Usually customer service is excellent, expensive, well-made furniture, and you can find some awesome sales or really nice carpets here.
Worst mattress in the history of all mattresses. I wake up in pain every morning in my extremely overpriced bed but I keep doing it because I'll be paying on it for the next several years still.. the mattresses feel NOTHING like the ones in the stores, even after 3 years! Total scam and waste of money
