Please do not buy couches from here. When I first received the couches they were damaged. Someone had to come pick up the broken couch to get it fixed within 2 weeks. 6 months later I believe the other couch broke too. Also be careful when you finance with them, it’s deferred interest. If you don’t pay off in that certain time frame the interest will be added to the loan and accrue more interest from there. The staples caused the scratch on the floor. Also when the delivery people dropped off my couches they were extremely rude. Surely, I did not pay for them to bring them inside my home and out it together but sales person told me they’d bring couches to my door step. I live in an apartment complex in the 3rd floor, they refused to bring it to my door. It’s a sectional couch very heavy. Horrible experience all around. 0 stars.

I recently posted a positive review, but had to take it down. We have had 5 attempted deliveries. All five have been damaged by a box cutter from the warehouse prior to delivery. This last couch was supposed to be delivered in a box, to avoid the box cutter wielding fiend whom they don't feel needs to be corrected or fired. Their $ 5500 list price loss of merchandise is not a problem for them? While they made a price adjustment, it won't take place until after they deliver an acceptable couch. Meanwhile, we wait 2 more weeks for a couch. All of the delivery drivers had been understanding UNTIL today, very rude and would not wait until the customer service team made any arrangements. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY or MATHIS FURNITURE, or be prepared for buyers remorse.

My husband and I especially appreciated Rome who greeted us at the door and was available when we needed him but never put any pressure on us. What an excellent 10-star experience I had today at the Roger’s Ashley store. Greeted by Jayden who was just amazing in helping me figure out furniture for my living. We had such a good time zooming around the store, and I could not be happier with the outcome. I started with a sofa I had seen at another Ashley store and built from that. Jayden and sales manager Ryan (kudos to Ryan for the support -great teamwork) helped me get 2 matching recliners for a great price and then Jayden found the perfect end and coffee tables and an entertainment center, plus 2 perfect lamps. I switched up sofas late in the game and Jayden made sure the other furniture I had selected went perfectly. Checking out and doing the paperwork with Destiny, who was so knowledgeable, efficient and friendly capped a super shopping experience. I could not be happier with the furniture I purchased and I know it will look great in my new home. Such a great team of hard working pros who clearly care about their customers and their happiness. I left the store walking out with Jayden, and just feeling so grateful for being able to work with this incredible team. Can’t wait to share photos with them after delivery. EVERYONE GO ASK FOR ROB! I’m an extremely sporadic and scatter brained shopper. I needed a new coffee table and entire new bedroom set. I had very specific needs and while the exact pieces I needed according to my specifications weren’t in store at the time, Rob went out of his way to hunt down exactly what I needed and got them ordered for me. Rob at Ashley in Rogers was beyond patient with me and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you have any needs with furniture and home goods I recommend walking straight in and asking for Rob. The location is very cleanly, organized, welcoming, transparent, and super low pressure. Thanks again Rob/Ashely, I’ll be back again!

Purchased a dining table set and 6 chairs 1.5 years ago. We also purchased an extended warranty for the furniture and were told by the salesperson that everything was covered under this warranty. After 1.5 years, two chairs have had the studs on the roller wheels break rendering the chairs unusable. After submitting a warranty claim with the extended warranty provider it was denied due to the warranty not covering structural defects. After further pursuing the Ashley furniture warranty we learned that it is only good for 1 year from date of purchase. After attempting to order replacement parts the Ashley furniture parts website stated we were not able to order parts due to the chairs being outside of warranty and to contact the local store. After contacting the local store we were told they would not be able to order parts for us due to the fact the chair was outside of warranty and there was nothing they would be able to do for us. I’ve never had an experience like this in my entire life. This would be like purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and them telling you they won’t change the oil in it after you buy it. I would highly recommend others consider other furniture retailers as Ashley has no interest in being of any assistance after the sale.

I want to share my experience with the Ashley Furniture store in Rogers Arkansas. This store is set up totally amazing the people in it are very happy to be their jobs and there are very outgoing at their knowledge of everything in the store thank you. I was blessed with a Salesman, Justin. I'm very handicapped and old he pushed me around the store in the wheelchair. he ran back and forth looking for what I was looking for. He is very dedicated to his job . To my ways of belief this young man went Way Beyond what anybody would do to help me and take care of me. Then I met with the owner, or the bosse of the store at my request. I told him I wouldn't leave until I had met with him. I personally told him that Justin had done an amazing job. How awesome that Justin had made me feel. I also thank him for the amazing store he had there. That the others in the store that I'd also meant they were warm friendly. The first one I met I told him I wanted to buy a chair. This young man was so gracious and so sweet. He said I could sell you this what you want but I would be jumping the gun. This is your salesman Justin he is ahead of me on the next sale position of sales. You see actually the salesman's take there turns as individuals come in the door . I don't know if it's done at other stores or not. I've never really known this to be true but it actually its. This man was gracious he would not jump the gun I told also the boss about this how amazing it was and i had been turned over to Justin. Justin was very pleasant and helpful the whole staff that is at Ashland store worked very hard with me took care of me it was amazing. So if anyone out there wants to buy furniture and they're looking for a special experience . Go to Ashley furinture in Roger. Visiting relatives here is what you can expect. Late delivery. Chair is damaged and does not work. You request to return and they are attempting to charge you a pickup and restocking fee. You must shop somewhere else.

