I was in search for a new Tempurpedic mattress. I happened to be passing by Ashley Furniture and decided to go in and see what the new Tempurpedic mattress’ had to offer. I met a very helpful salesman Brian McBroom. He showed me the new line and we found the perfect one for my specific needs. I explained to him that I was just looking during my first visit and he was not pushy, but understood my timeline. Well yesterday I went and paid for the mattress! Made a purchase and it took forever to get. The second half of our order was never received. They kept giving us a number to text but it was a dead end eveytime.Called Memphis and was told to come there. Had order two days later! Don't bother with the Jonesboro store just go to Memphis the people there are helpful unlike that wanna be tough guy in Jonesboro 😂
Mr. Roger’s was helpful. He made the experience very pleasant. He was not forceful but let me look without him breathing down my back yet checked in on me to see if help was needed. Very easy to talk to.

Nobody can get an order right I will literally never shop at Ashley‘s again.Also don’t deal with AJ unless you want your order put in wrong and him giving attitude and blame on anyone but himself. Hopefully our order gets fixed soon and then I never have to deal with them again. if I could give 0 stars, then I would, this has all been absolutely ridiculous! Ashley‘s home store You should look into your workers so that they can provide a better service. Do better!

Salesman was very nice, showed a few different options available, and worked to make sure I could get my chair from the distribution center that day. I did notice a difference between the price I paid in store vs online price, and the store made it right.

This store is very nice. Tomomi was super helpful and nice. Was very pleased with the service we received from him. The warehouse and delivery on the other hand not so much. They had the furniture in the warehouse but still told us when they called to schedule delivery that it was on backorder and would a month before we got it. This is the second time Ashley has done this to us. The first time they said by Thanksgiving and we finally got it the week before Easter.

Went in here today (Black Friday) and couldn’t get one person to help us. Never had this experience at any other Ashley store (I’m from a big metropolitan city and have spent thousands of dollars at ashley - visiting my parents in Arkansas and we were ready to purchase). A taller, older gentleman looked at us multiple times and never offered to assist - he was clearly not busy with anyone at that time. Another agent told me that he was new and not sure about certain products. Made no effort whatsoever! On top of this, when I did ask an agent or two a question, they obliged with an answer and then stated they were busy with other customers. “It’s such a busy day.” So basically many customers that came after us had dedicated shoppers while we failed to get any help. It’s a great way to lose business! Also not sure if race had a factor to play in this, but it sure felt like it! Really offensive. And I will not be giving them anymore of my business for sure.

When we went to Ashley’s, we were greeted by Brian. He was an excellent man for the job. He created a great atmosphere for us as we went back and forth trying to choice the right mattress for us. He made sure to provide information on the different types, how it would affect our physical/mental health, and what we would expect when we receive our mattress. He was very professional, very patient, and made sure we left with no questions and a smile on our faces.

I was in need of a lift chair at 7:30 pm Tuesday evening just before closing. For my Husband who had a hip replacement on Monday and a dislocation on Tuesday of the Same hip! The hip dislocated because of the chair we were using at home and I needed the lift chair to take him home in a few hrs. Everyone was so helpful and Sympathetic of my situation. They had me in and out and back to the hospital for my Husband's next procedure. He's home now and feels much safer getting up and down. Thank you so much Ashley home furniture!

Delivered my bed frame with missing rails, which are still missing and pushed the delivery of my dresser to another whole week, which hopefully when it does come, it has all the pieces unlike my bed frame, first time customer, very bad experience

I would highly discourage buying from Ashley furniture. We purchased a sectional recently and were told they had it in stock and ready for pickup at their Memphis distribution center. After driving 2 1/2 hours to Memphis, we were told once we got there that the store did not correctly fill out the paperwork therefore we could not take the couch with us, but that someone would be in the office on Monday who could take care of it and we could come back then. Ashley DOES NOT allow for delivery to the store locally in Jonesboro. It has to be either shipped to your home or you have to pick up in Memphis and it is a hit or miss whether or not you will be able to get your furniture once you arrive in Memphis. I canceled my order and now I am still waiting for a refund. This is DAY three because apparently Ashley is behind on those requests. They obviously do not prioritize customer service or they would not make it so difficult for the customer to purchase and obtain their furniture.

Sales staff was informative. A lil pushy when you first walk in. The guy that was helping me had to call someone else to help him. That's fine if you don't know much about the product. I didn't like that they want add all these add ons to it. Might not have been a lot of money to them, however it's a lot to me. Telling people if you dont buy a "protective plan" it voids the warranty of the product. That doesn't make sense. If that's the case, why have a warranty. I found something exactly like what I wanted somewhere else for less than half of what they were charging. I get that furniture stores are excessively overpriced, they were a lot higher on everything.

Jonesboro store-kind & helpful BUT sofa has broken seam & can’t get ahold of anyone! Sent pics to # provided within 48 hours of delivery. No response! Pics attached. I am planning to retire soon & wanted nice furniture to last the rest of my life but now this seam will rip completely down the sitting cushion to the ground. In the store I picked a piece of fuzz off the sofa. So when I saw the ripped thread I thought it was fuzz, but it wasn’t!! The seam had already come loose 3 stitches length. What a rip off! Spent $3,000 on living room furniture & the sofa has a broken seam in the worst place possible!! No one has contacted me! When I went in on March 7 to finalize my purchase, Chad was my salesman & he is amazing ! When I would tell him what the (dark-haired overweight) salesman and a manager (at desk w/ light colored, short hair) had said on March 5th, Chad said 3 different times “that’s not right or that’s not true). I truly wish Chad would have been my original salesman because I purchased several items and was going to purchase another and Chad told me that I needed to wait until my stuff was delivered and after a couple of days see if I still felt the same. I love my furniture but a company that will not stand behind its products is not to be trusted! I wish I had read all these reviews before I made my purchase. I wanted to be able to show off my new furniture but now I have to keep it hidden with a throw and then explain what happened and tell them how horrible Ashley customer service is and be careful who your salesman is because they will tell you different things. ONE MORE THING: I have read several post about dog hair being on the underside of cushions, well, I have a medium size dog, and they repeatedly asked me to bring him in the store, so that’s why you have dog hair on your furniture. I never would bring mine in, but the entire time I was thinking, how nasty! Think of all the other dogs who came in climbing, sitting, scratching etc. on this furniture ! pdtqueenbee@yahoo

Sales associates are usually pushy and put pressure on the customer to purchase something, even if it isn't what they need or want. That wasn't the case with Bryan. We told him what we wanted and he showed us what you had to offer and then let us alone to shop. He was there if we had questions. We enjoyed our shopping trip and I am sure we will enjoy our purchase. Bryan is an asset to your company.

Ashley furniture is junk. You purchase an extra warranty on your furniture then you are told that is expired. Ok. I bought my furniture a year ago and it was 5 year extended warranty. The math just doesn’t add up. I will never purchase any other product from Ashley this is poor quality material and the people are even worse. No help at all.

AJ ordered the wrong chair then try to blame someone else when he was at fault. It was a big ordeal and his smart and rude comments through text made me never want to go back to Ashley home store again. After I threatened to bring it back and get a refund he offered me the chair I originally wanted off the show floor. In my opinion AJ I told you what I wanted when I ordered the chair and you failed to get it correct. Decent inventory selection, good sales Rep., but then.... 1. Warehouse delivered defective sofa. 2. 3-week wait for repair, appointment then canceled/employee quit. 3. Another 3-week wait, second appt results in ordering part. 4. Part arrives, but *I* have to call again to get tech back to install it? 5. ANOTHER 3-week wait and a huge box in my way for the meantime.... Do NOT let your delivery driver leave your home until they make sure it's not defective! Seriously makes me question the quality of their product.

I went in to look at the Purple mattress that was advertised on TV. Nobody ever showed it to me. But The sales associate Ben was so supper nice. Adam kept pushing me to get the mattress pad prefector. So no a docent times. Then they changed the price from $33.00 a month to $67.00 a month said no. But ended up with a mattress for $39.00 a month. But not a Purple one.
I went in about an hour from closing to find a couch quickly for my apartment, and Chad helped to find the exact couch that I was looking for. It was a very simple and quick experience. I looked forward to purchasing more items from this location.

Genuinely, my husband and I have never been treated so poorly in a store before. We went in to look at headboard with rails and footboard. We looked at the clearance sale they had going on and inquired about one. The salesman was saying he wouldn't sell to us unless we bought the set. We even told him what we were there for when walking in and he pointed us in that direction. There's a huge difference in a $400 bed set and a $3,000 bedroom set. He went on a big rant about why he wouldn't sell to us and how his boss would get angry at him for selling a piece alone and how all the other clearance items are also like that, you can't buy unless the whole set is bought. It was just embarrassing that a 40-ish year old man was doing fake pouting mouth and he's "so sad" he can't sell to us. At that point we walked out. I was willing to buy on the spot, I have an Ashley credit card. The way he acted was embarrassing and how he wouldn't show us any sets unless a big purchases was disgusting.

Salesman and manager state delivery will be in 2 weeks, I’m sitting all day waiting. When I call you can’t get through to anyone, you have to text the warehouse and wait for them to text you back. I tell them about my botched up delivery and they have no clue who the salesman or manager are and my furniture can’t be delivered for another 5 weeks. Then when it’s ready to deliver they only have 2 chairs of the dining room set. Won’t be shopping here again.

Salesman was great. My problem was I bought tv stand on a Thursday and salesman said it would be delivered on following Tuesday. So I took off work to be there for the arrival and install. I get a phone call and it doesn’t get put on the truck so now it’s supposed to arrive Friday. Guess what another no show. After calling 20 plus times (no answers) and another week goes by I finally am able to make it back to the store. Let’s just say if I didn’t show up to the store then I wouldn’t have gotten my tv stand. After it wasn’t put on the truck the second time it was kicked out of the system. (I was charged right away for the tv stand)

Ashley is a good clean store, the staff is very helpful, there are lots of pretty furniture choices from which to choose with a lot of pretty price tags attached to them. I found it to be a little on the pricey side for what you are getting considering the markup on furniture. Overall if you just want some ideas or you are not on a budget then this would be a good place to shop.

