Sales staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Demo models were available for what we were looking for. Unfortunately the item we want isn't in stock and will be close to 4 weeks delivery.

I walked around In the store for 30 minutes and was not acknowledged until I was walking out. They were busy but could have said that they would be with me soon or welcome to the store. I had every intent to buy furniture today.

I have had such a horrible experience. I would not recommend this store. I received 2 damaged tables in a row. It has been difficult to schedule all the deliveries and pick ups and very difficult to get in touch with my salesperson for any help. After receiving 2 broken tables I was scheduled for a third and didn’t find out until inside the confirmed delivery window (I had to message and ask if I was still receiving my order) that the 3rd table would not come in that day and would not be in stock until 9 days later. This has been so frustrating and I just want a refund, but still have not received one. UPDATE: the number on the reply to the comment doesn’t work. And just a warning, if you have any issues, good luck getting a refund. They will take advantage of you.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our recliners from Ashley Furniture. Bryan Gill was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient while helping us find the perfect recliners. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated his excellent customer service and would highly recommend asking for Bryan if you’re shopping at Ashley Furniture.

The gentleman that helped us actually helped us. He didn’t pressure us. He asked us what we wanted then lead us straight to it. He was amazing and very helpful. Bryan Gill was his name.

Best Salesman in all the years purchasing furniture. I purchased furniture at Ashley furniture in the past 11 years ago. It’s very good furniture in the associate that worked with us. She was good too, but not as good as Bryan.

The experience was very good. Answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained purchase options and how the whole sales and delivery process would work. Delivery of two of the three pieces occurred today. Delivery people were very professional and made a hard job, due to a porch rail and a narrow door, look really easy. Will have a customer relationship with the company in the future.

I went in for a new bedroom set before I knew it.The salesman had opened three credit cards.In my name with high interest, I paid every bit of it off in 2020 now.Five years later, they've put it on my credit that I never paid a penny on it.Although I have paid it completely off in full

I purchased a loveseat and a chair to match. It was a huge mistake. It was so comfortable in the store. But when it was delivered, the problems began. The loveseat had a bad tear in it that was missed until after the delivery men left. Also, one of the recliners has a glitch in it making us unable to use it. Lastly, the furniture is so hard and uncomfortable that I have to sit on a cushion so that I don't hurt. I hate this furniture. I spent way too much money on it but that's on me. But the worst part is customer service. I tried for weeks to get a resolution. I called the salesman who sold it to me but he ignored me completely. I also called the store manager who said he would look into it. In the end, I'm stuck with overly priced, faulty furniture. I am still mad but have given up. Please be so careful if you venture into this store looking for furniture. Look elsewhere before you buy anything here.

I was not happy at all after ordering 15000.00 in furniture and they called to schedule an appt for several weeks out for part of it and told me the other part wouldn't be delivered until March 2026... crazy and I looked online the same piece could be gotten and its the same number made by Ashley in 3 weeks... they should not have furniture on the show room floor thats unavailable for delivery until the next year. Needless to say I canceled my order. They also called after scheduling delivery on part 2 days later saying it would not be available until 3 weeks after that and it wasn't scheduled.. someone needs to get their stuff straight!

Horrible experience with Ashley Furniture in Jonesboro. After waiting over a month for delivery of a loveseat with power recliners, and being texted on August 19th a delivery date of August 21, I only found out they had changed that delivery date when I finally reached the corporate office because a delivery window had not been given the day before. Ashley in Jonesboro could not give me any answers. The new date was August 27. I was texted a three-hour delivery window on the 25th, between 11:15 and 2:15 on the 27th. Made arrangements to be at my parents’ memory care facility where it was being delivered, which is an hour from my home. I received a call around 4:00 on the 26th that the loveseat had been damaged and they would have to reorder it, which would be another three weeks. I was not offered a substitution or any alternative. This loveseat is for my 90-year-old parents. My mom has a broken arm and needed the power reclining option. How does a loveseat get that badly damaged and no one notices until the day before delivery? Extremely disappointed.

Brain McBroom is amazing! I went in needing something asap and didn't realize that their Jonesboro warehouse closed years ago. The wife and myself was looking forward to getting a new living room set and had waited a few weeks for the Memorial Day special. We showed up shortly after the store opened. We were greeted shortly after we entered the store and explained what we were looking for, colors, and size. The salesman told us to walk around and look at what they had and how to read the signs for sizes and colors. I walked around the store with my wife for about 30 minutes before he came back to see what we liked. We told him we were not really seeing anything that met our needs and he somewhat laughed and said “ I don’t know what to tell you other than maybe go to their website”. Needless to say they had someone looking to spend around 5k that day but if I have to help myself I will buy elsewhere or online with another company. We have done business with Ashley for years but it ended today. Do not recommend drive to MS instead!