I wanted to share my recent experience regarding a recent order. While the in-store experience was overall positive, the delivery process and post-sale customer service was very disappointing. The wrong order was delivered twice, which was frustrating. What made matters worse was the lack of support when we attempted to get the issue corrected. I had to initiate follow-ups myself, only to be told that someone would check with the sales team and get back to me—yet I received no timely updates. This lack of responsiveness and poor communication fell well below expectations and has left us feeling quite dissatisfied with your service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work toward improving your delivery accuracy and customer service follow-through. Update 1: Spoke with Maddie from customer service and was informed that our original bed frame was no longer available. (What happened was the bed frame that was sold to us is labeled and sold to us as a platform bed but in reality, it was a panel bed which requires a box spring.) We were given two options: either visit the store to exchange the bed for something of equal or greater value, or receive a box spring instead. However, when we went into the store and selected a different frame, we were told we’d have to pay the price difference—something that hadn’t been communicated to us previously. I told them they can review their calls with me. On top of that, we were later told the box spring would come at an extra cost. One of the more frustrating parts was that when calling customer service, they can write up notes however they want—and when we asked for the notes to be read back to us, they weren’t always accurate. I even mentioned they could review the call recordings, since all calls are supposedly recorded, to verify what was said. After several frustrating calls and a lot of back and forth, the issue was finally resolved, and we were told a box spring would be sent to us at no additional charge. I’ll be double-checking my billing statements to ensure that’s accurate. Big thanks to Emily at the front desk/billing—she was professional, calm, and truly helpful in working with management to resolve the issue. Update 2: Still incredibly frustrated with this entire experience. We never received the promised text with the delivery time frame. I had to wait until the store opened at 10am just to call and find out when and what was being delivered. When I called to confirm, I specifically asked to verify the order to make sure it would actually solve the issue with our bed frame — an issue Ashley Furniture caused in the first place. Originally, Ryan told me I'd be receiving a King box spring, but on delivery day, I was informed they were sending two twin box springs instead. I tried to be flexible — but now there’s a 2-inch gap between them, which defeats the purpose of fixing the problem. This entire situation has been a nightmare. It’s been one issue after another, with poor communication and careless handling of something that should’ve been a simple fix. Very disappointed in the way Ashley Furniture has handled this from start to (still unresolved) finish. Tip for future customers: Skip the call center if you run into any issues. There’s a serious lack of communication between the call center and the store. It’s much more effective to go into the store and speak directly with someone at the front desk.

We purchased a fantastic mattress and some incredible pillows. Using the reward points we earned, we returned to the store Saturday September 6th, 2025 and picked up a beautiful Dartland storage trunk. Unfortunately, it was missing a few tacks (small nails). When we went back to the store to request the missing tacks, we explained the situation to the assistant. However, she directed us to contact customer service by phone instead. That’s where things became unclear—the solution they offered didn’t make sense to us. At the store, I called the number the assistant provided, and after briefly explaining the issue, I was placed on hold. Fifteen minutes passed, and I was still waiting. It felt like a complete waste of time. Thankfully, the store manager eventually stepped in and resolved the issue by simply exchanging the treasure box for an identical one they had in stock. Terrible customer service. Employees are non-communicative. Broken furniture that I refused delivery on was left sitting outside blocking my front door for a week in the rain. Now I am getting ready for a fight to get all the ancillary fees they charged refunded.

We weren't expecting much when we landed at Ashleys, our last stop of the day. We had tried, unsuccessfully, at several stores looking for counter height stools. But we found them at Ashleys! Austin was wonderful, understood what we were looking for and tried to give us the best deal for the money. We have purchased furniture from Ashleys in years past and will look to them again for future needs.

Exceptional service and selection. We shopped all the furniture stores in the area and decided on Ashley because of the quality, selection, and ultimately the salesperson.

Two years ago, I purchased a recliner sofa from Ashley Furniture. At the time of sale, I was explicitly informed by the sales agent that the sofa's material was leather. Based on this representation, and the assurance that 'any damage to the leather can be repaired,' I opted for the 5-year protection plan. Recently, the sofa's material began to peel significantly. When I submitted a claim under the protection plan, it was denied on the grounds that the recliner material is not leather, but rather 'faux leather.' The sales agent who initially assisted me and confirmed the material as leather, and who also helped me obtain the serial number for my claim, has ceased all communication since the claim's denial. This experience has been deeply disappointing and reflects a significant breach of trust with Ashley Furniture. I was clearly misinformed about the product I purchased and sold a protection plan under false pretenses

Honest. Just took too long to get prices and they were just too high for what we were looking for. So we bought elsewhere. The manager had to come over and help our sales guy.

Great experience! No pressure sales and we got great advice from the sales rep. Rome was able to help us find very specific furniture needs and line us up with quick delivery. We live in Harrison so it was a bit harder. Will send pix later. Pictures attached! Got these 4 recliners and 3 stools on Thursday and had them put together in just an hour! Great complements to our house and was just in time for graduation party! Outstanding…and very comfortable. Thanks again to Rome and the Ashley crew!!

Bad luck with them. 1st chair was delivered wet. Returning it and 4 days later they delivered again I believe the same chair. This time again out of the box. This time it came with BED BUGS. We never had them. They declined and wouldn't give a refund or trade. Inspect your furniture before entering your home. God will make it right. I had the chair outside in the back of my truck. Had to dump it at the trash yard.