Do NOT purchase the extra warranty! We purchased cause salesman said if we didn't use it after a year it would be refunded. Well it was never used and I am being told now that it's not a refund but an in-store credit. Either way, i received a message today from Ashley that they will not honor the refund or credit. Not a big deal..but don't like doing business with dishonest people.

I’ve been to this location twice now and no one greeted me I assume because of my age. Eight different workers passed me without speaking to me. EIGHT. One worker was making unnecessary conversation with a couple who were very visibly uncomfortable. He even asked the wife how to spell her name “Kathy with a C or K” it was K. After he left them he did not approach me. You could say that I’m being ridiculous but I was fully prepared to purchase two chairs and an ottoman. But no one helped me whatsoever. It’s just crazy that these workers were making small talk to each other and not even trying to get sales from me. But I guess that the jonesboro location thinks that only middle aged people have money or are serious about purchasing anything. You all need to do better. I could never recommend this location and do not understand how they have 4 stars.

I purchased a bedroom suite with a Tempurpedic mattress. The bed was set up with only 3 bed slats. Three days later the bed rail broke completely off. I keep getting put off by them telling me someone will contact me but after a week I am afraid that I have been scammed. It was a great trip. We had our three toddlers with us and they were being a handful, but the saleswoman was very understanding and allowed them to be kids. Although it was rough with the kiddos it was made much better with the experience we had.

I will NEVER purchase anything from this store or company again. Once they sell you the furniture, you will get NO customer service. They don't answer their phones half the time, one of my items was damaged in December and still hasn't been repaired or replaced 2 1/2 months later. They also lied about a minor credit. And it is a joke that you ask me to contact you AGAIN after I have called so many times already. BTW, I did call and someone from your team left me a message, i had to email her a message, they called me back and missed me again. She said she would call back the next day since she could not provide me a call back number....but lied she never called me back.

Sectional was delivered with every piece broken, no power cord for one of the powered sections, parts of didn't even come and won't be delivered for another month which I was told would be with the delivery and I could not reach anyone in the store about it all I could get was a third party trouble shooting place which I could barely get information to them because their phone line kept going out

It was enjoyable to go look at the furniture that I was interested in without pressure from a salesman. He was very helpful when I needed help, but left me alone to make decisions and that’s really important to me.
When we were in the store everything seemed great, what we thought was good customer service. We purchased a whole living set. However when it was delivered the set that was supposed to come with batteries did not incame corded instead. When we inquired about it the first person of the store stated that the batteries were sold separate. Spoke to the salesperson that sold us the couch and he stated he was under the impression the batteries came with it. Only to find out he told us wrong and it would cost us an extra $1,300 to get the batteries for that set. The batteries with the set where the whole reason we chose that couch set over others. But we hadn't expected to have to pay an additional $1,300 for batteries we were told were included in the first place. The store was not willing to work with us. We were also informed that we would have had 72 hours to fix any issues or return anything if it wasn't more liking. When we decided to do just this we were informed we were no longer allowed to return it. Then spoke on the phone with customer service and was told that we might be able to make an exchange instead. Went through the process to try and make an exchange only for them to tell us that our reasoning was not good enough for an exchange. I guess our biggest issues have been that we were constantly told that we would get one thing and then another thing happened. We definitely would not have made the purchase if we had been spoken to honestly and told actually what we were getting instead of misinforming us about what we were actually purchasing. Also extremely frustrating that the store was not even willing to work with us to try and work things out when their mistake is what started the snowball of issues in the first place.

MY UPDATED REVIEW: Staff was helpful in store. Bought full living room set including a recliner that is suppose to be comparable to the sofa and loveseat. It is not! Does not lock in reclining mode and difficult to close in upright position and too short. Took weeks of calls complaining. Now received a large box of parts and waiting for repair team call to schedule a repair! Almost 2 months of stress and still not resolved! Poor customer service from corporate end after the sale! Never buy anything not available in store to try. Lesson learned!!!

They will not take your old furniture when they deliver the new. Instead, they give you a number to call for a company who will come pick up the old furniture. What they don’t tell you is that the company won’t pick up the old furniture unless it’s like new. Canceling my purchase of new furniture from Ashley. Going to Gambels. They DO pick up the old furniture when they deliver.

You would figure spending 1600$ on a couch with all the warranties and insurance the place offered, you could get a call back. Not here, after calling about needing repairs 2 legs broke off, yeats on back, slipcover ripped ) on a 1 yr old couch, we get 1 1/2 month way to be told the repairman has to come back cause ‘he doesn’t have time to fix it’. Reschedule an 1month later the same thing happens, call the jonesbor store to see what happened, an we are told ‘we need to be more professional, and after closed our account an won’t mess with us anymore’. I told my wife when we walked in I heard nothing but bad things about Ashley’s, and imo their are are truth , they want your money don’t won’t make good on their end period.

I was using my protection plan no use, no lose and the sales girl had an attitude the entire time. She made me feel as though I was stealing from the store since I had $499 store credit. Everyone other than the sales girl helping me was nice. I was able to use it and got my products but I will not step foot back in the store especially if she is there. She was training someone too and I felt sorry for the girl because she was rude to her as well. It would be a novel if I wrote everything that happened the 2 days I was there.

We had a very good experience at Ashley. My salesperson worked with me to get the item I wanted and we were able to come to a quick agreement on price. The item (a mirror) was carefully wrapped for transport and loaded by our salesperson.

I bought several thousands of dollars of furniture from Ashley, which went well, for my mother's move to assisted living. The tricky part came with the delivery. I spent 3 hours on hold just trying to tell them they had the wrong delivery address. I spent another two hours trying to change the delivery time because the staff leave before 5:00-my delivery time and we were to have really bad weather. I never was able to speak with anyone. The next day I drove to Ashley to tell them of my problems. No one was there to cancel my order. I was so fed up! I waited for the manager to call and I canceled my order. He told me it would take 10-12 weeks for my money to be refunded. I just opened my bank statement and Ashley did not deposit my check until FOUR DAYS after I went to them about this problem. Adam, the manager, could have easily stopped my order!!! Just for your information, Harris Furniture deliveres for free to any senior living facility.
I purchased a sofa/chase sectional and a recliner at this Ashley furniture store this past Sunday. I couldn’t pick it up until today because of the weather. We purchased these two clearance items and got what we thought was a fair and decent deal on them. I specifically asked why the sofa/chase sectional was discounted to the amount it was, and I was informed that it was because it had been on the show room floor for too long and needed to be moved so they could put out new inventory. I was NOT informed that the sectional was used. And damaged. When I went to pick my furniture up today I noticed that the feet on the sectional were broken. And under the cushions was PET HAIR! Obviously used furniture. When I brought it to the sales associate, Ashley Rodgers, (not the one who did the sale, he was off today). She said they don’t sell used furniture. So she investigated the matter by discussing with the operations manager, Adam Fraize, who very rudely told me to take it or leave it but they weren’t going to do anything about. I wasn’t even offered a discount or to have the item replaced with a new piece. I was told he not couldn’t, but wouldn’t fix the issue. I even explained to him that I had already sold my old sofa and chairs and would be going home to no furniture. I asked him to please call Chad Rodgers, my original sales associate to see if they could compensate me for all of this somehow, someway and he told me no. I asked him to call corporate, he said no. He did however give me corporates #, and they kept me on hold a very long time. After I called corporate he finally agreed to a $300 discount on the sofa/chaise. I live an hour from this store and had to get back to pick up my grandkids from school. I felt I had no choice but to go ahead and bring the furniture home. I plan on calling corporate back in the morning. I’m going to try to reach Chad tomorrow. If I had wanted a used piece of furniture I could have found a sofa somewhere for far less than the nearly $1200 clearance price. Be very cautious with this store as you might be getting used and broken furniture.
Drove 150 miles one way with my truck to bring home an "in stock" couch. After purchase, they said it had to come from their warehouse and delivery charge was $100. Not happy. Delivery was supposed to be the next Thursday. Didn't come- supposedly was damaged on the delivery truck. Delivery was rescheduled for the following week. We were frustrated by the whole process that we decided to cancel the order. Ashley said they were going to charge us 10% fee for cancelling. Manager AJ was very rude when we called to cancel. We are not likely to shop Ashley again.

Staff in store are very friendly and helpful….the customer service number on the other hand—no help and often hang up during calls. I’m not sure why, but over the span of months I’ve made over 100 calls to the store phone number listed here, and not a single one has been answered, so it might need to be updated. I ordered my furniture a year and two months ago, received a great couch & a scuffed up table. First, my furniture took 2 months longer than expected to arrive. THEN, my replacement table wasn’t brought for another month, and it arrived cracked in multiple places, completely unsafe to use. I finally had to drive the table to the store because the delivery drivers never seem to want to do their job and constantly don’t show, or drive off without talking to me. The manager was nice enough to let me bring my item in, but it has been two weeks and I have yet to hear anything about my refund. Not the in-store staff’s fault, but I will never again shop with any Ashley Homestore.
Shopped around town at most of the furniture stores….Ashley’s ended up being the best for us. Quality pieces at very competitive prices. Also, our customer service experience was excellent, AJ was the best! We found exactly what we were looking for and are all set up for the white-glove delivery experience…can’t wait for our new furniture to come in! We highly recommend, Thanks Ashley’s!
My Husband and I were in the market for a new bed set and we visited the Ashley’s home store Jonesboro location to get some ideas and we experienced excellent customer service! We were greeted upon arrival and made aware of all the promotional sales going on! We found the set we wanted and were helped to make the purchase in a very timely manner!! We are very pleased with the service we were given and will return to this store for our next purchases!

The sales people we spoke to were friendly and helpful.They have tons of merchandise. Prices are somewhat high. We did end up buying some furniture that had to be delivered from the warehouse in Memphis and the experience with them was horrible, the first delivery was broken and the second delivery was the wrong merchandise! I bought a cabinet around the first of October it was delivered October 17th, with no legs. No one contacted us after being on hold for 3 hours was told to go to the store so on October 30th I went no help very very rude the manager on duty said he would come pick up the cabinet and give me a refund. Called today nothing has been done.

