The customer service was excellent the salesperson Herman that helped me also did a excellent job making sure that I was pleased with what I was buying even after calling him back the next day helped me as it was the first day I was very pleased with the service I got from the service person and the manager were very polite and professional would recommend to anyone.

Don’t waste your time in store, buy online prices are better with no hassle or having a sales person follow your every step. I walked in during their all over advertisement of “entire store 25% off” lies! They forgot to mention that you have to spend over 10k to receive the discount. I’m going to wait for the next holiday sale and buy online.

Our experience started out very positive during the sales process but quickly declined afterward. We were initially told our couches would be delivered within a few days of purchase, so we sold our existing couch to make room. A day or two before the scheduled delivery, we were informed that the sofa would be delayed for an additional week and a half at that point putting that to almost 2 weeks after purchase. We asked if there was any assistance available—such as delivery setup or a discount or if there was any way to get the product in quicker due to the inconvenience —since my husband would be working out of town for following next couple of weeks and I would not be able to assemble the furniture on my own. We were told nothing could be done except getting the “sofa” delivered at the end of the week and that’s the best they could do. That still didn’t help with our issue of delivery for the following week. On the first delivery date, the loveseat arrived instead of the sofa. Without us even asking, the delivery driver mentioned that the rest of our order was in the warehouse and was confused as to why it wasn’t being delivered. When we relayed this information to our salesperson, we were told the delivery driver didn’t know what he was talking about. This response felt dismissive and added to the confusion and frustration. Overall, the lack of communication and care after the sale—especially after spending $5,000—was disappointing. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we would not recommend Ashley to friends or family. *UPDATING REVIEW FROM 2 STARS TO 1 STAR* we reached out via email as they requested to “work towards a resolution” and their “resolution” is telling us that they are also “tracking” our product and now telling us a part of the order is also going to be delayed another day. Still no offer to compensate on installation due to their errors. This is absolutely unheard of. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY! Do your research…🙏

Steven Jimenez was very helpful and respectful. Even though as soon as he walked up we let him know we were just window shopping he did not let that stop him from sharing his vast knowledge with us and letting us know about great financing options. Definitely coming back to make our purchase.

Don't ever buy from them. Save your headaches and money and go else where. I bought sofas and I ended up getting in pieces throughout the month of December. Also we noticed that our sofa was damaged due to the delivery process.Not to mention the poor customer service they have when you call to explain yourself to them and they try to give you a small inconvenience percentage for their items in transit. They dont understand that we are the ones that keep them in business.Their overall solution is so poor customer service experience because they know you already purchased the items. If you want full customer service experience and value go some where else.

The sales man that helped us JR Awesome man Very knowledgeable of what they had there in the store that we might have had questions about even for One of the items that we purchased, they didn't have it in store.He was able to order it for us.And at the right size that we were looking for so I was really thankful for him, and I would definitely recommend anyone that's looking for furniture to go to Ashley's, and if you can speak with JR great salesman Very friendly, Very knowledgeable. Thank you