Very helpful and listened to my needs

My husband and I were privileged to meet Rome and the store manager, Troy, today. We celebrated the purchase of a new house in NWA by treating ourselves to a new bed. We received a wonderful presentation and we did decide on a mattress which was $2500 more than we expected in our budget We believe that the system will be worth the investment. Our experience was pleasant and we believe that we were given great value on the pieces we selected today. The furniture looks well made. We plan to be Ashley customers because of the gracious welcome, the selection, and the excellent product knowledge amd customer service.

From the moment we entered Madison was helpful, attentive and courteous. She allowed us to shop without being oppressive but was readily available when we needed assistance. She was able to answer our questions about levels and product quality. She handled the whole transaction with class and professionalism. I know who you get is random. After visiting Hanks and Sams, it was Madison that made the difference and we were blessed to have her.

I have researched and looked at every bed imaginable since it’s such an important purchase. I can’t even express how helpful Rome and Troy were. They weren’t just salesmen they actually helped me find what was good for me and met me where I was. Very kind and respectful which was important to me. Ashley and Mathis definitely levels above anyone else!

I had a wonderful experience with Emmilie both times I came in. She was very attentive and was giving us tons of “good deals”. I now realize that it was to ring me into the absolute scam of “deals” that would ruin my credit. That was before I knew how much Ashley was about to screw me over. Edit 1: it has not even been a month and I have already began experiencing problems with the financing plan. I was told in-store that the first payment would not be due until 30 days AFTER the furniture was delivered. I get a hit on my credit today saying it went down 40 points because of a missed payment. My first payment was not supposed to be due until the 15th of May. Now my balance is extremely high and I am furious. Do NOT shop here, they are looking to make a quick buck and screw you over in the aftermath, and then completely ghost you once the sale is final. Edit 2: 10/16 - as I continue to make my payments on my furniture with the Ashley credit card, they randomly chose to slash my credit limit, which spiked my utilization to almost 90%. DO NOT GET THE ASHLEY CREDIT CARD. This has been the worst furniture purchase experience I have ever had. Save yourself from the trouble. Don’t shop with Ashley.

Went in the purchase a sofa and recliner. Very soon after arriving we became very uncomfortable as a sales person basically stalked us through the entire store. He was never more than 20 feet away and moved every time we did. We eventually got away and snuck out. You could tell he was trying to find us. I get wanting the sell but this was very uncomfortable for us and definitely not how we wanted to feel while trying to find a couch we loved. Ended up going across the street to hanks and had a wonderful experience.

Emmilie was amazing. She got us all the furniture we needed within our price point. She was very apologetic and patient given all the technology issues Edit: Waiting 1 1/2 hours due to technical issues was unpleasant but doable, because we were promised a delivery for a certain date. Unfortunately 3 days before the delivery date I called to verify delivery only to be told by customer service that I was not getting the full set. At time of purchase I was not told that my order would come in 2 separate dates. If I had not called then I would have not been aware of the situation. To sum it up they are quick to sell but don't deliver on promises. P.S. Emmilie should have confirmed that all pieces would have came in one delivery!

Purchased a side table from this store. Sales person was very helpful. One strange thing is that you WILL have to pay delivery as this store does not have a local warehouse. Real disappointment was when we received the piece, one of the knobs was defective (cross threaded or bent). Called to get a replacement. They were supposed to call with whether or not they had one in stock. Never received the call. Finally called them after a week and was told they had to order it. Waited another week + and still haven't heard anything. We finally decided to go out and purchase new knobs for the piece since it doesn't seem to be a priority to them to get us a replacement or to stay in contact with status. Needless to say we are very hesitant to get anything there again. Pay $1k plus for a side table and end up having to replace the knobs because they can't warranty one knob is a pretty sad commentary.

I shopped at my local Ashley showroom today. The store is beautiful and the furniture selection appeared similar to the high end boutique design stores of Atlanta. The salesperson Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable in both the wearability of the fabrics and also the various design choices and colors. Ryan helped me get the best deal possible for my selections. I was not expecting to purchase that day but I found exactly my style and colors that I needed and Ryan said they would hold them for me for 90 days before delivery and really only need them to hold it for 40 days so that really worked out great. Ryan explained the advantages of using the credit plan to pay for my purchase and the application and checkout only took a few minutes. Once I am moved in I will be back for the dining room furniture.

Went to the store knowing what couch we wanted already and noticed that there was a 30% discount on all items in store according to the website, the sales person we had did not honor the sale and acted like we needed to finance the couch to even get the sticker price that was already $200+ more than advertised online, have no idea when we will receive our couch but we did end up paying cash for the couch for around the same price I would have paid if I just ordered the couch online without the discount for Presidents’ Day. Not happy with the in store sales as they just want to charge you as much as they can get away with. I will most likely never shop with Ashley Furniture again due to this experience.

The selection of furniture and accessories is very good. The person who assisted us with selecting items and creating the look we wanted for our living room is very talented and exceptionally helpful. Then, when it came time to pay, I just wanted to pay for everything and be done. Instead, one of the assistant managers essentially strong-armed us into using Ashley’s “Zero Interest” finance program. When I told him I did not want to finance, but just pay on the spot, he told me I would then not be receiving the discounts and promotional items as part of the transaction. A very disappointing conclusion to what had been to that point an excellent experience.