Beau treats us great every time, we were skeptical about using Ashley’s after having issues with a store else wear closing after selling us abunch of furniture and having issues not having someone to deal with warranties with us, but the Ashley’s in Jonesboro has exceeded our expectation and this is the only place we go now, second time back this year.

Now we still have zero communication with this store and still waiting on our refund of $2,817.31. Please save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere. I will never shop at this store again. We ordered furniture at the beginning of July, said everything was in stock except one piece of the sectional. It had a date to be back in stock 2 weeks from the time we ordered and the sales rep guaranteed that we would have the furniture in our house delivered by the 1st week of August. August came and ended up going back and forth with them for a few days bc they then said they couldn't deliver said furniture until Sept 1 bc of a delay at the warehouse. Tomorrow will be Sept 1....we called to see when the furniture would be delivered just to be informed the first day they can deliver will now be October 6. Please know before going there that it will take several months to get your furniture AND their sales reps will lie quick to make a sale. Oh not to mention, but every single time it was a different excuse. The first excuse was they didn't have a piece of the sectional and then the second excuse was that they had everything in their warehouse but there was a big delay. And here it is another month later and their excuse this time is we no longer have your coffee table so what you mean to tell me was you had my coffee table last month but now you've sold it to somebody else?!?
The Good: The sectional and ottoman we bought from this store was $2,000 cheaper than Gamble's and it came sooner than expected. I think it arrived within 6 weeks when other stores estimated delivery in 18 weeks or longer. The delivery guys were respectful and polite. The bad: The ottoman arrived damaged as did one piece of the sectional. Ashley wanted to send a seamstress to fix the damage but I demanded replacement pieces and they finally agreed. I believe the replacement pieces arrived within 3 weeks. The Worse: The 2nd ottoman arrived damaged as well so we were put in for another replacement. We received our message to select a delivery date and we did just that. The day of delivery, we received a message asking to set up a delivery date. This happened a total of 3 times. After 2-3 weeks, we finally received an undamaged ottoman. In all, this particular store did fine. I'm pleased with my furniture.

I will never purchase a product with this store again. I spent over $15,000 on a bedroom set that their delivery people scratched up my side board.The repair person scratched up my foot board. No one will fix it. Warranty says no It’s on Ashley to fix it. Ashley is not cooperating. I don’t even give a 1 star. I changed my review because I first posted the review the day I left the store. I had been searching for a new set of living room furniture. I am on my short little vacation so I decided to go to Ashley. I was amazed to see so many different ones to pick from. I found one that caught my eye. A wonderful gentleman came and started talking to me. He was very helpful and Courteous. We purchased a split king Tempur Pedic with the base well when we got it delivered the delivery boys refused to put it together and set it up for us, they just dropped it in our room and left. Well we slept on it and found that we didn't like it so we went to the store and they said we had to sleep on it for 39 day's it was so hard we wanted to exchange it for another one well we picked one out and they were suppose to pick up the mattress' and deliver the one we picked out. We were told to call and arrange for the process to take place, we couldn't talk to anyone because they didn't answer the phone we left messages for them to call back this has gone on for 5 day's we called customer service and they couldn't help us either. Well I would NOT recommend Ashley Home to anyone they have BAD way's of helping you, the problem is they don't care.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! We have been playing the run around game with delivery for 4 months now. Newly weds with a mattress on the floor and a rug in the living room all because of a lack of communication from the company on FIVE canceled deliveries. A CONFIRMED delivery means nothing apparently. They will not tell you that your items aren’t coming so you don’t get rid of your old leaving you with nothing. NEVER INVEST YOU DESIGN, MONEY, OR TIME WITH ASHELY FURNITURE HOMESTORE! Google will only let 1 be the lowest star or it would have been 0.

My Experience yesterday with Ashley Furniture was amazing! Ms.Ashley was very helpful and informative. She showed me around a couple mattress they was okay but to soft for my liking but okay. But then Mr.Beau came in and showed me two mattresses and I found a winner. I told him how much I came in with bc I was just buying everything out cash. He did some numbers with Ms.Ashley and I was able to get bedfeame(king) box springs n the mattress for a great price. Very great people and I would recommend them to anybody wanting to buy from Ashley’s Furniture (Jonesboro)💙🙌🏽🥳

Excellent buying experience. Quinn met us shortly after we entered the store and had us laughing on the way to the table and chairs we came to see. His knowledge of the inventory proved impressive when he advised me that most men my size found the ladder back chairs more comfortable. Quinn was right and the wife agreed to buy two of these which actually lowered the price of the set. When we found out that Quinn shared our high school coaches (generations apart) we felt sorry for him and purchased extra. Ok, that is not true, but he did show us an identical living room set that we were contemplating at a different store and significantly beat their price. For once, furniture shopping was better than dental surgery and we saved money by going into Ashley Homestore of Jonesboro. Thanks Quinn. Go Raiders!

WORSE SERVICE EVER We purchased 2 recliners from the store in jonesboro arkansas they would not allow you to buy the one on the floor but said they could order them. Waited 3 weeks when they finally arrived they were NOTHING like the ones in the store. Complained repeatedly was told would receive a refund but 3 weeks later parts arrived ???? When we called store AGAIN was told to return parts to store the next day. but next day was told they were not going to do anythin. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THERE AGAIN and do not advise anyone else too either

The store location and staff were great as always. Beau was very helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. The store however needs to update its policies to make things more customer oriented, especially since we are in a pandemic and should be limiting contact with other people. Having a consumer drive 80 miles to verify their ID seems a little excessive in the year 2021 when they already have an established account.

My couch barely lasted a year. I purchased 5 year warranty. Was told it covered rips, cleanings and everything. A piece of wood broke in the back and I noticed the zipper ripping by the seam. I called the insurance company to place a claim and was informed both issues were not covered. I called the store to see my options. they were rude and didn’t care I was experiencing issues. They referred me to the website where I should go read how those items weren’t covered on the $3,000 couch I purchased. Will never purchase from them again. I Have had a Great experience with another local Furniture Store of better quality.

I don't think I would refer anyone to here, which is extremely sad because the Jonesboro location is nothing but helpful, but when you're dealing with the company as a whole, it's not the best.. Jonesboro location has helped me resolve numerous issues since ordering but at the same time, why am I having numerous issues? we ordered a sectional and a queen sleeper sofa beginning of Feb 2021, was told it would be here mid March. Delivery keeps getting pushed back, because pieces aren't in. Contacted online support to check the status of the delivery and an online assoiciate called me and told me how much I was overcharged and how much cheaper she could do it, after doing some research I realized she could only do it cheaper for financing less months, on a budget, that wasn't what I wanted to begin with. Come to find out not only did Chad quote me the cheapest price but that lady CANCELLED my order and tried to put it in under her name without my consent.. SO I called Chad and he fixed that and apologized to me for the inconvenience. Then back to the delivery issue, he told me the best option is to not wait for all the pieces to be done before delivery get it when the pieces come in to prevent a longer wait time. okay.. schedules my sofa sleeper delivery for 03/16/2021 and my armless sofa (piece of my sectional) for 03/17/2021.. 03/16/2021, I had my dad go to my house to be there for the delivery guy. He calls to inform me that they couldn't get the couch in and they asked him if they should just leave it in the living room and us order a smaller couch/sleeper for the bedroom, uhm no, I have a sectional coming for the living room, that couch/sleeper was supposed to go into the bedroom/study. So I told him to tell them that I did not want the couch if it didn't fit. They flat out refused to put it back on the truck and said I would have to contact Ashleys to get it exchanged. Then my dad notices they put a hole in a door moving the couch in. Now I have an already owned (old) couch in my living room, a couch that was supposed to go in the bedroom in the living room, a hole in the door, and an armless sofa going into the living room tomorrow.. Called ashleys in jonesboro AGAIN and once again super helpful, AJ submitted a complaint and assured me everything was going to be taken care of and even apologized to me for the horrible delivery service. I just feel bad for the Jonesboro employees, because they have EXCELLENT customer service skills working for a company who doesn't seem to care about its customers at all. After reading the BBB complaints on Ashleys I wish I would have went somewhere else. But now we've got a credit hit and a card with Ashleys. I really hope this issue gets resolved soon and I won't have pieces of sectional in my living room for a month. I'm still waiting to hear back from the delivery people in memphis, it's only been a few hours, but my door having a hole in it and having a couch that doesn't fit is emergent to me.. I'd also really like my whole sectional delivered withing the next week.. -03/17/2021-- my husband was able to get the couch in the bedroom no problem. The delivery team called me yesterday and tried to fix the situation, I've got a claim in for the door. Now all that's left is getting the rest of the couch and getting my door fixed. -03/19/2021-- Well second delivery went smoothly other than they left the trash (wrapping of the couch) Called the jonesboro location, and complained, then I called the delivery place, no answer, contacted the delivery place again, no answer and no call back.. 03/23/2021- CALLED TO CHECK STATUS OF CLAIM FOR THE DOOR AND THERE WASN'T ONE PUT IN. I'M SICK OF THIS PLACE. AFTER NUMEROUS VOICEMAILS TO THE DELIVERY PEOPLE NO CALL BACK. SHOWED UP AT THE JONESBORO LOCATION ON 03/19/2021 BECAUSE NO ONE HAD CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE DOOR YET, AND THEY GOT MY PICTURE OF THE DOOR AND SAID THEY SUBMITTED IT. AND THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHO IS WORKING ON YOUR CLAIM TO GET YOUR STUFF FIXED. I'M FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.
3 pieces of furniture. None of the doors are “plumb”/square. Poor paint quality. Haven’t gone back there since. Used to be a top-notch brand.

We finally decided where we would purchase a new bed for our master bedroom! After spending time researching top brands online and visiting a number of local furniture stores we chose to do business with our Jonesboro Ashley HomeStore. Salesperson Joshua Honeycutt took time to work with us, show us the brands and styles we were interested in and arrive at a complete package of adjustable bases, mattresses, headboard and frame. He was more personable, professional and knowledgeable about his products than anyone we had met at other businesses. And, we think the price for the items we chose was most competitive! We will be looking forward to receiving our new adjustable bed package!

