Went here with my wife to browse couches for our new house. Unfortunately, we were followed through every part of the store, even after clearly expressing that we just wanted to look around on our own. We weren’t able to talk privately about the furniture because our salesperson stayed right beside us the entire time. She said she would give us space, but kept returning to offer opinions we didn’t ask for. Made us very uncomfortable. We drove an hour to see their inventory and ended up leaving frustrated, feeling like the trip was a waste of time. Not everyone wants a salesperson hovering—if customers don’t ask for help, please give them room to browse comfortably. Sharing this as constructive feedback in hopes that future customers won’t have the same experience. Wishing the business the best.

Purchased an extended warranty from ServCo when we purchased our furniture. We ended up having to file a claim. Our furniture is no longer made so they had to give us store credit. We went to use our store credit to get new furniture. We stated we didn't want to purchase another ext warranty for our New furniture. They wouldn't let us use our store credit to get new furniture unless we purchased the ext warranty for $550, and we couldn't use our store credit to go towards it either. Keep in mind our original purchase plus our ext warranty we initial bought are both paid for in full. We should not be forced to buy a product in order to use store credit. The store manager stated it was store policy. I asked for something in writing to show this and the sales lady named Ashley stated there was nothing in writing, it's just the store policy they follow. This is illegal Federally (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) and against AR state law (Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act) ....

Do not shop here! More expensive than other Ashley locations & not a true Ashley store. Ordered item by phone not knowing there were 2 items with exact same description; manager assumed which one I wanted based on price I was quoted at Jonesboro location & ordered wrong one. Would not give me credit on wrong item HE ordered & had to pay more than what I was quoted to get the one I wanted. Called Ashley corporate office & was told Searcy location is a Retail Partner & nothing they could do!

Rebecca was very courteous and helpful in helping me select my new living room furniture in the style and color that I wanted. She made the effort of calling other stores to see if what I wanted was in stock at another location, so that I would not have to wait the normal 6 to 8 weeks to receive my furniture. I look forward to receiving my living room furniture in a couple of days and anticipate purchasing a bedroom suit in the near future. I appreciate having Rebecca as my sales rep.

Dustin was so helpful in helping us pick out of new furniture! He was knowledgeable and kind without being pushy and overbearing, would recommend him for sure! Editing to add: when we purchased several pieces in store Dustin assured us that we would have our furniture in the 2 week timeline we needed, (otherwise we wouldn't have ordered) in his words “we have to say 6-8 weeks, but that’s only if the truck wrecks and everything on it has to be reordered or something crazy like that”, well it’s been almost 11 weeks and we are still waiting on our couch. And there was no truck wreck or anything crazy. And that helpful customer service ended once the commission kicked in. Every week I call and every time I get a new timeline, and yet I can’t cancel my order either! Thank goodness I didn’t sell my furniture as planned with the assurance from Dustin and the stores manager of the 2 week delivery :-(

Poor customer service. We went in and looked around nobody would talk to us so we went to desk and guy said they were busy. Should have walked out then but ok i can understand that. So we showed him the pictures of what we wanted. We bought them. And paid for delivery. He said they would come wednesday. We moved our furniture out. They never showed up they never called us or anything. If we would have had better communication wouldnt have been such a big deal. So we bought monday morning and wont get stuff wednesday it will be friday. So a whole week when we were told 2 days. Im not mad just irritated.

We went in looking for a certain bed frame. They didn’t have in store, but we got it ordered along with my old lady dream of having an adjustable bed!!! Purchased couch, loveseat, and recliner from this location for over $3,000. Have had to replace the loveseat under warranty once and now it’s broken again within 1 year. The couch is also broken. You pay over $500 for a warranty that they didn’t give an option to deny and then you have to spend all your time trying to track down someone to get the warranty work completed. NEVER will buy furniture from Ashley again. Stapled together particle boards in the furniture. Cheap furniture for not so cheap price.

If I could give less I would. Dustin was our sales associates and my experience him was nothing but negative after we spent several thousand dollars. The biggest issue was that he told us our old couch would be removed by the delivery team which was totally contradictory to the delivery team’s terms. I will NEVER do business with that store again and we planned to use them to refurnish our entire home!