If going to Ashley’s furniture, ask for Rob Ortega!! He was unlike any other pushy salesman that I have ever experienced. Looking to help you out to get exactly what you are looking for. In & out of there in under 30 minutes. Go give him your business! Easily the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had!

Went in ready to spend money, either at Ashley or Sam's. I'm a transparent customer, I have no reason to play silly games. I gave the sales floor guy a summary of what I'm generally looking for and what I've looked at to-date. After showing a couple options (and they didn't have many options in the first place), dude said "I dropped my pen, I'm going to go look for it," so I continued looking around. Maybe 1-2 minutes later he was nearby and said something like "let me know if you see something you like" and then b-lined for the opposite direction. If you want low-effort shady salesmen, try Ashley in Rogers, lol. You won't catch me going back with lousy people like that working there. They basically lost a sale that day.

Do not order from Ashley Furniture. They will tell you a shipping date, and then you won't get your stuff until a month later. It may arrived damaged, and then you have to wait even longer for a replacement. They will tell you a warranty covers anything, and then when your furniture literally starts coming apart at the seams, the warranty company will say "that's not covered, I don't know why they told you that." Customer service is awful from start to finish.

Our shopping experience was great. The people are friendly and low pressure. Our salesperson, Sara, was super helpful and patient with us.

We went in Jan 19, 2025 to purchase a couch. Was told that furniture comes from the wearhouse in Oklahoma. Called to check on order and was told it would be around March 1st. We found a couch we could get now. So I called to cancel order. I was told a manager would call me to confirm. I got no calls. So I just called again and was told I couldn't cancel a special order, we was never told anything was a special order or we couldn't cancel. I think this is ridiculous. The furniture is not used nor have I laid a eye on it, there should be no problem cancelling. Plus we only wanted to order a couch not couch and love seat. The love seat was put on the order without us knowing. Hopefully when the manager calls tomorrow this can be straightened out. I had planned on doing furniture business with Ashley but as it stands now. I don't think so.

I just bought a bed with head and footboard and a Purple brand mattress and box springs, and after I tried the Purple brand pillow; I just had to buy one. The mattress and pillow were the most comfortable I’ve found in a long time of trying out mattresses and pillows. Alex was our salesman, he was professional, knowledgeable and got us a discount. We bought 2 sofas, with the promise one of them was in stock, and the other was on back order. The day of the delivery, we unpleasantly found out OUR SALESMAN LIED TO US!!!! Both were on back order, and we had to rush to figure out how to have a couch to sit on for Christmas. I would NOT come here if you expect to have an honest salesman who won't screw you over.

Jaiden at the bentonville ar store was so helpful and friendly, helped me get exactly what I wanted without the pressure I felt at the other few furniture places I visited that day. Edit -- they promised a delivery date, that changed and I was fine with it because I was given a heads up - so I got rid of the old furniture, scheduled off for the new delivery day and no one has come. Around 2pm I called the store to find out what their timeframe was and they have no record of anything being delivered today. Kind of an "oh well" attitude from the staff and NO attempt to figure out how to get me the delivery date promised. Really disappointed. I'd planned to finish furnishing my new place with them but their lack of trying to figure out how to fix their mistake has put me off.

We were browsing furniture there late October with no intention of making a purchase due to Black Friday being so close but wanted to see what was available. The salesman, David, in order to persuade us to make a purchase had promised they would honor any Black Friday promotional if we made a purchase that day. After checking the website and seeing the promotional, we called the store yesterday. The front desk stated we would hear from them today to see if they could “make it right”. After not hearing from them, we called back and were told there was nothing they could do for us “since the furniture had already been delivered”. The delivery of the furniture was never discussed as an option of redeeming the promotional, only that we had to buy that day to be “grandfathered in” to Black Friday promos. We’ve been a loyal customer for over 8 years making multiple purchases. This will be our last from Ashley due to the poor customer service and shady business tactics.

Will NEVER do business with them again. We bought a couch and when they handed us the receipt, they made sure to go into the back room and stick the receipt in a folder and handed it to us on the way out which we found out later was because they were hiding a $140 membership fee in our transaction. They were very deceptive and told us multiple times that they refunded that fee when it was an absolute lie. We had a bunch of other issues with their communication and reliability, so we decided to refund the couch Because we don’t want to deal with their deceptive practices. They lied about the material. The couches made from and told us that it was made from a steel frame, That was incorrect. It was all made from cheap particleboard. We were given multiple dates for them to come pick up the couch and they no call. No showed. Come to find out. They didn’t even schedule a pick up. We’ve had to call this manager multiple times. Who sounds like he is under the influence of marijuana when you speak with him. They finally picked up the couch today and when we signed the paperwork, they were again trying to not refund the $140 membership fee that we never asked for. So we had to call the corporate line and spend all of our day on the phone trying to get transferred around to get that taken care of. The corporate line stated that they are going to email as confirmation of the cancellation which they never did that to begin with at the store level so that shows that they never tried to refund the membership fee.. We have bought from their direct competitor and will never look back. I urge you to go look at the Better Business Bureau reviews for this store because it is absolutely horrible at a one star rating. I wish I would’ve done that before stepping foot into their store. Unrelated to the transaction, I should’ve known to not do business with them because the moment we walked up to their store they had a sign on their door stating that they do not allow you the right to the second amendment as they will not allow customers to carry in here store - I was actually walking back to the car to leave, but my wife convinced me to go into the store that day. I wish we would’ve just turned back and never stepped foot… Lesson learned and never do business with a company that does not allow you to protect yourself with your second amendment rights. As of now, we are waiting to get our full refund. We still have not collected a refund despite them picking up the couch. We will likely have to fight this stupid membership fee that they hid into the transaction. I have no problem filing a fraud chargeback if need be.