Even though I live in Illinois, I was connected with this store in Arkansas via an online chat on Ashley Furniture's website. Adam, who identified himself as a manager, answered my questions; and told me he could help me get my order placed. He took the sales information, then transferred me to Lucas to finalize the transaction (sectional, love seat and sofa). The wrong sectional was ordered, which I immediately noticed on the invoice. I worked with Lucas to have the correct one ordered, and pay the difference. Overall, I was satisfied with the service....so much so that a couple weeks later, we decided to order more from Ashley. I gave this store my business once again, instead of ordering from the Ashley 15 minutes from my house. This time we ordered 2 nightstands, a dresser, desk and office chair. That is the last time Lucas was responsive. After that, he ignored every one of my calls and texts. In October some of our pieces were ready for delivery. Mid-October, we received the sectional, 2 nightstands and dresser. The wrong desk was delivered. We were told it was ordered wrong, but that we had to accept it, and wait for the exchange. The delivered desk was knicked up---even if it was the right desk, we wouldn't have accepted it in that condition. Our local Ashley delivery team connected us with the local store to process the exchange data entry. In November, we learned the loveseat from our July order was no longer available. Being it is a set, we asked to cancel our order. After 2 weeks of run around, we were issued a refund. We have been making attempts for the last 2 months to have the warranty portion of the sofa/love seat order to be returned with no response. We have contacted, and left messages, for every number we have connected to our transaction. No responses from anyone. When we do reach someone at the 800#, we are told we have to talk to the store. We have tried the store. They are unresponsive. At the end of December we called Ashely for status of our last 2 remaining pieces (desk and chair). We were told they would be ready the first week of January. Last week they called to schedule delivery. Today was the day. We had the wrong desk ready to go, and were looking forward to our summer order being completed. Only the chair was delivered. The driver had no information on the desk, nor an order to take the wrong one. We are stuck. The store is unresponsive. The 800# is unresponsive. I am at a loss on how to finalize all of this so we can move on. We have been beyond patient. I certainly hope one of the powers that be at Ashley sees my review, and helps to get this resolved. I would be happy to update my review, once I have received the furniture I paid for, and the warranty money I gave returned to confirm Ashley followed through with making this right.

Had a great experience at this location today! Absolutely the most beautiful furniture there wasn't much I didn't want...and I'm picky when it comes to furniture. Dec 6,2020 my husband and I visited the Ashley furniture store in Jonesboro, walked in and I though the entire staff was a part of my family. Everyone was very nice. Bo was my sales representative and he went above and beyond to make sure what we were looking for, the company could comply with time and delivery. My experience at Ashley today would be a 10 , meaning very Satisfied...... I left there feel like I had gain an extended family. They even walked me to the door and said See you soon. WOW.

Delivery driver was very rude and claimed they were lost January 2nd 2021 and hung up on my husband. Never received item.. He has called multiple times to Jonesboro location to get our stuff delivered with no reschedule date yet. Very poor service.

Awesome customer service. I liked being able to look around and not be hassled while trying to make a decision. AJ was very helpful by suggesting to get a power recliner instead of a manual. Also he worked diligently to find the larger ottoman I was wanting. Everything I needed they were able to accommodate with a reasonable price. They had my interest at heart. My experience was great. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Then allowed to look around without being hassled by sales clerks. I was not intending to make a purchase however, I found a bedroom suit that I really liked. With the Black Friday sale that was still in effect, I was able to make a purchase at a very reasonable price. Very good experience.

I went into the store with specific ideas of what I was looking for. The sales rep was super friendly and very knowledgeable about their pieces. After experiencing such horrible service when i purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture online, I decided to visit a local store to make a purchase. I was prepared to give Ashley Furniture a second chance and see if I would experience the same ‘hot mess’ service and issues as I did online. To my surprise, I had a very pleasant shopping experience. Beau was extremely helpful taking care of my purchase. He understood what I was looking for and provided me with the best service. He was honest up front about delivery dates and he pretty much met my expectations! Thank goodness I didn’t give up on Ashley Furniture! I will be shopping at this store again soon! I saw a few other things I wanted! Especially the cherry blossom painting!😏 Chad and Beau are the best! Thanks for making my move to Jonesboro a little more pleasant 😏
Zero was not a choice so I had to give them a 1. We spent over $3000 and $600 for extended warranty. After 15 months our $900 lift chair stopped working, I contacted the manager of Ashley and was told the 1 year warranty had expired and his hands were tied and there was nothing he could do and I needed to contact Fast Furniture Repair since they handled the extended warranty. We were under the impression that Ashley handled the extended warranty and was never told it was subbed out to another party. I explained to him that the chair was purchased for my father in law who was recovering from a stroke and it was a vital part of his daily activities. His response was I understand but there is nothing I can do. If a company can’t stand behind their product longer than a year then they are not worth your time or money to deal with. Fast Furniture Repair came and checked the chair and told us it wasn’t working (duh) and a part had to be ordered and he had no clue how long it would be before it could be repaired. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY AND NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Ashley HomeStore hit a home run with us once again. We went 4 years ago to buy a new bed and they were the most professional salespeople. We just purchased a new house and needed new everything so we thought we would go back. As soon as we walked into the door we were greeted with a smile and friendly attitude. Lucas helped us by listening to our style preferences and lead us to a couch that we ended up purchasing, even after we sat on everything in the store. After that we decided to look for a table and chairs. Lucas was very patient and looked at every table the store had to offer. He helped us find a bed for our daughters and helped our two oldest children find pig decor pillows. While he was doing our paperwork Chad and Ashley helped us entertain our children while maintaining their distance for Covid. We have had two positive experiences with this store 4 years apart. We will forever buy from Ashley Homestore and recommend them to all our family and friends!

Although they where nice it would have made my shopping experience so much better if I did not have the saleswoman in there following at my heels the entire time me & my friend where trying to look. She followed us around half the store after we already told her we where just looking as if we where up to no good & once we passed by another salesman she stopped next to him then he immediately came around the corner to ask us the exact same questions. Maybe don’t be so over bearing next time??? I might have been more likely to buy something if I was able to shop in peace. 🙂
DO NOT buy furniture here unless you want to wait nearly 3 weeks for them to show up at your house WITHOUT the furniture you ordered and offer NO solution to make it right. I am currently without furniture until they can make delivery again, after being told 30 minutes prior to delivery that all my furniture was being delivered. My choices are to go without or wait 2 weeks for a refund. I’m working class. That was a lot of money I saved to buy furniture that I now don’t have. I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will never purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again.

When we visited here to look at what they had a salesman waited on us. I understand the salespeople get paid partially by commission, but you don't lie to your customers to get that commission. We realized to late that we were lied to by the salesman. We paid for our purchase, but will not purchase anything else there. That one salesman is a detriment to that store. Ashley's carries great furniture, I just wish they were a little more selective on their hires.
BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! On Dec. 13th My Wife and I spent a little over an hour speaking to a pleasant salesman named Quin Williams. We were looking to get a sectional with a large ottoman. We discussed how nice it was to have an ottoman with our previous sectional and that we often used it for games and things and even used our old one as an in a pinch changing table for our kiddos when necessary. Quin was very professional and polite. We discussed pricing on a very large sectional with the ottoman and an extra armless chair to make the couch about two feet longer. He even sold us the over priced care plan. Didn't haggle him a bit and paid the full price that we discussed. $2300 and some change. We got through the process of delivery and there was NO OTTOMAN. I asked the delivery guy where it was. His answer was that it wasn't on the ticket so he didn't bring one. Fair enough. So i contact my salesman Quin. He says he has the day off but that he will be in the office later in the day and will figure it out and call me back. 2 days later I went to the store. I spoke to Chad Rogers at the desk that day and explained the situation. He said it sounded like an honest mix up and that getting me an ottoman at no additional cost shouldn't be a problem. Spoke with Quin again the following day and still no resolution. At this point i am tired of the run around and contact the customer service line. The first person i explained the problem to hung up on me. The second person told me to take it up with the store manager A.J. For a week he ducked my calls, or was conveniently with a customer every time i called. While i was trying to reach A.J. i was also dealing with the customer service center in Memphis Daily. I got a different answer with each person i spoke to. One kind lady told me to write a review about my experience online. WILL DO! I did speak to a very nice gentleman on Saturday December 21st by the name of Brian. He was very helpful and promised to put me in touch with someone over the head of the manager in the store since he would not return my calls. He was to speak to "Amiya" there in the call center. He assured me that Ms. Amiya would be contacting me that afternoon before the end of business. That did not happen. I spoke with customer service a total of 24 times over the course of 2 weeks. Day 7 i got in touch with someone who submitted an ER ticket which got an immediate response from A.J. the store manager here in Jonesboro. I explained the situation and that i had been corresponding with Quin via cell. Quin stated that he was sorry for the misunderstanding and that he would take responsibility for the mistake. I also told him about the nice exchange with Chad Rogers while i was in the store. A.J.'s response is that it's MY FAULT that i didn't check the ticket when the deal was made. The throw pillows that came with the couch weren't on the ticket either but they showed up when it was delivered. Now i understand how line items work. But this is a case of a manager being told by his employee that a mistake was made then the manager makes it the customer's fault. I returned to dealing with the customer service line.Two different calls i asked to speak to a manger and was told NO by the rep. I Tried asking for Amiya by name and she would not take my calls. With the exception of the one call from A.J. immediately after the E.R. Ticket was issued, Not a single phone call was ever returned. Finally, I asked a rep who the CEO of the company was. This Ashley furniture is run by the Dufresne Spencer group. CEO Chad Spencer. Over the course of ten days or so i left 2 messages for Mr. Spencer asking him to contact me about the issues with his customer service staff and his store in Jonesboro. No call back. I went 1 mile down the road at the intersection of Bittle and Nettleton and got THE EXACT SAME OTTOMAN cheaper than A.J.'s pathetically "discounted" offer. This has been a night mare. There was never a maybe. THE OTTOMAN WAS PART OF THE DEAL. QUIN WAS WILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISTAKE. A.J. Would't let him.

*EDITED REVIEW* Could only leave 3 stars because we did have significant issues due to being delivered furniture that was completely unlike the display model. It was quite difficult to get the situation straightened out and get our money back. However, eventually the company followed through and did the right thing.

