I was a previous customer of this store and made purchases of around $10K. At that time the sales rep response was good. This time expecting the same response, I walked in with the intention of buying outdoor furniture. But the sales associate yesterday (man in white shirt) just pointed out the direction and asked me to go figure it out myself. I walked in with the intention of buying but with such cold response, I changed my mind and went to a different store. So do you guys decide whether to assist a customer based on your mood ?

We recently were browsing for sectionals. The design, and color options at this store were lacking and unappealing. I was unimpressed with the prices as they were very high compared to neighboring furniture stores. We may come back to browse other items. However, the sofas and sectionals are just not appealing and overpriced. The service was friendly and we appreciated that.

Not the biggest fan. Their furniture is nice, but their customer service isn’t. When I was trying to apply a store credit and promo to an order, I had a jump through a couple hoops in order to do so. I was pretty frustrated, but attempted to remain calm on the phone call. The person on the call I talked to didn’t. She was rude, questioned me about a few things, and just overall wasn’t pleasant to work with. So I’m not A big fan, but now I’ve used my store credit and have a matching piece of furniture. Let’s just hope the delivery actually happens on time. I’ll probably never go back.

Ashley Home Furnishing Specialist Located at 4323 South Pleasant Crossing, Rogers, Arkansas. My wife and I had a wonderful time shopping for a Bedroom set. As soon as we walked through the doors there was a salesman named Kenneth and his team executive came up also. Listen, Ashely is running a sale and I mean a SALE. If you are looking for furniture and home Furnishings you must check this out before the sale is over. The prices are so good we couldn’t believe it. The team executive name is Summer she was outstanding and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the sale that was going on. The staff was courteous and guided us through the paper work with ease. Don’t miss this sale go into the store rather then online it is better. With the price we received we were able to eat dinner out.

Bought some furniture from Emmile, not sure I spelled her name right, but not only did she show me many different chairs, she told me the difference in them all. She went above and beyond what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. With this new market of store that are here today, and gone tomorrow. This was the second time we bought from Ashley's and we were pleased again with the shopping experience and ultimate purchase. Couldn't give 5 stars because when delivered there was no adjustable base. Backordered for 2 to 3 weeks. The most important part for my wife with back issues. Very disappointed but I know how these things happen. Sleeping on new mattress though. This is really what you call a FLOOR model. I would still give them a try again for other furniture needs.

I finalized a sale with the team today and the sales associate Rob Ortega truly MADE the experience - it was wonderful! The time we spent together was collaborative and I was truly listened to when it came to likes/dislikes, budget goals, and concerns. I also had the pleasure of meeting his manager, Summer, and prior to finalizing the purchase, worked with Madison from the sales team on picking out some of these pieces and she was very collaborative and open as well. All around a great team of people, who made the process of buying furniture (brought on by moving, which is stressful enough) much easier than I anticipated. I know where I’ll go next time I have a need to purchase furniture items.

I purchased 2 recliners on September and in 3 months I started noticing the cushions are going down and sofa looks very uneven. I was suggested to get the insurance and I have 1 year of manufacturer warranty so I reached out to manufacturer to fix the cushion or if they can replace just the cushion or seat. I have reached to Ashely Store support and also i have reached out to the insurance company. Unfortunately no one helped with the issue. But the response I received is that it is normal that the cushions will become uneven because of the usage but the surprising part is that how come the cushion go down in just 3 months. It means do I have to replace th sofa every year I never had any issues with the recliners before I used for 5 years for my previous recline sofas And even the insurance I got also won’t cover this issue. I really had very bad experience buying sofa at Ashley Store and especially the Manufacturer Mathis Home

Very bad experience with an order for California king bed. No communication from store on delays and I kept on following up to hear a new date every time. I expect atleast a courtesy call Incase of delays. I finally had to cancel the order after more than 8 weeks of wait for bed, which was supposed to be 3 weeks delivery when I ordered. Never going back here.

Been hunting for furniture to outfit a house and wanted to see what we could find. Typically we find Ashley to have good quality stuff. Walked in and met a lady at the front door and asked for recliners. She took us to couches with built in seats. We said we wanted stand alone recliners and she took us to more couches with recliners. At that point we just walked off and started looking on our own. She just browsed her phone and we guided ourselves around. Layout of the place is a bit overwhelming and the lady not providing any support really turned us off from this location. Also, no guns allowed, for whatever reason.

Man, we had an epic shopping experience at Ashley. The most friendly and helpful staff I’ve honestly ever seen. We didn’t want to leave! And while we were making friends we found a beautiful leather couch and the perfect bookcase that we were searching for. Our helpers gave us space to browse but were always nearby for questions. We went in today (the 4th furniture store we've been to recently) and immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Chandler was the rep that helped us and he was so great! He told us about all the options we had while couch shopping and, while he knew so much, he double-checked anything he wasn't sure on. One of the best experiences I’ve had shopping in awhile. The associates don’t pressure you or follow you around the store and allow for you to shop on your own. I worked with Madison and she was SO helpful and knew all the inventory in the store. I was able to find exactly what I needed and have it delivered in a week.

I walked into the store with no intention of asking for help as this was only my second time in the store since living up here in NWA. The reason for not visiting was tied to all the stories I had heard from other friends about the bad customer service years ago and boy were they not great... Welp, this evening I was shocked in a good way. Madison who is as sweet as can be was lovely to have convo with as was her manager Summer. From beginning to end was treated with nothing but kindness and both were very genuine at heart. I also learned about the new management that had taken over around 2+ years ago, and wow was it night and day from what I would have guessed. I now will make sure to share this experience with all my friends including those that need to give it a new chance, as I did as well. I would highly recommend working with Madison and Summer. I am not one to write reviews but these 2 made it very deserving. Madison keep up the great work.

Sofia and Summer were a wonderful help to us when we went twice over the weekend to try and choose a king sized bed. Sofia was very helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable, and had her manager Summer, come help when we had more questions. We went back the next day and they showed complete patience and understanding as we continued to try out beds and wander around the store thinking! A great experience as far as customer service. Update: you must buy a mattress cover from the store (on the same ticket) if you are at all unsure. No returns or exchanges on the mattress if you bought a protector separately. Also NO returns on the adjustable bases after 7 days (we didn't even have the items til after 14 days, and definitely haven't had a good chance to try it long enough to know if we like it). I would not have purchased the adjustable base from Ashley if I'd realized this and have learned a lesson.

Madison helped me complete my living room with the perfect accent table as well as coffee table. She was patient with me and also gave me a wonder deal I could not refuse. If purchasing I would ask for her!

I had a great experience in-Store this past weekend. Albert was awesome and really helped us find what we were looking for. I was told the chair I had purchased was in-stock and delivery was set for today (2/13). I wasn’t given a window for delivery, but I completely understand that that isn’t always available. I took off work today in order to ensure I could sign and receiver my delivery whenever it came. Unfortunately, my order never came. I was called this afternoon to schedule a delivery, which was odd. After speaking with a couple of (extremely helpful and friendly) members of customer service, I was told that my order was indeed scheduled for today, but it hadn’t been put on the truck. I was told that it was because of inclement weather, but I was also told they had normal deliveries being carried out today and that the earliest I could now get my shipment is this Saturday. I really can’t understand why I wasn’t notified of the change in my delivery. The fact that it was never loaded onto the truck would make me assume this was decided relatively early in the day - ample time for me to still go to work instead of wasting a day. And yet - no communication. I was offered a small discount on my order, but that just doesn’t make up the money I lost today. I understand things can happen, but the lack of communication on the issue will assure that I do not return in the future. It’s a shame because everyone I’ve spoken with has been extremely kind and helpful. That unfortunately does not change the fact that I will rely on more reliable stores in the future. Edit 2/14: It is fine to intend to correct an issue moving forward. It does not correct the issue at hand. This confirms I will never be returning.

Never been to shop here but one of your "specialists" leaving seven or more copies of their business card in the community mailboxes is not acceptable. This is lazy, literring, and unwanted soliciting. Do better. All these are now in the trash can. Was it worth printing? (For reference, these were sticking all in the cracks of the mailbox sticking from the edges)

Omar listened to my description if what I wanted and took me right to the perfect match! He was polite and not pushy, which I liked a lot.