I’m writing this as I am looking for the stores phone number. We’re going on now working the past two months on getting the store to refund the erroneous charge on our account. Also, note that the in-store credit card should be criminal! Buyers beware: sign up for the in store “Fortiva” credit card and there’s an annual fee! Also note, fortiva offers NO phone call option, NO website, and NO app. Thus, you must wait for statements and if you have any false charges you need to dispute you must do so in writing. We’ve done the latter with no help from Fortiva. The store erroneously charged our Fortiva account for a replacement headboard WITHOUT our approval. The store used the Fortiva credit card number they saved without our knowledge or permission.

We purchased a couch on September 1st. It had to be ordered. We were told by the sales person 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, but it could be as early as 2 weeks. Six weeks later, here we are and no couch. We contacted the sales person a couple of times directly. She told us she would check on it and get back to us. We never heard anything back. Today we contacted the store directly, and now they are saying their standard lead time is 12 weeks! That is not what we were told and 4 to 6 weeks is what is listed on the sales agreement. The person at the store said that 4 to 6 weeks is not correct. Why is it listed in the sales agreement and why are your sales people telling buyers that!? If we had known about the long lead time, we would have gone a different direction. Not sure they could sell furniture if they told people it would be 12 weeks before they get it. We are upset about their misleading sales tactics.

We bought sleeper sofa 3 headboards and frames and two leather chairs and were in and out in less than an hour! Albert was great to work with and a big help!!

EDIT: We recieved our order a couple days ago, and while everything was nice and beautifully built, we found out we were straight out lied too. It is part of our own fault for trusting a sales person and not investigating the receipt before leaving. We were told multiple times we were buying a 3 piece couch and an entertainment center with an included protection plan for $2k. Turns out we actually purchased a 5 year protection plan that we were straight told 4 times was included for free, a 2 piece couch despite being told a 3 piece multiple times, and an entertainment center. The sales person straight out lied to us. DO NOT SHOP ASHLEY unless you plan to inspect every aspect of the sale. Ensure proof is provided for literally every single thing you are buying to make sure it is what you are actually buying before leaving so you don’t get screwed like we did.

Madison Barton was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful in helping me furnish our new lake house.

The prices at this store are higher than the online prices. I asked why there was a difference and two employees mentioned that this is a franchise owned store. I was going to buy a mattress and bed frame but after seeing the price differences I decided to purchase elsewhere. I mentioned that if the store isn’t going to charge the same price as the corporate locations (i.e. online) then it’s not fair to the customer to pay more. It was very misleading .

Came in to buy a sofa. Julissa was our sales representative. We informed her we had just moved to the area and were looking to buy a sofa and have it by this week. We found the one we wanted, and were well into the purchasing process when she told us that we were not able to get our sofa this week, but it could be delivered by next week. We asked if we could travel to the distribution center to pick it up. She said we should be able to, called to check and gave us the address, which she neglected to mention until after we paid, was out of state. I will no longer consider Ashley furniture in the future, nor will I be recommending Ashley to anyone looking to buy furniture.

Please stop allowing pets in the store. These are NOT service animals. It makes customers not want to shop there. It’s disgusting. I love animals but they do not belong in stores or restaurants. Word of caution on warranty purchase if you buy from this furniture store. We paid ~10% of the leather couch cost for a warranty on a new purchase of the couch over a year back. The couch had a stain, and we filed a claim more than two (2) months back. The technician from the claim company took ~4-6 weeks to visit, and said he would replace the couch cover for the portion of the stain. It has been over a month, we didn’t hear back from the technician/claim. When called, they said the technician never sent the report. Stay away from buying warranty from the furniture store! They will charge you good money on the warranty, but claim processing is really bad.

We shopped for a new couch the first part of July. I wasn't particularly looking forward to this because I view furniture shopping in the same category as car shopping. Rob Ortega was our sales person. This was probably one of the most stress free furniture shopping experiences I've ever had. I can't say enough how I appreciated his approach to selling. He was extremely helpful in the store as well as after the sell when I had questions. He was very quick to respond if he was not able to answer immidiately. He followed up on delivery day as well. I don’t even want to leave a one star cause the Lack of support and lack of customer service I have received is 0. I spent 4200 dollars at this store, sat there for two hours trying to open a credit card with them, and set up my order to be delivered. When my order reached my house the delivery guy wanted to just leave it at my door and I know that I did not set up my order to be placed at my front door. Delivery driver was super rude, condescending and disrespectful. Had no Compassion understanding, and also seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. Then I called the store with no help and was told I could return my order if I wanted too. I was not rude when I was speaking to the manager. Also I was passed around and told you can get a gift card, for my troubles for 150.00 dollars!!!!! Are you kidding me! Well that never happened cause no follow through. I was also told the General manager would call me it’s been two days and each time I’ve had to follow up to see if this individual is going to call me. The lack of customer support and communication is very much under par. I would not recommend buying furniture from the store. I also recommend that this team understand that customers are what keep the store open. At this point I am very upset and disappointed in the service they offer.