We went in to just allow our daughter to look at bedroom furniture. She fell in love with the Cambeck set and it will be delivered soon—along with a new power reclining loveseat and cocktail table. Update: I finally got my order, and it took only 2 times to get it right. The first order was wrong and I refused delivery. The drivers said they will inform the company and I'll get a call. No call. I waited a week and nothing. So I call and find that nobody knows anything about it. The manager said he would look into it and call me right back. No call. After a few days, I call him and we finally get to hash out the correct configuration of the order. He said he would try to expedite the order and call me back with a delivery date. No call. I call them, yet again, and find out that it will be the full waiting time of 3 weeks for the replacement order. That makes 6 weeks (a month and a half!) waiting for my delivery. The manager said he could waive the delivery charges to make up for some of it and after the delivery, I called to inquire about that. He would look into it and call me right back. No call. The delivery guys backed into my driveway half running over a large planter. I called Customer Service (which is a big joke) and they gave me an email address to write to. I sent an email complete with pictures. No response. So I called the store manager again and explained the situation and sent him the pictures with description. No call, no response. Today, I called and happen to get my original sales girl (Katie) and I think I have hope of some resolution. Maybe SHE should be the manager. There is a big boatload of unhappy dissatisfied customers out there that will never ever buy from Ashley again. I wish I had done my research beforehand. Check out reviews and do some research before committing your money. Corporate will not help, corporate doesn't care. How they can claim to be number one, I'll never know. I love my sofa and I really hope it doesn't break because of poor craftsmanship. Original Review: Do you want a huge monstrous furniture store full of sofas, recliners, tables, and home furnishings that you can buy and take home? This isn't it. You look, you pay, you wait 3 weeks for them to deliver (very expensively and required) to your door. If you don't pay for the outrageous delivery and pick it up yourself, you forfeit the warranty. Pretty good scam they got going. They also get to use your money while you sit on nothing, interest free. The sales girl that took my order was very nice and knowledgeable but somewhat pushy on making the sale. It is a nice store to visit and it gave me the opportunity to sit on what I might like instead of blindly ordering online.

Only had recliner about 3 months before it broke. Have been trying to get it fixed for over a month. They sent parts that were broken. Serviceman came and couldn't fix it, they ordered new parts. Still waiting for them to come in ( 2 more weeks). Then we will have to set up another appointment with the 1 serviceman they have for this area.( 2 more weeks). I have called customer service several times asking them at what point will they send me a new chair. They said only after serviceman says it can't be fixed, no matter how long it takes. Went into the Jonesboro store to look at living room furniture. The salesman Beau Honeycutt was awesome at helping me find exactly what i was looking for. It was delivered on time and looks great in my home.
We are so upset with Ashley Furniture. We picked out a recliner and purchased 4 of them. Our sales person Diana and the store manager Chad were very nice. However the recliners we received are so uncomfortable we couldn't stand to use them for a full evening. The shape and firmness of the cushions are not even similar to the store unit. They are now lined up in the entrance of our home as none of us will use them. We I immediately requested a refund from Ashley Furniture. We were told that we signed a document stating that all sales were final. However the only thing we signed was supposed to be a notice of delivery stating that if we wished to cancel delivery before arrival we would need to pay a 10% restocking fee. We would not have signed something that stated if we were delivered garbage we would just be stuck with it. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and we will be taking this to court if not resolved.

Our experience was so quick and easy. We had the paper work done in less than 20 minutes and we’re headed home. Can’t wait for our purchase to be delivered!
They had exactly what I needed in an office chair. They helped me get a good price and worked with me. They didn’t have the chair in stock however, so I’m having to wait a couple days shy of a full month and I really needed it now. That was the only downside.
I'm having to edit my original review, considering our furniture was supposed to be delivered this week and now that's changed to mid-August. Originally, I wrote that "Quinn was super helpful and enjoyable to be around. He and AJ were able to get us the furniture we wanted at a great price. We’re super excited for it all to come in!" However, I can't be excited about something that doesn't exist and may not exist if it stays on back-order. I specifically asked our sales consultant, as well as the store manager, when this furniture would be available to us and they both assured me it'd be delivered "in two weeks." That two weeks is now changing to a supposed month and a half, and we had to cancel on several guests planning to come in town since we have nowhere for them to sit, much less spend the night. I'm extremely irritated, as my biggest concern was if we would receive the furniture on time (my parents had this issue on past orders from a different Ashley) and I'm disappointed that the staff knew the items were not in stock and lied to me about it. Another disappointment is that no one even tried to notify my fiancé and I about the delay, I had to call several times until someone answered to ask about where my order was and why it doesn't exist in their furniture tracking system. Updated 7/29: These issues have continued as Ashley "expedited" our order. They did this by sending us a returned couch that had been used and broken. It has yellow stains all over the mattress, food crumbs, loose changes, holes, broken springs, fabric tears, chocolate (I hope) stains, and other lint. The frame should be able to support 450 lbs and is completely bent and broken. We have to keep this used, disgusting couch while we're awaiting a replacement and still haven't even got the other part of our order, the matching loveseat, which delivery has been delayed on three separate times, even though we keep confirming the delivery. The managers won't answer or call back.
Beware of this predator of a company. The only thing lower than the quality of their furniture is the quality of their customer support staff if you dare need them. I ordered several new pieces and they all came in damaged. No problem, I will just call customer support, right? Think again. You will not get anywhere with them and hung up on 3 times. The local store staff will tell you after delivery you have to deal with the 866 number. Good luck and my advice is to shop elsewhere with your hard earned money.
My husband and I went to the Jonesboro store and Beau was great help. We went in to look at a Sofa and Loveseat and found a set we really liked. While we were waiting to complete the purchase we discovered we really liked the Table and Chairs we were sitting at and decided to purchase that too even though we just bought a brand new set 6 months ago. I will be recommending this store to my friends and family.
It was a very pleasant experience. We walked in a salesman greeted us with a smile. My husband told him what we were looking for found it. We paid for the merchandise and was out of the store within 30 minutes.

Do not buy your furniture from them. We bought the #1 seller couch or so they said but once the furniture arrived it was a different color then what was displayed. We even took the couch cushion and placed it on the display couch and it did not match. The cushion didn’t even have a zipper on it and the cushion filling was different. They tried to say they upgraded it since then but that was a lie the cushion was two completely different colors. The stitching in the fabric was already coming apart. They lie and just show you expensive furniture in store and then send you cheaply made furniture. The salesman that was helping us even tried to get us to go to Ashley’s late a night and steal the cushions off of the display couch. Even though the whole couch was different from display (he wasn’t that bright). So we got them to send us the couch again thinking they just messed up but they didn’t. Once we talked to the manager he lied and said everyone above him will be in meetings until Thursday so we called Memphis and asked for corporate they spoke with us and were very rude. They said that we couldn’t get our money back. We will never ever do business with them again!

We've been in several times before my husband and I figured out which sofas we liked. Beau was our salesman and he helped us with pricing and told us the many ways of purchasing them. We told him we wanted to wait for a check came in and we'd buy the sofas out right. We'd be in a couple more times with him being in the store. He remembered us, and once we were ready Beau was able to get us a great deal and made sure we were happy with the deal before we left. Nice guy! Love our sofas!

My experience with Ashley Furniture has been wonderful! I bought an entire living room suit last year and this year I came back to buy a bedroom suit! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to shop without a salesman breathing down my back, yet also had any assistance I needed.
Our experience with Ashley HomeStore Jonesboro didn't start off great. We purchased furniture and were told that while it was a very popular set, it should be delivered within a month. Nearly four months later we still had no furniture and were being told they couldn't guarantee it to come in anytime soon. I went to the store prepared to have to plead my case for someone to either give me a refund or give me furniture. Mrs. Hardin (small world!) at the front desk quickly called Mrs. Diane (manager) after I told her the situation. Before I could even get a word out Mrs. Diane quickly promised me that she would make sure this was taken care of as quickly as possible. We ended up picking out a different set that is scheduled to be here next week (yes!) and we absolutely love it. Mrs. Hardin and Mrs. Diane were so great and stayed after the store closed to make sure our situation was fixed and we were happy.
The sales people were great and took time to answer our questions.

I love how when you walk into this place you immediately get helped and treated like a friend. There is no pressure to buy at all and there knowledge of every piece of furniture is amazing and really helps in making a decision on what you want! Great place to get great furniture!
Do not buy the furniture protection plan. I bought a living room suit and the 5 year protection plan in 2015. Went back in March, 2019 and bought another living room suit. I then sold the first suit. Per terms of the protection plan contract, I could cancel and be refunded for the remainder of the contract. But the Jonesboro store will not honor the terms of the contract. Said it's because the contract is tied to the furniture. So apparently the contract means nothing for the customer. Appears to be a money making scheme for the store. But at least now I know what store to avoid for future furniture purchases.
The manager (Brad) and salesman (Chad) both looked us in the eye, shook our hands, and told us bold-faces lies multiple times. The service was so horrible and employees behaved so unethically. If Ashley Jonesboro was the last furniture place on earth, I think I’d rather sleep on the floor.