Omar waited on my mom and I today. Mom is 83 and can't walk well, so shopped in a wheelchair. Mom explained what she was looking for and Omar showed her exactly that. She bought the first chair he showed us and the first loveseat. He gave us a discount and we both walked out saying it was the best furniture shopping experience we had ever had. I will definitely look Omar up when we need furniture pieces in the future.

We came in looking for a mattress. Whitley was quick to help, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Buying process was as simple as could be.

I bought a TV Stand and a Sofa from Ashley Furniture - Rogers, AR. It was delivered as promised but the TV stand had damages which the store folks promised to replace. As the sofa was good I ordered another set and that is when the nightmare started. They brought in a piece and it was damaged so they took it back and I was told by the delivery person I should get a new piece but the Store Manager and associate(who was very rude) mentioned that they will fix the sofa and give it but not a new one to which I agreed. They brought another piece after 2 weeks which was also damaged even the delivery person was frustrated with the quality. On calling the store manager once again he said he will look into it. Another person called from delivery and said new order was placed for my sofa and will get it delivered the same week Friday but then on again reaching to Store manager he said he need to check and get back and he is on vacation. He never got back with update and on calling the delivery and then the store again the same store associate(once again was rude) informed my order is not confirmed. As I had a gathering planned(which was moved becos the earlier sofa was damaged) based on this sofa delivery is messed up and I asked to cancel this order itself. Such a bad experience with Ashley Furniture -Rogers and would never recommend it.

They listened very well, understood what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us on something we didn't want. In the 2+ hours we spent in the store we never felt like a sales was being pushed on us. Omar was great taking the time to walk us around the store, show us different items, and he did a great job helping match colors! Very professional young men in explaining how discounts are applied, warranties, shipping costs, etc. - we didn't walk out of the store feeling like "what did we just pay for" - we were informed of all costs up front! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They couldn’t find my loan agreement I did on line, I had to redo it. Then one of their employees was complaining about being cold. I jokingly made a comment for him to eat something because he is tall and skinny and he said maybe you should eat less! Needless to say I did NOT make my purchase, I left and will be taking my business elsewhere! He didn’t say it in a joking manor, he was being flat out hateful about it and not a single person in that store that worked there said a word to him. I will NEVER buy from there and will make sure everyone I know hears about what happened and knows to avoid that store as well. I have also already contacted the corporate offices.

Do not do business with Ashley/Mathis. From false availability tales, to multiple damaged pieces having to be returned, to lies on delivery dates….spend your money elsewhere.

STOP CALLING ME. I WILL NOT BE TAKING DELIVERY OF ANY FURNITURE FROM YOU. I went into this store towards the end of August with a selection of furniture I'd found online. I really wanted this set. They were very accommodating, and placed the order for exactly what I wanted. I dealt with David B., and his sales manager, Summer. I was told at the time it shouldn't take more than a few weeks for the furniture to come in. No big deal, I was willing to wait for what I wanted. Near the end of September, I found out I was going to be moving for work at the beginning of November. I hadn't heard anything from the store, so I contacted them. I was told on the phone by a very disinterested associate that my furniture wasn't scheduled to be delivered until the end of October. I made sure this was indeed what was showing, and left it at that figuring it would be here in time before I moved. Second to last week of October, I stopped by the store on my way home to check in as I still hadn't heard anything. I was told then at the counter that they were showing that my order still showed processing, meaning it had not shipped yet, and they were showing estimates for end of November. I explained to them I'd be moved by then, and asked if there was any way to have it delivered to another store, or possibly my new address 5 hours away. I was even willing to pay extra. They assured me this was no problem, and that either my salesperson or manager would contact me the next day to set it all up. Next day came and went, no call. I called them the following day, explained my situation again, and was told the salesperson and manager were not available. I asked to speak to any manager. After a brief hold, I was told there was no manager available to speak to me. To say this pissed me off is an understatement. I decided right then and there I would not be going forward with this order, or this company. The day after that, Summer finally called me. I told her everything that happened, my conclusion from the experience, and why I felt that way. There is absolutely no reason no one was available to speak to me about this while I was still trying to work out the logistics of my move. Summer apologized, told me there is always a manager available, but that she understood and would take care of cancelling my order, That's the end of it right? Nope. This past Monday, I was contacted by the store needing me to call back and set up delivery. I called and told them this order was supposed to have been cancelled by Summer and I had already moved. At this point, I've already filled the space this furniture was meant for. I was bounced to two more people before someone got on and said they understood I needed to schedule delivery. Are you kidding me? I'm done at this point. One last time I explained, and was told that Summer would have to approve this cancellation. She would contact me the next day. I said this was not going to work for me, I don't need to talk to Summer, and as far as I'm concerned, this order is cancelled. Magically Summer is now there, and the person on the phone was going to "try and pull her away". I sat on hold for thirty ducking minutes before I finally hung up. Since then, they've called everyday, leaving messages to call back to schedule a delivery. I am beyond done with this. Mathis Brothers - have the store stop contacting me, and have Summer take care of whatever she needs to on her end. This sale could have been saved if your employees were willing to talk to someone outside of their own sale. I assume the salesfolks are on commission, otherwise, I surely could have got someone on the phone to help me work out logistics. Utterly ridiculous.

Trying to deal with this store has been a complete nightmare. The sales rep messes up my order, the management refuses to call back, then they lie to my face about when/how the problem will be resolved. I don’t understand how they can get away with treating customers like this. They might have good furniture (if you get what you ordered,) but the store employees won’t value you and the management won’t care.

We spent a good two hours in the Rogers, AR store with Omar today. He is no pressure, very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and was willing to move furniture around for my visuals. We bought a couch, coffee table, and a fireplace stand to hold our new TV. When salespeople are pushy, I have a tendency to leave. He made me want to look more, was easy to talk to and ask questions, and he gave me time to think about spaces and finances. Therefore, he earned our business and we will be back to see him.

The staff at Ashley Furniture are very helpful. This was the first time I really conveyed what I was really looking for and the sales woman was extremely helpful, but not pushy or anything. I was so comfortable with her approach.

I stopped into the store on Wednesday and found a sofa and love" seat I liked with the help of Jessica. She did a great job showing me many options. I found what i liked and had to leave. I went back into the store today with the intent of finalizing the purchase and both pieces were $100.00 higher that they were on Wednesday. There was nothing on the tag referencing any type of sale. She called the manger over to see why the price was higher and I was told "that's what it is" and he turned and walked away. I had a picture showing the price from 3 days ago and he didn't seem to care if the sale was made or not. Needless to say I will be making my purchase somewhere else.

Store experience was fine and had planned to return to purchase more but delivery company banged all the furniture bringing it in and everything had to go back on the truck. I’m still without my furniture and have received no calls or follow up and have absolutely no clue when it will be rescheduled. Awful experience.

My fiance and i were completely blown away by the service we received from Tyler and David. We arrived around 630pm to look at furniture, didn’t even realize they had closed until after 930, upon which we were told it was no problem and to take our time. We found out later that they had kept multiple people there after hours to accommodate our needs. They were polite, knowledgeable, courteous, humorous, and all together a joy to be around. Recently bought a new couch and oversized chair, after looking for a long time. Dion was great and even checked on us after the delivery was done. There was a small spot on one of the legs of the couch and he went out of his way to get a technician out to fix it (Without having to do any kind of claim) To be honest, it’s never fun looking for furniture, and most times, the sales people remind me of vultures…. But Dion made it more pleasant, and that’s all we can ask for.

I've had the furniture around 6 mths. Fabric is beading up, cushions are sinking and they damaged my door. I've contacted them about all my issues and no response other than shave the beading off the fabric. I purchased a large sectional.

Had a guy breathing down my neck the entire time while I was browsing. I checked the prices online and they were much cheaper online than in store. They were trying to upsell their tables over $200 of what the tables were listed online. I ended up buying my dining set elsewhere.