My husband and I have shopped across NWA looking for the perfect patio conversation set that was not only well built, but also comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I’m glad we decided to visit Ashley, as it’s not typically where we’d think to shop for outdoor furniture. To our surprise, they had a nice, unique selection compared to all of the home improvement stores and those stores that specialize in outdoor living. We purchased 3 swivel rockers, 2 love seats, 3 ottomans, 2 rugs and 3 side tables, all within our budget thanks to Kenneth & Summer. You know, not a fan. It's like Glengarry, Glen Ross, only with furniture instead of time-shares. They really want to sell you stuff, but not all that interested in helping after the sale. And you had better think long and hard within that 10-day return window. Pro Tip: I wish we had just paid the extra cash for Love Sac; I'm sure the overall experience would have been worth the extra. No sweat, Ashley. I won't be back.

I was a previous customer of this store and made purchases of around $10K. At that time the sales rep response was good. This time expecting the same response, I walked in with the intention of buying outdoor furniture. But the sales associate yesterday (man in white shirt) just pointed out the direction and asked me to go figure it out myself. I walked in with the intention of buying but with such cold response, I changed my mind and went to a different store. So do you guys decide whether to assist a customer based on your mood ?

We recently got our dining set here. Since it was discontinued we seemed to have got a fair price. Our sales rep was helpful and even helped us load it into our truck. The service was friendly and we appreciated that.

Not the biggest fan. Their furniture is nice, but their customer service isn’t. When I was trying to apply a store credit and promo to an order, I had a jump through a couple hoops in order to do so. I was pretty frustrated, but attempted to remain calm on the phone call. The person on the call I talked to didn’t. She was rude, questioned me about a few things, and just overall wasn’t pleasant to work with. So I’m not A big fan, but now I’ve used my store credit and have a matching piece of furniture. Let’s just hope the delivery actually happens on time. I’ll probably never go back.

As soon as we walked through the doors there was a salesman named Kenneth and his team executive came up also. Listen, Ashely is running a sale and I mean a SALE. If you are looking for furniture and home Furnishings you must check this out before the sale is over. The prices are so good we couldn’t believe it. The team executive name is Summer she was outstanding and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the sale that was going on. The staff was courteous and guided us through the paper work with ease. Don’t miss this sale go into the store rather then online it is better. With the price we received we were able to eat dinner out.

This was the second time we bought from Ashley's and we were pleased again with the shopping experience and ultimate purchase. Couldn't give 5 stars because when delivered there was no adjustable base. Backordered for 2 to 3 weeks. The most important part for my wife with back issues. Very disappointed but I know how these things happen. Sleeping on new mattress though. This is really what you call a FLOOR model. I would still give them a try again for other furniture needs.

I finalized a sale with the team today and the sales associate Rob Ortega truly MADE the experience - it was wonderful! The time we spent together was collaborative and I was truly listened to when it came to likes/dislikes, budget goals, and concerns. I also had the pleasure of meeting his manager, Summer, and prior to finalizing the purchase, worked with Madison from the sales team on picking out some of these pieces and she was very collaborative and open as well. All around a great team of people, who made the process of buying furniture (brought on by moving, which is stressful enough) much easier than I anticipated. I purchased 2 recliners on September and in 3 months I started noticing the cushions are going down and sofa looks very uneven. I was suggested to get the insurance and I have 1 year of manufacturer warranty so I reached out to manufacturer to fix the cushion or if they can replace just the cushion or seat. I have reached to Ashely Store support and also i have reached out to the insurance company. Unfortunately no one helped with the issue. But the response I received is that it is normal that the cushions will become uneven because of the usage but the surprising part is that how come the cushion go down in just 3 months. It means do I have to replace th sofa every year I never had any issues with the recliners before I used for 5 years for my previous recline sofas And even the insurance I got also won’t cover this issue. I really had very bad experience buying sofa at Ashley Store and especially the Manufacturer Mathis Home

Very bad experience with an order for California king bed. No communication from store on delays and I kept on following up to hear a new date every time. I expect atleast a courtesy call Incase of delays. I finally had to cancel the order after more than 8 weeks of wait for bed, which was supposed to be 3 weeks delivery when I ordered. Never going back here.

Been hunting for furniture to outfit a house and wanted to see what we could find. Typically we find Ashley to have good quality stuff. Walked in and met a lady at the front door and asked for recliners. She took us to couches with built in seats. We said we wanted stand alone recliners and she took us to more couches with recliners. At that point we just walked off and started looking on our own. She just browsed her phone and we guided ourselves around. Layout of the place is a bit overwhelming and the lady not providing any support really turned us off from this location. Also, no guns allowed, for whatever reason.

We purchased a new sectional from Ashley today. Pavita made the process quick and easy. Delivery is scheduled in about a week.

Found a perfect dining table set, coffee table AND a new TempurPedic bed with Madison’s help. I told her my style, my budgets and she found me good deals and pieces that I’ve been looking for. Madison’s patience and friendliness with my toddler also helped make a big shopping experience painless and pleasant.

Man, we had an epic shopping experience at Ashley. The most friendly and helpful staff I’ve honestly ever seen. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you Madison, Chandler, Dax and Summer- and 2 other lovely ladies I’m name forgetting and desk techs for being so kind and welcoming. And while we were making friends we found a beautiful leather couch and the perfect bookcase that we were searching for. Our helpers gave us space to browse but were always nearby for questions. I highly recommend coming here, you won’t regret it.