I'd give negative stars if I could! Spent a few hours there, couldn't get a VALID price narrowed down on ANYthing, original quote was almost $25,000 for less than $13,000's worth of stuff before discounts elsewhere, & when we decided to buy a random deco pillow (pic on pillow looks like our dog dressed like Bob Marley), no one wanted to ring us up, & when they FINALLY did, it took over 20 mins to do "the invoice" & take our damn money! & The lab coats on all the men is creepy! We will NEVER be back!! Bought at Gamble's! Got a MUCH better deal on better goods, the "feather test" insured we got 3 mattresses (2 w/adjustable bases) that are perfect for our bodies, we worked with much more personable, helpful, fun peeps (dealt with Sarah Hunt, Jan Turley, Michelle, Skyla Drew...), seriously much better price & service, & sat at a cool bar, drank sodas & water while our invoice was entered, & laughed with a lot of great employees! &, We donated 2 entire beds for local kids. --not a percentage of the sale & not to kids outside our area or state! I had such an AWEsome experience there that I applied for a job there! We will only ever buy furniture at Gamble's from now on!
I would give 0 stars if I have the choice. This is probably the worst place to buy furniture from. First off it takes at least an hour to get a quote. And if you need financing that would be another two hours. And when we finally got all the paperwork done they told us that we were gonna get our couch on Valentine’s Day which was a week after. And Valentine’s Day came and my couch didn’t arrive. So, I called them. Much to my disappointment they have rescheduled it 2 weeks after Valentine’s Day without letting me know. Which kinda sucked cause I left early for work. So after two weeks, the loveseat came but not the sofa. And of course again they didn’t let me know. After a week the sofa arrived. Mind you we had to pay the monthly fee even though we didn’t have the furniture on hand. Next reason why you can’t buy anything at this place is because of their very bad customer service. Once they’ve sold you something they don’t care about you anymore. Also, if you are needing financing it’s really a bad idea to get it from Ashely’s. When we finally got our entire set I called their financing office to pay a $100 in advance. And it was a very mean lady who answered the phone. And she told me that if I pay little by little the interest and fees will eat up what I paid. Like, what??? So, I told the mean lady (nicely) that none of these makes any sense, I have never heard of a company that do that! How is my $100 gonna be gone. And the arrogant lady told me In a very frustrating voice “well I don’t know how else am I gonna explain it to you, it is very easy to understand I don’t know why you’re not understanding me”. She was literally talking to me like I was an idiot. And ohhh she is so damn good at cutting you off. Every time I talk she would cut me off so I couldn’t get anything through. Cause when I speak she speaks. So a week after talking to her we returned the couch ourselves and got a uhaul cause they wouldn’t pick it up. My thing is we agreed to pay a ridiculously overpriced furniture, the least that you could do is be nice.
In December we went to the store and purchased a dinning room table and chairs. The staff was great. They had great customer service. We were told that we could pick the table up at the store in a week. A week later we called to check the status and was told the salesperson gave us the wrong date and it would be another two weeks before we would get it. This was not ok because we wanted to have the table before Christmas. I elected at that time to cancel the order. They told me I needed to come into the store to do so. When get to the store the manager offers us a discount and free deliver to our home instead of pick up. We agreed and got the deliver on time and all is well. I felt that they took care of the problem even though we had to wait. This month we went to the store in need of 2 beds for our children. Again had great customer service. We picked out and purchased what we needed and was told again it would be delivered in a week. We wanted to pick it up ourselves but was told we could only do that if we picked it up in Memphis. We elected to just pay for deliver. Deliver day came and the beds were delivered, but one bed had no frame. The delivery driver told me it was on back order and to call the store to find out when it would be delivered. I called the store and they state that it was not on back order it was just let off the truck. They could have it out in 2 days. I went to the store and they gave me a loaner frame. I got it home and it did not fit. I then called the store and they then told me they would refund my delivery fee and stated again that the frame would be here in 2 days. The next day I didnt receive a call from the delivery department with a delivery time for the next day so I called the store and now it shows on back order and will be 8 days before they get it in and they are not sure when it will deliver. The delivery fee has not been refunded and my daughter hasn't had a bed in 3 days. The store states there in nothing they can do but wait. I asked them to just pick everything up and refund my money and they state they will see what they can do but it will be 24 to 48 hours before they know anything and they dont think they anything will be done. Dont purchase from this store all you will get is a very bad delivery process. Although the product is great the delivery and inventory system is badly broken.

Will not be ordering from Ashley Homestore again!!! When I walked in I wasn't acknowledged at all and finally about 15 mins of walking around a lady asked if she could help me... I placed an order and it was an direct order shipping by UPS ok fine.... That was 3 weeks ago and I yet still haven't received my order. I've called several times and no one knows nothing!!! A lady called yesterday and said it would be 2-6 weeks 😲. Why wasn't I informed of that in the beginning. I haven't received any kind of confirmation,tracking Nothing!!!! Never again!!!!

I was not informed at the time of purchase by AJ or Ashley R that part of my sectional was back ordered until March 5th. After waiting a month for delivery (I knew it would take that long) I was informed on Feb 26th, the day before delivery, that part of it was not instock. And the lady on the phone said she was sorry but I should have been informed at the time of purchase. I told them I would not be available for redelivery until a certain time this week on the 6th and if they couldn't accomodate that to just wait until the 13th. I mean they have already inconvenienced me. Might as well take a little longer, right? I received a call and text today that the delivery is scheduled for in between the times I already said I wouldn't be available tomorrow. And when I asked to reschedule she says she can't do it until they take me off of tomorrows delivery so I will get a call in 24-48hrs to schedule a new time. They are lucky I don't just cancel the whole order out completely. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I mean the item didn't suddenly become out of stock when it was ordered in JANUARY! The items were out of stock at time of purchase and I should have been inform so and this wouldn't have been an issue but, I have literally scheduled my time around the delivery of this sectional and am about to have to do that yet AGAIN. -Very Unhappy Customer

Always good people. Well until the get one to buy, 😄. We have used Ashley for years and at 50ish we still use Ashley's for our home furniture. Ok prices , what we really like is they stand behind what they sale. We worked with Sweet William this trip to Ashley's. He was an awesome person and salesman. No real complaints. They can be a bit pricey on some things. So know what you want to spend before walking in. The. - I want this and that bug- will get you in trouble lol.

Bill was super nice to work with. Although we didn't understand some of their ways of thinking. ( A twin bed was the same as a queen bed) and they don't have furniture there to pick up even if you have a truck they charge a delivery fee. But we got it all worked out and now just waiting for our delivery this week.

Service was awesome. We walked in and a gentleman was there to greet us. He asked what we wanted to look at. Then instead of showing us everything or what he thought was "best" he showed us exactly what we asked for and only that. He then worked on the pricing for us and was able to get it to a price we could handle. It was a great experience. I'm sure I'll be going back in the future.
My fiancé ordered furniture (couch, bed, side tables, dresser) and they said they would deliver it to his apartment (Jackson, MS) from the warehouse in Memphis. It was said to be delivered on the 19th of January (already a month after being ordered) and he already had to sleep on an air mattress for a few weeks. He called a few days before to confirm the order and they did. Then the day before he called to confirm the order again, and they didn’t have it. After everything was said and done, they said it would be delivered the next Tuesday because they only deliver on Tuesday (so I’m wondering why they even scheduled it for a Saturday to begin with?). Then the day before, he called to confirm again and they didn’t have it again. Eventually they said that they don’t even deliver in Jackson. So that was two extra weeks he had sleep on an air mattress for no reason. When he first went, they gave him a mattress topper for free, and are now making him pay for it regardless of their terrible service. Will not be shopping from here ever again.
I was very impressed with Kati’s willingness to help us find the right furniture piece for my living room. She was patient and knowledgeable about all the furniture we looked at. Will definitely not shop there for anything. Way too high. Took 3hrs just to get a furniture quote, and it was just written on a note pad. Very professional..not. Also, purchased 1 pillow and it took 30 minutes just to pay for it and sign a bunch of paperwork. I went to another local furniture store and got everything I wanted plus two free $100 rugs. It was still $4000 less than Ashley quoted me.

READ CONTRACT!!! 10% cancellation fee and no returns allowed once the furniture is in your possession. I really wanted to buy local but the person or persons who own the Jonesboro store really aren’t interested in customer satisfaction. So I will not RETURN to their store to spend my money.

It is clear that Ashley’s in jonesboro and everyone there only care about the check they bring home; no empathy or compassion shown to guests ESPECIALLY if it is an issue they cannot easily resolve. What about “above and beyond”??? Brad Swink is a terrible owner and should be replaced IMMEDIATELY. He insulted my mother outside of the store when all she wanted to do was resolve an issue that just continues to build. My mother ordered a kitchen table and SIX chairs back in June. They still have not received the chairs from this company. EVERY month when it is time for them to be delivered they say “oh it will be next month” here it is thanksgiving week and my mother has nowhere to host a family dinner due to a table with NO chairs. I’m beyond sick with how Brad decided to handle the issue with my mother saying he “spent hours on this case” and he’s “through dealing” with her. I cannot make this up. He told her to get off his property before he “called the police”? Ashley’s, is this really how you want to conduct business? This man clearly only does the bare minimum that is required for his position. Never shop at this place. There are other places that carry Ashley’s furniture if you like their brand OR, if I were you, I’d go to a different store and buy a different brand entirely. Terrible, terrible place.
One of the worst shopping experiences in recent memory. Complete clown show, no regard for the customer or expectations. If you have an opportunity to go somewhere else (and you totally do) then do it. Nothing has fundamentally changed, and these recent reviews are store employees or fake accounts. Don't waste your money or time with these people.

We were greeted with happy faces and our visit was nothing short of amazing service. Everyone we spoke with was kind and attentive to what we were looking for in a sectional. My wife and I were not looking to buy anything soon but we were presented with excellent deals that we could not pass up! So we bought our dream sectional and ottoman on a whim. We will definitely go back for more furniture in the future.
Don't know how they are getting 4+ stars at this point. Well 8000.00 dollars 6 months and still waiting. What furniture that was delivered, I had to send back 3 pieces because they looked like they were thrown off the back dock... They once had my 5 stars. I have bought furniture from at least 5 different stores at least 20+ grand over the years. They have really dropped the ball. I just wish I could ask questions on others posts to find out how they got there furniture.

Expensive furniture that broke two weeks later. Paid thousands for bedroom set , the bed broke less than three weeks later. Went to the store , told to call the customer care number. Didn’t even show any kind of sympathy , didn’t try to be helpful at all. Terrible customer service at this store. I will go to Memphis to buy funniture I’m the future, never here again.
Absolutely hate this place. Never again will I order anything from them! My best friend had a problem with them and told me not to order with them and I should’ve listened! Ordered a upholstered bed frame in early September it arrived mid October. I paid an extra $70 to get it delivered and they told me it’ll get picked Back up on the truck and taken back to Memphis then it will arrive a week later. That was fine with me. Then I received a call the day of saying it was NEVER picked up. I went up there to get my total refund back of $270 on October 18th! The lady said my $70 for the shipping will be back on my card in 3-5 days and the rest will come in a check in the mail in 10-15 days. Well it is now November 5th and I still haven’t got my $70 back!! Also i paid the $200 in CASH! And no one will return my calls. The two ladies who are always at the front needs to be fired. Worst customer service ever! DON’T even waste your time and money with this horrible place!