5 years ago bought a recliner and headboard and footboard. I was informed there would be a $259 fee added to my bill, just in case, something went wrong, and they had to replace some thing. I was told after time was up and didn’t use it. It would become a store credit and I could buy anything. I went in yesterday and the girl informed me that Ashley’s was sold and this policy does not comply to their company. But she did state that to use this I would have to buy something over $500 and then they would apply this $259 as a credit. So basically you have to spend $250 of your own money to get the credit I was promised when I purchased my furniture. Needless to say, I will never go back to Ashley’s and the customer service girl was not nice at all. Not sure if they still do this but I would advise everyone to check the receipt for any additional charge and ask questions about it.

Summer was the most professional sales person I have ever met with any company. She was at the Pleasant Crossing store. She has followed through and checked on us after the sale. I have some issues with the stitching on the recliner, but the service has been wonderful. I am trying to get my protection plan set up now which has been difficult. I still don't know if it is set up.

This is Lois Edens I was in there 8 months ago. The sales man told me that if anything happens tto me recliner they would fix it. And if they couldn't fix it they would replace it. I called the store they told me they was nothing they could do so I talked to the store manager he acted like he was gonna help and all her offered was my insurance on the chair. Update to add: after all of this, I still recieved a bill of $129 for what I assume is their rewards program. If you cancel your order, double check this gets removed too. Edit 2: After calling and emailing the company, I was told it might take a few billing cycles to come off (even tho all other charges had been removed) and that i should pay the bill. I eventually had to dispute it with my credit card company as the charge wasn't removed. Placed an order for a mattress expressly stating I only wanted to purchase one that was in stock and could be delivered quickly. I was assured it would be delivered the following Sunday. On Saturday, I received a text to confirm my delivery window for Sunday, which I did. The mattress didn't show up. When I called, the delivery service told me my sales person canceled it. I never received a call or email about the change in delivery. I called the store and was told someone would get back with me. My sales person texted a few hours later and said she would let me know the next day. After waiting the morning, I checked in with her to see if my bed would be delivered. She said since I was "out of town", it would be delivered on the following Saturday, although it could be delivered sooner. When I stated I wasn't out of town, simply at work, and could it be delivered after 5pm on Tuesday (their next delivery day), I was told all of those trucks were full. I then called to cancel the order so I could order elsewhere and was told "all of the managers are busy and unable to assist". At which point I had to drive back to the store to cancel in person. Overall frustrating and a waste of time.

I wish they would have taken their trash and they had difficulty getting the sectional in my house and dented my door with about a foot and a 1/2 long Dent But they were very cordial And very well mannered As far as the store goes I was quite impressed with Renee

Went in for mattress sale and when we were checking out the employee, who was very pleasant, said it really wasn't on the mattress. If we bought a mattress we got 25% off any other piece of furniture, we didn't need any other item. Wasn't happy with how we were deceived, it was probably in the small print.

Dion was absolutely amazing. We just moved from California and needed stuff for our house. He was able to work with us and got us the stuff we wanted to make our new home feel like home. We will be back to visit him soon. Thanks Dion.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this one I had to. My wife and I bought several pieces of furniture - a whole living room set and a bed/frame 7 pieces total. Had a great experience with salesman getting us hooked up with something my wife loves. The delivery came and they had the wrong sized bed frame and shorted us two pillows. Got that called in and scheduled. Didn’t show. Called and checked on it, they said it wasn’t scheduled. Rescheduled again- same thing and once again. Called the shipping vendor and they said the bed frame was on extended back order. Called the store and wanted my money back for the frame and pillows. They upgraded the frame, scheduled delivery and didn’t show again. I finally got the bed frame on the 5th delivery date after several calls. The last time, I called to confirm what was going to be delivered and still no pillows on the ticket. When they finally delivered the frame the next day, I asked about the pillows and they had a bag full of couch pillows not bed pillows, not what I ordered. By this time I’m done with calling and dealing with not care. Sales was outstanding, people were friendly and respectful, but management, logistics, and follow through were horrible. We honestly felt that once they got paid, they stopped caring. Would not buy from here again or recommend.

Donny Scott did a great job with helping us find what we needed in a new couch and love seat and determining what we wanted for future purchases. We will most definitely be going back.

I bought a recliner on Labor Day and it was delivered the first of September. At the end of two weeks I told them the chair was separating where the seat meets the back and was too uncomfortable to sit in for the evening. They sent someone to look at it and he saw the problem and said he’d seen it before. Since then I’ve called the store three times, they’ve never called me. I was told that they are waiting on parts to fix it. In the meantime, I have a brand new chair that I can’t sit in. As soon as I can, I’m going to buy a chair from La-Z-Boy as I should have done to begin with and my son can haul this one away. I wish I’d read all the reviews before buying from this company. It’s been five months since my purchase and I do not recommend this company.

Great service when I was looking for furniture. Arielle spent well over an hour with me while I tried out couches. She and Tyler worked hard to help with the purchase, but I needed to think about it for a few days and bring a fabric sample back to see if the couch was going to work. When I returned a week later, Arielle wasn't in when I arrived, but Allyssa (SP?) came to help. Because of the wonderful service I received from Arielle, Allyssa and Tyler, I purchased the furniture. I had been to other stores where I couldn't get a sales rep to answer questions. Arielle, Tyler and Allyssa each took the time to answer all questions. In my opinion, these three employees are an asset to Ashley.

UPDATE: They got my delivery right on the 5th attempt. Store and sales person are the best. But the Delivery & Customer service from Mathis Brothers is the worst. First time of delivery, They tore my new sofa and broke my headboard. They had to replace order. Second delivery attempt - The new pieces of sofa were dirty and bed frame had missing parts. So again they took the whole thing back. They are trying to make a 3rd attempt for delivery. In frustration, I went to the store and spoke to my sales person very politely and cancelled sofa without any extra charges. Next day customer service person was not friendly. I explained the whole situation and they say I have to pay 10% restocking fee for the returns. Why would I pay 10% fee for a sofa that has not been delivered completely? They ended my call in the middle of conversation. So rude. I will definitely recommend this store for collection and sales person. But not for worst customer and delivery services.

We were very pleased with Ashley. We walked in and Julissa greeted us and was able to show us just what we wanted. With the holidays the truck was already full and we needed 8 chairs for Thanksgiving. After talking with the manager they were able to have his wife pick up the chairs from Tulsa for us. They wen way out of their way to satisfy us and did an awesome job. We will use Ashley’s for any new furniture we need in the future. Thank you very much.

Have purchased with Ashley since 2011 most purchases being at the rogers location. Love them. Since the merge with Mathis we spent nearly 10k on a bed and pillows and purchased all the "required" extras to be able to switch the bed if unhappy. Got the wrong pillow ($280) and called to switch the mattress (one side) over 3 weeks ago.. went in store and called 3 times. Not a single call back. I have never experienced this terrible of customer service through ashley, and won't spend another dime after this. Sadly, bc until now we purchased often.

He was very patient, as we walked the floor at least 3 times, looking for the "right" tables. As is usually the case, we walked out having bought FAR more than we intended to. One word, TRASH Don’t usually write reviews, but don’t want other people to get scammed. We bought a sectional from Ashley furniture, during the purchase we were sold a warranty that the sales man claimed covered any damage to the couch. Well one of the legs on our sectional broke. We tried to get it fixed under the warranty only to be told that the warranty only covered spills or stains. I’d give it zero stars if possible. Avoid the warranty if you do buy from here. It’s a wast of $300.