We went in today (the 4th furniture store we've been to recently) and immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Chandler was the rep that helped us and he was so great! He told us about all the options we had while couch shopping and, while he knew so much, he double-checked anything he wasn't sure on. We are looking forward to coming back tomorrow and buying a sectional we picked out and a coffee table from him! The store was super clean, there were lots of affordable options, and financing sounds like it's a good deal.

Getting excited about my new sleeper sofas.

One of the best experiences I’ve had shopping in awhile. The associates don’t pressure you or follow you around the store and allow for you to shop on your own. I worked with Madison and she was SO helpful and knew all the inventory in the store. I was able to find exactly what I needed and have it delivered in a week.

I walked into the store with no intention of asking for help as this was only my second time in the store since living up here in NWA. The reason for not visiting was tied to all the stories I had heard from other friends about the bad customer service years ago and boy were they not great... Welp, this evening I was shocked in a good way. Madison who is as sweet as can be was lovely to have convo with as was her manager Summer. From beginning to end was treated with nothing but kindness and both were very genuine at heart. I also learned about the new management that had taken over around 2+ years ago, and wow was it night and day from what I would have guessed. I now will make sure to share this experience with all my friends including those that need to give it a new chance, as I did as well. I would highly recommend working with Madison and Summer. I am not one to write reviews but these 2 made it very deserving. Madison keep up the great work.

Sofia and Summer were a wonderful help to us when we went twice over the weekend to try and choose a king sized bed. Sofia was very helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable, and had her manager Summer, come help when we had more questions. We went back the next day and they showed complete patience and understanding as we continued to try out beds and wander around the store thinking! A great experience as far as customer service. Update: you must buy a mattress cover from the store (on the same ticket) if you are at all unsure. No returns or exchanges on the mattress if you bought a protector separately. Also NO returns on the adjustable bases after 7 days (we didn't even have the items til after 14 days, and definitely haven't had a good chance to try it long enough to know if we like it). I would not have purchased the adjustable base from Ashley if I'd realized this and have learned a lesson.

Madison helped me complete my living room with the perfect accent table as well as coffee table. She was patient with me and also gave me a wonder deal I could not refuse. If purchasing I would ask for her!

I had a great experience in-Store this past weekend. Albert was awesome and really helped us find what we were looking for. I was told the chair I had purchased was in-stock and delivery was set for today (2/13). I wasn’t given a window for delivery, but I completely understand that that isn’t always available. I took off work today in order to ensure I could sign and receiver my delivery whenever it came. Unfortunately, my order never came. I was called this afternoon to schedule a delivery, which was odd. After speaking with a couple of (extremely helpful and friendly) members of customer service, I was told that my order was indeed scheduled for today, but it hadn’t been put on the truck. I was told that it was because of inclement weather, but I was also told they had normal deliveries being carried out today and that the earliest I could now get my shipment is this Saturday. I really can’t understand why I wasn’t notified of the change in my delivery. The fact that it was never loaded onto the truck would make me assume this was decided relatively early in the day - ample time for me to still go to work instead of wasting a day. And yet - no communication. I was offered a small discount on my order, but that just doesn’t make up the money I lost today. I understand things can happen, but the lack of communication on the issue will assure that I do not return in the future. It’s a shame because everyone I’ve spoken with has been extremely kind and helpful. That unfortunately does not change the fact that I will rely on more reliable stores in the future. Edit 2/14: It is fine to intend to correct an issue moving forward. It does not correct the issue at hand. This confirms I will never be returning.

Never been to shop here but one of your "specialists" leaving seven or more copies of their business card in the community mailboxes is not acceptable. This is lazy, literring, and unwanted soliciting. Do better. All these are now in the trash can. Was it worth printing? (For reference, these were sticking all in the cracks of the mailbox sticking from the edges)

Omar listened to my description if what I wanted and took me right to the perfect match! He was polite and not pushy, which I liked a lot.

Omar waited on my mom and I today. Mom is 83 and can't walk well, so shopped in a wheelchair. Mom explained what she was looking for and Omar showed her exactly that. She bought the first chair he showed us and the first loveseat. He gave us a discount and we both walked out saying it was the best furniture shopping experience we had ever had. I will definitely look Omar up when we need furniture pieces in the future.

We came in looking for a mattress. Whitley was quick to help, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Buying process was as simple as could be.

I bought a TV Stand and a Sofa from Ashley Furniture - Rogers, AR. It was delivered as promised but the TV stand had damages which the store folks promised to replace. As the sofa was good I ordered another set and that is when the nightmare started. They brought in a piece and it was damaged so they took it back and I was told by the delivery person I should get a new piece but the Store Manager and associate(who was very rude) mentioned that they will fix the sofa and give it but not a new one to which I agreed. They brought another piece after 2 weeks which was also damaged even the delivery person was frustrated with the quality. On calling the store manager once again he said he will look into it. Another person called from delivery and said new order was placed for my sofa and will get it delivered the same week Friday but then on again reaching to Store manager he said he need to check and get back and he is on vacation. He never got back with update and on calling the delivery and then the store again the same store associate(once again was rude) informed my order is not confirmed. As I had a gathering planned(which was moved becos the earlier sofa was damaged) based on this sofa delivery is messed up and I asked to cancel this order itself. Such a bad experience with Ashley Furniture -Rogers and would never recommend it.