Ashley Fine furniture has been giving us the run around on our bar stools for our dining room set since July 26th, promise date of August 26, then september 26, then october 26th. Just received email that they will have to reschedule again. Same old line that it is not out of the manufacturer. Yet they have the set on display and apparently are still having the item in store, tell me i cannot have the display chairs even , nor return the table which they've delivered in July. Why do they still have this item as a display if they don't have the chairs? And why do they have the table available, but no chairs for the past 3 months to complete my set.I am beyond frustrated as i have already postponed a family dinner waiting on these chairs to the table. This is ridiculous and get this they have sent me a bill and are expecting me to honor my end by sending in my payments on time while they continue to delay the manufacturing and/or delivery of my chairs. REALLY?!?! Brad Swink why won't you take my call or answer the phone even or call me back!!! I hav called several times today 10/24/2018 and no one has answered the phone. Are you lines down?! Keep getting a recording '' the person you are trying to reach cannot answer the phone now, try your call again'' It is a business line!! SHADY!!

The entertainment center I wanted was no longer on the floor but he went off my screenshot from online store, got it ordered and scheduled for delivery all within 20 minutes. Complete turnaround from our experience in 2015 with this store! I am so happy we gave them a 2nd chance!!!!

Was a good experience after we were waited on. Gentleman named Chad finally helped us and we bought furniture from him. There was another person (salesman) that walked by us several times but he never bothered to ask if we needed help or was someone helping us, but as soon as 2 ladies walked thru the door he was right there assisting them. If they were all like this fellow we would probably have not purchased anything and probably left. But we would highly recommend Chad very helpful and went out of his way to assist us.

My husband and I were searching for the chime hybrid mattress we called the Ashley home store in Joneaboro and were told they had several in stock we srove about 60 miles one way only yo be told that they did not have any and the salesperson tried to sell us another one for $500 more! They are liars at this store. We will never buy anything from there and will tell everyone how we were treated they didn't even care that we made a special trip for something they assured us they had terrible customer service here and bad business as well. Ashley fine furniture is out to just make money, they are liars they tell you one thing just so you will buy there furniture. My daughter and her husband bought a sectional on July 28 and have yet to receive it. They said they had it all but one peice when she was ordering it and now they dont have any. August 10 August 22 September ? September 22 All dates on when it would come in. Hummm they all ready have the money on this furniture. They should have told the truth and said they couldnt get it.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I was suppose to receive a call the day before my couch was delivered to see when’s the best time to come. Instead I got a call saying it was on backorder and won’t be available for a whole month. So I’ve called numerous times asking to speak to Brad “store manager” , but he’s NEVER , NOT ONCE returned my call. Finally decided to go up to the store and he said he would submit my refund and it should process and to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. Well that never happened so I have to call again and spoke to Nicole and she actually processed my refund except it wasn’t the FULL refund. At this point, I am very upset at how this situation is being handled. So I come up to the store, yet again, Brad “the store manager” says he will have to talk to corporate and get back with me. This is very unprofessional and very unacceptable. I don’t understand why I can’t just get all of my money back when I never got my couch, nor have the audacity to charge me a cancellation fee, if there’s nothing to restock.
First, I would like to suggest that anyone who is looking for furniture not go to this Ashley's Homestore. Yes, they had great customer service at the time inside the store to make a sale, but once you leave there, they wipe clean of their hands. We ordered a couch from there well over a month and a half ago, they ensured us that we will have our couch here on a specific date we chose. Two days before the ship date we received a call that they couch is on back order and we will not receive it for another 2-4 weeks. To my understanding, they have already charged my card. I called up there to confirm that the ship date is no longer what we agreed on, and when I did so, they told me the person in charge, Brad (store manager), is in a meeting and will give us a call back. 4 Hours later still no call, I called back once again, they said he is still in a meeting and will give us a call back. By this time the store is now closed. I called back the following day and again the exact same thing has happened. But this time I spoke with a person named AJ, very professional on the phone and said he would take care of everything and have a shipment date for me and have it expedited and have Brad call me back that evening. Again, no call or confirmation from Brad. So I made a friendly visit to the store to speak with him. He approached us after being paged, and I told him what was going on and his statement back was I thought AJ took care of it. Nonetheless, we just wanted a refund at that time. He stated he apologized for the miscommunication and will get right on it. Took down on credit card information and stated that he will get right on it to give us a Full refund. He told us that our money should show back up on our card in 3-5 business days. What was fishy is that he told us all the computers are taken up at this time and he will process it as soon as one becomes available. I was going to wait around, but he insisted that I go home and he will take care of it on his end and give us a call. But to my surprise, trusting who seems like a decent man, I never once received a call. So I decided to wait a week and give him the benefit of the doubt. A week after that incident, no transaction back on my card. Livid at this time, I called up to the store and spoke with a salesperson named Nicole. I told her the situation. She apologized and told me she was going to look into it and see if it was submitted to the accounting department. She called back thankfully and SURPRISE SURPRISE nothing was ever submitted. She was very pleasant and nice and stated that she will take care of it on her end, she even called back the next day and told her it has been processed. Today we looked on our card and they did not give us a full refund. Now tell me how we didn't get a full refund due to a restocking fee when there is nothing to restock because it was on back order? We went up there and spoke with Brad and he was not pleasant at all and stated that it is going to be a long process and multiple emails sent to get the entire refund. I cannot stand the amount of unprofessionalism that this man has. Needless to say I will never be going back to this store! And I suggest that anyone who needs furniture not either. I am not the first to have complaints on not receiving their furniture and or a full refund.

It had been 5 months since greeted by Ashley our salesperson, and she remembered me. I’m recently moving into this area, This State from Alabama. She greeted me right away and since she was busy Mr Jim, her coworker and might I add a very sweet man came and wrote up my sale for Ashley. Very professional service and am anxiously awaiting my new furniture. As I have a history in furniture and appliances management I could not have been more pleased.
So two months ago my roommate and I bought our apartment furniture at Ashley’s. We were told that our furniture would come in the day we moved in. We got a phone call before our move in date saying that our furniture will arrive at the end of the week. After a week of sleeping on the floor, we received a call today stating that our furniture would not arrive this week but the end of next week. We called the Ashley HomeStore Warehouse to have them at least ship our mattresses so we wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor for another week. They unsympathetically told us no and wouldn’t even give us a refund on the mattresses. They said that the shipping truck for this week is over booked, even though we bought our furniture super early. Do not buy from this furniture store, especially if you need the furniture in a timely manner.

Well I was greated ok but the future is priced way to high in the$$ amounts everyone seems to be nice an helpful but the $$ don't really add up rt .the furniture is mostly very nice and pretty ,but way to much to pay for a chair for a desk an not to get the right to the sale items on the guarantee that I had bought furniture from before just fall don't add up right we should have had the opportunity tget the sale price for being a good customer and never and paid off why many months before it was due to be paid for and and instead you don't get the custard you don't get the sell price items that's not right an now they took my $$$ of $88.58&I ended up not getting anything for my warranty or my money back they actually took the extra $88.58 & didn't get Anything at all an it is my an my husband 45th anniversary today but you thank they care NO I didn't get Anything not even a call back
So as I type, my husband is calling AGAIN BECAUSE ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS since we paid cash for furniture that was to be delivered in 3 weeks!! The people at Ashley keep giving us new dates! Some say, "we show nothing, we don't know what's going on!" A salesperson at the Jonesboro AR location actually laughed when my husband was telling her how desperate we are to receive the purchases we had made!! We have always liked their products but we will never do business with them again!!! And will definitely discourage anyone else!! Hopefully we will eventually receive our table and chairs!!!
We have been dealing with AJ and Brad for over well over a month now on a piece we purchased. We have not been able to get the mess straightened out. We were told 0% interest and have been charged 39%. We have several text from AJ saying 0% yet nothing has been done to correct the issue so we have not yet taken possession of the piece of furniture. We are extremely irritated at this point. Called today and of course Brad couldn’t come to the phone and the woman I spoke with was extremely rude. I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review on any business but this is absolutely ridiculous at this point.
My husband and I ordered a pair of recliners from our local store on 5/13/18 and was told they would be in on or around 5/31/18. That weekend came and went, I called and was told it would be 6/15/18 before they MIGHT come in. My husband called a few days ago to verify delivery dates and was now told it could be even longer. We are VERY disappointed and will not shop or recommend our Jonesboro, AR location to anyone we know. Horrible way to do business.

Beautiful selection of furniture for all budgets. I enjoyed my time here. However, if you want your furniture when you leave please check ahead of time to ensure they have it in store or go ahead and order it because if not it will take at least 2 weeks to for you to get it if they have to order it when you get to the store, which is something I didn't know. I thought they would have the items I wanted available.
Salesman said 2-3 weeks...only got 2/3 of what I ordered..couch took well over a month...paid cash for 3 barstools that were going to take 7 weeks..cancelled the order. .still waiting 2 weeks later to get my money back...Will never use them again
this is the worst place to ever go! we ordered the furniture, it was supposed to delivered in three day. Three days turned into months. So we canceled our order, after being told it would be another three weeks. They was going to get our money back to us, its been four months now and nothing. I have went to the store talk to brad the manager in person and called on the phone, still I can never get any help or even a return phone call.

The "instore experience" is just fine. They do have a large selection to choose from for your entire house. It is after the sale that is beyond ridiculous! I went shopping and picked out my furniture and thought that when I closed on my house about 3 or 4 weeks later that a truck would pull up with all my furniture.....WRONG! I am still waiting on furniture I ordered in January! This is the end of April! I have had a piece or two or three straggle in every now and then...even pieces of a piece sometimes! There were parts to my son's bed leaned against his wall for a couple weeks because they had the wrong hardware to put it together. I had a table with no chairs for a few weeks! I've been told stuff would be here and it wasn't. I've had a delivery canceled on the day it should have been here! I bought a house full of furniture from the Jonesboro store. Since the sale, they could care less about giving me decent service! The customer service number is the biggest joke! The only thing they can say is "It is on back order". Try calling a corporate number and they direct you to the customer service! No one seems to know what is going on at all! And it seems no one cares to take responsibility and take care of the customer!