We couldn't even get 15 foot into the store without being harassed by the salesperson. We told him we wanted to browse and didn't have any particulars in mind. He continously asked what we were looking for, our budget, even went as far as asking our credit score so he could finance our purchase (we wanted to pay cash anyways so it didn't matter). Every couch we tried out, he was harassing us about purchasing it even if we told him we didn't like it. We couldn't even discuss likes/prices because he was constantly hovering over us. When we finally got away from him, another one popped up with the SAME QUESTIONS we just got asked from the other sales man. We walked out and went back to Cleo's because they didn't harass us and allowed us to shop freely but was still nearby if we had ANY questions. Bottom line -- if your in the area, save the headache and go on down to Cleo's.

I need to modify my review that I left a few months back. While our experience in store was good, upon delivery we found out that the sectional's ottoman was not included in our paperwork. It's my fault for not looking it over more thoroughly and thinking my understanding of our verbal agreement was enough. I feel strongly that our salesperson intentionally left an item we had discussed, off of our paperwork hoping I would not notice, and sure enough... I didn't. If you shop at Ashley you might as well bring a lawyer to go over the mounds of paperwork to ensure what you think you have agreed upon is actually stated. They made no effort to make this right. We won't be shopping there again and beware when doing business there.

Dustin helped us out during our search for a new sectional. He wasn’t pushy and gave us space to look around and talk privately. He was knowledgeable about the stores inventory and helped us to get the best price! We would highly recommend working with him. Edited after coming home: I need to modify my review that I left a few months back. While our experience in store was good, upon delivery we found out that the sectional's ottoman was not included in our paperwork. It's my fault for not looking it over more thoroughly and thinking my understanding of our verbal agreement was enough. I feel strongly that our salesperson intentionally left an item we had discussed, off of our paperwork hoping I would not notice, and sure enough... I didn't. If you shop at Ashley you might as well bring a lawyer to go over the mounds of paperwork to ensure what you think you have agreed upon is actually stated. They made no effort to make this right. We won't be shopping there again and beware when doing business there. I tried to work with them to come up with a solution and they stopped getting back to me and never connected me with a District Manager as they stated. Will never shop here again and I recommend you do so very cautiously.

After needing some questions answered, we left when there wasn't anyone to ask. Mind you, there were 2 people sitting behind the big desk..

Over the last several months I been to Ashley Furniture in Searcy, AR to purchase a bed, chairs, pillows, etc. I’ve worked with Ashley for each purchase and couldn’t be happier with her service. Another update: Now Ashley Furniture has lied to the BBB regarding the case creating a false narrative of their own to try to cover themselves. I would urge anyone to be careful dealing with this dishonest and harmful business. I will not give them anymore business myself. Any business that lies to customers and takes advantage of people is not worth doing business with. The positive review score is bloated because they push for everyone to review them whether they've purchased from them or not. They bombard you and seem super available until there's a problem after you've signed the paperwork. They are shady, professional criminals with malicious intent at best. I hate to have to update this review, but I feel I've been left with no choice. The review I initially left was in regards to customer service while shopping and ordering. However the excellent customer service I initially received stopped there. I ordered all of my items at the same time, and they were in for about 2 weeks prior to when we could schedule the delivery. I guess nobody checks items received for orders prior to delivery, because all but one of my items was delivered to my home while the other had been sent to a different store location. I had already paid for delivery through Ashley's and had to find and pay someone to be at my home to be there when the delivery came. To receive a call the day of delivery about the issue was very upsetting. Especially since the items had been delivered to the store in plenty of time for that issue to have been reconciled. I set it up with the store to see if we could fit the item in my vehicle after I got off work that day. When I arrived they weren't ready for me and had to look to find the item. The item wouldn't fit so they took it apart to try to get it to fit. In the process of finally getting it in my car they scraped my headliner. By this point I was very upset. I reached out to DJ about the issue and he ignored my messages. I sent a complaint to Ashley's and was also ignored. The cost to replace my headliner exceeds how much I spent on the shipping that wasn't provided in full. All of these issues could have been prevented by whomever came in touch with the order by making sure items delivered to the correct store, or by verifying items before day of delivery, etc. It is very upsetting to spend thousands of dollars on furniture and to receive such poor service after the card swipe let alone incurring damages that exceed the additional cost I paid for delivery because they didn't deliver all items as initially agreed upon. Not to mention, I have a feeling the item I picked up at the store may not have been ordered at all and potentially came straight from the floor since it showed signs of wear on receipt. I had an exceptional experience with DJ while searching for a bedroom set. He exceeded expectations with his kindness, helpfulness, and understanding. When unforeseen personal challenges arose, DJ offered heartfelt support and patiently accommodated my needs, prioritizing my well-being over the sale. His empathy and compassion truly made a difference. DJ's outstanding customer service and genuine care have earned my highest recommendation!

