 5/23/19 between 6:15 pm and 9:15 pm by email. Wanted to get it delivered earlier In the day if I could so called the 866 phone number. Was told they could not help me so I called the local store and spoke with JESSICA. She said she would see what could be done and call me back. JESSICA NEVER called me back. No one called me back. So in order for them to deliver you have to confirm delivery on their email. I reluctantly confirmed so delivery would be made at the time they indicated. Never heard anything more from them. Now it is the date and time the delivery was to be made so I went to the email to track my order. In the status it said &"unable to start&". Not knowing what that meant I called the 866 number again. Again they were unable to help me. Call the store where purchase was made. Girl said she would call the driver to see if the recliner was on the truck. This girl did call me back and told me that she could see where I confirmed the delivery and it should have been put on the truck out of Springfield Mo to Fort Smith to be delivered but was not. So the recliner that was confirmed for delivery tonight in Fort Smith is still in Springfield. Asked this girl why I was not notified but she had no answer. Now this girl said she would contact the warehouse manager to see if they could get the recliner on a truck and deliver it to me by this Saturday. Asked if someone would notify me. She responded that she would leave a &"note&" to let others know what was going on in hopes someone would call me (not holding my breath). Asked to speak with Brad my salesman. Confirmed that he was working tomorrow and asked him personally to call me. (Again not holding my breath). These people make you sign paperwork that if you cancel your order you pay a 10 % restocking charge. So is this how they make their money? Will update after or IF recliner is delivered. NEW UPDATE; I received a call from the Springfield warehouse this morning wanting to reschedule my delivery for May 31. I let it go like that because I wanted to talk to the local store. I never heard from the local store this morning. or my salesman BRAD. so I called and spoke with JESSICA again. She tells me that the chair was not put on the truck in Springfield because they did not have one in the warehouse. However my salesman BRAD told me when I bought it it it was in stock at the warehouse. They have delivery trucks coming out of Springfield Missouri to Fort Smith every day Tuesday through Saturday per JESSICA. Again she told me she would contact warehouse and the only way she could contact the warehouse was by email and had to wait for a response. Funny I have a phone to call the warehouse. When she got the response JESSICA promised to call me back again. After her not returning my call the first time I spoke with her I am definitely leery about her returning my call this time. DEFINATELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH OUT THEIR WHOLE DYSTEM. Will update again when and if JESSICA CALLS ME BACK.

I bought a living room suit five years ago they gave me a protection warranty which cost over $200 and they said if I didn’t use it I could have $199 in store credit , come to find out I went over there and it’s only good if you spend $500 you can’t use it I cannot find where it said that anywhere on the paperwork that they gave me, to me that was very deceiving they should of told me that when I got the Policy I will never go back to that store and I would not recommend anyone to buy furniture from them.
We have a sofa that is not that old and the boards in the front are broken and the cushions look really bad. It's just my wife and I so you would think it would last more than 16 months. They are wanting to change us to fix it. I think that they should replace it if they want to keep us as customers.

My mother and I came in and immediately were shown care for us as ppl. Not just as a potential commission. 5/2/2019,I went into the fort Smith store to buy a recliner and a mattress today.now mind you I new what I wanted beforehand.drove 78 miles one way and your sales man the lol doctor as he introduced himself with his doctor's jacket on. He had me laying on every bed in the store practically and was trying so hard to push a Tempurpedic mattress for me to buy I told him I had one and I am definitely not happy with it that is why I am buying a new one and I did not want a TempurPedic which average between 3000 to $6,000 mine was older and I paid a lot more for it but I will never own another one I asked about the Ashley brand mattress that I had looked up online and read the reviews and when I inquired about it he told me they were not made proper they would not last basically there a piece of junk and you're throwing good money after bad and he asked me how I planned on paying for it and I told him that I have have a Ashley credit card and I have had it for years with a very good line of credit considering I have purchased every bit of my furniture in my home from the store not this storm but one in Texas as we are retired and have moved to Arkansas and he told me that he did not take synchrony credit which is who I have my Ashley credit card through that was issued to me and my husband over 12 years ago I thought you were a national store I thought a credit card was good at any of your stories locations and after he told me that I just kind of got frustrated and I just left so you protential lost roughly probably $3,500 sale I absolutely had never heard of an employee doing this needless to say I will take my business elsewhere when you are treated like you don't know what you want and your credit is no good