Was charged for a protection plan that was never discussed with the salesman. Took it upon himself to add it, seemed very shady of him to do so without openly discussing it with the customer first.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the handling of my recent purchase from your Jonesboro, AR location. On April 15, 2025, I received delivery of a dining table (Order #009G111403). During delivery, your team dropped a piece of the table, breaking it. I asked the delivery team to take the table back with them as it was broken and was told they couldn't because “the ticket had already been closed,” yet assured that your Recovery Team would reach out to arrange a replacement. Since then—over the past two days—I have spent six separate calls and several hours on hold with your general customer‑support line. Each representative has promised that someone “would be in contact within a few hours,” but no one ever has. To date, I have received no follow‑up, no pickup of the broken piece, and no replacement table. This lack of ownership and responsiveness is unacceptable. I purchased this table in good faith and arranged my entire dining room refresh around your advertised delivery window. Because of your failure to remedy the situation, I have been left without a dining table, endured wasted time on fruitless phone calls, and remain uncertain when—or if—Ashley Furniture will fulfill its basic obligation. I have always respected Ashley Furniture as a reputable brand, and I hope you will restore my confidence by resolving this issue promptly and professionally. Thank you in advance for your immediate attention.

We have recently purchased a bedroom suit and living room furniture for our house remodel. From the moment we stepped into the store til we made our final selections, Chad, store manager, made us feel welcome, and he was eager to assist and answer questions we had. He was professional, courteous, and personable to us. We love the high-end quality of furniture we chose.

I've actually been going into the Ashley store at Jonesboro now for over a month and the salesperson who remembered me and was always quite helpful with my desires and trying to pick what I wanted. Very good experience.

The showroom team is great. The delivery team is extremely lacking. I ordered a sectional and a table. The table arrived un- assembled. I thought I paid for assembly but that was not on the order. I was not charged for assembly. The burn comes here: table arrived without parts package and assembly instructions. The delivery crew said they would bring the hardware the next day. That did not happen. Called Ashley service. I was told I could not return the table. It’s been 15 days since delivery and no hardware or instructions. Was told parts were shipped 10 days ago via USPS. Really, USPS. If you choose to get furniture from Ashley make sure everything is there before you accept the delivery. If one item is messed up do not accept. Have the team take back all of the items. Maybe that hassle will teach them to come correct.

Wonderful interaction with everyone I worked with at the Jonesboro store! They went above and beyond to help me get the item I was looking for.

Even though we didn’t buy any furniture from this store I wanted to give my experience. From the moment we walked in I was met by Salesman Chad and he was fabulous. He was very transparent and super chill. He’s exactly what a salesperson should entail.

Made a purchase and it took forever to get. The second half of our order was never received. They kept giving us a number to text but it was a dead end eveytime.Called Memphis and was told to come there. Had order two days later! Don't bother with the Jonesboro store just go to Memphis the people there are helpful unlike that wanna be tough guy in Jonesboro 😂

Worse experience on the delivery! We bought furniture for the whole house and technician said we don’t know house to put sunbad together! We went to the store two three times but no one help us! Finally my husband has to put it to gather. And they charge us for delivery

Mr. Roger’s was helpful. He made the experience very pleasant. He was not forceful but let me look without him breathing down my back yet checked in on me to see if help was needed. Very easy to talk to.

This store is very nice. Tomomi was super helpful and nice. Was very pleased with the service we received from him. The warehouse and delivery on the other hand not so much. They had the furniture in the warehouse but still told us when they called to schedule delivery that it was on backorder and would a month before we got it. This is the second time Ashley has done this to us. The first time they said by Thanksgiving and we finally got it the week before Easter.

Went in here today (Black Friday) and couldn’t get one person to help us. Never had this experience at any other Ashley store (I’m from a big metropolitan city and have spent thousands of dollars at ashley - visiting my parents in Arkansas and we were ready to purchase). A taller, older gentleman looked at us multiple times and never offered to assist - he was clearly not busy with anyone at that time. Another agent told me that he was new and not sure about certain products. Made no effort whatsoever! On top of this, when I did ask an agent or two a question, they obliged with an answer and then stated they were busy with other customers. “It’s such a busy day.” So basically many customers that came after us had dedicated shoppers while we failed to get any help. It’s a great way to lose business! Also not sure if race had a factor to play in this, but it sure felt like it! Really offensive. And I will not be giving them anymore of my business for sure.

When we went to Ashley’s, we were greeted by Brian. He was an excellent man for the job. He created a great atmosphere for us as we went back and forth trying to choice the right mattress for us. He made sure to provide information on the different types, how it would affect our physical/mental health, and what we would expect when we receive our mattress. He was very professional, very patient, and made sure we left with no questions and a smile on our faces.