Hello, I am writing to let you know about an arrogant behavior we faced at the Rogers Ashly furniture store today, October 2nd at around 5:30PM. We would like your customer department to review the cameras and phone conversations to find the truth. First, we have already purchased two sofa’s from Ashly Rogers store. Today, we went to buy matching TV stand. As we enter into the store we found a bar table with three stools on sale and placed order. Then, we went to the TV stand and almost placed the order. We were not aware of the warranties that we need to pay at the end. The sales representative asked if we have an Ashley advantage membership. We said yes, and gave her the advantage membership at the beginning. The sales representative tried to help us till end. When sales representative explained that there are two warranty charges to pay to bring down the price as I was ordering two different items, I didn’t quite understand, so I asked the sales representative to give me the price with warranties and without as we want to understand two warranties also to understand if I can add my sofa as well which I purchased before to the same warranty. Then the sales representative said I have to bring my manager and went to bring. We waited for her. As the manager approached my husband and I, she sat far, and asked what’s going ? I said I want to see if you can wave the warranty to bring down the price, the whole process, I was thinking that buying warranty was an option. She said I can wave the warranty and you can pay more. My husband said then what is the point of waving the warranty rather we can buy with warranty and was about to ask if we can add sofas to the same warranty. He didn’t even say anything else than that. She said, done deal and left with loud pitch. I was asking the sales representative what’s your manager’s name? Why she behaves like this? She came back and said we are done, we are done, we are done, done deal with a high pitch and made us walk out. I called the store and tried to explain the situation, the front desk lady trasfer to Shawna only who behaved arrogantly. I wasn’t aware of it. She said you know what you are complaining to me about me. I said we were here for the past 20 years and we never had to face this type of behavior. She said, your husband rose his voice and I had to do it and I am also in customer service for past 20 years. Okay! I said let me know your name I don’t have to talk to you again. She said I said that before and I was in customer service for 20 years, but didn’t say her name. I again called in to the store to get her name. The front desk lady gave me her name. By then she has told everybody that my husband started yelling at the sales representative and her. I was trying to explain the front desk lady about what happens and asked why she behaved like that or what’s her problem? This time the customer service lady started blaming me and my husband and warning I am going to hung up the call. She said if you talk more, I am going to hung up the call repeatedly. I was trying to make her understand what happens. She said by law we don’t have to sell our products if you as you don’t respect our sales team. I said can we find the truth? She said, she knkws the truth. She also said go ahead and complain on me as well and take my name as well and started to spell her name as well. Dear madam or sir whoever reads this email, we would like to watch surveillance cameras and the phone conversation to find the truth? Rather resolving the situation, we got treated blandly again and again. Is this the company policy and ethic? We would like to take this to company officials and find the truth. Let us know how to proceed with this to find the truth.

Jae was fantastic and really helped us find what we were looking for. Her hustle was appreciated and paid off for us! I have dealt with Ashley furniture several times in the past as well as recently and have to say they’ve always delivered great service. Their sales people are highly motivated, but that is a good thing because they are always courteous and helpful. Jae was no exception and I think I have to say her service was nothing short of excellent. She kept in touch down to the delivery process and has been extremely responsive. She is a great employee for Ashley!

We moved here a year ago and got our living room set here. We like the set we got and had a great sales associate Summer. We recently needed a new recliner and went back to see if summer was still there and she was, we feel she listens to what we want and helps us fit it in our budget, I look forward to getting the new recliner. My wife and I recently visited the Ashley home store In Rogers, AR. We had a great experience and this experience was so amazing because of the Sales Manager there, Mr. Cesar Marquez. Right from the start, Cesar was very professional, thorough and focused in his work. He gave us full information about all the mattresses that we were interested in. He was so personable yet professional that interacting with him felt like we could easily find whatever we need and that too at the best prices. The second time we went, was after scheduling a time to meet with him specifically and do the deal. He showed us all the mattresses again and then matched the online prices for all the furniture we needed and gave us more discounts. He gave us the best prices and gave us a great deal. The whole process was very smooth and this helped us to shop all the important stuff we needed very easily. Cesar knew his stuff, was very hard working. Highly recommend him... Go to him... He is the best!!!!!!

Not the brightest group. I made a purchase May 14 and when the items delivered they recharged my card so now (3.5 months later) I have the actual purchase and a hold, both for the same amount, hitting my card. I had to dispute the pending charge and wait up to two months to have their mistake corrected. In the mean time I have negative available credit. How dumb is that? I was going to purchase a new sofa because of the decent financing, but now I will go somewhere else. I don't understand how a company could be that inept.

My husband and I have had our couch for a little over a year now and we are not to pleased with the couch. With this suppose to be a high quality company furniture store the couch doesnt seem to be that high quality. We bought our couch in march of last year and it took months for us to get it and they keep changing the date of when it would have been delivered. when we got the couch we were happy to finally have our first ever brand new couch in a matter of week the cushion ripped where it attached the back couch. When we went in we asked for a couch that would work good with keeping up with maintenace of dog hair and this couch we got was by there recommendation and it is very hard to clean dog hair off and we have a german shepard so we clean it every day. The couch also lost its softness very quickly and I was told it would be easy to clean if need for spills and that the cushions can come off and be washed on a delicate cycle and we did that with out drying them and the string on the inside we falling apart and made the cover hard to put back on the couch. Overall we do like the couch and are grateful to have one but its not the quality I was hoping for from an Ashley Furniture home store unfortunately, especially the price we paid for it.

Lots of nice things. There wasn't much in stock in rogers. Everything was in stock in Oklahoma City. But was estimated to get in 3 weeks from Oklahoma City.

My partner and I recently went into Ashley Furniture in Rogers looking for outdoor furniture. We'd been shopping around for awhile and found a few items we really liked there. While we are still shopping before making a final purchase our exchange with Renee was top notch. We walked in and she greeted us warmly right away and outlined all of our options, head to toe. She was patient, thorough and her personality and approach made our visit fun and engaging. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE! We will most certainly be back and may look into purchasing other items for our home so long as Renee is our guide!

My first experience at Ashley was not enjoyable, nothing in stock or available and felt pressured. Came in to look around and Bre was so helpful. She was happy to check on the availability of stuff, was honest about delivery schedule, and she made learning about how the furniture is made so much fun. This woman pulled cushions off and showed me exactly how durable the decking(?) is and how sturdy the chairs are made, by standing on it and jumping!! It was such a blast. When I'm ready, Ashley and Bre are my first and last stop!

Great experience at this store. We had gone there about a year ago and weren't impressed but we saw signs stating that they were under new management so we gave them another try. Wonderful experience. Renee was our salesperson and she was friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. Very happy with our shopping experience.

Renee provided exceptional customer service. I had been to several other furniture stores in search of what we needed, but Renee’s knowledge and friendliness made the difference. She worked to provide a great price and coordinated for delivery despite our time constraints.

Bumping this to 3 stars. I finally spoke with a supervisor who is attempting to rectify my situation with my broken furniture and they let me know they will be swapping my defective mattress. Will raise this or delete this review when my issue is completely taken care of and finalized which could take multiple weeks because they are ordering a new set.

Recently bought our 2nd set of living room furniture from Ashley’s. We looked around and found the best selection and price there. The salesman and Manager were awesome. Worked with us to get the right selection and price. Couldn’t be happier!

I went in a few days ago just to browse around. Upon arrival, Brianna, one of the sales reps, greeted me and assisted me throughout the store. I've been in the market for a new mattress for quite some time but I have been afraid to splurge without buying the right one. Brianna was glad to help me choose a mattress that was PERFECT for me! She was very knowledgeable and polite. I definitely recommend asking for Brianna the next time you decide to shop at Ashley's.

Was told and they advertise if u buy a sofa and love seat u get a pc of furniture. I got nothing lady said I would get a rug but then she told my daughter I did not want nothing. Untrue. I asked for coffee table marked she said no I said take it off. So I wasn’t offered nothing. False advertisement!

Bri was very helpful and, even though she was new, she took the time to make sure we got the best deal. She was helpful and informative. Be warned, Ashley's Furniture website has different prices than in the store. Bri made sure we got the best price on what we were purchasing. Make sure and do your homework so that you get the lowest price.

Our experience with Ashley was awesome. My husband and I were looking for a bedroom set but weren’t sure of the style we wanted. The sales person who greeted us at the door was Albert Cerda. He showed us around but didn’t hover or pressure us. When we saw the set we wanted he was very attentive and took his time to check availability and all the details. He made sure to line everything up for us the way we requested. He is a super amazing sales person and will will definitely be back.

Went to play goldilocks to find a matress that was "just right" and found one with the help of Albert who was friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of humor. Let me try out the beds that were above my price range for the fun of it. Had a good time overall, and my new mattress is expected to be delivered in only 3 days! A lot faster than I expected.

I just bought a couch and it was a very easy, painless process. Great customer service, specifically both Davids.