Ashley was absolutely great and assisted me with finding exactly what worked for our needs. It took four weeks for everything to get in (ended up just waiting for one piece otherwise it would have been about two weeks). Everything looks great and the delivery guys did awesome with getting it set up.

Buyer beware, read the fine print before signing, or giving a deposit, they say 2 weeks for delivery but you sign for 4-6 weeks delivery, if you can't wait for furniture, you can not cancel, and any purchase is subject to a 15% or more "restock fee" and they push the $659 protection plan, even If you decline verbally it's on your contract, they say because you can not finance without the protection plan, read & question & don't give your card before you have the paperwork in front of you don't rush into it until you understand the contract - fine print

Staff are very helpful

This was the Searcy location. One of the managers sold me an adjustable bed. He added in a bunch of stuff like pillows and mattress protectors (couldn’t get a warranty without those he said) and a cleaning kit. Made it all sound like it was included with the bed. When he showed me the receipt he flashed it at me and ran through it all very quickly and I signed the paperwork. They opened me a credit card to pay for it all. I paid off most of that card and went and got some recliners and a sofa and that sales person was very nice and helped us out and explained everything in detail without the extras because I wanted the warranty. I paid most of those off and I decided to go back and get a smaller bed because I’m having health issues and needed the space in my room for other things. The same manager was the one who helped me this time too. I needed a twin XL and I even told him I needed a twin that was the same length as a queen because I had long legs. He said the only difference between a twin and a twin XL was a couple of inches and several hundred dollars. At that time I didn’t know what the different sizes of the beds were so I took his word for it. He did the same thing with the extras and I got the warranty and the mattress protectors and called it a day because I was so exhausted after searching through all the beds to find one that I needed. When I got home and looked at the final price I was paying for this much smaller bed I went back up there the next day and talked to the manager. He told me he went over the charges and I agreed to them all. I said he didn’t slow down and let me see what all was on this receipt. It was a pointless conversation because he pointed out at the bottom all sales were final. When the bed was finally delivered to me several weeks later, it was too short!! I immediately called the manager and he wasn’t there so I got passed around a while until they said someone would call me back. I had to sleep on that twin and it was so painful because my feet and half of my calves were hanging off the bed. I went up there because I wasn’t getting calls back and I talked to the manager who sold it to me and he said oh I guess you did need the twin XL. I told him yes that’s why I asked about it and I was almost in tears at this point because he was trying to tell me all sales were final. He finally said he would take the foundation back but not the mattress if I exchanged it. He said they could get me one the next day for well over $2000 just for the mattress because that’s all they had in stock. He said they could order one but it would take six more weeks to get one. I couldn’t wait that long because of how painful it was to sleep on this twin and I had enough medical issues without adding that to my list of problems. The only option I had was to exchange it for another queen because that’s all they had in stock and I couldn’t sleep on that twin size bed. So now, I’m stuck with another queen size bed and over $5000 credit card debt because they wouldn’t take the mattress back and charged me for all the other stuff for the queen. So please pay attention to what you are signing because they will try to pile on extras you don’t really need and charge an arm and a leg for them. I’m thinking of filing a complaint with the BBB because now I can’t even get another bed because they opened two credit cards during all this and closed them several months later (and I was making on time in full payments) and my credit score took a hit for it!!

My sister ordered two custom mattresses. One of them was the wrong size (off by 11 inches) they say there’s nothing they can do about it. No refund, no exchange or even a attempt to make it right. Manager hung up on them when they tried to get it resolved. Horrible experience. Stay away!

Don’t do the in house financing! You will end up paying 3-4 times the price of your furniture. And they make it very hard to get out of. They also don’t report to the credit bureau’s even when forcing you to make an auto payment every week. Biggest mistake I ever made.

Took the protection plan when we bought our furniture,spent a bit with them.having issues with my couch,called over 2 months ago about getting it fixed, getting the run around ,called and they keep saying waiting for parts,when we moved here from Florida we were warned by a few not to buy from you,why didn't I listen.its a shame because the buying experience was very well,but when you have an issue, nobody wants to talk to you