To start off, I’m highly disappointed that this company thinks it is appropriate to do business in such a poor manner. We purchased furniture early in February. I do not know the exact date because we weren’t even given a receipt of any sort. We told the saleswoman (Ashley) that we were closing on a house in March and wanted the furniture delivered on the day of closing. We agreed upon March 15th. I am beyond disappointed that she over charged us for our purchase in store, when I could have gone online and bought the exact same items $400 cheaper. I financed the items for 12 months but here we are at March 14th and I still have yet to receive a card or bill in the mail. I have contacted the store and have requested to speak with the woman who ripped us off and get the same response every time “she is with another customer, she’ll call you back.” Well instead of being professional, she does not call back she TEXTS me instead. Yesterday, my boyfriend called to see the status of our order. He actually spoke to her to confirm the delivery and she told him she would check on it and call him back. She texts him and said “earliest delivery available in March 27th.” Uh here we are closing on our home TODAY with no bedroom furniture, even though, we ordered it FIVE weeks in advance. Unacceptable. We then texted her back and basically told her we were taking our business elsewhere, to cancel the order and wanted her to send us a cancellation confirmation email with a remaining $0.00 balance (because they tried to tell us we’d have to pay a 10% cancel fee, even though the website says different) and to also attach the account number so I could call the credit company to cut off the card. She READ the text (her iPhone read receipts are on) and never responded. I will NEVER walk into another Ashley Furniture store. We drove from Jonesboro to Southaven, MS yesterday afternoon to purchase from Royal Furniture. Our pickup is today at 1pm.
We purchased furniture on February 2, 2018. Today is March 12, 2018 and we still have not received our furniture. Unacceptable!!!!! Who does business this way? A very competitive market. Will not be doing business again with Ashley Furniture. Customers should not have to WAIT over a month for any items they’ve purchased. Take notes from Amazon and other thriving companies who value the opinion of the customers. Simply ridiculous business.

Well this is my second purchase, systems been down for a week, then found out what I ordered was discontinued, which AJ found a different bed that would work. So now I'm waiting on a delivery date. AJ is a good salemen and very courteous and I will go back .

I understand mistakes happen and Im hopeful the management team did all they could do to help. I received $800 store credit from a warranty reimbursement. I selected a recliner, and the purchase process went through 3 different sales members. I had enough credit to pay in full for the recliner as well as the delivery fee. My delivery date was scheduled and today I received a phone call saying before they could deliver my recliner I owed them $150. The delivery fee and sales tax were not supposed to be included in my purchase....I was supposed to pay for that separately as the warranty credit does not apply to delivery or tax. They were kind enough to waive the delivery fee however I still had to pay for the sales tax. A mistake on Ashley's part yet Im responsible. Management told me it was corporate policy and out of their hands. When a transaction is made, it should be a done deal. Needless to say this will be our last time to buy from Ashley's Furniture.

Good but they charge for delivery
My family and I are not impressed with this store at all. We went in to browse furniture for a house we are in the process of buying. When we walked in, we told them that we were just browsing. She came back around to us a few minutes later and asked if we had found anything. My wife said yes, and she explained that we wanted to buy, just not until our house closes. It would be a week or two before we could. She then said that since we are not wanting to buy, she needed to let her boss know and that he may come talk to us and to just explain why we aren’t wanting to purchase today. To me, this is very wrong. We will not be back. This is not customer service.

The initial store buying experience was not bad at all; however, getting the furniture in a timely matter has been a cluster. They told me a date and now they are telling me two weeks after the date it was supposed to be delivered. I received a call saying it was finally in and available for pick up but it was in Memphis not Jonesboro and I will have to wait another week for them to get it shipped to the Jonesboro branch. I have already waited over a month for my furniture.
The salespeople and management will do anything to make a sale, then after the sale they act like it’s not their problem anymore. The manager was very rude to me and to my wife and lied to us and gave us the run around. After being an Ashley Home Store customer for many years, I will now do my business elsewhere.

2015 bought new leather furniture and in 2017 both of them started peeling. We take care of are furniture so there's no need of this when they told me it would last for years. They replaced one but not the other because my son had tore Serial Number off under where it reclines. I have all my original paper work and store manger Brad said he would take care of it. 3 months later they said they took it to top and there's nothing they could do. So if you want quality furniture that doesn't fall apart don't do business with Ashley. Also if you like to deal with people who take care of there customer don't do business with them. Also there extended warranty is a joke. The only way they told me they pay is if you burn holes in your couch with cigs or cut it with a knife. So please save your self a headache of dealing with them. Wish you could go less than a star.
I will never buy Ashley furniture,The sales people are great to deal with but the company sucks,I bought a living room suit top of the line,with a extended warranty.Today I spent most of the day trying to get them to just sell or fixed a light colored spot on my love seat which is top grade leather.To say the least when it was all said and done .They did nothing to help told me they no longer make that color...Chestnut color.So what happened to they will replace it with my warranty How can they if its no longer available....Your better off at wal-mart.
We bought a sectional from Ashley Furniture in Jonesboro. The sales associate was very helpful and patient as we shopped. The delivery was made as scheduled. Very pleasant experience and we recommend shopping there before you make a purchase.
Don't even deserve 1 star! My mother has had the run around from day one! She purchased a love seat 2 weeks ago ,went to get it last week at the Jonesboro store only to find it wasn't there! So for her trouble they said they would deliver it yesterday and waive the delivery cost! She waited all day and it was not delivered!! She went to the store this morning to see if she could get answers. No luck..... Brad ( the store manager ) was on the phone with the warehouse in Memphis about it. She left and came back an hour later only to find it was there at the store!! So now for it to be delivered it would have to go back to the Memphis store because the Jonesboro store doesn't deliver!!!!! So here she is back to square one and the only compensation they offered her was 20 dollars!! What a joke!! I'm sure she will never buy from there again and would never tell anyone else to!! ASHLEY STORE ...... you should be ashamed!!!
Love my furniture! They were very helpful through the order process. We did it all over the phone and it went very smoothly. On time for delivery. Only reason I didn't give them a five star was that when they were bringing the furniture in for delivery they accidentally hit the outside faucet and brought water in with furniture cart. It ended up getting tracked all through my house and they didn't really put much effort into helping me clean it up so it wouldn't get tracked on my carpet. Other than that it was all great!

My furniture was delivered damaged with missing pieces. The delivery guys were rushing and did an awful job. Owner Brad was so rude.

Bad experience in every way possible. I am told it will take over a month to replace my damaged furniture. They take forever to call back when you call corporate and ask what the next step will be. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY AGAIN ! EXPENSIVE, SLOW, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, NOT HELPFUL! I messaged them on Facebook and was ignored.
Just got my Termpurpedic bed last night, best sleep I've had in a long time. Sales staff wasn't pushy, gave us time to make a sound decision on buying. We will be back to furnish the rest of our home.
1st time in the store. My husband and I was very impressed with the sales consultant and the layout of the store. We saw in the newspaper ad that they have a sales on recliners ( buy one get one free). Our sale consultant was Billy F. Clemons. We bought more than just recliners . Mr. Billy got us a great deal and great financing. Thank you Mr. BILLY F. Clemons we will be back!! My husband and I are in search of the "perfect" chairs for evening relaxation. Although we did not make a purchase today we were very happy with Ashley's customer service. The salesperson, Shay Hilson, took the time to walk us through the store and educate us on different styles & materials. She was eager to assist us in finding what we were looking for yet not overly pushy to get us to just hurry and buy something. We will return and we will be asking for Shay. Thank you Shay for your patience with us.
We've bought quite a bit of furniture from Ashley through the years and have been satisfied with most transactions. I visited the Jonesboro location Saturday to purchase a king mattress set. After a very helpful salesman, Greg, helped us locate the right kind of mattress, we were fortunate to find a wonderful sale on the set that fit our needs the most. In bright yellow paper, it was advertised that this exact set was on sale and available in queen and king. After going through this entire process of finding exactly what we want/needed, and two hours later, we get to the register for him to input our order, only to be told it was unavailable in the warehouse, therefore I couldn't purchase the set. I was encouraged to go back and look again, and of course the only other comparable set was significantly more expensive. I was very disappointed that Ashley didn't honor the advertised product at the price, so I left without a mattress set. I am still searching, unsure if I will return, which is unfortunate because I have other pieces I need to purchase. I would have loved to have taken advantage of the buy 1, get one 1/2 off sale, but my discouragement led me right out of the door this time.
My wife and I had a great experience!! Our salesman, Greg, was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us find exactly what we were looking for, as well as guided us through the financing process. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality furniture at a good price with great service!!

This is the worst experience I've ever had buying furniture. The salesman lied to me about the deliver date-so he could make the sale. They delivered the wrong pieces of furniture and intentionally left them knowing they did not mechanically fit together. A very bad experience that still has not been resolved.
Shay was very kind and helpful and got to know us pretty well. She made us feel welcome and by the time we left, we felt like we had a new friend. The store was laid out great and was very nice and clean.
The person who sold me the furnitire was excellent but it took several months to receive furniture. They kept pushing the date further and further back on when I would receive it. Then when I finally received it. It was a part missing out of it. They said they will mail me the adapter. Well a month later no adapter and noone knows anything. Its need almost 4 months and still have not recieved my last piece.
I was very pleased with my first experience shopping at Ashley HomeStore in Jonesboro, AR. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and happy to see me in their store. I have to give a special shout-out to my awesome salesman Billy Clemons. He was so helpful and courteous. He explained all in great detail and was a phone call away for my follow-up questions and concerns. I never felt pressured during the entire event. I can hardly wait to actually see and feel my new furniture.
Had a pleasant experience purchasing a new leather recliner. Only hiccup was the delivery time was longer than expected. Oh well..... not the end of the world;)

It was a good experience. I just moved to the area and needed a simple, cheap mattress until I was settled. They were able to get me a good cheap mattress with no hassles and had it delivered within a week. I would recommend this place others.