Not very pleased and will not be returning. We had ordered our furniture back in September and did not receive MOST of our furniture until the middle of April(we’re still waiting to see one more piece). The delivery truck arrived at 8:45p and they told us they weren’t sure how to put the furniture together. The cocktail table we got had minor damage to it but nothing too major. Regardless any damage should be too much damage. I told them I would just put it together myself because I really needed them out of my house so we could get to bed as we both had to work at 4:30 the next morning. I got a call from someone asking about the order and was told that I would get a call from “either” the manager OR our sales rep the following day. That call never came from either of them… we went about our business the next couple weeks waiting for a call because we were also missing a rug that we had ordered at the same time as the rest of our furniture. Little did we know they had cancelled that order, tried to reorder it, it didn’t go through even through for whatever reason, but then nothing was done after that. No call to let us know our order had been cancelled, no call to let us know the status of the account that blocked the order, nothing. The communication within the Mathis Brothers/Ashley Furniture — Rogers location is severely lacking. AND we had gone back in person back in February to check the order of that rug and were told it was in stock and they were going to get it to us before the rest of the furniture, but that obviously never happened. We had to return to the store in person…TWICE to figure out what was going on with this rug before we were told it was being reordered. I will say the ladies at the front desk and Shawna were very helpful this second go around, our salesman David B. was also very kind; however, due to the lack of communication, we will not be returning after we receive this rug.

Salesman Tiller was great. Manager worked with me offering a good deal due to Memorial Day sale. I gave it 4 stars as waiting to see if delivery will be timely.

I was charged a $99 fee for Ashley Rewards, which I was not told there was a fee for the rewards program. Didn’t notice until I got home and it was in the middle of my itemized receipt. Later when furniture was received it wasn’t on that receipt but the amount was taken off the amount I paid up front. Very deceiving!

Didn't have what I wanted in stock. 3 month delivery times. I went online and found much cheaper price but they couldn't fulfill my order! I have multiple pending orders and still no purchases. This place is a total joke.

A friend and I were casually walking around looking, he is looking to purchase a couch & a few other items so we had no plans but saw Ashley’s and decided to go look around. We were followed around the store (as they do because it's commission sales) this poor girl followed us everywhere, we were trying to have a conversation when we kept getting asked questions about purchasing. We then saw a couch he thought maybe comfortable enough & we sat on a chair and were just chatting about it fitting in his living room, what pieces he may want etc. The lady manager came sat down & we played 50 questions, she then said her reps make money on commission only & they can't leave us unattended so we needed to leave if we weren't going to purchase. So needless to say we won't be back, she was pretty rude.

We went to Ashley to look at living room furniture. Jeremy was very helpful for us. He’s very personable and was very not high pressure! We were definitely use them again. We ended up buying a set but we are looking forward to putting in the house.

My fiancé and I are in the process of buying a house and in that process have decided we’d like to buy a new couch and possibly a new bed. We walked into Ashley’s and we were greeted by Nick Weat, usually I’ll be the first to be grouchy to a salesman but this time was so different… I instantly felt like Nick understood our needs/wants and he listened very intently, he showed us a ton of great couch&mattress options and put up with our indecisiveness not to mention he spent well over an hour with us. He is very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question I asked. We weren’t quite ready to pull the trigger but Nick listened to what we were trying to accomplish and got us setup with an Ashley Visa. Nick is definitely an asset to y'all's company and we will be back to make those purchases I spoke of. Thank you Nick and Ashley home store!

If I could give no stars I would! Worst experience ever! Me and my husband went in to LOOK at some sofa sets for our new house. First off we told them we were just looking for today and they acted fine and left us alone, then another salesman comes over and asks us some questions and I stated again we were just looking. Well he took us around to other different ideas which was fine and we found one we liked. First off he wouldn’t give us a set price because we wanted to know for future reference when we came back to purchase. Secondly I kept repeating we were just looking to get ideas and round about prices and we would be back in a few months once we closed on our house, well he kept saying let me see what I can do and was VERY pushy on trying to get us to finance and put a down payment on something that day! Finally he left us and we went back to looking, BUT the rest of the time he followed us around the store, and I got a very uncomfortable vibe from all of the workers like we were on their radar. Not welcoming at all!! Him following us around was enough for me and I finally looked at him and said we are not buying a sofa today and I looked at my husband and said let’s go we will do business elsewhere where we are not being harassed the whole time! Definitely will be going somewhere else!

Tiler Pinnix was very helpful and patient with us today. He was very understanding to all the questions we had even when we were embarrassed to ask due to our lack of knowledge. This was our first time financing on such a big piece and we felt embarrassed to ask so many questions over and over again to make sure we were on the same page, and he answered and explained each one with so much patience and detail.

We visited last week to get an idea of what we wanted/liked. Summer was very helpful. Last night we returned to purchase what we had decided on and both Summer and Shawna were extremely patient and attentive to what we needed. Virtually every room of our house is furnished by Ashley Furniture and as long as we keep having great experiences we won’t change!

We shopped in store with all 3 of our kiddos on Saturday, immediately after walking in we were greeted by Jeremy! He helped us by walking us through all the different types of mattresses and beds, when I was getting overwhelmed he took a step back and let me breathe for a minute! We ended up purchasing a mattress and bed frame from him. He did warn us it could be a month as everything is currently on back order due to the pandemic, but our mattress would be delivered to my house by the next Saturday. The gentleman that delivered my mattresses were so nice and professional! They delivered not only my mattresses but the entire bed frame and protector as well. It was an excellent experience all the way around! Jeremy was an awesome salesman that did over step any boundaries and the delivery guys were awesome!

I also get that Covid-19 has put a huge strain on manufactures, inventory and shipping but Covid-19 doesn't keep you from picking up the phone and communicating with customers. We bought a livingroom set on December 18, 2021 and was told that it should be here on 1/18/22. On 1/19 I called the store and left a message for the salesman and his manager, never heard back from either one of them. So a week later I called back and was told, not by my salesman it would be at the end of March. I totally fine, I get it , but nobody calling me was frustrating. No calls no emails after being told muitlple times they would and still to date I haven't heard anything. Ashley Furniture is not responsible for the delays in manufacturing or shipping due to Covid, but they are 100% responsible for the poor communication and lack of proactive customer service. The two stars have nothing to do with the livingroom set as to I haven't seen them yet and probably wont for a while. This review speaks directly to the lack of communication by the company.

The lack of communication from this store is incredibly disappointing. I get that Covid-19 has put a huge strain on manufactures, inventory and shipping but Covid-19 doesn't keep you from picking up the phone and communicating with customers. We bought a dining room table and chairs on Oct 23, 2021 and was told that that there was a chance that we would get it on 11/18/21. On 11/17 I called my salesman and left a message, never heard back from him. So I called the store, they said the date had been pushed back to Dec 10, 2021; totally fine, I get it... it was only a chance that it would be delivered early, but nobody calling me was frustrating. On Dec 7th I called them because no one had reached out to me about a delivery yet. I was told "someone should have called you to let you know that your delivery date was pushed back" No calls no emails. So they told me that the new date would be 2nd or 3rd week of January. I called today just to verify we were still on the delivery schedule and now we are looking at February and once again.. no calls, no emails, no communication. Ashley Furniture is not responsible for the delays in manufacturing or shipping due to Covid, but they are 100% responsible for the poor communication and lack of proactive customer service. #PRO TIP - When your Home Furnishing Specialist (Salesman) alludes to you that paying cash instead of financing your purchase will result in a quicker delivery... that is not true, so don't fall for that sales pitch. First of I ordered my stuff last year around December and everytime I would call they would push the date further everytime I called . I patiently waited and ONE YEAR LATER I finally received my items but the only thing is my mirror and dresser didn’t fit in my room so I asked for a refund but it’s been about two weeks and I still haven’t got my money back . Ashley’s furniture isn’t the same anymore . I don’t recommend

We ordered furniture in October. They told us be January when it comes in. They called the other day saying they forgot to order it. We requested a refund. They were trying steal from us. We are going to have to get furniture somewhere else. This isn’t right.