On our first visit and purchase from Ashley Furniture in Rogers, Arkansas, our experience exceeded our expectations. Omar and Tyler were exceptionally great to work with. They listened very well, understood what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us on something we didn't want. In the 2+ hours we spent in the store we never felt like a sales was being pushed on us. Omar was great taking the time to walk us around the store, show us different items, and he did a great job helping match colors! Very professional young men in explaining how discounts are applied, warranties, shipping costs, etc. - we didn't walk out of the store feeling like "what did we just pay for" - we were informed of all costs up front! Omar and Tyler made such a positive impression on our first visit to the store, we have no reason to go elsewhere! Thanks guys - we will make an appointment directly with you on our next visit!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They couldn’t find my loan agreement I did on line, I had to redo it. Then one of their employees was complaining about being cold. I jokingly made a comment for him to eat something because he is tall and skinny and he said maybe you should eat less! Needless to say I did NOT make my purchase, I left and will be taking my business elsewhere! He didn’t say it in a joking manor, he was being flat out hateful about it and not a single person in that store that worked there said a word to him. I will NEVER buy from there and will make sure everyone I know hears about what happened and knows to avoid that store as well. I have also already contacted the corporate offices.

Do not do business with Ashley/Mathis. From false availability tales, to multiple damaged pieces having to be returned, to lies on delivery dates….spend your money elsewhere.

STOP CALLING ME. I WILL NOT BE TAKING DELIVERY OF ANY FURNITURE FROM YOU. I went into this store towards the end of August with a selection of furniture I'd found online. I really wanted this set. They were very accommodating, and placed the order for exactly what I wanted. I dealt with David B., and his sales manager, Summer. I was told at the time it shouldn't take more than a few weeks for the furniture to come in. No big deal, I was willing to wait for what I wanted. Near the end of September, I found out I was going to be moving for work at the beginning of November. I hadn't heard anything from the store, so I contacted them. I was told on the phone by a very disinterested associate that my furniture wasn't scheduled to be delivered until the end of October. I made sure this was indeed what was showing, and left it at that figuring it would be here in time before I moved. Second to last week of October, I stopped by the store on my way home to check in as I still hadn't heard anything. I was told then at the counter that they were showing that my order still showed processing, meaning it had not shipped yet, and they were showing estimates for end of November. I explained to them I'd be moved by then, and asked if there was any way to have it delivered to another store, or possibly my new address 5 hours away. I was even willing to pay extra. They assured me this was no problem, and that either my salesperson or manager would contact me the next day to set it all up. Next day came and went, no call. I called them the following day, explained my situation again, and was told the salesperson and manager were not available. I asked to speak to any manager. After a brief hold, I was told there was no manager available to speak to me. To say this pissed me off is an understatement. I decided right then and there I would not be going forward with this order, or this company. The day after that, Summer finally called me. I told her everything that happened, my conclusion from the experience, and why I felt that way. There is absolutely no reason no one was available to speak to me about this while I was still trying to work out the logistics of my move. Summer apologized, told me there is always a manager available, but that she understood and would take care of cancelling my order, That's the end of it right? Nope. This past Monday, I was contacted by the store needing me to call back and set up delivery. I called and told them this order was supposed to have been cancelled by Summer and I had already moved. At this point, I've already filled the space this furniture was meant for. I was bounced to two more people before someone got on and said they understood I needed to schedule delivery. Are you kidding me? I'm done at this point. One last time I explained, and was told that Summer would have to approve this cancellation. She would contact me the next day. I said this was not going to work for me, I don't need to talk to Summer, and as far as I'm concerned, this order is cancelled. Magically Summer is now there, and the person on the phone was going to "try and pull her away". I sat on hold for thirty ducking minutes before I finally hung up. Since then, they've called everyday, leaving messages to call back to schedule a delivery. I am beyond done with this. Mathis Brothers - have the store stop contacting me, and have Summer take care of whatever she needs to on her end. This sale could have been saved if your employees were willing to talk to someone outside of their own sale. I assume the salesfolks are on commission, otherwise, I surely could have got someone on the phone to help me work out logistics. Utterly ridiculous.

Trying to deal with this store has been a complete nightmare. The sales rep messes up my order, the management refuses to call back, then they lie to my face about when/how the problem will be resolved. I don’t understand how they can get away with treating customers like this. They might have good furniture (if you get what you ordered,) but the store employees won’t value you and the management won’t care.

We spent a good two hours in the Rogers, AR store with Omar today. He is no pressure, very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and was willing to move furniture around for my visuals. We bought a couch, coffee table, and a fireplace stand to hold our new TV. When salespeople are pushy, I have a tendency to leave. He made me want to look more, was easy to talk to and ask questions, and he gave me time to think about spaces and finances. Therefore, he earned our business and we will be back to see him.

The staff at Ashley Furniture are very helpful. This was the first time I really conveyed what I was really looking for and the sales woman was extremely helpful, but not pushy or anything. I was so comfortable with her approach.

Went into this location in Rogers, AR with my daughter looking for a mattress and bed. We were cordially greeted by Madison Barton and got great service. We ended buying a complete bed frame and mattress and walked away with a fair deal after sales and promotions.
