My wife and I started looking for recliners on Feb 11, 2023. I called Searcy to see if they had the recliners that we wanted in stock. He said YES. We made the one hour trip to Searcy. The sales person said they would call her the following Thursday. Thursday came and went without a call. The next week my wife called to find out they were "BACK ORDERED". I bit my tongue and said nothing. So I call this guy March 6. He tells me that before making the purchase he told my wife it would be FOUR TO SIX WEEKS!!!! My wife never told me that. So I had to call her to see what in the world is going on. I already knew what she was going say. SHE SAID HE IS LYING!! We paid an unreasonable amount for these chairs and still DO NOT HAVE THEM. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN AN ASHLEYS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TL;DR Over-priced, over-pressured, under-delivered.1. I get that furniture is a sales-driven industry, but holy cow walking through this store was awful. Tag-teamed by all of the salespeople walking the floor, it was hard to breathe let alone pick out some furniture in peace.2. Once we selected the pieces we wanted and went through the process of payment and signing the bill (which we were told was non-refundable, by the way), we were given a delivery date, almost 2 months out. This delivery date was not honored and when we called to check in on the said date, we were told that the furniture was "definitely on a truck somewhere in Arkansas." Huh, for a company that prides itself in providing their own transportation logistics you would think that they would know where exactly it was. Overall would not recommend and will not be shopping at Ashley again.

Buying the couch and ottoman was fine. But once they got the money. EVERYTHING went downhill. First off, originally was a 3 month waiting period(which they stated), then...... couch getting delivered today. Good right? However me and my pregnant wife SPECIFICALLY bought a couch with a chaise lounge so she can be comfy during pregnancy and after giving birth. Giving the fact that we needed a couch anyways. Turns out last minute the chaise was damaged and only half of our couch is getting delivered. HALF the couch and no ottoman. So literally getting 1/3 of what we ordered. The other pieces will come a full 1.5 months later. No compensation, nothing. Just a sorry, our bad, have a good day. Absolute WORST customer service ever. Never buying from this place again.

When I asked how much the overall price for what I was looking for would be(taxes, shipping, and all other cost we talked about) I was told to pull out my phone and calculate it. So...needless to say my money went somewhere else.

Please don’t go we ordered furniture missing an end table they admitted it wasn’t delivered but the driver closed the ticket this happened on December the 4th they said can’t give me my end table because ticket was closed and no one can get it back open. Go to their face book wish I had before shopping with them a lot of people had the experience they are nice until you paid for your furniture . Told them they can pick up the furniture got told once it’s in your house it’s yours nothing they can do