If there was an option for no stars I would have selected that. We order items in June, with white glove delivery, date set for Sept. delivery. Mid July, Ashley were trying to deliver our items by August 1st (home hasn't closed and still under renovation). Contact the store and was told to ignore and they would automatically push out the delivery date. After several ignored calls, I was left with message they would no longer deliver or hold our items. I called the store, turns out they sold the franchise to a new company. Only thing they could do was help return the items since new owners did not sell us the items and did not obtain any of the records from previous owner. Called delivery and was suggested I rent a storage unit to hold our items or have it delivered to a different address, what the heck are we pay for if we have to pay for storage and re-deliver to ourselves. We manage to talk to seller to let us deliver the items to the home pre-closing and in middle of renovation. Delivery guys attempted to delivery and notice the home was no where near ready to take delivery and suggested we reject delivery. He also mentioned 3 of the 10 dinning chairs had cuts in the material and they would have to reorder the 3. Second attempt to deliver, the delivery guys left the dinning table laying on the ground and parts scattered in the garage floor, we paid for white glove delivery. Next delivery was our couch, which should have been placed upstairs, they left that in the garage with one of our dining chairs. Called them today regarding the rest of our chairs, and was told tentative date is middle of Jan. 2022. Would never shop Ashley Furniture again.

Sales rep was nice. Order took longer than expected, turned out to be the wrong color and wrong amount. Logistical nightmare!! You've been warned.

Anticipating a supply shortage, we ordered 6 months in advance for our new home. 2 months later, they call us and tell us the furniture is ready to deliver. Since the new home wasn't ready yet they said they would hold the furniture until we were ready to schedule. 3 weeks prior to moving, I call to schedule the delivery, only to find that they rotated my furniture to someone else, and my order isn't available for another 4-6 weeks. I recommend you don't tell customers you will hold their furniture if you aren't actually holding the furniture. I would have bought a storage unit.

Even after being warned about the poor customer service, we went ahead and ordered complete bed set from Ashley Rogers store in the month of July which should have been delivered during the first week of November but didn’t. When visited the store for the update on the order placed, associates said that they cannot lookup order as the management has been changed and asked us to contact the previous management customer service. We tried contacting previous management customer care service multiple times but every time they give some or other reason and asks us to contact store, when contacted store- they are asking us to contact online customer service and this process has become a never ending loop where we aren’t getting any resolution from the store neither the online customer service. Not sure if they ever gonna deliver our order.

When we started shopping we were told to steer clear of Ashley’s in Rogers due to poor customer service but went in anyway since we were already close. Obviously things have changed because we found nothing but great inventory and great customer service. Albert Cerda is the man, ask for him! Even though I am 1,000,000% positive that we got on his nerves as much as we were pushing to get them to work with us. He never showed anything but Superior Professionalism, Friendliness, and a Desire to get us exactly what we wanted at a “Mutually Beneficial” price point. To this day I really do feel like we may have ended up on the better end of the “Mutually Beneficial” agreement and for that I am very thankful. Thank you to Albert and Mgr. Shauna (couldn’t have gotten it done without her, and she was amazing as well). We are more in love with our set today than we were the day we bought it.

Poor customer service. My experience was that my sales lady was great, the store manager was impolite and wearing his facemask under his chin.

We bought a sectional a couple months ago. The couch has a horrible groaning sound. We bought the highest warranty available. We're still waiting for the store to come take a look at it. Unsatisfied with the product and customer service.

Salespeople are very pushy. Was approached 3 times and given a speech within first 5 minutes of being in the store. Would not recommend if you are just browsing.

Had amazing customer service today! Allison helped us get the table we wanted and was able to price match it for an even better deal. It was the last one in stock, so we got the one right off the show room floor and we’re able to take it home today too. It wouldn’t quite fit in the car, so Jason at the desk helped me out and went and found two different screw drivers so I could take the legs off and get it to fit. A great team!

I have ordered bed frame from Ashley on April and after 3 months wait they delivered it on August. But the problem is the bed frame they delivered was missing some parts (Legs that hold the slats). I have raised the complaint and they said they are working with the service team to get those parts. But during my recent call they told the management of this store is been changed and I need to call to old management to get my issues resolved. The number they gave for old management is not working at all. It’s really frustrating, after being paid in full including installation fee and waiting for months to get your furniture delivered and they miss the important parts so that you can’t use furniture anymore. And now they are pointing me in different directions to get it fixed. Never ever buy anything from Ashley again. Even smaller furniture stores provide better customer service. Don’t get fooled by the brand name Ashley.

Spent 2 hours here trying to find a sectional, we were told we could buy the floor model but the only stipulation was we had to fill out a credit application even though we were paying cash. After giving them all of my personal information and having my credit dinged for the inquiry, the floor manager "changed her mind" and reneged the deal and "couldn't" sell me the available sectional but I could get one in 6 months. Great service

Went in today to check on my Ashley Home Store purchase because some of my order was mysteriously canceled. The sales people told me as of today they are now Mathis Brothers. I asked to talk to a manager and she said too bad I didn’t come in yesterday before they were bought out. They refused to help me with my order from Ashley that still has not been delivered even though it’s some of the same employees and they have all the records. Also called Ashley customer service and they said they could not help me and to go to the store. So Ashley you get 1 star because it’s as low as I can give on here. And I know Mathis Brothers from Oklahoma and they also get 1 star for basically laughing in my face about my order and refusing to help.

They have nice stuff, bit pricey compared to others. Didn’t have what we was looking for and the guy who helped us didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there. It was nice going in today tho because there wasn’t any annoying salesman almost tackling us as soon as we walk in the door.

Great experience with Mr Baldwin. He was very informative and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He made it a easy transaction and recommend him to anyone!

I had set up a an appointment the day before, and when arriving at the store we were taken care of immediately. They had a sample of the product I was looking at online, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for us. The store was able to do a price match to the online price and we are happy ccustomers.

DJ did a great job. BUT the delays are ridiculous! Never heard any update on my order (back in April 2021) and now (Aug 2021) was told that I could possibly have my order in OCT if I was lucky. Called and customer service number and they told me that people were tired of hearing their orders where delayed and stopped informing them with updates on their orders. Both deadlines came and went with no communication that I did not instigate.

Wonderful staff! Focused hard on finding us the exact furniture we were looking for.

The worse experience I’ve had with any business I’ve dealt with!!! Placed an order almost a year ago and and was given a delivery date but ended up being delayed. I went ahead and cancelled my order and was told I would receive a refund via check since I paid with cash and to give it about 4-6 weeks to receive it. Well after almost a year of patience and having to call customer service multiple times (each one giving me different responses), I have yet to have my problem resolved! Keep being told that they will send my concern to a department that handles these issues and that they’ll call me after 24-48 hrs to help resolve this but that has yet to happen! Seems like the only time they care about customers is when making a sale but beyond that they are very careless. I wouldn’t recommend this place to even my worse enemy!

If I could give them a NO Stars!!!!!They Rude/Obnoxious/they have attitudes and they lie to you at the store level. . All I am trying to do is get status on some couch pillows that were suppose to have been shipped directly to my house. I ordered at the end of May. I called their main customer service and they had no clue where the order was and just told me something just to get me off the phone. I have called the store several times and left messages for someone to call me and no one calls you back. We went into the store and asked for status in beginning of July on a Saturday and they just realize that it was keyed incorrectly. They were trying to deliver a bogus item via a truck delivery. It was fixed and was told I would get a call on Monday. Well they did not call I left messages that were never answered and now we have to wait til Monday because no one knows how to call a phone number and check on the status except for the one out on vacation!!!! The Sales Mgr over Sales we talked to in the store had a very bad attitude, was rude. I have nothing good the say about the Ashley’s Furniture as a whole and I will not recommend them.

Ordered my kids beds in February, the lady who helped us said 3-5 weeks for delivery, it has now been 19 weeks & we received mattresses only. They’re on the floor because for a whole 2 months they keep saying the panels will be here in a week, now 2 weeks now 3 and now it’s been 8. I am NEVER buying from this store again and my friends and family will not be buying here either we had to go to a local spot to buy our table and couches. Ashleys has lost our business.

My furniture was ordered over 12 weeks ago and I was given an eta of 8-12 weeks, when I checked on it after 8 weeks they said the eta was unknown so asked me to pick out a second choice. I did that and now they still have not updated me on either order. I’ve called and every time I call they say they will check and see if another store has one so I can go ahead and get it sooner and they will call me back and have yet to call me back. I have never had such an unprofessional experience.