I truly regret ever setting foot inside this store; they stole $21,000 from me and didn't even have the decency to call me before the order was shipped, when the order went to Hell, or after the finally delivery where they were supposed to fix everything but chose not to fix anything. I implore everyone to STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY HOMESTORE! The official Ashley Homestore policy is to call once a week to make sure everything is fine with the order and make sure customers don't have questions or concerns. They didn't call and things are far from fine. They abused my credit information in the store and didn't even tell me what they were doing with it. I learned via mail that they deliberately messed up my credit applications--plural because they screwed up so bad!-- and are trying to set me up for some nasty court fight so they can charge me 30% interest! I had to go in to Ashley to figure out what the issue was. They made it abundantly clear how hard they messed up my application and were betting I was too stupid to see it. I ordered two tempurpedic beds and had to wait 3 and a half weeks before I got them. When the beds finally arrived, they came without the headboard to the bed frame I ordered. The lazy, entitled, unprofessional Ashley thieves called salespeople and managers refused to call me and tell me of the bad delivery and just let it be a nasty surprise. I also paid a lot of money for them to take away my old mattress and they refused. Didn't even take it downstairs!!! After two more weeks of no calls, I finally just called the store and asked where my f€cking headboard was. The woman on the phone did a decent job acting like she was listening until she literally laughed at me when I told her I was angry. These people are despicable and deserve some abject violence until they act like decent human beings. Their answer is to deprive the salesperson of the commission (which he definitely does not deserve) and put it in the pocket of the lazy, entitled, unprofessional boss who hired these pieces of crap in the first place! Maybe you should refund me for having to deal with your filth and lies! Maybe you should refund me for the INJURY you caused (which has caused me to lose income at my small business, still hurts and I'm still counting my loses) by not having decent delivery people actually SET UP THE HEAVY BED like I paid for! These people deserve to be deported via air drop without a parachute. Delivery crew gets an F, schedulers get an F, and the salespeople and managers are liars and thieves who just deserve abject violence, preferably at the hands of their prison cell mates. They have earned it and have clearly asked for it. If you are a decent human being who does not believe in lying, stealing, or being a useless entitled schmuck, then PLEASE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Even if you have to go to NWA, Tulsa, Little Rock, or Dallas, you will not regret your choice to stay away from Ashley Homestore. I will update this review every second something develops--and you know nothing good will be done by Ashley Homestore!
Just got my new office desk in. The buying experience was pretty great, but what really set Ashley Furniture apart was the delivery service. James and Wes were awesome! They were super friendly even they were out in the rain and had everything set up in less than 5 minutes. They even took all of the trash, which was huge. Great service. Definitely going to buy from them again.

Attempted to order a bed thru y’all, and you didn’t have the headboard, No one called to tell us, ((the delivery man did because he wanted to drop off everything but the headboard off))we’ve called repeatedly to ask about it with no calls back even 2 days later still waiting for a call back. Beyond unprofessional!!

Ordered living room furniture over a month ago, got confirmation of deliverey date. Furniture never showed after I got rid of my old stuff in time to have room for delivery. Called Ashley only to find out that even though their system send me automated messages confirming delivery, they still didn’t have my furniture ready. Should have a sign that says delivering within..your guess is as good as ours, but don’t expect them to call you. Your just supposed to wonder what happens that day. Ridiculous
First and for most Charlotte is great. Tried to buy about seven thousand dollars worth of furniture there Saturday 03-16-2019. It didnt work out because a manager who i never saw was concerned about his or her margins. I have just recently moved to the Fort Smith area to take over a company less than a mile down the road. I promise to let all my employees and their friends and family in town about the negative experince i had at this store. In all truth we were only $400.00 apart and i agreed to pay full price on a king mattress that was outside of our orginal deal. If one of my managers stayed in back and would not come out and meet the customer in person I'd fire him on the spot. Had to give a 1 star so it would post reality-5. Facebook is next nice job ashley
We bought a bedroom set: bed, 2-night stands, dresser and chest of drawers. The chest was on back order so we extended our delivery date so that the chest would be on the same delivery. There could have been a possibility of it not getting delivered due to delivery date was the same date the chest arrived at the warehouse. I called the home store to confirm delivery and they told me all peices of furniture including the chest was there for delivery at the warehouse. Delivery day is here and no chest! Just as I explained to the sales reps at the home store my email confirmation finally came through the day before delivery stating no chest. I explained this to the sales reps but they kept telling me the chest is at the warehouse for delivery also. Needless to say I'm still without my chest and waiting to hear back.

This location promised delivery of our sofa by the 1st of March. We got a phone call the day before it was supposed to be delivered and were told that the sofa had been damaged at the warehouse and they would have to send us another one. They said the sofa would not arrive to their warehouse until the 7th and that delivery would be scheduled from there. Delivery was finally scheduled for the 14th and when the truck arrives the wrong sofa has been ordered. All that we are receiving at this point are promises of a call back that hasn’t happened and basically more of the same old run around. I will never buy furniture from any Ashley home furniture store ever again if this is the kind of service that can be expected. I’ve heard more of the same stories from other people. So I guess this is the kind of service they deliver.

The furniture is nice and prices reasonable, but its like shopping at a car lot. The salesmen attack from the moment you enter and hover till you leave. Let me shop man!

We just received our North Shore Collection bedroom set. We love it and James and Wes did an awesome job delivering and setting it up. Our sales person from Ashley Homestore Fort Smith Arkansas Anna Copher was just awesome also. She made us feel like family. Our next purchase will be from that store also and we will ask for Ms Anna.

They can listen to what the customer wants and when the items can b shipped and not wait till the day before and let the customer know that it will b coming to the house when they eill not b available. They can return phone calls when they say they will. I will never go back to the fort smith Ashley store. I have to go to the rogers store just to get my items thank God they are professional

Worst mattress in the history of all mattresses. I wake up in pain every morning in my extremely overpriced bed but I keep doing it because I'll be paying on it for the next several years still.. the mattresses feel NOTHING like the ones in the stores, even after 3 years! Total scam and waste of money