I was in need of a lift chair at 7:30 pm Tuesday evening just before closing. For my Husband who had a hip replacement on Monday and a dislocation on Tuesday of the Same hip! The hip dislocated because of the chair we were using at home and I needed the lift chair to take him home in a few hrs. Everyone was so helpful and Sympathetic of my situation. They had me in and out and back to the hospital for my Husband's next procedure. He's home now and feels much safer getting up and down. Thank you so much Ashley home furniture!

I would highly discourage buying from Ashley furniture. We purchased a sectional recently and were told they had it in stock and ready for pickup at their Memphis distribution center. After driving 2 1/2 hours to Memphis, we were told once we got there that the store did not correctly fill out the paperwork therefore we could not take the couch with us, but that someone would be in the office on Monday who could take care of it and we could come back then. Ashley DOES NOT allow for delivery to the store locally in Jonesboro. It has to be either shipped to your home or you have to pick up in Memphis and it is a hit or miss whether or not you will be able to get your furniture once you arrive in Memphis. I canceled my order and now I am still waiting for a refund. This is DAY three because apparently Ashley is behind on those requests. They obviously do not prioritize customer service or they would not make it so difficult for the customer to purchase and obtain their furniture.

Sales staff was informative. A lil pushy when you first walk in. The guy that was helping me had to call someone else to help him. That's fine if you don't know much about the product. I didn't like that they want add all these add ons to it. Might not have been a lot of money to them, however it's a lot to me. Telling people if you dont buy a "protective plan" it voids the warranty of the product. That doesn't make sense. If that's the case, why have a warranty. I found something exactly like what I wanted somewhere else for less than half of what they were charging. I get that furniture stores are excessively overpriced, they were a lot higher on everything.

Jonesboro store-kind & helpful BUT sofa has broken seam & can’t get ahold of anyone! Sent pics to # provided within 48 hours of delivery. No response! Pics attached. I am planning to retire soon & wanted nice furniture to last the rest of my life but now this seam will rip completely down the sitting cushion to the ground. In the store I picked a piece of fuzz off the sofa. So when I saw the ripped thread I thought it was fuzz, but it wasn’t!! The seam had already come loose 3 stitches length. What a rip off! Spent $3,000 on living room furniture & the sofa has a broken seam in the worst place possible!! No one has contacted me! When I went in on March 7 to finalize my purchase, Chad was my salesman & he is amazing ! When I would tell him what the (dark-haired overweight) salesman and a manager (at desk w/ light colored, short hair) had said on March 5th, Chad said 3 different times “that’s not right or that’s not true). I truly wish Chad would have been my original salesman because I purchased several items and was going to purchase another and Chad told me that I needed to wait until my stuff was delivered and after a couple of days see if I still felt the same. I love my furniture but a company that will not stand behind its products is not to be trusted! I wish I had read all these reviews before I made my purchase. I wanted to be able to show off my new furniture but now I have to keep it hidden with a throw and then explain what happened and tell them how horrible Ashley customer service is and be careful who your salesman is because they will tell you different things. ONE MORE THING: I have read several post about dog hair being on the underside of cushions, well, I have a medium size dog, and they repeatedly asked me to bring him in the store, so that’s why you have dog hair on your furniture. I never would bring mine in, but the entire time I was thinking, how nasty! Think of all the other dogs who came in climbing, sitting, scratching etc. on this furniture ! pdtqueenbee@yahoo

Sales associates are usually pushy and put pressure on the customer to purchase something, even if it isn't what they need or want. That wasn't the case with Bryan. We told him what we wanted and he showed us what you had to offer and then let us alone to shop. He was there if we had questions. We enjoyed our shopping trip and I am sure we will enjoy our purchase. Bryan is an asset to your company.

Ashley furniture is junk. You purchase an extra warranty on your furniture then you are told that is expired. Ok. I bought my furniture a year ago and it was 5 year extended warranty. The math just doesn’t add up. I will never purchase any other product from Ashley this is poor quality material and the people are even worse. No help at all.

AJ ordered the wrong chair then try to blame someone else when he was at fault. It was a big ordeal and his smart and rude comments through text made me never want to go back to Ashley home store again. After I threatened to bring it back and get a refund he offered me the chair I originally wanted off the show floor. In my opinion AJ I told you what I wanted when I ordered the chair and you failed to get it correct. If you wasn't humming and singing the whole time you was making my order you might have gotten it right. Maybe one day you'll get better at your job but today you get 0 stars....

Decent inventory selection, good sales Rep., but then.... 1. Warehouse delivered defective sofa. 2. 3-week wait for repair, appointment then canceled/employee quit. 3. Another 3-week wait, second appt results in ordering part. 4. Part arrives, but *I* have to call again to get tech back to install it? 5. ANOTHER 3-week wait and a huge box in my way for the meantime.... Do NOT let your delivery driver leave your home until they make sure it's not defective! Seriously makes me question the quality of their product.