Walked in, told them what we saw online. Immediately they took us to the model and demonstrated all the features. We said yes, they explained the delivery and set up process and our projected date. In an out in half an hour with a great deal. Happy wife happy life.. I'm Happy!!!

Please ask for Ryan Boyer. He is the absolute best. Wonderful customer service. He took his time with us and we never felt pressured to buy anything. He showed us around the store. The Ashley homestore in Rogers is the place to shop. Thank you Ryan for having patience with us. We will definitely be back.

Everything was incredible right up until after we walked out the door after making the purchase. Since we made our order, everything has been helpless. Original delivery date was missed (expected because of COVID) but not only that, OUR SALES WOMAN ORDERED THE COMPLETELY WRONG FURNITURE. The delivery man was the one who recognized it! He realized that the two pieces he was about to deliver us didn't go together (it is a sectional) and that she had ordered incorrectly. He brought our half of it and said we could borrow it until the new order came in, BUT IT WAS TORN. So we were left with no furniture and a reset of delivery delay because it was as though it was a new order. Week after week with no update we finally went up to the store. WE WERE IGNORED BY EVERYONE UNTIL WE DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. Finally we got with someone and a while later, we realized THEY ORDERED INCORRECTLY AGAIN! So they had to reorder AGAIN! Weeks later we get a delivery date and they deliver... HALF OF THE SECTIONAL! Said the other half would be in in a couple weeks and for us to call then. A couple weeks later we call, IT WONT BE IN FOR ANOTHER MONTH! All this happening and the people at the store never pick up, they ignore us when we show up, and the people on the customer service line try their best but it is new to them every time we call! I've now been given a corporate number to call but get hung up on every time I call. We were literally told by customer service people that we might just want to cancel and try somewhere else since our store people have been so irresponsible. WE JUST WANT OUR SECOND HALF OF OUR COUCH!

Go went to multiple furniture stores and Ashley’s is by far the best. Excellent customer service. I was helped by Allie she was very friendly and patient. Most places made me feel rushed to make a decision, or would get me to agree to a purchase then leave or hand me off to someone else. Allie helped me throughout the entire process. She was honest and helpful. She did not make me feel like I was just a number to add to her sales but really treated me like a valued customer.

I bought a furniture on 4/10/21 and had a delivery date of May 19. I was given a call a day before pushing my delivery to May 21, no problem at all as I understood they where backed up. The reason I'm writing this review is their poor communication to the client and lack of internal logistics communication with the organization. I waited all day on the 21st for the delivery that never arrived, I even received a text confirmation that day my furniture was on route for delivery. At the end of day, I called the 800 customer service and was told to give the store a call the next day. I called and during the call with the representative the call dropped. after the drop call I decided I would just await on them calling be back right? would be logical customer service. Never received a call had to follow up today to find out my delivery was now pushed out to end of next week. Talk about be pushed to the end of the line and not to the front as a priority on a promise the store can't keep.

We had a very pleasant experience at Ashley on a Sunday evening. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were very efficient and knowledgeable through the whole process.

Rogers AR store. Two months after ordering, our furniture arrived...part missing, part damaged and part wrong. Couldn't get sales rep or manager on the phone. Drove from Greenwood to Rogers to get some answers. The manager literally passed us off to another lady sitting beside her and said, "Here you deal with this and I will just listen." The lady confirmed delivery of missing and damaged parts but could not confirm that we would be receiving the correct replacement parts. Said she would call today! 5 pm and no phone call!

First, let me state that I truly believe Ashley Furniture and Home stores, at least on a national level, is an excellent place to find furniture. However, the Rogers, Arkansas store has some serious need for coaching of their employees and in particular their store manager. I was in shopping for a client this morning for furniture to completely redo two major rooms in her house. While shopping I was approached by a salesman who offered his help where I told him I appreciated it but I just wanted to look around and I would seek him out if I needed help. I also asked him to keep social distance since we are still in the midst of a pandemic. He politely obliged and told me his name. Later I was aggressively approached by an unhappy looking guy who claimed to be a store manager to whom I stated to him I was looking but would ask for help if I needed it. He kept coming towards me and I adamantly stated to him to please keep his distance. I guess he felt my asking him to basically back off and keep his distance caused hurt to his ego or pride over it to the point of him asking me to leave the store of which I gladly did. Fortunately, it pushed me to go across the street to Hank's Furniture and shop there for my client. I had never shopped at Hank's before but was pleasantly surprised at the good quality furniture they carry and the salesman that was there was very pleasant and respected my space and time. So thanks to the unhappy store manager Ashley's in Rogers, who was a jerk to me because I asked him to keep his distance, in causing me to direct my attention to Hank's FINE furniture! Oh and my budget for these two rooms is approx. $12K....too bad that unhappy Store manager's hurt ego/pride cost Ashley a big sell.

Ashley's web site is very nice so I decided to visit the local store. That being said my visit was very unpleasant. The sales person birddogged me thru the entire store. I was very uncomfortable. I know they have a job to do but this was overkill

Excellent experience, very knowledgeable staff helped us pick out furniture to fit our needs. We came in an hour prior to the store closing, Charles stayed well after the store closed to make sure we got everything we needed and left satisfied. Cannot wait for our furniture to be delivered. Side note: I'm an extremely picky customer and had several demands they were able to meet. The purchasing option were incredible, even if you have subpar credit they will find a way to make it happen.

Just visited the Rogers, Arkansas store to look at the dining room set I have been wanting. My salesman was very kind and helpful. I can’t wait to get my Raelyn table and chairs.

We had an amazing experience with Charles. He helped our son pick out a new mattress and we were able to get him upgraded to a new bed and mattress AND get us a gorgeous new bedframe thanks to the amazing staff there. It was also nice to see how clean everything was and all the staff wearing masks. Put us at ease and helped make the shopping experience so amazing.

Timed my 1,000 mile trip home to see if some pillows were still on sale in clearance and the store didn't open until 12 which was not posted - posted time was 10 am. The manager refused to let me look 45 minutes early so will never buy anything from Ashley again. Maybe post accurate hours? Just saw more customers walk away. That's what I'd encourage everyone else to do.

Now that we dug into social media about Ashley Furniture and more importantly the salesman DJ we discovered this is happening to a lot of customers. I know of one female who declares on Facebook she will contacting the Better Business Bureau and we as a group have encouraged her to do so, I will also follow through with contacting headquarters and whomever else needs to know.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. If you're looking for good, honest customer service.. this is not the place for you. BEWARE of this place. More specifically DJ, AKA Donald Jowers, the "assistant manager"(Unsure if that was truthful or not) I don't know who on earth would make this creep an assistant manager, but whoever did clearly made a huge mistake. Speaking of huge mistakes, my husband and I went in looking for furniture on March 6th 2021. DJ approached us and asked if we needed some help. We already had our eye on a furniture set and asked for some details on the one we were standing in front of. We truly were decieved by this man. The time we spent with him in the store getting this sale done/ learning about the furniture, we had told him that this was for our daughters 9th birthday. It's a birthday surprise for her. Our oldest daughter had moved out and we were going to surprise our middle daughter for her birthday with her very own room. A luxury she had never had. DJ started telling us personal stories about how he had just "won" custody of his 17-18 year old daughter because her mom was a dead beat drug addict. He got way too comfortable around us and even started cussing and telling us inappropiate jokes because he is supposedly a "comedian". He started showing us pictures of his bike and fiance' and continuing to tell us personal stories. BUT as he was telling all this, he kept showing us his computer saying " I don't do this for anyone, but I like you guys. Let me save you some money and make sure your daughter has the best birthday she's ever had." All this to say, while he was doing all this, he was knowingly manipulating us into thinking that he cares about our situation. That he's personable. He made us literal promises and guarantees that our furniture would be in by April 21st. He even gave us his personal cell. All this was March 6th. One month goes by, April 6th, I attempted to contact him and didn't hear anything back. So I called the customer service line just to get an update on our order and make sure everything was going to be here on time for our babygirls birthday. Customer service then informed me that they had an estimated date of the furniture arriving to the warehouse May 6th. I attempted to contact him again and I didn't recieve anything back. My husband was able to get in touch with him and he "reassured us" by saying they were wrong, everything is okay. We went up to the furniture store to see him face to face and make sure that he was being truthful. He once again, came up to us, "fist bumped" both of us(extremely unprofessional) and told us word for word "If I have to drive up to St. Louis or Springfield myself and pick up your daughters furniture, I will. " That was yet another deceit, April 20th rolls around, no communication from DJ or anyone else. My husband called customer service again and they said it wouldn't be in for another few days if not more. He went up to the store and DJ came up to fist bump him again. My husband made it clear he wasn't there to be his friend or his lies any longer. He was there to make sure our daughter still has the best birthday no matter what it takes. My husband had to take the display dresser and was given an address as to where the rest of the furniture was. My husband took the day off from work and then had to take a two and a half hour trip to springfield to then be told, the furniture wasn't there. At this point, we were at a loss. We contacted the vice president, Heather- the only person with any decent customer service associated with this store. She was appalled by our situation and DJ's lies. My husband then made the trip back home, went to ashleys, and had to take the scratched, dirty display. Just in order for our daughters birthday surprise to workout. The bed was the wrong size, we had already bought a full size mattress at tuckers( where we should've bought the furniture too) in preparation for the full size bed frame to get here from Ashleys. This was my first experience ever buying furniture and I went in today with basically no idea what I was looking for and absolutely no idea how to match stuff together at all. MJ was SO helpful and helped me match everything perfectly and find the comfiest most perfect pieces for my new place!! 10/10 would highly recommend

I’ve bought several things from Ashley, but not in quite some time. The furniture is nice enough. Last time we went in, the salesman greeted us at front door and stated that he wasn’t going to bother us. No matter where we went in the store, he was right there and trying to tell us about the piece and why it was better than other places. Went to look at mattresses and he would literally not let me look in piece. It was just a horrible experience. Understand it’s commission based, but they need to let people look and maybe they’ll do better

If I can give this rating a 0 I would. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have purchased some furnitures in November 2020 and I am still waiting on my last piece of furniture. Within these 5 months the store/no one has ever given me a phone call to let me know why my orders keeps getting back order or why I wasn’t getting my order. Everytime I was the one that had to hunt down my furniture and everytime they kept giving me a later date. Yes, I understand that we are in a pandemic and everything is on back order but at least keep me updated!! Within these five months I was never able to get a hold of the store itself. I have left many voicemails but no return calls. The sale person that sold me my furnitures was the manager there and he has give me his personal number to call if I had any question. Within 5 months I have left him 3 voicemails. He has never given me a call back. Everytime I called I was only able to reach customer service. Mind you everytime I call customer service and spoke to a representative they tell me something different.. i was suppose to get my last piece of furniture last Friday but of course something came up and they had to cancel it after I have confirm on the delivery date and time. I was waiting and waiting and that’s when I finally called and found out they stop the delivery.. yet no one called to tell me that. If I didn’t called there was no way of knowing that they stoped my delivery. I would have been waiting for my furniture all day. Talk about poor customer service. I had to personally go to the store and drive 45min myself to speak to the store manager. At this point I was very upset. I shouldnt have to hunt down my furniture and have to do their job for them. So I told the store manager that. Instead of apologizing she gave me an attitude and said “ I am doing my job, I’m doing it right now”. Excuse me? If she was doing her job I wouldn’t have to drive out 45 mintues to talk to her personally. If they would have just picked up their phones! Well she told me I was going to get my order on April 9th. It’s April 8th, they haven’t given me a call to confirm delivery so I called today and of course the store didn’t picked up so had to talked to customer service and now they are saying April 23rd. Yet again no one called to tell me that. So I called corporate today and fill a complaint. Should be getting a phone call back within 24hrs and still waiting for my furniture. Will update what they say. Smh

Fell in love with bedroom and dining furniture and ordered it. Decided a couple weeks later to purchase the insurance. Couldn't get anyone on the phone. Store doesn't pick up. Our furniture was due to deliver today so we tore up our house in anticipation. No delivery. Called the customer service and was told several items are still backordered. Sales lady is out of the store today and we can't get the manager to call us back. This store has not been pleasant to deal with. Would not recommend.

If getting from them prepare to wait and then wait some more. Ordered new Bed and mattress and took 4 weeks to get the bed, then we go to pick it up and they didn't order us all the order. We were missing the 2nd box spring for the King foundation. So now we have to wait another 5 weeks on the other part of our foundation. Gonna take 7 weeks to get the mattress here we are 6 weeks in and still can't sleep on our new bed. It's gonna be over 10 weeks if not longer before we will be able to use what we ordered.

I love this store, and their very patient sales team. The furniture is made to order, super chic and comfortable. I have been buying from them for several years. Highly recommended!

Poor service and they never answer the phone and when you leave a message to call back they never do.

We have big issues with an order and they never answer the phone or return calls! We tried to call the sales rep and she also will not answer her phone or return calls. On our way down so we can get it handled in person! Wish I could give 0 stars, might have to get an attorney at this point.

Associates at the HomeStore were friendly and ordering was easy so I assume most 5-star reviews were like mine: nice experience while at the store but oblivious to the nightmare yet to come. At best, Ashley is pitiful at communicating delays or even estimating when something will be delivered. One order had to be canceled months after purchasing and I’m skeptical if I’ll see the other orders delivered prior to 2022. Just last week, they estimated delivery was finally within a few business days, only for me to discover that they will now be delivered next month. This is already after passing several other “estimated” delivery dates. At this point, I highly doubt they’ll be delivered next month either so I’ll look forward to updating my glowing review after the next delay. Overall, if you’re looking for a pleasant shopping experience and enjoy a good mystery on when you’ll receive items you’ve paid for, I highly encourage you to shop Ashley Furniture. They will not disappoint.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Waited months to get our furniture (which is of course not their fault, I get that). But the morning of delivery we gave away our big dresser and dumped all the clothes onto the bed to make room for the new furniture. Nobody informed us the dresser wasn’t going to be delivered with the other furniture. But it was too late, our old dresser was already gone at that point. Then after a week of trying to get ahold of someone in the store (they NEVER answer their phone and when I finally spoke with the manager she confirmed they usually didn’t and admitted they didn’t even know how to access their voicemail). I finally had to drive over to Rogers to speak with the manager myself because nobody answered the phones all day every day and contacting corporate wasn’t helpful either. She did let me know they could deliver a dresser on loan until mine came in - which she informed me would now be AUGUST by the way- and could deliver it the following week. I was ok with that. Of course when it comes time it is the last day of the following week. But even then was ok. I give her my phone number and tell her to contact me because the number on file was my husbands who works in ft Smith. The day of delivery he gets a text saying they were at my house but nobody was home. Because they came early. So he tells me and I rush home and nobody is here. He contacts delivery person and they said they waited 15 min and that’s all they were allowed to wait. Which 10 of those minutes were before the window of time they were suppose to deliver. I’m home shortly after and nobody is there waiting. Of course couldn’t get ahold of anybody in the store. Because again, their people don’t answer the phones there. Finally got ahold of sales guy and the next day he says they can deliver something 7 days later. Ugh. So over this place. I even offered to meet a delivery truck somewhere. Or drive to Rogers to pick something up. Nothing. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I bought a lift recliner. Mike was very helpful and friendly, and showed me the options and the features of each one. I was able to take advantage of a great sale, so I got a good price. Communication was great, by e-mail and text. Thanks, Mike!

Do not buy their furniture or protection program. The furniture doesn't last and the protection program states that you have to tell them within 30 days of any incident and if not then you're on your own even though you spent hundreds of dollars on the protection program.

I looked at most of the furniture stores in the area and Ashley definitely has the best selection. Madison was awesome to work with informing me of available promotions and even staying past closing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely plan on returning for future purchases!

The store manager and my salesman were both awesome! They were both super friendly and helpful. I bought a dining room table with four chairs. I felt absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. One of the best experiences I have ever had buying furniture! The store was well stocked so I had many options to choose from. Check this store out if you’re needing furniture! You won’t be disappointed!

When I arrived to the store Shawna was prompt I told her my situation and what I was looking for i felt that she truly cared to help me and wasn’t just there for a sale! She showed me multiple options that were in my price range and then showed me one that was just a little above. Overall it was a great experience I will absolutely come back!
